OHMYGOSSIP — Sarah Harding has sparked rumours she’s planning to move to Los Angeles to be with her boyfriend Chad Johnson after she put her UK mansion up for sale.
The former Girls Aloud singer was reunited with the ‘Bachelorette’ star last week after she flew across the pond to be with him following three weeks apart but, although it’s still early days for them, it looks like things are hotting up between them fast as the blonde beauty has decided to put her lavish home in Buckinghamshire on the market.
And it doesn’t look like it will be long before the house is snapped up as, according to The Sun Online, an under offer sign has already popped up outside the grounds.
The news comes just days after the pop star was spotted running into the arms of her 30-year-old beau and planting a kiss on his lips after they were reunited at the airport.
And it seems Sarah’s decision to jet Stateside for some time comes after they realised the long distance between them was wreaking havoc for their new relationship.
A source said recently: “Things are hard – they’re so far apart, and there’s the time difference too. When they do speak things are tense. It’s really tough. Things are really up and down and everyone’s saying they’re on the rocks.”
Tongues were set wagging recently Chad deleted all traces of his partner – including every picture of her and them taken over the summer – from his Instagram account.
But, although they haven’t commented or liked one another’s pictures in weeks, they do still follow each other and friends have confirmed they’re still together at the moment.
Chad and Sarah struck up a relationship while competing on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ in the UK in August, but the actress recently admitted she’s still trying to get her around her on-screen romance because she never expected to fall for someone.
She explained: “I wasn’t looking for anything when I was in there. I didn’t fancy any of the lads when I got in there at all. I didn’t look at any of them like that.
“But with me and Chad I think we only had each other to lean on and from becoming really good friends it just grew into feelings when we both got nominated and we both got saved. I think that’s when it sort of fell into more feelings.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lateysha Grace is set to get her own MTV show.
The 24-year-old is currently filming a new programme, which will follow the brunette beauty on her journey to become a “millionaire” over the next “few years” because she is desperate to give her two-year-old daughter Wynter a better life than she had.
Speaking about the former ‘The Valleys’ star’s future project to The Sun newspaper, a source said: “The premise is it will follow her over the next few years as she attempts to become a millionaire.
“Lateysha doesn’t want her daughter to struggle as much as she has for money.”
And it is rumoured the ‘Big Brother’ contestant’s show will see appearances from another former Channel 5 competitor Ellie Young and a transgender prostitute, who will battle it out against six other people to be named Lateysha’s personal assistant.
The source said: “There were about eight people interviewed for the position – including a transgender hooker and Ellie from ‘Big Brother’.
“I personally think Ellie will be offered the role and take part in the show.
“Work had dried up since she left the house.
“Apparently ‘Ibiza Weekender’ weren’t happy with her doing ‘Big Brother’ and she thought work would be a lot easier to come by, but that hasn’t been the case.
“The first few episodes are thought to follow Lateysha’s assistant and her jaunts around the country.”
As part of Lateysha’s plan to earn big bucks she will also try to set up her own baby clothing company named Baby On Trend, and will also continue with her modelling career.
The insider added: “[Lateysha] is going to try various things to make her fortune, the first idea is a business called Baby On Trend.
“She’ll be partly based in Liverpool where her social media for the business will be run.
“She also hopes to pursue more modelling work.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Graham Norton wants Julia Roberts to appear on his self-titled chat show.
The 54-year-old presenter has had numerous famous faces – including the late Carrie Fisher, Tom Cruise and Amy Schumer – sit on his sofa while he grills them over the years, but he has admitted his dream guest is the ‘Pretty Woman’ actress.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’ on Thursday (28.09.17), he said: “The big stars we haven’t had yet are Julia Roberts. Unless we have and I apologise. She’s in a hotel room in London saying ‘yes we have’. The blend of guests on the show are important.”
‘The Graham Norton Show’ first hit television screens in 2007, but prior to that the funnyman fronted ‘So Graham Norton’, ‘V Graham Norton’, ‘The Graham Norton Effect’ and ‘Graham Norton’s Bigger Picture’ but he never expected to be on screens this long.
He explained: “It is kind of crazy. You start in a job and you think, great I’ve got a job. But I someone had told me I would be doing it in 20 years, I wouldn’t have believed it!”
Meanwhile, Graham recently admitted that he doesn’t care if people want to date him because he’s “famous and has money” because he uses it to his advantage.
He said: “I’ve been on Tinder in the past but I’m not on it at the moment. It doesn’t bother me people might see me on Tinder. At some point you have to show up on these dates and being famous is part of who I am. I think somebody wants to meet you because you’re tall and have dark hair. There’s always a reason why somebody chooses you, so if the fact I’m famous and have money are my strengths, I’ll use them.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Nadia Sawalha is related to Larry Lamb.
The 69-year-old actor appeared on ‘Loose Women’ on Thursday (28.09.17) alongside his son George Lamb and was stunned when the frizzy-haired presenter revealed that a recent DNA test had confirmed her mother was his cousin.
Speaking on the lunch time show, Nadia, 52, said: “Welcome to the family.
“[It’s] so bizarre. My family are friends with your family. I told my mum to come to the show today to meet you. But in the meeting today she text saying she can’t come but she said ‘you must make sure you tell them about your DNA’.
“You are a cousin on my mum’s side. It must be my mum’s maiden name ‘Lane’. You should come over and we shall talk about it and find out more.”
Nadia also revealed that presenter George actually went to school with her cousin and she didn’t think she could have been related because they knew each other.
She even joked that if her cousin had introduce 37-year-old George to her when they were younger then she probably would have taken him out on a date.
Larry admitted he is fascinated by his family heritage and has been on ‘Who Do You Think You Are’ and found he was related to a number of families he never heard of.
He said: “[I have] always been interested with my heritage. On ‘Who Do You Think You Are’ you get a full scale family tree.
“You follow your name ‘Lamb’ and all these names come in. You find out you’re related to families you never heard of.”
Larry and George also revealed they are related to politician John Major.

OHMYGOSSIP — Debbie McGee thinks her late husband Paul Daniels would have “loved” that she smooched her ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ partner Giovanni Pernice live on television.
The 58-year-old performer set tongues wagging when she planted a huge “smacker” on the lips of the Italian choreographer, 27, at the end of her Paso Doble last weekend, but she’s convinced her spouse – who passed away last year from a brain tumour – would have been happy with her spontaneous lip-locking because it’s “show business”.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’ on Thursday (28.09.17), she said: “He would have loved it. And the fact that I have caused – or seemed to have caused – this furore with the kiss on Saturday night, he just loved show business and that was real show business. I know he will be look down on me and thinking: ‘Ok, yeah.’ He would have been happy.”
Not only did the kiss come as a huge shock to viewers, but Giovanni hadn’t actually choreographed it and was taken aback when she grabbed his face and pecked him.
She explained: “In rehearsal I just gently caressed his cheek and gave him a gentle push [during that part of the dance], but actually I didn’t really realise until I watched it back how hard I pushed him. It was a bit of a smacker, he was so great.”
And Debbie is determined to make the most of her time in the competition – how ever long she’s there -because she’s wanted to do the show since Paul took part in 2010.
She said: “I’ve always wanted to do ‘Strictly’. I loved watching Paul doing it and he loved his time on it. But what I hadn’t realised was the whole camaraderie behind the scenes. It’s such a happy show to work on and you feel like a princess. Everyone is lovely.”
However, the blonde star is hoping to do better than her late spouse – who was eliminated from the competition after just two weeks – did with Ola Jordan.
She said recently: “Paul would love the fact I have been asked to be part of ‘Strictly’. I’m hoping to last a little longer [than he did]. But he did really well as he did have two left feet and he couldn’t hear the music but he managed to keep in time.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Andrea McLean’s fiance helped her choose her wedding dress.
The 47-year-old ‘Loose Women’ star announced that she and her partner Nick Feeney are set to the tie the knot after her beau popped the question during a romantic getaway to Paris, France, but, while planning the wedding, Andrea broke tradition by letting her future husband the gown she wants to wear on their big day.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’ on Thursday (28.09.17), Andrea said: “I got my dress. I took Nick with me to buy it. He was in a wedding dress shop.
“The first time I tried it on, I knew I loved it and wanted that one. He came with me and I saw he got a bit teary and said ‘you look lovely’.”
However, her fellow presenters Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore were shocked by her behaviour and kept questioning whether she wanted the ‘wow’ moment.
But Andrea is confident her husband-to-be will still get emotional at the ceremony – even though Nick and her two children Amy and Finlay will get ready with her.
She said: “No, because it’s only going to be small. We are all getting dressed and ready in the same room.”
This revelation shocked both Nadia and Jane again which made Andrea question her decision and panicked whether she got it “all wrong”.
Andrea said: “Have I got this all wrong? I booked a minibus so we all go together.
“What you [Nadia] said about kids screaming and hitting the minibar hard, all resonates. I am now rethinking.”
Despite two of the four presenters being shocked with Andrea’s wedding decision, guest presenter Denise Van Outen defended the brunette beauty and revealed if she was to get married again, she wouldn’t be bothered if they saw her dress before.
Denise, 43, said: “I wouldn’t be bothered if a new partner sees my wedding dress before the day. I might not do it the same way you [Andrea] have but Nick is going to cry again on the wedding day.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Hollywood has signed up to the American version of the ‘Great British Bake Off’.
The 51-year-old celebrity judge has made no secret of the fact he’d like to crack the market across the pond, and it looks like his dreams have finally come true as he’s set to replace his former co-star Mary Berry on ‘The Great American Baking Show’.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “This is a big deal for Paul and he’s hoping that it will finally help him crack America. He wanted to leave some time after his last try and he thinks it will be the right time to give it another go.”
And, although the production team were sad to see Mary go, they’re thrilled to have the the silver fox on board and think he’ll make the perfect team with judge Johnny Iuzzini.
The insider explained: “There’s a great chemistry between him and Johnny, and having two male judges definitely works.
“The production team was sad to see Mary go but they’re excited to work with Paul.”
Bosses were hoping to get Mary, 82, on the show again but they were forced to part ways with her after she bagged her new cooking programme on the BBC.
A spokesperson told the publication: “Mary would have loved to have joined Paul and Johnny for a guest appearance, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible due to her current filming commitments.”
Paul’s new gig in the US comes four years after he left the States with his tail between his legs after he cheated on his wife Alexandra Hollywood with his the ‘American Baking Competition’ co-star Marcela Valladolid in 2013.
Paul said at the time: “I did have an affair in America with my co-judge and it was something which was the biggest mistake of my life because actually I still love my wife.
“I’m at that point at the moment where we’re talking, we are working to get back together again. But it’s going to take time.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Atkinson has been indulging in chips and curry sauce after her gruelling ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ rehearsals.
The 32-year-old actress was keen to get into shape ahead of her debut on the ballroom and latin show last week in a bid to look dazzling in her glamorous sequinned dress, but it looks like the blonde beauty has given up on healthy eating now, as she has been tucking into the traditional takeaway treat – most popular in Northern England – after working up a sweat with her professional dance partner Aljaž Škorjanec in training.
Taking to her Instagram account on Wednesday (27.09.17), the former ‘Hollyoaks’ star uploaded a photograph of her greasy grub smothered in the hot condiment and a beer on the side alongside the caption: “Winning.”
This coming Saturday (30.09.17), Gemma and Aljaž will be dancing the Waltz and it seems the nerves have already taken over.
She wrote on Instagram: “So on Saturday we’re dancing The Waltz to ‘Un Giorno Per Noi’ by Josh Groban, It’s elegant, classy, romantic and Sophisticated… Clearly 100% meant for me that ain’t it?

Before debuting on stage last week, the actress admitted she struggled to master the steps and almost burst into tears because she was so frustrated.
She said last week: “I nearly cried on the way home.
“I thought I’d got the dance nailed and I tried to do the steps and I kept doing them wrong. I hate letting people down, and I could see know knackered Aljaz was.
“I knew what to do in my head but I couldn’t do it with my feet, to the stage I just sat on the floor and went I can’t do this!”
And the 32-year-old star’s confidence took another knock when she asked her sister Nina if she wanted to come down to London to watch the live show in three weeks’ time and she politely declined.

OHMYGOSSIP — Michelle Keegan is “covered in bruises” from filming the new series of ‘Our Girl’.
The 30-year-old actor has spent the past three months in Napal, South Africa and the Malaysian jungle shooting the forthcoming instalment of the army drama but she has come away with purple patches on her skin from performing her own stunts.
Speaking to the Glasgow Evening Times newspaper, she said: “It’s been a lot more physically demanding than the first one, definitely.
“There are a lot more stunts involved, more Army-based scenes and a lot more running, which I’m not very good at. I’ve been covered in bruises.”
But it wasn’t just the physical challenge that wore Michelle down, as the brunette beauty has admitted she packed her slippers and a supply of traditional teabags to help her feel at home while filming for season three because she knew she’d feel homesick.
She explained to the publication: “I wanted to feel at home so I’ve brought Yorkshire Tea bags in my suitcase as well as my slippers.”
Fans have been patiently waiting for the third series to drop since the second instalment came to an end a year ago, but they won’t have to wait too much longer as Michelle will reprise her role as Lance Corporal Georgie Lane on October 10.
Alongside a 15-second clip posted on its official Twitter account of Michelle in character, the BBC wrote: “Corporal Georgie Lane is reporting for duty. @michkeegan returns in Series 3 of #OurGirl. Starts Tuesday 10th October. 9pm. @BBCOne. (sic)”
Not much is known about the forthcoming series but Georgie will be deployed on three separate missions alongside her ex-boyfriend Elvis Hart (Luke Pasqualino).
The last series saw Georgie jilt her fiance Dr Jamie Cole (Royce Pierreson) at the altar when she realised she was still in love with her former flame Elvis – who is part of the Special Forces – after he saved her life when she was helped captive by the Taliban.
Although the pair didn’t get back together after their romantic moment back in Manchester, fans are no doubt hoping that there’s a happy ending for them this time.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jake Wood has “no idea” whether he’ll get the axe from ‘EastEnders’ this year.
The 45-year-old actor has portrayed the suave businessman on and off since 2006, but he’s worried it may be the end of the road for his alter ego after bosses made the drastic decision to write out his on-screen daughters Lauren and Abi Branning (Jacqueline Jossa and Lorna Fitzgerald) in a bid to revitalise the show for 2018.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he said: “Obviously them leaving will affect Max in a massive way. I’m waiting to hear what will happen. The Branning family is shrinking – there’s just a couple of us left now. There’s no guarantees.”
But the hunk will be devastated if he’s given the chop as he thoroughly enjoys his job.
He explained: “I’m 100 per cent committed to the show as I love the job and I love the character but I have no idea what is going to happen with Max.”
However, just three months ago, Jake hinted that his character’s revenge plot, which has seen him mess up the lives of those who have hurt him over the years – including his brother Jack (Scott Maslen), will play out over years rather than months.
He said recently: “All the best storylines that people enjoy are mapped out over a long period. With Max and Stacey [their affair] – that was always a three-year storyline and Max’s revenge is going to play out for at least that long, hopefully.”
Meanwhil, fans were left devastated earlier this month when it was revealed that Abi and Lauren would be leaving Walford in an explosive storyline over the festive season.
A source said recently: “He [the new producer John Yorke] has form for creating huge plots, so they’re in safe hands over their departure. It will be one of the biggest on-screen moments of the year. Sometimes a great storyline comes at the cost of losing some characters. The cast will be sorry to see them go.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Charlotte Crosby and Stephen Bear are being lined up to take each other on in a celebrity version of ‘The Great British Bake Off’.
The on/off couple are in talks with show bosses about appearing on the programme in December, and producers are keen to sign them up for the Stand Up To Cancer fundraiser to provide some “hilarious television”.
A friend said: “They’re so popular with a younger audience and it would make for hilarious television.
“Producers have started casting now and dates are being mulled over.”
The pair look set to sign up for the programme, which is also aiming to attract Kate Moss’ sister Lottie, former ‘Hollyoaks’ actress Jorgie Porter, Made in Chelsea’s Ollie Locke and newsreader Jon Snow, as long as they have a gap in their schedule.
The pal added to The Sun Online: “It all depends on whether they could make the times that have been set aside but everyone is hoping they can.”
While Charlotte, 27, looks set to do some baking on the show, she recently admitted she doesn’t want a bun in the oven anytime soon.
She said: “I did go through a stage of feeling broody but now I’m back and focused on putting my career and self first, making the most of my 20s before they are over.”
But Bear, 27, wants to have 10 children.
Speaking in April, he said: “I’m getting excitable. I want 10 children. I’m being serious, obviously I’ve got a past. Everyone has relationship problems. When you fall for someone you try your best to stay with them. It just takes time. She’s the one, I don’t want no one else.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Coronation Street’ stars have been given time off to mourn the death of Liz Dawn.
The popular actress, who starred as Vera Duckworth in the long-running ITV soap, passed away on Monday (25.09.17) following a period of poor health, and her former co-stars have been afforded some time off to digest the tragic news.
A source explained: “Filming was brought to a sudden halt on Tuesday morning and the cast and crew were called to a meeting.
“Show bosses informed them of her death and told everyone they could take time off if they needed to, to process the news.”
The tragic news has hit some of the show’s longest-serving cast members especially hard.
And they have, therefore, been given some time off from filming to come to terms with Liz’s passing, aged 77.
The insider told The Sun newspaper: “It has really hit the cast hard, especially some of the characters who have been on the show for years.”
Following Liz’s death, Bill Roache – who has played Ken Barlow in the soap since its first episode in December 1960 – wrote a glowing tribute to the actress, describing her as “one of the most beautiful human beings”.
In a lengthy tribute, he explained: “Liz was one of the most beautiful human beings I’ve ever met.
“She was kind. The first to help anybody in trouble. She was an absolute joy.
“Always full of humour with a beautiful look in the eye. A very loving and loveable person. And even though she’s been out of the ‘Street’ for quite a few years, there’s this sense of loss that she’s gone.
“The warmth and the humour that was in Vera came from Liz. You can see it. You can’t act that, it’s something in you that comes over.
“She was great company – always sending herself up as well. Liz was a consummate professional and her comedy timing was brilliant.
“She was a very good professional actress and comedienne as well as being a very kind and loveable person.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Davies wants to do some musical theatre work.
The ‘Love Island’ winner – who walked away with the prize fund when her boyfriend Kem Cetinay agreed to split the cash – had just been offered a major role in the West End when she was approached to take part in the romantic reality TV show.
But, although she turned down the stage job in favour of finding love on screen, the 20-year-old beauty has admitted she’d “100 per cent” love to get back into acting.
She told new! magazine when when asked if she’d like to go back to theatre: “One hundred per cent. It’s impossible now but in the future I’d love to pursue that dream.”
The brunette beauty would also jump at the chance to star in “any soap.”
She added: “I’d love to act in any soap.”
For now, though, Amber is set to make a cameo appearance in her boyfriend Kem’s new reality TV show with his “bro” Chris Hughes – who is dating Olivia Attwood – but she has admitted she and her beau would love to bag their own series in the future.
She explained: “It’s a show about their bromance. But you get an insight into our relationship as well. We go on a double date with Chris and Liv.
“It’s going to be hilarious, honestly. There haven’t been any talks [about their own show] but we’ll wait and see what happened.”
Meanwhile, Amber believes her trim physique is down to years of dancing.
She said: “I’ve never had a gym membership but I did three years of dance training, 12 hour a day – that’s how I kept my physique. Now I keep it by being busy and walking a lot. I haven’t got time to be fat! I’m young, too, so my metabolism is quick.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Bruce Willis is set to reprise his role as John McClane for a new ‘Die Hard’ movie.
The 62-year-old actor starred as the wisecracking police detective in the 1988 classic movie – which was based on author Roderick Thorp’s novel ‘Nothing Lasts Forever’ – and was last seen as the iconic character back in 2013 in ‘A Good Day To Die Hard’.
However, two years ago a “part-prequel, part-sequel” was announced and now Deadline report Willis is back on board.
Half of the movie – known as ‘Die Hard: Year One’ – will see McClane as a rookie police officer in the early 1980s, with the rest of the movie being set in the present day.
Casting is already underway to find a younger McClane and director Len Wiseman said: “The right casting for this role is crucial.
“Those bare feet have some very big shoes to fill.”
In the last film, McClane and his son Jack (Jai Courtney) had to complete a mission which took them into the heart of the Russian organised crime.
Willis said at the time: “I’m really pleased to continue to be asked back to do other versions and other incarnations of ‘Die Hard’.
“The first one really is … That’s all there is. Everything else is just trying to be as good as that film.”
The franchise has five movies to date under the banner of the ‘Die Hard’ and have Willis has reprised his role in every film to date.
Willis is also reprising another popular role as David Dunn from the film ‘Unbreakable’ in the new M. Night Shyamalan movie ‘Glass’.
The surprise ending for Shyamalan’s movie ‘Split’ – which starred James McAvoy – shows it be a follow-up to 2000.
Willis, McAvoy and Samuel L. Jackson – who starred as the villain Mr. Glass in ‘Unbreakable’ – are all set to reprise their roles in the upcoming ‘Glass’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ron Howard has teased another set from the untitled Han Solo movie.
The 63-year-old filmmaker took over control of the anthology movie after Christopher Miller and Phil Lord left due to creative differences with Disney and Lucasfilm, and since he began work he has drip fed fans with teaser photos from the set posted on his Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Now, Howard has posted a picture which seems to show a mysterious set of symbols carved into stone on crumbling ruins and more mysteriously, the filmmaker used the hashtag #McQuarrie.
He wrote: “Can anybody translate for me? #McQuarrie #UntitledHanSoloMovie (sic)”
The ‘McQuarrie’ hashtag is a direct reference to Ralph McQuarrie, the concept artist who designed initial looks for characters in the original ‘Star Wars’ trilogy.
Just last week, the filmmaker teased that his Han Solo spin-off film will feature the Millennium Falcon taking on the Kessel Run referenced in ‘Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope’.
Howard has posted a picture which seems to show the Kessel Run – a hyperspace route used by smugglers to transport spice from the mines of Kessel – with the caption: “Spicey? (sic)”
Die-hard fans of the franchise will remember the scene set in Mos Eisley Cantina in the original 1977 movie when Obi-Wan Kenobi (Alec Guinness) and Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) question the credentials of Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and his Millennium Falcon Corellian freighter to get them and their droids R2-D2 and C-3PO to Alderaan to deliver the plans for the Death Star to the father of Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) without attracting the attention of The Empire.
The Han Solo spin-off movie will focus on a younger version of the titular character, with Alden Ehrenreich taking over the iconic role from Ford.
Han and Chewbacca will be seen first meeting Lando Calrissian (Donald Glover) and they will also encounter Woody Harrelson’s alter ego Beckett, who is believed to be a mentor to young Han who guides him on his journey to becoming a space smuggler.
The ‘Star Wars Anthology’ film is slated to be released in May 2018.

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephen King has opened up about the challenges faced by the writers who had to adapt his ‘Dark Tower’ book series for the big screen – admitting making his violent story suitable to get a PG-13 rating would have been the most difficult thing.
The writer’s novels were given the movie treatment over the summer, with director Nikolaj Arcel at the helm for the blockbuster – which received mixed reviews – which starred Matthew McConaughey and Idris Elba.
King – famed for his horror fiction – enjoyed the film and appreciates that the various scribes who worked on the screenplay, Akiva Goldsman, Jeff Pinkner, Anders Thomas and Arcel, must have had a hard time dumbing down the violent acts of his characters in the sci-fi western.
Speaking to Vulture, King said: “The major challenge was to do a film based on a series of books that’s really long, about 3,000 pages. The other part of it was the decision to do a PG-13 feature adaptation of books that are extremely violent and deal with violent behavior in a fairly graphic way. That was something that had to be overcome, although I’ve gotta say, I thought [screenwriter] Akiva Goldsman did a terrific job in taking a central part of the book and turning it into what I thought was a pretty good movie.”
On the subject of another upcoming adaptation of ‘The Dark Tower for TV – which was announced before the movie – the author is excited to see what will be a “complete reboot”.
King, 70, said: “The TV series they’re developing now … we’ll see what happens with that. It would be like a complete reboot, so we’ll just have to see.”
King’s work is having a renaissance on the screen with the re-imagining of his 1986 novel ‘IT’ – starring Bill Skarsgard as the evil Pennywise the Dancing Clown – receiving critical acclaim and breaking box office records for an R-rated film.
And King himself was shocked by how terrifying and gripping Andy Muschietti’s vision of his film was.
He previously explained: “I had hopes, but I was not prepared for how good it really was. It’s something that’s different and at the same time, it’s something that audiences are gonna relate to. They’re gonna like the characters. To me, it’s all about character. If you like the character, if you care, the scares generally work.”
