Guillermo del Toro regrets not helming The Dark Universe

OHMYGOSSIP — Guillermo del Toro regrets not taking on The Dark Universe.
The 53-year-old filmmaker is known for his horror fantasy movies – including ‘Pan’s Labyrinth’ and most recently ‘Shape of Water’, which is inspired by Universal’s 1954 film ‘Creature from the Black Lagoon’ – and back in 2007, del Toro was offered the chance to take over Universal Pictures’ Dark Universe project which would bring back the classic Universal Monsters in a shared cinematic world but he spurned the offer, a decision he now believes was the wrong one.
In an interview with the New York Times, del Toro said: “The only time that I repent I didn’t do something was in 2007, when Universal in an incredibly gentle and beautiful manner said do you want to take over the Monster Universe? And they gave me the reins of several properties, and I didn’t do it. That I repent. So this is a confessional moment, I repent. That’s the only thing.”
The Dark Universe was set to remake the iconic monster movies created by Universal Studios between the 1920s and the 1940s – including Dracula, The Mummy and Frankenstein – and was created by Alex Kurtzman and Chris Morgan.
However, this month, Kurtzman and Morgan stepped away from The Dark Universe.
Kurtzman helmed and co-wrote the Tom Cruise led reboot of ‘The Mummy’, which was set to be the start of The Dark Universe, but following The Mummy’s disappointing return at the box office, Universal pulled a planned 2017 remake of ‘The Bride of Frankenstein’, starring Angelina Jolie.
Johnny Depp was set to play ‘The Invisible Man’ in a separate project.
Originally The Dark Universe was meant to be kick-started by the Luke Evans movie ‘Dracula: Untold’ but once again due to poor reviews it didn’t happen.

Adam Driver almost snubbed Star Wars role

OHMYGOSSIP — Adam Driver was initially reluctant to join the ‘Star Wars’ saga.
The 34-year-old actor stars as villain Kylo Ren in ‘The Force Awakens’ – helmed by J.J. Abrams – and will reprise his role in Rian Johnson’s ‘The Last Jedi’ movie this December.
Driver wasn’t sure he wanted to be part of such a huge blockbuster franchise as he is “sceptical of Hollywood movies” but was convinced after reading Abrams’ pitch and realising that his character – the son of Han Solo and Leia Organa – was very much a conflicted individual.
Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine, Driver said: “I’m always sceptical of Hollywood movies because they’re mostly just too broad. Everything about him [Kylo Ren] from the outside is designed to project the image that he’s assured. Only in private can he acknowledge how un-figured-out he is … how weak.”
Driver also made a case as to why he thinks his ‘Star Wars’ alter ego isn’t a straightforward villain.
Kylo Ren is a commander of the First Order, the organisation which is spawned from the remains of the defeated Galatic Empire.
And Driver insists the destruction of the Death Star space station in the original trilogy by the Rebellion can be viewed as an “act of terrorism” from a certain viewpoint.
He said: “It’s not like people weren’t living on the Death Star. Isn’t that also an act of terrorism against the hundreds of thousands of people who died there? Did they not have families? I see how people can point to examples that make themselves feel they’re right. And when you feel in your bones that you’re supported by a higher power on top of that, and you’re morally right, there’s no limit to what you’ll do to make sure that you win. Both sides feel this way.”
‘The Last Jedi’ features ‘Star Wars’ legend Mark Hamill reprising his role as Jedi Master Luke Skywalker – who was seen briefly in the 2015’s ‘The Force Awakens’ – as well as the late Carrie Fisher as General Leia Organa.
The cast also includes Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), Lupita Nyong’o (Maz Kanata), Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Andy Serkis (Snoke) and Domhnall Gleeson (General Lux).
‘The Last Jedi’ hits cinemas this December.

Rian Johnson didn’t alter Last Jedi after Carrie Fisher’s death

OHMYGOSSIP — Rian Johnson didn’t change “a thing” in ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ in the wake of Carrie Fisher’s death.
The Hollywood legend reprised her role as General Leia Organa, alongside fellow veterans Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill, in the seventh instalment of the franchise ‘The Force Awakens’ and had shot all her scenes for ‘Episode VIII’ before she tragically died in December 2016 at the age of 60.
Rumours have circulated that Leia’s story arch was altered as she would no longer be part of ‘Episode IX’ but Johnson insists Fisher’s performance was “totally complete” and he made no alterations to his film.
Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine, Johnson, 43, said: “We didn’t end up changing a thing. Luckily, we had a totally complete performance from her.”
Johnson recently revealed the latest movie will be a “really sad, but really joyful” experience for filmgoers as it will remind fans about Fisher’s death.
In October, Johnson said: “I felt very strongly that we don’t try and change her performance. It will be really sad, but really joyful.
“Having these scenes in the film re-contextualises tragically her not being here anymore, it’s incredibly emotional. For the next few months, seeing the fans … process the loss and celebrate her as Leia one last time, it’s going to be intense. I think it’s going to be really sad but really joyful, I hope. She really kicks butt as General Leia, and I’m happy for that.”
‘The Last Jedi’ also features ‘Star Wars’ legend Hamill as Jedi Master Luke Skywalker – who was seen briefly in the 2015’s ‘The Force Awakens’.
Other cast members include Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn), Adam Driver (Kylo Ren), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), Lupita Nyong’o (Maz Kanata), Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Andy Serkis (Snoke) and Domhnall Gleeson (General Lux) who are all reprising their roles.
‘The Last Jedi’ hits cinemas this December.

Liu Yifei cast as Mulan in Disney live-action remake

OHMYGOSSIP — Liu Yifei is set to star as the titular character is Disney’s live-action remake of ‘Mulan’.
After a yearlong worldwide search, the 30-year-old Chinese actress – who is also known as Crystal Liu – has been cast to play the lead in the new adaptation helmed by Niki Caro, The Hollywood Reporter claims.
It’s reported a team of casting directors visited five continents and spoke to nearly 1,000 candidates for the role which required credible martial arts skills and the ability to speak English.
Yifei is one of China’s most popular actresses since breaking out with a series of TV dramas and is fluent in English having lived in New York for part of her childhood and even starred in 2008’s ‘The Forbidden Kingdom’ alongside Jackie Chan and Jet Li.
Disney original adapted the myth into a popular animation back in 1998 and followed Mulan (Ming-Na Wen) who takes her father’s spot despite being technically unqualified to serve due to being a woman.
Impersonating a man, she goes off to train with fellow recruits, accompanied by her dragon Mushu (Eddie Murphy), Mulan uses her smarts to help ward off a Hun invasion and falls in love with the captain along the way.
The 1998 animation featured hit songs including ‘Reflection’ and ‘I’ll Make a Man Out of You’, but filmmaker Caro revealed the new adaptation will not be a musical – unlike the other live-action Disney remakes.
Speaking to Moviefone, Caro confirmed: “Yes, from what I understand, no songs right now, much to the horror of my children.”
Sean Bailey, the president of Motion Picture Production at Walt Disney Studios, recently said Caro would be taking a “very muscular” approach to the tale, and the director confirmed his comments about her plans for the “girly martial arts epic”.
The screenplay is written by Lauren Hynek, Rick Jaffa, Elizabeth Martin, Amanda Silver and produced by Chris Bender, William Kong, Jason Reed, J.C. Spink and Jake Weiner.

Hugh Jackman was warned off X-Men

OHMYGOSSIP — Hugh Jackman was warned ‘X-Men’ would damage his career.
The 49-year-old actor has portrayed the mutant Wolverine in nine movies over the last 17 years but he was advised to look for a new project quickly before the 2000 movie came out as casting directors would be reluctant to see him once they saw the film.
He said: “I remember finishing the first movie, and a friend of mine, a player in Hollywood, he goes, ‘Dude, I’ve heard not very good things about the movie; you really should book something else before it comes out.’ There was about a four-month gap.
“He goes, ‘Just make sure you’ve got something else because when it comes out, you’re back down at the bottom of the pile again.’ ”
Luckily for the Australian actor, his friend was wrong and Jackman thinks the dark prediction was because no one at the time had any idea how big comic book movies would become in Hollywood.
Speaking to Willem Dafoe for Variety’s ‘Actors on Actors’, he said: “[He’s] still a friend. Happily, he was wrong. No one really knew. There was no comic-book genre; comic-book movies were really not around at the time. This was 2000.”
Jackman believes the gritty opening of ‘X-Men’ set the standard for comic book films, with Christopher Nolan’s work with the Batman trilogy – which featured Christian Bale as the Caped Crusader – raising the bar even further.
He added: “I think ‘X-Men” did a lot, particularly when it opened up in a concentration camp, and the idea that we were taking it seriously in terms of more humanistic rather than just superhuman.
“Then I think [Christopher] Nolan raised the bar … and made people see beyond genre. It’s not just a genre film. They’ve continued to really surprise and entertain and be very different.
“You have something like ‘Deadpool’ last year, ‘Logan’ … I think studios are taking risks and doing different things. I have no idea how long it will last.”

Matthew Vaughn ‘to produce Courage’

OHMYGOSSIP — Matthew Vaughn is line to produce and potentially direct ‘Courage’.
The ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ filmmaker is said to be the frontrunner for the sci-fi project from a script by ‘Stranger Things’ executive producer Karl Gajdusek.
According to Deadline, the drama would be similar to the likes of ‘Inception’ and ‘Edge of Tomorrow’ and Vaughn would produce alongside Michael Ellenberg.
Fox bought the untitled project, details of which are being kept under wraps, in June.
Should Vaughn sign up to produce and direct the motion picture, the cast may well be hoping they don’t have to film too high up after he gave cast and crew of ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ altitude sickness while shooting on location for the movie.
The filmmaker recently admitted a mountain top ski gondola sequence caused some problems with many people having to leave the filming.
He said: “The [ski] gondola sequence was hard. We went out in the mountains and a lot of people had altitude sickness, so that was difficult making it with half the crew who couldn’t stay up there …
“We all went to the top of the mountain to shoot it and after about 20 minutes half the crew went back down. I’m lucky I didn’t get it, but half the crew was like, ‘Oh my God,’ and then I got poor Taron and [co-star] Pedro [Pascal] and I’m, saying ‘Run now, run left, run there.’
“They’re like, ‘Dude, we can’t breathe, let alone run, and we’ve got ski boots on!’ I’m like, ‘Ah, just do it.’ But yeah, it was tricky and it was cold, and the weather wasn’t great, and then we’d get windows of sunshine and shoot again. But it was beautiful.”

Anthony Joshua set to go head-to-head with Bill Goldberg on The Grand Tour

OHMYGOSSIP — Anthony Joshua is set to go head-to-head against Bill Goldberg in ‘The Grand Tour’s Celebrity Face Off’.
The 28-year-old world heavyweight champion and the 50-year-old WWE professional wrestler were seen filming the new segment on the Amazon Prime hit TV show with presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond recently.
Each week the segment sees two celebrities – who are connected in some unusual way – pitted against each other to see who can race around a track the fastest.
Speaking about the lap, Anthony said: “I really enjoyed my time out on the track, I pushed it as hard as I could and had a few big moments in the gravel.
“I would love to come back and have another go.”
Bill – who admitted it is a “dream come true” to appear on the show – said he gave 110 per cent in “everything” he did.
He said: “I am known for giving 110 per cent in everything I do and breaking a few things along the way which I definitely lived up to on the track, with a few slips into the grass at top speed. As a car guy this is a dream come true and to meet Anthony and go against him was an honour.”
‘The Grand Tour’ sees the three presenters travel the globe as the hosts of the Amazon Prime series.
At each location – which has included Johannesburg, Lapland, Rotterdam, Scotland, California and Dubai – see the team filming inside their giant travelling tent instead of a studio.
The hosts attempt to complete some extraordinary tasks such as becoming special forces soldiers at a secret training base, taking a powerful car on a test track and going on a gentleman’s tour of Italy.
‘The Grand Tour’ returns to Amazon Prime Video on December 8.

Chris Hughes was ‘drunk’ when he wrapped arms round mystery woman

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Hughes has claimed he was “just being a drunk d**k” after video footage of him kissing a mystery woman on a night out surfaced on the internet earlier this week.
The ‘Love Island’ hunk hit the headlines after the clip, which saw him put his arms around an unidentified woman outside the nightclub Sugar Hut, leaked online – sparking rumours he’d split from his girlfriend Olivia Attwood – but he is adamant he “can’t remember” an “awful lot” from that night and was just being a “drunk d**k.”
He said in a statement: “I was a mess Saturday night, couldn’t remember an awful lot. I put my arm around a stranger which I should never have done, and I still don’t know, but it’s a lesson learnt not to be a drunk tw**. All of us do things we shouldn’t one time or another and do stupid sh**, but nothing escalated as it would never. Sometimes takes an incident to sharpen up in life. Just being a drunk d**k.”
Despite his sincere apology, his girlfriend Olivia – who he met over the summer when they both took part in the dating show – didn’t seem impressed as she simply posted: “boys get away with murder,” before deleting it moments later.
However, the 23-year-old hunk has claimed he and Olivia are “good.”
He told the MailOnline: “We’re good. We met earlier and we’re all good.”
Chris hasn’t had the best of luck since he shot to fame as he became embroiled in a war of words with Katie Price a few months ago after he accused her of flirting with him – allegations she has denied.
The 39-year-old former glamour model said: “”I will not be called a liar. I wish he will just leave it – who cares? Just don’t call me a liar when I’m not. He’s piping on about it
– means you’re guilty.”

Jessica Cunningham suffers miscarriage

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Cunningham suffered a miscarriage last month.
The former ‘Apprentice’ star has had a devastating year over the past 12 months as her ex-boyfriend Alistair Eccles – the father of her three girls – committed suicide in August, her daughter Poppy broke her arm a few weeks later, and then she and her beau Alex Daw found out they were expecting a baby before tragically losing it just weeks later.
Taking to her blog Motherofmaniacs.co.uk, she said: “So six weeks after Poppy broke her arm, and in the thick of having an utter meltdown with health anxiety, Alex and I found out that we were pregnant (well, that I was pregnant as men can’t have babies). We were so over the moon, we had talked about it for a while, so we couldn’t believe that it had happened so quickly. So after peeing on four ‘Sainsbury’s own’ Pregnancy tests, to peeing on another 2 clear blue pregnancy tests just to make sure that the previous 5 weren’t rubbish, it was confirmed, we were pregnant.
“In the middle of all the sadness, we had been feeling as a family for the past couple of months, the universe (so I believed) had sent us the most precious gift. A baby…
“We started to get excited, choosing names, guessing what we would be having, downloading the ‘baby centre’ app to see what food the baby is the size of and starting to see some form of light at the end of the tunnel…
“A couple of weeks after finding out we were having a baby, I started with brown spotting. I instantly started to panic, then instantly started to GOOGLE THE SHIT OUT OF THE INTERNET. I found out that this could be ‘Implantation or Breakthrough bleeding’, ‘perfectly normal’ or ‘the start of a miscarriage’…
“There was bright red blood. Instantly I freaked out, my heart started to race, panic set in knowing that if this was miscarriage then there is nothing that could be done, except let nature take its course and that there would be no baby.
“The miscarriage lasted three days. We did another test which came up ‘not-pregnant’. Just like that, it was gone.
“That was the most painful part of it, only three days earlier it read pregnant and now it was gone. I felt like my body was broken as well as my mind.”
Although the 30-year-old star was devastated by her loss, she only allowed herself to be “sad” for a little while because she needed to be strong for her daughters.
“I let myself feel sad, but not for long, because there were so many more reasons to smile. I smiled for my children, my relationship, our health, the roof over our heads, my family, friends and just being here.”

Phillip Schofield’s blue guardian angel

OHMYGOSSIP — Phillip Schofield’s guardian angel is blue because he “talks a lot”.
Diana Cooper has revealed the 55-year-old television presenter’s angel came to her whilst she was in a car on the way to the ‘This Morning’ studio on Thursday (30.11.17).
Speaking during a phone in segment on the ITV show where viewers were asked to recount their experiences with angels, Diana said: “Everyone has a personal angel that is with you throughout your life that grows and develops as you do. We all have somebody with us and I saw yours [Phillip’s] when I was in the car this morning. It came to visit me.
“It was quite unusual because it had beautiful white wings with lots of blue in them, which you’d expect as you talk a lot. In the wings, it had all this gold energy and it said it used it to involve people and hold them when you are on air. It was just saying hello.”
And Diana also revealed to Phillip’s co-host Holly Willoughby that she had a guardian angel too, which has pink energy.
She shared: “You’ve got some pink energy in yours. It’s a very loving energy and yours is very light and effervescent and bubbly. The feathers are much fluffier.”
It comes after a woman previously revealed to Phillip that his guardian angel was not a loved one but instead had a male appearance.
Lorna Byrne said: “Everyone has the same guardian angels, same as yourselves. I believe you’ll get the proof at some stage in your life. Some people are afraid to say they believe in angels or believe in God. Yes I can see yours, yours is right behind you but yet so much bigger than you. And it’s just standing there, the couch isn’t in the way or anything like that.
“It’s giving a male appearance, angels don’t usually give a male or female because they are neither, but they do that at times and I have to smile because it’s very hard to describe but it’s very, very beautiful. It’s dressed in a beautiful purple colour, it’s not giving me a name. Your guardian angel is not a loved one.”

Connor McIntyre: Corrie’s Pat Phelan will get his comeuppance

OHMYGOSSIP — Connor McIntyre says Pat Phelan will get his comeuppance “for sure”.
The ‘Coronation Street’ star – who plays the evil villain on the ITV soap – promised viewers that his character will get what is coming to him after getting involved in fraud, murder and even raping Anna Windass (Debbie Rush).
When asked if Phelan will get busted, Connor said: “That for sure will come.”
However, Connor also teased there may be trouble ahead for Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni) before the year is up.
Asked what happens to Seb, who has moved in with Phelan after being convinced that Anna had something to do with his fall, Connor said: “It’s not going to be comfortable for a while is it? Seb’s very involved with me. There is so much great stuff coming up.”
The 56-year-old actor thinks there is some good in Phelan but says it is too late to go back now, given all that he has done.
Speaking on ITV’s This Morning, he added: “People say to me, ‘We can see that there’s a good man struggling to get out’. Really! What do you think I get asked the most? The question I get asked the most is, ‘Does he really love Eileen?’ Now isn’t that lovely. We know about all his misdemeanours, all his crimes, but does he really love Eileen. I think there was a big clue the other week when he thought Eileen might be in danger, he was beside himself …
“It might be a little late for [him to turn good]. He’s crossed the rubicon. But he’s a tragic figure in the sense that he makes these choices and inevitably because of his pathology, it’s the wrong ones. He’s a dangerous narcissist and he keeps on making the wrong choices. At the end of the day, it’s all about Pat.”

James May has ‘no desire’ to meet with Richard Hammond or Jeremy Clarkson outside work

OHMYGOSSIP — James May has “no real desire” to spend any more time with Richard Hammond or Jeremy Clarkson then he has to.
The 54-year-old television presenter loves being with his co-presenters when he is working on ‘The Grand Tour’ but revealed that they all prefer to go their separate ways when they’ve finished work for the day because they spend so much time together when filming.
He said: “Outside of work, we don’t meet up. It’s very rare. I’ve spent so much time with them by the time we get to the end of work. I have no real desire spend any more with them! I have other friends and a woman waiting at home who loves me. And that’s preferable!”
Richard was involved in a horrific crash earlier this year and James has revealed how “alarming” it was seeing his friend in the car when it burst into flames.
He added: “After he had been pulled out of it. It [the car] caught fire. He had the crash after the finish line so nobody was really filming that bit as that’s not normally where anything interesting happens. There’s enough to see that it’s alarming. I was the last man standing. He [Richard] couldn’t and Jeremy was lying on a bed somewhere on a ventilator [with pneumonia].”
James and his co-presenters are known worldwide but he was shocked when he was recognised by a market stall owner in the middle of the desert.
Recalling how he was recognised during a visit to the Iraqi desert, he told ITV’s This Morning: “I never really get used to it [fame] because I sort of forget. When I’m sitting at home, I don’t think, ‘Oh I’m on a global television show’. It’s [being noticed has] happened in much more surprising places then New York. It happened right in the middle of the desert in Iraq where this roadside seller, he said to me, ‘Welcome to my country, Mr Slowly’. There was no reason why he wouldn’t know but he didn’t have any electricity or anything … It’s very flattering but it’s also very disturbing.”

Mollie King denies AJ Pritchard romance

OHMYGOSSIP — Mollie King is surprised that she is not “sick” of AJ Pritchard as they spend 12 hours together every day.
The Saturdays singer insists she is not dating her ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional partner and has instead dubbed them as “best friends”.
She said: “No we are not together, promise! We get on so well. I think that’s maybe that’s why there are these rumours. We are literally like best friends. We spend so much time together. We’re training 12 hours a day and I still love spending every minute with him. It’s mad that you’re not sick of each other! With Strictly, they always like to think there’s a romance. Because we are both single, everyone loves a love story. We are loving the show so much. It’s the most incredible experience.”
Meanwhile, AJ also revealed Mollie’s love of learning more has made her the perfect dance partner.
AJ said: “Mollie always wants to learn more. The quick step was a nightmare one. It only really clicked on the day. I do worry about that a lot. It was a worrying week.”
Whilst talking about her dance skills, Mollie added: “I feel like I’ve really tried my best, we both have, to make me improve. That’s all I can do …
“I think people are consistently getting nines and tens now. But we were on cloud nine getting that nine! AJ has to put up with me teaching me everything.”
Mollie and AJ are dancing the Rumba this week to ‘Hopelessly Devoted To You’ and the blonde star admits it is the “dance of doom”.
Speaking on ITV’s ‘This Morning’, she shared: “I call it the dance of doom. It always seems to get people in the bottom two. It’s so hard.”

Holly Willoughby vows to do Strictly Come Dancing

OHMYGOSSIP — Holly Willoughby has vowed to do ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ – when Phillip Schofield agrees to go on ‘I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here’.
The ‘This Morning’ presenters were chatting to ‘Strictly’ stars Mollie King and AJ Pritchard in the break when Holly promised she would star on the BBC One latin and ballroom show if her co-presenter would head into the jungle.
Although Holly has insisted it “would never happen” as she didn’t think Phillip would ever head into the Australian bush.
However, she may be in for a surprise as Phillip previously revealed he would “absolutely” jump at the chance to take part in the jungle show.
He said recently: “I would do it. Absolutely. All of that stuff, I could eat all the business and do all of that. But you know why I can’t do it? Because they all have metal Billy Cans and metal spoons and metal on metal goes right through me. It’s like nails on a blackboard – I can’t do it. If they made them out of wood then it’s a possibility. I never say never to anything but what happens if I end up with someone I can’t stand? There aren’t many but there are a few.”
And Phillip has been training for a stint on the show when he completed his one chip challenge and ate the world’s hottest crisp earlier this month.
Taking to his Twitter account after it, he wrote: “After eating the hottest chilli in the world, I’m now recovering Sitting in my dressing room with the shivers! All ok till it hit my stomach 8 minutes later!! I love a challenge pahaha .. but I’m not looking forward to tomorrow, (sic)”

Lorraine gets birthday surprise from Craig David

OHMYGOSSIP — Craig David gave Lorraine Kelly a huge birthday surprise this morning (30.11.17) as he turned up on her breakfast show and presented her with a colourful bouquet of flowers.
The 58-year-old host has made no secret of the fact she’s a massive fan of the ‘7 Days’ hitmaker – even partying with him in Marbella over the summer – so her reaction was priceless when he waltz into the studio clutching a beautiful bunch of blooms.
As she ran towards him, she shrieked: “I thought you were away!
“Oh my goodness me, what a lovely surprise – this is lovely.”
Craig, 36, said as he sat on the sofa: “You’ve got this Benjamin Button thing going on, you’re getting younger and younger.”
And that wasn’t the only surprise she got today as Lorraine couldn’t believe her eyes when kilted yoga guru Finlay Wilson flashed her as he gave her an example of the types of exercises he likes to perform while kitted out in his knee-length skirt.
She said: “It’s a joy to see you! I’m absolutely loving the kilt! Oh. Oh I say. Oh Finlay! I’d be in hospital! Are you alright there? You’re like a paperclip!”
But she got even more of an eyeful when he threw himself up into the handstand position and shoved his bottom – emblazoned with the words “happy birthday” on his white boxer shorts – in her direction.
She squeaked: “Oh hello,” before she spotted the message and clapped her hands.
Lorraine later filled Craig in on all the antics from earlier on in the morning.
She explained: “I got a lovely view, he did a handstand, it was remarkable.”

Gemma Collins wants I’m A Celeb return

OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Collins has begged ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ bosses to send her back into the jungle because she thinks this year’s series is “really boring.”
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ star only lasted 72 hours in the camp back in 2014 before she requested to leave following a panic attack but, despite her dramatic approach to most things, she’d love to head back in there to spice things up a bit.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, she said: “It’s just too bland. It’s like tomato soup but without the tomatoes, it’s just hot water. What makes the jungle is all the screaming, all the scaredness (sic), all the romance – but these camp mates are just acting like they’re in a coffee shop. They’re too chilled in there. The casting is appalling. It’s a really boring show – it’s like scrambled eggs without the butter, the cream and the black pepper.”
However, the 36-year-old TV diva has a few rules that will need to be approved by bosses if they want her to enter the camp and sprinkle her humour on the contestants.
She explained to the publication: “Get me in there! We need some spice in there – I’d bring the drama, I’d definitely vamp it up. I’d just have to have a bath, sauna and a lovely Australian hairdresser in there to help me out.”
However, it’s highly unlikely that bosses will allow her to return as she was reportedly found collapsed on her make-up artist’s bathroom floor last weekend.
A source said previously: “She was getting ready for the day at her makeup artist Lisa’s home and then nipped to the bathroom.
“The next thing Lisa knew was that Gemma had fallen to the floor – so she called for immediate medical attention and may now need to go to hospital.”
Gemma was working on scenes for the Christmas special of the ITVBe reality series, but the insider says it has been postponed due to Gemma’s illness.
