OHMYGOSSIP — Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid have been banned from having a late-night ‘Good Morning Britain’ festive party – and have been told to have a lunch time bash instead.
Bosses at ITV have reportedly arranged a mid-day boozy lunch for the hosts and their crew to celebrate the festive season this year because they don’t want them to rock up to present the show the next morning still intoxicated form the night before and on poor form.
And they’re not the only ones to be slapped with the ban as Lorraine Kelly has admitted her morning show has been with the same treatment this year – but she doesn’t mind.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: “We are getting a quiet Christmas luncheon at work this year – no nights out.
“I think it’s because some of us can’t stay out anymore. I know we are having a Secret Santa and a few parlour games too. I’m sure it’ll be fun.”
But, despite the rules put in place, the 58-year-old host is convinced there will be a few people from the team that will try to push their luck and continue the party into the night.
She added: “I’m sure there will be a couple that will try and carry on the party until late.”
Meanwhile, Piers – who is known for causing controversy on screen and teasing his co-host Susanna on a daily basis – recently threatened to ruin Christmas by releasing an album inspired by his impression of Johnny Depp.
He said last month: “I’m missing a trick here. Bradley Walsh, Jason Manford, Nick Knowles. I’ll do my Johnny Depp voice.
“You know what, I think I’m going to do it. If they can all do it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Andrea McLean’s dog was fighting for his life as she tied the knot last week.
The ‘Loose Women’ panellist’s wedding should have been the best day of her life but she has admitted she and her now-husband Nick Feeney’s minds were elsewhere as their pet pooch Jackson was strapped up to machines awaiting an operation.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’ on Thursday (07.12.17), Andrea said: “We didn’t even tell the kids that this didn’t happen because 1) we didn’t want them to be upset and 2) I didn’t want people on the day to say: ‘How’s Jackson?’ Because I knew there would be tears. Our lovely dog collapsed two days before the wedding.
“He’s had surgery, he’s OK now but they discovered he’s got a bone condition, a heart condition and they were going to operate on our wedding day so I asked them to do it the day after and then we were crying the next day when we found out he’d survived. He’s good and he’s home. I am now one kidney short because I never knew how expensive it was for a dog to have an operation.”
But that wasn’t the only drama on their big day as the wedding was almost stopped mid-way through because their friend Nicky Johnson interrupted the vows – as a joke.
She explained: “The vows that nearly never happened because of Nicky Johnson. When we got to that bit where they say: ‘Does anyone know here why these people shouldn’t marry?’ He went: ‘Well… actually.’
“And we laughed and the lady said: ‘Stop the wedding!’ And the whole thing ground to a halt and she said: ‘This is a legally-binding ceremony and you have just said that there is a reason why these two should marry.’ And he said: ‘No, no, I was only joking.’ And she said: ‘I don’t care if you were joking … but I’ll let you continue.’ It was one of those things that the bigger the disaster, the funnier it is.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Coronation Street’s Carla Connor is to sleep with her ex-husband Peter Barlow’s half-brother upon her dramatic return to Weatherfield over the festive season.
The brunette businesswoman – played by Alison King – has never been one to do things by halves so it’s hardly surprising that she will ruffle a few feathers when she waltzes back onto the cobbles in a few weeks’ time and ends up in bed with Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) – leaving the her alcoholic ex’s (Chris Gascoyne) heart in pieces.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “On her return to the cobbles this Christmas, she’ll really stir things up by sleeping with Daniel, Pete’s half-brother. Peter will find out when Daniel starts boasting about how steamy things are getting between him and Carla. Pete tries to play it like he doesn’t care, be he clearly does and Daniel takes great pleasure in winding him up, knowing their history together.”
The 44-year-old actress agreed to reprise her role as tough-talking businesswoman in the long-running soap this Christmas after 18 months away from the cobbles because the show’s new boss Kate Oates wanted to “break new ground” on screen.
Kate – who became the executive producer in 2016 – explained: “Ever since I got here, it’s been rumoured that Carla’s coming back. But it was never true. Even the latest indications of it. Ali has only just signed her contract and she’ll be back around Christmas. It’s time to break new ground with Carla. I didn’t want to put her on that familiar cycle of self-destruction, recovery, followed by more self-destruction.”
Alison – who played Carla for 10 years – decided to take a break from the soap in order to spend time with her daughter Daisy.
Alison said at the time: “All Daisy has ever known is me getting out of the house at 7.30 in the morning and getting back when she’s in bed. I’ve probably only ever done about 20 pick-ups or drop-offs in all the time she’s been at school, which is quite sad.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir David Jason has claimed he was the mastermind behind Only Fools and Horses’ most famous scene.
Fans of the popular comedy will never forget the iconic moment Del Boy – played by the 77-year-old star – fell through the bar while trying to “play it cool” in front of two stunning ladies in a swanky drinking hole and the legendary actor has admitted it was actually his idea to have the two girls in the shot because it would distract the audience and make the fall even more unexpected, dramatic and comical.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’ on Thursday (07.12.17), David said: “We did it just once. We did it twice but we only used it once but the one that we used is the one that you see.
“What’s interesting about that… is that they’ve included the two girls. Now what’s important about that is that when we were constructing it, that bit is one of those things you learn in the theatre and when we were putting it together, I said to the director: ‘Can we have a couple of girls there?’ And so he said: ‘Why?’ And I said: ‘Because I think if we have a cutaway to the two girls we’re trying to chat up then the audience will go: ‘Oh they’re trying to chat those two girls up’.
“So the mind is over with the girls and you’ve your audience going: ‘What are they going to do with those two girls?’ It’s unexpected, so that helps that moment because the audience’s concentration is with the two girls.”
David then tried to show host Phillip Schofield how to do the fall without breaking any bones.
He explained: “It’s the second most important thing – the point of the story – your reaction when you fall over in that way, is you turn your head, your arm would go out and then while you’re doing that, you automatically protect your head but to make it comic, you never look the way you’re going. So you will look at the camera and the bit that’s the most dangerous is about 45 degrees, that’s when everything kicks in.”
Phillip managed to pull off the stunt without sustaining any injuries.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rak-Su’s Myles Stephenson reportedly enjoyed a secret fling with Malin Andersson.
The ‘X Factor’ hunk – who won the singing show alongside his band mates last weekend – hasn’t been short of female attention since the group swiped the crown less than a week ago but, although they were told not to get into any relationships while competing on the series, he reportedly hooked up with last year’s ‘Love Island’ beauty.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Myles clearly took a fancy to Malin after she made contact on Twitter and Instagram. They met up in secret and enjoyed a few nights together at her home in Milton Keynes before going their separate ways.
“It was a cheeky move by Myles given that X Factor’s bosses ask contestants to concentrate on the show while they were still involved.”
However, their relationship was short lived as Myles realised he still had feelings for his ex-girlfriend Rebecca Bignell – who he split from once his band made the live rounds of the show – and couldn’t given Malin what she wanted emotionally.
And it doesn’t look like Myles will be rekindling his romance with Rebecca as the band – also comprised of Mustafa Rahimtulla, Ashley Fongho and Jamaal Shurland – have decided to focus on their music for the time being and side line any relationships.
Ashley said recently: “We’ve had a lot of female interest since we went on ‘X Factor’. We’ve had messages on social media but we haven’t been responding. While you’re on the show it just isn’t possible, and now we’ve got to focus on our music.”
And the quartet revealed they already have a back catalogue of tracks ready to release, and can’t wait to get into the recording studio – leaving no time for partying.
Jamaal explained: “We want to take our music around the world.
“We’re not going to wait like some other winners have. We’ve got an advantage because we already have our own material ready to go.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ contestants have been fainting due to lack of food.
The show’s medic Bob McCarron has had to enter camp numerous times over the past two weeks as “a couple” of the stars have been experiencing dizzy spells and, although they’re “very hungry”, they’re not allowed anymore grub and have to drink electrolyte drinks instead.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, he said: “I mean there’s been a couple, I can’t mention it medically, but there’s been a couple that have had a few dizzy spells and we’ve given them some electrolyte drinks and some glucose. They’re very hungry, really hungry. They’re very hungry at the moment, they haven’t done quite so well at the trials lately.
“If you could see how much rice and beans they get per person, per day, I think you’d be quite shocked. The little bit of rice is quite tiny and the little bit of beans is quite tiny.”
Vanessa White – who was booted out of the show this week – recently admitted that she was so hungry that she could “barely walk” at times – but her starvation was made worse by the fact she’s allergic to beans and all she could have was rice and protein tablets to keep her going.
The Saturdays singer even contemplated quitting the show just 24 hours in because her anxiety became too much for her to handle and she actually suffered a panic attack.
The 28-year-old beauty told The Sun newspaper: “I woke up and I thought: ‘Where the f**k am I? I had an anxiety attack because I was with loads of strangers. I had to get a hold of myself and say: ‘Vanessa, you’ve put yourself in this situation, just do it!’ ”

OHMYGOSSIP — Paddy McGuinness and his wife have decided not to put a Christmas tree up this year.
The ‘Take Me Out’ host and his spouse Christine have kept their festive decorations to a minimum this time around because they don’t want the bright lights, loud music and cluttered area to disrupt their four-year-old twins Leo and Penelope – who have autism – as they found the feel-good season to be very “frightening” and confusing last year.
Christine – who found out her twins had the lifelong developmental disability last year – took to her Instagram account last night (06.12.17) to share a video of the family’s large stockings, which have been stitched with all of their initials, hanging on the fireplace.
The blonde beauty – who also has 15-month-old daughter Felicity with Paddy – said: “Daddy, Mummy, Leo, Penelope, Felicity
“I think this is enough for our Christmas decorations, I’m nervous about putting a tree up, I don’t think I’m going too. Last year was the most upsetting Christmas we’ve had, we had just been told our twins had autism and we felt very out of our depth.
“Christmas massively affects the twins behaviour. They were extremely anxious and unsettled. The Christmas lights, trees, decorations and music.. it was all too much. It was very over stimulating and with so much change everywhere it was quite frightening for our children who were pretty much non verbal, they had no understanding of what was going on.
“They both just walked passed their presents on Christmas Day. I was devastated that they didn’t get up and run down the stairs really excited “like other kids”. I knew nothing about autism then. Now I’m fuelled with knowledge on their condition and I’m really looking forward to preparing them in advance to help them understand the magic of Christmas! I’m feeling confident we will have a happy Christmas this year.. With a lot less decorations! OHMYGOSSIP — Mary Berry would’ve chosen Prue Leith as her replacement on ‘Great British Bake Off’.
The culinary queen broke hearts last year when she announced she was turning her back on the cooking series, which she fronted alongside Paul Hollywood, when the rights to the format were swiped by Channel 4 and, although she decided to leave out of “loyalty” to the BBC, she is glad bosses asked the restaurateur to take her place.
Speaking to Good Housekeeping magazine, she said: “I did seven years and loved every minute of it. But you have to go some time, don’t you?’
“It is all about the brilliant format. All the family can watch and there’s no bad language. It has continued in exactly the same format and place.
“If I could have chosen someone to take my place, and if they’d given me all the cookery writers set in a row, I would have said that Prue [Leith] would be the one.
“The others [Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig] I don’t know so well, but they’re all doing a good job. It’s just people get a bit crabby about the ads.”
And it seems Channel 4 are impressed with Prue’s work on the show as they have decided to extend her contract – even though she accidentally revealed who’d won the most-recent series, which is pre-recorded in advance, before it aired on screens.
The 77-year-old star said at the time: “Channel 4 were great. Everyone was – Love Productions, the production company and Paul – they all emailed me and said: ‘Basically it is the sort of thing I could have done, don’t worry about it too much.’ Everybody was wonderful but it was days before I could sleep properly. I still feel absolutely mortified by it. It was awful.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Georgia Toffolo is reportedly the lowest paid contestant on this year’s ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’.
The reality TV star – who is best known as Toff – has emerged as the bookies’ favourite to win the ITV reality show, but she is pocketing just £13,000 for her three-week stint in the Australian jungle, as compared to the £300,000 reportedly being earned by boxer Amir Khan.
A source explained: “Georgia has been gold from the start this series but ITV bosses have got her for a bargain price.
“She’s way out in front in terms of the bookies’ tip for a winner, and looks set to win if she keeps things up.”
Toff is, in fact, thought to be one of the lowest paid contestants in the history of the ITV programme.
The insider told The Sun newspaper: “She jumped at the chance to go into the jungle and producers didn’t need to throw much money at her. Compare her to Amir’s fee and they’ve got her for a snip.
“He’s the highest-earning contestant ever, even eclipsing what they paid Katie Price. But Toff is the one providing all the entertainment.”
Despite her relatively modest earnings, Toff is rumoured to be worth as much as £800,000, in part thanks to her starring role on ‘Made in Chelsea’.
And PR expert Mark Borkowski believes Toff could see her earnings skyrocket after her time in the jungle.
Mark said: “She’s got a very bright future in front of her.
“She won’t be an immediate millionaire but she’s on the road to make a million. She’s TV gold, isn’t she? She’s obviously got a lingerie deal – she’s had a lot of bikinis in there.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Alison King turned down ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ to spend more time with her daughter.
The ‘Coronation Street’ star is returning to the cobbles to play Carla Connor in the New Year and whilst she was inundated with reality show offers during her break from the soap, she was keen to use her time away to spend as much time as she could with eight-year-old Daisy.
She said: “I was offered a few of the celeb shows such as ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ but I just didn’t fancy it. My main aim was to spend time with Daisy, you don’t get any awards for being a good parent but it is the most important job in the world.”
The 44-year-old actress was thrilled to be back on the set of the ITV soap though and enjoyed returning to be with her second family.
She added to The Sun newspaper: “I have been away about a year and a half. Once Kate [Oates] had started as producer I met up with her and said that I would be happy to come back a bit earlier than I had originally discussed. I had said I would maybe have a two year break but I felt ready to come back. I didn’t feel like I wanted to go anywhere else. I needed that break. But it was time for me to have the adult banter again.
“My first two scenes were with Shayne [Ward] on location and the crew who are like family, I got butterflies from excitement about seeing everyone but not from nerves. It was so lovely, like I had never been away and I was happy I made the decision to return. I’ve known for a good few months that I was coming back so I was pleased to be finally with everyone again.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Stanley Johnson has been evicted from ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’.
The 77-year-old politician and author has become the fifth celebrity to leave the ITV reality competition, after the voting public failed to send in enough votes to keep him in the show.
And Stanley – who is the father of fellow politician Boris Johnson, who is currently foreign secretary – is “gutted” to be leaving behind the new friends he’s made whilst in the camp.
Speaking to hosts Ant and Dec after his departure, he said: “I’m gutted to be out. Well, actually my gut is considerably smaller than it was, but I am gutted. I’m sorry. It’s been a wonderful time, it couldn’t have been better.”
Stanley admitted his decision to agree to appear on the show came as he was keen to head out into the “wonderful” Australian jungle, as he loves to explore new places.
He said: “I always say yes to things, and I couldn’t conceivably see why I shouldn’t. I love being in wonderful places, wonderful empty places where there’s only a few people.”
And the politician – who is an advocate for environmental and population issues – also took a moment to praise the jungle site for its beautiful scenery.
He said: “It’s a wonderful environment. Congratulations Australia for turning up this fantastic spot and keeping this as part of a great world heritage site.”
But Stanley admits the best thing about being in the jungle is the strict food portions which mean he’s been able to shed a few pounds.
He joked: “Above all, we lose weight. This has been the most wonderful form of gastric surgery you can conceivably imagine.”
The politician – who was the oldest star to take part in the show – is now backing ‘Made In Chelsea’ star Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo to win the competition, after striking up an unlikely friendship with her inside the camp.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kurt Russell is set to star as Santa Claus in a new Netflix movie.
The 66-year-old Hollywood legend has joined Judah Lewis – who stars in the Netflix horror/comedy ‘The Babysitter’ – and Darby Camp of ‘Big Little Lies’ fame in the currently untitled Christmas movie set for the streaming giant.
Russell is set to star as Father Christmas in the new comedy which centres around two siblings who try to prove he is real by catching him on camera.
However, they accidentally cause his sleigh to crash in Chicago and they have to help get Christmas back on track before it’s ruined with no gifts delivered by Santa to children all over the world.
The script, which reportedly was once titled ’12/24′, was written by ‘The Addams Family’ scribe Matt Lieberman and based on an original idea by David Guggenheim.
‘Home Alone’ helmer Chris Columbus is set to produce the new Christmas feature alongside Clay Kaytis who will helm the movie which is due to start filming in January with a 2018 festive season release.
Columbus, Michael Barnathan and Mark Radcliffe will produce the film for 1492 Pictures, with Ocean Blue Entertainment executive producing.
The visual effects will be overseen by Academy Award winner Erik-Jan De Boer – who won the accolade for Ang Lee’s ‘Life of Pi’.
Russell is coming off the back of the successful ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ movie this year where he starred as Ego – the ancient Celestial who is Peter Quill aka Star-Lord’s (Chris Pratt) father.
He also starred in another top-grossing movie ‘Fate of the Furious’ – the eighth instalment of the ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise.
Lewis, 16, will next be seen in ‘Summer of ’84’ – a thriller set to debut at the Sundance Film Festival in January.
Child star, Camp, has just wrapped up filming alongside Margot Robbie in ‘Dreamland’ and will make a return to the hit HBO show ‘Big Little Lies’ alongside Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jake Gyllenhaal struggled to get into the right mindset for his latest film ‘Stronger’ in which he plays a victim of a terror attack.
The 36-year-old actor is attracting Oscar buzz for his latest role as real-life American author Jeff Bauman, who was severely injured in the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013, losing both his legs in the atrocity.
The movie – directed by David Gordon Green – was based on Bauman’s own memoir which documents how he struggled to adjust to life after the bombing and Gyllenhaal admits he doubted whether he could have gone through what Bauman did.
Speaking to the Metro newspaper, Gyllenhaal said: “I am playing a guy who survived and thrived, and some part of acting is wish fulfilment, in that you believe you are like the characters you are playing. But I realised I didn’t think I’d have been able to do what Jeff did. And so there was always this extraordinary doubt and fraudulence in my mind as I was exploring the role. Then, about halfway through shooting, I realised I was being very tough on myself and doubting myself. It was exactly how Jeff felt. He doubted himself and his own masculinity.”
Gyllenhaal spent a lot of time with Bauman to get to know him and understand what he went through and he soon realised what damaging effects his injuries had on him.
He said: “When we first met, Jeff wasn’t very forthright about his feelings. He was drinking and partying and not really coming to terms with what had happened. He talks a lot about it now but it took him a long time. Jeff is a complicated human being but he is always laughing. That’s the biggest thing I took away from this.”
The Boston Marathon bombing killed three people and left hundreds injured and Bauman was among 16 people to lose limbs.
The bombing only happened four years ago and Gyllenhaal understands why people may think it’s too soon to tell that story on the big screen.
He said: “We have been very mindful with this film. And if people haven’t seen it, and don’t know what the movie is about, they might think it’s too soon [to do a film like this]. But I do understand the sensitivities around it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Alison Brie saw her brother-in-law James Franco naked on her first day on set on ‘The Disaster Artist’.
The 34-year-old actress stars in the new the dramatisation of the making of Tommy Wiseau’s ‘The Room’ alongside her husband Dave Franco, 32, and his older brother James – who directed and stars as Tommy as he portrays Johnny in the 2003 cult film.
In one particular scene, Johnny is completed naked and while shooting ‘The Disaster Artist’ Dave said he got used to his 39-year-old sibling being in the nude “quicker than most people on set”.
Speaking to Collider, Dave said: “I mean it’s not normal. I probably got used to it quicker than most people on set just because he can’t really do much that surprises me these days. But I remember, while we were doing that naked scene that was Alison’s, my wife’s, first day coming to set and she walks into that, him walking around with a cock sock on! “And she’s like, ‘Alright this movie is different’. But I don’t know, I just commend his commitment to the role and I think just him directing it in character added to the mega weirdness of it all and it got it all in the right headspace where there’s times you feel like you are being directed by Tommy Wiseau. And there’s something special and memorable about that.”
‘The Disaster Artist’ has an all-star cast including Seth Rogen – a regular actor in Franco movies – Bryan Cranston, Zac Efron, Nathan Fielder, Ari Graynor, Josh Hutcherson, Paul Scheer, Sharon Stone and Hannibal Buress.
The film follows the making of ‘The Room’ – directed by and starring Wiseau – which has been dubbed the worst movie ever made but went on to gain a cult following.
James admitted as the filmmaking process progressed it started to feel as though he was making a movie about himself.
He said: “The whole thing did start to feel really autobiographical. One of the other lessons I learned from the movie is I’m a bit like Tommy.
“He thought he was making this big dramatic movie and it turned out to be a comedy. I think there’s a bit of that in me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — John Boyega has revealed there was a “serious tone” on the set of ‘Detroit’ because the cast realised the importance of the story they were telling.
The 25-year-old actor stars in Kathryn Bigelow’s latest movie which is about the 1967 Detroit riots which kicked off in July of that year which erupted as a result of rage at apparent institutionalised racism following a police raid of an unlicensed, after-hours bar, then known as a ‘blind pig’.
The riots resulted in the Michigan Army National Guard being used to quell the disturbance and ended with multiple deaths, injuries and over 7,000 arrests.
Boyega insists everyone involved in the making of the movie were aware they were dealing with a very important historic event which is just as relevant now due to the strained race relations in certain parts of America now.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the British actor: “This true story is going to be seen by so many people, and the world is tainted right now, and this story is sensitive to the issues that we have. You’re basically creatively commenting on something. It puts you in a position of some form of responsibility. There’s much more of a serious tone that’s required on a set like ‘Detroit’. Even though it was set 50 years ago, it is a reflection of what’s going on now in terms of race relations and it’s strange. You watch a movie like ‘Detroit’ and expect it to be based in 2017. The lines are blurred in terms of how far we’ve come … What developed was a camaraderie I’ve never experienced before.”
As well as Boyega, the film also stars Hannah Murray, Algee Smith, Will Poulter, Jack Reynor and Anthony Mackie.
Many of the characters featured in the film are based on real people, including security guard Melvin Dismukes (Boyega) and Juli Hysell (Murray) – who was injured in the riot.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rian Johnson has ruled out using the ‘Knights of the Old Republic’ in his upcoming ‘Star Wars’ trilogy.
The 43-year-old filmmaker has helmed the eighth instalment of the ‘Star Wars’ franchise, ‘The Last Jedi’, and he has been hired by Lucasfilm and Disney announced Johnson will be working on a new trilogy separate from the current Skywalker saga after the release of ‘Episode IX’.
The sci-fi saga has spawned a number of spin-off TV shows, books and video games, with RPG being one of the most popular and immersive pixelated adventures.
But Johnson admits it’s unlikely that he will borrow from past ‘Star Wars’ media because the “sky’s the limit” when it comes to stories a galaxy far, far away.
Speaking to Uproxx, Johnson said: “I played that game when it first came out and it was like, ‘God, I loved it.’
“Yeah, that’s a fantastic game. And I understand it, the instinct to automatically go to something that you know and love, that you’ve already seen. What’s really fun is the notion of what new stuff are we gonna see, what new stories can we tell? The possibility in a new story told over three movies, go anywhere, do anything, the sky’s the limit, in ‘Star Wars’. That’s so exciting.”
The ‘Knights of the Old Republic’ takes place almost 4,000 years before the formation of the Galactic Empire, where Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Malak, has unleashed a Sith armada against the Republic.
The ‘Star Wars’ universe has already been expanded on the big screen away from the main movies with ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ and the upcoming Han Solo spin-off.
Recently, John Boyega – who stars as Stormtrooper-turned-Resistance fighter Finn in the latest trilogy – revealed he wants to see a Yoda origin story get told.
The 25-year-old actor believes there are some great “fan theories” that could be used as story ideas for the big screen.
Speaking to Collider, Boyega said: “I think they need to go back to the Old Republic, how they do in the games, and discover what’s going on there.
“There’s some cool stuff in the ‘Star Wars’ universe they can use, there’s cool fan theories they can use that could be part of the movies too, I mean, why not? Personally, I want to see a Yoda origin story.”
