OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Evans has “emotionally moved on” from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, according to ‘Avengers: Endgame’ directors the Russo brothers.
Joe and Anthony Russo helmed the recently released ensemble movie which signified the end of the current generation of the MCU, but despite Chris’ character Steve Rogers and his alter-ego Captain America getting a happy ending, it’s unlikely Chris will ever reprise his role.
Speaking to the ‘Happy Sad Confused’ podcast about the possibility, Joe Russo said: “No, I think Chris – Chris is a very emotional person. I think, maybe it’s evident if you follow him on Twitter – because he does put his heart into what he says – but I feel like he has to close the door on things and emotionally move onto the next thing.”
To which Anthony added: “There are no plans.”
And Joe then said: “I think for now he’s emotionally moved on, yes.”
Meanwhile, Chris Evans isn’t the only star who isn’t sure about their MCU fate now that ‘Avengers: Endgame’ is over, as Chris Hemsworth – who plays Thor – previously said he has no idea if he’ll ever come back to the role.
He said: “There will come a day. Whether it’s now or in the future, I don’t know. … Who knows what the sort of future holds. I don’t know, there could be remakes, sequels, prequel – who knows?”
Hemsworth first starred as the Marvel superhero in the 2011 movie ‘Thor’ and has gone on to portray him in seven movies in total, including ‘Endgame’, and called the role even more special than a “one in a lifetime” opportunity.
He said: “The people I met working on these films truly became family. It’s not even once in a career, or once in a lifetime, it’s sort of, I don’t know, once in however many careers that something like this [happens].
“This has been a very nostalgic kind of vibe to this press tour and all of us quite often kind of pausing going, ‘Wow, this will never happen again, not for us, and who knows if it will happen again in what generation.’
“I can keep talking about the kind of, how special it all is and the insanity of it but it’s, I don’t know, gratitude is something that I constantly feel about the whole experience.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ryan Reynolds recorded R-rated lines for ‘Pokémon: Detective Pikachu’ – but they didn’t make it to the final cut.
The 42-year-old actor stars as the voice of the titular yellow creature in the fantasy mystery movie, and has said that acting for the role saw him try so many different variations of the scripts jokes, some of which came out a little less child friendly than intended.
He said: A whole bunch of us took passes on the script. I also took a pass on the script. We all got to kind of shape it the way we wanted. I got to make sure that the voice sort of worked the way I think could work for me. Inevitably I’m at the mercy of the filmmakers.
“But it’s motion capture, so it’s all imagination. You go into a room, I’m alone basically … and then it’s just throwing like 800 versions of any joke or any moment up against a wall and leaving it to some poor editor to sort of figure out … Some things would come out a little PG-13, bordering on Rated R. That stuff didn’t make it.”
But Ryan insists the best part of making the movie was being able to “push” the boundaries of acceptable comedy.
He added: “The great thing about this world is that you can be totally edgy and totally push it, and still stay within the boundaries of a movie that you can take little kids to and adults. That was the trick.”
The star still wants to see the film reimagined as an R-rated flick though, especially if Pikachu was placed in a gritty crime drama such as ‘Goodfellas’.
Speaking to ComicBook.com, he said: “I think if you could remake a Pikachu version of ‘Mean Streets’, that might be kind of fun. Or ‘Goodfellas’.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Davina McCall took drugs with her mother as a teenager.
The 52-year-old TV presenter – who got clean aged 25 after previously using heroin, cocaine and ecstasy – says there were “no boundaries” between her and her mum Florence Kock, and while visiting her in France when she was younger the pair would drink and take drugs together.
Speaking in special magazine This is Davina, she said: “There were no boundaries. Wearing make-up, short skirts, high heels at 13, drinking … eventually, I even took drugs with her.”
The former ‘Big Brother’ host – who was raised by her grandparents in England – went on to explain that although she doesn’t blame her mum for her substance abuse, she realises her relationship with Florence was “screwed up”.
She said: “I don’t blame her at all for my addiction, but it was screwed up…not a normal mother-child relationship.
“I was just a kid and … I thought she was cool because my granny, Pippy, and my dad never let me do any of that in England. I realised years later it was because they were normal, responsible adults.”
Davina cut her mother out of her life in 2000 when Florence sold a story about her daughter suggesting she was about to relapse the day before her wedding to Matthew Robertson.
She previously said: “I was so happy before the wedding, and I wasn’t about to relapse. I told her about it, she didn’t think it was a big deal – and then she did it again.
“I built a bridge with my mum for the wedding, but then my husband said that has to be it.
“My mum was an amazing mum, but she didn’t know how to behave on a human level.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Shane Meadows says Stephen Graham has a “unique ability”, like Gene Hackman or James Cagney, to be “ace in everything”.
The director and his writing partner Jack Thorne have reunited with the ‘This is England’ star for their new Channel 4 drama ‘The Virtues’ – in which he plays Joe, a recovering alcoholic who has stopped drinking, but lost his family in the process – and Shane admits his pal is “exceptional” in the role and he would back him to play any type of character.
He said: “He has that ability to be the scariest thing you’ve ever seen and also incredibly vulnerable. He’s got this unique ability, a bit like Gene Hackman or James Cagney, where he always seems to be ace in everything he’s in and he’s always so believable.
“He’s also able to play such an incredible variety of people. The yardstick is so high with Stephen, he seems to be so strong in every single thing you see him in. But I do feel his performance in this is pretty exceptional.”
Shane was also pleased to reunite with Jack on the forthcoming show, and admitted he spent the whole of his first writing project alongside the ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’ scribe lying down on a hotel room floor eating chilli dogs.
The director teamed up with the screenwriter for miniseries ‘This Is England 86’, ‘This Is England 88’ and ‘This Is England 90’, and the 46-year-old filmmaker admitted a back injury consigned him to the floor because it was too painful to sit on a chair.
Shane said: “I’d hurt my back and couldn’t sit at a desk for more than five minutes. We’d hired a hotel room, got them to take the beds out, and put two tables in the middle.
“But like I said, my back was playing up, so we wrote the whole of the first project we worked on together with me lying on the floor with my feet sticking up in the air on a chair.
“I was eating chilli dogs, taking calls, even having naps down there and Jack never batted an eyelid.”
Shane is grateful to Jack for helping him with his TV writing, because penning screenplays alone seemed like an “alien concept” to him.
He said: “I’ve always had this massive fear of an empty white page. Sat in an empty room, on my tod, trying to write four and a half hours of TV is not my idea of fun.
“All of the other stages of making films or TV are so collaborative that it’s always seemed like an alien concept to me to write alone.
“Apart from the fact that I don’t really see myself as a talented enough writer to create these scripts alone, I’ve also learnt so much from writing television with Jack.
“It’s an art form and he’s been generous enough to take me on as his YTS apprentice and show me the way.
“There was an instant connection when I met him – I was instantly drawn to him as a guy. Absolutely no bullshit, works everyday like it’s last and he also didn’t mind the fact that my writing style was a bit wacky when we first started working together.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Piers Morgan has “predicted fireworks” after Lord Sugar was announced as a guest for the brand new series of ‘Life Stories’.
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ presenter will be coming face-to-face with his arch-nemesis and Twitter rival on his self-titled celebrity interview show, with ‘The Apprentice’ boss set to be the fifth and final famous face to feature in the much-anticipated ITV series.
In a statement, Piers: said “I’ve tried for 10 years to get Lord Sugar to do ‘Life Stories’ but he’s always bottled it. Now we’re going to finally get it on, and I predict fireworks. With his late addition, I think this new series is now officially the best line-up we’ve ever had.”
The 72-year-old businessman will join a stellar line up including Sir Michael Parkinson, ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ winner Harry Redknapp, Michael Barrymore and Spice Girl Mel B.
Lord Sugar added: “I know he’ll try to make me cry but he’s got more chance of becoming Pope.
“Morgan talks a great game but can’t walk it, as viewers will discover with this interview.”
ITV commissioning editor for entertainment Asif Zubairy said: “Piers has three traits that scare interviewees but that audiences love: he’s curious, determined and forensic.
“This series is one of the best yet and people should be prepared to learn some surprising truths about celebrities they thought they knew everything about.”
This news comes as Piers’s campaign to return a Big Ben costume to marathon runner Lukas Bates, after it went missing from a pub after the race, has been retrieved and was modelled by a member of crew live on ‘Good Morning Britain’ on Tuesday (07.05.19).
Piers previously offered to donate £1,000 to charity if the outfit was returned to its owner, and he has now vowed to pay the money, admitting it is for a “great cause”.
He said on ‘GMB’: “I launched a massive appeal and we’ve nailed it. Because in the studio, right now, is the Big Ben.
“It’s back! This is what this show does. It gets justice for people who run around marathons. I will pay that this morning, willingly. It’s a great cause.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lisa Maffia is taking part in ‘The All New Monty Ladies’ Night’ because of her mum’s cancer battle.
The 39-year-old singer signed up to the show – on which female celebrities will strip off on stage to raise awareness of breast and cervical cancer – to support her mother, who beat cervical cancer in 2011, but she was recently diagnosed once again and is currently fighting the disease.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’, Lisa said: “I took part because of my mum, my mum was diagnosed in 2011.
“She had cervical cancer the first time and they said ‘six months to live’ and she beat it, and then eight years later, unfortunately, it’s come back and it’s come back all over and she’s fighting it again now.
“She is fighting it, she’s fighting cancer. This show, I didn’t realise what I was letting myself in for. I hadn’t watched the show before.”
The former So Solid Crew member was late to join the programme because she was busy caring for her mother, and she has found it “mind-blowing” to hear stories of her fellow contestants.
She said: “When I first started this show I was a little bit late, because I was at the hospital with my mum.
“I missed out on everyone’s story so it took me a week to kind of learn what everyone was there for, and the stories are just heart-wrenching. Everyone’s got their own reason for being part of the ‘Full Monty’ and it’s just amazing. It’s mind-blowing.
“When I first got involved I thought anything to do with cancer, anything to raise awareness, and then when I got there I thought, ‘Have we really gotta do that? Have we really gotta bare all?’ ”
‘The All New Monty Ladies’ Night’ airs tonight (07.05.19) at 9pm on ITV.

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephen Graham says his death on ‘Line of Duty’ was “difficult” for his family to watch.
The 45-year-old actor played undercover officer John Corbett, who was murdered by an organised crime group while trying to unearth police corruption in the BBC police thriller.
And Stephen admitted that despite knowing it’s wasn’t real, his wife Hannah Walters and their two children Grace, seven, and five-year-old Alfie found it tough to see his on-screen death.
He told Radio Times magazine: “My kids know I spend three hours in make-up and the blood pumps out of a tube in my neck.
“Even so, I think Grace finds it difficult emotionally. Watching your father get his throat cut on screen must be a strange thing.”
‘Line of Duty’ screenwriter Jed Mercurio previously revealed that “no one is safe” in his shows and let slip that he doesn’t mind bumping off characters who work in dangerous situations, because he can create a realistic portrayal of their world while adding to the tension felt by viewers.
He said: “Creating a genuine sense of jeopardy. These characters operate in a dangerous world so it has the effect of showing no one is safe.”
The ‘Bodyguard’ writer noted there are some shows in which a character is put in danger but their jeopardy is “obviously fake” because the individual is essential in upcoming plotlines.
He said: “In some series out there, that jeopardy is obviously fake.
“You know something bad isn’t going to happen to the character because they’ve got to be in the next episode.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Max Bowden has cleared up ‘EastEnders’ fans’ concern that Ben Mitchell no longer wears a hearing aid.
The BBC One soap newcomer became the sixth actor to play the character – who is partially deaf in one ear after being diagnosed with meningitis as a youngster – when he made his debut on the show in April, but since Ben’s Albert Square return some supporters have questioned where his hearing aid has gone.
In a video on the ‘EastEnders’ Twitter account, Max said: “I just wanted to clear something up for everybody. There has been a lot of confusion about this on Twitter and Instagram and things.
“A lot of people have been asking about Ben’s hearing aid.
“I’d just like to show you guys that he is in fact still wearing one. This is the genius piece.”
Max then displayed the tiny hearing aid, which viewers may not have spotted due to its small size, before popping it in his ear and heading off to shoot some more scenes.
He added: “It’s very small and a lot smaller than the one he previously used to wear, but it is still there.
“So Ben Mitchell is still Ben Mitchell, he’s just moving with the times so everything is a little bit smaller.”
Some ‘EastEnders’ fans had previously voiced their concern about Ben’s apparent lack of hearing aid.
One wrote on Twitter: “So there is a new Ben Mitchell on @bbceastenders but I’m confused as to where his hearing aid is? We know he wears contacts now imagead of glasses but has his hearing miraculously sorted itself? (sic)”
Another posted: “why Ben Mitchell doesn’t wear glasses and hearing aid? Ben was born deaf or hard of hearing. A new Ben is not Ben, someone else is too many changes of Ben Mitchell. Has he found someone who are deaf with sign language exist that Ben may never knew? (sic)”
Someone else shared: “Why does Ben Mitchell no longer need his hearing aid? Has his hearing suddenly got better since he has been away? (sic)
Max recently admitted he was welcomed onto the set with open arms and enjoyed reuniting with Steve McFadden – Ben’s dad Phil Mitchell – again after first acting alongside him in panto when he was nine years old.
The former ‘Waterloo Road’ star said: “Steve has been great. He’s amazing to work with. He’s an absolute icon. Any questions I’ve had he’s been great with helping me answer them. So yeah, it’s great.
“I actually worked with him when I was nine. I did pantomime, so I had met him before, so that was a nice little common ground coming in.
“We had a little joke and shared a few photos of the time. Obviously it’s always daunting on your first day at work, it’s like your first day at school isn’t it? But Steve has been amazing, I’m very, very lucky.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Nadiya Hussain fears death “everyday” due to her crippling anxiety.
The ‘Great British Bake Off’ star has suffered panic attacks since the age of 10 due to the horrific bullying she experienced in primary school, and admitted when she has an episode it “feels like [she’s] going to die”.
Speaking in her BBC documentary ‘Nadiya: Anxiety and Me’ she said: “I hear the beating of my heart in my chest and it goes to my head and I have a panic attack.
“It feels like you’re going to die. Imagine what kind of a life you live if you worry about dying every day. ”
The 34-year-old star opened up about the harassment she faced when she was younger, insisting the memory of her bullying will “stay with me forever” and explained her anxiety and feeling of worry is “always there”.
She said: “I was bullied up until I left primary school. They would wait in corners and pull chunks of my hair out, until I was bleeding.
“They slammed my fingers in doors and all of my nails fell out, because they were black and blue.
“It was my last year of school and they flushed my head down the toilet. I still have the memory of the water going up my nose and thinking, ‘If they don’t pull me up now, I am going to drown’.
“They eventually stopped and I had my first ever panic attack. That memory is going to stay with me forever. It’s got to a point in my life where that’s all I am now.
“I’m just the panic, I’m just the anxiety and I don’t want to be that any more. I might seem happy and relaxed but it’s not how I feel. That feeling of worry is always there.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Former ‘EastEnders’ star Alice Nokes made a surprise appearance in ‘Game of Thrones’ on Sunday (05.05.19).
The 20-year-old actress – who played Grant Mitchell’s (Ross Kemp) daughter Courtney Mitchell in 2016 – starred as a barmaid who hooked up with wildling leader Tormund Giantsbane (Kristofer Hivju) in the HBO fantasy series’ latest episode.
In the ep, Alice’s alter-ego Willa told Tormund: “You can touch me, I’m not afraid of wildlings.”
He replied “Maybe you should be …” and started laughing before addressing Sandor “The Hound” Clegane (Rory McCann), saying: “Well, Clegane, it’s time to down those sorrows …”
Alice took to Twitter to announce her “two seconds of fame”.
She tweeted: Catch me in my 2 seconds of fame on @GameOfThrones episode 4 xxxxx (sic)”
The actress also shared the tweet on her Instagram Stories, and wrote: “Mum I made it”
Alice’s sister Ella Nokes was clearly proud of her sibling for appearing on the epic fantasy show, which is currently in its eighth and final series.
She wrote on Instagram: “Catch my beaut sister for 0.2 secs in this weeks GAME OF THRONES (sic)”
Alice appeared in ‘EastEnders’ in August 2016 as Courtney returned to Albert Square amid a crisis for her infamous Walford family as she turned up to meet Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean) in place of her father.
Alice admitted her alter-ego is “feisty” and likes to party, but also has a “vulnerable” side to her.
She said at the time: “I think Courtney is a very similar character to myself. She’s quite feisty and definitely has the Mitchell side in her.
“She’s not a mean girl, she’s not malicious. She’s very kind-hearted and very much like her mum, Tiffany.
“I think she’s vulnerable but in an endearing way. However, Courtney is confident and likes a party!”
Before her 2016 appearance, Courtney was last seen in Albert Square in 2006 when she was portrayed by Megan Jossa, the cousin of Jacqueline Jossa who previously played Lauren Branning in the BBC One soap.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kym Marsh “can’t wait” to see which new faces will join ‘Coronation Street’ after several stars quit.
The 42-year-old star is departing the ITV soap along with several of her fellow Weatherfield residents, and while a number of her cobbles pals have also announced plans to leave the programme, Kym insists there is “no crisis”.
She said: “Whichever actors are involved in it, ‘Coronation Street’ will continue to be a big, brilliant show. There’s no ‘crisis’.
“It’s just natural that a show like ‘Corrie’ will have comings and goings – just like you would on any real-life street in the UK.
“I personally can’t wait to see which new faces might be turning up on the cobbles.”
Kym has already set about planning for her future away from Weatherfield after she and former ‘Hollyoaks’ star Gerard McCarthy penned the first episode of their new sitcom, ‘Life Begins’.
Writing in her OK! magazine column, she added: “Speaking of new projects, you may have seen that I recently revealed how I’m co-creating a new sitcom, called ‘Life Begins’, with Gerard McCarthy, who has appeared in The Fall and Hollyoaks.
“I’m so excited about it and we’ve written the first episode – I’ll keep you posted.”
Last week, Faye Brookes confirmed she will be leaving her role as Kate Connor following “four fabulous years” in Weatherfield.
She tweeted: “Thanks to everyone for your amazing support, but after 4 fabulous years in Weatherfield it’s time for me to explore new opportunities, I’ve loved playing Kate Connor, but she needs a break for a little while and so with a song in my heart I’m off to pastures new. (sic)”
Her decision came just two months after her on-screen fiancée Rana Habeeb, played by Bhavna Limbachia, was killed off.
Lucy Fallon (Bethany Platt), who has played Bethany Platt on the ITV soap since 2015, has also announced she will be departing the show when her contract ends in 2020 in order to “pursue other projects”.
And Tristan Gemmill will leave his role as Robert Preston after four years in the part.
Last month, he tweeted: “Folks, I just wanted to let you know that the time has come for me to hang up the chef’s gear and head for pastures new.
“There is still a lot of drama & shenanigans to come for Robert but I will be leaving @itvcorrie later in the year. (sic)”

The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ winner developed a soft spot for the ‘Love Island’ babe when they worked together on a fashion shoot recently and now he’s keen to get to know her on a more personal level by taking her out to dinner.
Speaking to The Sun Online, the 29-year-old hunk said: “She’s on a reality show yeah, she’s quite big. She said to me ‘everyone says you’re like the boy version of me,’ and I’m like, ‘really?’ There’s a clue… she’s got brown hair!”
The ‘Ex on the Beach’ star was so determined to bag a date with the 21-year-old star beauty that he “slid into her DMs [direct messages on Instagram]” after they wrapped up the shoot last month because he wanted to apologise for his jokes.
He explained: “I slid into hers. What I did was, I wound her up a little bit joking about, I messaged her when we finished what we were doing and was like I was only joking about earlier babe. And we just got talking really.”
Although the pair haven’t managed to finalise a date in their calendars thus far, Bear is adamant that he will get Georgia out before the end of the month.
He said: “At the end of the month yeah.
“I’m working at the minute, but I want to see her. I like her, I like her, I do man. I’ve met her in a work environment so that’s how I know her, but we get on.”
His determination to win over Georgia comes just weeks after he took TOWIE’s Chloe Brockett, 19, out, before realising he didn’t want to see her again.
He explained: “No, so I saw her on ‘TOWIE’, I turned it on, and I was like who’s that? So I slid into her DMs, and we just got talking and next thing I know, going to her house, having a bit of food and a laugh.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Stacey Dooley has reportedly moved in with Kevin Clifton.
The 32-year-old television presenter has only been dating the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional, whom she was paired with on the 2018 series of the Ballroom and Latin show, a matter of months, but they are wasting no time moving their relationship to the next level as they have been living together for the last week.
A source told The Sun Online: “Stacey needed somewhere else to live. Kevin has been really relaxed about letting her stay and so far it’s working really well. Stacey is not sure whether she’ll stay for good but for now it’s a good place for her to set up base.”
Although the pair aren’t afraid to parade their romance in public, Kevin, 36, has joked that he is “public enemy number one” at the moment as they developed feelings for one another while Stacey was in a long-term relationship with Sam Tucknott.
He said: “I seem to be public enemy number one at the moment.”
Meanwhile, it was recently claimed that Stacey was told to separate herself from Kevin amid the “scandal”, out of fears that it could “negatively impact her career”.
A source said recently: “Stacey has plenty of work on at the moment and her agents don’t want that to be affected in the wake of the scandal.
“They’ve quietly suggested that the recent stories could be bad for her image and hope that she will listen to the advice.
“Stacey does what she wants at the end of the day but they think it’s best if she keeps a low profile and that means staying away from Kevin for now.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Disney has delayed ‘Avatar 2’ – but has lined up three new ‘Star Wars’ films.
The new instalment of James Cameron’s sci-fi franchise was meant to hit cinema screens at the end of this year, but the movie giant has decided to push back the release by another 12 months as part of a major shake up at the studio.
The delay of ‘Avatar 2’ means the third film won’t be ready until December 22, 2023 – two years after its initial planned release – ‘Avatar 4’ has been postponed by a year to December 19, 2025, while the last in the sequel has shifted back to December 2027.
Although fans are no doubt devastated that the movie has been delayed, they won’t go without as Disney has teased that there will be three new ‘Star Wars’ films, which are currently untitled, hitting the big screen in December 2022, 2024 and 2026.
However, they will have to wait three years for the first of the trilogy to drop following the release of ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ at the end of this year.
This will come as somewhat of a shock to fans as they have had a new ‘Star Wars’ instalment every year since 2015’s ‘The Force Awakens’.
Speaking about the big gap, Chief Executive Officer Bob Iger said while appearing on Bloomberg Television: “We will take a pause, some time, and reset. The ‘Skywalker’ saga comes to an end with this ninth movie. There will be other ‘Star Wars’ movies, but there will be a bit of a hiatus.”
Despite the delays and reschedules, this year looks set to be a busy one for Disney as ‘Mulan’, ‘Cruella’ and ‘Death On The Nile’ are all set to drop over the next year.

OHMYGOSSIP — Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham visited the ‘Coronation Street’ set on Wednesday (01.05.19) to talk about how to make the show “sustainable”.
The 49-year-old Labour politician met with ‘Corrie’ bosses to speak about how the ITV soap can help Manchester – where the studios are based – become “greener”.
A tweet on the official ‘Corrie’ Twitter account read: “Thanks for coming to visit us yesterday @MayorofGM
Great to chat about how we make the show sustainable alongside our ongoing work to help Manchester’s greener city initiatives. ”
Andy retweeted the message but didn’t seem to comment on the post.
His visit to the Salford studios isn’t his only ‘Corrie’ connection.
In 2015, cobbles favourite Sally Lindsay – who played Shelley Unwin on the ITV soap from 2001 to 2006 – backed Andy to be the next leader of the Labour Party.
He had impressed her with his response to survivors and the families of victims of the Hillsborough disaster, when 96 people died following a crush at the FA Cup semi-final football game between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest in Sheffield in 1989.
She wrote: “They were screaming ‘Justice! Justice!’ in his face. And I think he admits he was nearly in tears that day. I saw the passion on his face.
“I thought, ‘Yeah, whatever. What’s he going to do?’
“And he did. He went back into parliament and he changed it. He changed the lives of those wonderful families in Hillsborough.”
Andy was delighted with Sally’s support.
He said: “Sally is salt-of-the-earth, a real people person. Her Labour values shine through in all she does. We campaigned together around Oldham market and I saw her ability to connect with people. That is why her support means so much to me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Charlotte Church is set to star in new documentary with her family.
The 33-year-old singer is excited but “terrified” about appearing in the upcoming show alongside her mother Maria Cooper and father James Church.
It’s said the family will be taken away from society and hidden away in a rural part of the UK so they can confront the tensions Charlotte’s sudden rise to fame in the late 1990s created within the family.
She is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: “There’s lots of stuff we’ve talked about – and the prospect of doing that is both terrifying and enthralling.”
In 1998, then 12-year-old Charlotte released her debut album ‘Voice of an Angel’ which sold millions of copies and made her the youngest artist in history with a number 1 album on the British classical crossover charts.
Since then, the singer – who has children Ruby, 11, and 10-year-old Dexter with former partner Gavin Henson and is married to Jonathan Powell – has continued her career as a successful and popular artist.
Meanwhile, the ‘Crazy Chick’ hitmaker previously admitted she stopped being able to “focus” and was “secretly addicted” to checking apps on her iPhone, which has also negatively impacted on the relationships she had with her loved ones.
She said: “I was secretly addicted as the anxiety carousel wheeled unwieldy. I couldn’t focus, not even on a single app on my phone before I was drawn to another, ‘distracted from distraction by distraction’.
“It wasn’t just Twitter and emails I was monitoring with obsessive regularity: it was the weather, in places where I wasn’t; it was my menstrual cycle app; it was the ticket site SongKick.
“And when all that was exhausted: scroll, scroll, scroll. It started to affect my relationships with friends and family, especially as the colours of our politics became our only interactions.”
