OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Only Fools and Horses The Musical’ has extended its West End run into 2020.
The popular stage production, which opened at London’s Theatre Royal Haymarket earlier this year, have released 100,000 new tickets to celebrate its string of upcoming shows that will conclude in February 2020.
A message on the musical’s official Twitter account read: “We’ve only gone and extended to Feb 2020! Thank you to everyone who’s seen the show and for your incredible support! @OFAHMusical @TRH_London.
“Well would you Adam and Eve it? We’re delighted to announce that we’re EXTENDING until the 8 Feb 2020! Here’s a quick message from Peckham’s finest letting you know all the cushty details! 100,000 new tickets ON SALE from 10am TODAY! #OFAHMusical (sic)”
This news comes as the musical, which features ‘PhoneShop’ star Tom Bennett (Del Boy), Ryan Hutton (Rodney) and The Fast Show’s Paul Whitehouse (Grandad), has announced there will be a cast change next month .
‘Only Fools And Horses The Musical’ was co-written by Jim Sullivan, the son of the sitcom’s late creator John Sullivan.
John Challis – who starred as Aubrey ‘Boycie’ Boyce in the long-running BBC comedy series and spin-off ‘The Green Green Grass’ – previously admitted John, who passed away in 2011, would be “proud” of the musical, because he had “always talked” about creating a stage show out of the beloved programme.
He added: “John Sullivan would be proud because it was something he always talked about. He always talked about doing a stage show and a musical he had lots of plans but unfortunately he got ill and passed away.
“It’s something he always wanted to do but it was difficult to get together with us because we had to get tied up for about a year and I don’t think David Jason particularly did want to do that for obvious reasons.
“And if you’ve got to sign a contract for a long time, it depends on where your life is and you know, if you want to go on tour and you’re not living anywhere particularly and you don’t have a family to look after than touring is very good but if you’ve got a lot of responsibilities then it’s hard to go away for a year.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Hemsworth was “full of anxiety” about finding work early on in his career.
The 35-year-old hunk – who is best known for playing Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films and will next be seen on screen as Agent H in the hotly-anticipated sci-fi blockbuster ‘Men in Black: International’ – has admitted that when he was starting out as an actor he wasn’t “true to himself” and feels his “fear” influenced some of the choices he made.
Speaking to JackSepticEye, he said: “I’d tell myself to relax, I found so much of my time early on was about trying to be who I thought I’d be, how to move and how to sound. I was never true to myself I think. I was full of anxiety about am I ever going to work again. I enjoyed it at times but I had a whole lot of fear. I’d give that young kid a cuddle and say, ‘Don’t worry about it. It’s going to be alright’.”
Chris’ ‘Men in Black: International’ co-star Tessa Thompson – who also starred alongside him as Valkyrie in the MCU – added: “I still say that to myself”.
‘The Cabin In The Woods’ star went on to explain that although he still has “fear and doubts” about his career decisions, he finds it less “suffocating and debilitating” than he did in his younger years.
Chris – who is married to Spanish model-and-actress Elsa Pataky said: “The thing is, we still ask the same question. You’re still the same man of fear and doubt and all of that. It can be suffocating and debilitating at a certain age and often in your teen years, but the older you get it’s a whole part of it.
“For me, that fear of doubt, I look at it as a motivator now rather than it smothers me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Feig says he rebooted ‘Ghostbusters’ with an all-female cast as they were the “funniest people” he knew at the time.
The 56-year-old director revealed that the reason he chose Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones to be the supernatural security squad in his reboot of the hit ’80s franchise because he liked the idea of starting a “new team” and had already worked with “these really funny women”.
Speaking at Ghostbusters Fan Fest, he said: “For me, it was I like the idea of starting this new team. And originally, when I thought of it – because the first thing I thought when [Sony] had been asking me was like, ‘I just want to work with the funniest people I know. Who are the funniest people I know? All these really funny women that I work with all the time.’
“Then it was like, ‘Should it be their daughters?’ And then I just kind of felt like – and some can decide if I was right or not, some people don’t agree – I thought, why not let them have their own origin story?”
The 2016 film shows the team developing their own ghostbusting technology and the ‘Bridesmaids’ director says “for better or worse” he’s glad he included those scenes in the film as he’s a “real science nut” and loves watching how technology is developed.
He said: “I love all the technology in ‘Ghostbusters’, and I was like, ‘I wonder how that developed.’ I’m a real science nut, so let’s find where that came from, and then have these characters bond and find themselves versus [the technology already existing].
“I personally didn’t want them to just be handed, ‘Here’s the technology, go out and do it.’ So for better or worse, I thought it was fun and I’m very proud of the movie.”
A direct sequel to the original two movies is being made and is being helmed by original director Ivan Reitman’s son Jason.
Sigourney Weaver has confirmed that she will be reprising her role as Dana Barrett, whose apartment was haunted by an evil demon in the original 1984 film, and she also revealed that Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd will be back as Dr. Peter Venkman and Dr. Ray Stantz respectively.

OHMYGOSSIP — Molly-Mae Hague will ruffle feathers in tonight’s (10.06.19) ‘Love Island’ when she starts getting to know newcomer Danny Williams.
The 20-year-old social media influencer is currently coupled up with Tommy Fury, 20, but she is set to signal her intentions to new Islander Danny, 21, after he gets back from two separate dates with Yewande Biala and Amber Gill.
Molly-Mae tells the model: “I’m actually really looking forward to having a chat with you because I feel like we’re going to get on.”
Danny replies: “I feel like me and you have got quite a lot in common. I’ve just got that vibe. I think you seem really down-to-earth.”
Speaking about Tommy, she says: “The issue I’ve got at the moment is that I’m very attracted to him. I think he is a gorgeous boy.
“I just feel like he is in ‘Tommy Land’ and I’m trying to get my way into it. Maybe I need to get into ‘Danny Land’? ”
But boxer Tommy soon realises his coupling could be in danger.
Speaking in the Beach Hut, he says: “I’m a bit confused. She’s chatting to different guys.
“She’s having a good crack. I’m glad she’s having a good time in here but I’ve never been in the situation where I’m talking to a girl and there has been other lads there. It is what it is.”
Beforehand, Danny goes on a date with Yewande, who is “really happy” with the latest addition to the villa.
Speaking in the Beach Hut after their date, she says: “I’m happy that Danny is in the villa. He’s great company and I’m just really enjoying getting to know him. I’m really happy.”
Amber describes Danny as a “good looking guy”, but seeing her go on a date with him will spark Michael Griffiths into action.
Speaking about Danny, he says: “He’s basically taken the girl that I am coupled up with [Yewande] and the girl that I’m interested in [Amber].
“I want to see Yewande happy so obviously I want to see that date go better. That would then leave me in good stead with Amber.
“I do like Amber.”
The 27-year-old fireman later admits to Amber he is attracted to her, and the 21-year-old beauty therapist appears pleased Michael hasn’t been too full-on since their time in the villa.
In the Beach Hut, she says: “Every other boy in the villa lays it on thick, it’s called factor 50 thick, apart from Michael.
“He’s very chilled and low-key which I think I’m more attracted to. He lays his cards on the table a little bit but also keeps them close to his chest.
“You’re not really sure what’s going on and I quite like that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gabby Allen had “no idea” how much her life would change after ‘Love Island’.
The 27-year-old reality star appeared on the ITV2 show’s third series in 2017 and while she was “vetted” before entering the villa, she wasn’t prepared for how dramatically things would change, and says some contestants are more equipped to “handle it” than others.
In an interview with the Daily Express newspaper, she said: “I had no idea how my life was going to change I was definitely thrown into the spotlight. Before you go into the villa you meet with a psychologist.
“They speak to you to see how you respond to certain questions and ask about previous experiences in your life. I feel like I was vetted.
“Some people can handle it more than others. You know going in that it’s national TV, so people are going to know who you are on some level.
“But sometimes contestants go out and expect so much and then when they don’t get it, it can be a hard pill to swallow.”
‘Love Island’ has come under increased scrutiny following the deaths of former contestants Mike Thalassitis, 26, and Sophie Gradon, 32, but ITV have revealed there will be more detailed conversations with Islanders regarding the impact of participation on the show.
There will also be bespoke training for all Islanders on social media and financial management, which extends support to all contestants following their participation.
While the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star was “devastated” by negative comments on social media when she first left the show, she copes by simply not looking at them and focusing on the support of her fans instead.
She said: “When I first came out there were loads of negative comments about me. At first I was absolutely devastated, I was like, ‘Why do these people hate me?’
“Now I try to limit what I look at. The positives outweigh the negatives but people can always be horrible and those comments always stick People say I’m boring but sod them.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Womack and Rita Simons turned down “a load” of joint work after departing ‘EastEnders’, because they want to “wait for something special”.
The 46-year-old actress and her fellow former co-star – who played sisters Ronnie and Roxy Mitchell on the BBC One soap from 2007 until their characters’ deaths in 2017 – were inundated with offers after departing Albert Square, but Sam admits they weren’t keen to “cash in on the Mitchell sisters thing”.
She said: “I will never get rid of her. We phone each other last thing at night and first thing in the morning. She feels like my actual sister.
“We were offered a load of stuff when we left ‘EastEnders’ but we want to wait for something special, otherwise we would just be cashing in on the Mitchell sisters thing.”
While Sam enjoyed her time in Walford, she cannot bring herself to watch ‘EastEnders’ nowadays because it’s like checking out what an old husband is up to every week.
She said: “It was part of my life for nine years and I’ll always look back fondly on ‘EastEnders’, but I haven’t watched it in ages.
“It’s like watching your old living room and your old husband. It’s too weird.”
Sam is currently starring in the theatre version of ‘The Girl on the Train’, and while she wouldn’t rule out appearing in a musical, the former ‘Babes in the Wood’ star will never become a “cheesy” soap star who drops an album.
Speaking to The Irish News, she added: “I was classically trained and a session singer before I was an actor.
“Musicals are a nice way to bring my vocals back without the cheesy thing of a soap star releasing an album.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Love Island’ doesn’t air on a Saturday so contestants get a “day off” to go to the beach.
Kem Cetinay – who won the show alongside ex-girlfriend Amber Davies in 2017 – revealed the reason the ITV reality series has a 24-hour break is so contestants can take time off to leave the villa and “chill out” without their microphones on, and it gives bosses time to have the building cleaned.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’, Kem said: “People are going mad on Twitter as to why it’s not on Saturdays, but I know why.
“They get one day off a week. What happens is it gives them a day to clean the villa and you take your mics off and normally we go to the beach and we just chill out.”
While the contestants get time off from the island challenges, they’re watched by producers like “an evil hawk” because they don’t want Islanders talking about their love lives without such chats being recorded.
He said: “Not a lot of people know this. What happens is when you take your mics off, you’re not allowed to talk about anything to do with the show.
“You’ve got to talk about home life. You’re being watched by an evil hawk, by the producers because they don’t want you to talk about what’s going on.
“You can all sit and chat but they are quite careful about what you talk about because they want to keep it so everyone at home can see and get it on video.
“It’s more a day off from all the intense games, all the intense dates, deciding who you like and don’t like.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mario Falcone admits being a stay-at-home parent is “intense” and “lonely”.
The former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star has candidly opened up about becoming a first-time dad to his seven-month-old son Parker, who he shares with fiancée Becky Meisner, and the hunk says he first thought it’d be “great” to have the chance to be at home with his tot every day, but it can be tough because he’s still very young.
He said: “Before Parker was born, I was like, ‘Me and my son hanging out every day? Great.’
“But it is lonely, until he’s a bit older – I take my hat off to any mum or dad who stays at home with their kids because it’s more intense and lonely than going to work.”
Mario has enjoyed watching his long-time beau become a mother to their child, but parenthood has tested their relationship, “pushing it to the brink”.
He told OK! magazine: “The sleep deprivation is very hard. I think it pushes your relationship to the brink. Sometimes we both just want to kill each other.
“Like any couple, you work through that.
“It’s also given me a whole new level of love and respect for Becky.”
The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star wanted his make-up artist partner to go back to work because he loves her “drive” and “independence”.
He said: “When we first had Parker, I said to her, ‘I have to go back to work.’ But she said, ‘No, it’s my business, it’s part of who I am. One of the reasons you loved me was because I was independent.’
“And it’s true, her independence and drive is one of the reasons I love her.”

The 61-year-old former ‘Coronation Street’ actor has popped the question to his girlfriend Robyn Delabarre – who previously dated late ‘Love Island’ star Mike Thalassitis – on her 21st birthday after seven months together.
Robyn wrote: “My husband to be ! It’s been a CRAZY 7 months a secret we had to keep because of our jobs but you have made me the happiest girl alive your amazing to me I’m so lucky to have you in my life I’m so glad your mine I love you and I couldn’t care less what Anyone has to say I love you will all my heart thankyou for doing everything you do For me Chris (sic).”
She shared a video of the proposal on Facebook, and wrote: “My 21st birthday a night I will never forget my wow (sic)”
The happy couple recently went on a trip to Mykonos, and had an “amazing time”.
She shared: “I have been so spoilt this holiday what an amazing time we have had and the memories we have made together I will cherish this forever.
“Thankyou so much Chris for throwing me a surprise 21st birthday and my presents and my amazing holiday you truly are the best.

Christopher – who played Gail Platt’s (Helen Worth) mechanic husband Brian Tilsley, the father of Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) and Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) – departed Weatherfield in 1989 when his cobbles character was killed off.
He went on to become manager of gentleman’s club Secrets.

OHMYGOSSIP — Amy Hart slammed Molly-Mae Hague during Monday’s (10.06.19) episode of ‘Love Island’ after she made a move on newcomer Danny Williams.
The 20-year-old social media influencer has already been seen getting close to Tommy Fury and Anton Danyluk since coming into the villa last week, but dubbed newcomer Danny as her “type” when he joined the ITV2 reality show during tonight’s episode.
Danny enjoyed two separate dates with Yewande Biala and Amber Gill during the episode, and Yewande in particular seemed to like the 21-year-old hunk, sparking the other girls in the villa to rally around her, with Amy – who is partnered up with Curtis Pritchard – slamming Molly-Mae for playing the field.
Speaking to Yewande and Anna Vakili, Amy said: “[She was like] ‘Oh he sounds like my type’ … I’m like no, sorry. You’ve already got two, you’ve been out on a date with another one, so that’s three out of like seven boys … No!”
Earlier in the episode, Molly-Mae was seen speaking to Anna, 28, about her three potential suitors, when she said each of them bring something different to the table.
She said: “All three of them are completely and utterly different. Danny, that’s like, baby daddy vibe material. Anton’s like, I want to go to a theme park with you material. Tommy is like … I want to f**k you material.”
Molly-Mae admitted Tommy is “gorgeous”, but thinks she’d have a lot in common with Danny, who seemed to agree with her when they got a chance to speak to each other in the episode.
She told him: “I’m actually really looking forward to having a chat with you because I feel like we’re going to get on.”
To which model Danny replied: “I feel like me and you have got quite a lot in common. I’ve just got that vibe. I think you seem really down-to-earth.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mikey North feels “blessed” his ‘Coronation Street’ character is facing off against another tough villain after his duel with Pat Phelan.
The 32-year-old star’s alter-ego Gary Windass will brawl with Rick Neelan (Greg Wood), who has pre-dug a grave in woodland ready to kill and bury the builder, next week, and while things don’t look good for Gary, Mikey finds such scenes “enjoyable” to film.
He said: “It’s a challenge but it’s been great. I’ve been blessed in working with two great villains, Phelan and now Rick which has been really enjoyable.
“Gary has often tried to bully people, like Seb down the years, but when he comes up against people like Rick, he realises he’s not so good at it after all.”
Gary previously took on killer builder Pat (Connor McIntyre) until his mum Anna Windass (Debbie Rush) stabbed him to death – and Mikey hopes his character will learn to “calm down his enthusiasm” for his own sake.
Asked how his alter-ego gets himself in such difficult situations, he said: “I don’t know, he tries to do the right things for the right reasons but in actual fact he ends up getting himself into more trouble.
“He needs to learn how to calm down his enthusiasm.
“It’s been inevitable that things would go too far one day, he’s been up against some difficult situations, especially with the responsibility of the factory collapse.
“Being faced up against Rick things don’t look too promising for him.”
Gary – who was responsible for the Underworld factory collapse, which left Rana Habeeb (Bhavna Limbachia) dead – is tricked by Rick into heading to the woodland, believing he is holding Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) captive.
Mikey explained: “Rick is clever … Gary goes looking for Sarah as she had gone missing and he is led to believe she is seen leaving with Rick.
“This gives Rick the chance pretend he has Sarah and get Gary to meet him in the woodland if he ever wants to see Sarah again.
“He feels instant panic. There is a grave there that has been pre-dug, obviously for Gary, and probably Sarah, he thinks at that point.
“And yeah … he comes to realisation things aren’t looking good.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Harris says Matt LeBlanc didn’t want to quit ‘Top Gear’.
The BBC motoring show’s presenter insisted his co-star was “gutted” he had to leave after two years, and the former ‘Friends’ actor made the move because the travel was taking too much out of him.
Speaking to Digital Spy, Chris explained: “He’s gutted he couldn’t carry on doing it – it’s not because he didn’t want to do it.
“The geography of his life didn’t allow him to do it… You could argue he put himself out there for too long to carry on doing it. The travel for him was extraordinary.”
When the new series launches this weekend, Chris will be joined by new co-hosts Paddy McGuinness and Freddie Flintoff, but he is sure he’ll remain good pals with Matt.
He added: “I know he wishes us all the best of luck… I loved working with him, he’s a top bloke. Matt will be a friend forever. He’s a good buddy and we’re in regular contact.”
Matt joined the show as regular co-host in 2016 along with Chris Evans, following the departure of previous hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.
Chris quit the show after just one series but Matt proved a hit with viewers and critics and was joined by co-hosts Chris Harris and Rory Reid for the following instalment.
He announced his exit last summer, and explained he was leaving his role in order to spend more time with his family.
He said at the time: “The time commitment and extensive travel required to present ‘Top Gear’ takes me away from my family and friends more than I’m comfortable with.
“It’s unfortunate, but for these reasons I will not be continuing my involvement with the show. I will forever be a ‘Top Gear’ fan and I wish the team continued success.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jacqueline Jossa would consider an offer to star on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’.
The former ‘EastEnders’ actress admits she would “maybe” head Down Under for the Australian jungle-based reality show one day, and while she wouldn’t be a big fan of chowing down on creepy crawlies in the Bushtucker Trials, she is “not opposed to reality TV” in general.
Asked if there are any reality shows she would like to take part in, she said: “Would you ever see me in ‘TOWIE’? Probably not. Maybe the jungle one day.
“Do I like spiders? No. Can I dance on ‘Strictly’? No.
“I’d want to do something fun, but I wouldn’t find eating spiders fun.
“I’m not opposed to reality TV, but I’m not all for it, either.”
Since departing ‘EastEnders’ – on which she played Lauren Branning from 2010 to 2018 – the 26-year-old star has given birth to her second daughter, 11-month-old Mia Osborne, who she shares with husband Dan Osborne, and set up performing arts academy, The Jac Jossa Academy.
And the star – who also has four-year-old daughter Ella – is concentrating on establishing the school before she returns to acting.
She said: “For the next few months I’m going to focus on launching my new performing arts school, The Jac Jossa Academy, so I can’t focus on anything else right now.
“But of course I will act again. That’s my passion and that’s my home.”
Jacqueline has wanted to set up the academy “for years” and she now has time after departing Walford.
She added to new! magazine: “I’m really excited about it. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for years and now I have the time to do it.
“I’m not at ‘EastEnders’ anymore and I’m coming out of my maternity leave, so it just fell into place at the right time.
“It will offer drama, dance, singing and self-confidence classes as well.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Roxanne Pallett was “hiding a huge breakdown” in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house.
The former ‘Emmerdale’ star sparked outrage when she falsely accused her housemate Ryan Thomas of punching her on the show and she’s now admitted she shouldn’t have entered the famous abode because she wasn’t in the right place mentally to cope with the stress of the situation.
She told Closer magazine: “Everyone has struggles and I’m not using mine to justify my behaviour but looking back, I should have got help 20 years ago.
“Two weeks before ‘Celebrity Big Brother’, I’d been in a car crash and the minute it happened I was on edge and defensive.
“I was hiding a huge breakdown. My mind had gone to mush, I was getting flashbacks of the house fire (from when she was 16) and I wasn’t thinking straight.
“I kept changing my mind and being erratic.
“I was jumping to conclusions that weren’t accurate yet still I laughed and put on a pretence. These invisible wounds were destroying me.”
The 37-year-old actress – who has apologised to Ryan – was later diagnosed with PTSD and sought therapy and now views the scandal as a “blessing in disguise” as it forced her to confront her problems.
She said: “Last year was a blessing in disguise because the universe was trying to tell me I was on the wrong path.
“Now I’m much calmer, I’m less argumentative and defensive and I’ll have EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) and CBT therapy for as long as I need.”
While Roxanne admitted her stint on ‘CBB’ “broke” her, she refuses to be defined by it and is happy with the path she’s now found herself on.
She said: “Last year doesn’t define my life. It was two weeks out of 36 years, but ‘CBB’ was the biggest wake-up call of my life – and the most valuable lesson.
“It broke me, but then it made me.
“For now, my priorities have changed. Life isn’t about a career or success, it’s about being healthy and happy.
“I’ve already been working with mental health groups, sharing my story and helping others.
“I want to use my platform and be an advocate for mental health, and piece myself together. It might take the rest of my life, but that’s OK.”

The 84-year-old chef has admitted she spent most of her schooldays “mucking about” and not being “very nice” to her teachers.
She said: “I was mucking about most of the time. I was pretty wild. I shouldn’t think I was very nice to the teachers.”
As a result of her bad behaviour, the headteacher at the former ‘Great British Bake Off’ star’s school, Miss Blackburn, questioned whether she had any prospects for the future, but her dad came up with a prospective career path for her.
Appearing on Fearne Cotton’s ‘Happy Place’ podcast, she said: “Frequently I would be called in [to the head’s office] because I’d done something . . . I would be ticked off. I didn’t even think what I was going to do.
“But my parents went to see Miss Blackburn and she said, ‘Oh dear, what are we going to do? What could she do? She could be a children’s nurse, perhaps?’ And my father said, ‘Well, I pity the child’. And then he said, ‘Well, she seems to enjoy cooking’.”
While Mary may not have been nice in her younger years, she showed her kind side when she left ‘GBBO’ after it moved to Channel 4 in 2017 but took the time to support her replacement, Prue Leith.
Prue recently said: “We’ve known each other for 40 or 50 years. She’s a great friend. She called me to tell me she was glad I was doing the show and that I’d done a great job, which was lovely of her.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Rockwell has joined the cast of ‘The Ballad Of Richard Jewell’.
The ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ star is set to portray the attorney defending police officer and security guard Jewell after he is wrongly accused of planting the bomb during the Olympic Park bombing during the 1996 Atlanta Games.
The upcoming movie, helmed by Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood, follows Jewell as his life is transformed after the police leaked that he was a suspect in the incident.
Jewell – who found a suspicious backpack in the Olympic Park, before clearing the area and saving lives – quickly went from being considered a hero, to one of the most disliked people in the US.
Leonardo DiCaprio was previously attached to portray Jewell, but he is no longer starring in the movie and will simply produce.
Jonah Hill was also set to star in the film, but will now join DiCaprio in a producing role.
The script has been penned by Billy Ray, who previously wrote 2013’s ‘Captain Phillips’.
The role of Jewell is still yet to be filled.
Following Fox and Disney merging together, Warner Bros. have now signed a deal to the rights of film.
Following his starring role as Officer Dixon in ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ in 2017, Academy Award-winner Rockwell went on to portray George W. Bush in the hugely successful Dick Cheney biopic ‘Vice’.
Meanwhile, even at the age of 89, Eastwood is showing no signs of slowing down.
The ‘Million Dollar Baby’ filmmaker previously insisted he doesn’t have any intention to retire from the movie business, although he is planning to be more selective about his projects in the coming years.
He explained: “Maybe I just don’t want a certain volume of work, but, no, it hasn’t lessened. I love what I do…
“I’ll probably keep on going. I feel good, but it depends on material. I probably wouldn’t do something just because it was marginal – I have to kind of think it has some validity and has some relationship to today.”
