Christine Lampard was in no rush to have children

OHMYGOSSIP — Christine Lampard was in no rush to have children.
The ‘Loose Women’ presenter – who is now a proud mother to Patricia, five months, who she shares with Frank Lampard – says she was always questioned about having kids before she became a mother but she waited for some time because she was “happy” in her marriage and “that was enough”.
She said: “People would ask all the time about children and didn’t seem to believe me when I said, ‘If it happens, it happens.’ They thought I was hiding some kind of heartache. I wasn’t! Having a baby wasn’t something I actively thought about until last year, when we started trying. I was happy in my marriage and that was enough.”
And the 40-year-old television personality ruled out IVF straight away and she was lucky to get pregnant the “old-fashioned way” straight away.
She added: “When we did start trying I was conscious of my age but I’d ruled out IVF after seeing too many friends go through such a gruelling process. People assume that’s what happened on account of my age. But I became pregnant the old-fashioned way immediately – I wasn’t expecting it to be so quick. I’d been feeling a bit weird for a day or two, so I did a test and while I was waiting for the result, I was distracted by housework and got stuck into the vacuuming. Eventually I wandered back to check – I was astonished to find it was positive.”
And Christine can’t wait to see her little girl grow up.
She told the Mail on Sunday’s You magazine: “It will be lovely if she has a good brain, but I don’t need an Einstein. Good nature and kindness will take her where she needs to go. Having said that, when she’s kicking her legs in the bath, Frank jokes that he might yet get the footballer he’s always wanted.”

Trace Cyrus: Miley and Liam’s bond is hard to break

OHMYGOSSIP — Trace Cyrus says his sister Miley and her husband Liam Hemsworth have an “unbreakable bond”.
The ‘Wrecking Ball’ hitmaker and the ‘Isn’t It Romantic’ star – who tied the knot in secret in December – first met on the set of ‘The Last Song’ in 2009, when Miley was 16, and the singer’s eldest brother says the key to their long-standing relationship is the fact that they are both so “chill and down to earth”.
Asked why they are the “perfect match” for one another, the 30-year-old star told Hollywood Life: “I think just trial and error. “They’ve been together since she was 16.
“It’s hard to break that bond.
“From an outsiders perspective, I’ve met them both, obviously.
“She’s just so cool and chill and down to earth and I feel like he’s like that too.
“They just fit perfectly together.
“They’re both just so cool and so nice and just down to earth people.”
Despite sources suggesting Miley, 26, and Liam, 29, are keen to become parents, Trace recently claimed they are not looking to start a family just yet, as his sister has “so much ambition” career wise.
When asked if he could become an uncle soon, he replied: “No. She has no desire.
“I think she has so much ambition to do so much more in her career even though she’s done so much. It’s just not the time for her.
“She has so much time to decide that. She hasn’t even hit her dirty 30 yet.”
Meanwhile, Liam is happier than ever after the pair wed in Nashville, Tennessee.
He said: “We’ve been through so much together over the last 10 years, so [I] felt like it was time. I feel really happy and really fortunate to be with such a great person.
“It was a really special day as it was pretty much just immediate family.”

Ariana Grande’s new leaf ink isn’t a ‘cover up’

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande has insisted her new leaf tattoo is not a “cover up”.
The ‘Break Up with Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored’ singer had a leafy design added to her ‘Always’ ink on her ribcage, which she got last June, when she was with her ex-fiance Pete Davidson.
The 25-year-old pop superstar went to her regular tattooist Mira Mariah on Sunday (17.03.19) to extend the body art, and claimed she was not trying to hide the tattoo, which is thought to have been in the ‘SNL’ star’s handwriting, instead she said the piece is “evolving”.
Ariana, who kicks off her ‘Sweetener World’ Tour tonight (18.03.19) at the Times Union Center in New York, captioned the post of her new ink on Instagram: “post run thrus, 3 am with @girlknewyork 🙂 not a cover up just evolvin also, our show opens tomorrow. i love u and i’m so grateful. see u soon. (sic)”
The ‘No Tears Left to Cry’ hitmaker had a number of inkings done whilst she was with Pete – who is now dating actress Kate Beckinsale – including the numbers ‘8418’ on her foot, a tribute to Pete’s dad who died on 9/11, which she later covered up with a dog.
She also had a black heart inked over her ‘Pete’ tattoo and the comedian also had his Ariana bunny ears on his neck covered up with the same black heart shape.
Earlier this year, Ariana had a major tattoo fail when her ‘7 Rings’ inking on the palm of her hand ended up spelling out a charcoal grill in Japanese, reading “shichirin”.
Ariana laughed off the mishap and was reportedly offered $1.5 million to get her tattoo removed.
The ‘Dangerous Woman’ hitmaker had the tattoo amended from “shrichirin”, but it ended up translating to “Japanese BBQ finger”, and a tattoo removal company offered to help her remove it for the huge sum of money.
Acknowledging the error on her Twitter account, she wrote in a since-deleted message: “Indeed, I left out [some characters] which should have gone in between. It hurt like f**k n still looks tight. I wouldn’t have lasted one more symbol lmao. But this spot also peels a ton and won’t last so if I miss it enough I’ll suffer thru the whole thing next time (sic)”
The singer added: “also….huge fan of tiny bbq grills (sic)”

Chang Chen joins Dune reboot

OHMYGOSSIP — Chang Chen has joined the cast of the ‘Dune’ reboot.
The 42-year-old actor is set to portray physician Dr. Yueh, who serves the Atreides family, in Denis Villeneuve’s take on the sci-fi literary classic.
Chen and the legendary filmmaker were both on the jury at the Cannes Film Festival last summer.
The Taiwanese actor joins the ever-growing cast for ‘Dune, which is being adapted from Frank Herbert’s novel of the same name.
‘Dune’ tells the complex story of a fallen noble family’s attempt to control a desert planet named Arrakis and its export, a rare drug called melange – also known as “the spice” – which is vital to space travel and the most sought after commodity in the universe.
‘Bird Box’ star David Dastmalchian recently joined in the role of Piter De Vries – played by Brad Dourif in David Lynch’s 1984 film – a Mentat human who serves the Baron Vladimir Harkonnen (Stellan Skarsgard) and is addicted to the spice.
De Vries is a human who is specially trained to perform mental functions rivalling the computers that are forbidden in this universe.
The all-star cast of the production also includes Timothee Chalamet as the lead character Paul Atreides, Rebecca Ferguson, Dave Bautista, Charlotte Rampling and Javier Bardem, whilst Jason Momoa has also been attached to the project.
Zendaya and Oscar Isaac are also in talks for roles.
The project is being created by Legendary Entertainment, and Villeneuve will produce alongside Mary Parent and Cale Boyter.
Villeneuve also wrote the script for the flick with the help of Eric Roth and Jon Spaihts.
Legendary acquired the film and TV rights in 2016 after signing a deal with Herbert’s estate for his iconic tome.
Villeneuve previously admitted ‘Dune’ has always been his “dream project” as he was obsessed with the original film growing up.
Filming is due to commence in Budapest and Jordan in spring and the film is set to be released next year.

Lupita Nyong’o: Black Panther was new territory

OHMYGOSSIP — Lupita Nyong’o knew they were in “new territory” with ‘Black Panther’.
The 36-year-old actress – who stars as Nakia in the Marvel movie – says she knew straight away that the movie was important.
She said: “Oh, we knew we were in new territory. We did. That we had an opportunity to shift the gaze from what you expect. We knew. That’s what happens when you turn the camera off-centre. You normalise new things. The percentage of Islamic people on Earth is high, and that, somehow, they should be an exception is ridiculous. So you normalise the marginalised, then you’re able to recognise humanity, even when they don’t look like you.”
And Nyong’o thinks the Ryan Coogler-directed movie “tapped into a hunger” for people from all walks of life.
She added to Culture magazine: “Because I grew up watching international films. I was able to relate to people who didn’t look like me. People look for connection. And that is what Black Panther is doing for people who are not black.
“They are now able to relate to people on screen in the way I’ve related to white people my entire life. We tapped into a hunger. People did not know they were this famished for this story. But when you see something culturally relevant to your experience? It is healing. It was a vibration throughout the world.”
Meanwhile, Nyong’o previously insisted she thinks “people are ready” to see a film like ‘Black Panther’.
She said: “I think people are ready to see a film like this. A predominately black cast, African story and a celebration of African culture on a very big scale. It’s a look and feel like something you’ve never seen before. It is [ground-breaking]. It is a beautiful thing to behold. All of us are often asked to relate to white characters and now it’s time for the world to relate to black characters and what you realise is that we are the same. This kind of thing it’s amazing that it is happening now, it’s a beautiful thing. This is time for it and we’re ready.”

Ringo Starr working on new album

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Ringo Starr is working on a new album.
The Beatles drummer signed a publishing deal with BMG last year, following the release of his 19th solo record ‘Give More Love’, which was released in September 2017.
Last week, the 78-year-old musician was seen in a picture with his studio engineer Bruce Sugar and his All-Starr Band live supergroup’s guitarist Steve Lukather.
Bruce captioned the studio snap on his Facebook profile: “Another great day in the Studio… (sic)”
And Ringo later added to his page: “In the studio again with the great Steve Lukather what a guy. Peace and Love.”
A representative for the the music legend has now told Billboard: “He has been working on a new record for a few months.”
Ringo’s BMG deal means the company is now the home of over 150 of his titles, including the Beatles’ tracks ‘Octopus’s Garden’ from the seminal LP ‘Abbey Road’ and 1968’s ‘Don’t Pass Me By’ from their self-titled ninth studio record, which he penned, and all future works.
Ringo – real name Richard Starkey – said: “I love making music and the songwriting process – and putting new music out there to play alongside the old.
“How great to be working with BMG who are excited to have my entire catalogue.”
The ‘Let It Be’ sticksman previously gave an insight into how he writes new music.
He said: “What usually happens is with the writers I write with, one of us will have a line.
“I usually have a whole list of lines, and then we sort of just think what we’re gonna do.
“The best [new track] to talk about is ‘So Wrong for So Long.’ Somebody said that to me in 2008, and I just thought, ‘that’s a great line,’ and finally turned it into a record, into a track.”
Most recently, Ringo provided drums on US singer/songwriter Jenny Lewis’ album ‘On the Line’,
and last year saw him team up with former Eurythmics guitarist Dave Stewart on his new music.
But Ringo admitted that regardless of who he’s collaborating with, he always tries to direct the tunes towards a feeling of “peace and love” – just like his iconic Liverpool band did.
Reflecting on his collaboration process, he explained: “What usually happens is – it doesn’t matter what people are doing. I direct it to the place I want it to be. Which is usually peace and love.”

Barry Manilow doesn’t get sick of singing his famous songs

OHMYGOSSIP — Barry Manilow never gets sick of singing his hit songs.
The ‘Mandy’ hitmaker loves to perform his most famous tracks at his shows and he says that he could never grow tired of them as the audience make him feel like he’s “never heard” the songs before.
He said: “I’ve stopped performing album cuts and medleys of big bands and stuff. I know what the audience wants. They want the hits. And I am happy to give that to them. I’m one of those lucky guys who has a catalog of hits that can fill up 90 minutes. I don’t know how that happened, but I’m very grateful. And I want to give them every song they know. So it’s a very happy audience out there …
“I could see the difference. When I would do something they didn’t know, they would be very polite. And then when I would do ‘Looks Like We Made It,’ the roof would cave in. They were telling me what they wanted. And it’s my pleasure, honestly. It’s theirs. They gave these hits to me. So I’m happy to do it. I don’t mind it. I really don’t. You would think that I’d be sick of them by now. But I really am not because they make it brand new for me. It’s as if they’ve never heard these songs before.”
And the 75-year-old singer thinks he was “terrible” live at first.
He added to USA Today: “I was terrible. I was just terrible. But the audiences didn’t think so … They liked this guy up there. And they applauded. Sometimes they applauded very loud … I did figure out, kind of, the rules of how you put together a show and what do you say in between songs. And I have a good sense of humour so I could do that. But I was still just very uncomfortable for many years.”

Tamara Ecclestone to do Strictly Come Dancing?

OHMYGOSSIP — Tamara Ecclestone has reportedly been asked to compete on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The 34-year-old heiress is said to be considering signing up for the BBC One ballroom and Latin contest now that her five-year-old daughter Sophia – whom she has with husband Jay Rutland – is “older”.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: “Tamara has been on producers’ lists before, but she wasn’t in a position to do it.
“Now her daughter is older she feels it’s something she would love to do.
“She looks great and is from a fascinating background.
“She would undoubtedly be the richest person they’ve ever had on the show by a country mile.”
If Tamara – who is the daughter of former chief executive of the Formula One Group, Bernie Ecclestone and Croatian model Slavica Eccleston – does sign up for the celebrity dance show, she could be joining the likes of DJ Chris Evans, comedian Alan Carr and Welsh newsreader Huw Edwards, who have been approached by the BBC for this year’s series.
Virgin Radio breakfast host Chris confirmed he has a place in the 2019 line-up, whilst Alan said he was asked to do ‘Strictly’ but he has a “busy year” ahead, so he isn’t sure whether he can commit to the rigorous rehearsals.
Whilst Huw admitted he would love to take part, but wants to “gauge public opinion” before agreeing to the gig.
Happy Mondays star Bez was also reported to have joined the show.
The ‘Step On’ hitmaker’s bandmate Shaun Ryder previously revealed he’d turned down the programme due to his swearing habit, but the 54-year-old maraca-shaker, who is known for his wild dancing moves, may be set to make his debut in the ballroom, after he admitted he could “go all the way” in the competition.
Speaking previously of his potential, Bez said: “I reckon I could go all the way. Dancing has made me famous and entertaining people is what I do best.
“I’ve lost count of the number of blokes who’ve come up over the years and said, ‘Thanks for making it OK for indie guys to get on the dance floor’.”

Scarlett Moffatt dating Scott Dobinson

OHMYGOSSIP — Scarlett Moffatt is dating Scott Dobinson.
The ‘Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway’ star has reportedly been in a relationship with the police constable for four months.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Scott seems like a really stand-up guy. He could be good for her. The pair met through a mutual friend and hit it off straight away. And he’s got a decent job being a police officer in Durham near where she lives.”
Scarlett had previously confessed she is looking for love now she has “learned to embrace” her curves.
She said: “I love my boobs. I’ve learned to embrace my curves, this is me. I was going to hide away under a suit and I thought, ‘No, why should I?’ So I wore this dress instead that shows off everything. I’ve accepted my body and I’m happy with curves, and I love my boobs. I’m representing the curvy girls and that’s great. I’m looking for a new man, but I haven’t found one yet. I’m working on it.”
Scarlett previously borrowed the words of singer Ariana Grande to insist she is so grateful she split from her ex-partner Lee Wilkinson and is looking forward to giving “herself much love and attention” in 2019.
She wrote on Instagram at the end of last year: “Ladies if you do one thing in 2019 be kind & forgiving to yourself. Give yourself as much love & attention as you give other people. I’ve learnt so much in 2018 … 1. That I don’t have time to hate people who hate me, because I’m too busy loving those who love me. 2. That trolls opinions are genuinely irrelevant to my life … 3. I’ve learnt to be as kind to myself as I am to other people … 4. And that sometimes by removing people from your life you actually gain so much self worth.”

Ali Bastian marries David O’Mahony

OHMYGOSSIP — Ali Bastian and David O’Mahony have tied the knot.
The ‘Doctors’ actress got married in front of family and friends in a “magical” ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London.
She said: “The whole day just felt magical. It was everything I dreamed of and more. It really was the happiest day of my life.”
Whilst David added: “Ali took my breath away. She looked absolutely stunning, so incredibly gorgeous. I felt so proud – proud of how beautiful she looked, and proud that she was on time!”
And David feels “very grateful” towards his new wife Ali.
He added: “I’m very grateful to Ali for being my perfect partner. So the last person I thanked was Ali – I’m so proud, grateful and in love with her, it was very emotional to declare that in front of a room full of people.”
The couple were joined at their wedding by a host of famous faces including Ali’s former ‘Hollyoaks’ co-star Carley Stenson and her partner Danny Mac as well as Westlife’s Kian Egan.
Ali and David knew it was love from the moment they first laid eyes on each other and there was an instant connection between them.
She shared: “The moment David walked in I remember thinking, I’m in so much trouble! We kissed like teenagers in a corner all night and ended up having eggs Benedict at 5am in a Soho cafe.”
The couple are also keen to have children together.
Speaking to OK! magazine, he added: “Absolutely, we hope we are blessed with children – we both come from brilliantly large families and would love to add to them at some point in the future.”

Taraji P Henson: Empire set is ‘great’

OHMYGOSSIP — Taraji P. Henson has insisted things are “great” on the ‘Empire’ set.
The musical drama has been hit by disruption following Jussie Smollett’s arrest on charges relating to him allegedly faking a racist and homophobic attack on himself earlier this year, prompting producers to axe him from the final two episodes of the series, but his co-star – who plays family matriarch Cookie Lyon – claims the scandal hasn’t affected the atmosphere during filming.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “It’s a great atmosphere.”
While the 48-year-old actress stayed tight-lipped on how Jussie’s character, her on-screen son Jamal Lyon, will be written out of the finale, she is excited about what’s in store for her own alter ego.
She said: “Cookie’s on a really emotional roller coaster this year. She’s finding herself.”
‘Empire’ showrunner Brett Mahoney recently insisted it is “too early” to make a decision on whether Jussie will keep his job on the show as he and other executives working on the show wants to see how his legal case develops first.
He said: “It’s a matter of trusting the process and allowing the legal process to play out and see where it goes from there. And it’s too early to think about what we would have to do if we didn’t have Jussie.
“We have such a strong ensemble and we have so many stories to tell for all of these fascinating characters that it’s bigger than one character, but it’s too early to think about the show without him.”
However, the executive producer felt making the “difficult decision” to drop the 36-year-old actor from the final weeks of filming was the best thing to do, both to allow him to focus on his legal battle and his co-stars to focus on the show without any “disruption” or stress.
He explained: “It was a very difficult decision, but I think in terms of allowing the cast and the crew to really get the work done without a great deal of disruption in terms of the day-to-day and the stress of the day-to-day, and, in addition, allowing Jussie the time to really deal with what he’s been confronted with and allow him the time to focus and prepare his case, this seems like the logical decision to make.”

Olly Murs had therapy for anxiety

OHMYGOSSIP — Olly Murs sought therapy to combat anxiety and panic attacks.
The 34-year-old singer was first paralysed by fear when he was due to perform on a TV show and he couldn’t remember his lyrics and was struggling to breathe.
He recalled: “My heart was pounding and I couldn’t breathe. I’m standing behind the mic and I’m talking trying to calm myself down, thinking: ‘What’s going on? I’ve never ever been like this’. It was genuine panic.
“I was looking at my mum and dad in the audience and trying to focus, despite the fact I’d just forgotten my lyrics. It was just a routine performance but I didn’t know what was going on.”
The ‘Dance With me Tonight’ singer also had another feeling of “sudden, overwhelming panic” when he received the happy news he’d landed a job as a coach on ‘The Voice’.
He said: “I’ll never forget, I was driving back from Braintree to Witham, in Essex, just waiting for a call from my management to say if I’d got ‘The Voice’.
“As soon as they told me I’d got it, my friend with me was so excited for me. He was like: ‘You’re doing ‘The Voice’. This is huge.’
“I was like, ‘Yeah, it is.’ Then I just had this sudden, overwhelming panic. Whether it was anxiety or depression, I was like: ‘I don’t think I can do this.’ ”
Olly realised he needed help and through the therapy sessions traced his deep-rooted fears to the criticism he’d received when he and Caroline Flack co-hosted ‘The X Factor’ – the talent show on which he shot to fame almost 10 years ago – in 2015.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I tried to piece it together myself but I couldn’t. It made me feel down and I said, ‘I need to go and see someone about this’…
“[The anxiety came from] the idea of going on TV again, maybe making a mistake and being put in the spotlight again with people saying negative things about me.
“I’ve only ever had a career that’s been so positive. And when you get that little bit of negativity, it hurts.”
Thankfully, the ‘Troublemaker’ hitmaker found meeting the therapist very helpful and has urged other men to speak up if they are facing similar problems with anxiety.
He said: “Men are too scared to talk about their mental health but I’m not.
“I’m happy to talk about it, because for me it’s not an issue… I feel great now and if I ever get in that position again or feel like that, I can walk away.”

Jordyn Woods to sign several new deals

OHMYGOSSIP — Jordyn Woods is set to sign “several new deals” after her cheating scandal with Tristan Thompson.
The television personality was caught kissing the basketball player when he was still dating Khloe Kardashian but the whole scandal has brought her new deals and she is flying over to London to sign them.
Sources tell The Blast that Jordyn is set to head across the pond to the UK at the end of the month.
Jordyn had previously revealed that the scandal made her realise that 90 per cent of her pals were not real friends.
She said: “I get to see everyone’s true colours now. You have my phone number, you could have called or texted me a mean text, but I guess if everything’s social now, that’s how people handle things. I am shocked about being bullied by people that just a week before were telling me how much they loved me. I can tell you one thing, 90 per cent of these people were not my friends.”
And her family have been plagued with death threats.
She added: “The crazy thing is, the arms that I thought would be around me are nowhere to be found. The first few days of this were definitely the hardest. I couldn’t eat, I didn’t eat for days. I couldn’t look at my phone, even. I just tried to sleep and hope that I’d wake up and this wouldn’t be true. Every time you refresh the page it’s another person bullying, or wishing death upon me, or telling me something like, ‘Your father deserved to die.’ I may have done something wrong, but whatever I did, I don’t think I deserved this. It’s just, it’s not fair. If I was a weak person, I would have hurt myself. It’s even hard for me to say this … everyone’s safety is now … we can’t leave the house. My brother can’t go to work. My sister can’t go to school. She’s 12 years old. My mother can’t even go to the grocery store.”

Celebs Go Dating dedicated to Mike Thalassitis

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Celebs Go Dating’ paid tribute to Mike Thalassitis on Sunday (17.03.19).
The ‘Love Island’ star – whose body was found near his home in Essex on Friday (15.03.19) – appeared on the dating programme in February 2018 and E4 dedicated the latest episode of the show to the former footballer when it aired last night.
After the credits rolled, a photo of Mike appeared on the screen alongside the words “In memory of Mike Thalassitis 1993-2019”.
Meanwhile, former ‘Celebs Go Dating’ expert Nadia Essex has admitted her “heart is broken” following her friend’s apparent suicide.
The 37-year-old star was slammed after posting emotional videos on her social media accounts asking if the news was “a hoax” and she claims she has now been “driven off” Twitter as a result.
She told MailOnline: “I loved that man, and he is dead. My heart is broken. I loved the bones of Mike. And yet I have been driven off social media for trying to find out whether or not the news was true. I’m done.
“This is precisely what’s wrong with Twitter and it should be ashamed of itself. It is 2019 and yet people are still allowed to hurl abuse at one another on that platform.
“Instagram is different, but last night I had to come off Twitter after the amount of abuse I received. I will never understand it.”
Nadia went on to describe Mike – who was nicknamed ‘Muggy Mike’ on ‘Love Island’ – as a “beautiful human being” who she was very “close” to.
She added: “Mike and I were close, we spent a lot of time together when we were in Cape Verde [for ‘Celebs Go Dating’ filming]. And he was far from muggy, he was magic; he was a beautiful human being!”

Sir David Jason enjoyed stunt driving

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir David Jason has discovered a passion for stunt car driving.
The 79-year-old actor spent a month travelling from Seattle to Los Angeles for his series ‘Trains, Planes & Automobiles’, which looks at the heritage of American transport, and though he “didn’t realise” he’d be asked to get behind the wheel of one of the vehicles, he jumped at the challenge.
He said: “One of the things I learned was that I really enjoyed stunt-car driving.
“I didn’t realise they would ask me to do it.
“The producers told me we were going to see this stunt driver on a skid pan, and I thought, ‘That’s interesting.’
“The next thing, they were saying to me, ‘We want you to do it.’ But I coped because I understand vehicles and I like driving.”
The ‘Only Fools and Horses’ legend also had an “exhilarating” experience in a helicopter during filming.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I also loved flying in a helicopter over the Mount St Helens volcano, which is still active. That was scary, but exhilarating.”
But David didn’t find everything easy.
He explained: “Driving a Model T Ford was extremely difficult. The pedals are reversed from the way they are now.
“It’s so crude, but that was the motorcar that started it all. It’s an incredible part of history.”
When it came to getting a work permit to film the show, David had no problems – because officials recognised him as the voice of animated superhero Danger Mouse.
He said: “When I went to the embassy, what speeded up the process was the fact that two or three people who were processing me learned I had done the voice for Danger Mouse.
“That was very funny.”

Aaron Paul ‘would love’ to star in Breaking Bad movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Aaron Paul “would love” to star in a ‘Breaking Bad’ movie.
The 39-year-old actor played Jesse Pinkman in the acclaimed drug drama from 2008 to 2013 and showrunner Vince Gilligan revealed back in November that he is working to create a new movie set in the same universe as the original TV series.
Aaron is keen to reprise his role as Jesse but he insists he “hasn’t heard anything” about the project.
Speaking at the Sun Valley Film Festival, Aaron said: “Rumours are funny – I once heard a rumour that I was being cast as Han Solo, I haven’t heard anything about the ‘Breaking Bad’ movie but if there is one and it comes together I’d love to be a part of it.”
The ‘BoJack Horseman’ star went on to explain that his co-star Bryan Cranston – who portrayed mild-mannered teacher-turned-drug baron Walter White – isn’t likely to make it into the movie because he dies, so the film “has to star Jesse”.
He said: “If it were to happen, yes, I would love to do it. In case you haven’t caught up on the TV series, Walter dies, so … it has to star Jesse.”
Bryan, 62, previously admitted that although it doesn’t seem very likely he’ll appear in the film, he would jump at the chance to reprise his role in any capacity should the screenwriter ask him.
He said: “I would, absolutely [be in it]. It’s Vince Gilligan. If Vince Gilligan asked me to do it, sure, absolutely. He’s a genius.”
Though not much is known about the potential plot of the ‘Breaking Bad’ movie, ‘Why Him?’ actor Bryan hopes it will allow some of the other characters’ journey’s to be completed.
He added: “It’s a great story, and there’s a lot of people who felt that they wanted to see some sort of completion to some of these storylines that were left open.
“This idea, from what I was told, gets into at least a couple of the characters who were not completed as far as their journey.
“I can’t wait to see all those people again … even if I just come by to visit!”
