Noel Edmonds ate worms from his garden before I’m a Celeb.

OHMYGOSSIP — Noel Edmonds ate worms from his garden to prepare for his ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ appearance.
The 69-year-old star revealed that he is taking his stint in the jungle very seriously, and he proved his dedication by doing his own Bush Tucker Trial before flying to Australia to move into the camp.
The former ‘Deal or No Deal’ host told the Sun: “There are now no worms in our garden, [they taste] exactly like what you’d expect.
“Empty kangaroo testicles I’m better with, so I hope they’re emptied before. I’ve never seen reference to whether they are on not.”
The broadcaster also said that he has pet names for his private parts, but added he isn’t prepared to go nude on screen because ITV aren’t ready for “Mr Happy and the twins”.
Noel, whose career took off in 1969 when he moved to BBC Radio 1 – boasts that he has a “fantastic relationship with the British public” and is confident about his success in the jungle.
However, the former ‘Top of the Pops’ host has claimed if he does win, he will quit because he wants a break from his long career.
He said: “If they do vote me king I will never appear on television again. Fifty years on TV is long enough — give us a break for Christ’s sake.
“We’ve got enough problems with Brexit… Nexit? Now I’d be very happy to do that deal but on the terms I win the bloody thing.”
Noel is thought to be joining Emily Atack, John Barrowman, Anne Hegerty and the other stars in the jungle tonight (21.11.18).
This year’s edition of the reality show – which features several celebrities who live together in a jungle environment without luxuries – is hosted by Dec Donnelly and newcomer Holly Willoughby.

Mark Labbett ‘talked’ Anne Hegerty into I’m A Celeb

OHMYGOSSIP — Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett talked Anne Hegerty into starring on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’
‘The Chase’ star revealed on Wednesday’s episode of ITV’s ‘Loose Women’ that he thinks his co-star “will go a long way” and admitted he felt “guilty” after voting for her to take on a Bushtucker Trial.
Speaking on the show, Mark said: “I’ve got a confession to make, I kind of talked her into it. I feel even more guilty after voting for her on that trial!
“Foolish me, when they said ‘mental challenge’ I thought, ‘Perfect for Anne, throw her in, she’s really good under that kind of test conditions!’
“I should have realised, with it being the jungle, it would be more than solving a problem, it would be slime etc!”
Mark, 53, is backing Anne – who is nicknamed The Governess, to be named Queen of the Jungle – and has confessed the she “plans everything” but is “confident” that the star will be absolutely “fine”.
He added: “People with autism, they like certainty, they’re the ultimate planners. The business we do [as quizzers] it’s very easy to absorb facts with clear answers.
“Anne does really badly when she’s surprised. She plans everything. I know everywhere she goes in the world, before she goes she will plot where she will have mass on the Sunday.
“She will have on Google maps the church she will go. She’s already bought my son his birthday and Christmas present before she left – that’s organisation.
“You’ll notice with I’m A Celeb, anything that comes out of the ordinary, she doesn’t react well to it. I’m quite confident in her ability to recover from that. I think she’ll be fine.”

Hollyoaks’ Daisy Wood-Davis set for Holby City appearance

OHMYGOSSIP — Daisy Wood-Davis has reportedly been filming for ‘Holby City’.
The former ‘Hollyoaks’ actress – who bowed out of the Channel 4 soap earlier this year after four years as nurse Kim Butterfield – is said to be lining up a special guest appearance on the hospital drama.
According to Digital Spy, the 28-year-old star has been on set this week filming for an episode due to air in spring 2019 in which she will play Phoebe Crowhurst.
It’s said she will appear as the on-screen sister of Evan, who will be played by newcomer – and former ‘EastEnders’ actor – Jack Ryder.
Following the announcement of his own casting last week, Jack said: “I am delighted to be joining ‘Holby City’ and look forward to working with such a talented group of people.
“I can’t wait to give a voice to this exciting new character and serve a show that people love.”
While Daisy is yet to officially confirm her guest spot, she did tease her Twitter follows as she re-tweeted a selfie with a fan and dropped a hint about her next role.
She coyly said: “Met some @Hollyoaks fans at a certain other tv studio I’ve been filming in this week… they’re everywhere! (sic)”
Daisy’s final scenes for the soap saw her flee Chester after her involvement in Glenn Donovan’s death.
Meanwhile, the star recently revealed she would love to team up with pal Jessica Ellis (Tegan Lomax) again after admitting she couldn’t stop crying watching her final episode as Tegan died after being hit by a tree.
She wrote on Instagram: “Tegan, I’m gonna miss you but I’m so glad you brought me Jess! I cannot wait to see where your talent takes you next, the world is your oyster!
“I’m going to carry on crying now at that e4 episode + if you missed it, tune in tomorrow at 6.30pm ch4! Well done to all involved and JESSICA ELLIS- YOU SMASHED IT! I love you xxx ps. How about a Kim + Tegan spin off?! (sic)”

Kurt Russell supported stepson Oliver Hudson in new film

OHMYGOSSIP — Kurt Russell was supportive of Oliver Hudson in ‘The Christmas Chronicles’.
The 67-year-old star – who is currently promoting the new Christmas movie in which he plays Santa Claus – said that he was very supportive of his 42-year-old stepson and watched him work even though they didn’t have scenes together.
He appeared on ‘This Morning’ today (21.11.18) and said: “I didn’t actually get to work in scenes with him but I got to watch him work.
“It was an incredibly important part of the movie because at the end of the movie there is a very strong emotional aspect to the story that character has to pull off.
“They told me they were going to go after him, and I called him up and I said: ‘Is that true? Are you gonna do this?’
“He said: ‘I’m thinking about it.’ Because he’s putting together his own television series and I didn’t know if he was going to be able to work that in or not.”
The ‘Tombstone’ actor and wife Goldie Hawn have a lot of kids between them – including Boston Russell, from Kurt’s previous marriage to Season Hubley, Kate and Oliver Hudson, from Goldie’s previous marriage to Bill Hudson, and their son, Wyatt, who they welcomed in 1986.
Kurt – who loves having a large family and raised his stepchildren as his own – said that he is excited to go to his ranch in Colorado this Christmas, to enjoy a “picturesque” holiday with all of his relatives.
He gushed: “We’ve got six grandkids now – we have all the kids there. We go to Colorado, we go to the ranch there that we’ve had for a long time.
“And it’s generally kind of picturesque and it’s snowing, it’s cold.”
‘The Christmas Chronicles’ is directed by Clay Kaytis and will be released on November 22 by Netflix.

Nicole Kidman dashes hopes of third season of Big Little Lies

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Kidman admits another season of ‘Big Little Lies’ could prove difficult.
The 51-year-old actress – who portrays Celeste Wright in the HBO series – has crushed fans hopes for a third instalment of the popular show as she thinks it will be too hard to get all cast members back.
She told the latest issue of Variety: “I think it would be hard to get the whole group together.
“But we would love to do it.”
The Australian star also opened up about working with Hollywood legend Meryl Streep on the second season, who she called “the queen” and praised for being a “complete pro”.
She gushed: “She is the queen.
“I call her the great one.
“It’s so good when you see someone that could be resting on their laurels and doesn’t, is a complete pro — comes in, is never late. It’s just great to work with that.”
Meryl got in touch with Nicole about joining the cast after the show – which also stars Laura Dern, Zoë Kravitz and Shailene Woodley and is executive produced by Reese Witherspoon (Madeline Mackenzie) – scooped four Golden Globes.
Nicole recalled: “She goes, ‘I suppose now I have to join you.’
And we were like, ‘What?’ The two of us were just shocked.
“There was no script when Streep signed on. “She hadn’t even read it. That’s how much she wanted to support us.”
Whilst Nicole admitted she was nervous working alongside Meryl, she and Reese wanted to make sure they had the perfect script for the ‘Devil Wears Prada’ star.
And she also teased that the women have “much stronger” roles in season two, which airs in 2019.
She said: “You’re acting opposite the great one. I get nervous anyway – but to be opposite her and not want her to think, ‘Who is this amateur?’ And also, we want to deliver a series for her that she’s great in.
“Reese and I were like, ‘We want this for her and for the other women.’
“They have much stronger roles in the second one.”
Nicole also admitted that she felt she acted “terrible” in the scene where she is in couple’s therapy with her abusive on-screen husband Perry (Alexander Skarsgard), but that her co-stars reassured her that she may have been shaky because of the “vulnerable” state her character was in.
She said: “When I saw the therapy scene, which people really responded to, I thought I was terrible.
“And everyone was like, ‘No, no!’ I think it was because I felt too exposed and vulnerable.
“It was probably too much for me to see.”

Jennifer Lopez’s Walk of Fame star is vandalised

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lopez’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame has been vandalised.
The sidewalk tribute – which was presented to the singer-and-actress back in June 2013 – was defaced with black spray paint on Tuesday (20.11.18) and local police were contacted with a vandalism report and are now investigating the incident, TMZ reports with no motivation currently apparent.
J-Lo’s golden star is the latest to be vandalised on the Walk of Fame as Mariah Carey had a question mark placed next to her name back in 2017.
President Donald Trump’s stone has been damaged on several occasions by protesters since he was elected to the White House.
Disgraced comedian Bill Cosby’s star was also defaced with the words “#serialrapist” and a reference to the “#MeToo” movement following him being sentenced to jail time for sexual assault earlier this year.
Lopez, 49, became the 2,500th person to receive a star on the Walk of Fame five years ago and when she was presented with the honour she admitted it had “inspired her to work harder”.
She said at the time: “I love you, thank you so much for going on this journey with me. This landmark moment inspires me to work harder and dream bigger for all that is the future. I hope you feel as I do that it was all worth it, and I hope that I have touched your hearts even in a small way.”

Kim Cattrall ‘wanted to be paid the same as Sarah Jessica Parker’

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Patrick King has claimed Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall fell out over pay disparity.
The executive producer of ‘Sex and the City’ has alleged that the stars of the show and subsequent spin-off movies – who played Carrie Bradshaw and Samantha Jones respectively – showed signs of a waining friendship when Kim asked to be paid the same as Sarah Jessica.
Speaking on the ‘Origins’ podcast, he said: “The show doesn’t exist if Sarah Jessica wasn’t the blonde star of the show, that’s number one.
“Kim was not at the height of her career, Kristin (Charlotte Yorke) was under her in terms of notability, Cynthia (Miranda Hobbs) was a theatre actress and their contracts reflected that status.”
He admitted: “I guess for Kim it didn’t matter how much the raise became if there was never parity, but there was never going to be parity.”
Michael also claimed that Kim wasn’t “mentally” a part of the show’s “family”.
He added: “As the show progressed, the characters, everybody grew, it became a family.
“Kristin, Cynthia, and Sarah Jessica became one group, and Kim never joined mentally.
“Kristin and Cynthia went in the light, they became those two ladies, they understood it was Sarah Jessica’s name, look at the posters.”
Kim and Sarah Jessica were reported to be in a feud after it was claimed Kim had been the cause of the third ‘Sex and the City’ movie being cancelled, due to her alleged diva demands on set.
The actress then publicly slammed Sarah Jessica by claiming she had a “toxic” relationship with her, and later accused her of “exploiting” her tragedy after she sent her condolences to Kim when her brother passed away.
Kim said: “My Mom asked me today ‘When will that @sarahjessicaparker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?’ Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now.
“Let me make this VERY clear. (If I haven’t already) You are not my family. You are not my friend. So I’m writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your ‘nice girl’ persona. (sic)”
However, Sarah, 53, has insisted she’s “not in a fight” with Kim.
The ‘Failure to Launch’ star slammed the idea of there being a “catfight” between her and her former co-star – who made scathing comments about Sarah Jessica in the past year – as she has “never fought” with the 62-year-old star.
She said: “If one more person calls this a catfight … I’m not in a fight.
“I never fought with Kim. I don’t have to send any gifts to Kim, because I’ve never done anything. She has felt perfectly comfortable to say lots of things. That’s the beauty of living in a democracy, but I have no apologies, meaning, this isn’t a catfight.
“This is someone who chose to talk about something and myself, I remain grateful for her work and the role she played on and off camera for all the years we spent together.”

Kiernan Shipka too busy to date

OHMYGOSSIP — Kiernan Shipka doesn’t have time to go on dates.
The 19-year-old actress stars as Sabrina Spellman in ‘The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ – the Netflix show based on the comic book series of the same name – and admits her “number one priority” is her work at the moment, so she’s not actively seeking a romantic relationship.
In an interview with Seventeen magazine, she said of her hectic work schedule: “I’ll wrap on Saturday at 6am, so I’m pretty much useless on Saturday.
“And then Sunday, I have to get all my stuff done for Monday.
“Occasionally, the cast can drive me out for a fun time but work is my number one priority right now.”
The former ‘Mad Men’ star also spoke about how she was attracted to the part of Sabrina in the ‘Riverdale’ spin-off because of the show’s “feminist content”.
She explained: “I gravitate toward feminist content because that’s just who I am.
“But there was something so cool about this show being so feminist while still having this very separate fantastical element.
“It’s sort of set in this ‘timeless’ period where there aren’t many references to pop culture or what’s happening now or what happened in the past.
“But at the same [time], it’s related to what’s happening in many different ways and resonates on so many levels.”
Kiernan says the best advice she has received is to always “speak up” for yourself and “empower” other women in the industry.
She said: “Stand up for yourself and be your best advocate.
“That’s something that’s so important and can be applied to any career.
“I’ve definitely learned to speak up when it’s called for and to ask questions and to not be afraid to own it and just go for it.
“And being supportive of other women is always essential – essential!
“It’s important to have conversations with other women. We are all in this together.”

EastEnders to air special Ruby Allen episode

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘EastEnders’ is to air a special episode next week focusing on Ruby Allen’s rape storyline.
An ep of the BBC One soap will be set purely in the Queen Vic pub, and Louisa Lytton – who plays the character – admits she was “really nervous” being the focus of the attention while shooting the special, which will feature various characters’ views on sexual assault and consent.
She said: “Everyone says how intimidating it is to film in the Queen Vic, even the likes of Steve McFadden and Letitia Dean – no matter how long you’re there, people still have the fear.
“I was really nervous doing it, my boyfriend didn’t understand the Vic fear with everyone looking at you.
“It’s one set, which is rare, and a smaller amount of characters interacting where we get to hear different views on rape and consent.”
On Monday’s (26.11.18) episode, Ruby will be told Ross Swinden (Ossian Luke) and Matt Clarkson (Mitchell Hunt) have been charged with rape after she reported having non-consensual sex with them.
But Ruby looks set to develop a romantic interest in Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) when he comforts her after the sexual assault makes front page news, and Louisa is hoping her character will find love.
She added to RadioTimes.com: “They develop a nice friendship which becomes a safe place for her, he’s very soft and tentative and just a lovely guy. It becomes a bit ‘will they/won’t they’.
“Initially, a relationship is the last thing she wants. But at the same time she needs the comfort of a man as she doesn’t have a father figure. So that’s how it starts – Ruby just needs a friend!
“It would be nice for the character to have a romance as we’ve not seen that since she’s come back.”

Muse wants Rolling Stones level of longevity

OHMYGOSSIP — Muse want to emulate the longevity of the Rolling Stones and stay together for at least another 15 years.
The ‘Supermassive Black Hole’ rockers – who released their debut album ‘Showbiz’ in 1999 – have just brought out their eighth LP ‘Simulation Theory’, and the trio has no plans to wind down.
Asked where the band would be in 15 years, drummer Dom Howard told iHeart Radio: “We’ll see. We plan to stick around and carry on.
“I think we’ve always admired the bands that can do that, like The Cure or U2 or The Stones.
“Any of those bands that stick together, that’s the hardest thing, to stay together. If we do that then we’ll still make music.”
While the Stones have been together for five decades, U2 and The Cure both formed 42 years ago, with all three acts continuing to delight fans around the world with live shows and new material.
While the rockers – completed by Matt Bellamy and Chris Wolstenholme – are looking ahead, there’s also time to reflect as they confirmed plans for a box set to celebrate their early albums.
Dom added: “We’re actually working on this package that we want to release, which is remastered versions of the first two albums.
“We’re also working on this book which has really old photos and a story of… how we came about and musically got to where we did with ‘Showbiz’ and how that transitioned into ‘Origin of Symmetry’.
“So, there’s a package at work with silly photos and early recordings.”

Rolling Stones announce huge US stadium tour

OHMYGOSSIP — The Rolling Stones have announced a US stadium tour for 2019.
The legendary rockers – made up of Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts – have confirmed a run of 13 dates as part of their ongoing ‘No Filter’ tour.
Frontman Mick sang the announcement in a brilliant home video shared on Twitter, as he played guitar and belted out: “I just found out today, that we’re going to the USA. Where the hell we gonna live? Where the hell we gonna play? ”
The star went on to sing the places they’ll stop at on the road, kicking things off at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida on April 20.
From there, the Stones will play shows to fans in cities like Houston, Pasadena, Seattle, Philadelphia and New Jersey before bringing the tour to an end on June 21 at Chicago’s Soldier Field.
Bandmate Keith also commented on the exciting news, and admitted for the British band the upcoming stateside tour still felt like a homecoming.
He tweeted: “It’s great to be playing back in America. Feels like we’re coming home.”
The dates will mark their return to the US for the first time since 2016, and the official announcement followed speculation from fans after their logo appeared on several huge venues earlier this month.
Meanwhile, the ‘Paint It Black’ hitmakers’ manager recently hinted at the band’s possible plans for the future.
Joyce Smith said: “The schedule is being prepared about where we’re going to be over the next 12 months, in terms of some studio work, maybe some live plans or other projects that are coming through the door.
“On the way back from Warsaw, from the last gig on No Filter [tour], as we were on the plane, one of the principals, who shall remain nameless, said, ‘Joyce, could I just ask, is it okay to have August off?’ I think that says it all.”

Willem Dafoe says ‘history lied’ about Vincent van Gogh

OHMYGOSSIP — Willem Dafoe found that “history had lied” about Vincent van Gogh when he took on the role in the movie ‘At Eternity’s Gate’.
The 63-year-old actor portrays the 19th century Dutch Post-Impressionist painter in the Julian Schnabel directed flick, and like most people his understanding of Van Gogh was that he was a tortured soul who cut off part of his left ear with a razor.
However, from researching the role Dafoe discovered he was a misunderstood “hopeful character” who could be incredibly “joyous”.
Speaking to The Guardian newspaper about the iconic painter, Dafoe said: “He felt like he was painting in a new way. One of the things that changed for me in making this movie was the joyous part of him that we don’t see. He’s usually depicted as the poster boy for the tortured artists, but I would definitely say he’s a hopeful character. History lies!
“Flexibility is important for an actor. Otherwise corruption sets in. You get stuck in certain patterns, and a certain kind of performing language that keeps you from a kind of sense of discovery or danger or mystery.”
Despite having a screen career which has spanned four decades, the ‘Spider-Man’ star never had serious ambitions to become an actor when he started out and that helped him relate to playing the painter as like Van Gogh he is a perfectionist.
Dafoe added: “I was just a dopey kid that loved being in plays but I thought that was something that would pass, and one day I’d grow up and become an adult. It’s only after you’ve been working for a while that you say, ‘Well, I guess I’m an actor.’ It sounds suspicious, it sounds like, what, was I asleep? But somewhere deeply, I always thought I’d do something else. I like working from a place of zero and going towards something. Some people really respond to the idea of nailing it or executing it to perfection. I like perfection, I appreciate that.
“But I’m much better trying to find something than I am knowing something and executing and explaining it. I think it’s the difference between a craftsman and an artist. I aspire to be an artist.”
‘At Eternity’s Gate’ has a stellar cast which also includes Rupert Friend, Mads Mikkelsen, Emmanuelle Seigner and Oscar Isaac among others.

Jessica Hart’s refused to close dental gap

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Hart was banned from getting the gap in her teeth closed.
The 32-year-old model has never felt “ashamed” to have a space between her two front gnashers, and admitted that at the start of her fashion career, she was told not to change anything about her distinctive smile.
In an interview with Rosie Huntington-Whitley for Rosie Inc., she said: “When I first signed on as a model, my contract said that I couldn’t have the gap in my teeth closed.
“It’s such a funny thing because I’ve never known any other way. If I step outside of myself and look back, I’m like, ‘Oh, it’s a crazy thing. I have a gap in my teeth!’
“It’s one of those things that’s just so normal to me. I’ve never felt like it’s something to feel ashamed of or to have ‘fixed’.”
The star believes that one of the biggest beauty lessons she learned throughout her career is to “highlight natural features” rather than covering them up with make-up.
She said: “That’s one of the tricks I’ve learned in the make-up chair: Always work with what you have and highlight your natural features instead of trying to conceal them.
“If you have bushy eyebrows, roll with it. If you have rosy cheeks, work with it. Learn the colours that work for you. It’s so much easier once you know yourself.”
The model admitted that she’s the most confident when around family and doesn’t care about what others think if she’s hanging out with her sister.
She said: “These days, I get a lot of comfort in being around my family. Whenever I’m around my sister, I feel so confident. It’s the only time I’m probably not thinking about what other people think.”

Mariah Carey was ‘very intimidated’ by Aretha Franklin

OHMYGOSSIP — Mariah Carey felt “very intimidated” when she duetted with her idol Aretha Franklin.
The ‘Hero’ hitmaker has opened up about the day the pair hit the stage together for VH1’s ‘Divas Live’ in 1998, which saw them perform the late Queen of Soul’s hit song ‘Chain of Fools’.
The pair only got the chance to rehearse once, hours before going on stage, and the 48-year-old megastar confessed she was so nervous, she didn’t want to do the gig.
Recalling what it was like performing with the music icon – who passed away after a battle with pancreatic cancer at the age of 76 in August – she spilled: “I was very intimidated and didn’t want to perform with her.
“Everybody else was like, ‘Let me have it.’
“And I’m not saying anything against anybody else, but I felt there was a thing where it was like they wanted to be able to say they took her on.
“I was like, ‘I’ll be with the background singers, okay?’ That’s the Queen of Soul.”
Mariah didn’t divulge what exactly took place behind the scenes, but hinted there was some drama.
Doing an impression of the ‘Respect’ hitmaker, she told Andy Cohen on ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’: “She said to me, ‘Mariah they’re playing games, and I’m not having the games. So we won’t be rehearsing tonight.”
The ‘We Belong Together’ hitmaker then hinted that she may spill all about the infamous event in her memoir, teasing: “I’m working on my memoirs.”
When Aretha sadly passed away, Mariah took to Twitter to pay tribute to the ‘Natural Woman’ singer and thanked her for the huge impact she had on her career.
In a series of tweets, she said: “You showed me I could sing the songs I wanted to sing and bring God with me.
You’ve inspired millions everywhere yet never left home, never left church. Today the entire world mourns your home-going and celebrates all the brilliance you left behind.
“I will forever cherish the moments I spent in your presence. Your indelible impact was earned not only by your incomparable voice but by your bigger than life personality, wit and humor.
“I say a big prayer for you. You will forever have all our respect. (sic)”

Katherine Kelly joins Gentleman Jack cast

OHMYGOSSIP — Katherine Kelly has signed up to ‘Gentleman Jack’.
The ex-‘Coronation Street’ actress will team up with fellow former cobbles resident Suranne Jones on Sally Wainwright’s upcoming eight-part drama, and she is “delighted” to have joined the cast.

“I know how passionate she is about the life and times of Anne Lister, and I’m delighted to be portraying such a key historical character in Anne Lister’s story.”
Suranne will star as main character Anne, an industrialist in the 19th century who will return to her ancestral home Shibden Hall after years travelling around the world.
Katherine is to appear as Elizabeth Sutherland, the sister of Anne’s intended wife Ann Walker (Sophie Rundle).
What’s more, ‘Fortitude’ actress Sofie Grabol has joined the cast as Queen Marie of Denmark, and her scenes will be shot on location in Copenhagen.
She added: “When asked if I would like to play the Queen of Denmark in Sally Wainwright’s brand-new series, I could not have said ‘yes’ fast enough!
“I’m excited to welcome the ‘Gentleman Jack’ team to Copenhagen, and to film my scene as Queen Marie with the wonderful Suranne Jones.”
Creator, writer, and lead director Sally – who is also behind ‘Scott & Bailey’, ‘Last Tango in Halifax’ and ‘Happy Valley’ – is pleased Katherine and Sofie have signed up for her latest production.

“Anne Lister is taking us up to Scotland and across Europe.”
