Nicki Minaj seemingly reopens Cardi B feud

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicki Minaj has seemingly reopened her feud with Cardi B.
The 35-year-old rapper appeared to have ended their long-running feud in October when she called a truce over Twitter, but Nicki’s new video for the track ‘Good Form’ – which features the two strip club bartenders who Cardi has been accused of ordering an attack on – could reignite their rivalry.
Baddie Gi and Jade appear at around the 40-second mark in the video, and Nicki has also posed alongside them for a photograph for her Instagram account.
Cardi, 26, surrendered to New York City police in October over the alleged fight at a strip club.
The incident was reportedly triggered by Cardi – who has denied involvement in the alleged fight – thinking that one of the women was involved with her husband Offset.
Nicki subsequently discussed the alleged incident on her Queen radio show.
She said: “You getting girls beat up because of what your man doing?
“Real b*****s never do that – you never attack the woman … you take that up with your f***ing man.”
In August, Nicki and Cardi clashed at the Harper’s Bazaar Icon party during New York Fashion Week.
But they recently appeared to have ended their feud after Nicki reached out to her rap rival over Twitter.
In October, she wrote on the micro-blogging platform: “Ok you guys, let’s focus on positive things only from here on out.
“We’re all so blessed. I know this stuff is entertaining & funny to a lot of people but I won’t be discussing this nonsense anymore. Thank you for the support & encouragement year after year. Love you. (sic)”
Cardi then seemingly appeared to reach a truce with Nicki.
She wrote on Instagram: “@Nickiminaj alright then! Let’s keep it positive and keep it pushing! (sic)”

Margot Robbie felt ‘very weird’ shooting Wolf of Wall Street scene

OHMYGOSSIP — Margot Robbie felt embarrassed shooting her most raunchy scene in ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’.
The Australian actress rose to worldwide attention on the back of her starring role in the Martin Scorsese-directed drama, but Margot has admitted to feeling “very weird” during the scene in which she had to seduce her on-screen husband, played by Leonardo DiCaprio.
Margot, 28 – who played the part of Naomi Lapaglia in the hit movie – told Porter magazine: “It doesn’t come across when you’re watching the movie, but in reality we’re in a tiny bedroom with 30 crew crammed in. All men.
“For 17 hours I’m pretending to be touching myself. It’s just a very weird thing and you have to bury the embarrassment and the absurdity, really deep, and fully commit.”
Earlier this month, meanwhile, Margot admitted she finds it “uninspiring” to be cast as “the wife or the girlfriend”.
The actress said that in the early days of her career, she was careful with which roles she agreed to take on as she refused to let herself be typecast in parts that would be “the catalyst for the male story line”.
She said: “When I was trying to make my name as an actress, creative roles for women were limited.
“I didn’t want to pick up another script where I was the wife or the girlfriend – just a catalyst for the male story line. It was uninspiring.”
The ‘Suicide Squad’ star set up her own production company, LuckyChap Entertainment, in 2014, and she can’t believe it has taken Hollywood so many years to realise that more movies should be made “for women”.
Margot explained: “When we set out to create our company, it was sort of a new idea, but then in response to the #MeToo conversation it was all that anyone was talking about. People were like, ‘Why don’t we make movies for women?’ Uh, what a revelation, right?”

Catherine Zeta-Jones removed her kids from the ‘crazy world of Hollywood’

OHMYGOSSIP — Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas removed their kids “from the crazy world of Hollywood” to ensure they remained grounded.
The 49-year-old actress and Michael, 74 – who have kids Carys, 15, and Dylan, 18, together – have made a conscious effort to make sure their children don’t get carried away by the glitz and glamour that surrounds them.
Catherine told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “They’ve kinda been removed from the crazy world of Hollywood or even the crazy world of Manhattan.
“The teenagers here in Manhattan, there’s a maturity that comes too quick I think.”
The Welsh actress praised the maturity of her children, but she also admitted there’s an element of luck involved with parenting.
She said: “We’ve kind of shielded them away, but they’re incredibly mature for their tender years. They get it, and that’s just a thing [where] I think that I just got lucky.”
Meanwhile, Catherine recently revealed she has a “very open” relationship with her husband.
The actress claimed that the secret to her long-standing romance with the Hollywood icon is that they are both very “open and honest”.
She said: “Both Michael and I have a very open relationship. When you have kids that didn’t ask to be born into a world where [the marriage is] scrutinised or looked into, you’ve got to be open and honest and share things that probably people at the drug store wouldn’t share over the counter.”
Despite this, Catherine confessed things aren’t always “rosy” in their love life.
She explained: “First of all, I’m so happy that we’ve made it to be 20 years together. It’s been great.
“But I think it’s just unfathomable to me that you would be with one person for 18 years and things are not rosy every day. You know? They’re just not.”

Tim Commerford splits from his wife Aleece Dimas

OHMYGOSSIP — Rage Against the Machine bassist Tim Commerford and his wife Aleece Dimas have split.
The 50-year-old musician and Aleeca have been married since 2001, but she made the filing for divorce on Wednesday (28.11.18) in a Los Angeles County court.
In a statement to People, Tim – who has sons Quentin and Xavier with his wife – said: “After 17 years of marriage to Aleece Dimas, I am saddened to announce our divorce.
“This decision was made after much careful thought and consideration. I want to send my deepest appreciation to my family and friends who have supported us through these changes. We remain committed and loving parents to our two boys.
“Our family asks in advance for your kindness and sensitivity at this difficult time.”
According to the documents filed with the court, Aleeca is seeking physical custody of the children, as well as spousal support from Tim.
Meanwhile, the rock star previously admitted to being “an extreme human”.
Tim added: “I like to put myself in situations that are dangerous, whether in sports or politics or music.
“For me, that’s what life is all about. That risk is where it’s at. I don’t think that looking for a safe way out is the way out. A lot of amazing things have happened in the world because people got p***ed and took it to the streets.
“You’re talking to someone right now, it’s sad, but when I see protests, and nothing violent happens, I’m a little bummed.
“I want people to be violent. I don’t want white supremacists and getting run over, but I do want people protesting white supremacists to come with bats. That’s what I want. That’s the kind of protesting that makes things change.”

Jake Owen reveals his girlfriend is expecting a baby girl

OHMYGOSSIP — Jake Owen’s girlfriend Erica Hartlein is preparing for the arrival of a baby girl.
The 37-year-old country singer and Erica are expecting their first child together, and Jake revealed the gender of their baby during the iHeartCountry LIVE at the iHeartRadio Theater in New York.
During a discussion with the show’s emcee about Erica’s pregnancy, he confessed: “[Giving up drinking] sounded like a good idea at the time. I was like, ‘This is gonna be great! Both of us will go without drinking for nine months. I will be completely clear-minded for when this baby gets here,’ and it’s a girl.
“We just found out it’s a girl. I just kinda threw that out there. People had been wondering. We found out it’s a girl. I’m good at making girls.”
Jake – who already has a six-year-old daughter called Olive with Lacey Buchanan – previously admitted he relishes the challenges and joys of fatherhood.
The singer said: “Having a child now, there are times I look at her and times like taking her fishing or taking her out on the boat – when she grows up, that’s what’s gonna be real to her.
“She’s gonna talk about the times she learned to fish with daddy or went out on the boat and learned how to surf, those are gonna be the things that are real to her.”
But Jake admitted to enjoying the special moments he shares with his daughter more than she’s currently able to appreciate.
He shared: “Just the daddy-daughter dates that we have together, that’s a big deal not only to her I’m sure down the road, but it’s a big deal to me right now.”

Jay-Z says his What’s Free verse wasn’t intended as a diss

OHMYGOSSIP — Jay-Z insists his verse on ‘What’s Free’ wasn’t intended as a diss against Kanye West.
The New York-born rap star’s verse on the track – which features on
Meek Mill’s new album ‘Championships’ – has widely been perceived as an insult directed towards Kanye, but Jay has taken to Twitter to clarify that wasn’t his intention.
In a rare post on the micro-blogging platform, Jay – who hadn’t tweeted since June 2017 – wrote: “The line clearly meant don’t pit me against my brothers no matter what our differences are (red hat) now go pick up Meek album . Drake and Meek on there together . (sic)”
On the much-discussed track, Jay – who is married to pop star Beyonce – raps: “No red hat, don’t Michael and Prince me and Ye / They separate you when you got Michael and Prince’s DNA, uh / I ain’t one of these house n***** you bought / My house like a resort, my house bigger than yours.”
Then, Jay – who has kids Blue Ivy, six, and 17-month-old twins Rumi and Sir with Beyonce – seemingly compared his wife to Kanye’s spouse, reality TV star Kim Kardashian West.
He raps: “My spou… (C’mon man). My route better, of course.”
Jay and Kanye, 41, were previously close friends, but the 48-year-old star admitted earlier this year that they were taking a break from each other.
He said during an interview with David Letterman: “That’s my brother.
“We’re beyond friends. Really, like literally, my little brother is Kanye, and like your little brother, things happen sometimes … Do you have siblings? You guys ever have a falling out? It’s like that. That’s your sibling forever.
“We don’t come from the same mom and dad, but I watched Kanye without an album. The thing I respect about him is he is the same person who interrupted our studio session, stood on the table and started rapping. We were like, ‘Could you please get down?’ He was like, ‘No! I am the saviour of Chicago!’ He didn’t even have a record.”

Kris Jenner stars in Ariana Grande’s Thank U, Next video

OHMYGOSSIP — Kris Jenner makes a cameo appearance in Ariana Grande’s ‘Thank U, Next’ music video.
The 63-year-old showbiz matriarch plays a devoted mother in a ‘Mean Girls’-inspired scene from Ariana’s latest video, which touches on her past relationships and even references her ex-fiance Pete Davidson’s manhood.
Kris takes on Amy Poehler’s role of Regina George’s mother in the video as she videos Ariana and the rest of The Plastics performing a sexy dance routine while wearing Christmas-themed outfits.
At the end of the video, Kris is sat in her seat and tells the girls: “Thank you, next. B**ch!”
After the video premiered, Kris took to her Twitter account to quote a line from the 2004 comedy movie, which starred Lindsay Lohan, Tina Fey, Rachel McAdams and Amanda Seyfried.
She wrote: “I’m not a regular mom, I’m a cool mom. [winking emoji] (sic)”
The video also features a cameo appearance from actress Jennifer Coolidge.
Meanwhile, Scooter Braun recently defended Pete over the abuse he’s received from Ariana’s fans.
The entrepreneur – who represents Ariana – leapt to the defence of the singer’s former fiance, who returned to Instagram on Wednesday (28.11.18) to promote his new movie and his post was inundated with mean-spirited replies from Ariana’s fans.
Scooter urged the fans to “stop the bulls**t”.
He added: “It is nothing like that and Pete is a good dude. No one has hate for this guy and he is a stand up guy. Show respect because trust me, everyone on this side knows he deserves it and wishes him well.”
Ariana, 25, and Pete started dating in May and announced their engagement in June.
But the high-profile duo ended their romance in October and Ariana recently admitted that the last 12 months of her life had been “challenging”.
The chart-topping star – whose ex-boyfriend Mac Miller died from an accidental drug overdose in September – wrote to her fans on Twitter: “i love y’all so damn much. thank u so so much for everything
“what an interesting, challenging, painful and yet beautiful and exciting chapter of life ….. when it rains it pours but i’m embracing all of it. i’m excited for whatever else the universe has in store for me. she’s growing n she’s grateful. (sic)”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reach custody agreement

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reached a custody agreement.
The 54-year-old actor and Angelina, 43 – who split in 2016 – have finally reached an agreement over their divorce and custody terms.
Samantha Bley DeJean, Angelina’s attorney, told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “A custody arrangement was agreed two weeks ago, and has been signed by both parties and the judge.
“The agreement, which is based on the recommendations of the child custody evaluator, eliminates the need for a trial. The filing and details of the agreement are confidential to protect the best interests of the children.”
Angelina – who has kids Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, Vivienne, ten, and Knox, ten, with the actor – is reportedly “pleased to be entering the next stage and relieved at the progress for the health of their family”.
The Hollywood duo were previously said to have agreed to try to reach a swift conclusion to the issue, acknowledging that they wanted to avoid the pain of a lengthy court battle.
Angelina had originally wanted sole custody of the kids and is said to have fought for the ‘World War Z’ actor to get “minimal” time with his brood, but they now appear to have reached an amicable agreement.
Earlier this year, Angelina – who married Brad in 2014 – was ordered by a judge to allow her children to spend more time with their father, or risk losing custody.
The judge told her at the time: “If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt].”

Matthew McConaughey won’t speak before seeing work

OHMYGOSSIP — Matthew McConaughey won’t publicise his movies until he’s seen the finished film.
The ‘Gold’ actor admits he’s learned the hard way not to talk about his work until it’s complete as sometimes the final movie is very different to how he hoped it would be.
He admitted: “I’ve given this advice: don’t do press junkets or talk about the film until you’ve see it. I’ve done that before and I went and saw the movie and I was like: ‘Every interviewer I’ve talked to must have been thinking, what fricking movie is he talking about?’ ”
And the Oscar-winning star claimed he’s never reached his own high standards in his work.
He told The Guardian newspaper: “I mean, I’ve have never been in a film or given a performance that was as good as I’d hoped it would be.
“I’ve come close. I’ve seen some that are close. The movie that was closest to the script that I’ve ever been a part of is ‘Mud’. There was like one scene different and the dialogue is almost exactly what Jeff Nichols wrote.”
However, Matthew is still proud of some of his work and thinks he’s made some “great” movies in the past.
He added: “I’ve never done [a film] that’s lived up to what I imagined it could be.
“I’ve been a part of a bunch of films that I highly respect and really have a love for and think are great. And I’ve done performances that I’m very happy with and I’m like, ‘Good job, McConaughey!’ But nothing that I’ve ever thought … And I don’t think I’ll do one that does.”

Olly Alexander wants Spice Girls tickets

OHMYGOSSIP — Olly Alexander has joked he’ll quit music if he can’t get Spice Girls tickets.
The Years & Years frontman has been a fan of the ‘Wannabe’ hitmakers since he was seven years old so is thrilled four members of the group – Geri Horner, Mel B, Mel C, and Emma Bunton – are getting back together for a stadium tour next year and he can only hope his fame helps him get to see them at one of their sold-out shots.
He joked: “I don’t buy tickets any more. If I don’t get f***ing guest list for the Spice Girls tour, I’m quitting the music industry. I’m putting that out there now.”
Olly has previously met Geri and Mel C and stood next to Mel B at a Los Angeles nightspot, but she was too busy talking to Harry Styles to pay attention to him.
He told NME.com: “She didn’t give a s**t about me, bless her, why would she?”
The ‘King’ hitmaker can understand why the group’s tour has sold out because their songs have stood the test of time and people are looking for nostalgia during tough times.
He said: “They’re just such an enduring part of British culture, and I think they’re an important part of people’s lives.
“You could also say that because the world today feels so f***ed up, anything that reminds us of the ‘good old days’ is appealing.
“But I also think their songs are amazing and stand the test of time. There was nothing like them when they came out; I remember at that time it was Oasis and the Spice Girls and it felt quite revolutionary to be in the UK.”

Jay-Z mocks Kanye West on new record

OHMYGOSSIP — Jay-Z has mocked Kanye West on a new track.
The 48-year-old rap star has ridiculed Kanye for his support of US President Donald Trump and for wearing his ‘Make America Great Again’ cap in his verse on ‘What’s Free’, a new song that features on Meek Mill’s album ‘Championships’.
Jay – who is married to pop star Beyonce – raps: “No red hat, don’t Michael and Prince me and Ye / They separate you when you got Michael and Prince’s DNA, uh / I ain’t one of these house n***** you bought / My house like a resort, my house bigger than yours.”
Jay and Kanye, 41, have had a turbulent relationship for a number of years, even though they collaborated on the ‘Watch the Throne’ album in 2011.
And, speaking earlier this year, Jay admitted they were taking a break from each other.
He said during an interview with David Letterman: “That’s my brother.
“We’re beyond friends. Really, like literally, my little brother is Kanye, and like your little brother, things happen sometimes … Do you have siblings? You guys ever have a falling out? It’s like that. That’s your sibling forever.

John Barrowman not surprised by Noel Edmonds’ exit

OHMYGOSSIP — John Barrowman is not surprised Noel Edmonds was the first contestant to be voted off ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’
The 69-year-old TV legend – who was the last celebrity to enter the Australian jungle – lost out in the public vote on Friday (30.11.18) and was sent packing and co-star John Barrowman believes his late arrival is the reason why.
He told his fellow campmates: “Because he was the last one in, and they think the rest are deserving to stay longer. I don’t mean this in a bad sense, the original team and he was the one brought in, so they thought he should be first to go.”
While Noel said he was equally “disappointed and relieved” to be leaving the jungle, his former campmate Harry Redknapp believes his pal would have been shocked at losing the public vote.
He said: “Noel will be absolutely shocked by that. Massively shocked. I spoke to him last night.”
The veteran broadcaster – who previously served as the Emperor of the ‘I’m a Celebrity’ camp – found himself in the bottom two of the public vote against actress Rita Simons, but he ultimately failed to secure the support he needed to remain in the jungle.
Despite his early exit from the programme, Noel said that the ITV show represented one of the highlights of his career.
Speaking to his fellow campmates the night before his exit, Noel said: “It wasn’t easy coming in late so thank you for making it easy as you can.
“Earlier today I was reflecting on how fortunate I am in my life and thinking about true experiences and I wasn’t expecting this to get into the top ten of all time.”
Following his exit, Noel revealed he’s backing Fleur East to ultimately win the ‘I’m a Celebrity’ crown, describing the pop star as “an astonishing” woman.
Noel is reported to have been paid £600,000 by ITV for his jungle adventure.

Emily Blunt conquered fears during Mary Poppins

OHMYGOSSIP — Emily Blunt conquered her fears while filming ‘Mary Poppins Returns’.
The 35-year-old actress used to have a huge fear of singing and flying but revealed she managed to overcome both of those for her performance in the upcoming movie.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: “I was particularly challenged by two aspects of the movie, which were the singing and the flying. I’m terrified of both singing and heights. I had to sing while suspended from a great height in this movie. Those days were quite traumatic but I survived and in the end, I felt quite proud. It was a cathartic experience.”
Emily has previously revealed that acting helped her overcome her childhood stutter.
The star – who has Hazel, four, and Violet, two, with her husband John Krasinski – had a speech impediment when she was growing up and she used to focus on “watching and listening” to people because she “couldn’t speak fluently”.
She said: “Because I couldn’t speak fluently, I watched and listened. I’d be on the Tube, and I’d wonder about people and invent back stories for everyone. There’s always been a natural desire to walk in the shoes of others. It started quite young, because it was the only tool I had to speak properly. I was that kid, upstairs in my room, trying out stuff in the mirror. But I’d never tell anyone about it. It was always very private.”
Meanwhile, filmmaker Rob Marshall revealed he took offering the role to Emily as seriously as a marriage proposal.
He said: I guess it was. I didn’t mean it to be. I did think it was a big deal to ask her to play this role so I wanted to set it up in a sort of ceremonious way.
“When I said, you know, it’s Mary Poppins, the character and the film, there was definitely silence. But then I heard her inhale with excitement. I knew that, of course, we all had trepidations and fear about how you follow that brilliant first film, but I know how fearless she is and I knew she would say yes.
“By the end of the phone call it was a big yes.”

Andy Serkis defends Scarlett Johansson

OHMYGOSSIP — Andy Serkis has defended Scarlett Johansson over the ‘Rub & Tug’ controversy.
There was an outcry earlier this year when the star was cast as a transgender man in drama movie ‘Rub & Tug’, leading to Scarlett pulling out of the movie but Serkis believes actors should be able to play any role they wish.
He told Variety: “I absolutely disagree. I really, vehemently disagree.
“Actors should be able to play anything, and that’s why I love performance capture technology. What should be the point is that whatever colour your skin is, whatever shape you are, whatever height you are, whatever your makeup is as an actor, you should have the ability to play anything.”
Andy – who admitted he had planned to go back to being a “conventional actor” after portraying Gollum through motion capture in ‘The Lord of the Rings’ franchise – said he wants equal opportunities in the movie industry but he believes in artistic freedom.
Speaking about when Peter Jackson asked him to play King Kong, he explained: “I had thought ‘Ok, I’ll be going back into my career as a conventional actor.’ But then Peter Jackson asked me to play King Kong, and that was a real epiphany moment — sort of going, ‘That, for me, is the end of typecasting.’ Of course, equal representation and opportunity is what [the conversation] should be about, but we’re in the art of the imagination.”
Meanwhile, Andy has directed ‘Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle’, a retelling of Rudyard Kipling’s ‘The Jungle Book’ and he believes it is “darker and emotionally more grounded” than the original text.
He said: “This version of the story hadn’t been told. People say it’s darker, but it’s emotionally more grounded. It’s complex. I grew up loving the animated original, it’s a beautiful piece of work, but it didn’t have that complex central journey. I always felt that Mowgli was left out of the story, and you enjoyed the antics and buffoonery and the songs and the star turns of the animals.”

Victoria Beckham had party hangover

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham had a “sore head” after her London Fashion Week party.
The former Spice Girls singer celebrated a decade of her eponymous label this year and she threw herself into celebrating the milestone at a Vogue bash in September.
She said: “I’m been so lucky that I’ve been to lots of amazing parties over the years.
“But recently, I celebrated 10 years of my brand with a great party with British Vogue and that felt really special.
“It was just after my S/S’19 catwalk show, during London Fashion Week and I was surrounded by friends and family.
“I had a very sore head the next morning.”
While the 44-year-old designer – who has children Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13, and seven-year-old Harper with husband David Beckham – loves a good party, she also really enjoys the hours before, when she prepares for the evening ahead.
Asked her secret to getting ready for a big night, she told Grazia magazine: “Leave enough time! There’s nothing worse than rushing around just before you have to leave.
“Enjoy it – sometimes the best part of going out is the getting ready.
“I find a glass of wine actually helps the preparation process.
“As for when I get home – shoes off. Immediately. Especially if I’ve been dancing.”
Victoria recently admitted she has big plans for the future of her fashion empire.
She said: “I always say dream big. There are a lot of things I wanted to do with the brand, more categories and really put my foot on the gas. I needed to bring people in to help me to do that, people who had done this before.”

Simon Cowell wants to bring back Celebrity X Factor

OHMYGOSSIP — Simon Cowell wants to bring back ‘Celebrity X Factor’.
Although the music mogul has previously blasted the one-off show ‘The X Factor: Battle of the Stars’, which he labelled pointless when it aired 12 years ago, he has had a change of heart and wants to revive it.
Speaking to The Sun’s TV Mag, Simon said: “‘Celebrity X Factor’ wasn’t one of my favourite shows, but for some reason I do actually want to do it again.
“I’m hoping we’re going to do this soon. I’d like to mentor David Walliams!”
The previous series, which ran for a week, featured stars including Gillian McKeith and Nikki Sanderson and was won by Lucy Benjamin.
Meanwhile, Simon recently revealed that ‘The X Factor’ and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ will continue until 2020 after he signed a new deal with ITV.
He said: “We’ve just been offered an extension on both shows because of the 16 to 34-year-old audience. We could probably do three years or five years. It makes a lot of money.
“We got to a point years ago where we were able to compete with Strictly because there was that huge audience.
“We’re losing people now but fortunately the young audience has actually grown this year and all the advertisers and the sponsors want that income on a Saturday.”
However, former judge Sharon Osbourne has hit out at Simon, claiming he is to blame for the show’s fall in viewers.
She said: “Unfortunately, not out of malice, but I am only saying this because Simon’s quote thinks it is funny, that the figures have dropped, and dropped and dropped through the course of the show.
“I am not saying it was all me at all, but (it’s because of) his decision to change the show again and again and again.”
