Bianca Del Rio wants to replace Victoria Beckham in Spice Girls

OHMYGOSSIP — Bianca Del Rio wants to replace Victoria Beckham for the Spice Girls tour.
The comedian drag star has insisted while she admittedly isn’t a big fan of the ‘Wannabe’ hitmakers, she still thinks she could be a perfect fit for the group’s comeback shows in the absence of the fashion designer.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: “I’m not a fan but Adore Delano and Courtney Act are huge Spice Girls fans, they can quote the movie, and I know nothing.
“If they need an uppity b***h who doesn’t want to be there, I’e been that person on my many tours, so why not. Nothing gayer than that!
“She is fashionable but when you’re a pencil does it really matter what you wear? She’s like: ‘Ooh I’m a designer’. Please girl!”
The ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ star is no stranger to a passionate fanbase either, although she has begged her own supporters to stop sending her such strange gifts.
She explained: “It started with some very interesting packages, first letters, some very long letters, they were unstable letters.
“And then it became the catheter because she was a nurse who sent me catheter and support socks that she said would work on long flights.
“She was thoughtful but obviously didn’t realise I wasn’t going to walk around with a purse full of p**s while I’m on a flight!”
Spice Girls – made up of Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner – are set for a reunion tour in 2019, but they won’t be joined by Victoria.

Childish Gambino pays tribute to late father at farewell show

OHMYGOSSIP — Childish Gambino paid tribute to his late father as his promised new music during his final show.
The 35-year-old rapper-and-singer – the musical alter ego of actor Donald Glover – brought his farewell tour to an end with two sold-out shows at The Forum in Los Angeles, and this week he made an emotional speech to his fans about “trust”.
As reported by Billboard, he said: “I lost my father a couple weeks ago.
“I wanted to play him some of the new songs, but he didn’t want to hear them because he was like, ‘I know they’ll be great.’ I’m not saying that to talk about music, I say that to talk about trust.”
As well as performing ‘Riot’ for his dad, Gambino also opened up to his audience about the difficult year he’s had away from his music.
He added: “I lost a lot of good people. I know it’s been a tough year for everybody, that’s what’s crazy. I wish I could change everything for everybody.”
The star also teased a new, unreleased track which could feature on his fourth and final album, which is expected to be released next year.
Earlier this year, he was forced to cancel a few dates of his ‘This Is America’ tour in the US following an injury he incurred while on stage in Dallas in September.
Unfortunately, this led to the ‘Redbone’ rapper axing a string of planned live performances in Europe and Australia.
rescheduled his show at London’s O2 Arena on November 4 for March 24, 2019 and tickets will remain valid for this date while those who can’t attend the new date will be given a full refund.

Nicolas Cage pushes comedy boundaries in Between Worlds

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicolas Cage was determined to push the comedy boundaries for his role in ‘Between Worlds’.
The 54-year-old actor – who stars as a down-on-his-luck truck driver in the new supernatural thriller – has revealed how he embraced one scene in the movie in particular, in which his character is seen having sex while reading from a book titled ‘Memories by Nicolas Cage’.
Recalling the surreal scene, Nicolas admitted: “I thought it was extremely funny and anytime you can break the fourth wall pushing the envelope in terms of traditional or narrative is an experiment worthy of trying.”
The Hollywood star revealed the scene was inspired by the writer Henry Miller, who was widely known for his innovative style and unique approach to his work.
Nicolas explained that the comedy in the Maria Pulera-directed ‘Between Worlds’ is, to some extent, reminiscent of that found in some of Miller’s writing.
Nicolas told Collider: “I had never done anything like that – to read a book by the actor who is playing the character.
“I was inspired by the novels of Henry Miller, ‘Tropic of Cancer’, ‘Tropic of Capricorn’ – I always thought they were not only sensual but hilarious in terms of the braggadocio of Henry Miller – that he would go into great detail about his adventures in the sensual realm and I wanted to bring a little of that kind of humour to ‘Between Worlds’ with that concept.”

Saoirse Ronan quizzed Scottish people to prepare for Mary Queen of Scots

OHMYGOSSIP — Saoirse Ronan prepared for her role as Mary Queen of Scots by asking Scottish people how she should portray the royal figure.
The 24-year-old actress has the lead role in the upcoming biopic, and in order to do the part justice, every time she came into contract with someone from Scotland, she would get advise from them.
She told The New York Post’s PageSix Column: “Every Scot I’d meet . . . I’d be like, ‘What do I do with her, what do you think of her, tell me what you grew up learning about her?’ She’s an icon.”
The Irish American star recently admitted it was an “amazing feeling” when she was working on the film because the project was a dream come true.
She said: “The film focuses on the seven years before Mary’s arrest in England and we see Queen Elizabeth heavily involved in the politics of that time and the struggle against patriarchal authority.
“I’ve always wanted to play Mary and it was an amazing feeling to get to do it.”
The ‘Lady Bird’ star particularly enjoyed getting to show the monarch’s “very personal” side while exploring her “fascinating” story.
She said: “It’s a fascinating and compelling story and I couldn’t wait to play this character.
“We get to see Mary in a very personal way, which adds another layer to the story and all the politics, betrayals and conspiracies taking place.”
While the tale sees Mary at loggerheads with her cousin, Queen Elizabeth I – who is portrayed in ‘Mary Queen Of Scots’ by Margot Robbie – Saoirse believes the two women are very similar.
She explained: “Both women are trying to find purpose in the rather mixed-up world they’re become part of.
“From Mary’s point of view, she’s someone who is genuinely trying to do her best and bring peace to a land that hasn’t known it for so long.
“But of course, she’s a threat to Queen Elizabeth.”

Guns N’ Roses music could arrive sooner than fans think

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Fortus has teased that a Guns N’ Roses album could arrive “soon”.
The ‘Paradise City’ group’s guitarist has suggested fans of the heavy rock band – completed by Axl Rose, Slash, Duff McKagan, Dizzy Reed and drummer Frank Ferrer – won’t have to wait long to hear new music, even hinting that new material could arrive before the end of 2019.
During an interview with the US rock radio station KSHE, he spilled: “We are going to try to do another record and get it out soon.
“The band is doing so great now.
“I think it will happen faster than you think.”
Pressed for further details and whether music could be released by the end of next year, he coyly replied: “It could definitely happen … there might be stuff started.”
Richard went on to explain that after they completed their ‘Not In This Lifetime Tour’ on December 8, the ‘You Could Be Mine’ rockers are unlikely to head out on another extensive run until a record is out.
He said: “We are not going to do anymore dates for a little bit.
“It’s not going to happen.
“It depends on whether or not we have another record out.”
And when quizzed on what frontman Axl would write about, in reference to the current political climate in the US with the controversial President Donald Trump in power – whom the singer slammed for using Guns N’ Roses song ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ in his campaign – he said: “I think Axl has a lot to write about.”
And when quizzed on how his bandmate has changed over the years, Richard said: “I don’t know how different his life is.
“He’s a different cat for sure, he’s a solid dude now.”
Richard’s update on new Guns N’ Roses music comes after guitar slayer Slash revealed he’s writing all the time for their first album in 25 years.
The rock legend hasn’t appeared on a GN’R album since 1993’s ‘The Spaghetti Incident?’, as 2008’s ‘Chinese Democracy’ was recorded by Axl with a host of other musicians.
However, the reunion tour went so well that Slash felt inspired to make new tunes for his band.
On the prospect of releasing another record with the group, he said recently: “We want to do something. We’ve been on the road this entire time, we have another leg coming up in November in Asia, then we’re going to start looking at what the next step is going to be.”
Slash previously revealed that Axl, too, has been penning lyrics on the road and that he doesn’t see them calling it a day any soon with the wealth of material they have in the bag.
He said: “I think we’re going to go well on into the future.
“I mean, Axl’s got a ton of s**t that he recorded already, so we’re going to get in there and just start getting into that thing, and then if we do a record and then do a tour, I could see that cycle going on endlessly.”

Dr Ranj Singh is Joe Sugg’s neighbour and knew he was dating Dianne Buswell

OHMYGOSSIP — Dr Ranj Singh knew Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell were an item as he lives in the same building as the social media star.
The resident ‘This Morning’ medic had guessed that the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ finalists had become extremely close during their time on the celebrity dance show, as the professional dancer would spend a lot of time at the 27-year-old YouTuber’s apartment.
He told the Telegraph’s ‘Talking Strictly’ podcast: “Joe and I live in the same building – he’s my neighbour. I may already have noticed some things before it was official.
“They did rehearse a lot together. She is lovely, she’s so much fun.
“During rehearsals we could always tell when they’d been there because there’d always be red hair extensions randomly all over the floor.
“We were like: ‘We know who’s been here.”
The pair recently made their relationship Instagram official after months of speculation that they are dating.
Joe shared a picture of himself with the 29-year-old beauty on his account, and claimed he didn’t mind losing out in the final on Saturday (15.12.18) because finding love was a better prize.
He then uploaded a picture of himself and Dianne together and added the caption: “I may not have won the glitter ball, but I’ve won something a million times more special. (sic)”
Hours after the message was posted, the red-headed beauty shared a clip of her new beau serenading her with James Blunt’s ‘You’re Beautiful’ in a wooden chalet while surrounded by friends.
Wearing a baker boy cap and grey T-shirt, Joe belted out the 2004 romantic hit with Dianne looking into the camera.
Meanwhile, Ranj also revealed that Stacey Dooley “let her hair down” doing karaoke at the ‘Strictly’ after party.
After the 31-year-old documentary maker and her professional dance partner Kevin Clifton were announced as the 2019 winners of the BBC One ballroom and Latin show, the finalists joined this year’s contestants for one last celebration together.
Ranj, who became the sixth celebrity voted out of the competition, revealed that Blue star Lee Ryan and Steps’ Faye Tozer treated the rest of the party to a performance of their respective group’s songs.
He said: “At one point Lee Ryan was up on stage singing.
“Stacey Dooley was singing songs. She had the microphone.
“I love Stacey but she is a much better dancer than she is a singer. It was fun.
“At one point they played a Steps track and Faye was up on stage and I was up there with her.”
The last time they were all together for a jolly was in Blackpool.
He added: “[The after party] is a chance to let your hair down and just dance for fun. Before this the last time we got to do this was at the Blackpool show.”

Kym Marsh’s boyfriend off to Afghanistan for 6 months

OHMYGOSSIP — Kym Marsh and her boyfriend Scott Ratcliffe have vowed to make their relationship work ahead of him going to Afghanistan for six months next year.
The ‘Coronation Street’ actress recently reunited with her significant other after he spent seven weeks in Kenya, where he was undergoing an army training exercise, and she has now revealed he is heading to the Asian country for half of 2019, which will be “tough”.
She said: “He is due to go back to Afghanistan next year for six months.
“It is tough, but I know we can make it work and we will be fine.”
While Kym – who plays Michelle Connor on the ITV soap – misses Scott when he goes away with the army, she loves seeing him in uniform.
Speaking at The Sun’s Military Awards, she told The Sun Online: “I love a man in uniform and he looks gorgeous tonight.
“It’s so attractive, he looks so great to me.”
Kym recently admitted her heart “grew fonder” for Scott following their latest stint apart.
She said: “Scott and I were reunited after seven weeks apart while he was out in Kenya on an army training exercise and it was the best!
“It’s true, absence does make the heart grow fonder. I got a train down from Manchester and he met me off the train in London.
“I was so excited to see him, I really missed him! We kept in contact by sending each other letters and little gifts – it’s little gestures and knowing you’re being thought of and missed. Scott’s very thoughtful and I’m really glad he’s home.”

Amber Heard received ‘death threats’

OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Heard received “death threats” after accusing Johnny Depp of being abusive.
The ‘Aquaman’ actress filed for divorce from the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star in May 2016 amid accusations he had been “verbally and physically” abusive – which the actor denied – and she admitted the aftermath saw her constantly feel threatened.
Amber has opened up about her experiences in an article for the Washington Post newspaper, and in one part she penned: “I write this as a woman who had to change my phone number weekly because I was getting death threats.
“For months, I rarely left my apartment, and when I did, I was pursued by camera drones and photographers on foot, on motorcycles and in cars. Tabloid outlets that posted pictures of me spun them in a negative light.
“I felt as though I was on trial in the court of public opinion — and my life and livelihood depended on myriad judgments far beyond my control.”
The 32-year-old star claimed she was “blacklisted” and lost movie roles and lucrative fashion campaigns in the wake of her allegations.
She wrote: “I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out.
“Friends and advisers told me I would never again work as an actress — that I would be blacklisted. A movie I was attached to recast my role. I had just shot a two-year campaign as the face of a global fashion brand, and the company dropped me. Questions arose as to whether I would be able to keep my role of Mera in the movies ‘Justice League’ and ‘Aquaman’. ”
Amber believes Hollywood shut her out in order to protect the 55-year-old actor but finally thinks change is coming.
She said: “I had the rare vantage point of seeing, in real time, how institutions protect men accused of abuse.
“Imagine a powerful man as a ship, like the ‘Titanic’. That ship is a huge enterprise. When it strikes an iceberg, there are a lot of people on board desperate to patch up holes — not because they believe in or even care about the ship, but because their own fates depend on the enterprise.
“In recent years, the #MeToo movement has taught us about how power like this works, not just in Hollywood but in all kinds of institutions — workplaces, places of worship or simply in particular communities. In every walk of life, women are confronting these men who are buoyed by social, economic and cultural power. And these institutions are beginning to change.
“We are in a transformative political moment. The president of our country has been accused by more than a dozen women of sexual misconduct, including assault and harassment. Outrage over his statements and behavior has energized a female-led opposition. #MeToo started a conversation about just how profoundly sexual violence affects women in every area of our lives.”
The ‘Danish Girl’ star has called for more support for victims of violence.
She concluded: “I want to ensure that women who come forward to talk about violence receive more support. We are electing representatives who know how deeply we care about these issues. We can work together to demand changes to laws and rules and social norms — and to right the imbalances that have shaped our lives.”

Amanda Bynes’ acting return ‘will be no problem’

OHMYGOSSIP — Leslie Grossman thinks Amanda Bynes will have “no problem” making her acting comeback.
The 47-year-old actress is a long-time friend of the ‘Easy A’ star, who took a break from her career in 2010 amid struggles with addiction and mental health issues, but her pal is still confident she can make a seamless return to the TV and movie industry.
Leslie said: “She’s doing fantastic, she really is.
“She looks beautiful, and she’s very eager to get back into acting, which I think she’ll have no problem with. I think everyone wants to see her doing something.”
Leslie – who previously starred alongside Amanda on the sitcom ‘What I Like About You’ – described her showbiz pal as “a wonderful person”.
Speaking on ‘Busy Tonight’, she recalled: “I met her when she was 16 years old and you don’t know what you’re gonna get when you meet a young star of a show, it could be a nightmare. [But] from the get go, [she was] the sweetest, the funniest, the most hard working, and just a wonderful person.
“That show was a really fun and good time in my life, and we had such a good time doing that.”
Leslie feels Amanda, 32, deserves extra credit for turning her life around amid such intense scrutiny.
She said: “I think all of us have had tough times in our lives, and we haven’t had to do it in front of the glare of a camera.
“I’m very, very proud of her, I really am. She’s doing great.”
By contrast, Amanda previously admitted her drug use undermined her ability to do her job.
The actress revealed how her use of Adderall hampered her on the set of the 2011 movie ‘Hall Pass’.
Amanda – who was replaced by Alexandra Daddario shortly after filming began – confessed: “When I was doing ‘Hall Pass’, I remember being in the trailer and I used to chew the Adderall tablets because I thought they made me [more] high [that way].
“I remember chewing on a bunch of them and literally being scatterbrained and not being able to focus on my lines or memorise them for that matter.”

Beyonce proud of Global Citizen Festival

OHMYGOSSIP — Beyonce is proud of the impact the Global Citizen Festival has had.
The 37-year-old singer and her husband Jay-Z headlined the huge concert in Johannesburg, South Africa, earlier this month before heading off on vacation and the ‘Formation’ hitmaker – who has daughter Blue Ivy, six, and 18-month-old twins Rumi and Sir with her spouse – is still “in awe” at how much money the event raised for the charitable organisation.
She wrote on Instagram: “After settling in at home from a beautiful trip to South Africa and India, I am still in awe that 7.1 BILLION dollars was raised to aid Global Citizen in its efforts to eradicate extreme poverty.
“I’d like to give my praise and respect to all the speakers, performers, and volunteers who donated their time to contribute to making positive change.
“Every person in the audience at FNB Stadium earned a seat because they generously donated their time to help their community. Now their efforts and the money raised will help improve education, healthcare, sanitation, women’s rights, and countless other causes for millions across the globe.”
The ‘Halo’ hitmaker had an “extraordinary” experience in South Africa and hoped the people there felt just as “proud” of her as she did of them.
She added: “I felt so much positivity and pride in the audience at Global Citizen: Mandela 100. Madiba, Johannesburg, and all of my African sisters and brothers, we hope we made you as proud as you all make us. South Africa was an extraordinary trip for me and my family. God bless.

David Aquette challenges critics to wrestling match

OHMYGOSSIP — David Arquette has challenged wrestling critics to a fight after being labelled a “joke” by some fans.
The 47-year-old actor is trying to “prove” himself as a wrestler, and he has hit out at the stigma attached to a Hollywood star embracing the new career on the independent scene.
In a series of tweets, he ranted: “I love all the hate I’m getting here. It baffles me that these people can love wrestling just like I do but I’m a joke in their eyes. That’s why I’m doing what I’m doing.
“8 months of training. Two surgeries, 3 broken ribs, traveling across the US, getting stiffed by promoters, helping shine a light on talent I believe in that aren’t getting recognized, doing little things I won’t mention to give back to both wrestling and individual wrestlers and I’m the asshole?
“Wrestling is for the people and by the people. I may have grown up in Hollywood but I’m not some stuck up punk. I had and opportunity to be a part of WCW when I was in my 20’s to travel with some of my heroes in the ring and I took it.
“I’m done apologizing. Now I just want to kick some ass so any of you b****es have a problem with me I’ll see you in Tennessee or wherever I’m wrestling and we can settle it like men.(sic)”
His comments have gone down well with legends of the business, with Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman taking to social media to offer words of encouragement.
He said: “I see you out here working harder than most at this. Putting your time in the gym to look the part. You also respect our business more than a lot that I see. I appreciate that. I hope you don’t quit.”
In 2000, David began competing in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) bouts, primarily to promote his movie ‘Ready To Rumble’ but he thinks his championship win was a “disgrace” and he’s spent the years since trying to “prove” himself in the wrestling world, which is why he accepted the Death Match.
He previously explained: “18 years ago, I won a WCW World Heavyweight Belt. But that win was a big disgrace to the belt and the wrestling community and ever since people have been criticising me.
“I really wanted to prove myself and stand up for myself. I was sick of being bullied and for people thinking I’m just some punk from Hollywood.”
It comes after Arquette was left with an infected cut in his neck after a “gruesome” ‘Death Match’ with Nick Gage last month.

Malcolm Hebden’s Coronation Street return confirmed

OHMYGOSSIP — Malcolm Hebden will return to ‘Coronation Street’ for a short stint next year.
The 78-year-old actor took time off from the ITV soap earlier this year to recover from a heart attack, and show boss Iain MacLeod has confirmed the star will reprise his role as Norris Cole in 2019 in a “sort of cameo”.
He said: “He’s back for a short stint in a little sort of cameo return in the hope we can have him back permanently in the future.
“He’s on that list of Emily Bishops of characters who are so Corrie that the show doesn’t feel correct without them in there.
“Soap characters come and go – but I am reading bits in the scripts where I know Norris would have something to say.”
Malcolm is yet to read his comeback script, but Iain admitted the storyline is “pleasantly silly”.
He added to Digital Spy: “His return story is pleasantly silly and revisits his relationship with Mary in a meaningful way. I hope Malcolm likes it, he’s not read the script yet.”
This comes just months after Patti Clare – who plays Norris’ eccentric wife Mary Taylor – hinted her co-star will be back on our screens next year.
She said: “Norris is in Peru with Emily at the moment. So she [Mary] speaks to him often on the phone.
“So yes, there’s a faint sort of whisper that he might be back maybe next year.”
In July, Malcolm revealed he had suffered a massive heart attack which left him in a three-week-long induced coma in December 2017.
He said: “Most of December I was in an induced coma, in the care of these brilliant, wonderful people at the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).
“Fortunately, I didn’t realise how bad it was; I was dying. The cardiac team, headed by Mr Zacharias, simply saved my life.”
He spent nearly three months in hospital and came round “some time in January” before being discharged in February.

Sandra Bullock says Bird Box ‘shows what mothers are capable of’

OHMYGOSSIP — Sandra Bullock thinks ‘Bird Box’ is a movie that “finally shows mothers and what they’re capable of”.
The 54-year-old actress plays a lone mother with two young children in the horror thriller – and, in many ways, Sandra feels like her latest on-screen role has helped to breakdown barriers.
Reflecting on the Susanne Bier-directed movie, she explained to The Hollywood Reporter: “I think it finally shows mothers and what they’re capable of and what they are. Not how we’ve depicted them in stories and movies up to this point.”
Sandra observed that many mothers around the world risk their lives every day to protect their kids.
She said: “If we really look outside of our country, or if you just look into another neighbourhood, you see warriors that are women that have to fight for their children’s lives, protect their children.
“I just don’t think we’ve depicted women for the strengths that they have properly onscreen yet.”
Meanwhile, Sandra recently revealed she’s stopped going overboard when it comes to Christmas presents for her children.
The Hollywood star – who has adopted children Louis, eight, and Laila, six – shared: “Usually [Christmas is] overdone. Really, really overdone because I overdo it, and then I panic that I didn’t do enough, and then I get more, and then everyone else has overdone it.
“But this year we just stopped. We just stopped because there’s so much happening in the world where people don’t have anything. And we said, ‘Why don’t we just make this about other people?’ And they were amazing about it. So Christmas is three small gifts.”

James Wan reveals plot details for The Conjuring 3

OHMYGOSSIP — James Wan says ‘The Conjuring 3’ will focus on a murder trial.
The 41-year-old filmmaker – who helmed the first two movies in the ‘Conjuring’ franchise – has teased details of the next film in the series, confirming it’ll tell the story of a man on trial who claims he was possessed at the time of the murder.
Speaking about the movie – which features demonologist characters Ed and Lorraine Warren – James shared: “All the ‘Conjuring’ films are based on the case files, so they’re more based on the true story aspect of the real-life Warrens. I think that’s important.
“It’s important that the mothership stays true to the inspiration of the real people.
“The spin-offs are where we get to have more fun and do weird and wonderful crazy things. The mothership of it being the ‘Conjuring’ films, we want it to come back to the real stuff.”
The third film in the franchise – which is set for release in 2020 – is being directed by Michael Chaves.
And James thinks Michael is one of the most exciting filmmakers in the world.
He told Bloody Disgusting: “I feel like he’s this young up and coming filmmaker in this world. He’s a guy that understands how these films work.
“He’s really great working with actors and I feel like that’s something I want and need to work with, someone that people like Patrick [Wilson] and Vera [Farmiga] would feel comfortable with.”

Sam Smith to sing in Four Weddings Red Nose Day sequel

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Smith will play the wedding singer in the ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’ Red Nose Day sequel.
The 22-year-old singer/songwriter is set to play the role in the new mini-film ‘One Red Nose Day and a Wedding’ in which he will belt out a cover of Sir Elton John’s version of ‘Chapel of Love’, as featured in the 1994 classic film.
A source told The Sun’s Bizarre TV column: “They’re chuffed to get Sam on board for this.
“He’s always more than happy to do his bit for charity, and this is an iconic remake for a good cause. His cameo won’t be massive, but viewers won’t miss him.
“The team have kept his involvement under wraps, as although they’re keen to build some hype around the release, they want a few surprises too.”
It was previously revealed the wedding itself will feature Alicia Vikander and Lily James tying the knot.
The short features ‘Tomb Raider’ star Alicia playing Faith and ‘Mamma Mia!’ actress Lily portraying Miranda, the daughter of Hugh Grant’s character Charles.
‘Four Weddings and Funeral’ – which is directed by Mike Newell and written by Richard Curtis – follows the adventure of Charles and his circle of friends as they each encounter romance.
The new film will pick up 25 years after the first movie – which ended with Charles jilting his first love Henrietta at the altar to start a relationship and have a young son with Carrie – and Richard has admitted that while the characters are older, they may not have learned from their previous mistakes.
He said: “We’re all definitely older – I suspect no wiser. It’s been really enjoyable working out what’s happened to all the characters.
“And now they get back together for the 5th wedding. Where, as usual, not everything will go as planned.”
Red Nose Day 2019 will air on March 15, 2019.
