Viggo Mortensen ‘very happy’ with Oscars nomination

OHMYGOSSIP — Viggo Mortensen is “very happy” with his Oscar nomination for ‘Green Book’.
The 60-year-old actor has been nominated for Best Actor at the 91st Academy Awards – which are set to take place on February 24 – for his role as Frank ‘Tony Lip’ Vallelonga in the comedy-drama, and although he believes the movie’s director Pete Farrelly should have been nominated in the Best Director category, he’s still happy with his own accomplishment.
He said: “I’m very happy for ‘Green Book’, obviously; it’s very good for our team. I wish Pete Farrelly had got in as director because I think he’s done something incredible. What he did with ‘Green Book’, in my opinion, puts him in the same league, at least for this movie, as Billy Wilder, Frank Capra, Preston Sturges. He’s at that level, [with] what he’s accomplished, and I don’t think anybody was ready for him.”
The film received five nods in total, with a nomination for Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay, Best Film Editing, and a Best Supporting Actor nod for Mahershala Ali, who plays ‘Doc’ Don Shirley.
And Viggo is pleased the movie “got some really nice” recognition by the Academy, as he believes the Oscars buzz will drive more people to want to see the feature.
Speaking to Deadline, he said: “You can’t have everything, but you can’t complain. We got some really nice ones, and I think we’re going wider in the U.S. in the next week, so that’ll help us. This kind of thing really helps people want to go see it, and that’s the most important thing. That’s why I’ve been working on both movies since last summer, non-stop, even as I was preparing this movie I’m going to direct. Anything that gets people to keep going to theatres, and to keep our numbers up.”
‘Green Book’ tells the story of a tour between African-American classical jazz pianist Doc, and Italian-American bouncer Tony, who served as Doc’s driver and bodyguard.

Justin and Hailey Bieber have delayed their wedding date

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin and Hailey Bieber have reportedly delayed their Christian wedding ceremony.
The couple are already married after having tied the knot on the day they collected their marriage license last year, but have been planning a proper wedding ceremony to honour their Christian faith ever since.
However, according to TMZ, despite sending out “save the date” messages to 300 people earlier this month, they’ve decided to postpone the ceremony after “certain loved ones” said they were unable to attend the original date, which was planned for the weekend of Justin’s 25th birthday at the start of March.
As those family members can no longer attend, Justin and Hailey – who was known as Hailey Baldwin before she married the ‘Sorry’ singer – have had to send out more messages notifying their guests about the delay.
Sources reported to TMZ that the new date “will not be anytime soon”, as the couple want to plan the event properly and leave plenty of time to inform guests of the new date.
Justin and Hailey were originally planning to keep most of the information surrounding their celebrations a secret as they want all the “exciting details” to be a surprise for their loved ones.
A source said: “Justin and Hailey are so happy and inseparable. They are thrilled that they can finally share their love and commitment with family and friends. They want the music, entertainment and exciting details to be a big surprise for their guests …
“There was no location included in their text, because they want complete privacy. Everyone is in full preparation mode. Justin plans to use his personal DJ to spin on the big day. They truly are planning a beautiful celebration and a party to be remembered.”
The ‘Love Yourself’ hitmaker confirmed his marriage to the 22-year-old model in a social media post made to mark Thanksgiving in November.
He wrote: “Happy late thanksgiving to everyone. First thanksgiving as a married man, first time hosting thanksgiving. First time both sides of the family has come together. Relationships are hard and love isn’t always easy but thank you Jesus for showing me how! Every day is a learning process, trying to be more like him, patient, kind, selfless, boy I got a long way! But gods grace is sufficient (sic).”

Lady Gaga praises ‘best director’ Bradley Cooper

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga says Bradley Cooper is the “best director in her eyes”, despite his Oscar snub for ‘A Star Is Born’.
The 32-year-old singer-and-actress has hailed Cooper’s talent behind the camera on his directorial debut which earned eight nominations at the Academy Awards, including Best Picture, but not a nod for him individually.
Gaga insists she and the rest of the cast all appreciate what Cooper, 44, inspired them to achieve on the musical drama – which is a remake on the 1937 movie of the same name.
Speaking to the Los Angeles Times newspaper, she said: “Well, you know, you never know what’s going to happen, but at the end of the day, he knows that he’s the best director in my eyes and in all of our eyes as his cast. I know that he’s so happy that we’ve all been nominated and that the film was recognised and we all feel really, really beyond elated for the recognition.”
Although he missed out in the Best Director category, Cooper has is up for the Best Actor prize for his performance as Jack Maine, whilst Gaga is up for Best Actress for her portrayal of singer Ally Maine and she is up for Best Original Song for ‘Shallow’ which she co-wrote with Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando and Andrew Wyatt.
Cooper – who has missed out on the Best Actor Oscar twice before – himself didn’t seem to disappointed by the Best Director snub and is “so grateful” for the recognition the movie has received.
He said: “Everyone who worked on this film truly risked putting themselves out there – in the hope that in doing so people will connect and feel something deep and personal – the way films have made me feel since I was a kid.
“When I got this opportunity I knew I had to risk it all because I may never get another chance. So to be here today in a place where people who have seen the film are talking about how it makes them feel, something deep – that simple human thing – that we need each other, and for the Academy to recognise that I just am so grateful.”
The 91st Academy Awards take place on February 24 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

Michelle Keegan likes to keep outfits ‘simple’

OHMYGOSSIP — Michelle Keegan likes to keep her outfits “simple” and “effortless”.
The 31-year-old actress – who is married to TV presenter Mark Wright – opened up about her go-to style tips that she has learnt throughout her career on ‘This Morning’ on Wednesday (23.01.19), and the brunette beauty revealed that her wardrobe is “comfortable” and “minimalistic”.
Speaking on the ITV show, Michelle said: “My top style tip would be to wear something that you can feel completely comfortable in. Over the years I’ve gone more minimalistic, more simple with outfits and I’m dressing for me now rather than what people think.
“My style go-to outfit would definitely be a t-shirt, a pair of jeans, a leather jacket and a nice pair of trainers but my biggest fashion fail would be on the red carpet for the NTA’s in 2011 [National Television Award’s], I wore a burgundy gown, and one, it didn’t suit my figure and I don’t think it suited my skin tone and I wore far too much make-up.
“If I were to swap wardrobes with someone it would definitely be Jessica Alba, just because I love her day-to-day go-to outfits, she always looks really cool, really stylish, and effortless.”
The former ‘Coronation Street’ actress admitted that the greatest beauty tip she’s ever been given was by her mother, Jacqueline, who always told her to remove her make-up at the end of the day.
She added: “I find it really important to look after my skin because a lot of the time I’m on camera and I don’t feel confident if my skin is looking the best it can be, so I try and look after my skin as best I can.
“The best advice my mum ever gave me was to always take your make-up off before going to bed and I live by that rule, actually I do it all the time, even if I go out on a night out I will still take my make-up off before I go to bed. With my skin I normally cleanse, tone and moisturise every morning and every night I probably do a face mask or a face peel every few weeks or couple of weeks I’d say.”
The ‘Our Girl’ star also confessed that she “couldn’t live without” bronzer to help her achieve her signature glow.
She admitted: “The one make-up product that I couldn’t live without would either be my Benefit Hoola bronzer, just because it’s got no orange tones in it and it’s very matte and brown and it gives a nice natural finish. And also a really good mascara.”

Roger Waters uses private jet to reunite mother with boys in Syria

OHMYGOSSIP — Roger Waters used his private jet to reunite a mother with her two children who were kidnapped by their father and taken to Syria.
The 75-year old former Pink Floyd musician flew Felicia Perkins-Ferreira from Trinidad and Tobago to get her sons Mahmud, 11, and Ayyub, seven, who were abducted in 2014 by their Islamic State fighter father Abebe Oboi Ferreira, who is believed to have died in battle in Raqqa.
Abebe took the pair 4,000 miles away to live in the ‘caliphate’ in Syria, however, the brothers were found abandoned on the side of the road before ending up in the hands of Kurdish-Arab Syrian Democratic Forces.
Clive Stafford Smith, the legal director of the charity Reprieve, mentioned the situation to ‘The Wall’ songwriter who vowed to cover any costs to reunite the family and made a personal plea to the government of Trinidad and Tobago to issue to Mahmud and Ayyub new passports.
In a statement Clive said: ‘I was talking to Roger Waters, the founder of Pink Floyd, the famous rock and roll band … He agreed to pay for it all and flew the mother over from Trinidad.”
Speaking about the reunion, Clive told The Daily Telegraph newspaper: “It was pretty cool …. we’re going to make sure that they get on with a really productive, decent life.
“One of them said he wanted to be a professional cricketer, and the other one said he wanted to be a professional footballer.”
The reunited family have since travelled to London where the two boys will receive counselling to help them recover from their horrifying ordeal.

Calvin Harris: My stage name is horrible

OHMYGOSSIP — Calvin Harris thinks his stage name is “horrible”.
The 35-year-old DJ’s real name is Adam Wiles, and whilst he didn’t mind his fans calling him Calvin at the start of his career, he now says he hates the stage name because it doesn’t feel like people are talking to the real him.
He said: “No one calls me Calvin. It’s horrible and it’s not my name. At the start of my career [when] people were meeting me for the first time, I let it slide. It was sort of a nickname.”
As the ‘One Kiss’ hitmaker got more popular, he grew less fond of his stage name, and now refuses to let anyone call him Calvin, because he believes his on stage persona is an “alter ego”.
Speaking to Scottish radio station Clyde 1, he added: “I was like, ‘I’m sorry this is ridiculous. You’re speaking to my alter ego.’ Since that day I’ve been like, ‘I don’t care if you think it’s a nickname or anything, it’s not my name.'”
Calvin’s decision to ban his stage name comes as one of the many changes he’s made to his life in recent years, including quitting drinking back in 2014.
The ‘Promises’ musician revealed last month that his decision to put down the bottle came after he was living on a diet of “two bottles of Jack Daniels a night”, accompanied by several pastry treats from UK bakery chain Greggs.
When one fan on Twitter said they miss seeing Calvin singing on stage, the he responded: “The last thing I want to do is down 2 bottles of jack daniels a night, live on greggs pasties and sleep on an absolutely stinking bus all year, scream down a mic for 55 minutes and pretend to play a keyboard 5x a week those days are behind me son (sic)”

Bryan Singer accused of sexual assault

OHMYGOSSIP — Bryan Singer has been accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy.
The 53-year-old filmmaker allegedly behaved inappropriately towards Victor Valdovinos, who was a young teenager working as an extra on the set of the director’s 1998 movie ‘Apt Pupil’.
Victor told publication The Atlantic that he was told to undress and put on a towel for a locker room scene, and throughout the day the 53-year-old director would come and check on him.
He said: “Every time he had a chance – three times – he would go back there … He was always touching my chest.”
Victor alleged that, at one point, Singer – who was in his early 30s at the time – reached through the towel and “grabbed my genitals and started masturbating it”.
He also accused the director of “rubbing his front part” on him, adding he “did it all with this smile”.
He added: “I was frozen. Speechless. He came back to where I was in the locker room throughout the day to molest me.”
The Atlantic expose also included allegations from three other anonymous accusers, who claimed to have had sexual encounters with the ‘X-Men: First Class’ filmmaker while in their teens.
One man claimed he was 15 when he slept with the director, while another stated he was 17 when he had sex with the then-31-year-old Singer and both insisted the filmmaker knew they were legally underage at the time.
The third man told the publication he had oral sex with the director when he was 17 or 18.
He said: “He would stick his hands down your pants without consent. He was predatory in that he would ply people with alcohol and drugs and then have sex with them.”
The ‘Usual Suspects’ filmmaker’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, denied his client ever had sex with underage boys and disputed the details of his accusers accounts.
He also claimed there appeared to be no record of Victor having been an extra on ‘Apt Pupil’ and questioned why he was unable to produce a pay stub or other documentation as proof he was there.
This isn’t the first time the director – who was fired from ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ two weeks before the end of production – has been accused of sexual misconduct in recent years.
In April 2014, Michael Egan accused him of raping him in 1999 when he was just 17, but the case was later dropped due to discrepancies in the alleged victim’s account of what had happened.
And in December 2017, he was accused of sexual assault in relation to an alleged incident on board a yacht in 2003 by Cesar Sanchez-Guzman. Singer has denied the accusation but the case is still pending.

Sir Michael Caine’s bum-blebee disaster

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Michael Caine got “s**t on” by bees when making ‘The Swarm’.
The 85-year-old actor admitted working on the 1978 disaster-horror was one of his worst career decisions and he only signed up because of the big-name co-stars he’d be working with – and he thinks it’s appropriate that the insects used his clothes as a toilet.
Asked if there was a film he’d tell his younger self not to make, he said: “‘The Swarm’. It’s about [killer] bees. I did it without reading the script, because I said, ‘Who’s in it?’ and they gave this me great big star list: Henry Fonda, Olivia de Havilland, Jose Ferrer. I said, ‘I’ll do it.’
“One day we were all having a conversation with live bees above us, and suddenly we noticed all these little black dots on our shirts. The bees were s***ting on us. And so the first review was in, but we didn’t know it at the time.”
The screen legend also confessed that making ‘On Deadly Ground’ with Steven Seagal wasn’t a “dream experience” and he rarely saw his co-star.
He told Rolling Stone magazine: “It wasn’t one of my dream experiences, to put it nicely. We were in Alaska. He was quite pleasant, but I never saw much of him; he never came out of his motorhome very much. He was one of the top whatever it is — jiu-jitsu, whatever it is they do. I’d never argue with him. I didn’t want him to throw me over.”
The ‘Batman Begins’ actor has no regrets about turning down any movies that went on to be huge successes, and only laments those that he did make.
Asked what he regrets passing on, he said: “I never made that kind of mistake. I only made the ones in the opposite direction — what I didn’t say no to.”
When it comes to taking on a new role these days, the ‘Kingman’ actor has some strict criteria in place.
He explained: “Well it’s gotta be somewhere I want to go, it mustn’t be too long, and the money must be good. And of course, the part must be good.”

Zac Efron shares tribute to friend who survived car accident

OHMYGOSSIP — Zac Efron “incredibly thankful” his friend Caleb Davidge is alive after surviving a car accident.
The 31-year-old actor shared a heartfelt Instagram post on Monday (21.01.19) paying tribute to his pal who made a miraculous recovery after he was hit by a passing car, which was travelling 60 mph, as he was getting into an Uber on the side of Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Los Angeles.
The ‘Greatest Showman’ star shared of himself sitting on a beach next to his friend – who is the co-founder and president of beverage company, The Chill Group – and wrote: “14 weeks ago my friend @calebdavidge was hit by a car. It was gnarly.
“I’m incredibly thankful he’s alive and so impressed by his positivity throughout this process. You inspire me brother. Cant wait to surf again with you soon. (sic)”
Last week, Caleb posted a video of surveillance footage of the crash and in the caption detailed his horrific catalogue of injuries and while admitting “every day has been a challenge” he is using the incident to held his “mind and spirit” grow.
He wrote: “I broke all of my ribs on both sides, my right ribs shattered and punctured my lungs, which both collapsed and were bleeding out. My right arm was poking out of my sweatshirt. My left femur went thru my knee joint and fractured my tibia, and tore my left MCL. An ice cream scoop sized chunk came out of my left leg. My right knee has a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus. I lacerated my liver and my spleen, and broke four bones in my spine.
“It’s been 14 weeks today since I was hit at 60 mph while getting into my Uber, and not a minute has passed where I haven’t thought about how fortunate I am, every day has been a challenge for me physically but my mind and spirit have grown in ways I never imagined. Man … all the s**t I took for granted! Looking back at all the little things I was stressing about just makes me laugh now. (sic)”

Bring Me The Horizon release first ‘straight-up’ love ballad

OHMYGOSSIP — Bring Me The Horizon’s new song ‘mother tongue’ is the “most gushing, straight-up love song” they’ve ever released.
Frontman Oli Sykes penned the pop ballad about meeting his wife, Brazilian model Alissa Salls – who he tied the knot with in Las Vegas in July 2017 – and he says it was easy to write because it’s so “positive”.
The 32-year-old frontman explained to Zane Lowe on his Beats 1 radio show: “The whole album’s kind of explores loving and different aspects of that.
“Toxic relationships and the end of relationships, really.
“It’s also about the positive side of love and obviously when you first fall in love, it’s got to be the greatest feeling.
“It’s probably the most gushing, out-there, just straight-up love song we’ve ever written.
“This was one of the easier ones to write, because it was positive.
“It’s about when I first met my new wife. She’s from Brazil, and she didn’t speak so much English.
“She talked a lot better than my Portuguese, but from the very start, we had a really, really strong connection, and it was just a crazy time.
“And this song’s just talking about those experiences, which they just stick in my head. So, that was really one of the easier ones to write about.”
Oli also sings in Portuguese on the track and it’s the “closest” to their 2014 single ‘Drown’, which signalled a huge shift in the band’s sound from their heavy metalcore days.
The ‘Happy Song’ band’s programmer and multi-instrumentalist Jordan Fish previously revealed: “There’s a little bit of Portuguese in there, which is quite unusual.
“It’s kind of a big, anthemic song. It’s probably as close as we get to something like ‘Drown’ on this album. It’s a love song, so it’s an emotional one.”
‘mother tongue’ is the third single from the band’s album ‘amo’ – the follow-up to 2015’s ‘Thats’ The Spirit’ – which is released on Friday (25.01.19).

Black Panther creator’s grandson congratulates movie team on Oscar nominations

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Black Panther’ creator Jack Kirby’s grandson Jeremy Kirby has congratulated everyone who worked on the movie for earning seven Oscar nominations.
The 2018 Marvel Cinematic Universe movie earned a host of nominations at the upcoming Academy Awards including being named in Best Picture category, the first time a superhero flick has been in contention for the prestigious prize.
The Black Panther character was created by late creative duo, writer-and-artist Jack and writer-and-editor Stan Lee, and became the first superhero of African descent to appear in a mainstream American comic when he made his debut in the pages of Fantastic Four #52 in July 1966.
Now, Jack – who is the curator of the Jack Kirby: King of Comics website – has taken to his Twitter page to praise director Ryan Coogler and the cast, which includes Chadwick Boseman as the titular hero, Michael B. Jordan and Lupita Nyong’o, for carrying on his grandfather’s vision onto the big screen.
Uploading Jack’s first ever sketch of Black Panther, he tweeted: “When my grandfather first put pencil to paper on @theblackpanther he had no idea a simple sketch would change so many lives. He wanted to make a small contribution to equality and give readers a hero who looked like them. Congratulations team for an amazing movie! First BP sketch.”
Jeremy’s joy was also shared by President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige who is delighted that the cultural impact the film made has been recognised by the Academy.
He said: “The only way we ever wanted to do this project was the right way and that meant finding a filmmaker who had something personal to say, who had a vision and could take this character into another arena and showcase the power of representation on a canvas of this size.
“We’re very, very proud of what this film has done. The movie has made a cultural impact that is just humbling and gratifying to see. And we’re very grateful to the Academy for this recognition.
“From day one the project was announced there was a special energy. It was on the set, too, every day from all of the crew and the cast, you could feel how personal this was and how special it could be. And then certainly when the poster and trailers started to come out and people who hadn’t seen themselves in a film of this size in this way, it became a celebration of heritage and culture and that is very, very unusual for a film.”

Kele Okereke wants to make a Bloc Party musical

OHMYGOSSIP — Kele Okereke wants to write a Bloc Party musical.
The 37-year-old singer/songwriter has just finished penning his first ever musical with his friend Matt Jones which is entitled ‘Leave to Remain’ and after having such a positive creative experience on the project he is interested in adapting some of his band’s songs into a story for the stage.
When asked if he would make a Bloc Party musical, he said: “What, like a ‘Mamma Mia!’ type thing?
“I mean, I feel like Bloc Party’s music over the records we’ve made has a certain range. I don’t think it’s inconceivable to see some of that music being translated for stage. It has been fascinating for me seeing how the music that I have written has been turned into something else by the cast. That has been a fun and eye-opening experience for me. So never say never. I think it could be quite interesting to go back and carve a story out of Bloc Party songs, but that’s one for a later date.”
The ‘Helicopter’ hitmaker’s musical tells the story of an interracial homosexual relationship between an American and West African man and is in part inspired by his own life as a gay black British man whose parents came to the UK from Nigeria.
As well as being influenced by his own story, Kele’s also got ideas from the gay black friends he has who have never come out to their parents due to fears about their homophobic attitudes.
He said: “Nearly all of my black gay friends aren’t out to their families, or are choosing not to be themselves around their families because of quite perceivable homophobia. That’s depressing for me as a gay black man. That’s something we touch upon in the story, and I hope this depiction goes some way to helping people and making things easier.”

Hailey Baldwin loves her lips

OHMYGOSSIP — Hailey Baldwin’s favourite feature is her lips.
The 22-year-old model – who is married to pop superstar Justin Bieber – likes her lips a lot and although she prefers to go for a natural look when it comes to her make-up on a daily basis she still adds a bit of colour to her pout to accentuate her mouth.
When asked what her favourite feature is in an interview with ELLE magazine, she said: “Probably my lips. If I’m going out for the day, I like stains, like a lip balm that’s tinted for a little bit of colour. To be honest, I prefer when I’m the most natural – when I’m not wearing a lot of makeup and my hair is up, very casual.”
As for her favourite lip product, the blonde beauty uses a 100 per cent natural tinted lip balm by Burt’s Bees which, according to their website, “enhances your lips with a rich shade while botanical waxes” and she uses Shea butter to “nourish and soften dry skin”.
She said: “Burt’s Bees makes good tinted lip balms. They’re super conditioning, and the shades aren’t too intense.”
Hailey – who is a brand ambassador for skincare brand bareMinerals – also revealed that she swears by the line’s Complexion Rescue! Hydrating Foundation Stick, for a natural looking glow.
She said: “BareMinerals Complexion Rescue! Hydrating Foundation Stick SPF 25 (available next month) is really lightweight, so you can add more if you want a bit more coverage, or you can just put it under your eyes.”
Another favourite of Hailey’s is Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Hyaluronic Serum, which she uses at night and when she travels.
She said: “I use Dr. Barbara Sturm Hyaluronic Serum at night. I travel a lot, so I find my skin gets dry and loses its bounce. The hyaluronic serum helps with that.”

Prince William’s mental health campaign was shunned by celebrities

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince William admits a host of celebrities rejected the chance to support his mental health campaign because of the stigma surrounding the issue.
The 36-year-old royal created the Heads Together charity – which strives to support people with mental health and wellbeing concerns – in 2016, but the Prince has revealed that he and his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, initially struggled to generate high-profile support for their campaign.
He shared: “When we set up the campaign not one celebrity wanted to join us, not one person wanted to help with the campaign because it was mental health.”
The Prince also claimed that British attitudes towards mental health can be traced back as far as World War Two, saying that a stiff-upper-lip approach has prevented some people from speaking honestly about their worries.
He explained: “I take it as far back as the war.
“It was very very difficult for everybody, losing so many loved ones and dealing with such horrendous circumstances that no matter how much you can talk you were never going to fix the issue.
“Completely by accident they passed that on to the next generation, we all learn from our parents we all learn from how they deal with things.
“So this whole generation inherited that this is how we deal with problems we don’t talk about them. I think that now there’s a generation here that’s realising this is not normal and we should talk about them. We should get over it.”
Meanwhile, Prince William also confessed that working in the air ambulance led him to retreat into his “shell”.
He said: “I was dealing with a lot of trauma on a day in, day out basis, stuff that your body is not programmed to deal with.
“I might have gone into my shell a bit and thought ‘I can deal with this myself’ and then potentially down the line it manifests itself in a much worse situation.”

Lauren Jauregui slams lip-syncing accusations

OHMYGOSSIP — Lauren Jauregui has rubbished claims she lip-synced her way through a performance on ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’.
The 22-year-old singer – who rose to prominence as part of Fifth Harmony – has taken to her Twitter account to defend herself amid accusations of lip syncing during her performance of ‘More Than That’ on Tuesday (22.01.19).
The original accusation read: “She was lip syncing and it’s never been more obvious. Mouth didn’t match up with vocals, larynx wasn’t moving at all, you can tell it was recorded in a studio, Feed was way too clear. And to think I was watching this performance tonight giving her a chance. Tisk tisk. (sic)”
But Lauren quickly dismissed the claim, insisting her performance sounded so polished simply because she works alongside some of the music industry’s most talented people.
Lauren also invited the Twitter user to attend one of her shows in person to discover the truth for herself.
She responded: “Hi, hello, I don’t lip sing lol go ahead and come to one of my shows to find out if you’d like. I train. [star emoji] thank youuu [love heart emoji] and btw the feed was way too clear cause I had the BEST IN THE BIZ on that mix (sic)”
Meanwhile, Lauren recently revealed she’s been “exploring” different sounds as she’s been working on her debut solo album.
The singer – who is expected to release her album later this year – explained: “I’ve just been kind of exploring. I’m letting it be as organic as possible.
“I’ve been writing a lot and just kind of exploring myself, and you know, with each song it kind of has a new life so sometimes I’m creating it from scratch. So it all depends.”

Iggy Azalea reveals plan to cast fans in new music video

OHMYGOSSIP — Iggy Azalea plans to cast 20 fans in her next music video.
The 28-year-old rap star has taken to Twitter to reach out to her many fans, revealing that she’s on the lookout for 20 people to star as extras in her next video.
She wrote on the micro-blogging platform: “Hi. Calling all fabulous Atlanta residents, please help!
“I am looking for 20 people who can serve me any of the following looks to volunteer yourself as an extra in my next music video.
“School girls, mean girls in mourning, book worms, boys who can strut, masculine jocks, cheerleaders, crocodile tears, southern charm Derby Day realness. (sic)”
Iggy also explained that she was seeking to unearth some “rich b***hes, men in suits, stunt queens, fashion funeral attendants (sic)”
The rapper told fans that they need to send their applications by February 1.
She added: “Be over the age of 18, have a flexible schedule, live in the Atlanta area and have your own means of transportation. (sic)”
Meanwhile, Iggy previously claimed that Twitter is “unfortunate”.
The ‘Fancy’ hitmaker is well-known for her candid posts on the popular platform, but Iggy also admitted there’s a downside to giving her fans a behind-the-scenes look into her personal life.
