OHMYGOSSIP — Jennie Garth’s husband Dave Abrams has requested his divorce proceedings be dismissed.
The restaurateur – who married the former ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ actress in July 2015 – had filed documents requesting a legal separation for “irreconcilable differences” in April 2018 with the date of the split stated as August 29, 2017, but now he has called for the process to be stopped.
Website The Blast has obtained court documents stating that Dave wants his divorce petition withdrawn.
Speculation was sparked that the couple had reconciled after Jennie and Dave were spotted together on January 29 at a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game.
Back in 2017, the pair revealed they were taking some time apart to work on their marriage but insisted they had no plans to legally split.
A source said at the time: “They are still trying to make it work, but they haven’t been living together. They love each other, but like every marriage, it takes work. Jennie is taking the time to focus on her girls and herself.”
Jennie, 46, has daughters Luca, 21, Lola, 16, and Fiona, 12, with her ex-husband, ‘Twilight Saga’ actor Peter Facinelli. The pair split in 2012 after 11 years of marriage and divorced in 2013.
She has no children with Dave.
The ‘Mystery Girls’ star met Dave on a blind date in 2014 and they went on to tie the knot in a ceremony at her ranch in Los Olivos, California, the following year.

OHMYGOSSIP — Albert Finney has died at the age of 82.
The English actor – who starred in a host of critically acclaimed movies such as ‘Tom Jones’, ‘Annie’, ‘Murder on the Orient Express’ and ‘Erin Brockovich’ and more recently ‘The Bourne’ films and Bond flick ‘Skyfall’ – died peacefully after having a short illness, his family has confirmed.
A statement issued by a family spokesman said: “Albert Finney, aged 82, passed away peacefully after a short illness with those closest to him by his side. The family request privacy at this sad time.”
Finney was honoured with a BAFTA Fellowship in 2001 and following the news of his passing the British Academy of Film and Television Arts remembered his incredible contribution to British film.
A statement from BAFTA read: “We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Albert Finney. The recipient of the BAFTA Fellowship in 2001, Albert will be warmly remembered for his powerful performances in ‘Saturday Night’ And ‘Sunday Morning’, ‘Tom Jones’, ‘Big Fish’ and many more.”
In addition to his Fellowship, Finney was nominated for a total of 13 BAFTAs in his career and won two, most notably in 2002 when his portrayal of British World War II Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill in TV film ‘The Gathering Storm’ earned him the Best Actor prize at the BAFTA TV Awards.
He also earned five Academy Awards nominations but was never lucky enough to take home one of the golden statuettes from the ceremony.
Finney twice turned down honours from Queen Elizabeth II – a CBE in 1980 and a knighthood in 2000 – as he considered himself to be anti-establishment and uninterested in titles.
He was married three times to actresses Jane Wenham, Anouk Aimee and finally to Pene Delmage, whom he tied the knot with in 2006.
The ‘Scrooge’ star has a 60-year-old son, camera operator Simon, from his first marriage to Jane.

OHMYGOSSIP — Paris Hilton’s aunt wasn’t “surprised” she called off her engagement.
The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Kyle Richards wasn’t shocked when her niece decided to end her relationship with fiancé Chris Zylka.
When a fan asked her if she was surprised by the split on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, she said: “Not really. Not really, no. I mean, I know she was very happy when she got engaged, but I wasn’t surprised. She’s so busy. It’s really hard to be in a relationship. She lives on a plane, traveling everywhere.”
Paris and Chris split in November and soon after, the DJ and socialite said she was “doing really good” and enjoying more “me time” now they’ve separated.
She said: “I’m doing really good. I’m just really having my me time. I just feel that when I fall in love, I fall in love fast and hard. It was this whirlwind romance and I’ve always been obsessed with Disney stories and love stories, and I thought it was going to be my happy ending and I just realised after time that it wasn’t the right decision.”
And a a source had previously claimed that the wedding was “never going to happen”.
They said: “This wedding was never going to happen. They never had an engagement party and Chris’ parents never even met Paris’ parents.
“They postponed the 11/11 date without a new date. No one is surprised by this at all. Paris got caught up in wanting a wedding and she just didn’t think about the marriage part. It was never going to work with Chris.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are “hoarders by nature”.
The ‘I Kissed A Girl’ hitmaker finds it hard to throw things away but she has found a new love for decluttering, admitting to throwing things belonging to her boyfriend away without his knowledge.
She said: “My boyfriend doesn’t even know that I threw away his toiletry bag while he’s been gone. I told him I got him a new one for Christmas. He said, ‘Oh, this has been around the world for 10 years’ and he wanted to keep it in a drawer. I was like, ‘The moment you leave is the moment this thing is going in the trash.'”
And the 34-year-old singer says there is a “psychology” behind her need to hoard her possessions.
She explained: “You get something and you’re like, ‘I’m never going to get it again’ or ‘I’ll never have the means to get it again.’ It’s this psychology behind it, when all of a sudden you can just purchase something – it’s very wild for your brain.”
Katy admits to having Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and thinks it stems from her desperately “trying to control her environment” when she was younger.
Speaking to the new issue of Paper magazine, she shared: “I’m very OCD and I don’t say that lightly. It was just a product of me trying to control my environment.”
Katy had previously revealed “opposites attract” when it comes to her relationship with Orlando.
She confessed: “I think when you’re attracted to someone, it’s sort of like how opposites attract. I’m looking for that balance and maybe he’s looking for [someone who is] a multi-tasker.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jada Pinkett Smith wants to encourage women to talk to each other.
The ‘Girls Trip’ star hopes her show ‘Red Table Talk’ helps women to share things with one another and support each other.
She said: “There were three women that were courageous enough to be super transparent with me. Ruby Dee, Pauletta Washington, and Salma Hayek. Three. They were so transparent with me and gave it to me so real, and so raw that those three conversations literally changed the trajectory of my life. And then I was like, ‘Why don’t we have more conversations like this? Like, if I had had this conversation earlier I would’ve done something different. Like, why aren’t we talking in a way in which sharing and offering ourselves? In the way that we can help each other grow, help each other have the lives that we want?'”
And the 47-year-old actress thinks there is nothing “unique” about what women go through and everyone would feel better if they could share and impart their wisdom to other women.
She added: “That’s really what made me say, ‘Listen, this is ridiculous.’ Everybody’s holding information all close to the chest. We really all have information for each other. [If] we would just talk to each other, we would know we’re not in this game alone. We’re all going through the same thing. It ain’t nothing unique. It’s not nothing different.”
Jada was inspired to do her ‘Red Table Talk’ show after calling an impromptu chat between herself, her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones and her daughter Willow Smith.
She shared to Entertainment Tonight: “It was a concept that I thought about years ago when I think Willow was maybe 11. We did it that one Mother’s Day, a one off. We did one red table ’cause I was like, ‘Wow it’d be great to see three generations of women sit down and have a real conversation. I want to do this as a way to celebrate motherhood.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Pratt completed a 21-day fast after being “inspired” by his pastor.
The 39-year-old actor has participated in the Bible-inspired Daniel Fast, based on the Old Testament prophet, who limited his diet to vegetables and water to be able to cleanse his body and focus on a spiritual connection to God.
Speaking on ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ on Thursday night (07.02.19), Chris said: “I just came off it a couple days ago. It’s a 21-day fast. A lot of people are doing it. I did it through my church. It’s based on Daniel, the book of Daniel, the prophet Daniel from the Old Testament.
“He was a guy who only ate fruits and vegetables and grains, and didn’t have any breads and didn’t have any animal products. I was inspired by my pastor, we do it, it’s kind of like our Lent, you know, give something up. So for 21 days I had no meat, no sugar, no alcohol, and it was actually amazing. It was really cool.”
However, it didn’t sit too well with ‘Juno’ actress Ellen Page – who recently celebrated her one year anniversary with her wife Emma Portner – as she took to Twitter to ask the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ star to explain why he attended the Hillsong Church, who in the past have spoken out against the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.
Upon seeing a tweet reading “Fresh from fasting, @prattprattpratt talks about his spiritual side (sic)”, Ellen responded: “Oh. K. Um. But his church is infamously anti lgbtq so maybe address that too? (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Charlie Sheen wants Lindsay Lohan to “stay the course” in her sobriety journey.
Both Charlie, 53, and Lindsay, 32, have suffered with addiction in the past, and after the ‘Platoon’ star recently celebrated one year of sobriety, he has said he hopes his former co-star – who worked with him on ‘Scary Movie 5’ and ‘Anger Management’ – can follow in his footsteps and keep up her sobriety.
He told Us Weekly magazine: “I always had tremendous affection for her. I can totally relate to some of the stuff she had gone through, was going through.
“[I’d] just tell her, just stay the course. You can’t change the past, but they wouldn’t call it that if it wasn’t, right?”
Lindsay recently insisted she’s put her partying ways behind her, and is now focused on running her own chain of nightclubs instead of spending her time partying in them.
She said: “That was so in my past. Most of my friends [now], actually, who own nightclubs and stuff aren’t drinkers or anything.
“Because I’m running the show, I have to be on it and I have to keep myself busy. It’s more fun to watch other people have their own fun with what they’re doing. There’s no judgment in it though. It has nothing to do with my past.”
Meanwhile, Charlie celebrated one year of sobriety in December 2018, and after sharing a picture of his sobriety medallion – which is often handed out by Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) recovery programs to celebrate passing the milestone – on social media, he says he “feels good” to have passed the first hurdle on his journey.
Speaking about getting his medallion, he said: “That was good, yes, indeed – had to be done. I feel good.”
Charlie has famously battled with addiction for several years, and was previously sober for 11 years before turning back to old habits as a coping mechanism when he was diagnosed as HIV positive in 2011.
Speaking in 2016, he said: “There was a stretch where I didn’t drink for 11 years. No cocaine, no booze for 11 years. So I know that I have that in me.
“[My relapse] was to suffocate the anxiety and what my life was going to become with this condition and getting so numb I didn’t think about it. It was the only tool I had at the time, so I believed that would quell a lot of that angst. A lot of that fear. And it only made it worse.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Katy Perry doesn’t think she’ll ever marry again.
The 34-year-old singer – who is now in a relationship with Orlando Bloom – married Russell Brand almost a decade ago in 2010, and after divorcing him two years later in 2012, she isn’t sure if she’ll ever walk down the aisle again, because she’s more “pragmatic and logistical” than she used to be.
Speaking to Paper Magazine’s Spring 2019 edition, she said: “I’m very pragmatic and logistical and I am less fantastical about things. I mean, I was married when I was 25. I’m 34. It was almost 10 years ago. I was like, ‘One person for the rest of my life,’ and I’m not so sure that that idea is for me. I’m just such a different person than I was.”
It isn’t the first time the ‘Roar’ hitmaker has spoken about her ex-husband, as in 2013 she revealed she hasn’t spoken to Russell – who is now married to Laura Gallacher, with whom he has daughters Mabel, two, and Peggy, six months – since he split from her in late 2011.
She said at the time: “He’s a very smart man, and I was in love with him when I married him. Let’s just say I haven’t heard from him since he texted me saying he was divorcing me December 31, 2011.”
Meanwhile, Russell, 43, previously said he doesn’t like to “compare” his two marriages, but thinks he’s changed a lot in the five years since he divorced Katy.
He said: “I don’t compare my relationships now to previous relationships out of respect to my present wife and to Katy Perry. I think I’m an easier person to be with now. I’m also in a very different situation. I’m dependent on my wife. In relationships, there is always going to be a level of dependency. But I try not to project my problems onto other people and perhaps I’ve not always been like that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Hailey Bieber is behind on her wedding planning.
The 22-year-old model – who was formerly known as Hailey Baldwin – is already married to singer Justin Bieber but the couple are planning a special ceremony for family and friends as they initially tied the knot in private on the day they received their marriage license, and want to be able to celebrate their marriage with their loved ones.
But Hailey says she’s not done as much planning for the big day – which has been pushed back several times – and admits she needs to “get on top of it”.
When asked inn a round of quick fire questions for Vogue magazine’s ’73 Questions’ series on YouTube how much of her day is spent wedding planning, Hailey said: “Not a lot, which reminds me that I should probably get on top of it.”
The blonde beauty has at least picked out her wedding dress though, as when asked about the gown, she said: “I can’t say much, but it’s kind of like an off-white colour.”
Hailey also spoke briefly about the special day in which the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker, 24, proposed to her during a romantic trip to the Bahamas in July last year.
Recalling the event, Hailey told Vogue: “We were alone in a house, just the two of us. It was very special.”
Meanwhile, the couple recently revealed they didn’t have sex they got married because Justin had “a legitimate problem with sex”.
Justin said: “[God] doesn’t ask us not to have sex for him because he wants rules and stuff.
“He’s like, I’m trying to protect you from hurt and pain. I think sex can cause a lot of pain. Sometimes people have sex because they don’t feel good enough.
“Because they lack self-worth. Women do that, and guys do that.

OHMYGOSSIP — Miley Cyrus has taken Liam Hemsworth’s surname.
The 26-year-old singer tied the knot with the ‘Hunger Games’ star in a secret ceremony in December, and Liam has now revealed that although his spouse will still be known as Miley Cyrus for work purposes, her legal name is now Miley Ray Hemsworth.
Liam said: “Miley Ray Hemsworth now, actually. She will still be obviously known as Miley Cyrus, but she took my name, which is great. That was honestly one of the best things about it. I didn’t ask her to take my name, but she was like, ‘No, of course I’m taking your name.'”
The ‘Isn’t It Romantic’ actor, 29, says it took a while for him to get used to calling Miley his “wife”, but a month and a half later he’s finally getting used to the new term.
He added: “It’s become a little more normal, but the first couple of weeks it was … I mean, it’s only been a month and a half. But the first couple of weeks was really foreign to me, with ‘wife’ and ‘husband.’
“I just have her in as ‘Wife’ in my phone now.”
The couple – who met whilst filming the 2010 movie ‘The Last Song’ – kept their wedding a low-key affair, and Liam says the decision came as they were too “embarrassed” to host a big event.
Speaking during an appearance on ‘Live! With Kelly and Ryan’ on Friday (08.02.19), he said: “We never wanted to do anything too extravagant or big. We find the whole thing kind of embarrassing. We know how we feel about each other. We just wanted something simple and organic with immediate family.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lisa Vanderpump says Andy Cohen is “so exhausted” after becoming a father for the first time.
The 50-year-old TV star – who hosts ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’ – welcomed his first child, a boy named Benjamin, via surrogate last weekend, and his close pal and reality star Lisa has said that whilst Andy is “ready” for fatherhood, he’s found it to be tiring so far.
Speaking at a Pre-Grammys party held by OK!, Star, In Touch, and Life & Style on Thursday (07.02.19), Lisa said: “He was just so exhausted. You can’t really give any advice to someone at this moment. You just have to enjoy it. Enjoy the moment. They’re tiny! I got a picture the moment he was born. They’re tiny little creatures and before you know it, they grow up and in college. Just enjoy every minute of it.
“I think he is ready for it because he wants it so much. A lot of people have children and they aren’t ready. I think he wants it so much and it is going to be great.”
The ‘Real Housewives of Beverley Hills’ star couldn’t attend Andy’s baby shower last month because of work commitments, but added that she gifted her pal “a cashmere blue blanket and a teddy bear” before the party.
Meanwhile, Andy welcomed his tot into the world on February 4 with a black-and-white photograph of him cradling his newborn baby boy on his Instagram page.

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Wesley has reportedly tied the knot with his partner Ines de Ramon.
The ‘Vampire Diaries’ star is believed to have gotten married to his girlfriend in secret according to reports, after pictures of the pair wearing matching rings on their ring fingers surfaced online this week.
According to Us Weekly magazine, the couple were spotted out in New York on Thursday (07.02.19), where 36-year-old Paul was wearing a simple gold band, whilst health coach Ines sported a large diamond ring.
As of the time of writing, neither of the couple – who were first spotted together in June 2018 – have confirmed the news, but the pair are notoriously private about their love life, as they rarely talk about their romance, and are yet to walk a red carpet together.
The reported marriage comes after Paul split with his ‘Vampire Diaries’ co-star Phoebe Tonkin in October 2017, after having dated on and off for four years since September 2013.
At the time of their final split, a source said: “The relationship just ran its course. They are still good friends.”
And the marriage would come as the second for the ‘Killer Movie’ star, who was previously married to his co-star in the 2008 flick Torrey DeVitto from April 2011 to July 2013.
Meanwhile, Paul previously said he knew ‘The Vampire Diaries’ – on which he played Stefan Salvatore – would “take off” because “vampires were very popular”, but he insisted he “doesn’t really think about” his heartthrob status.
He said in 2013: “I had an idea it would take off the way it did because I knew that vampires were very popular, and I knew of [creator] Kevin Williamson’s work, so I had an inkling that this would do well – I just didn’t know just how well!

OHMYGOSSIP — Nikki Bella will join her twin sister Brie and her husband Daniel Bryan for a special dinner on Valentine’s Day (14.02.19).
The 35-year-old professional wrestler has been dating around since she called off her engagement with John Cena last year, but she won’t be spending the upcoming romantic holiday with one of her suitors, as she says she’ll be heading out to dinner with her sister Brie, her husband – whose real name is Bryan Danielson – and their two-year-old daughter Birdie instead.
Nikki said: “Bryan is taking Brie, Birdie and I out. So he wanted to include me, which I thought is super sweet because they are going to be in LA.”
And this isn’t the first time fellow wrestler Daniel has treated his spouse’s sister for Valentine’s Day either, as Nikki says that he once sent her flowers and a cupcake to mark the special holiday.
She added: “When they were dating, their first Valentine’s Day together, John and I weren’t dating yet and so I was single. He sent me a bouquet of flowers and a cupcake in a box.”
To which Brie added: “By the way, so that came for her first from Bryan to my house and i was like …’that’s so bizarre.’ My flowers got lost. Even though I had a bigger bouquet.”
Nikki then joked that her two-year-old niece Birdie would be her date for the evening.
Speaking in a joint interview with E! News, she said: “[Bryan’s] just so sweet and thoughtful in that way so it’s gonna be fun. Birdie’s basically my date, my Valentine’s date.”
Meanwhile, Nikki previously revealed that she’s still single, despite “having fun” in her dating life.

The 35-year-old actor is known for his fit physique, and he is now set to share his secrets with the world through a brand new app named Centr, which will connect users with world class health and fitness experts.
The app launches on February 11 and will provide subscribers with customised exercise and meal plans – all of which are accessible online or on a phone – and give them a chance to keep things interesting by bouncing between a variety of different workouts.
In a press release, Chris said: “I believe we all have untapped potential. And we all need support to achieve our goals. Centr puts the world’s best in the palm of your hand, to help you develop a healthier body, stronger mind, and a happier life.”
Users will be ale to sweat it out at home while participating in 20-40 minute long workouts, ranging from HIIT (high-intensity interval training), boxing, yoga, strength training and MMA exercises.
All of the classes are led by experts in the field and can be done from home with minimal equipment, and new workouts are released on the app every week.
The ‘Thor’ star’s wife Elsa Pataky is also involved in the process, as she offered key advice and support throughout Centr’s development, helping ensure the app is also female and mom-friendly.
Centr also comes with a variety of dietician-approved meal plans, including options for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian diets.
On top of all that, the app even provides a variety of ways to help users relax and ease their mind, including guided meditations and visualisation exercises.
The launch of the app comes as Chris recently revealed he almost quit acting, because his “mentality” toward Hollywood had changed.
He said: “I was about to quit. I always wanted to act, and one of the first things I wanted to do when I got any money was pay my parents’ house off. I’d asked Dad once when he thought he’d pay it off and he said, ‘Honestly, probably never.’ I wanted to change that. So I was super active with auditions. And then my mentality changed, which came from being at a point where I was like, ‘I’m going to go back to Australia.’ I had one more audition where I was like, ‘Do this for his house. Think about reasons other than yourself.’ That was for The Cabin in the Woods, and I got that job, and from there I got Red Dawn. And then I got Thor.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Barbara Palvin didn’t message Dylan Sprouse for “six months” after they met.
The 25-year-old model and the 26-year-old actor first sparked dating rumours back in July last year with flirty posts on social media, and the couple have now said they first met when Dylan “slid into her DMs” and gave her his number – although she didn’t contact him for half a year.
In a joint interview for W Magazine’s digital issue, Barbara said: “He slid into my DMs.”
Whilst the former ‘Suite Life of Zack and Cody’ star added: “She followed me, so I was like, I guess I’ll give her something. And I slid into her DMs. I was like, ‘Hey, I don’t know if you’re in New York for very long, but we should hang out if you want to. Here’s my number.’ And she didn’t message me for six months.”
The brunette beauty says she wasn’t in “a good mindset” at the time, and used those six months to decide if she wanted “something more”.
She explained: “I took my time. I knew I wasn’t in a good mind-set at the time, and maybe deep inside I knew that it could be something more.”
Eight months into their romance, and the couple now spend most of their time cuddled up watching their favourite anime shows together.
Barbara told the publication: “We watch anime pretty much exclusively … I was hiding it, well, not hiding it, but I wouldn’t start off a conversation with that. In high school, I had a friend who would watch Naruto with me, but that faded away. When [Dylan] came into my life, I was like, I’m home, baby.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Zac Efron has been hospitalised after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
The 31-year-old actor took to social media on Friday (08.02.19) to reveal he has undergone surgery to repair his torn ligament – which is one of a pair of cruciate ligaments in the knee – after he suffered the injury whilst “shredding the gnar”, a term used when someone excels in extreme sports such as snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, or skiing.
He wrote: “I tore my ACL shredding the gnar but all is good. I opted for surgery so I can come back stronger than ever. Thank you to Dr. Kvitne and his team at Kerlan-Jobe Surgery Center. I’ll keep you updated as I heal and progress! Thanks for all the love and positivity! (sic)”
The actor – who will next be seen on screens as Ted Bundy in ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile’ – is known for his love of the outdoors, and once came face to face with a grizzly bear whilst on a hiking trip in Montana with his brother Dylan.
He said: “Out of nowhere, [we were like] ‘Okay, that’s a bear. Everybody stop. And we all stood still. Somebody silently whispered ‘But it’s charging at us.’ It took like two big canters at us.
“[Luckily it] disappeared behind some trees. It was the scariest part of the trip! But it was cool to see a bear that close. It was maybe 15 or 20 feet away. It was charging at us!”
Zac partnered with Columbia Sportswear back in 2017 when he got to test out some of the brand’s outdoor gear, and admitted it was a great “excuse” for him to see more of the world before he turned 30.
He said at the time: “I’m about to turn 30, so I’m thinking about how much of the world is left to see, how much there is to do and how much is out there. Luckily this is kind of an excuse for me to get outside even more and follow my dreams and see the rest of the world.”
