OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian doesn’t “classify” her relationship with Tristan Thompson anymore.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star was devastated when her partner seemingly cheated on her just days before she was due to give birth to their daughter True, now 10 months, but she is choosing not to focus on giving her relationship a title and she is “very happy” with how things are now.
A source told E! News: “They are still together. Tristan is on the road and in Cleveland and Khloe’s in L.A. most of the time. She is focused on True and her work. She’s all about True and being a good mom. She’s consumed with True and head-over-heels in love with her. She chooses not to worry about it or to classify their relationship anymore. She is very happy with things the way they are and feels very fulfilled. She doesn’t need to think about what’s up with Tristan or what he’s doing out on the road like she used to. Being True’s mom is truly all she cares about and is her top priority.”
A source recently revealed that Khloe spends “very little time” with Tristan.
The insider shared: “Khloé and True are happy in Los Angeles. They spend very little time in Cleveland, where Tristan is. She very much acts like a single mom. Her whole life is True. Khloé is a great mom. It’s so obvious how much she loves being a mom. She likes that True is a bit older now – they attend classes with other babies True’s age and Khloé is making sure she has friends … Khloé and Tristan are really focused on doing what’s best for [daughter] True. They are not going to get engaged anytime soon. The focus right now is on whatever is best for True. Tristan is trying everything he can to regain her trust, but Khloé is spending more time in LA because True has so many family members and such a support system there.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Audrina Patridge has a new boyfriend.
The 33-year-old reality star and bar owner Matt Chase reportedly started dating just over a month ago, following her split from musician Ryan Cabrera, 36, who she had been seeing after her breakup from ex-husband Corey Bohan – who she finalised her divorce from in December.
An insider told Us Weekly of the new couple: “They’ve been together for a little over a month.”
The pair were spotted getting cosy at Steven Tyler’s Grammys party together at the weekend, with a source telling E! News that Matt is “very happy being with Audrina”.
Audrina had been with Ryan – who she previously dated in 2010 – between April and September last year, but they remain friends.
She said at the time: “Even though we are not in a romantic relationship right now, we will continue to be friends and are still in touch.”
The ‘Hills’ star and her former spouse Corey were granted a judgment of dissolution on December 19 in Orange County.
Audrina currently has primary custody of their two-year-old daughter Kirra Max, but they were still working out a final custody schedule as well as the amount of child support to be paid.
The former couple were ordered to stay more than 100 yards from each other at all times except for when they were dropping off their daughter.
Audrina and Corey faced another hiccup in their divorce proceedings after Corey filed documents to legally prevent Audrina from featuring their daughter on the upcoming reboot of MTV reality series ‘The Hills’.
Corey requested that “neither party allow the minor child to be filmed or to appear in any reality television production without the express, written consent of the other parent” and “any prior consent for the minor child to appear on the show to be revoked and proof of revocation to be provided”.
He also requested “a specific order restraining Audrina from allowing Kirra to appear on any reality television program including, without limitation, ‘The Hills: New Beginnings’ without my prior written consent”.
Corey had previously wrote on his private Instagram account: “I refuse to think it’s ok for our 2yr old daughter Kirra Bohan to be shown & exploited on Reality TV. Not just my child by anyone’s for that matter. This is about our daughter Kirra Bohan (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Harris says Matt LeBlanc was a “complete arse” during a scene for his final series of ‘Top Gear’.
The former ‘Friends’ actor will make his final appearances on the motoring show for the upcoming 26th series after announcing his plans to quit, and his BBC co-star has opened up about a moment Matt was sliding around during a shoot on the ice.
He told Digital Spy: “That was okay. I’m not lying when I’m sitting there next to him, I don’t like sitting in the passenger’s seat if someone else is sliding…
“Oh, he’s being a complete arse. He’s being an arse to wind me up! He’s fairly fearless. And also, he knows full well that if he crashes it, he can afford to buy another one! I can’t [laughs].”
He admitted his fear of heights made the situation worse when they were in front of a “400 foot drop”.
He added: “There are times when you think ‘this is as much as I want’, and as we were doing a three point turn I reckon there was a 400 foot drop behind me.
“In the Tuk Tuk, I just thought ‘that’s enough for me’. I’m not great with heights.”
Matt’s exit has sparked a reshuffle for the 27th series, with Rory Reid moving to a role on spin-off show ‘Extra Gear’, while Chris will be joined by ‘Take Me Out’ comedian Paddy McGuinness and Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff.
Filming for that season is already underway, and it was recently revealed that Flintoff crashed his car into a market stall.
A BBC studios spokesman said: “During filming in Mansfield town centre, which had been closed off to members of the public for health and safety reasons, Freddie’s electric car struck an unmanned, un-stocked market stall.
“Neither he nor anyone else was hurt and filming completed as planned.”
Matt LeBlanc’s final ‘Top Gear’ series will launch on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer on Sunday, February 17.

OHMYGOSSIP — James ‘Arg’ Argent wants to go on ‘Dancing On Ice’ – but plans to lose seven stone first.
The 31-year-old reality star has been a firm fixture down at the rink supporting his girlfriend Gemma Collins and her partner Matt Evers – who were voted off the show over the weekend – and he admitted he’s keen to follow in her footsteps next year, but needs to get back in shape first.
He told The Sun Online: “If I was to do ‘Dancing On Ice’ next year I’d want to lose seven stone. By this time next year I’d be a year and a half sober so I’d be in a pretty good position to do it.
“Gemma would love to see me do the show, purely for the fact that I’d go through everything that she’s gone through.”
Arg – who previously shed four stone in 2015 – enjoys exercising so plans to stay as active as he possibly can in his bid to beat the bulge.
He added: “I love boxing as well as running, walking and tennis – that’s kind of the sport I’m going to be doing.”
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ star thinks Gemma – who shed two-and-a-half stone on the show – looks “great” following months of training for the skating competition and while he hopes she’ll keep working hard to stay fit and healthy, it isn’t something he’ll be pressuring her to do.
He said: “She looks great at the moment. It would be good if she could continue her fitness, but that’s down to Gemma.
“It was never about her being fit – I just wanted to push her to do as well as she possibly could have done in the competition.”
Last year, Arg went to rehab for the third time to battle alcohol and drug addictions and he’s overhauled his lifestyle to try and stay on track.
He said: “I won’t be going on any boys’ holidays any time soon.
“I’ll be away with Gemma and spend my holidays with either close family or friends, and going to nice places.
“‘ve got my Spanish tour and a lot of gigs.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Selena Gomez is reportedly set to go on a world tour in support of her new album.
The ‘Wolves’ hitmaker told fans she had completed her much-anticipated follow-up to 2015 LP ‘Revival’ in August, and after releasing her comeback track ‘Anxiety’ with Julia Michaels last month, she is believed to have signed a huge deal with tour promoters Live Nation for the shows, which will reportedly take place next year.
The extensive run is to include the 26-year-old pop star’s first shows on UK soil in six years.
Selena has been in the studio fine-tuning her new record – which is as-yet-untitled – with her ‘Fetish’ producer Leland.
The ‘Back To You’ singer checked into rehab in October, after suffering an “emotional breakdown” following multiple hospitalisations due to issues related to Lupus and her kidney transplant, and wants to ensure she is well enough for the tour.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Leland has worked with Troye Sivan and Ariana Grande and Selena really enjoyed working with him last time so they got in the studio again.
“They put the finishing touches to her new album in December and now she is making sure she is well enough to go on tour, which will likely include UK shows in early 2020.
“She is working with her team to get everything in place then, all going well, she hopes to release the album this summer.”
The last time Selena performed in the UK was in 2013.
The singer was forced to pull out of the final leg of her ‘Revival Tour’ three years later, due to suffering from depression caused by her battle with the autoimmune disease.
The former Disney star appeared on a live stream on Instagram Stories with her close model pal Connar Franklin in August, when she declared that she was “done” with the record.
In the video, she was heard saying: “My album’s coming out later … I’m done with it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Dave Grohl recently underwent surgery on his arm.
The 50-year-old rocker’s group Foo Fighters recently announced they would be pulling out of performing at the opening of The Fillmore in New Orleans on February 15 and 16 due to a “band member injury” and it’s now been revealed the ‘Walk’ hitmaker had been in hospital to treat a long-running problem.
Speaking to Live Nation president and CEO Michael Rapino at Los Angeles’ Pollstar Live conference, he said: “This is something I’ve had to deal with for a long time and it’s not the end of the world, but I did have to have surgery on my arm because I need it to pay the rent,” he said. “I knew I had to fix my arm at some point and I went ahead and did it.”
And Dave admitted the surgery gave him the opportunity to undergo some much-needed rest.
He said: “Right before they wheeled me in [for surgery] the guys said, ‘Hey, we’re going to give you something that’s going to make you feel really good’ and I thought I finally get to take a nap.”
The ‘Learn to Fly’ singer enjoys touring and insisted it is only work “if you don’t want to do it”.
He added: “I’ve never said, ‘Ugh, I have to go on stage and drink whisky and have 30,000 people sing my songs.’ It’s pretty f***ing cool.”
And the former Nirvana star insisted the group have no plans to ever go their separate ways, though he also admitted that in their early days, they often thought they would stop playing together after “one more record”.
He said: “It gets to the point to where I refer to it like imagine your grandparents getting a divorce.
“I’m sure it happens sometimes, but why? You can’t break up. Who even cares any more? Just go play shows.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jussie Smollett is “p***ed off” that people don’t believe the “truth” about him being attacked.
The ‘Empire’ actor was subjected to a “possible hate crime” last month when two assailants allegedly hurled homophobic abuse before punching him, pouring an unknown chemical substance over him and putting a rope around his neck, and not only is he still angry about what happened to him, he’s also annoyed that there have been so many false rumours surrounding the incident.
Speaking out for the first time in a preview of his upcoming interview on ‘Good Morning America’, he said: “I’m p***ed off.”
Asked why by host Robin Roberts, he replied: “It’s the attackers, but it’s also the attacks. It’s not that you don’t believe this is the truth; you don’t want to see this is the truth.
“It’s like, you know, at first, it was a thing of, like, ‘Listen, if I tell the truth then that’s it, because it’s the truth.’ Then it became a thing of like, ‘Oh, how can you doubt that? Like, how do you — how do you not believe that? It’s the truth.’ ”
Earlier this week, a spokesperson for the 36-year-old star – who was on the phone to his manager at the time of the attack – defended Jussie after it was claimed he had turned over his phone records to police but they were limited and heavily redacted and so did not “meet the burden for a criminal investigation”.
However, the actor’s representative insisted he had been as co-operative as possible.
They said in a statement: “Jussie has voluntarily provided his phone records from within an hour of the attack and given multiple statements to police.
“Chicago PD has repeatedly informed us that they find Jussie’s account of what happened that night consistent and credible. Superintendent Johnson has been clear from day one that Jussie is a victim.
“We are continuing to work closely with the Chicago PD and remain confident that they will find Jussie’s attackers and bring them to justice.”
“Any redacted information was intended to protect the privacy of personal contacts or high-profile individuals not relevant to the attack.”
Jussie returned to public life on February 2, where he told fans at a concert at Hollywood’s Troubadour club that he had “not fully healed yet” and was still suffering with bruised ribs.
The ‘Alien: Covenant’ actor previously thanked fans for their “love and support” following the attack.
He said: “Let me start by saying that I’m OK. My body is strong but my soul is stronger. More importantly I want to say thank you.
“The outpouring of love and support from my village has meant more than I will ever be able to truly put into words.
“I am working with authorities and have been 100% factual and consistent on every level. Despite my frustrations and deep concern with certain inaccuracies and misrepresentations that have been spread, I still believe that justice will be served.
“As my family stated, these types of cowardly attacks are happening to my sisters, brothers and non-gender conforming siblings daily.
I am not and should not be looked upon as an isolated incident.
“We will talk soon and I will address all details of this horrific incident, but I need a moment to process.
“Most importantly, during times of trauma, grief and pain, there is still a responsibility to lead with love. It’s all I know. And that can’t be kicked out of me.
“With Love, respect & honor…Jussie (sic).”

OHMYGOSSIP — Keith Richards is “drying out” and has cut back on drinking.
The Rolling Stones rocker has been making changes to a lifestyle after December turned into “one long party” that saw him celebrate both his 75th birthday and his 35th wedding anniversary with wife Patti Hansen, but he won’t be getting sober for good.
He said: “By January 1, you’re knackered. And that’s a good way to start a new year, right?! I’m drying out now!”
“I’ve knocked the hard stuff on the head. I have a little wine with meals, and a Guinness or a beer or two, but otherwise… no. It’s like heroin – the experiment is over.
“Mind you, if I meet you in a bar and you say, ‘Do you want a drink?’ – heheheh – I wouldn’t turn it down! I’m not a puritan in these matters. It’s just that it’s not on the daily menu anymore.”
The ‘Sympathy for the Devil’ hitmaker is also trying to quit smoking because it’s a “useless habit” and is finding it harder to kick cigarettes than he did heroin.
Speaking to the new issue of MOJO magazine, which he has guest edited, he said: “I have tried [to stop smoking]. So far, unsuccessfully! Lou Reed claimed nicotine was harder to quit than heroin.
“It is. Quitting heroin is like hell, but it’s a short hell. I mean, the actual process.
“Cigarettes are just always there, and you’ve always done it. I just pick ’em up and light ’em up without thinking about it.
“But lately, in fact – spread the news! – I’ve managed to cut it down by a substantial amount every day, and I’m still working on it.
“Because I realised I don’t need it. I realised it’s just a useless habit. But hey, when you’re 75, habits are pretty ingrained.”
Keith isn’t a big fan of exercise and thinks running in particular is “bad” for people.
Asked about his fitness regime, he said: “I get up. Ummm. And then, uh, you know, I sit down. I don’t do none of this trotting around, I think it’s bad for you. It’s bad on the joints, especially on concrete. I don’t go with that. It’s just not for me.
“It works for some guys, but y’know, it’s just… Mmm. Oh, and when I go to the islands, I do quite a bit of swimming.
“It’s not a regime, it’s just very nice to be in the water, and, uhh, you know… float about a bit.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Rebel Wilson didn’t expect Liam Hemsworth to be “funny’ because he’s “so hot”.
The ‘Hunger Games’ actor plays one of two of the 38-year-old comedienne’s alter-ego Natalie’s love interests in the forthcoming rom-com, Blake, and Rebel has confessed she never imagined he would be “the funniest guy” on set.
Appearing on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’, she said: “Normally, people that are so hot like that aren’t that funny.
“Turns out, he’s just such a legend and the funniest guy, so it was a good move for me casting him.”
Although the 29-year-old Australian star – who is married to Miley Cyrus – is good looking and hilarious, Rebel sad his dancing was questionable.
She admitted he did “really gave it his all” though.
The ‘Pitch Perfect’ star laughed: “He’s handsome and funny, and … you don’t need to do everything right.”
Liam was recently forced to miss the premiere and promo for the movie – which also stars Adam DeVine, and Priyanka Chopra – due to being hospitalised with kidney stones.
Rebel said at the weekend: “He texted us this morning – he was in hospital overnight, so hopefully he will be fine.”
He was also unable to see his wife Miley perform at the Grammys on Sunday (10.02.19).
The ‘Nothing Breaks Like a Heart’ hitmaker attended the premiere in Los Angeles in her spouse’s place and said he was “recovering”.
Miley took to Instagram to give an update on Liam by sharing a series of snaps of herself attending the premiere in her spouse’s place, and she gushed about how “proud” she is of her “hunky hubby” and his new comedy flick.
The 26-year-old pop star also admitted it was “hard” for Liam to put himself first, but said it was “crucial” for him to “heal” properly before returning to work.
Alongside a picture of herself walking the red carpet in a romantic red ball gown by Valentino, she wrote: “So proud of my hunky hubby @liamhemsworth & his newest movie #IsntItRomantic He unfortunately wasn’t able to attend due to health reasons… but he is recovering and taking this time to rest / heal. It’s hard for entertainers to put themselves before the project but this time it was crucial …. I am proud to represent him and his incredible work. So happy to see him shining in this comedy! He is the funniest person I know , and the world now gets to see the Liam I wake up to every day…. luckiest (sic)”
In another close up picture, she joked: “I did it for @liamhemsworth (but I also did it for @maisonvalentino) (sic)”
Alongside one of her standing in front of Liam playing the sax on a poster, she cheekily quipped: “Getting sick blows. But so do I. Get well soon babe. I love you. Play that sax you sexy f**k.”
Liam also updated his fans to say he was gutted he couldn’t attended the premiere due to “pretty annoying health stuff” and thanked his wife, who called “the best girl in the world” for stepping in for him.

OHMYGOSSIP — Josh Brolin is set to join the ‘Dune’ reboot.
The 51-year-old actor is the latest big name attached to Denis Villeneuve’s film adaption of Frank Herbert’s classic sci-fi novel, joining a growing and stellar cast that already includes Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Oscar Isaac, Stellan Skarsgard and Dave Bautista.
The ‘Deadpool 2’ star – who reprises his role of Thanos for ‘Avengers: Endgame’ this year – will play Gurney Halleck, who serves the Atreides family, Variety reports.
The role was perviously played by Sir Patrick Stewart in the 1984 David Lynch film.
The plot follows Paul Atreides, the son of the ruler of a family who is forced to escape into the desert wastelands and partner with its tribes.
The latest addition to the cast follows the announcement that Skyfall’ star Javier Bardem is set to play Stilgar, the leader of the rival desert planet Arrakis’ nomadic tribes known as Fremen, opposite Chalamet as Paul.
The plot sees villainous Baron Harkonnen (Skarsgard) and his nephew Glossu ‘Beast’ Rabban (Bautista), whose family once the land, battle Atreides as he leads a rebellion to restore his family’s reign of the planet which is the only source of the drug melange – also known as “the spice” – which is vital to space travel and the most sought after commodity in the universe.
Rebecca Ferguson is set to portray Lady Jessica, Atreides’ mother.
Villeneuve, Mary Parent, and Cale Boyter will produce the project, and Brian Herbert, Byron Merritt, Thomas Tull, and Kim Herbert will executive produce.
Legendary acquired the film and TV rights in 2016 after signing a deal with Herbert’s estate for his iconic tome.
The original 1984 movie featured Francesca Annis as Lady Jessica and Kyle MacLachlan as Atreides, whilst Sting also appeared in the film, the Lynch version.
Villeneuve previously admitted ‘Dune’ is his “dream project” as he was obsessed with the original film growing up.
Filming is due to commence in Budapest and Jordan in spring.

OHMYGOSSIP — Aaron Paul will appear in the ‘Breaking Bad’ movie.
The 39-year-old actor is set to reprise his role as Jesse Pinkman in the upcoming feature-length follow-up to the hit AMC series – which ran from 2008 to 2013 – and his character will reportedly provide the focal point to the film.
Sources told The Hollywood Reporter that the movie will be a sequel to the TV show and Netflix will have first-run rights to the project, before it will then air on AMC.
Showrunner Vince Gilligan is writing the movie and is also expected to direct, as well as executive producer alongside Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein.
Bryan Cranston – who portrayed mild-mannered teacher-turned-drug baron Walter White – recently confirmed the movie was in the works but wasn’t sure if he would be a part of it.
He said: “Yes, there appears to be a movie version of ‘Breaking Bad’.
“But I, honestly have not even read the script. So I couldn’t tell you.
“I have not gotten the script. I had not read the script, so there’s a question of whether we’d even see Walter White in this movie! Think about that one.”
But the 62-year-old star admitted he would jump at the chance to reprise his role should the screenwriter ask him.
He said: “I would, absolutely [be in it].
“It’s Vince Gilligan. If Vince Gilligan asked me to do it, sure, absolutely. He’s a genius.”
Though not much is known about the movie, the ‘Why Him?’ actor teased that it will allow some of the other characters’ journey’s to be completed.
He added: “It’s a great story, and there’s a lot of people who felt that they wanted to see some sort of completion to some of these storylines that were left open.
“This idea, from what I was told, gets into at least a couple of the characters who were not completed as far as their journey.
“I can’t wait to see all those people again … even if I just come by to visit!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Walker has bought a ticket for Glastonbury “just in case” he isn’t asked to perform at this year’s festival.
The 27-year-old singer performed at the world-famous music festival in 2017, and he’s already purchased his ticket for this year’s event – even though he may be taking to the stage himself.
Tom explained: “I’ve bought a ticket this year, just in case [I’m not performing] … seriously!
“I bought the ticket [in 2017] thinking I was just going to go as a punter and I ended up doing two gigs – I did one on the Friday at the Rabbit Hole and one on the Sunday for the BBC.
“And it was like … I came on the telly just after the Foo Fighters had done their headline set. It was just me, so yeah, it was amazing.
“So, just in case they don’t ask me this year, I’ve bought a ticket again.”
Although Tom seems likely to perform at this year’s festival, he wasn’t willing to run the risk of missing out on Glastonbury altogether.
He told ITV’s ‘Good Morning Britain’: “I just wasn’t taking any chances. It’s my favourite festival, so I’m not taking any chances.”
And if he is asked to perform at the festival, the ‘Leave a Light On’ hitmaker is confident that there will be plenty of people queuing up for his ticket.
He said: “There’s a thousand waiting lists for that ticket, believe me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B has returned to Instagram, just two days after she quit the platform.
The 26-year-old rapper deactivated her account earlier this week after receiving a backlash over her Grammy win for Best Rap Album, but it seems she couldn’t stay away too long as she’s posting on the photo-sharing app again in order to share some news with fans.
She shared a photo of herself with Bruno Mars and captioned the image: “Ok so I’m back from retirement to announce I have a brand new song coming out Friday at midnight with @brunomars . #twogrammywinningartist (sic)”.
Shortly before deactivating her account the ‘Bodak Yellow’ hitmaker posted two rants in defence of her win, one of which was deleted before she took down her whole account, and was an expletive-filled video in which she said she was “sick” of being dragged down.
She said in the now-deleted clip: I’ve been taking a lot of s**t today. I’m seeing a lot of bulls**t today and I saw a lot of s**t last night, and I’m sick of this s**t. I work hard for my motherf***ing album.
“I remember last year when I didn’t win for ‘Bodak Yellow’ and everybody was like, ‘Cardi got snubbed.’ Now this year’s a f***ing problem?! My album went two-time platinum, my n****, and every chart that there was, my album was always Top 10. Number one album, as well.”
After deleting the video, the ‘I Like It’ rapper then posted a photo caption in which she explained how hard she had worked on her record.

OHMYGOSSIP — Shannen Doherty is scared to have children after battling breast cancer.
The 47-year-old actress was diagnosed with the disease in 2015 and completed treatment two years later and though she and her husband Kurt Iswarienko have been exploring their options about starting a family, the ‘Charmed’ star is worried she won’t stay alive to see her kids grow up.
She told Health magazine: “It’s not possible [for me to get pregnant] because I can’t get out of menopause.
“That would require oestrogen, and I’m choosing not to take hormone pills − I can’t risk those levels coming up. It’s thought that higher oestrogen levels might increase the risk of a cancer reoccurrence.
“We’re having conversations about an egg donor, maybe adoption. But there’s fear there. Am I going to last five years? Ten years? I certainly wouldn’t want my 10-year-old burying a mother. I’ve always wanted a kid. But maybe I’m supposed to mother in a different way.”
For the moment, Shannen is just focusing on finding the joy in the “little things” in her life.
She said: “It’s the little things that are making me laugh. The expressions on my dog’s face. My husband playing air guitar as we walk down the street. It’s all those little moments, the ones that make me smile and feel very joyful that I’m still here to enjoy them.”
The former ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ actress admitted there was a point during her cancer battle that she was “done” with fighting but realised she needed to carry on for the sake of her husband.
She said: “They were worried about my organs shutting down because I couldn’t keep anything in.
“One time, I couldn’t lift my head, I couldn’t suck on an ice cube, I was done. And Kurt was crying, saying, ‘Please don’t leave me.’ I looked at him and thought, ‘I can’t do this to him.’
“So I dug deep, gathered everything up, and charged forward again. Kurt and I got through one of the worst things a couple can go through, and we came out stronger.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lopez felt “addicted” to sugary treats whilst preparing for her latest movie role.
The 49-year-old actress stars as a stripper in ‘Hustlers’, and Jennifer has admitted to craving her favourite foods during her 10-day diet, during which she completely cut carbohydrates and sugars from her life.
She shared: “I’m getting ready for this movie called ‘Hustlers’ and I have to play a stripper, so I’m getting ready for that.
“I work out a lot, I try to stay healthy but [my trainer] was like ‘let’s do something to move the needle.'”
However, the ‘Jenny from the Block’ hitmaker was initially uncertain about the idea of cutting carbs and sugars from her diet.
She said: “That’s most of my diet. I was like ‘Completely? Like cold turkey?'”
Despite her initial reluctance, Jennifer successfully completed the challenge on January 31.
But the brunette beauty – who has been dating retired sports star Alex Rodriguez since 2017 – admitted it was a tough experience.
She told ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’: “You feel like you’re in an alternate reality or universe, like you’re addicted and you think about it all the time.
“When you go back to the sugar you don’t want it as much, it’s something you get used to a little bit. It takes down the inflammation and you feel smaller and less swollen than you get addicted to that feeling too.”
Meanwhile, Alex recently wrote a glowing tribute to Jennifer to mark their two-year anniversary.
The former baseball star praised the work ethic of the ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker, before thanking Jennifer for her “unwavering support”.
He wrote on Instagram: “Your relentless drive and determination push me to be a better man each and every day.
“Like you there is none other. Words will never do justice to what the last two years have meant to me. Thank you for always being you, for your unwavering support and unconditional love. (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Charlie Sheen was on another planet during his battle with addiction.
The ‘Anger Management’ actor recently celebrate a year of sobriety, and he has admitted he feels clearer and more at home now that he has stopped drinking.
Speaking to ‘Extra’, he said: “Nice to be back on planet earth, I’ve missed it here.”
The 53-year-old star also revealed how he hopes his own life experiences can be used to help his teenage daughters Lola, 13, and Sam, 14, – who he shares with ex-wife Denise Richards – whenever they need advice.
He added: “I tell them, ‘You have a guy in your life that has more knowledge on a lot of things than the average bear, so please access it.’ ”
While the girls will appear with his ex on the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’, Charlie – who also has Cassandra, 34, with ex-girlfriend Paula Profit and nine-year-old twins Max and Bob with third ex-wife Brooke Mueller – has dismissed the idea of appearing alongside them on the reality show and admitted he doesn’t watch the programme at all.
He quipped: “You’re gonna see the girls… I don’t appear on shows I don’t watch.”
However, he did give some hope to ‘Two And A Half Men’ fans hoping for a revival of the show.
Charlie was sacked from the sit-com in 2011 – and was replaced by Ashton Kutcher until the finale in 2015 – after he made “disparaging comments’ about showrunner Chuck Lorre, but he would still be open to a reconciliation and return.
He admitted: “No, there hasn’t been any discussions, but if it were to re-emerge, I would be front and centre.”
Meanwhile, the star recently offered advice to Lindsay Lohan, and encouraged her to “stay the course” in her sobriety journey.
He said: “I always had tremendous affection for her. I can totally relate to some of the stuff she had gone through, was going through.
“[I’d] just tell her, just stay the course. You can’t change the past, but they wouldn’t call it that if it wasn’t, right?”
