OHMYGOSSIP — Princess Beatrice would love to be Chrissy Teigen’s goddaughter.
The 33-year-old model – who has two-year-old daughter Luna and nine-month-old son Miles with husband John Legend – took to Twitter on Thursday (21.02.19) to express her love for the “adorable” name Bea, and whilst she admitted she isn’t “ready” to add to her brood yet, she would love for someone to make her a godparent to a child with the name.
Chrissy had tweeted: “”bea” is such an adorable name. someone name their kid bea please. I am not ready for another daughter and John says no more dogs. I will be their god parent (sic)”
The 30-year-old British royal – who rarely uses the micro-blogging site, only for promoting her charity work – then popped up out of the blue and responded by revealing she is a fan of the ‘Lip Sync Battle’ co-host and offered to be her godchild.
Beatrice – whose name can be shortened to Bea – replied: “I would adore to be your god daughter (sic)”
Chrissy couldn’t believe that Beatrice – whose parents are Sarah Ferguson and Queen Elizabeth II’s son Prince Andrew – had replied to her and re-tweeted her message, adding in disbelief: “oh my god oh my god oh my god (sic)”
Though Chrissy has said she doesn’t feel now is the right time to expand her family, the brunette beauty – who married the ‘All of Me’ hitmaker in 2013 – previously admitted they would like to have three kids.
She said: “I think we’ll definitely do another one and then after that, I don’t know if my body can take it anymore.”
And the 40-year-old singer previously echoed his spouse’s thoughts on having one more son or daughter.
When asked if they are going to have another child, he replied: “I think so, we’d like to. We can do three.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Rowland struggled to feel “beautiful” when she was younger because there was a lack of black role models.
The Destiny’s Child singer admits she found it difficult to find women who looked like her in the magazines when she was growing up.
Speaking on The Real, she said: “I remember this one thing specifically, I was looking at this magazine, and it said, ‘What Beauty Looks Like,’ and it was all women that didn’t look like me, with blonde hair, and I was thinking, if that’s what beauty looks like, where do I fit in? And it’s just so interesting because you put all these visuals out here, and media’s responsible for that, these different companies are responsible for that, so you have to be really careful because I think as a kid, you want to be able to see yourself through so many different women, that’s why this show is so important and social media is so important. We have to remember that it’s more than just us.”
Kelly had previously insisted she is “proud to be chocolate” amid accusations she had bleached her skin.
She explained in a now-deleted video: “So I just landed in LA and I saw that a lot of people are like, ‘Oh my god, she bleaches her skin!’ Now, I never answer questions like this, because I think it’s so stupid or even say anything about comments about this … I am not the one to bleach my skin, nor do I want to bleach my skin, nor do I have to bleach my skin. I don’t even think that, it’s not for me. So, don’t go saying stupid stuff like that. Dude, I am still chocolate. Forever chocolate. Proud to be chocolate.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Matt Smith and Thomasin McKenzie have been added to the cast of Edgar Wright’s ‘Last Night in Soho’.
The 36-year-old actor – who has gone on to have big screen success after shooting to fame as the Eleventh Doctor in the BBC’s iconic sci-fi series ‘Doctor Who’ in 2005 – and the rising 18-year-old star, who is set to appear in ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ in 2020, will join female lead Anya-Taylor Joy in the forthcoming psychological horror thriller.
The acclaimed director – whose previous credits include ‘Baby Driver’, ‘Shaun of the Dead’ and ‘Hot Fuzz’ – had previously revealed that the movie will star a female lead, although specific details about the plot and characters remain a closely-guarded secret.
Edgar – who is also working on a sequel to ‘Baby Driver’ – explained: “I realised I had never made a film about central London – specifically Soho, somewhere I’ve spent a huge amount of time in the last 25 years.
“With ‘Hot Fuzz’ and ‘Shaun Of The Dead’ you make movies about places you’ve lived in. This movie is about the London I’ve existed in.”
The upcoming feature is based on a script he has co-written with Krysty Wilson-Cairns.
Focus and Working Title are co-producing and production is due to commence in the summer time
Meanwhile, actress Lily James – who has been dating Matt since 2014 – previously heaped praise on Edgar, revealing she loved working with him on ‘Baby Driver’.
The ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’ actress – who starred as Debora, a young waitress and Baby’s love interest, in the 2017 movie – shared: “I think it’s credit to Edgar Wright – his script is really beautifully written and constructed and he’s really clever.
“He’s such an amazing storyteller and he does it through images and shots, so he makes us care for Baby and then Debora and then puts them together.
“He’s manipulated it all, so I think our chemistry is real – not to give too much credit away, we owned it – but I do think Edgar was very clever at constructing that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash are expecting their first child together.
The ‘Loose Women’ panelist and the 37-year-old television presenter have confirmed they are expecting a baby in a sweet post on social media.
Joe wrote on Twitter: “Have been driving myself mad thinking that she’s bored senseless of me and can’t stand to be awake for longer than 10 minutes of my company … So you can imagine my delight to find out that she still loves me and my company very much she’s just been growing a baby.”
Whilst Stacey shared his post and added the message: “Words aren’t working for me right now so ditto @realjoeswash,” alongside a yellow heart emoji.
Joe is overjoyed by the news and he is “really happy” to be starting a family with Stacey.
He said: “I didn’t know I had it in me. I’m really happy, we’re excited. I know [when she’s due] but I can’t say.”
And asked if his girlfriend was suffering from dreaded morning sickness, he added whilst making an appearance on ‘Good Morning Britain’: “She’s all good, she’s excited.”
Stacey and Joe have been dating since 2016 but she recently insisted she “doesn’t need a marriage certificate” to prove her love for the former ‘EastEnders’ actor.
She shared: “In my opinion, if you’re religious or you have real ties to marriage and it really means something to you, I get that, and it takes you to another level spiritually or however way you look at it, but I think for me and Joe for example, I honestly wouldn’t see any difference in our love for each other whether we have a marriage certificate or not. I’d love to have a ceremony where we [Stacey and Joe] celebrate our love, I’m not extremely excited or really feel the need to have a marriage certificate and that’s what marriage is to me. See, I don’t think that marriage makes us a unit because you can get a divorce. To me a unit is a family, its love which is present with or without a piece of paper in my opinion.”
Stacey already has sons Zachary, 10, and Leighton, six, whilst Joe is a proud father to Harry, 11, with all three kids from the pair’s previous relationships.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jussie Smollett insisted he is innocent in a tearful meeting with his ‘Empire’ co-stars.
The 36-year-old actor has been accused of orchestrating an apparent racist and homophobic attack on himself last month but after appearing in court on Thursday (21.02.19), he posted $10,000 bond and headed straight for the Chicago set of the musical drama series.
After keeping the cast and crew waiting for at least 30 minutes to film a scene, Jussie was “very emotional” when he arrived to the Cinespace Studio and then addressed everyone there.
According to TMZ, he told them: “I’m sorry I’ve put you all through this and not answered any calls. I wanted to say I’m sorry and, you know me, I would never do this to any of you, you are my family. I swear to God, I did not do this.”
Sources told the website producers told the actor to leave the set and return later as he had clearly been crying a lot, and so was unable to shoot his scene.
Jussie – who also surrendered his passport following the hearing – was later praised by his legal team as a “young man of impeccable character” in a statement that hit out at the way the investigation has been handled.
The lawyers said in a statement: “Today we witnessed an organised law enforcement spectacle that has no place in the American legal system.
“The presumption of innocence, a bedrock in the search for justice, was trampled upon at the expense of Mr. Smollett and notably, on the eve of a Mayoral election.
“Mr. Smollett is a young man of impeccable character and integrity who fiercely and solemnly maintains his innocence and feels betrayed by a system that apparently wants to skip due process and proceed directly to sentencing.”
Meanwhile, though ‘Empire’ bosses have previously vowed to stand by the star – who portrays Jamal Lyon – they have now issued a new statement in which they admitted they are “evaluating the situation”.
20th Century Fox Television and Fox Entertainment said in a statement to CNN: “We understand the seriousness of this matter and we respect the legal process. We are evaluating the situation and we are considering our options.”
Police have claimed Jussie faked the attack because he was “dissatisfied” with his $100,000-per-episode fee on ‘Empire’ and wanted to boost his profile.
Chicago Police Department Superintendent Eddie T. Johnson slammed him as a “troubled young man” who has “taken advantage of the pain and anger of racism to further his career” by allegedly lying that he was attacked by racist and homophobic assailants.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West has sprung to the defence of her sister Khloe Kardashian.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star was unimpressed when a Twitter user questioned why the ‘Revenge Body’ host had attended PrettyLittleThing’s opening event in Los Angeles on Wednesday (20.02.19), just days after news broke that her partner Tristan Thompson – the father of her 10-month-old daughter True – had allegedly cheated on her with Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods.
Kim – who has North, five, Saint, three, and Chicago, 13 months, with husband Kanye West – insisted that it was important for her younger sister to be at the event because, as a “single mom”, she still needs to earn money to provide for her daughter.
Along with a video clip of Khloe, 34, at the event, the Twitter user wrote: “If someone cheats on you publicly. Y’all going outside the next day?”
Kim replied: “Would you prefer she lose the [money] too? A single mom has to work too boo! This was a professional commitment planned far in advance and you better believe she is not waiting on anyone to pay her bills or provide for her daughter. PERDIODT!!!(sic)”
Khloe seemed to approve of her 38-year-old sister’s reponse as she later liked her tweet.
Meanwhile, Jordyn’s page has been removed from the Good American website.
The 21-year-old beauty has modelled for Khloe and Emma Grede’s clothing brand since the label launched in 2016, but now visitors to the size-inclusive label’s site can no longer see her profile in the ‘about’ section for each member of the #goodsquad and there’s no trace of her at all on any of the webpages.
It was recently claimed Jordyn – who has moved out of Kylie’s home – has been left “devastated” after being cut off by the Kardashian and Jenner family.
A source said: “She’s devastated and can’t believe how her entire world has flipped upside down so fast. She knows making out with Tristan was wrong. Jordyn has always considered herself a member of the Kardashian-Jenner family and has tried to apologise to the family, especially Khloe and Kylie. The family doesn’t want anything to do with her right now as the whole incident is too fresh. No one is sure what the future holds for them having Jordyn in their life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Duchess of Sussex reportedly flew back to the UK on a $43 million private jet arranged by George and Amal Clooney.
Meghan – who is expecting her first child with husband Prince Harry – has just spent five nights in New York City celebrating her baby shower, and her famous friends are said to have picked up the $125,000 bill for the swanky return flight.
According to the MailOnline, the Gulfstream G450 jet is owned by a US company which shares a name with a firm registered to the same Los Angeles address as two of George’s film companies.
Meghan returned to the UK early on Thursday morning (21.02.19) after a $250,000 round trip, which saw her land back at Farnborough Airport, Hampshire.
Her star-studded baby shower – which cost $500,000 – was organised by Serena Williams, Jessica Mulroney, and one of Meghan’s Northwestern University sorority sisters.
The former ‘Suits’ actress and her friends stayed at a New York penthouse, which – at $75,000 a night – could be the most expensive hotel in the US.
Meanwhile, she looked happy to be with her friends earlier this week as they sat down for dinner at Ralph Lauren’s The Polo Bar in Midtown Manhattan following her baby shower.
An insider previously said: “Meghan wanted to share her special time with those friends who have been with her through thick and thin.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jim Carter says ‘Downton Abbey’ should never be replicated.
The 70-year-old star – who played butler Carson in the ITV period drama – believes it would be “wrong” to recreate the hugely popular show.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he said: “If you start from, ‘Right, it’s Sunday night, so we need sunshine, we need pretty frocks, we need people falling in and out of love’, I think that’s the wrong place to start. You don’t start with what the audience likes, you start with what I want to write, and if the audience likes it, they’ll enjoy it. You have to come up with something different. ‘Bodyguard’ was a big hit, which was a totally different thing, and look at ‘Peaky Blinders’ – that was a period drama but it was also very different. So it can be done.”
Meanwhile, ‘Downton Abbey’ star Joanne Froggatt previously insisted the movie – which is based off the TV series – will be “everything fans want”.
Joanne, who plays the lady’s maid Anna Bates, said: “The movie will be full of romance, fun, surprises, sadness and intrigue. Everything people want, but elevated. Anna is in a really good place. She and Mr Bates have a baby boy, now 18 months old. She is passionate about helping Lady Mary with the running of Downton, about keeping the legacy going.”
And the show’s creator Julian Fellowes recently revealed filming the upcoming movie felt like a very “happy” school reunion.
He explained: “In life you can’t let yourself be daunted by the fact that it doesn’t work out for some people. You just have to keep charging on and have a go and do your best … I don’t think one should expect everything to be a triumph. I’ve done my best, I know the cast are doing their best and I think it will be fun. But I won’t count any chickens, thank you, until it is out, until we know how it is doing.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Beverley Callard is the happiest she’s ever been.
The ‘Coronation Street’ legend – who first played Rovers Return mainstay Liz McDonald on the ITV soap three decades ago – is still loving her time on the cobbles, despite taking the opportunity to appear in stage productions like ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’, and upcoming girl band play ‘The Thunder Girls’.
Reflecting on how happy she is on ‘Lorraine’, she said: “I am indeed. I just love it.
“And I do think you get to an age where you don’t care what people think. As long as you’re good to people and live your life as best you can, who cares what anyone says or thinks?”
This year marks 30 years since 61-year-old Beverley’s first appearance on the cobbles, and she admitted it’s “very scary” to look back and really think about how long it’s been.
After she was shown a highlight reel of some of her best ‘Corrie’ moments, she joked: “It’s very scary isn’t it? And the worst thing is I hate watching myself!
“30 good years though – and of course ‘Coronation Street’ is actually 60 next year, which is even better.”
Although she has enjoyed a varied career – including credits for the likes of ‘Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps’ and ‘Loose Women’ – Beverley revealed she doesn’t mind that more fans seem to know her as Liz than any other role.
She admitted: “I love it because as you can imagine, we get recognised wherever we go. Liz is loved so I appreciated that greatly!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Zoe Henry has promised to never have plastic surgery because of her “responsibility” as a parent
The ‘Emmerdale’ actress – who has Violet, 14, and Stan, 10, with her husband and co-star Jeff Hordley – explained she wants to make sure she is a “good role model” to her kids.
Speaking to the Mirror, she said: “Getting older is not great. I don’t love the ageing process but, that said, I am not prepared to do anything about it in terms of cosmetic surgery, because I’m terrified.
“I have a daughter and a responsibility to her to not starve myself, not inject things into my face. I want to be a good role model for her and for my son. My most important job is my children.
“I love this job, I love being an actor and I wouldn’t give it up for anything. But my main job is being a parent, so I have a responsibility to my son and my daughter. It is not a road I would go down. There is a lot to be said for just going with the flow.”
The 45-year-old star – who plys Rhona Goskirk on the ITV soap – added that she doesn’t think she’d have dealt with the world of social media if it had been around when she was a child.
She admitted: “Had I been at school now, I wouldn’t have coped well with social media – Twitter and Instagram … any of those things would have finished me off.
“I am aware that my daughter is on social media and I am mindful that I have to do more than my bit to keep her on an even keel. It is terrifying.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Freddie Flintoff is “having a laugh” on ‘Top Gear’.
The former cricketer is the new co-host of the motoring show alongside Paddy McGuinness and Chris Harris but he’s not feeling any pressure to live up tot he success of previous hosts as he just wants to have a good time and be himself.
He said: “I just want to be myself and not compromise who I am.
“As a sportsman, I was under pressure every day and had people expecting things of me.
“This TV show is about enjoying myself and having a laugh. It was always a dream to do it – so I’m happy.”
The new team have already shot two episodes of the upcoming new series and Freddie is having a great time.
He told the Daily Star newspaper: “We’ve had some really fun days of filming so far. It’s sort of just sunk in what we’re doing.
“All the crew are so nice and I’m loving it.”
The 41-year-old sportsman is also enjoying getting to know his new “telly wife” Paddy better.
He said: “Jamie Redknapp and I are a bit of a duo, he was my telly wife for 13 years but now it’s Paddy.
“Paddy is only from Bolton, which is less than 15 minutes away from me.
“We have mutual friends and have done Soccer Aid together so it’s been really nice getting to know him.”
Freddie retired from cricket 10 years ago but the ‘A League of Their Own’ star never expected to then enjoy a successful second career on TV.
He said: “I say no to more things than I say yes to but I do feel lucky.
“All I ever wanted to do was be a cricketer so TV work is taking a direction I never thought I would do. But I love it.
“I just know I need to work hard and put the time in.
“From sport you know you always need to strive to get better.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Paloma Faith finds famous people “intimidating”.
The 37-year-old singer has said she loves meeting new people whenever she goes to award shows, especially when they turn out to be nicer than she expects them to be, as she often finds her fellow stars to be intimidating.
Speaking on the red carpet at the BRIT Awards in London on Wednesday (20.02.19), she said: “I love meeting people that I would otherwise never have the opportunity to meet and sometimes it means that you end up working together or you make friends with someone. I dunno, I love my perceptions to be challenged as well. When someone surprises me, and this is a big opportunity for that. Because everyone’s really intimidating when they’re famous, and I don’t really have any famous friends so when I meet other famous person I’m always [nervous].”
And the ‘Only Love Can Hurt Like This’ hitmaker hopes she can chat to Pink during the BRITs ceremony, as she’d love to work with her in the future.
She added: “I do [fangirl]. I will I think with Pink. I’m hoping tonight I might get to work with Pink. She’s just going to be too busy, so she probably won’t even get to meet me. [But we’re on the] same label, so there’s a chance.”
Paloma also offered advice to budding young artists, saying the key to success is “resilience”.
She said: “Resilience is the key to success in this industry. There’s so many knock backs, and if you take them all too literally then you won’t be successful. If you just sort of brush yourself off and carry on [you’ll be okay].”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner had her daughter Stormi’s nursery decorated with butterflies because they’re “really important symbols” to her and Travis Scott.
The 21-year-old reality star and her ‘Sicko Mode’ hitmaker boyfriend have a “personal connection” with the winged insects, and so the couple decided to adorn the walls of their 12-month-old daughter’s nursery with butterfly-themed artwork in order to “bring that energy” into the room.
Interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard – who worked on Kylie’s home – said: “Butterflies are very important to Kylie and Travis [Scott]. Butterflies are really important symbols to Kylie and Travis so she wanted to bring that energy into Stormi’s room. They have a very personal connection. I think it was because when they met there were butterflies around. We have a beautiful theme with artwork of butterflies in the nursery. There is some colour in the nursery but it’s mostly from the artwork.”
Stormi’s playroom also has its own theme, completely with microfibre clouds that float across the ceiling.
Martyn added: “There are giant clouds that float all across the ceiling and they all change colour. It looks like cotton candy floating across the ceiling.
“They’re made out of microfibre. They change colour and dim and brighten and they’re the most magical thing. It’s adorable. They’re amazing.”
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star was already planning on redesigning her Hidden Hills mansion before she discovered she was pregnant, and Martyn says they had to “rework” the design plans in order to fit in a nursery and a playroom.
Speaking to People magazine, he said: “We just started the project and then she told me that she was pregnant. We reworked some of the design for the baby, of course. We had to make a proper nursery and change another room for a playroom, and just make the house somehow kid-friendly but still maintain the power and strength of the design Kylie wanted.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Christie Brinkley doesn’t let criticism hold any “power” over her.
The 65-year-old model and actress has said she feels more confident than ever now that she’s older, as her age and experience has taught her that the opinions of strangers don’t matter, as long as she has people around her who love her for who she is.
She said: “Around 50, you start letting yourself off the hook, and you have a real awareness of priorities and what really matters. Others’ opinions just don’t have power over you anymore. The only opinions that really matter to you are those of the people you love.”
And the ‘National Lampoon’s Vacation’ actress isn’t worried about getting older, as she knows ageing is “inevitable”, but she admits she is “concerned” about “living up to the image” of older women.
She added: “When I started doing the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue [in 1979], I was very concerned about trying to live up to the image they projected of this hot body in a bathing suit. I’m kind of in the same situation with ageing. Ageing is inevitable. If I’m lucky, I’m going to be running around as an older woman with my hard-earned wrinkles. It’s inevitable.”
Christie still feels as young as ever though, as she says she sometimes forgets how old she is.
Speaking to Us Weekly magazine, she said: “I honestly have had years in my life where I’d be like, ‘Wait a minute, how old am I again?’ I just don’t think about it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Katy Perry “gave up on love” before meeting Orlando Bloom.
The 34-year-old singer is currently engaged to the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ actor, whom she first began dating in 2016, and although their romance is “stronger than ever”, sources say Katy wasn’t interested in love when she first met Orlando, following her divorce from Russell Brand in 2012.
An insider told Us Weekly magazine: “Katy gave up on love in the early years. But within the past couple of years, her relationship with Orlando has been stronger than ever.”
The ‘Roar’ hitmaker – who was married to Russell for two years – had trust issues when she first began dating Orlando and actually broke things off for a brief period in March 2017 before the pair later reconciled in August of the same year.
Now the pair are happier than ever, and according to Ryan Seacrest, Katy was “beaming” when she arrived on the set of ‘American Idol’ – which she is a judge on alongside Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan – the day after Orlando had popped the question.
Ryan – who is the host of the show – said: “Turns out, I guess, Orlando had this whole evening planned out … she went from ‘Idol’ and then a few hours later, we saw the post up on Instagram.
“She’s so happy. It was actually really beautiful to see her the next day so happy and beaming, so congratulations.”
Meanwhile, the couple are reportedly hoping to start a family together as soon as possible.
A source said recently: “Katy is slowing down her career this year. They want to get married and start a family sooner rather than later. They both want kids together and will prioritise this.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Pink’s children make her “tin foil” awards when she loses at award shows.
The 39-year-old singer has daughter Willow, seven, and son Jameson, two, with her husband Carey Hart, and has said that whenever she’s unsuccessful in taking home a gong at an award show, her children make her a replica out of aluminium foil so that she doesn’t feel bad about missing out.
Speaking on the red carpet at the BRIT Awards at London’s O2 Arena on Wednesday (20.02.19), she said: “Usually [my kids] make me tin foil awards. Every time I lose, I get a tin foil Grammy.”
The ‘So What’ hitmaker won’t be losing out at the BRITs though as she’s set to take home the gong for Outstanding Contribution, and will perform for the first time at the ceremony since 2003.
But despite being away from the show for some time, Pink says she still has so much love for the UK.
She said: “It’s been 20 years, it feels like, and it’s been awesome. Every time I come here I’ve had so much fun here. We’ve done so much busking, this summer we’re doing Wembley Stadium, it’s really exciting.”
And the ‘What About Us’ singer thinks people in the UK connect with her so much because she understands the “sarcastic” sense of humour associated with the country.
When asked what she thinks makes her such a hit in the UK, she said: “Sarcasm. I really understand the humour here.”
