OHMYGOSSIP — Eminem has “always been chasing” the success of ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’.
The 46-year-old rapper released the album – which was self-titled as his real name is Marshall Mathers – back in 2000 and enjoy chart success, and has now admitted he’s been trying to recreate that creative streak on every album he’s released since then.
Speaking in a new virtual reality interview titled ‘Marshall From Detroit’ – which is available to view on Oculus Go, Rift and Gear VR devices – he said: “I’m gonna keep it 100 percent honest: I feel like, and I’ve felt like this for a long time – I’ve always been chasing ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’. Because I know that captured a moment, you know what I’m saying? It’s kind of like a time capsule, when I look back at it. The times that it was back then and the turmoil in my life that was happening.”
But the ‘Real Slim Shady’ hitmaker isn’t sure he’ll ever get that sound back, because he was “spiralling out of control” at the time, and he no longer has the “rage” he used to have.
He added: “S**t was happening so fast and spiralling out of control. I had a lot of rage. When people say they miss the old Eminem, I feel like it’s probably that. You miss the rage. I don’t have the rage anymore that I used to have but I still have the exact same passion. Sometimes it doesn’t always come out the right way, and it’s like: ‘What the f**k is that? Take a pause, man.’
Eminem also doesn’t know if his releases would do as well these days because there’s so many other “great rappers” in the industry.
The ‘Stan’ rapper said: “I don’t know who I’m competing with, but I just wanna be… there’s a lot of great rappers and artists coming up in this generation now. And I’m watching it, and I’m loving it, and the competitive spirit in me wants to keep up with the best of the best.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Queen + Adam Lambert are set to star in a new documentary.
The ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ hitmakers and the ‘American Idol’ star – who joined forces with Queen back in 2011, filling in for late vocalist Freddie Mercury – embarked on a successful worldwide tour from 2014 to 2018, and that journey is now set to be documented in film in a new two-hour documentary called ‘The Show Must Go On’.
Adam tweeted on Monday (25.02.19): “So excited about our documentary “The Show Must Go On – The Queen + Adam Lambert Story” airing on @ABCNetwork on April 29th!! @QueenWillRock (sic)”
The announcement comes after the group recently performed at the Oscars, and Adam also took to social media to praise Queen members Brian May and Roger Taylor as “legends”.
In another tweet, he wrote: “Truly an honor to continue performing alongside these two legends after 7 years. You’ve changed my life! Im honored to help keep your songs exist as live entertainment! I love u Freddie! @DrBrianMay @OfficialRMT @QueenWillRock (sic)”
The documentary is set to air on ABC in April, and will feature behind-the-scenes concert footage dating back to their first shows in 2011, as well as a string of interviews with Brian, Roger, and Rami Malek, who won the Best Actor Oscar over the weekend for his portrayal of Freddie Mercury in the ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ biopic.
Meanwhile, Adam recently revealed that while speaking with the band, they allegedly told him that they believe that if Freddie was still alive, the two of them would have gotten on well.
They were apparently recalling to Adam about how Freddie had a “dry” sense of humour, and would sometimes pull pranks backstage while on tour, and told him that if the duo had been able to meet, they would have gotten “a kick” out of each other.

OHMYGOSSIP — Iggy Azalea wants to “cry from happiness” when she’s working on her music.
The ‘Fancy’ hitmaker posted defiant message to her critics this week as she insisted she will keep on enjoying herself whether people like or or not.
Taking to social media, she tweeted: “The only time I wanna cry from happiness is when I’m making music & being creative; so people can count me out all they want but I won’t enjoy myself any less.”
The message comes just days after Iggy opened up about how a fear of rejection gives her anxiety.
In a series of posts on Twitter, she wrote: “Over the years I’ve become a lil self conscious about reaching out to ppl I don’t know personally to collaborate or simply just compliment them because I feel so paranoid they’ll be like ‘Gross, I hate her’ but recently I’ve started to push past my anxiety and just ASK! …
“Not letting my anxiety about potentially feeling rejected by people I’m a fan of stop me from trying my luck and reaching out to them has already lead to tons of new creative people around me for this era. I’m really excited about that. (sic)”
Meanwhile, Iggy treated her passionate fanbase earlier this month when she cast 20 of her followers in her upcoming music video.

The 30-year-old actress was one of the guests at the exclusive bash which took place following the 91st Academy Awards on Sunday night (24.02.19) and was held in a custom-built space between the Wallis Annenberg Center and Beverly Hills City Hall and was hosted by Vanity Fair editor Radhika Jones.
Zoe arrived in a sheer gold bra from the Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti collection and is worth $24,000.
The ‘Big Little Lies’ star paired the skimpy top with a long-line black Saint Laurent skirt as well as five platinum bracelets with diamonds ranging in value from $15,000 to $55,000 paired with three platinum rings covered in diamonds.

The ‘A Star is Born’ actress – who was nominated for Best Actress and won Best Original Song for the track ‘Shallow’ from the film – accessorised her black Alexander McQueen outfit with a 141-year-old, 128.54 carat yellow diamond from Tiffany, which was last worn over 50 years ago in a promotional photo shoot for the 1961 movie by the iconic late actress, and the prestigious jewellers were “thrilled” to see it round her neck.
Reed Krakoff, Tiffany & Co. chief artistic officer, said in a statement: “Lady Gaga is the ultimate creator, innovator and rule breaker, and I’m thrilled that she will be wearing the legendary Tiffany Diamond on the awards show red carpet for the first time since it was discovered 141 years ago.”

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star donned a sheer lavender gown with a plastic gold bodice by the French fashion designer, before changing into a structured white mini dress to celebrate the Thierry Mugler exhibition opening at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts in Canada.
Speaking about her look on Twitter, Kim wrote: “You know that mood when you’re really feeling your look.”
Kim’s Greek goddess inspired look comes days after the star wore a daring cut out black gown at the Hollywood Beauty Awards last week (17.02.19) from Mugler’s prestigious 1998 archive.
The KKW beauty mogul previously took to Twitter after a fast fashion website advertised a version of the one-of-a-kind vintage dress and explained the “devastating” effect the retailers have on couturiers.

OHMYGOSSIP — Dan Whiston thinks the upcoming ‘Dancing On Ice’ semi-final will be the “best” the show has ever seen.
The 47-year-old skater – who serves as creative director on the competition – can’t wait to see the “drama” unfold at the weekend because the standard set by remaining celebrity contestants James Jordan, Wes Nelson, Brian McFadden and Saara Aalto and their professional partners has been so high.
He said in his weekly Mirror Online column: “I can’t wait to see what drama the semi-final brings especially knowing some of the things being planned by our skating stars. I think it will be our best semi-final show of any series!”
Last weekend saw Melody Thornton and Alexander Demetriou voted off after competing in the skate-off against Saara and her partner Hamish Gaman, and Dan has praised the former ‘X Factor’ contestant for always responding well to criticism from the judges.
He said: “Melody and Saara put on such amazing performances in the skate-off that the judges had an extremely hard decision to make but in the end they chose to save Saara…
“Saara and her partner Hamish were criticised by the judges for playing it a bit too safe [in their main performance]. One thing I really like about Saara, is she always takes onboard all the judges comments and works hard to improve every week.”
The Judge’s Challenge on last weekend’s show was an unassisted jump and the skating expert admitted all of the celebrities found it tough.
He said: “This week our celebrities were skating for a place in the semi-final so everyone went full out to impress the judges. They were set the challenge of putting jumps into their routines, which had most of them in a bit of a tail spin.”
Dan joined a number of the show’s professionals for a group performance and though he enjoyed being on the ice, he was left in pain afterwards.
He admitted: “I loved getting my skates back on and joining the professionals for a group performance that I choreographed. It was a really full-on routine that ended with me being flipped backwards…..I think I might need to borrow Brian McFadden’s back brace for a few days to help me recover!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have had the “birds and the bees” talk with their five-year-old daughter Lincoln.
The couple appeared on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Monday (25.02.19) where they revealed their little girl – who is sister to four-year-old Delta – asked them how babies are born recently.
The couple revealed that Lincoln grew “bored” after her parents attempted to explain the functions of the reproductive system to her.
Dax said: “We didn’t like, ‘Oh crap, got to get around to that talk.'”
Kristen added: “She said, ‘Well, where do babies come from?’ And we were both like, ‘OK.'”
The father-of-two continued: “We went through the anatomy. Penis, vagina, ovum, sperm. We were laying it all out.”
Dax said: “But when it got to the actual nuts and bolts of the operation…”
Kristen then interrupted her husband, concluding: “We bored her to death.”
The 38-year-old actress makes sure to keep her young daughters informed on all aspects of life.
The ‘Frozen’ star revealed last year that she warns her girls against some of the wrong messages she believes ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ gives out to young children.
Kristen – who voiced Princess Anna of Arendelle in the Disney movie – reads the fairytale to her two daughters often but Kristen makes sure to explain the problems she has with the story about a jealous queen who gets a stranger to give Disney Princess Snow White a poisoned apple so she falls asleep and can only be woken by a kiss from a prince.
When she’s finished reading, Kristen always drums into them that they should never speak to or take food from a stranger or kiss anyone without asking them whilst they are asleep.
She said: “Every time we close ‘Snow White’, I look at my girls and ask, ‘Don’t you think it’s weird that Snow White didn’t ask the old witch why she needed to eat the apple? Or where she got that apple?’.
“I say, ‘I would never take food from a stranger, would you?’ And my kids are like, ‘No!’ And I’m like, ‘Ok, I’m doing something right’.”
She continued: “Don’t you think that it’s weird that the prince kisses Snow White without her permission? Because you can not kiss someone if they’re sleeping!”
Kristen followed in the footsteps of British actress Keira Knightley in airing her views on the impact some of the Disney stories can have on their kids.
The ‘Love Actually’ star banned her three-year-old daughter Edie – whom she has with husband James Righton – from watching Disney princess movies altogether, because of the negative stereotypes toward women.

The ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star took to Instagram on Tuesday (26.02.19) to break her silence on the news that her long-time partner Dane Goodson popped the question last month.
The 34-year-old television personality revealed she “balled her bloody eyes out” when the businessman got down on one knee and admitted she “could not be happier”.
Alongside a picture of her showing off her diamond ring whilst having a romantic dinner with her fiancé, she wrote on Instagram on Tuesday (26.02.19): “So……. I’m ENGAGED

OHMYGOSSIP — Al Murray is catching up on everything Jodie Comer has been in since watching ‘Killing Eve’.
The 50-year-old comedian and his daughters Scarlett, 20, and 15-year-old Willow – who he has with ex-wife Amber Hargreaves – thought the drama, in which the 25-year-old actress played assassin Villanelle opposite Sandra Oh as detective Eve Polastri, was fantastic and so they’ve been spending time watching other shows the blonde beauty has appeared in.
In an interview with RadioTimes magazine, he said: “‘Killing Eve’ was a big hit with us and they love Jodie Comer, so now we’re catching up on everything she’s done, like ‘Thirteen’ and ‘My Mad Fat Diary’, which are really good.”
Al’sdaughters are also fans of HBO fantasy series ‘Game of Thrones’ however he has to tell his youngest child to leave the room during some of the show’s more mature scenes.
He said: “My older daughters and I are really into ‘Game of Thrones’. We used to watch ‘Dr. Who’ but there was a slightly clunky gear change and we needed something more grown up.
“I might tell Willow, who’s 15 to go and put the kettle on if there’s a brothel scene or something.”
The star also explained that he’s turned his TV into an “enclave” and painted the wall behind it black, however, confessed that he hasn’t got the hang of how his smart TV works yet.
He said: “The TV is an enclave and I painted the wall behind it black to the screen disappears into the wall.
“The TV is a smart flat-screen that refuses to do any of the things it’s meant to do. We also have a DVD player that claims to have one-click Netflix but doesn’t.”

The 73-year-old singer has always been open about going under the knife to help her look her best as the years have passed and she has quipped that her commitment to beauty has left her loyal surgeons worn out
In an interview on UK TV show ‘This Morning’ on Tuesday (26.02.19), she said: “There’s no secret. People say, ‘You look so young,’ and I say, ‘Yes, but I have really aged my plastic surgeons. I always say it’s good lighting, good make-up a good doctor!”
The ‘Jolene’ hitmaker has admitted to numerous cosmetic procedures in the past which include breast implants, a brow lift, chin augmentation and rhinoplasty.
The country music legend has been married to her husband Carl Thomas Dean for nearly 53 years and says that the reason their relationship is so strong is because it is built on “respect.”
She said: “We like each other. We both have fun and we both have a great sense of humour. We have a lot of respect for each other. It’s easy for me to have fun.
Dolly admits away from the glitz and glamour of her career she lives a pretty “normal life” but she still ensures she gets dressed up for Carl because she likes to look good for her man.
She said: “I do live a normal life, that’s why I keep my privacy private. I’m a showgirl when I’m out there.

OHMYGOSSIP — John Cena has called Roman Reigns a real life superhero for the way he has handled his cancer battle.
The WWE superstar turned actor has heaped praise on his fellow former world champion after Roman, 33, announced on Monday night (25.02.19) that his cancer is in remission just four months after he revealed he was battling leukaemia.
Cena took to social media following the news, and tweeted: “Real superheroes exist. Back and with strength and purpose! It’s your yard Roman. Your time is most certainly NOW!”
Roman made his highly anticipated return to WWE on ‘RAW’ this week to give a public update on his health, and he admitted on Tuesday (26.02.19) he was “so nervous” about addressing the fans.
He told ‘Good Morning America’: “I just knew in my head that this journey isn’t going to be complete until I can step back in the ring and address my fans. They were just so gentle with me, so gracious, they sent me such love.”
Addressing the crowd, Roman – who had already battled the disease once before 11 years ago – announced he had overcome it for a second time.
Speaking to an overjoyed audience – who chanted “welcome back” and left the star clearly emotional with their response – he said: “I said I was going to swing for the fences. We did better than that y’all. We didn’t just swing for the fences man, we hit a home run.
“When I tell you this I’m so grateful, I’m so humbled and so honoured to announce this … the good news is, I’m in remission. With that being said, the ‘Big Dog’ is back!”
In October, the former Universal Champion – whose real name is Leati Joseph Anoaʻi -gave up the title as he delivered a devastating speech on TV show ‘RAW’ to reveal his sad news.
He said: “I feel like I owe everyone an apology. For months, maybe even a whole year, I’ve come out here as Roman Reigns and said I’d come out here every week, that I’d be a fighting champion, that I was going to be consistent, that I was going to be a workhorse – but that’s all lies.
“It’s a lie because the reality is, my real name is Joe and I’ve been living with leukaemia for 11 years and unfortunately it’s back.”
However, at the time he vowed he would make a return – and just four months later he proved true to his word.

OHMYGOSSIP — David Walliams has a new dog.
The ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge – who has five-year-old son Alfred with ex-wife Lara Stone – revealed on his Instagram account that he’s added to his family with a “baby brother” for his beloved border terrier Bert, and in honour of the classic double act from ‘Sesame Street’, he’s named the new pup Ernie.
David shared a photo of himself cuddling both dogs alongside the caption: “Bert has a baby brother. Meet Ernie.”
He later shared another picture of just himself and Ernie and declared himself to be “in love” with the pup.
The 47-year-old star also treated fans to a short video of the tiny pooch snoozing while he stroked his new furry friend, with David’s hand almost as big as Ernie.
He captioned the clip: “Ernie lying next to me.”
While the children’s author and his ex-wife keep their son out of the spotlight, David regularly posts pictures of Bert, so is likely to do the same with Ernie.
He recently marked Valentine’s Day (14.02.19) with a selfie in which he wore a red shirt while cuddling Bert, alongside the caption: “Happy Valentine’s Day. xxx”
Last year, David spent Christmas Day (25.12.18) visiting young patients at The Children’s Trust – which helps children with brain injuries – but admitted they were more interested in spending time with Bert than him.
He shared a series of pictures from his visit and wrote: “Me & Bert paid a visit to the brilliant @childrens_trust today. Bert was of course the star attraction.(sic)”
Meanwhile, the ‘Midnight Gang’ star recently hinted he could be leaving ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ at the end of the next series.
Asked if he’ll be back for the 2019 series, he said in December: “Yes. I have one more year, and then my contract is up. [After that?] We shall see.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Janet Street-Porter combated the pain of her knee replacement operation with exercise.
The 71-year-old presenter was prescribed a variety of different painkillers after undergoing the surgery last summer but she vowed to take “control” of the situation and find other ways to manage because she didn’t want to take highly-addictive legal drugs.
She said: “When I had my knee replacement operation, I was in agony. I couldn’t sleep at all and I was at my wits end.
“I was referred to a pain specialist and initially I took hydrocodeine but I felt unhappy, it made me feel queasy and didn’t agree with me. Then I was on amitriptyline, which is a pill that, if you take it in enough dose, it is mood altering.
“Then I was put onto pregabalin , there is a huge rise in the number of prescriptions, I think it has gone up 10 times in 10 years. it’s an epileptic drug and the side effects are euphoria and it’s supposed to make you feel more able to cope with pain.
“I refused to take tramadol.
“This went on for about two months, it was me being unable to cope with pain but also I realised all these drugs was bad news.
“I just stopped the whole lot and had an absolute realisation I had to control my own pain. I worked out with a trainer and did specific exercises to reshape the muscles around my knee.
“I stopped taking sleeping pills and I managed to stop taking painkillers.”
Janet is worried powerful prescription drugs are being over-prescribed to older patients for far too long and called for people to “take charge” of their own pain and not be afraid to reject medication given by doctors.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’, she said: “I’m saying to anyone watching, if you know anyone who has been taking a drug like [those] for more than a few weeks, consider what it’s doing to their mentality, the long term effects because I think the NHS is just buying time, they haven’t got time to go through each individual person and listen to their aches and pains.
“We as a population have to take charge of ourselves. I know pain is difficult but we have to find another way round it that is not these medications.
“I’ve got an elderly relative who has been taking tramadol for two or three years and I talk to her, she comes in and out of being in the moment, she’s in serious pain and not mobile, she’s typical of thousands of people in Britain and I worry about it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Columbia Pictures are developing an ‘Escape Room’ sequel.
The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that the studio will be creating a follow-up film to the 2019 psychological horror, written by Bragi F. Schut and directed by Adam Robitel, following its worldwide box office success.
‘Escape Room’ stars Deborah Ann Woll, Taylor Russell, Logan Miller, Jay Ellis, and Tyler Labine and opened at No. 2 during the first weekend of January 2019, pulling in close to $119 million and becoming the seventh highest-grossing film of the year so far.
Robitel will return to direct the next installment which is set to be released on April 17, 2020, however, plot details for ‘Escape Room 2’ are being kept under wraps.
The original film follows a group of six strangers who are sent to navigate a series of escape rooms and told they’re competing for a $10,000 prize, but have actually signed up for a deadly game, and must use their wits to find the clues or die.
The first film had a $9 million production budget and Robitel previously admitted that the film’s “limited resources” made him think about what “you really need” to create a movie.
Speaking before the movie was released, he said: “With ‘Escape Room’, it was very limited resources. And I think what’s happening now, unfortunately, is, because Jason Blum has been so successful with some of these small films, all the genre movies are being capped at a certain price; unless you’re doing something like ‘It’ where you have this huge IP and they’re willing to spend a lot.
“I think, in that respect, we’re always challenged. But it does make you be more resourceful, and it makes you really think about what you truly need.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Glastonbury Festival will be allowed to increase its capacity to 210,000.
Organisers for the legendary Worthy Farm event – which will take place June 26-30 in Somerset, South West England – has been given permission to expand by another 7,000 people after it argued it would help keep the ticket cost at £253.
The Mendip District Council has given the green light for the expansion, providing that the extra punters all travel by public transportation.
The growth wouldn’t be in place in time for this summer’s event, however.
A spokesperson for MDC said “We have been advised there will be no increase in 2019, but acknowledge the licence does allow an increase.”
Meanwhile, on its website the organisation states it has “a good working relationship with the festival organisers and all of the partners involved in the running of the event, which is what helps to make it one of the best music festivals in the world”.
The exciting news comes after Emily Eavis – who curates the line-up with her father, Michael Eavis – admitted she “doesn’t know” how much longer the festival will be around for.
She previously said: “I don’t know if it will be going that long.
“There are so many factors its dependent on. We’re reliant on good feeling and where people help us out.
“The location of it means we are using 20 different farms’ land so we have to maintain relationships with people and we have to take over their land. The fact that it’s a farm, the fact that there is extreme weather. There are so many things.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jess Glynne, Elbow and Rudimental will headline this year’s Big Feastival.
The huge family friendly event will return for the eighth time this summer from August 23-25 at Alex James’ farm in the Cotswolds, and organisers have officially announced its biggest lineup to date.
Rudimental will close the main stage with a DJ set on the Friday, with Jess Glynne on the Saturday and Elbow closing the weekend.
They are joined on the musical side of the bill with stacked lineup featuring the likes of Lewis Capaldi, The Zutons, Nina Nesbitt, Fun Lovin’ Criminals and Jade Bird.
Meanwhile, the likes of ‘The Great British Bake-Off’ star Prue Leith will be amongst those leading the charge for the food and drink part of the event.

He said: “This is our eighth year and our best line up to date. Feastival continues to expand, evolve and get better every summer and we’ve got more new tricks, surprises and festival firsts up our sleeves for this August.
“There really is something for everyone – plenty to keep the entire family smiling. See you on August Bank Holiday weekend.”
The festival will also have plenty for the whole family, with children’s TV star Justin Fletcher joining Paw Patrol’s Chase & Marshall and Peppa Pig over the weekend.
Meanwhile, there will be chances for kids to get involved with Royal Shakespeare Company workshop, as well as joining the Royal Albert Hall Band or spending time at the Vintage Fun Fair.
