OHMYGOSSIP — Katie Price has jetted off on holiday with her new boyfriend Alex Adderson.
The 40-year-old television personality had been dating 29-year-old personal trainer Kris Boyson for the past five months but he announced their split on Saturday (01.09.18) and Katie is already enjoying a romantic getaway with her new beau Alex, 25.
Katie has been in Mallorca for some personal appearances but Alex has flown over to be with her and she is now staying at his luxury villa on the island.
A source told The Sun Online: “Alex and Katie are now 100 per cent together and in a relationship. They are both smitten and he can’t believe his luck. He is head over heels.
“Alex is loaded and he’s been treating Katie to whatever she wants – he’s wining and dining her and they’re both having a great time.”
Mother-of-five Katie enjoyed a five-month fling with Kris after the breakdown of her marriage to Kieran Hayler but he has revealed that they’ve called time on the short lived relationship as they “both want different things”.
Kris took to his Instagram story on Saturday to reveal the news as he wrote: “This wasn’t an easy decision for me to make, however @officialkatieprice and I are no longer together!
“It’s just clear we both want different things…
“Who knows what the future will bring but I wish her all the best! (sic)”
The split came just over a month after Katie – who has 16-year-old son Harvey from a romance with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 13, and Princess, 11, from her former marriage to Peter Andre, and Jett, four, and Bunny, three, with Kieran – gushed over Kris, admitting that he “ticks every box” for her and her mother Amy.
She said: “He ticks every box my mum has wanted. Because she said ‘Before I die, I want to make sure this and that’. And he ticks every box for my mum. He’s got a job, he’s got his own business. You know I have this issue about people paying for me, we had this issue so I have to let him buy me dinner. He takes me away and he’ll put me on a pedestal, and no-one’s ever done that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — John Cho says making ‘Searching’ has changed his “relationship with technology”.
The 46-year-old actor plays a father trying to find his teenage daughter in the thriller movie – which is shot from the point-of-view of smartphones and computer screens – and John has admitted the filming experience has subsequently affected how he uses technology.
He said: “Making the movie increased my relationship with technology a little bit. I got familiar with things that I wasn’t aware of.”
John was shocked by some of the things he learned during the movie’s shoot.
And he was constantly asking questions of director Aneesh Chaganty, who was having to reassure him that the themes of the film were true to modern-day life.
John told Den of Geek: “The thing I was very aggressive with Aneesh was making sure that everything was plausible. Coming in I was a bit of a luddite and I was very suspicious that a person could lean on a computer that much. I’m a person who thinks of a computer as a second resort, not a first resort.
“As an example, I said ‘do people text on computers?’ Because I use my phone to text. And Aneesh very gently said ‘everyone does it except you, John’, and I was assured of that. And now I prefer to do my texting on my laptop.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Elle Fanning is “coming to terms” with the news that Amazon may have shelved her latest movie.
The 20-year-old actress filmed Woody Allen’s ‘Rainy Day In New York’, which co-stars Selena Gomez, Timothee Chalamet, Rebecca Hall and Jude Law, in 2017 but it has been reported that Amazon has put the movie on hold indefinitely in the wake of the Hollywood MeToo movement.
Allen has been accused of – and has repeatedly denied – claims that he molested his adopted daughter, Dylan Farrow, when she was just seven years old.
Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, Elle said: “There’s a lot of news about this but they haven’t told me anything.
“You just have to try to come to terms with it. I feel like the experience that I had matters the most at the end of the day, and you do some great work and literally no one is going to see it … but that’s the way it is.”
Last year, Gomez made a “significant donation” to the Time’s Up Legal Fund, which was reported to be much more than her salary was for the movie.
And co-star Chalamet also donated his fee, splitting the money between the Time’s Up movement, The LGBT Center in New York, and anti-sexual assault group Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN).
Farrow published an open letter in The New York Times in 2014 alleging that Allen molested her in an attic when she was seven and accusing Hollywood of turning a “blind eye”.
The director has denied the allegation and previously accused the Farrow family of “cynically using the opportunity afforded by the Time’s Up movement to repeat this discredited allegation”.

OHMYGOSSIP — U2 cut short their Berlin gig on Saturday (09.01.18) after frontman Bono lost his voice.
The 58-year-old singer had just performed ‘Red Flag Day’ in the German capital and was moving on to ‘Beautiful Day’ when he suffered problems with his voice.
Bono speculated that stage smoke in the arena had affected his performance.
He said: “I can promise you I have not been smoking. But this is like a giant cigar. I’ve lost my voice and I don’t know what to do… it was singing like a bird about 10 minutes ago.”
He asked for the smoke to be turned off and the air conditioning turned up, before suggesting a 15-minute break to try to resolve matters but the ‘Experience & Innocence 2018′ show was eventually axed.
Bono told the audience: “I was ready to sing for you. Something’s happened and I think we cannot go on. It’s not right for you…I’m sure this is not a big, big problem but I’m gonna have to do something. So either, if people want to go home, that’s fine. We’ll play another show for you some other time. If you want to stay, we’re gonna have to break for, I dunno, ten, 15 minutes. I’ll go find out what’s happening.”
Bono’s bandmates Adam Clayton, Larry Mullen and The Edge later posted a message on the band’s website.
It said: “We’re so sorry for tonight’s cancellation. Bono was in great form and great voice prior to the show and we were all looking forward to the second night in Berlin, but after a few songs, he suffered a complete loss of voice.
“We don’t know what has happened and we’re taking medical advice.
“As always, we appreciate our audience’s understanding and all our fans’ support in Berlin and those who travelled from afar. We will update you very soon.”
A venue official told the crowd that the show would be rescheduled.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ray Winstone almost gave up his acting career.
The 61-year-old actor has admitted he had “had enough” of working in films and TV as he felt no good opportunities were coming his way.
He said: “For a while I felt, I’ve had enough of this. I’m getting worse. The scripts are getting worse. Let’s turn it in. Let’s retire and die gracefully.”
Although the ‘Point Break’ star regrets some of the choices he has made in his career, he is grateful that he received the roles at all.
He said: “I’ve done some crap, I regret some but you have to go to work to pay the bills.”
Ray is set to star in ‘King of Thieves’, an upcoming British crime film based on the Hatton Garden safe deposit burglary of 2015, and Ray is honoured to have worked with the star-studded cast, which includes Sir Michael Cane, Jim Broadbent, Michael Gambon and Tom Courtenay.
He said: “They’re a different class, we’re lucky people. We do a job we like doing, but it don’t half make a difference when there’s no ego. I must be the only one with the ego.”
The ‘Noah’ star has previously worked screen legends Michael, 85, and Tom, 81, on the 2001 indie film ‘Last Orders’, and Ray remembers meeting ‘Harry Kane’ star Michael vividly.
He said: “The first thing he said to me was ‘Hello Raymond. I know you’re working with me, son. But don’t be nervous – I’ll look after you.'”
Ray plays Danny Jones in the forthcoming film, who is seen in the film cutting metal, and the star admits he thought the role would be more physically draining.
He said: “I thought all of this would be more physically draining, I don’t mind a bit of drilling I’m quite handy when it comes to DIY, but I don’t think I’d be that bad trying to get in somewhere.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Hammond and his wife were gassed and robbed in their French holiday villa.
The 48-year-old ‘Grand Tour’ star and his spouse Mindy were staying in Saint-Tropez with a number of other guests, including their children, last month and the burglars struck while they were all asleep.
Mindy told the Sunday Express: “I’m pretty convinced we must have been gassed or something, because they were in all of the bedrooms – they went where they wanted, into each room, opening and closing the drawers, searching through handbags etc. You have got to have some kind of confidence to do that and to be quite satisfied that people aren’t going to wake up.
“That morning I slept in until eight. I didn’t even wake to Richard’s snoring ! Nobody woke up. It turned out they had burgled the neighbouring property as well in the same night.”
Everyone only realised they had been robbed, when Richard and Mindy’s 15-year-old daughter Willow couldn’t find her watch the next day.
Mindy said: “We realised something was wrong when Willow couldn’t find her watch the next day, but we thought she’d just left it somewhere, or maybe one of the teenagers had been sleepwalking in the night.
“It wasn’t until myself and the other mums were taking the kids to the beach that Richard called and said, ‘Have you looked in your purses?’. We all looked in our purses and wallets and all the cash had gone. Nothing else had been stolen. ”
And Mindy, 53, also revealed she had a very lucky escape as she heard voices downstairs before she went to bed but presumed it was some of the other 15 guests so did not investigate.
She said: “The real horror story for me was that the night before we were late to bed and I heard a door downstairs shut. I thought, ‘That’s a bit bizarre’, and decided I had to check it.”
“I went downstairs and into the hallway. The door into the living room was shut but I heard a male voice behind the door. I thought it was another couple staying up and went back to bed.
“Actually, it was the burglars. That just makes my blood run cold. I could have easily walked in and it could have been unpleasant.”
The burglars targeted neighbouring villas the same night but were caught on CCTV and arrested several days later.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ryan Thomas broke down in tears after Roxanne Pallett accused him of assaulting her.
The ‘Coronation Street’ actor called himself a “broken man” after the ‘Emmerdale’ actress reacted to their play fight on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ by alleging he had punched her in the ribs and claiming she was too scared to sleep in the same room as him.
On Saturday’s (01.09.18) episode of ‘CBB’, he sobbed: “I’ve done nothing, I don’t understand how she can do this. I don’t understand it.’
“I’ve got to get this show back on the road now and I have to make amends, I don’t feel like I’m the one making amends but I’ll be the bigger person. I’m not going to lie, it’s broken me a little, and if I’ve offended someone, or done something wrong, I am so sorry. But I will not walk away from this, I’m not a quitter, I’m genuinely not.”
Ryan, 34, also accused the 35-year-old actress of making up the allegations for more airtime.
He said: “I just walked past her in the kitchen, it’s how I’ve been showing affection. I’m trying to show affection to everyone I can. But she’s dragging it out, for what? More air time. She knows what she’s doing, it’s not her first barbecue.”
Roxanne – who has been blasted by fellow celebrities and fans of the show for falsely accusing Ryan and has since left the house – accusing Ryan of being manipulative.
She said: “I need to speak to producers because of what Ryan did to me, and he’s lying.
“Ben [Jardine], Jermaine [Pennant] and Dan [Osborne] have been amazing, but he’s trying to manipulate them into thinking that I’m making this up, I’m not making it up. I feel really lost, and uncomfortable.
“I’m not enjoying this anymore because of him, he’s calculating and tarnishing my reputation because he’s saying it’s an act, it’s not an act. If it’s an act then I don’t want an award.”
However, Ryan apologised and insisted he meant no harm.
He said: “I’m really sorry Roxy, I’m sorry I made you feel like this and I’m absolutely heartbroken that you would feel this way.
‘I had no idea, honestly I want you to know from the bottom of my heart that I was showing my affection and it came across the wrong way. I didn’t want you to feel like that, ever.”
And Roxanne later decided to leave the house after Ben was evicted and she heard fans calling for her to be kicked out.
She said: “No one likes me. You took my favourite person away, how am I going to get through this s**t now. I can’t do this anymore, I want to go home, I need to be around normal people.
“This is awful to be isolated like this, I’m done. I’d rather work in a corner shop for the rest of my life and be on rations than put myself through this.
“I don’t need the fame or fortune for this, I can’t do it, I need out, I’m going home.”
Ryan admitted he felt relieved when he heard that the public was on his side.
He said: “She nearly ruined me, if I’m honest if I’m really really honest, it was tough what you put us through tonight it was really tough.
“But, the one thing I was so happy about was because they were saying ‘get Roxy out’ and I knew it was going to be okay. I needed to hear that because I was so scared I let everyone down.
“I’m telling you after this, I’m going to throw all of my emotion, and hopefully there’s no more curve-balls. It’s done, put it to bed, move on. Thank you for everything, I can’t thank you enough.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Idris Elba admits directing his first movie was a “nerve-wrecking” experience.
The London-born actor has made his directorial debut with the new crime drama ‘Yardie’ and Idris has admitted that in spite of the success he’s already enjoyed during his career, he’s desperate to see his new movie succeed.
He shared: “‘Yardie’ is a small project. It’s not designed to be a big money-making film.
“Of course, this is a business and I want to be proud of it. I think there’s a misconception that the higher you get, the less the success matters. That’s not true.
“Are you kidding me? I’ve directed this thing. I’ve conjured it and to watch it go out into the public domain is great. I mean, it’s nerve-wrecking. But I can cover up my nerves by just ploughing on.”
‘Yardie’ is based on the 1992 novel of the same name by Victor Headley, which tells the story of a young Jamaican who is sent to London to facilitate a drug deal.
But Idris has been determined to avoid glamorising violence in the new movie.
He told the Irish Times newspaper: “There’s a lot of violent energy in the book that I was nervous about portraying on screen because of the type of violence it is.
“I had to ask, ‘What am I saying about this? What am I saying about this culture?’ The term ‘yardie’ is a derogatory term in the first place. So the energy I wanted was cultural energy. I wanted to feel like I’ve just gone to Jamaica. I wanted to I feel like I’m in the 80s.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jason Clarke has dismissed criticism that ‘First Man’ is anti-American.
Ryan Gosling portrays late astronaut Neil Armstrong in the drama, which retells NASA’s mission to land a man on the moon for the first time, and the movie received criticism after he said Armstrong’s moonwalk “was widely regarded not as an American, but as a human achievement”.
However, co-star Jason, 49, has hit back at critics and insisted that the movie is patriotic but also celebrates “humanity and mankind”.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter at the Deauville Film Festival, he said: “It’s nonsense, it’s just nonsense. The film itself can be interpreted as patriotic. It’s just silly and naive I think. Of course it celebrates one of the greatest acts of America and Americans and humanity and mankind.
“People look for conspiracy theories rather than looking for the truth.”
Jason’s comments come after director Damien Chazelle insisted that the decision not to include a flag-planting scene on the moon was not an anti-American message.
Chazelle said: “In ‘First Man’ I show the American flag standing on the lunar surface, but the flag being physically planted into the surface is one of several moments of the Apollo 11 lunar EVA that I chose not to focus upon.
“To address the question of whether this was a political statement, the answer is no. My goal with this movie was to share with audiences the unseen, unknown aspects of America’s mission to the moon — particularly Neil Armstrong’s personal saga and what he may have been thinking and feeling during those famous few hours. I wanted the primary focus in that scene to be on Neil’s solitary moments on the moon – his point of view as he first exited the LEM, his time spent at Little West Crater, the memories that may have crossed his mind during his lunar EVA. This was a feat beyond imagination; it was truly a giant leap for mankind. This film is about one of the most extraordinary accomplishments not only in American history, but in human history. My hope is that by digging under the surface, we can better understand just how difficult, audacious and heroic this moment really was.”
Neil Armstrong’s sons have also defended the movie and urged viewers to watch it before judging.

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Weller didn’t expect people to like his “self-indulgent” double LP ’22 Dreams’.
The British rock icon has admitted he made the large collection of songs with the intention of making them to satisfy his own taste, and he never imagined it the track would hit it off with his fanbase.
Asked he expected to have a resurgence in popularity after the release of the 2008 album, he admitted: “Not at all.
“The catalyst for me was ’22 Dreams’, which was when I knew I was going to be 50.
“It was making ’22 Dreams’ and, more importantly, the reaction I got from that record because I was fully expecting for people to not like it.
“I’d thought, ‘How can I make the most self-indulgent record possible…’ and funnily enough people f***ing loved it.
“So from then it was like, ‘Well, I really don’t know what people will like or won’t like so it’s best to not think about it and just do what you’ve got to do.’
“But the fact that they did was really encouraging.
“The fact that I established that it’s not gonna be like [2005 single] ‘From The Floorboards Up’ all the time.
“That I’m not going to be trapped by my legacy or what people want or what people expect from me because it’s the death of creativity to get trapped inside that.
“You have to be prepared that you might lose some people sometimes and you might gain others, but nevertheless, you have to be true to where you are and where your heart’s at.”
Weller releases his new record ‘True Meanings’ on September 14, and says it will be his last “reflective moment”.
The former Jam star has documented the ups and downs of his life on the forthcoming release – which features the songs ‘The Soul Searchers’ and ‘Aspects’ – but says it will be the only time he’ll look back in his music because he doesn’t see the “point” in dredging up the past.
When asked if reaching the milestone age influenced his 14th solo album, the ‘Modfather’ told the latest issue of Q magazine: “Yeah, absolutely. That definitely fed into the record.
“I thought if there’s ever a time to reflect, it was now.
“There are lots of themes of loss and grief but also of love and passing of love on to others.
“No doubt, getting to 60 fed into it.
“I didn’t want to f***king do it for too long, man, because there’s no point.
“I’ve had my reflective moment and it’s time to crack on now.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Cruel taunts about his weight leave Robbie Williams devastated.
The 44-year-old singer and his wife Ayda Field have joined ‘The X Factor’ as judges this year but Ayda admitted she is worried that the show will have a negative impact on Robbie as he has an “unhealthy compulsion” to seek out mean comments about himself online.
Speaking to the Mail On Sunday, Ayda said: “Robbie comes across as arrogant and cocky, but inside he’s a little mushy mensch and he has very soft feelings and a wounded heart. When people write bad things about him it hurts. I try to teach Rob to stay away from it – sometimes I have more success than others.
“I put him on a computer ban but then he falls off the wagon, he goes down the hole and then I have to pick up those pieces. I will definitely ban Rob from social media during the show. He’ll read some nasty comments and then I have to pick him up, dust him off and remind him he’s an incredible human being.
“That’s the funny thing – artists and us creative individuals might appear tough but we’re actually humans with feelings.”
Meanwhile, Robbie recently admitted that he vomited after being criticised on ‘The X Factor’.
He and Ayda, 37, have joined the panel alongside Simon Cowell and Louis Tomlinson, but Robbie admitted he had a rocky start when he tried to act as Mr Nasty.
He said: “I tried to do the mean judge thing. I said something I thought would be funny, but instead everyone went ‘Oooohhh’.”
Ayda added: “I said to him, ‘Robert Peter Williams. Where did that come from? You’re not that person!'”
And Robbie went on: “Then the make-up artist said, ‘Why did you say that?’ And I got so panicked I went upstairs and threw up.
“It’s a big risk, putting yourself on mainstream television every week. For somebody who can put his foot in it – unintentionally – it’s a very scary prospect.
“But fun at the same time. It’s like walking the tightrope, though there’s the fear I’m going to do something that will cause an international incident.
“It’s really important people either really love it and us – or they obsessively hate us. And I want the obsessive haters to watch too.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Shauna Sexton says Ben Affleck is a “grown ass man” whose latest stint in rehab is not her fault.
The 22-year-old Playboy model was seeing the ‘Justice League’ star before he was admitted to a Malibu rehab earlier this month she angrily hit back after fans claimed his relapse was her fault.
After Shauna posted a picture of herself with a glass of red wine on Instagram, fans accused her of getting Ben, 46, “thrown into rehab”.
Shauna hit back, saying: “It’s bizarre to me that you can somehow correlate someone’s poor person decisions to anyone other than that person. Never drank around or with him for the record.”
When others questioned her about being arrested in the past for underage drinking and public intoxication, Shauna posted a lengthy message defending her right to drink alcohol and insisted that father-of-three Ben is responsible for his own decisions.
She wrote: “I love to drink and party! Absolutely dude. Most 22 year olds do. Yes you’re correct. I got put in the drunk tank when I was 17 for having a fake ID and drinking underage at a bar in Virginia Beach, and despite the fact most people have used a fake ID as well as drank underage, it was a dumb mistake on my behalf and an embarrassing one at that. Then the weekend of my 21st birthday I got obliterated and wound up getting left at a bar at the ocean front in Virginia Beach.. where I was again taken to the drunk tank for being intoxicated publicly ..while attempting to find a ride home. Do these mistakes define me? No, stupid minuscule sh*t I learned from. Do these mistakes mean that I am human? Yes. Do these mistakes mean i would disrespect someone’s hard earned sobriety by drinking with them or in front of them? Hell no.
“I have limitless respect people who have the humility and maturity to admit when they need to fix something in their life. I have even more respect for those who take action and actually do something about it. With that being said, Ben is a grown ass man, baby. He makes his own decisions. Blaming a 22 year old for someone’s 3rd time in rehab is just ridiculous. He is human. I am human. You are human. We all are going to f**k up it’s just a matter of learning from it. Don’t be so quick to throw shade on people. Take a step back, accept that we are all on our own journey, and be a little less critical. Take care xx (sic).”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ronnie and Sally Wood want more children.
The 70-year-old rocker and his 40-year-old wife welcomed twin daughters Alice and Gracie two years ago and now that Ronnie has been given the all clear from lung cancer, the couple are considering adding to their family.
Speaking to the Sunday Mirror, Sally said: “I’d love to have twins again. We’d be very happy if more arrive. Twins are much easier because they play together.
“Twins again and then we have double everything. We are good to go. I’m 40 now but you never know.”
Although Ronnie is now healthy, Sally admitted the cancer diagnosis took a toll on them both.
She said: “In a period of a week we moved house, the twins turned one and Ronnie had a major cancer scare. That was an intense week, that was too much.”
And life without her husband is unthinkable for Sally.
She said: “I can’t really go there in my head but it is a part of life.
“Anything can happen to anyone at anytime but it does highlight things. We live in the moment anyway. We don’t plan far ahead.
“But it certainly makes you very grateful and appreciative and how fortunate we are.
“I think that was one of the worst periods for me ever. A wave came over and would hit me every now and again. It was very private so nobody really knew.
“There was a lot to deal with but it all happened very quickly so we were lucky. He obviously got better and recently had all of his tests done again and has been given the all clear so that is very positive.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Thom Yorke has compared composing the ‘Suspiria’ soundtrack to casting spells.
The Radiohead frontman has taken on his first feature film score for Luca Guadagnino’s remake of Dario Argento’s 1977 film and said the entire process was magical.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: “I kept thinking to myself that it’s a form of making spells.”
“So when I was working in my studio I was making spells. I know it sounds really stupid, but that’s how I was thinking about it. It was a sort of freedom I’ve not had before. I’ve not worked in the format of song arrangement. I’m just exploring.”
“I’m putting things out into my studio and seeing what my studio is bringing back. It was a sort of maybe a beginning launch of an idea. It was just a really cool way to totally immerse myself in an area I wouldn’t normally go with full permission.”
Thom, 49, also admitted he was initially hesitant to take part because he feared he could not match the original soundtrack by Goblin.
He said: “I referred to the original ‘Suspiria’ film. It was an odd process from the beginning. When they first came to see me, the producers and [editor] Walter [Fasano], I just thought they were mad, because I’ve never done a soundtrack before, And ‘Suspiria’ is one of those legendary soundtracks. It took a few months to even contemplate the idea.
“It was one of those moments in your life where you want to run away but you know you’ll regret it if you do. I watched the original film several times, and I loved it because it was of that time, an incredibly intense soundtrack. Obviously Goblin and Dario worked incredibly closely when they did it together.”

The TV host’s wife Tess Daly co-presents the show with Claudia Winkleman and she would love to see Vernon, 44, take part in the BBC dance series because he impressed her with his moves when they first started dating.
Tess, 49, told YOU magazine: “In the early days I remember his dance moves quite impressing me. So you never know, watch this space.”
Tess also reveals that she still misses former ‘Strictly’ co-host Sir Bruce Forsyth and keeps in touch with his wife Lady Wilnelia and children following his death in 2017.
She said: “He’s still there, when I scroll through photos on my phone, when I go to Wimbledon, when I speak to his wife Winnie. Sometimes I’m talking to my daughters about him and I stop and think, ‘I can’t believe he’s gone.
“I didn’t have a lot of live TV under my belt when I started, but he was willing to share everything he knew and was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone. He made the people around him sparkle.”
And Tess is extremely proud that she and Claudia were the first female co-hosts of a live primetime show in 2014.
She said: “I’m so proud that we paved the way. I can tell my daughters that we were the first. It was the start of something that should have happened long ago. I keep telling Claudia she needs her own stand-up show! She makes my job easy. She’s got my back and I’ve got hers.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Myleene Klass saved her daughter from choking on holiday.
Six years after Myleene, 40, stopped her youngest child Hero, now seven, from harm after she swallowed a small plastic star, Myleene saved her older daughter Ava, 11, during a similar incident during a recent getaway.
She tweeted: “My daughter (the other one this time) choked on holiday and I only knew what to do because I’ve done a first aid course. Please parents, arm and educate yourselves. It happened so quickly. 5 mins later it was as if nothing had happened. I’ve just booked another refresher course (sic).”
Her pal Nicole Appleton replied saying: “That must have been sooo scary!!” and Myleene wrote: “Scary how quickly she started eating the rest of her meal again! But yeah, horrible. X.”
Myleene has previously spoken about the terrifying incident with Hero in 2012.
She said: “I’d just dropped Ava at school and was doing the washing-up while Hero was playing on the floor by my feet.
“It was a week before her first birthday. She wasn’t quite walking at that stage and suddenly I became aware she was half-crawling, half-staggering over to me.
“She’d gone really, really pale and there was a bit of blood coming out of her mouth.
“I ran to her and could see she was struggling to get her breath, she wasn’t making any noise at all because of course she couldn’t, but that complete silence was utterly petrifying.
“I felt sick and every part of my body ran cold. But from somewhere, what I’d learned five years before kicked in. The whole incident was over in about 20 seconds, but it felt like an hour.
“Without that basic first-aid training the outcome could have been so different.”
And she has encouraged other parents to have first aid training.
Myleene said: “Go on a course. Get educated. It’s a few hours but it gives you the power to save a life – perhaps your own child’s life.”
