OHMYGOSSIP — Mumford & Sons’ new album will be released on November 16.
The British band – comprised of Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, Winston Marshall and Ted Dwane – have confirmed that they will be putting the final touches on their next studio LP ‘Delta’ – their first since 2015’s ‘Wilder Mind’ – this weekend.
Speaking to DJ Annie Mac, frontman Marcus has revealed that the album marks 10 years since the band’s formation and “draws on the shared experience of being on and off the road. It’s a moving collection of songs perhaps more intimate and expansive, both lyrically and musically, than ever before.”
The group have also incorporated instruments they forgot to use on ‘Wilder Mind’ so they are all confident that ‘Delta’ will take listeners down a different path.
Winston, 30, explained: “I think at the beginning [of recording the album] we kind of fell back in love with the old instruments we didn’t play on ‘Wilder Mind’ like the acoustic stuff and the more folky instruments but [we were] conscious [about] how we can make these instruments sound not like these instruments which opened up a whole new world for us…”
Marcus, 31, added: “It’s felt like there have been no boundaries creatively.”
Their new single ‘Guiding Light’ – taken from the album – premiered on Radio 1 on Thursday (20.09.18) and they’re so proud of it because it’s taken a lot of work.
Marcus said: “It was a bit of a beast to try and get on record. It was hard work. We kind of tried it in loads of different ways…this one took a while.
“We wrote it like a year ago, but it’s taken a while to just get it to that point and now we’re happy with it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Evans has named his newborn twins Walt and Boo.
The 52-year-old broadcaster announced on Thursday (20.09.18) that his wife Natasha Shishmanian had given birth to a boy and girl – who they had nicknamed Ping and Pong prior to their arrival – but it didn’t take the couple long to come up with proper monikers for their new babies, according to The Sun newspaper.
Natasha and the twins – who were born at 5lbs 3oz and 5lbs 7oz – were discharged from Fimley Park Hospital in Surrey yesterday afternoon and willingly posed for photographs as a family with their sons Noah, nine, and Eli, six.
Chris announced the arrival of his twins on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show yesterday morning, saying in a statement: “Ping and Pong arrived safe and well last night. Ping popped her head out at 22.10, Pong popped his head out 12 minutes later, at 22.22. Both healthy, both happy, strong and blessed, as was mum throughout. Infinite thanks to the amazing team at Frimley Park Hospital – amazing people, amazing professionals helping dreams come through.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
His stand-in presenter Sara Cox said on air: “Huge congrats, beautiful news. It sounded like a night to remember.”
The radio host announced in February that Natasha was expecting twins after they managed to conceive after undergoing IVF treatment.
He said: “Mrs Evans is, she is. Double trouble, twin turbo. We have known for a while, obviously. She is definitely the mother, no doubt about that.”
Chris – who was previously married to Carol McGiffin and pop star Billie Piper – also has daughter Jade, 32, from his previous relationship with Alison Ward.

OHMYGOSSIP — James Sutton will get married this weekend.
The former ‘Hollyoaks’ star – who played John Paul McQueen in the Channel 4 soap – and his fiancée Rachael Collin will tie the knot near the town of Gillingham in Dorset, and while the couple are “excited” about their upcoming nuptials, the ex-‘Emmerdale’ actor is expecting their big day to be a wash out.
He wrote on Twitter: “We’ve managed to pick the wettest weekend of the last 12 months to get married on. So that’s nice. And good luck too, apparently.
“Thanks for the kind words, @RachaelCollin1 and I are the most excited humans right now (sic)”
James’ former ‘Hollyoaks’ co-star Bronagh Waugh (Cheryl Brady) jokingly apologised for her namesake Storm Bronagh, which has brought flash flooding and strong winds to parts of the UK, but offered to supply his guests with some big umbrellas to protect them from the elements.
She tweeted: “Ahh mate!! I’m SO delighted for you both & send huge apologies for Storm Bronagh! despite my shitty wind & rain I bring warmth, love, humour & good craic! You’re gonna have a BELTING weekend! Xxxxx
“Also, we have 8 big clear mushroom umbrellas up at my parents in Gillingham, Dorset- Near your venue that you can have for guests/bridal party if ya need extra! Xxx (sic)”
James confirmed in February 2017 that he was to marry Rachael, after the pair met at Glastonbury when he lent her his electric pump.
He said: “I was watching this girl pumping up an air bed with a foot pump for about half an hour and I thought, ‘I’ve got an ­electric pump in my bag, I could be a hero here’,”
he laughed.
“So, I went over and said, ‘Excuse me, do you want to borrow my pump?’
“And we have been pretty much inseparable ever since.”
James previously popped the question to ex Kit Williams in Barbados in 2015, but they split just two months after she accepted his proposal.
He previously said: “I got engaged the first time I think for the wrong reasons, not because I was so in love.
“Kit is an amazing girl and there was no one else involved. We got back from our holiday and I had a nagging feeling it wasn’t right. We split up soon after.”

OHMYGOSSIP — John Legend doesn’t know how to “say no”.
The 39-year-old musician was labelled a pushover parent by his wife Chrissy Teigen earlier this week, and the ‘All of Me’ hitmaker – who has kids Luna, two, and four-month-old Miles with Chrissy – has confessed to being more “laid back” than the model.
He admitted: “I am easier to convince than mom is. I’m just so laid back, it’s just hard for me to say no.”
John and Chrissy, 32, are currently in the midst of a particularly busy period in their lives, with the chart-topping singer having recently won an Emmy at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards for ‘Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert’.
John – who also won the Most Stylish Man of the Year gong at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London earlier this month – has admitted their lives are “non-stop” at present.
The American star – whose recent Emmy success means he’s now an EGOT winner, meaning he’s won Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony awards – told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “It’s been a busy few weeks. We got back from vacation a few weeks ago and it’s just been non-stop ever since.
“Got a lot going on, a lot of great things, product launches, EGOTs, all kinds of crazy things happening.”
Despite his success, Chrissy recently poked fun at her husband, saying he “needs to learn to say no”.
She shared: “He will say no and then if [Luna] asks one more time, it’s a yes. He’s a bit of a pushover with Luna. I think it’s because they look so much alike and he’s like, ‘OK, you beautiful being. Anything you want.’

OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B is furious that her husband Offset slept through their first wedding anniversary.
The ‘Bodak Yellow’ hitmaker left the studio early on Thursday (20.09.18) so that she could celebrate the occasion with the 26-year-old rapper, with whom she has two-month-old daughter Kulture, but she was livid when she arrived home to find him conked out on their bed.
Taking to her Instagram account, the 25-year-old rap star sat on the bed and said: “This n***** don’t wake up after he made me fly over here like it was an emergency: ‘It’s our f***ing anniversary.’ If he don’t wake up and give me some d**k then I’m gonna f**k his ass up.”
A few moments later, the ‘Be Careful’ hitmaker had clearly had enough of waiting around so she got up, stood in front of him and she screeched: “Wake the f**k up!”
Despite the horrendous noise she created, it did the trick as Offset shot up out of bed.
Although the couple got married a year ago, they didn’t confirm their marital status until June this year because they wanted to keep their relationship as private as possible.
Cardi and the Migos star secretly tied the knot on the same day the ‘Stir Fry’ hitmaker proposed, but it wasn’t anything fancy as they exchanged vows in their bedroom.
Cardi previously revealed she had no make-up or wedding gown on and that she just wanted the moment to be “private”.
In a lengthy note, she said: “There are so many moments that I share with the world and then there are moments that I want to keep for myself! Getting married was one of those moments!
“Our relationship was so new breaking up and making up and we had a lot of growing up to do but we was so in love we didn’t want to lose each other, was one morning in September we woke up and decided to get married.

OHMYGOSSIP — Beyoncé has been accused of using “extreme witchcraft” against her former drummer.
Musician Kimberly Thompson is seeking a restraining order against the ‘Formation’ singer after accusing the 37-year-old star of launching a campaign of harassment against her.
Court documents obtained by The Blast which were filed by the drummer – who has performed in an all-female band for the singer for seven years – alleged Beyoncé murdered her kitten and used “extreme witchcraft, dark magic” and “magic spells of sexual molestation” against her.
Kimberly also believes the ‘Crazy in Love’ hitmaker – who has daughter Blue Ivy, six, and 15-month-old twins Rumi and Sir with husband Jay-Z – has been tapping her phone and controlling her finances.
She has been denied a temporary restraining order against the pop megastar on September 19, but there is a hearing on the matter scheduled for October 11.
Kimberly – who has also played with The 8G Band on ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’ – previously told how she had to get Beyonce’s approval before getting a mohawk hair style in order to fit the image the former Destiny’s Child star wants to project.
Speaking in 2016, she said: “I couldn’t have done it without Beyoncé’s approval.
“I had to show it to her, and she had to say, ‘OK.’ It’s a part of her packaging and branding. She agreed with it. She loved it.”
Beyoncé has not yet commented on the allegations against her.
The ‘Irreplaceable’ singer is currently busy with the final dates of her ‘On the Run II’ tour with her husband, which will draw to a close in Seattle, Washington, on October 4, but she recently admitted she isn’t ready for it to end.
She wrote on Instagram: “I’m doing what I love most with whom I love most.
“I wish it could never end. Feeling thankful for all of the love from our fans around the world.”

The 37-year-old rapper has responded after the hip hop star told him to stop talking about his wife Kim Kardashian West in a social media rant.
In a series of Instagram videos, Nick wrote: “First off, let me say welcome back Ye from the sunken place, it’s a beautiful thing. Glad you back with it, brother. Nothing but love and respect for you, you know I always had that…
“I’ve never said anything disrespectful or harmful, in my opinion, to your marriage or your union. I salute it, keep it going. But you not going to tell me what I can and what I can’t say…
“I guess this is the way we communicating now in 2018, via social media. I guess we don’t use phones and stuff like that no more.
“But just saying to my man Kanye that the 200th episode of ‘Wild ‘n Out’ is upon us… you’re more than welcome. Let’s talk about it, man. Come on the show.”

In an Instagram post of his own, Kanye said: “First of all, I want to address Nick Cannon. I understand that you used to date my wife, but you know, you get into an interview, don’t mention my wife.

OHMYGOSSIP — Graeme Swann will use a cricket bat in his first ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ routine.
The former England cricketer – famed for his ‘sprinkler dance’ celebration – and Oti Mabuse will pay homage to his sporting career, while BBC newsreader Kate Silverton will begin her number with Aljaz Skorjanec behind a desk.
A TV insider told The Sun’s Bizarre TV column: “There’s uncertainty as to how long Graeme and Kate will last, so bosses were keen to get their themed routines out of the way.”
Blue singer Lee Ryan and his pro partner Nadiya Bychova are said to be using their waltz to poke fun at speculation about their “working relationship” by staging a dinner date after they were pictured holding hands.
The source added: “There’s been lots of whispers about Lee and Nadiya’s working relationship, but they took the staging for their routine in good humour.”
Graeme’s samba will be performed to ‘Soul Limbo’ by Booker T and The M.G.’s, and Kate will be dancing the Cha Cha Cha to Sir Tom Jones’ hit ‘Kiss’.

Reports about Graeme’s dance come after he admitted he would only be taking ‘Strictly’ advice from cricketers who have actually won the competition.
Despite a number of his fellow athletes appearing in the past, he’s only interested in talking to Darren Gough and Mark Ramprakash, after they triumphed on the show in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
He said: “There are two cricketers who have won before, but there are two who haven’t. Goughie and Ramps, they won it early on.
“Mark Ramprakash is the best dancer I have ever seen who is not a professional. He was magnificent, so if I seek tips, I’ll find Ramps.
“I won’t find Tuffers and Vaughnie. I still work with them every day, they are great fun but I haven’t asked for advice.”

The 78-year-old chef has caused a stir with her eye-catching and unique jewellery on the ‘Great British Bake Off’ and it seems fans could be in with a chance of bagging some similar items as she’s been in negotiations to launch her own brand of accessories.
She said: “I am quite interested in launching my own necklace range.
“I have been offered to do it by manufacturers… I want to do it…
“The people who make the ones I wear are a very tiny company.”
And it’s unlikely shoppers would have to shell out a lot for the necklaces.
She admitted: “I have about 200 necklaces with the total value of £50.”
Prue is releasing a new cook book, ‘Prue: My All Time Favourite Recipes’, but isn’t expecting to sell too many copies of the culinary guide, especially when up against the likes of ‘The Body Coach’ Joe Wicks.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Joe has completely corrupted what publishers expect.
“If I do a quarter of [his sales] I will be happy.”
Meanwhile, Prue has warned against Dr. Alejandro Junger’s Clean Gut regime – a 21-day cleanse that involves ditching gluten, dairy, eggs, alcohol and sugar and having two liquid meals a day – branding it “dangerous” and “ridiculous”.
She told The Sun newspaper: “I think the Clean Gut thing is ridiculous.
“It’s dangerous to worry about excess stuff too much because if you think excessively about food it becomes a kind of fear.
“People become neurotic about what they like to eat and I think the most essential thing is balance – not too much of anything.”
And the chef believes people should be more “relaxed” about what they eat.
She added: “Anything will kill you if you have too much of it. Even orange juice or super foods.
“You have to have a proper balance and then enjoy it and be relaxed about it.
“Have a cake every now and again.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Disney has no intention of rehiring James Gunn to direct ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’.
The 52-year-old filmmaker was fired by Disney earlier this year after the studio was made aware of a series of offensive tweets he posted between 2008 and 2012, and Bob Iger – the chief executive of Disney – has revealed he hasn’t questioned the decision since it was made.
He shared: “The James Gunn decision was brought to me as a unanimous decision of a variety of executives at the studio and I supported it.”
Asked whether he still supports the decision, Iger told The Hollywood Reporter: “I haven’t second-guessed their decision.”
Earlier this month, Dave Bautista threatened to quit ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ unless Disney and Marvel promised to use James Gunn’s script.
The wrestler-turned-actor – who plays Drax the Destroyer in the film franchise – insisted he won’t do another film for the studio unless they agree to use the director’s work.
He said: “James is one of the kindest, most decent people I’ve met. He’s already turned the script for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3′ and where I’m at right now is that if [Marvel] don’t use that script then I’m going to ask them to release me from my contract – cut me out or recast me because I’d be doing James a disservice if I didn’t.”
Bautista added that even though he and his castmates have penned a letter venting their fury at his dismissal, he doesn’t think there’s any chance the director will be rehired.
He explained: “I don’t think the letter will get him rehired, but I hope it opens people’s eyes to James’ character, nobody is defending his tweets, but this was a smear campaign against a good man.
“I spoke to Chris Pratt the day after it happened and he’s a bit religious so he wanted time to pray and figure it out, but I was more like ‘f**k this, this is bull***t.'”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Bodyguard’ creator Jed Mercurio admits he has told “a few judicious lies” about the series finale.
The thrilling BBC One drama comes to a conclusion on Sunday night (23.09.18) in an extra-long 75-minute special episode, and following speculation that home secretary character Julia Montague, played by Keeley Hawes, isn’t really dead, Jed has added fuel to the rumours.
He said: “The thing is, I don’t really feel a great responsibility to tell the truth, so it doesn’t really matter what I say.
“I tell the truth where it’s the ethical thing to do, but in terms of entertainment there’s a certain fun and a certain enjoyment that can be added to the experience by a few judicious lies.”
Should Keeley return as Julia, who was killed off halfway through the series, in the finale then it wouldn’t be the first time Jed has fibbed about one of her characters staying away from a show.
He and the 42-year-old star both claimed her ‘Line of Duty’ alter-ego Lindsay Denton would not be returning in 2016’s third series, only for her to pop up on our screens.
He added to The Sun newspaper: “I’ve lied before about Keeley and it may well be I will lie again.
“We decided to keep secret the fact that Keeley Hawes returned in that series. And the BBC publicists weren’t permitted to lie. Their editorial guidelines say they’re not allowed to mislead.
“However, both Keeley and I felt it was absolutely fine for us to lie.”
‘Bodyguard’ tells the story of Richard Madden’s character, David Budd, acting as Julia’s personal protection officer until her death, and Jed recently dropped a huge hint that Julia could still be alive – and that David may perish in the finale, admitting there is a “grain of truth” in some fan theories.
He said: “We are all sitting back and enjoying the speculation.
“It’s great that people have their own theories. Actually I do look at some of bigger theories and it’s interesting that occasionally there’s a grain of truth.
“It’s not like we are standing by going ‘hotter, colder’ as people put forward their theories.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Foxx has been cast alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt in an upcoming sci-fi movie for Netflix.
The untitled project is being made by ‘Catfish’ directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, according to Collider, which says that Mattson Tomlin has penned the script.
Jamie, 50, will reportedly play the part of a family man who has suffered a great loss, while Joseph is set to star as a cop who takes matters into his own hands.
The project – which centres on a drug epidemic that gives people superpowers – is being produced by Eric Newman and Bryan Unkeless via their Screen Arcade company.
Jamie next stars opposite Taron Egerton in the Otto Bathurst-directed ‘Robin Hood’, which is scheduled for release in November.
And Joseph, 37, is poised to appear in the indie thriller ‘7500’, which tells the story of an airline hijacking.
Meanwhile, Jamie – who won an Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Ray Charles in the 2004’s ‘Ray’ – previously admitted that Oprah Winfrey and Sidney Poitier have played a major role in his success.
He revealed: “When I was up for the Oscar for ‘Ray’, I didn’t take it too seriously in the beginning. I was partying a lot at that time.
“One day I got a call from Oprah and she told me I needed to be more focused on it. I ended up going over to her house and Sidney Poitier was there.
“He said, ‘I’ve seen you’ve been messing around. I’m going to give you something. I’m going to give you responsibility.’ I really took that to heart and changed my ways.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mercury Prize winners Wolf Alice believe social media is having a negative impact on stars of the future.
The rock group – comprised of Ellie Roswell, Joel Amey, Joff Oddie and Theo Ellis – picked up the coveted honour for their second album ‘Visions of a Life’ at the prestigious ceremony at London Hammersmith’s Eventim Apollo on Thursday night (20.09.18), and singer Ellie was keen to point out how damaging apps can be for budding musicians with “ever-lurking trolls” watching their every move and quick to pick up on mistakes.
The 26-year-old singer/songwriter told the Daily Star newspaper: “I do feel a sense of vulnerability. People who have any celebrity status are scrutinised infinitely more so than the normal person, which is quite scary.
“The intimidation comes because of the online tendency to make mountains out of molehills, but also ever-lurking trolls and the social media currency of abuse.
“Everyone grows up making mistakes, and if everyone’s watching you all the time, then your mistakes are going to be there for people to scrutinise.”
The ‘Don’t Delete The Kisses’ hitmakers were previously nominated for the album of the year award for their debut LP ‘My Love Is Cool’ in 2015, but on their Mercury Prize-winning record Ellie says she felt confident enough to tell her bandmates if she didn’t like something.
She said: “If I had an idea but was too embarrassed to suggest it, on the first album, I would just sit there and would keep my mouth shut.
“But then on the second album, I was more like, ‘What have I got to lose? I might as well try.
“What I’ve learnt most is not letting go of those things that you felt at the start, to not try and normalise your work too much.”
During their acceptance speech, band member Theo revealed how overwhelming it felt to win the prize as they had been told by record label executives that they had no future in music when they first started out
He said: “Listen. So basically, when we first started as a band. I remember the first label meeting we ever had, we walked into the room, and the geezer said ‘The f**k? You lot don’t look like a band at all. What are you? What are you supposed to be? All your songs sound different, you don’t look like each other.’ And we never really figured it out. But here we are – so f**k you!
“He also said he didn’t wanna work with women who wore make-up because it was a bunch of fuss, but here we are. And you know what? This is … I actually can’t believe it. OHMYGOSSIP — Pamela Anderson has called for Prada to drop all fur immediately.
The 51-year-old actress-turned-animal rights activist has appealed to the luxury fashion house to remove all animal pelts from their lines at once, instead of the “gradual reduction” the brand has opted for.
In a letter, she wrote: “I have long admired your creativity – and Prada’s timeless nylon bag – but I was disappointed to learn that instead of going fur-free, Prada has chosen merely to reduce the amount of animal pelts that it sells.
“A ‘gradual’ reduction is no consolation to animals who are languishing inside tiny cages on fur farms and being anally electrocuted and skinned alive for their fur right now. Please, I urge you to drop fur immediately. ”
The ‘Baywatch’ star went on to explain that there is no such thing as humane fur and claimed even organisations which promise to kill animals in a benign and compassionate way have been investigated by PETA, who found “cruelty is rampant”.
She said: “‘Humane fur’ is like ‘merciful murder’; it doesn’t exist. Even in countries that participate in the fur industry’s Origin Assured programme – which claims that animals are treated ‘humanely’ before they’re slaughtered – investigations by PETA and other animal-protection groups have repeatedly shown that cruelty is rampant, as you can see in this brief video [from PETA].
“Consumers know that there’s no ‘kind’ way to kill animals for their fur, and leaders in the fashion industry have taken notice – including Burberry, Giorgio Armani, Versace, Gucci, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Stella McCartney, and many others that have banned fur.”

The 37-year-old reality star poked fun at her younger self and admitted that she took inspiration from a young Drew Barrymore and doesn’t think brow expert, Anastasia Soare, would be too impressed with her look at the time.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star shared a video on Snapchat looking over an old photo album – which showed old high school photos from eighth and ninth grade.
She said: “That was me in eighth grade, look at my eyebrows, Anastasia would be mortified.

This isn’t the first time the TV personality has reminisced on her eyebrow dilemmas – earlier this year her mother, Kris Jenner, 62, posted a photo of herself with a 17-year-old Kim sporting pencil-thin eyebrows alongside her half-sisters – Kendall and Kylie Jenner as toddlers.
The photo was captioned: “#us 1997 throwback….the best memories #proudmama.” (sic)
Pop star Katy Perry was quick to comment and tease the brunette beauty about her former self.
She wrote: “Tell Kim to show us that look on a make-up tutorial pls” (sic)
Kim replied: “I look horrendous! I was obsessed with Drew Barrymore and her thin eyebrows! And I discovered glitter bronze shadow.”
Anastasia previously revealed how the star gets her signature eyebrows, explaining how after prepping the brows, she uses eye cream and foundation to define their shape – and Kim divulged that her eyebrows are now a key part of her beauty routine.
She said: “Getting my brows done is not only a major part of my makeup routine, but it’s also like a little therapy session. Anastasia will come to my house pretty much whenever, put her light on her head and go to work.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham wants to have “fun” with fashion.
The singer-turned-designer’s light-hearted t-shirts bearing slogans such as “Fashion Stole My Smile” have become key items in her Victoria, Victoria Beckham line and though she takes her work very “seriously”, she thinks it’s important to be light-hearted too.
She said: “We started out with a plain white T shirt which was just a really great shape, and then we had ‘Fashion Stole my Smile’ and then we had ‘It’s a dark but happy place’ – so now we have ‘Smile’.
“It’s not that consciously each season I want to do something funny, I just want to have fun with what I’m doing.
“I take what I do very seriously and I love what I do, but I also think you do have to have fun.”
And the 44-year-old star thinks it isn’t just the slogans that make her t-shirts appealing.
She told HarpersBazaar.com: “People have really responded to the T-shirts that have the fun slogans.
“They’re a great shape and you can wear a funny T-shirt with a great tailored suit or with a great pair of jeans. Ultimately, it’s all about giving my customer what she wants. And that is what she wants.”
And Victoria – who has marked 10 years of her brand with an ad campaign by Juergen Teller that features her falling out of a career bag – insists that, despite her own serious image, she always has a great time when she’s working.
She said: “I think this week has proven that fashion did not actually steal my smile.
“You know, I can have fun and showing that Juergen image [proved that]. Fashion is also about having fun.”
