OHMYGOSSIP — Police are investigating a possible burglary at Rihanna’s Hollywood Hills mansion.
The 30-year-old singer’s home was reportedly visited by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) on Tuesday (25.09.18) night, after her alarm was tripped in what is believed to be a burglary attempt.
According to news station KCAL9, “an alarm was sounding and lights were flashing at the home” when police arrived on the scene.
Officer Mike Lopez of the LAPD’s Media Relations Section told the Los Angeles Daily News: “Officers responded to a home in the 7800 block of Hillside Avenue about 9:30 pm”
The ‘Work’ hitmaker isn’t thought to be at the property, and KCAL9 claimed no-one else was at home at the time.
The news comes as the second instance of Rihanna’s alarm system going off at her hillside home, as in August police sent units to the mansion after the alarm was activated by accident.
Insiders at the time claimed Rihanna wasn’t home when the authorities arrived, but it was revealed there was no immediate threat to the property.
The ‘Diamonds’ singer hasn’t been without her fair share of scares at her home though, as last May police arrested a man named Eduardo Leon and subsequently charged him with multiple felonies – including stalking, vandalism, and burglary – after he trespassed into the home and spent a day there.
Eduardo had claimed he intended on having sex with Rihanna – who was not home at the time – though he insisted he would not have done it without her consent.
Meanwhile, in 2015, investigators questioned a man who had sent the singer death threats and taken selfies outside her mansion, whilst in 2014, police in New York arrested a man after he showed up at her SoHo home to deliver notes to the star, after having already sent multiple letters to her Los Angeles address.

OHMYGOSSIP — Bradley Cooper admitted Eddie Vedder warned him not to make ‘A Star is Born’.
The 43-year-old star directed, co-wrote and produced the musical drama – in which he also appears in the lead role of musician Jackson Maine – and he has revealed the input the Pearl Jam rocker had during research for the role.
He told Yahoo Entertainment: “I went up to Seattle and spent four or five days with him and I asked him 9,000 questions.
“And he gave me minor, little things that only musicians know about what to do, just aesthetically and the inner workings… He thought it was crazy I was going to do this movie. He was like, ‘What? Bro, don’t do that.”
Cooper explained while Vedder certainly influenced the character, Jackson was also inspired by John Norman Howard, who was lpayed by Kris Kristofferson in the 1976 film, which itself was a second remake of the 1937 original.
Insisting it’s not a riff on any specific recording artist, he added: “It was an amalgamation, on a subconscious level.”
Meanwhile, Cooper and his co-star Lady Gaga – who is making her big screen debut in the project, which marks the former’s first major foray behind the camera – have both admitted they were taking a huge risk.
He recently said: “There are certain projects where you can go, ‘It didn’t work out, but it’s OK’.
“And there are others where it’s like, ‘Actually, that wasn’t OK, and I took about five steps back.’ This was one of those. If it didn’t work, we both knew it was going to affect our careers.”
Gaga agreed: “Things could have turned a bad corner.”

OHMYGOSSIP — James Wan is set to produce a remake of ‘Train to Busan’.
The horror movie icon – who has lent his directing and writing talents to franchises like ‘Saw’, ‘Insidious’ and ‘The Conjuring’ – is reportedly set to take on the Korean zombie movie with a script penned by ‘The Nun’ writer Gary Dauberman.
According to Collider, New Line Cinema is close to sealing a deal for the rights to the remake, while Deadline reported a bidding war has rumbled on with the likes of Universal, Paramount, Lionsgate and Screen Gems all involved.
The original 2016 thriller was a huge success in South Korea and across the world, with $85 million brought in at the box office, although the US box office only accounted for $2 million of that.
The film – directed by San-ho Yeon – followed passengers on a train from Seoul to Busan as a zombie apocalypse broke out in the country and left them all at risk.
An animated prequel called ‘Seoul Station’ was released less than a month later, and the latest news on a remake comes two years after it was revealed that French studio Gaumont would be taking on the English version.
The film’s Korean distributor and financier Next Entertainment World’s CEO Kim Woo-taek said at the time: “We are more than happy to start our business with Gaumont, one of the greatest film companies with rich experience in terms of global projects. We hope this opportunity could let Korean films get more attention and be familiar with the audience all over the world”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Minogue is joining a host of musicians in taking over the UK’s rail announcements for BBC Music Day (28.09.18).
The ‘Golden’ singer has recorded several messages which will be heard at Network Rail stations in Birmingham, Bristol, Euston, Glasgow Central, Kings Cross, Leeds, Liverpool Street, London Bridge, London Victoria, London Waterloo, Manchester and Reading, in a bid to get commuters dancing and enjoying music on the broadcaster’s special day.
The recordings all begin with: Hi, it’s me Kylie.”
Followed by the likes of: “I know what you’re thinking; ‘Why is Kylie doing the announcements?’ It’s because it’s BBC Music Day … so I can! Have a great weekend, everyone! Happy BBC Music Day!”
And: “Happy BBC Music Day! For your safety and comfort, everybody’s doing a brand new dance now. Come on commuters, do the locomotion!”
As well as: “This is a special announcement: Please let passengers sing and dance their way off the train first before trying to get on board! Happy BBC Music Day everyone!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Childish Gambino has postponed his ‘This Is America Tour’ dates due to his on-going foot injury.
The 35-year-old rapper-and-actor – whose real name is Donald Glover – had to cut short his Dallas concert on Sunday night (23.09.18) after suffering with the ailment, and now it has been revealed that a number of his shows will be moved to a later date whilst he rests the body part.
Among the postponed shows is his concert at the Forum in Inglewood, California, tonight (26.09.18).
The venue tweeted: “Tomorrow’s Childish Gambino show at the Forum has been postponed. Tickets will be valid at the newly scheduled date when announced. Thank you. (sic)”
And announcing further dates will be pushed back, a message on Fam Rothstein’s profile – who makes up the agency Wolf + Rothstein along with Donald and Wolf Taylor – read: “This is America tour is postponed, not cancelled. My guy played through the pain, but has to sit some dates out. Back before the years over. (sic)”
An official at the Dallas venue had told TMZ that the singer had broken his foot, and a concert-goer claimed he was attempting a dance move when he hurt himself further.
Audience members were said to be confused about whether he was returning for an encore, because he didn’t play hits ‘Redbone’ and ‘3005’ before exiting the stage.
Radio DJ Kevin Turner wrote: “A security guard at Childish Gambino said “change of plans”. The show ended without them playing Sober, 3005, Sweatpants, and Redbone so naturally most of the crowd is p***ed and also confused. I thought it was a great show but I love the “Awaken, My Love” album. (sic)”
It has also been claimed he may have aggravated a pre-existing injury after Gambino is said to have arrived for a performance in Vegas at the iHeartRadio Music Festival last Friday (21.09.18) in a wheelchair and leg brace.
Earlier this month, Gambino told fans at his Atlanta concert this would be his last ever tour.
He said: “If you’re at this show know that it’s the last Gambino tour ever. This is not a concert. This is f***ing church.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Graham has called for “inclusivity in sizing” across all luxury fashion brands.
The 30-year-old American model launched her new capsule collection, PLT Starring Ashley Graham, with online brand PrettyLittleThing.com in Los Angeles on Monday (24.09.18) and the range caters for ladies up to a US size 24.
Ashley wanted to work with the company because they have always been committed to supplying a diverse range of sizes but she insists the entire fashion business needs to do the same.
Speaking to Glamour.com, she said: “We need inclusivity in sizing at luxury brands and as the curvy community, we have more options than just basic T-shirt and great jeans. I want there to be awesome, great fashion across the whole industry. The thing about being a woman is that we all have different tastes, we have different bodies and we all have different wants and desires. That is just what I think the fashion industry should actually represent … The most exciting part for me was that we were going up to a size 24 and PrettyLittleThing.com has never shied away from showing off the body, showing leg, showing cleavage. That was so exciting for me because that is the way I dress.
“PLT are going up in sizes; they cater to millions of women around the world and they will have the sizes they need in cool, sassy, sexy clothes.”
Discussing the garments she loves most in her capsule collection, she added: “The whole collection is so sexy but something I am so excited about is that I can wear a bra with everything because these big boobs of mine need a bra. So that’s something that made me feel confident.

Ashley – who is married to 29-year-old videographer Justin Ervin – hopes that young girls growing up will now see her work in the fashion industry and that of the other diverse models who are making a name for themselves and be inspired to embrace their own imperfections.
The sultry brunette admits when she was younger she had no plus-sized role models to look up to, other than her mother.
She said: “There were curvy girls in the industry, but they didn’t have the same spotlight as we do now. They were just given catalogue jobs and we didn’t have social media then, obviously. It was always a struggle. I was so thankful to have my mom to look up to as she had a similar body shape to mine. She was always confident about her body, which made me confident about mine.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chrissy Teigen has hit back at an Instagram troll who messaged her to tell her that her new haircut made her “face look huge”.
The 32-year-old model was far from impressed when she received the message from her follower which urged her to grow back her locks because her new bob style did not suit her round face.
The follower wrote: “You look beautiful but you should grow your hair long again. Girls with round faces should not have short hair like that … It makes your face look huge. Been there … believe me … LONG HAIR. (sic)”
In her reply to the comment, Chrissy wrote: “Honestly wow thank you because when I wake up each morning I wonder what @bcnjw would do and then I try to make her happy so this was a mistake on my part.”
Since Chrissy’s retort, the user has now closed down their account.
The curvaceous beauty is no stranger to impolite comments on social media and recently responded to a fan who asked her if she was pregnant again.
Chrissy only gave birth to her second child, son Miles, four months ago so was understandably upset when one of her followers asked her whether she was expecting again after photographs of her at the 70th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards began to be posted online.
Taking to her Twitter account, she replied while quoting the tweet for all to see: “I just had a baby but thank you for being soooo respectful (sic)”
Chrissy has previously spoken about all the hurtful comments she gets from trolls online, admitting she can’t understand what would compel someone to want to log on and post their vile barbs to her.
She said: “It’s almost like f***ing walking up to somebody, or going to somebody’s house, knocking on the door and being like, ‘You’re fat.’
“I don’t know if they think they’re ballsy or what. But if you’re going to speak negatively about me, just do me a favor and don’t tag me in it.”

The 25-year-old rapper – who has two-month old daughter Kulture with rapper husband Offset – stepped out at Paris Fashion Week donning a thigh-skimming peacock feathered dress and matching one-of-a-kind custom hat by celebrity designer Michael Costello.
The ‘I Like It’ singer uploaded a shot of her wearing the floor length matching gown and hat with platform black heels to her Instagram account sparking the like frenzy from her fans.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ellie Goulding has been honoured for her commitment to environmentally friendly fashion.
The 32-year-old British pop star lives as a vegan and has been a long-time advocate for wearing clothing and accessories which promote sustainability.
On Tuesday (25.09.18), Ellie attended Fashion 4 Development’s First Ladies Luncheon at The Pierre Hotel in New York City and was presented with the Eco Award for her actions, a prize she was thrilled to receive.
In a post on her Instagram account, she wrote: “Such an honour and privilege to meet such inspiring and bada*s women today. I will always use my platform to encourage others to be a steward of the beautiful planet we are all lucky enough to be on. Therefore, I will always be a huge supporter of sustainable fashion.”
Ellie stepped out on the special green carpet at the event in a black dress designed by Edeline Lee matched with a chunky belt and black pumps from Stella McCartney, who is also committed to sustainable fashion.
Another winner on the day was actress Amber Heard who received the Angel Award and she also took to her Instagram account to mark the occasion.
She wrote: “Honoured to have received the Angel Award at today’s Fashion4Development #FirstLadiesLuncheon. Congrats to my fellow honorees! (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kourtney Kardashian has urged Kim Kardashian West to be “positive”, following their recently televised feud.
The 39-year-old reality star was seen engaging in an explosive row with her younger sister during an episode of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ last month, and whilst it has since been claimed there’s no bad blood between the siblings, the pair are still exchanging jibes on social media.
Earlier this week, Kim, 37, took to Twitter to poke fun at the way her older sister says certain words, when she wrote: “I hate how @kourtneykardash says issues. She like drags it (sic)”
And Kourtney – who has Mason, eight, Penelope, six, and Reign, three, with former partner Scott Disick – hit back, urging Kim to be kinder.
She quoted the original tweet and wrote: “Oh wow hate is a strong word. Let’s be positive today shall we?!”
Their comments come after sources claimed the Kardashian siblings, including 34-year-old Khloe, “get in tiffs all the time”, and aren’t really at one another’s throats.
An insider said: “Kim, Khloé and Kourtney get in tiffs all the time. This is nothing new. Kim has been on the outs with Kourtney and Khloé before, but right now, Khloé and Kim are on the same wavelength. They both have new babies and they have a lot in common and a lot to share.”
The insiders believe Kim – who welcomed her daughter Chicago, who was born via surrogate mother, into the world in January – and Khloe, who is now mother to five-month-old daughter True, have become much closer now they have children who are close in age, which often leaves Kourtney out of the picture.
They added: “[She] is much more private than they are and sometimes removes herself from the family stuff.
“But this is isn’t some major feud. These sisters have always been able to dish it out and take it. And yes, of course they know the arguments and fights make for good TV. But they’re fine!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Roseanne Barr’s ex-husband Tom Arnold thinks “something happened” to the star to make her post her controversial racist tweet.
The 59-year-old actor and comedian was married to Roseanne from 1990 to 1994, and has said something must have changed in the disgraced star before she posted a racist tweet earlier this year – in which she likened former White House adviser Valerie Jarrett to an ape – because she “wasn’t racist” when he was married to her.
He said: “She wasn’t racist when I was with her. Look at her Twitter feed, look at how she is. She couldn’t say one good thing about Obama. Something happened. But she wasn’t like that [before], though.”
Tom was previously a writer for Roseanne’s eponymously titled sitcom – which was cancelled in the wake of the controversy – and has said he had no idea that her character was due to be killed off when ABC launches its spin-off show ‘The Conners’ next month.
When asked about the spin-off – which will feature all the main cast except Roseanne – during an appearance on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ on Tuesday (25.0918), Tom said: “Wait, I hadn’t heard. Is that true? Oh my god! I don’t think they’re going to ask me back, either way you look at it.
“I don’t know what to think. I think this, Sara Gilbert is a jinx on every show she’s on this year, let me tell you that. I’m kidding.
“I wish them all the best, oh boy, I don’t know.”
Meanwhile, 65-year-old Roseanne recently claimed that her character will meet her end at the hands of an “opioid overdose”, which she says is “cruelly insulting” to the fans of the original program.
She said: “Oh ya, they killed her. They have her die of an opioid overdose.
“There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s done. It’s over. [But it] so cruelly insults the people who loved that family in that show.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Wells Adams gave Sarah Hyland a “sentimental” gift to mark their first anniversary.
The ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ alum put together a sweet personal present for his partner to mark 12 months since they started dating.
She told E! News: “It was a touching and sentimental [gift]. I take a lot of Polaroids all the time. He took all the Polaroids I take and put them in his typewriter and wrote things on them. Then he bought a leather-bound journal that you can put pictures in … He’s amazing. [We’re] such a hipster f***ing couple.”
Meanwhile, Sarah previously confessed Wells stole her “heart” from the moment they met.
Alongside a selfie of the couple, Sarah wrote on her Instagram profile: “1 year ago today, You asked to hold my purse when I was dancing. In that moment you took my heart. You then gave me my last first kiss. And in that moment you took my breath away. I love you to Pluto and back @wellsadams *YES PLUTO IS A PLANET. IT WILL ALWAYS BE* (sic)”
The pair made the next step in their relationship last month, when Wells made the move from Tennessee to California to move in with the 27-year-old star and it has made them even “closer”.
She said: “I think it’s brought us closer. I don’t think it’s been long enough to discover pet peeves in each other.”
And now they live under the same roof, Wells says things couldn’t be better.
He said recently: “It’s been weirdly perfect, there have been no real issues. We were scared about the dogs meeting, but that went really well. It’s been perfect. It’s been great.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Drake cancelled two of his concerts after getting “ill so fast”.
The ‘God’s Plan’ hitmaker was forced to reschedule two of his shows of his Aubrey and The Three Migos tour in Miami – on Friday, September 21, and Saturday, September 22 – after falling ill.
He wrote on his Instagram story: “I just wanted to say how sorry I am about these two Miami shows. I got so ill so fast and I had never experienced anything like that in my life. Unlike other show cancellations or date adjustments due to production issues this one fell on me and I just want to apologise because I hate letting down anyone who come to share these moments with us. Thank you god for allowing me to recover and continue. On we go.”
Drake’s two concerts in Miami have been rescheduled for November 13 and 14.
Meanwhile, Drake previously revealed he wants to be a Hollywood actor and would love to take six months to a year out of music to carve out a career in the film industry but he insists he would always go back to music, his first love, afterwards.
He said: “I’m sure I’ll stop [making music] one day. When it starts to feel like I’m making it up. Hopefully I’ll catch it before I ever get there, right? But right now it feels like we just started, so I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. But I do plan on expanding – to take six months or a year to myself and do some great films. Music’s always there.”

The ‘Big Little Lies’ star may have travelled all over the world for her job but she still says her favourite place is her hometown of Nashville.
She said: “When I was a little girl in pigtails and Coke-bottle glasses, I imagined that when I one day left the South, I would see the world and do important things. Well, I didn’t become president, but I did become president of a production company that makes movies and TV shows with strong female characters. And I have travelled all around the world, to places I never dreamt I’d go. Still, now that I’ve seen the world, you know where I’m happiest? In the South. In Nashville. Surrounded by friends. Listening to country music. A glass of sweet tea in one hand and a barbecue sandwich in the other. Back when I was younger, I fought to lose my accent. But today I’m so proud of where I’m from.”
And the 42-year-old actress loves finding new ways to “onjure up the South’s spirit” wherever she is in the world.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ayda Field was dumped by Robbie Williams three times.
The 39-year-old actress and television personality was devastated when the ‘Let Me Entertain You’ singer decided to break up with her, but the pair are happily married and stronger than ever now.
Speaking to a contestant on ‘The X Factor’ – on which she is on the judging panel – she related to her heartbreak, telling 18-year-old Chloe that Robbie “put her through some” too.
She said: “Rob put me through some, Rob dumped me three times. What a bad man, I know we’re all thinking it. I thought that was amazing and I felt the heartbreak. In fact I felt it so much that Rob will be sleeping on the couch tonight because it made me remember what an awful human he was to me.”
Chloe’s performance also touched Robbie, but for a different reason.
He told her: “I’ve got a daughter and her name is Theodora Rose Williams and she’s five years old and she is my life and I go to piano lessons with her every Friday and I was thinking about you being that same person and learning your craft. The ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker was joined backstage at her All I Have concert at the Zappos Theatre at the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas by the likes of Selena Gomez, Sofia Vergara, Jessica Alba, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Becky G, Ireland Baldwin and Dua Lipa. Jennifer’s boyfriend Alex Rodriguez was also present at the backstage party, which took place in the singer’s dressing room.
Sharing a picture on her Instagram account, she wrote: “Fun night w these beauties… @jessicaalba @dualipa @iambeckyg @sofiavergara and @arod he’s a beauty too #allihavefinal15 #show5 #4showstogo #letsgetit @phvegas (sic)”
Jessica also posted the same picture and captioned it: “Awesome show @jlo #vegas (sic),” alongside a set of fire and queen emojis whilst Dua wrote: “perfect night seeing @jlo absolutely SLAY the stage last night in Vegas!! Thank you for having me (sic)”
Becky called the night a “dream” whilst Sofia shared the picture with the caption: “Gracias @jlo !!!!! (sic)”
And Alex wrote: “Record breaking night at Zappos Theater! 4 shows left. #Squad #AllIHave #JLoVegas #AfterParty (sic)”
Jennifer announced at the end of 2017 that she was bringing her Las Vegas residency ‘All I Have’ to an end in 2018.
In a statement at the time, she said: “Performing ‘All I Have’ in Vegas over the last few years has been an incredible and rewarding experience that I won’t soon forget. Some of the best memories on stage from my career will forever be equated with this city. Thank you to all my fans who traveled far and wide to experience the show with me.”
