Ace Frehley “wants to be involved” in KISS’ final tour – but he “hasn’t been asked”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ace Frehley “wants to be involved” in KISS’ final tour – but he “hasn’t been asked”.
The 67-year-old rocker was a co-founding member of the legendary band and their original lead guitarist, and while he hasn’t hit the road with the group since 2000, he would love to re-join the ‘I Love It Loud’ hitmakers after they recently announced their upcoming ‘End of the Road World Tour’ would be their final run of gigs.
He said: “I haven’t been asked. Hopefully next year, what all the KISS fans really want to happen will happen. I’m hoping. I want to be involved, especially for the fans.
“It’s not like my dream job, because I’ve done it a couple of times and quit, but I really want to do it for the fans if it’s going to happen.”
Ace insists his solo career is a success, so it would be “different” joining up with original KISS members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons – who make up the current line-up with Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer – but he would be happy to tour with his former group for “$5 million or $10 million”.
He said: “I’m doing fine on my own. My career is on an upswing; I’m having a ton of fun, I like producing my own records. I don’t like anybody standing over my shoulder telling me what to do.
“I’ve had a lot of freedom, and working with Paul and Gene again, it would be different. But then again, I’d probably make $5 or $10 million, so I might consider that.”
The guitarist insists it “doesn’t seem right” that KISS are set to hang up their tour instruments after their upcoming run of shows, and he has been “falling off [his] bed laughing” with all the fan ideas about what the group should do on their final tour.
Speaking at Hollywood’s Musicians Institute, he is quoted by Blabbermouth as saying: “I had a meeting with those guys several months ago, and they talked about retiring to me, and that didn’t seem right either.
“Who knows what’s going to happen? I read comments on the internet, and I fall off my bed laughing.”
KISS announced their final tour on last week’s ‘America’s Got Talent’ finale, and claim the forthcoming run of gigs will be the “most explosive, biggest shows we’ve ever done”.
They said: “This is going to be our last tour.
“It will be the most explosive, biggest shows we’ve ever done. People who love us, come to see us. If you’ve never seen us, this is the time. This will be the show.”
They added in a statement on their website: “All that we have built and all that we have conquered over the past four decades could never have happened without the millions of people worldwide who’ve filled clubs, arenas and stadiums over those years.
“This will be the ultimate celebration for those who’ve seen us and a last chance for those who haven’t.
“KISS Army, we’re saying goodbye on our final tour with our biggest show yet and we’ll go out the same way we came in… Unapologetic and Unstoppable. (sic)”

Ollie Locke says sharing a surname with his fiance Gareth Locke was the “greatest hint” they would marry one day

OHMYGOSSIP — Ollie Locke says sharing a surname with his fiance Gareth Locke was the “greatest hint” they would marry one day.
The ‘Made in Chelsea’ star got engaged to his long-term pal on Sunday (23.09.18) after 10 years of friendship, but admits it was only last year that the pair both “realised” they were meant to be together, and he has “never been happier”.
He wrote on Instagram: “I have known him for 10 years, and at many of my most important life moments he was in the background. Earlier this year we realised that what we had both been looking for was standing in front of us all along, the greatest hint was probably that we already have the same surname! I have never been happier and can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with someone who makes me smile like this every day! On Sunday I said yes Xx @garethplocke (sic)”
After Gareth popped the question to Ollie over the weekend, the pair had their engagement announced in The Times newspaper.
Under the Forthcoming Marriages section, the post read: “The engagement is announced between Oliver, son of Sarah and John Locke of Southampton, and Gareth, son of Margaret and David Locke of Suffolk.”
Gareth admitted he had enjoyed his “best” summer ever with Ollie.
He wrote on Instagram: “To the best summer spending it with my boy @ollielockeworld , topped off by getting engaged to him (sic)”
Following their proposal, he wrote: “Feeling blessed he said yes! Love you @ollielockeworld (sic)”
Ollie has made no secret that he was on the lookout for love, and he took part in ‘Celebs Go Dating’ earlier this year. The pair are thought to have started seeing each other shortly after filming finished.
The reality star – who has dated Sam Faiers, Gabriella Ellis and Chloe Green – previously revealed he was bisexual, but in July 2016 he came out as gay.
Speaking about filming a ‘Made in Chelsea’ series, he said: “It’s the first time the viewers have seen me as gay instead of bi. I do say the words ‘I am a gay man.’ ”

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are reportedly both “casually dating” people after their breakup earlier this year

OHMYGOSSIP — Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are reportedly both “casually dating” people after their breakup earlier this year.
The couple – who are committed to co-parenting their five-year-old daughter Everly – announced their separation in April after nearly nine years of marriage, and it’s said they are taking single life as it comes.
A source told E! News: “Jenna is feeling ready to move on and to get back out there… [Channing is] just interested in meeting people and dating.”
However, the stars’ focus is still on their little girl, who just started Kindergarten.
The insider added: “[They] always put Everly’s needs first… [They are] both helping her get adjusted and make the transition from preschool.”
Despite both Channing and Jenna looking at moving on with their love lives, it’s said that neither of them “want to rush into anything”.
Jenna, 37, and Channing, 38, announced their split in a joint statement earlier this year but the brunette beauty later insisted that, regardless of what happens in the future, they will always remain “great friends”.
She previously said: “We started out as friends, and I would say it was an instant recognition. When we met it felt like we had known each other for many years. Ultimately, no matter what Chan and I are doing, we’re really great friends.
“I think that will never change, no matter what … My parents split up when I was a year old, and due to life circumstances, [my mother] had to pick herself up, get a job and become a single working mom.
“[Moving so frequently] completely informed my life [and] personality in very positive ways. I learned social skills I don’t think I would have [with] a different upbringing. In a lot of ways I am really grateful for it.”

Graham Coxon: Briptop was really dull for guitarist

OHMYGOSSIP — Graham Coxon said Britpop was “f***ing really dull” for guitarists.
The Blur musician insisted with the exception of artists like Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood, most of them seemed to be “there to back up a female vocalist”, and he didn’t feel like the best music in the 1990s was coming from that seen.
He told The Guardian newspaper: “I was excited once I figured out where the good music was coming from. And it was from America and from leftfield. Talking as a guitar player, Britpop for me was dull.
“It was f***ing really dull. No one was doing anything interesting with a guitar. Of course, Jonny Greenwood was, Radiohead, but for the majority of it, it was just drongos who were there to back up a female vocalist.”
The 49-year-old star explained while he got on with many of his peers – and conceded they were “totally good on their instruments” – the style of music became too safe, especially when compared to then-fresh acts like Bikini Kill and Pavement.
He added: “They’re all jolly nice and totally good on their instruments, but it became a thing and it was very, very boring.
“For me, people like Sonic Youth, Bikini Kill, Pavement and other small-label punk groups from America – these kids were teenagers, they were playing like they didn’t give a shit and like their life depended on it.”
Graham also hit out at the way the media portrayed the Britpop and grunge scenes, and pitted them against each other.
He said: “That was bulls**t, really. I didn’t understand that. That’s why I got so upset, because that should have been a time for me to be like, wow, brilliant.
“There was a particular kind of proto-grunge punk rock, with people like the Melvins and the Wipers, and these bands are brilliant unsung heroes, really.”

Xxoo m (sic)”
The 56-year-old actress – who played Bree Van de Kamp in the ABC drama series – followed the post up with a statement confirming she is now “post-cancer” and is “healthy”, after some fan confusion.

Lil Xan blames himself for his split from Noah Cyrus

OHMYGOSSIP — Lil Xan blames himself for his split from Noah Cyrus.
The rapper says it is his “fault” the couple decided to go their separate ways and he feels like he “f***ed everything up”.
Speaking on Complex’s show Open Late with Peter Rosenberg, he said: “Honest to God, I would say like most of the reason the breakup happened was because of me. It was my fault. We could have still been together, but I just feel like I f***ed everything up! It also put me in a darker place because I was getting slammed left and right.”
The 22-year-old rapper started chatting to the singer when he “slid into” her online inbox at the beginning of the year and bonded over their love for making music.
Noah said: “Xan slid into the DMs. It works people. Actually, it didn’t work. He DMed me like in February and I didn’t see it for months and then I saw that he was following me and I was like, ‘Lil Xan, cool, he’s following me. I’ll follow him back.’ And then I saw his DM and we’re just hanging out making music.”
Noah previously confessed she thinks Lil Xan is “a little teddy bear”.
She shared: “You hear about this person so much before you actually meet them and get to know them. So to hear about Lil Xan and what he’s about, you feel like you know someone and you don’t. It’s like I met a completely different person than what the media thinks … He’s a little teddy bear.”

Gisele Bundchen had suicidal thoughts after making it as a model

OHMYGOSSIP — Gisele Bundchen had suicidal thoughts after making it as a model.
The 38-year-old star revealed she struggled with panic attacks and even considered taking her own life as she felt like her world was “closing in”.
She told PEOPLE magazine: “I actually had the feeling of, ‘If I just jump off my balcony, this is going to end, and I never have to worry about this feeling of my world closing in.’ ”
Supermodel Gisele – who has eight-year-old son Benjamin and five-year-old daughter Vivian with husband Tom Brady – was keen to point out that people never know what others are going through beneath the surface, even for those who look like they have everything.
Explaining her decision to write her candid new memoir ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’, added it seemed like the right time to open up on her “vulnerabilities”.
She said: “Things can be looking perfect on the outside, but you have no idea what’s really going on.
“I felt like maybe it was time to share some of my vulnerabilities, and it made me realise, everything I’ve lived through, I would never change, because I think I am who I am because of those experiences.”
Meanwhile, Gisele -who retired from the runway in 2015 after 20 years of strutting her stuff – recently apologised after she claimed she’s “older and wiser” than a lot of the younger stars of the catwalk these days and said she’d never be able to put herself out on social media like they do.
Speaking to Vogue magazine, she said: “It’s not my generation – I have to be honest about that. I’m older, wiser. If I had to promote myself in the way girls modelling now have to do, forget it. I wouldn’t do it.”
However, her words landed her in hot water as she later took to her Twitter account to apologise for the way her statement came out and claimed she merely meant she’s not technology “savvy” and wouldn’t know how to keep up with the demand of social media.
She said: “I’m sorry that my words in my most recent Vogue article were misunderstood. My intention was simply to express that I come from an older generation and am not technologically savvy.
“I admire the younger generation and their skill to manage all the added demand of social media. I certainly never feel that I am wiser than anyone and I feel that we are all learning.”

Cardi B wants a boob job

OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B wants a “titty renovation.”
The ‘Bodak Yellow’ hitmaker is appalled by how low her bosoms have drooped since giving birth to her daughter Kulture, whom she has with her husband Offset, almost three months ago and has already pre-warned her fans that she may vanish throughout November and December in order to get them sorted.
Taking to her Instagram account, the 25-year-old rapper said in a video: “Oh this sh*t is crazy, I have never done this sh*t in my life before. I have to f***ing tape my titties up because giving birth and sh*t.
“My titties were already a little low low because I got my tits done when I was 19 and I never wore a bra and sh*t. But when I was pregnant my sh*t was nice though. Now though, Kulture did me filthy!
“I don’t give a f**k, if you motherf*****s see me gone in November/December I’m getting my tits done, I don’t give a f**k.
“Matter of fact, I’m not even going to call it surgery, I’m just going to call it a titty renovation because I’ve got to renovate these. Sh*t is f**ked up, I’m out here taping myself so my tits can be [cluck cluck cluck noise]. I want my sh*ts to be like this again, sh*t is not looking beaut but I don’t give a f**k.”
And that’s not the only surgery the ‘Be Careful’ hitmaker has been contemplating since giving birth as she’s also toying with the idea of having liposuction.
She said recently: “I still got, like, a lot of love handles right here. They’re not much, but it’s, like, you know, I’m used to having, like, a real tight stomach. So this extra skin is like, ‘Where the f **k did you came from?!’
“But it’s like I might just get a little lipo. Because I mean, I feel like I can work out and my stomach will be back how it used to be. But I really don’t have time to work out. I never been the type to work out. I never stepped a foot in the gym.”

Shawn Mendes is “the most nervous guy”

OHMYGOSSIP — Shawn Mendes is “the most nervous guy”.
The ‘In My Blood’ hitmaker admits he is really nervous around people and when on stage but thinks it is best to be that way as it means he really “cares”.
Speaking at An Evening With Shawn Mendes at The GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles, he said: “Now I’m 20, and everybody who was 15 listening to me back then is now 20. And they have grown up, too. I’m not afraid of [losing my audience]. I’m not afraid of becoming more mature … How do we make it sound like I’m the most confident dude ever, but the message is the absolute opposite? [In reality,] I’m the most nervous guy. Really, what I started to realise is that when you get nervous around people, when you get nervous on stage, it genuinely means you care. And the second you stop getting nervous is maybe when there’s a problem, you know? So, I really take nerves to heart. Nerves mean that there’s something inside thinking like you need to care about this.”
Meanwhile, Shawn previously insisted he isn’t “supposed” to be with anyone right now.
He said: “I’m not currently dating anyone, but it’s not because I don’t have time – I don’t know if I’d be dating anyone if I was home in Pickering, either. It hasn’t stumbled across me, and I’m not chasing it. Of course, seeing all those other artists and people in relationships, you think, ‘Maybe it would be nice; who would be great for me?’ And that’s when you realise, ‘This is wrong. Let it be. I’m not supposed to be with anyone right now.'”

Chas Hodges died from pneumonia

OHMYGOSSIP — Chas Hodges’ family have clarified that his cause of death was pneumonia.
The Chas and Dave star was believed to have died of oesophageal cancer on Saturday morning (22.09.18), however his relatives have since learned that the disease was “under control” before he passed away peacefully and he was in fact battling the inflammatory infection at the time.
His family added that the ‘Ain’t No Pleasing You’ singer would have felt comforted to know that other people fighting cancer continue to believe “hope remains” in beating the disease.
A statement posted on the duo’s Twitter account on Tuesday (25.09.18) reads: “For the record, we would like to clarify that Chas did not die of cancer.
“The doctor’s final diagnostic was pneumonia and the cancer was under control at the time of death.
“We feel this is important to state as Chas wanted to bring comfort and hope to people suffering with cancer through his own experience with the disease, and it would mean a lot to him that the hope remains.”
The original statement stated: “It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of our very own Chas Hodges. Despite receiving successful treatment for oesophageal cancer recently, Chas suffered organ failure and passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of this morning.”
Chas’ bandmate and close friend Dave Peacock admitted earlier this week he was missing his musical partner “terribly”, and was left in a “daze” by the sad news.
Paying tribute to the “fantastic” musician, he said: “I always say to people Chas and Dave ain’t just a band, it’s a way of life and I’m going to miss him terribly.
“He was there for me when my wife died. He’s always been fantastic. He’s always been there.”
Dave, 73, said Chas continued to work from his hospital bed when he was receiving chemotherapy and even penned a song on the ward.
He said: “All he wanted to do was play music. He just couldn’t stop, even when he was eating his dinner he’d be humming a tune.
“When he was having chemotherapy they couldn’t believe it – he even wrote a song while he was having chemotherapy in the hospital.”
Tributes flooded in for the legendary star following the devastating news of his passing.
Sir Lenny Henry wrote on Twitter: “What a shame. When they were on Tiswas they were always kind, respectful and played live. RIP Chas.”
Whilst comedian Paddy McGuinness added: “RIP Chas Hodges. Chas and Dave were always on the telly when I was a nipper, they’re cockney through and through but we also loved them in the North. I always wanted to see them live. Sad loss to the entertainment industry. #chasanddave (sic)”
Radio presenter Jo Whiley wrote on the social media site: “Oh no. This is the saddest news. Chas was a lovely lovely gentleman & our Maida Vale Xmas show was one of my absolute favourite shows. Much love to his family, close friends & Dave (sic)”
There was also a poignant tribute to Chas from Tottenham Hotspur football club, as Chas was a huge fan of the team and the duo recorded a number of songs for the club when they reached the FA Cup Final.
They wrote on their official Twitter account: “Everyone at the Club is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of one of our own, Chas Hodges. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.”
Chas & Dave rose to fame in the 1970s for their eclectic mix of music from the pop and folk genre. Their hits include ‘Ain’t No Pleasing You’, ‘The Sideboard Song’ and ‘Rabbit’.

Halle Berry turning Boomerang into TV series

OHMYGOSSIP — Halle Berry is adapting her 1992 movie ‘Boomerang’ into a TV series.
The 52-year-old actress starred opposite Eddie Murphy in the romantic comedy and she is now teaming up with ‘Master of None’ writer-and-actress Lena Waithe to executive produce the TV version for BET.
Speaking about the project, Halle said in a statement: “I’m thrilled to team up with Lena on this project as she is without a doubt a leading voice of her generation and a trail blazer in her own right.
“I’m truly excited to be a part of bringing this iconic and beloved film to the small screen.”
‘Boomerang’ starred Eddie as hot shot advertising executive and womaniser Marcus Graham who gets a taste of his own medicine when he meets his new boss Jacqueline Broyer – played by ‘The Perfect Match’ actress Robin Givens – which forces him to reassess his chauvinistic behaviour and outlook on life.
Halle portrayed his colleague and love interest Angela Lewis.
The new series – written by Lena and Ben Cory Jones – will focus on the lives of Jacqueline’s son and married couple Marcus and Angela’s daughter as they seek to step out of their parents’ shadows.
Explaining the fresh plot, Lena said: “This is less of a reboot and more of a continuation of the original story. There’s no point in trying to remake a classic. It can’t be done. So we want to create something fresh that speaks to a new generation. We hope people will come to the show with an open mind and ready to embrace the new world we’ve created!”
Announcing the news on Twitter, Halle told her followers: “Excited to announce that @LenaWaithe, @BET and I are bringing #Boomerang to the small screen! Cannot wait for you guys to see whats coming – blessed to have Lena’s drive and ingenuity on this talented team! (sic)”
The first series of ‘Boomerang’ will run for 10 episodes and will premiere in 2019.

Kerry Katona happy with new man

OHMYGOSSIP — Kerry Katona’s new relationship is “going well”.
The former Atomic Kitten singer – who has Molly, 17, and Lilly-Sue, 15, with first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 11, and Max, 10, with second spouse Mark Croft, and Dylan-Jorge, four, with third husband George Kay – is romancing personal trainer Ryan Mahoney and although she’s happy with how things are progressing she’s reluctant to say too much about their life together after seeing her problems play out in public in the past.
Speaking to New! magazine, she said: “Yes, I’m in a relationship, I’m very happy, I live on my own, I’m a single parent and I’m not going to make the same mistakes by having a public relationship again.
“It’s early days and I want to leave it there. I’m still working on me as a person – I’m always learning something new about myself. It is what it is and it’s going well … No one knows anything and I’d like to keep it that way.”
Despite her personal issues in the past, the 39-year-old star doesn’t blame fame for her problems because she thinks the music industry “saved” her and she’s just been a victim of her own bad choices.
As a result, she’d never discourage her own children from following in her footsteps.
She said: “Until this year I’ve always said no but me being in the pop industry wasn’t why my life became a car crash.
“The pop industry saved me. If I’d stayed where I was in Warrington, in a foster home, doing drugs, I would have ended up dead. The reason my life spiralled out of control was down to my bad decisions and my bad choices. Whatever my kids want to do, I’ll support them.”

Claude Littner: There’s nothing wrong with Apprentice stars glamming up

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘The Apprentice’ panel believe the impact of ‘Love Island’ has made contestants want to look “glamorous” on television.
The 14th series of the BBC One show returns on October 3, and with the latest line-up including the likes of actress and former glamour model, Sarah Byrne, the panel have revealed they see no problem with contestants dressing to impress for the boardroom.
When asked at the launch of the new series at the Soho Hotel in London on Tuesday (25.09.18) if this year’s line-up was influenced by the success of the ITV2 dating series, ‘Apprentice’ advisor Claude Littner replied: “I think that people want to look good on television and they want to present themselves and I think that the men and the women actually try and give their best image.
“So I think that you may make sort of comparisons with ‘Love Island’ I just think they want to look professional, glamorous and I think there’s nothing wrong with that … have a look at Karren [Brady] for example!”
Although the panel admit they have no problem with contestants appearing alluring, straight-talking Sir Alan Sugar still believes the game show requires keen business acumen and insists it should be taken seriously as it’s not “a joke”.
He said: “I’m constantly battling with people in the media who keep saying it’s a joke and that kind of stuff and at the end of the day there is an underlying business message that comes through.
“After 14 years the programme is getting stronger and stronger and has worked its way through the technological era of television.
“Our audience continues to grow and the 14-year-old of 14 years ago is 28 now and they have become our followers and the letters we get about people asking how they can get into business, all that type of stuff.
“Look it is entertaining but as we get to the end of the programme and the cream rises to the top and the proof of the pudding is really.”
Other contestants in this year’s line-up includes 28-year-old Daniel Elahi, an owner of a lifestyle brand who has compared himself to the lead character in the 2013 film ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ Jordan Belfort.
Also set to appear is Sabrina Stocker, a 22-year-old owner of a tennis events company who claims she’s had her eye on making money since she was just 14 and she set up a business selling retro sweets as part of a Young Enterprise Scheme.
Other contestants include; Alex Finn, 21, Camilla Ainsworth, 22, David Alden, 32, Frank Brooks, 27, Jackie Fast, 34, Jasmine Kundra,34, Kayode Damali, 26, Khadija Kalifa, 28, KurranPooni, 22, Rick Monk, 33, Sarah Ann Magson, 37, Sian Gabbidon, 25, and 28-year-old Tom Bunday.

OHMYGOSSIP — Wet Wet Wet have announced Liberty X’s Kevin Simm has replaced singer Marti Pellow.
The latter quit the popular Scottish pop group – who had hits with ‘Love Is All Around’ and ‘Angel Eyes’ – in July, to focus on his solo career, and on Tuesday (25.09.18), the rest of the band confirmed the 2016 ‘The Voice UK’ winner will be taking his place at their forthcoming shows.

#WeAreWetWetWet (sic)”
Kevin – who has been a long-time fan of their work – added to his own profile: “Delighted to announce me joining @wetwetwetuk as their new lead singer! I’m really excited for the opportunity and to open up a new chapter in my career. I grew up listening to the Wet’s and ‘Goodnight Girl’ was in my set list when I started off doing the pubs and clubs 20 (sic)”
It’s not known if they are working on new music with Kevin.
Announcing his departure, Marti tweeted: “Hi all, wanted you to know for foreseeable future I’ll be concentrating on my solo work, am excited by the future and seeing you out there x (sic)”
The 53-year-old was in the chart-topping group for more than three decades, but admitted his “heart and soul” was no longer into it.
He explained: “When I started in Wet Wet Wet I gave it 100% of my heart and soul and that’s what it demands and that is also what the fans demand – and if I can’t do that because my focus is elsewhere, then this is not fair on the fans or the rest of the guys in the band.”
Marti insisted there are no bad feelings and he will always look back fondly on his time in the group.
He said: “I will be spending more time on my solo work – performing concerts, acting and my own songwriting – as an artist I feel a lot more settled in this world. I have had a great time and loved my career with Wet Wet Wet and to me they will always be the best band in the world.”
Marti previously quit the group in 1999 after battling with a heroin addiction.
Following his first departure they disbanded, but reunited in March 2004 and they dropped their eighth studio LP ‘Timeless’ in 2007.
As for Marti’s solo career, his latest record ‘Mysterious’ was released in March.

Ariana Grande looking after Mac Miller’s dog

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande is looking after late ex-boyfriend Mac Miller’s pet dog Myron.
The ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ hitmaker shared a video of the Pit Bull cross, which the rapper – who died of an apparent overdose on September 7 at the age of 26 – adopted while he was still with the pop star last year, licking her face on her Instagram profile on Monday (24.09.18).
Ariana – who is now engaged to comedian Pete Davidson – captioned the photo: “all the kisses. happy fall. (sic)”
The 25-year-old singer already has nine rescue dogs – Fawkes, Pignoli, Ophelia, Coco, Sirius, Cinnamon, Strauss, Lafayette and Toulouse – so it wouldn’t surprise fans if she did become Myron’s full-time owner.
The video post came after Ariana reassured her fans that “everything will be okay”.
The ‘God Is A Woman’ hitmaker posted a message of positivity to her millions of Twitter followers, just days after she missed the recent Emmy Awards.
She wrote on Twitter: “everything will be okay … i love u so v much (sic)”
The ‘Dangerous Woman’ singer previously revealed she missed the ceremony to “heal and mend”.
Following the death of Mac and the terrorist attack at her concert in Manchester, North West England, in May 2017, her representative said: “Contrary to reports, Ariana will not be attending the Emmys tonight. Pete has also opted to not attend to be with her in New York. Given the events of the past couple of years, Ariana is going to take some much needed time to heal and mend. She will be staying close to home and using this period to spend time with her loved ones and work on new music without deadline. She thanks her fans for their understanding.”
The ‘Side to Side’ hitmaker recently shared a touching tribute to Mac and admitted she “can’t believe” he’s gone.
She wrote on Instagram: “i adored you from the day i met you when i was nineteen and i always will. i can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. i really can’t wrap my head around it. we talked about this. so many times. i’m so mad, i’m so sad i don’t know what to do. you were my dearest friend. for so long. above anything else. i’m so sorry i couldn’t fix or take your pain away. i really wanted to. the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. i hope you’re okay now. rest. (sic)”
