OHMYGOSSIP — Shayne Ward is still “massively involved” with suicide awareness campaigns.
The 33-year-old actor left ‘Coronation Street’ earlier this year when his alter ego Aidan Connor tragically took his own life, and the former ‘X Factor’ winner was delighted the storyline got people talking about the subject, and he’s still working with charities to end the stigma surrounding depression in men.
He told OK! Online: “I’m massively heavily involved with Mind and Calm and we just want to continue that awareness.
“It was an amazing response from the public and long may it continue. It got a lot of men talking and that’s what we were aiming for so we’re very happy.”
Shayne is currently sporting a fuller beard, which he grew for a mystery project and he’s decided to keep the facial fuzz because he thinks it’s good for auditions – even if people don’t always recognise him.
He said: “I can’t say much but I’ve just finished my very first film so that’ll be out this time next year, we’re very excited. I thought I’d keep the beard for a bit, it’s quite funny actually because people I know don’t recognise me.
“Even my cousin didn’t recognise me the other day. I’m going to keep it for a little while because it’s good for castings and I’m taking a step out of my comfort zone and people can see me in a different light.”
Shayne shot to fame when he won the second series of ‘The X Factor’ and he’s still a fan of the show.
He said: “I’ve seen one or two of the auditions. I love Robbie [Williams] on the panel, I love Louis [Tomlinson] on the panel. It’s always good when Simon [Cowell] makes that shake up and keeps it fresh, it should be a good season.
“I think anyone’s that been on the show, it doesn’t matter whether you win it or not, you’ve been through the same process of everyone else.
“With the incredible success of One Direction, you’re going to listen to the boys because they’ve been there and they do know what they’re talking about.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Colin Campbell has signed up to ‘Celebrity First Dates’.
The 69-year-old socialite – who was married to Lord Colin Ivar Campbell from 1974 until 1975 – has agreed to take part in the dating show alongside the likes of Joey Essex for its Stand Up To Cancer special, according to The Sun newspaper.
The show’s relationship expert Fred Sirieix and his team at Paternoster Chop House in London will certainly have their work cut out as they attempt to find a potential suitor – and possible long-term match – for the difficult reality TV star.
Although it’s not yet known whether she’ll come away from the special with a partner, Lady Colin will no doubt provide viewers with lots of giggles as her abrupt nature and strong opinions tend to rub a lot of people up the wrong way.
She hit the headlines in 2015 when she locked horns with her fellow celebrity camp mates while competing in ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’.
A month after she entered the jungle, Lady Colin quit the show “on medical grounds” but later claimed she had been bullied into leaving by Tony Hadley and Duncan Bannatyne.
Meanwhile, Lauren Goodger – who hasn’t had much luck when it comes to her dating life over the years – has also reportedly signed up to the show in the hope of finding the man of her dreams following her split from her jailbird beau Joey Morrison over the summer.
An insider said recently: “Lauren would love to take part in ‘Celebrity First Dates’. She loves to watch the show and thinks it could be really good fun. Plus she might meet her perfect man so it’s a win-win situation.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Susannah Constantine cut her hair “immediately” after she was axed from ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The 56-year-old fashion guru has admitted she felt like she had been “dumped by a boyfriend” when she became the first celebrity to be eliminated from this year’s series of the ballroom and latin show over the weekend and she dealt with it by changing up her locks.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’ on Wednesday (03.10.18), she said: “It is gutting, it is absolutely the worst feeling. I feel like I’ve been dumped by a boyfriend which is why I went and had my hair cut immediately afterwards. I had three/four weeks with this lovely man [Anton du Beke, her professional dance partner] and how lucky am I.”
After she was given the boot from the show, Susannah went back to her hotel room and sobbed.
She explained: “I saved it until I got back to the hotel. I was very, very, close to tears and when I watched it back and you think the professionals are immune to all of this because it’s part of their job but I watched Anton’s face and how disappointed he looked and that was the time when I really cried because I felt like I had let him down.”
The blonde journalist has made no secret of the fact she found the dancing show a challenge but couldn’t thank Ruth Langsford – who was partnered with Anton last year – enough for her help.
She said: “I think Anton described it very well. It was a bit like having an epidural when you had a child, that is what it feels like. You are paralysed from the waist down. And my brain just disintegrated and it is without question the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done and I’ve done some pretty frightening stuff … Ruth was so sweet, we got in touch with each other and you really help me through the whole thing. We spoke almost every day and you were amazing, you’re so lovely.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Louisa Lytton stopped watching ‘EastEnders’ after she quit the soap.
The 29-year-old actress has reprised her role as Ruby Allen on the BBC One soap after 12 years away, and she has admitted she’s had to binge-watch the programme to catch up on storylines because she refused to tune in after she left.
Speaking to the Metro.co.uk, she said: “I hadn’t really watched it. When I left at such a young age, it was a weird feeling like breaking up with a boyfriend and having to see them again. It left a weird, heavy feeling in my stomach. Obviously when I got the call I started watching again to know who everybody was.”
And bosses aren’t easing her in gently as her first storyline back will see her alter-ego raped as ‘EastEnders’ look to cover the subject of consent.
She said recently: “Ruby goes on a night out and gets raped in the first few weeks of her return, so I’ve gone back for quite a massive storyline.
“But initially it’s to see her old mate Stacey, who she casually hasn’t seen for 12 years and thinks she’ll throw a text at.
“It’s very important. ‘EastEnders’ has such a diverse audience. They’ve just covered the massive knife crime storyline, and this is more of a consent storyline, showing that it’s not really a grey area.
“I’m working with Rape Crisis, I’m pretty much in contact with them every day. They oversee every script. They’ve been brilliant. I think it will really split the audience, their views on consent and what happens to her.”
However, although she’s had no issues slotting back into the cast and has a juicy storyline lined up, Louisa never expected to make a return to the show.
She explained: “It’s been 12 years and it’s something I never really thought I would go back and do. It’s interesting to see what she’s become, who she’s become and what’s going to happen next with her. Just to see where her life goes.
“I played that Kaiser Chiefs track at home a few times and then I was back.”

OHMYGOSSIP — James Martin’s mother has put a £10 bet on him to present ‘Top Gear’.
The 46-year-old chef – who is a self-confessed petrol head – is yet to “receive a call” from bosses of the motoring show after Matt LeBlanc announced he was stepping down as its host, but his mum Sue is convinced he’ll bag the role.
Speaking on ‘Good Morning Britain’ on Wednesday (03.10.18), he said when asked if he’s set to present the new series: “No, contrary to what my mother has done. My mother walked past a betting shop the other day and put £10 bet on me at 6/1. I probably owe my mum £10, the phone hasn’t rung so I don’t know.”
However, the television heartthrob doesn’t know if he’ll even accept the gig if he was offered it because he doesn’t want to burn his bridges with his good friend Chris Evans, who hit the headlines in 2016 when he quit the programme less than a year into his three-year contract because he couldn’t handle the pressure.
James explained: “I do like my cars but I’m also good mates with Chris Evans and it’s a tough show. You never know, you never know.”
If James does land the role then it won’t be as a result of sending his CV into BBC bosses, because he likes to sit back and let the offers fly in these days.
He said recently: “I’ve got a bit more time. I sail. I’ve upgraded my pilot’s licence. I enjoy life more than I ever have before. Who knows what’s gonna come out of it? If it happens, it happens. I’m 46 years old. I don’t need to send out CVs and go chasing stuff anymore. I’m more than happy doing what I do.”
Matt announced he is leaving the BBC motoring show at the end of the next series in order to spend more time with his family.
The 50-year-old star said recently: “The time commitment and extensive travel required to present ‘Top Gear’ takes me away from my family and friends more than I’m comfortable with. It’s unfortunate, but for these reasons I will not be continuing my involvement with the show. I will forever be a ‘Top Gear’ fan and I wish the team continued success.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Dornan’s daughter thinks he’s a tractor driver.
The ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ actor – who has Dulcie, five, and two-year-old Elva with wife Amelia Warner – admitted his kids got confused about his career when he tried to explain it to them and now they get excited when they pass farm vehicles in the rural area where they live.
He explained one of them will point at tractors and say: “Look Daddy, that’s what you do.”
He continued: “I tried to tell her one time that I was an actor and because we live in the countryside with a lot of tractors, she somehow put the two together and I became a tractor driver in her head.”
The 36-year-old actor adores being a father more than any other job, and claims getting his daughters ready for the day provides him with all the exercise he needs.
He told the Irish Sun newspaper: “The madness of getting two tiny people ready for school and nursery every morning is all the fitness you need in a day. When I’m at home, all I am is a husband and father and that is all encompassing.
“It’s the role I take most seriously in life. I love what I do for a living and you can go on meaningful journeys and give a lot of your soul to things – sometimes it touches people in a nice way and sometimes, it’s purely entertainment, job to job.
“But essentially, it’s a job to me. Real life is at home, in the countryside, a couple of hours outside London.”
But the ‘My Dinner With Herve’ star admitted his mornings are always filled with “madness” and having to retrieve lost items.
He said: “Our eldest just started proper school and thank God the school gives you a list of the stuff they need every day of the week. You’re checking stuff off like a lunatic in the morning while trying to get some fruit into them.
“Inevitably, you get into the car and you start to drive and the next thing, they don’t have their gym kit or their ballet shoes or whatever, so then you’re driving back.
“Anyone who has kids can relate to this sort of madness. It’s an amazing experience, but it’s mad every morning.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Carrie Ann Inaba once hallucinated and thought she was stabbing herself after taking antidepressants.
The ‘Dancing With the Stars’ judge was taking medication to get her through a difficult time in her life but experienced some unusual side effects.
Speaking on ‘The Talk’, she recalled: “There was a time, a few years ago when my father died, four days before ‘Dancing with the Stars’ started, and I went through a whole bunch of problems.
“I moved and my fiancé and I broke up, and I had to go on antidepressants.
“You can’t judge people for being on meds because it’s very personal and you have to make the choice that is right for you.
“I want to share something, when I took the med it caused me to have this weird hallucination of me stabbing myself over and over again.
“I was lucky that I was healthy enough and had a good support system that I could say, ‘What is this? It doesn’t feel like me.’ ”
The 50-year-old star worked with her doctors to find a new medication that worked for her.
She continued: “Then I changed the meds; I was on them for three months. They helped me find a new homeostasis and remember what it felt like to feel good… for me it was very helpful, even though I had some struggles.”
Last year, Carrie Ann opened up about being sexually assaulted by her martial arts teacher and admitted she felt “great” about the fact she confided in a friend immediately afterwards.
She said: “Something happened to me when I was studying martial arts with the person training me. He did something inappropriate and pulled down my pants. I froze.
“Because I froze, I felt guilty. I felt guilty, but what was so great is that night I went home and I said, ‘I’m going to tell somebody because I didn’t do anything.’
“They actually told me to wear baggy clothes, nothing sexual, and I did. I was wearing a sweatshirt and the baggiest pants I could find.
“I knew maybe something in there told me it wasn’t my fault that it had happened. I told my friend and he said, ‘What are we going to do about it?’ Because of that, I walked away from that with no shame.
“I still have emotions about it, but I didn’t feel shame for me. If I didn’t, I would probably still be living with that kind of shame inside of me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Hailey Baldwin’s uncle wants to raffle off an invite to her wedding to Justin Bieber.
The 21-year-old model is believed to have already married the ‘Love Yourself’ singer but they are also planning a religious ceremony, and Billy Baldwin thinks he could raise a lot of money for charity if he sold tickets for people to be his date on the big day.
He joked to TMZ: “I wanna auction off, like raffle, on the Internet, like, ‘Be Billy Baldwin’s Date to the Bieber/Baldwin [wedding] part.
“How much money could I raise for a kick ass charity? If I sold $20 raffle tickets, I’d make $20 million dollars worldwide with all their fans.”
The ‘Backdraft’ actor is a big fan of 24-year-old Justin.
He said: “I’ve had a chance to hang out with him recently and he’s a really cool guy. It was nice to sit for a couple of hours and have a conversation with him. He’s a very cool guy, super talented, and he’s got a huge heart. They’re madly in love with each other.”
Meanwhile, Hailey’s cousin Ireland – the daughter of Alex Baldwin and his ex-wife Kim Basinger – recently admitted she felt her relative’s engagement had been a “long time coming”.
She said: “It was meant to be a long time ago. It was just a long time coming, and we’re all like, ‘Alright, thank god, let’s move forward.’ They’re so in love and they really do a lot of good for each other, and that’s the most important thing for me, that he makes her so happy. They just bring out the good in each other, they really do. I think they do a really good job of checking each other when one desperately needs to be checked and told, ‘You’re out of line.’ I think they really, really do care about each other so much and care about what others and what their families think of them.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Celebs Go Dating’ will return to screens on October 14.
Filming for the new series of the dating show has been underway for a few weeks now as the likes of Oliva Attwood, Eyal Booker, ‘Made in Chelsea’ star Alik Alfus and TOWIE’s Chloe Sims attempt to find their match made in heaven.
And fans won’t have to wait too much longer to see how their dates – which are set up with the general public – pan out as it’ll be back in just two weeks’ time.
E4 Bosses announced the news on the show’s official Twitter account today (03.10.18) alongside a promotional video featuring previous celebrity contestants Joey Essex, Gemma Collins and Sam Thompson.
They captioned it: “The time is nearly here, we can announce that #CelebsGoDating returns to @E4tweets SUNDAY 14th October at 9pm Who’s ready to see @oliviajade_att @Chloe_Sims @alikalfus @Sam_Craske @tapperofficial @VasJMorgan @CallumWeekender Eyal Booker and Mutya Buena (sic)”
The future of the show was thrown into jeopardy last month when relationship expert Lady Nadia Essex resigned after she was suspended following allegations she was found using fake accounts to troll people online.
She wrote on Twitter: “Today I have officially resigned From Celebs Go Dating.”
And she shared an old quote from actress Jameela Jamil, which read: “I just cannot stay silent any more. I don’t care if I’m going down – I’m going down in flames.
“I’m fine not to work in this industry. But I’m not fine not to stay something.”
Nadia’s suspension came just weeks after new agent Paul Carrick Brunson was pulled in as Eden Blackman’s replacement following his decision to quit this year.
Nadia and Eden had reportedly been feuding behind the scenes on the last series and she implied that bosses should axe him earlier this year.
She said at the time: “I think now there’s an opportunity to look at what works, and what maybe doesn’t and refresh it. In terms of going into the next series, we could make it something that’s phenomenal.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Claude Littner thinks he’d get fired “immediately” if he was a candidate on ‘The Apprentice’.
The 69-year-old business executive may have worked his way up through the ranks to become Lord Sugar’s trusty aide on the BBC One show, but he has admitted he’d be one of the first to get the axe if he were to compete on the programme because he’s too “aggressive.”
Speaking to the Independent newspaper, he said: “I’d get fired immediately. My nature is impossible. I’m much too assertive and aggressive. I would not fare well.”
However, the same can’t be said for him being Lord Sugar’s sidekick as he’d love to continue working on the programme alongside him and Baroness Karren Brady for as long as possible.
He explained: “I’d like to say I’d carry on for as long as Alan Sugar carries on, but I take life very pragmatically so if the BBC turn around and say, ‘Claude, thank you very much indeed, we don’t want you any more,’ I wouldn’t be offended because I’ve had a fantastic ride.
“But I love it. What they produce is fantastic. The candidates are great and every year it throws up a different kind of challenge. Every now and then, people say, ‘I watched the first few series but I don’t watch it anymore.’ Well, they’re missing out.”
Claude first joined the show as one of the tough interviewers – who pulls apart the candidates’ business plans – in the final round of the competition but since he’s become involved in the whole process, he believes he’s become a bit more sympathetic towards the contestants.
He said: “First of all, I never speak to them. I don’t want to show any favouritism. But when you see what they actually have to go through, the amount of time they’ve got to do it to then get up at an ungodly hour – as indeed Karren and I do – you realise it is pressure.
“They also constantly have a television camera in their face. By the time it’s week three, they’re exhausted! You can’t underestimate the difficulty. I try not to be in any way sympathetic to what they’re going through because, actually, they’ve chosen to do it – and it’s a life-changing opportunity. But you can’t help but feel some kind of attachment there whereas before I’d never met them until that interview episode so I was completely unsympathetic.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ bosses start looking for their celebrity contestants in February.
The ballroom and latin show’s talent executive Stefania Alexander has revealed she starts putting the feelers out for the new series seven months before the launch because she wants to make sure she has “unpredictable” talent on the line up.
Speaking on the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ podcast, she explained: “I mean the list is endless. There are so many amazing people and so many famous faces, so we come up with ideas together and we go after people we would love to see on the show.
“Then we meet them and have a chat with them about what the show’s all about, the commitment, and find out how much they want to learn to dance.
“It’s not as simple as saying: ‘Hey I wanna do ‘Strictly” and we go: ‘OK you’re booked’, because you’ve got to represent for the family audience. We want to make sure for everyone from five-years-old who stays up as a treat and watches it all, through to your nana at 90-odd, we want everyone to sit down and make it appointment viewing.
“It’s all about the surprises for me. When the announcements come out I don’t want everyone going ‘Oh yeah I knew they’d be booked’, I want them to go ‘Oh I didn’t expect that.’ ”
However, once she’s narrowed down the celebrity list and settled on the line-up, Stefania has the challenge of coming up with obscure code names so that the news doesn’t leak online.
She explained: “I need it short, snappy and something that I am passionate about so it’s either gonna be cheese or wine so this year it was cheeses.”
This year’s series of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ launched two weeks ago but, from this week on, the contestants will be dropping like flies following Susannah Constantine’s elimination.

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams says his new baby Coco is “more chilled”.
The ‘Let Me Entertain You’ hitmaker welcomed his little girl into the world with his wife Ayda Field via a surrogate last month and has revealed their newest arrival is more relaxed then his elder kids – Theodora, five, and Charlton, three.
He told The Mirror newspaper: “On the third one, you know, the kids are fighting, the TV’s on and baby stays asleep and I think because we’re more chilled, she’s more chilled. The kids, there’s no jealousy, there’s just lots of love. Teddy wants to feed her all the time and cuddle her all the time, and we keep waiting for her to be a nightmare, but so far she hasn’t done anything other than sleep, drink and occasionally smile and then get confused about what she’s doing.”
Ayda previously opened up about the couple’s struggle to have their third child.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “I spy with my little eye an extra little hand … So we have been keeping a very special secret! We are delighted to share with you that we have had a baby girl….welcome to the world Colette (Coco) Josephine Williams!! It has been a very long and difficult path to get here, which is why we have kept it on the down low. Family comes in all forms, and this little lady, who is biologically ours, was carried by an incredible surrogate mother, to whom we will be eternally grateful. We are over the moon to have this beautiful baby girl in our lives and so blessed that we live in a world which makes this possible. As with Teddy and Charlie, we ask that you respect Coco’s privacy and allow us to grow into our new team of 5! #TeamWilliams (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tina Turner never like her “sexy” image.
The ‘Proud Mary’ star admits she never got on with the notion she was sexy as she never tried to be that way, it was just people’s “perception” of her from the energy she exuded.
She said: “I never liked that image. If people thought I was sexy, then it was their perception of me from energy and the dresses and the dancing. On stage I worked. I danced, I sang, I didn’t perform sexy, I didn’t gyrate. I have never been a sex-driven person, it has never been a priority for me. After my first marriage I didn’t have many men in my life, sex was not important. I didn’t sleep around. I was celibate for a year at a time until I met Erwin.”
And the 78-year-old singer also slammed the music industry for encouraging women to strip off nowadays.
She told the Mail on Sunday’s You magazine: “I think these days women are not wearing clothes, they are undressing as much as possible. Maybe the men are interested but I suspect it turns other women off.”
Meanwhile, Tina previously revealed she taught Mick Jagger how to dance.
She said: “Mick wanted to dance – and I was a dancer – but he never gave me the credit! He said his mother taught him how to dance. But we worked with him in the dressing room, me and the girls, and we taught him how to Pony.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kieran Hayler thinks Katie Price “needs to put her kids first”.
The 31-year-old star – who has split from Katie after being married to her since 2013 – says he is “doing fine” after they decided to go their separate ways but thinks his ex needs to focus on her five children – Harvey, 16, Junior, 13, Princess, 11, Jett, five, and Bunny, four.
He told Mirror Online: “I’m doing fine, I’m fine and pulling myself through, getting on with life, obviously Kate’s not so good but I just want her … good luck to her, do you know what I mean? She needs to put her kids first, that’s all she needs to do.”
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed Katie has introduced her children Bunny and Jett to her new man Alex Adderson.
A source said: “Alex is very much a part of Katie’s life and has stayed over at the house when Bunny and Jett have been there, so he’s met them. She’s only introduced him as a friend but they’ve met him. It might seem quick to most people but she’s really loved up with him.”
Katie only recently started dating Alex, 25, after splitting up with Kris Boyson, 29, and she is said to be smitten with her new man.
An insider added: “Katie’s relationship with Alex is still surviving even though she’s in rehab and even has her family’s blessing now. He has bought Katie a new car, a black Range Rover. The car is in his name so that it can’t be used in her bankruptcy case, unlike her other possessions such as the pink Range Rover she’s struggling to sell. Katie now drives the black Range Rover when she goes to her sessions at The Priory and visits Alex on her way home from rehab most nights. Things are really heating up between them and it’s been so good for her to have someone to rely on while she goes through rehab.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Bradley Cooper’s “biggest challenge” was keeping going through the long process of filming ‘A Star Is Born’.
The 43-year-old actor co-wrote the script, directed and produced the movie as well as starring in it and he admits it was the “most fulfilling” movie he’s ever been in.
He said: “It was most fulfilling I’ve ever been artistically. I guess the biggest challenge was just the fortitude to keep going because it was a long process and you can’t really see the light at the end of the tunnel for a good half of that process. You sort of get up knowing you’re gonna be digging a while before you find anything.”
Meanwhile, Bradley’s co-star Lady Gaga previously revealed he really “fought” for her to be in ‘A Star Is Born’.
She said: “Can I just say – what an incredible filmmaker Bradley Cooper is. He’s an incredible director, an incredible singer, an incredible musician and songwriter. I just feel so humbled to be here. I wouldn’t be here without him. He really fought for me to be in this film. I’m really thankful to him.”
And whilst Bradley doesn’t think he would turn to singing as a career but is planning to record a song he wrote on set.
He added: “I don’t even know how I would sing because I’m singing through him. He was a complete character. That said, there was one song that I wrote, called ‘Too Far Gone’ that I had the idea for a verse and a bridge, so I’m going to go to the recording studio and finish it. So I don’t know what the answer is.”

The ‘Bound 2’ rapper got one of his team to hand over the money to the man – who he met as he was walking through his hometown of Chicago – and also take his details so he could send a pair of his trainers, which retail between $200 and $350, to the man’s mother. The video, obtained by the Daily Mail, shows Kanye being called over by the man, before handing over his mobile phone to get the phone number.
It comes just days after Kanye invited a homeless man to join him in the recording studio after he performed for the rapper on the street. He stopped Nino Blu early last weekend and was sufficiently impressed with his musical talents to invite him to the studio.
Nino – who recently became homeless – was thrilled that Kanye took the time to talk to him, calling it a “miracle”. And Kanye also posted a video clip of Nino on his Twitter account, with the aspiring star saying he feels “blessed” to have been given a chance by the outspoken rapper.
Kanye previously confessed he wants to move back to Chicago for good.
He shared: “I want to thank my brother Chance for bringing me back to Chicago. I wanna let you know I’m moving back to Chicago and never leaving.”
