OHMYGOSSIP — Rachel Adedeji turned to exercise to help her “mental state” after giving birth.
The ‘Hollyoaks’ star suffered from the baby blues after welcoming her little girl Lillian – who she shares with her husband Jason Finegan – into the world in December 2017, but she began to “feel better” after working out.
She said: “I’ve always been quite a fit person anyway so I started working out quite soon after having my daughter but that wasn’t even for aesthetic reasons, it was for my mental state. I’m so glad I did it for those reasons.
“Eventually I started to notice a result and then I started to feel better about myself, but I’m so glad I didn’t do it for those reasons, it wasn’t the forefront pressure for me.”
Rachel – who played Lisa Loveday in the Channel 4 soap from April 2016 to December 2017 – admits being in the spotlight may have affected her mental health while she was expecting Lillian.
When asked if being in the public eye had an impact on her mental health during pregnancy, she replied: “Yeah a little bit actually, I guess because you’re a bit afraid of how people will perceive you.
“People see what they want to see, on social media I showcase the happier parts of my life because I only want to share my happy pictures and so I was a bit scared to talk about it for that reason.
“It wasn’t until I started talking to other people about it and I thought actually, I don’t care, I’m allowed to showcase that and actually, I can use this platform to help people.”
Rachel is glad there is more awareness about the baby blues and postnatal depression nowadays, and she has been contacted by several ‘Hollyoaks’ fans who are young mums.
Speaking to website Mio & Mama Mio Skincare, she added: “A lot of my supporters who are young girls who watch me on ‘Hollyoaks’, who have had babies at a young age, all say that being young and having a baby, it’s a lot harder to talk about it because a lot of your friends can’t relate.”
Rachel recently admitted she was “crying all the time” when she first gave birth to Lillian.
She said: “In terms of the aftermath, they say it’s the best thing ever, which it is, but then you start to worry about everything. No one told me about the baby blues. No one told me about how hard breastfeeding actually is. The struggle is so real and I think people try to paint it as perfect; I’d rather people just be honest about it.
“For me, it was just crying all the time at first, but it’s gone now. You’ve made this amazing human and you want the best for them, so you will cry and you might feel a bit sad but it’s okay, because it will eventually go. I think if you don’t talk about it, that’s what could lead to postnatal depression.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Selena Gomez is reportedly receiving treatment after suffering an “emotional breakdown”.
The 26-year-old singer – who underwent a kidney transplant last year – has been hospitalised twice in the last two weeks, with the first coming after she became despondent and emotional when she was revealed to have had an “alarmingly low” white blood cell count.
Sources told TMZ a family member took Selena to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles, and though the ‘Wolves’ singer was released a few days later, she was readmitted late last week because her low blood cell count hadn’t changed and it had sent Selena into a downward emotional spiral.
The ‘Bad Liar’ hitmaker tried to leave shortly afterwards but was told she couldn’t, prompting Selena to have a “melt down” and “freak out” as she tried ripping drips out of her arm.
The brunette beauty is believed to currently be at a psychiatric facility on the East Coast and is receiving dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), which she has undergone before and which treats a variety of mental health disorders.
Selena hasn’t been seen in public for a few weeks and recently told fans she was taking another break from social media.
She wrote on Instagram: “Taking a social media break. Again.
“As much as I am grateful for the voice that social media gives each offs, I am equally grateful to be able to step back and live my life present to the moment I have been given.
“Kindness and encouragement only for a bit! Just remember -negative comments can hurt anybody’s feelings. Obvi. (sic)”
The ‘It Ain’t Me’ singer – who with 142 million followers is the most popular person on Instagram – previously explained she takes regular social media breaks as she wants to live in the real world.
She shared: “I’m not on the internet; I haven’t been on the internet in months. I don’t have my password for Instagram. I have no apps on my phone, no photo editing apps.
“I have Peak, a brain game. The reason why is, it’s not real to me, I know my voice is very prominent, but I’m not careless with it. I’m selective. ”

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex’s wedding guests were encouraged to wear sanitary pads – because toilet time was limited.
Comedienne Diane Morgan has claimed the bride and groom suggested their male and female attendees – who included the likes of David and Victoria Beckham, George and Amal Clooney, and Serena Williams – wear such products on their big day due to a lack of comfort breaks.
Speaking on Ricky Gervais’ Sirius XM radio show, after the host told listeners Diane had suggested guests were encouraged to wear nappies, she said: “No, it is not a nappy – it is like a sanitary pad.
“You are sat there for about four hours, aren’t you? And when they invite you they say we suggest you wear a sanitary pad.”
Diane also claimed men were encouraged to wear the feminine health products, and she hinted George would’ve been wearing one.
When asked if the ‘Gravity’ star would’ve donned a sanitary pad, she replied: “Yeah, I am saying the whole lot of them were.”
Harry and the duchess – known as Meghan Markle before the wedding – tied the knot at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, in May, and guests were said to have been issued with a number of etiquette guidelines ahead of the nuptials.
One of which is said to have encouraged them to go to the toilet before they arrive because facilities would be limited.
Last month, etiquette expert Myka Meier claimed royals are not allowed to announce their intentions during a meal if they need to leave to use the toilet.
They are supposed to simply say “excuse me” before heading off to the restroom.

OHMYGOSSIP — Owen Wilson has become a father for the third time.
The ‘You, Me and Dupree’ actor – who already has Ford, seven, with his ex-girlfriend, Jade Duell and Finn, four, with personal trainer Caroline Lindqvist – and Varunie Vongsvirates reportedly welcomed daughter Lyla Aranya into the world on Tuesday (09.10.18).
According to People, the tot measured 21 inches and weighed 6lb 13oz, and her unusual middle name is in honour of Varunie’s father’s Thai heritage.
It was revealed last month that Owen, 49, had found out he was going to be a father again after undergoing paternity tests.
Also in September, Varunie made her Instagram account public, revealing a number of posts about her pregnancy.
One post featured her and Owen at the 2017 premiere of his movie ‘Father Figures’, which she captioned: “‘#fatherfigure (sic)”
And asked by a follower if the ‘Wonder’ actor was her baby’s dad, she replied: “Yes”.
An ultrasound photograph posted in late June revealed Varunie to be expecting a baby girl and had already chosen a name.
She wrote: “Say hello to Lyla [baby emoji] 3 months to go! [heart eye emoji] (sic)”
It was claimed in June that the ‘Zoolander’ star “immediately” offered to take a paternity test and had pledged to be a supportive father if the baby turned out to be his.
A source said at the time: “Owen has been a great father to his two boys and has maintained a warm and close relationship with their mothers.
“Of course if a paternity test establishes that he is the father of another child, he will fulfill all of his obligations to support his child.”
Owen recently spoke out about being a father and said he can already tell what his sons will be like as teenagers.
He said: “Sometimes it feels more like I’m already seeing how they’re going to be as teenagers where they’re sort of ganging up on me. We went to Sequoia National Park and they have the biggest tree in the world. Ford’s like, ‘I’ve seen bigger.’ I’m like, ‘Well no, Ford, actually you haven’t seen bigger, this is the biggest tree in the world. He’s like, ‘If you say so.'”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Banjo has confirmed his wife is pregnant with their first child.
The 30-year-old choreographer took to Instagram to share a snap of himself wearing some pink booties around his neck and his wife Francesca Banjo holding up a picture of her pregnancy scan ahead of the birth of their daughter.
He captioned the image: “I am so excited to finally share the news that we are having a baby!! Now the time has come to finally say this out loud I have no idea what to say! I don’t know if words alone can explain how full of joy and happiness we both are. It has been a more difficult journey to this point than most people know but we are now here with one of the most precious gifts in the world… A little girl! I have so many strong and incredible women around me, I know she will have great examples to follow. Especially this woman right here – my wife and my rock. You are going to be the best mum in the world. (sic)”
The Diversity star “cannot wait” to meet his unborn child, and is hoping she will follow in his footsteps into the world of dance.

Ashley’s brother Jordan Banjo is delighted for his sibling, and is looking forward to his five-month-old son Cass having a cousin to play with.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Collins is returning to the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards.
The former ‘Only Way is Essex’ star caused a stir at last year’s ceremony when she fell through an open trapdoor in the stage and though she previously vowed to sue the BBC over the incident, it seems her attitude has softened as she’s agreed to make an appearance at this year’s ceremony.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Last year’s fall made worldwide headlines and the clip had millions of views online.
“Although it was genuinely scary for Gemma, it was a massive talking point and it’s only helped her profile grow.
“Radio 1 of course wanted to invite her back and make amends for what happened and she jumped at the opportunity.”
Artists performing at this year’s ceremony, which takes place at the SSE Arena, Wembley, in London on October 21, include Little Mix, 5 Seconds of Summer, HRVY, Jack & Jack, Jonas Blue, Liam Payne, Mabel, NOT3S and Sigrid.
Gemma previously claimed she “could have died” or been left “disabled” after she fell through the hole in the stage and landed on top of ‘Love Island’ contestants Jamie Jewitt, Amber Davies and Marcel Somerville.
She said: “I’m in total shock. It is a miracle I am living to tell the tale.
“I could have died or at least been disabled at the end of it. I could have been legless. Legless!
“I’m not being funny, I didn’t even get a tenner for turning up. I didn’t even know there was a hole there.
“To be honest when it happened I didn’t know where I was, what day of the week it was.
“No joke, my life did flash before my eyes. I thought I was dead.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tilda Swinton donned a prosthetic penis to play an 82-year-old man is ‘Susperia’.
The 57-year-old actress portrays Madame Blanc, the head of a dance company, in the horror movie, but she also played psychoanalyst Dr. Josef Klemperer under the alias Lutz Ebersdorf, but she and director Luca Guadagnino kept her male persona a secret while filming.
Tilda said: “The intention was never to fool anybody. The genius of [make-up artist] Marc Coulier notwithstanding, it was always our design that there would be something unresolved about the identity of the performance of Klemperer.”
Marc created some “weighty” prosthetics to help Tilda feel more manly, as well as thickening her neck and building her jaw out to look more masculine in a process that took four hours a day.
He said: “Although she has a slightly androgynous look from sort of a fashion-model point of view, Tilda’s got a very feminine bone structure…
“She did have us make a penis and b***s. She had this nice, weighty set of genitalia so that she could feel it dangling between her legs, and she managed to get it out on set on a couple of occasions.”
But the make-up artist has no idea what happened to the fake genitalia.
He said: “[It is] probably in a box somewhere! I should try and find it, and put it on a plaque on the wall of my workshop.”
Tilda insisted on being called Lutz on the set, and many of the extras and crew had no idea the Oscar-winning actress was hiding under heavy make-up.
Mark said “They were all like, ‘Is this a famous actor, Lutz Ebersdorf?’ They’d go on IMDb looking for him, and there wasn’t any information.”
Paparazzi photos released almost two years ago first sparked speculation that Tilda – who eventually created an IMDB page for her alter ego – was Lutz and she admitted it wasn’t something she had wanted to be revealed at all.
She told the New York Times newspaper: “Frankly, my long-held dream was that we would never have addressed this question at all.
“My original idea was that Lutz would die during the edit, and his ‘In Memoriam’ be the final credit in the film.”
Director Luca insisted in February that claims the actress was also the lead male actor in the movie was “fake news”, while at the premiere at the Venice Film Festival last month, Tilda read out a letter that was attributed to the reclusive Lutz to explain his absence.
The note explained the first-time actor was a retired psychoanalyst living in Berlin and explained he was a “private person” and “strongly suspects” ‘Suspiria’ will be his only movie appearance.

OHMYGOSSIP — Dave Bautista is in talks to star in ‘Fantasy Island’.
The 49-year-old actor is said to be in negotiations to join the cast of the motion picture – a movie version of the classic 70s and 80s TV series, which starred Ricardo Montalbán – alongside Michael Pena.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bautista is being lined up to play a guest on the island where the mysterious Mr. Roarke grants attendees’ fantasies at a price.
But the ‘Final Score’ star’s potential alter-ego will aim to expose Roarke, who will be played by Pena, and the island’s magical secrets.
Jeff Wadlow is to direct the film and he is also writing the script alongside Chris Roach and Jillian Jacobs.
The upcoming movie has been described as a mix of ‘Westworld’ and ‘The Cabin in the Woods’.
The original TV series – which aired from 1977 to 1984 – featured numerous dark themes.
It could be a busy time for Bautista, who admitted this week he is keen to join the cast of ‘Suicide Squad 2’ if his ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ director James Gunn is at the helm.
Bautista has been outspoken in defence of the franchise’s helmer, who was sacked by Disney ahead of the third movie over controversial past tweet.
Responding to reports that Gunn is in talks to write and potentially even direct at sequel to the 2016 blockbuster – which starred the likes of Will Smith, Margot Robbie and Jared Leto – he tweeted: “Where do I sign up! (sic)”
It comes after Bautista repeatedly insisted he wouldn’t want to return to the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ film series if Gunn’s script wasn’t used for the upcoming sequel.
He said: “James is one of the kindest, most decent people I’ve met. He’s already turned the script for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ and where I’m at right now is that if [Marvel] don’t use that script then I’m going to ask them to release me from my contract – cut me out or recast me because I’d be doing James a disservice if I didn’t.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande plans to release a new album this year.
The ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ hitmaker only released her fourth LP, ‘Sweetener’, in August, but she’s hoping to get another record out within the next few months.
Photographer Miles Diggs spotted Ariana and her fiance Pete Davidson in New York on Wednesday (10.10.18) and asked if she’ll release a new album by the end of the year.
Ariana said: “Yes.”
When the photographer said he was “excited” by the news, she replied: “Me too!”
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old singer has just released a music video for her song ‘breathin’.
The unusual clip, which was shared on her YouTube account, simply features her new pet teacup pig, Piggy Smalls, walking around a bed and occasionally sniffing at the camera.
Pete – who has Piggy’s name and a drawing of his likeness tattooed on his torso – recently spoke of his amazement at how quickly his fiance had been able to acquire her new pet.
He said: “This girl, like, she was like, ‘I want a pig.’ And then an hour later it was just there. You know what I mean?
“Like, I’m still trying, to get, like, a Propecia refill….This chick got a pig in a f***ing hour.”
And the couple’s porky pal also has a problematic side.
Pete said: “It’s big now! The first two days it was really new and it didn’t move much. But now it’s starting to bite and [headbutt]. So I see why [people don’t keep them in the house].”
Ariana hinted earlier this month she had been busy working on new music with some hints on Twitter.
In one clip, what appear to be new vocals can be heard playing in the background, with the caption: “Tell me how good it feels to be needed”
And a few days before, the ‘Dangerous Woman’ star shared a snap from the studio.
She simply wrote: “Music is the best medicine.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Stanley doubts KISS will release any new material before their farewell tour – because they have “enough of a legacy”.
The 66-year-old musician insists fans of the legendary rock band – who haven’t released a studio album since 2012’s ‘Monster’ – would “tolerate” new music, but what they really want to hear is the group’s classic songs on their upcoming ‘End of the Road World Tour’.
When asked about the possibility of new material, he said: “I don’t think so. Look, it’s a different time now. I could write ‘Let It Be’, and people would still say, ‘That’s great. Now play ‘Detroit Rock City’.’ And I understand it, because when songs have a history with you, they’re kind of like a snapshot of a time in your life, and that’s not something that anything can take the place of overnight.
“It’s always interesting that people say, ‘When are you gonna churn out new material?’ But when those acts, or any classic act turns out new material, people tolerate it.
“They’re asking you to do it and they’re asking you to produce it, but at the same time, they really don’t want it.
“So, at some point, I go, ‘Really, what’s the point?’ Unless it’s something that’s fulfilling for me, to go back in the studio just to record new KISS material, I think everything we’ve done so far speaks volumes and it’s enough of a legacy.”
While Paul – who makes up the band alongside Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer – believes some of the group’s earlier tracks are better than some of the songs which have made them famous, he “understands” the connection fans have to their classic tunes.
Speaking to radio host Miles “The Shoe” Schuman at the Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy Camp, he added: “It’s interesting that I think ‘Modern Day Delilah’ or ‘Hell Or Hallelujah’ are as good as anything we did [on the earlier albums], but I understand that people are more connected to those old classic songs.
“I understand it.”
KISS announced in September they are to bow out of performing following a 45-year career.
In a statement on their website, they wrote: “All that we have built and all that we have conquered over the past four decades could never have happened without the millions of people worldwide who’ve filled clubs, arenas and stadiums over those years.
“This will be the ultimate celebration for those who’ve seen us and a last chance for those who haven’t.
“KISS Army, we’re saying goodbye on our final tour with our biggest show yet and we’ll go out the same way we came in… Unapologetic and Unstoppable. (sic)”
Dates are yet to be revealed for their farewell tour.

OHMYGOSSIP — Nikki Sanderson has suffered with depression.
The ‘Hollyoaks’ actress has opened up for the first time about suffering with the mental disorder, and while she was previously “ashamed and embarrassed”, she has beaten her “demons” after going through therapy and with the help of her family and friends.
She wrote on Instagram: “This is the first time I have openly and publicly admitted this, as like so many, I had been ashamed and embarrassed… I have suffered with depression in the past ….but, after medication, therapy and having my amazing family and friends, I beat my demons. I was lucky.
“A smile can hide a thousand tears of pain,
A laugh can hide the sound of mental torture,
The words “honestly, I’m ok” hide the truth of “help me, I’m breaking”. I hid how I felt for a long time, lied to my family and friends, but more importantly, I lied to myself, ashamed to admit I had a problem. It’s only now I know, there is nothing to be ashamed of. (sic)”
Nikki – who plays Maxine Minniver in the Channel 4 soap – has encouraged people to always “be kind” to each other because nobody knows what other people are going through.
In a post on World Mental Health Day yesterday (10.10.18), she added: “You may not be able to see certain mental illnesses, but the person going through it can most definitely feel it.

Nikki’s former ‘Coronation Street’ co-star Samia Longchambon revealed earlier this year that she has suffered from anxiety since she was 11 years old.
Speaking about her panic attacks, she said: “You feel like you are going to die, you can’t breathe.
“You feel like you are going to faint or die. I wouldn’t wish them on anyone, they are horrible.
“Anxiety is like a fear. I read somewhere that depression means you are looking at the past too much, whereas anxiety is worrying about the future too much.
“That makes sense to me because I do worry about everything.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Hayley Tamaddon thought she was experiencing a “nervous breakdown” this week when she cried for four hours until she felt like she would “pass out”.
The former ‘Coronation Street’ actress suffered a panic attack on a train on Tuesday (09.10.18) after exchanging contracts on a new apartment because she started to worry about whether she could afford the flat, and after returning home she “broke down”.
She wrote on Twitter: “Yesterday I exchanged contracts on a new apartment. It should have been a happy exciting day for me. But instead, I got on the train from London and came home to Manchester with the feeling like someone was sat on my chest. I’ve suffered panic attack’s in the past and knew what was coming. But why? Well I felt terrified. What if I can’t afford it? What if I never get another job? What if I struggle paying the mortgage? All these questions running round in my head led me to have a panic attack on a train. I controlled it.. until I got off. As I walked down the platform I walked quickly. Put my sunglasses on and fought back the tears. I got to my car and got in and locked the door and I gave myself a talking to… slowed my breathing down, and drove home.
Once inside I broke.
I broke down. For 4 hours. Oh my god I’m having a nervous breakdown.. i thought.. i cried until i felt like i was gonna pass out (sic)”
Hayley – who played Andrea Beckett in ‘Corrie’ – has helped numerous friends to overcome issues but tends to keep things to herself when she has a problem, so she has encouraged others to talk and attend therapy, as she does, if they are in need of help.
She wrote: “Have some therapy (which I do, by the way) There is so much help out there. And it’s true! So why can’t I follow my own bloody advice?! I guess because I feel it makes me weak. But really…it makes me human. I too get sad. And it’s ok. Sometimes as humans we break.. and that.. IS OK. (sic)”
The ex-‘Emmerdale’ actress – who portrayed Del Dingle in the ITV soap – insists people who talk about their issues with others are not “weak”, and says it is important to start learning to “take care of each other”.
In a post on World Mental Health Day on Wednesday (10.10.18), she added: “There’s a solution to every. And having a good cry and talking it over with someone else does not make you (me) weak.
It makes us bloody strong wonderful people. We are all fighing our own battles, and that is why kindness is so important. We need to take care of each other. We need to learn to love ourselves, and be KIND to ourselves and each other..and we all need to know.. it’s k to not be ok. (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Dakota Johnson is pregnant with “really good ideas”.
The 29-year-old actress has laughed off speculation she’s expecting a son with boyfriend Chris Martin and insisted there are no babies on the horizon.
She quipped: “Well, the only thing I’m pregnant with is a lot of really good ideas, but not any babies.”
The ‘Suspiria’ star sparked speculation she was pregnant after a number of stars turned up to what was reported to be a gender reveal party that had seen blue balloons fly into the air, supposedly to indicate she’s having a boy, but Dakota explained it was her birthday celebration and the decorations were accidentally released to the sky.
She told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: “It was my birthday and there were balloons that happened to be pink and blue, and so then I was pregnant?
“I didn’t know that the balloons were going to be released, they were just in an arch. But I guess that accidentally happened, one of the ends got let go. But a lot of people congratulated me.”
The 29-year-old star looked sheepish when Ellen asked why she hadn’t received an invite to the party, and she admitted the publicity surrounding the bash had caused an issue.
She said: “Now I had to be like ‘It was just my birthday’ and all the people I didn’t invite to my birthday knew I had a party.
“I didn’t invite anybody, I didn’t plan it.”
The talk show host pointed out she’d invited the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ actress to her own birthday celebration, but Dakota insisted she had “crashed” the bash and was just there as “arm candy”.
But without calling Chris by name, Ellen insisted she had invited “him” because she knew “he” would bring the brunette beauty along as she didn’t have her phone number to call the actress directly.
Previously, Dakota played coy about her romance with the ‘Viva La Vida’ hitmaker, but said she was “happy”.
She said: “I’m not going to talk about it. But I am very happy.”

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star previously cut dairy and gluten out of her meals but now wants to “switch things up” and refamiliarise her digestive system with different foods as she had been experiencing pain when she indulged in a “treat” because her body was no longer used to foods such as pizza or ice cream.
She said: “Lately, I’ve been less strict about avoiding gluten and dairy. I noticed my tummy would hurt when I occasionally treated myself to ice cream or pizza, so I’ve switched things up. I’m trying to keep small amounts of both dairy and gluten in my system, so my body is used to it when I do have a little.”
And the 39-year-old star finds her new regime much “better”, especially when she is travelling with her three children, Mason, eight, Penelope, six, and three-year-old Reign, who she has with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
She continued in a post on her website: “I love trying local food and eating everything without rules — especially when I’m travelling — so this is working better.
“When the kids and I were on vacation in Italy this summer, they loved getting gelato every day — and I always had a small scoop, too!
“When I’m on vacation, or if we go to Disneyland, that’s the time to live life and I’ll have whatever I want.”
But Kourtney isn’t relaxing her rules entirely and will still keep her house dairy and gluten free.
She said: “Everything in my pantry is still free of dairy and gluten, so when I’m at home, it’s still how I eat.
“But when I go out, or have a craving, I’ll have whatever I want. I try to do everything in moderation in my usual routine.”
Kourtney’s bigger change comes after she previously confessed to the occasional “cheat” day.
She said: “When I’m travelling (and sometimes on the weekend), I’ll cheat — I’m a little more lenient now than I was when I first started this whole thing.
“But when I’m home and in my day-to-day routine. I try to exercise five to six times a week and eat healthy every day.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Busy Philipps turned to the Pope after having an abortion when she was 15.
The 39-year-old actress has revealed in her upcoming memoir, ‘This Will Only Hurt a Little’, that she became pregnant with her first serious boyfriend and that her parents discovered the news from reading her diary.
She recalls her mother telling her: “You’re being selfish … You’re going to murder a baby.”
The former ‘Dawson’s Creek’ star – who has daughters Birdie, 10, and Cricket, five, with her husband Marc Silverstein – explained that her mother was ultimately a supportive figure through the heartbreaking experience.
She said: “My mother is who you want in your corner.”
Following the abortion procedure, Busy went on a trip with her school to the Vatican, where she spoke to Pope John Paul II.
The leader of the Catholic Church’s words helped Busy to move past the traumatic experience.
She shared: “I never told this story publicly … I haven’t even told people I’m very close with.
“It doesn’t work for me without getting the absolution I needed. And from the only person in the world who could give it to me: the Pope in Rome.”
Meanwhile, Busy previously revealed that although she and Mark – who is a screenwriter – work in the entertainment industry, she’s not sure whether she wants their children to follow them into the business.
But the actress insisted she’d be happy to support her daughters with whichever ambition they ultimately decide to pursue.
Busy said: “The biggest thing for me as a parent is that I want my children to feel supported and loved, and I want them to pursue whatever brings them the most joy and happiness in their life, so we’ll see what that is some day.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner “can’t wait” to raise “lots of babies”.
The 21-year-old reality star gave birth to her first child Stormi eight months ago, but it’s said she’s already keen for her and Travis Scott to expand their family and give her daughter siblings “close in age”.
A source told E! News: “Kylie can’t wait for Stormi to have siblings… She wants a big family… She wants lots of babies and for them to be close in age.”
Although the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star is still young, it’s said she would rather welcome another baby “sooner rather than later”.
The insider added: “She is so excited and can’t wait for that to happen and to make Stormi a big sister.”
It also seems Kylie wouldn’t be fazed by the idea of another pregnancy so soon after her first, because she apparently found it a “natural” experience.
The source said: “[She] loved being pregnant and didn’t mind it at all… Everything about the experience suited her and felt natural and right.”
Despite the reports, Kylie recently insisted she’s “definitely not ready” for another baby just yet.
Speaking in a Snapchat Q & A with her best friend Jordyn Woods, she said: “I want another baby, but when is the question, and I’m definitely not ready right this second. When I do, I would love to share more of that with you guys.”
Despite this, Kylie was happy to admit that she’d love to have another daughter with Travis.
Discussing potential baby names, she explained: “I haven’t found anything I love love, but I definitely want another girl, hopefully. And I want her to have a feminine name.”
Kylie also claimed that becoming a mother had helped her to love herself more than ever.
She explained: “I feel like having a daughter, and thinking about beauty in the future, has definitely changed me, and I feel like it has made me love myself more and accept everything about me.
“Even my ears, I always felt like they stuck out too far, and she [Stormi] has the same ears as me and so now I love my ears.”
