OHMYGOSSIP — Dave Navarro has pulled out of Jane’s Addiction’s forthcoming tour as he continues to battle long COVID-19.
The 55-year-old rocker has been poorly since December with lingering symptoms of the virus, and he’s too “fatigued” to hit the road for the 32-date ‘Spirits On Fire’ with Smashing Pumpkins, which kicks off next month.
Dave is particularly gutted as they wanted fans to experience the original lineup of the rock band, with the return of bassist Eric Avery.
Troy Van Leeuwen will replace him on the jaunt, while Dave stays home in Los Angeles and works on new material.
In a social media statement, he said: “To all of the Jane’s Addiction fans attending the Jane’s/ Smashing Pumpkins ‘Spirits On Fire’ tour, I am sorry to have to say that I will not be attending due to my continued battle with Long Covid that I have been dealing with since last December.
“I had hoped for a full recovery by October but I am still very fatigued and will not be able to join this leg. I am personally gutted as our original bass player has returned, Eric Avery. We wanted to bring you the original line up but that will have to wait until I am recovered. While the band is touring, I will be working on some new Jane’s material in the studio here in LA. In the meantime, the great Troy Van Leeuwen will be filling in for me. He has been in such bands as Queens of the Stone Age, Failure, A Perfect Circle, Eagles Of Death Metal and The Dammed just to name a few. He is a great guy and I am honoured to have him help make this tour happen.”
Dave hopes to be able to attend one of the shows to see his own band play.
He added: “Though I am saddened to not make this tour I am focused on making a full recovery and re-joining the guys when I am able.
“I truly wish the band well on this tour and I am confident they will bring everything to make it a fabulous show! Go get em guys! Maybe I can get to a show one night and watch my own band for the first time ever.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ian Brown has reacted to the criticism of the opening night of his solo tour.
The former Stone Roses frontman kicked off the run at Leeds’ O2 Academy on Sunday night (25.09.22), and was met with a barrage of negative reviews for singing along to a backing track.
One gig-goer, who claims to have left before the end, tweeted: “Gutted to see Ian Brown turn up to his £40 a ticket, sold out gig at leeds tonight WITH NO BAND.
“I’m a life long fan but it was bad. Ian Brown does karaoke and butchers his own tunes. Most were too p***** to care but I had to get out after this one. (sic)”
And after his second show in Glasgow was met with praise, Ian reacted: “HATERS HATE AND LOVERS LOVE!”
He also said during the concert at the O2 Academy on Monday night (26.09.22): “Last night we played in Leeds, and all there was was hands in the air, all the way to the back.”
And one attendee wrote: “Don’t always believe what you read on Twitter! Ian Brown absolutely smashed it out the f****** park in Glasgow tonight. Fantastic performance.”
The run continues on Thursday (29.09.22) at Newcastle’s O2 City Hall and wraps at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on October 7.
Last year, Ian resigned himself as the headliner for Neighbourhood Weekender because he was against the idea of having to prove you’ve had a COVID-19 vaccine to be permitted entry to events.
He tweeted at the time: “My Saturday night headline show at NHBD Weekender Festival will now not happen! I refuse to accept vaccination proof as condition of entry. Refunds are available! X.”
Ian previously raised eyebrows when he tweeted: “NO LOCKDOWN NO TESTS NO TRACKS NO MASKS NO VAX. (sic)”
And he also took aim at the media and the government for their “lies and propaganda”.
In another post, he wrote: “So I’m a Conspiracy Theorist HA! a term invented by the lame stream media to discredit those who can smell and see through the government/media lies and propaganda (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Shania Twain’s new songs were made to suit her more gravelly vocals after suffering vocal cord damage.
The ‘You’re Still The One’ hitmaker – who returned with the lead single ‘Waking Up Dream’ from her new album last week – suffered with her balance on stage and completely lost her voice, and previously revealed it was linked to her Lyme Disease, an infection caused by a bacteria spread through ticks.
And when asked if her voice has changed as a result, the pop idol told the ‘Table Manners’ podcast: “Yes, it has changed. I just had to embrace it. I like that you can hear the gravel. I have a lot more gravel. My chest voice is in a different place now than it was before. My falsettos are very, very … I can almost not do a quiet falsetto.”
While the 57-year-old singer had to adjust some of her notes, the ‘Man! I Feel Like a Woman!’ singer hasn’t lost any of her range, and has in fact “gained a lot of power”.
She explained: “I have a falsetto but it’s a powerful one. So I gained a lot of power. I gained a lot of output and projection, but I lost control of certain areas in my voice but I just sang the songs differently. Now, I’ve learned to write songs differently for my new voice too, you know, so I can get way up there, I didn’t lose any range, which is interesting. I think I have gained the bottom range. But it was a journey.”
Sharing how she tried to power on with her Las Vegas residency in 2012, but ultimately had to retreat to vocal cord surgery, she recalled: “And this was before the operation. Before the operation, the surgeon was saying, Listen, I know that it takes a lot of patients, but I want you to take a year, and just try therapy. Before we do any cutting. I’m like, Okay. And to put pressure on myself, this is when I decided that I would do the first residency at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, I gave myself a target date. So I go into therapy, I get myself this year. And I was able to get up there and do this live 90-minute show in Las Vegas, I was very proud of myself. But I needed an hour and a half to warm up. Literally had to do like gymnastic kind of aerobic exercises to get the larynx to drop and sit and drop and sit and, and to get the musculature supporting the whole apparatus. And then I had to do an hour and a half show, I was exhausted, I couldn’t sustain that. So I was able to sustain it. For a while, you know, I was able to do a tour after that. But then I’m like, Guys, this will be the end of me physically, I can’t sustain it, I don’t have the physical capacity to basically do a physical workout cardio for three, four hours, every show day when you include the warm-up in the show. So I went back to the surgeon and said this is the only way I can do it. It’s not manageable. So I think I’ve got it, try the operation. And it did help. So I’ve got two gore tex crushes, implants on either side of my larynx that stabilise the musculature and allow the vocal notes.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Grennan has announced his third album ‘What Ifs and Maybes’, and his first-ever headline arena shows.
The ‘Little Bit Of Love’ singer has unveiled the title for his follow-up to his chart-topping 2021 LP ‘Evering Road’, which is about not being “afraid to jump into the unknown”.
Tom, 27, said of the forthcoming record: “I’ve called my new album What Ifs and Maybes. It’s about going with your gut, not your head, because you never know what’s going to happen. I’m not afraid to jump into the unknown – because it’s exciting! It’s about rolling the dice and living your best life with nothing to lose. I’m in a new creative space, and I know I’m finally the artist I want to be. I’m so buzzing for these shows, my biggest gigs to date. I can’t wait to get out and play these new songs to everyone. Let’s go!”
Next year, Tom will embark on his biggest jaunt across the UK to date, kicking off at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena on March 10.
He will also head to Cardiff, Leeds, Glasgow, Nottingham, and Manchester for further arena shows, with the run ending with Tom headlining The O2 arena on March 23.
Fans are able to get first access to tickets by pre-ordering the new album at Tom’s store (Weds 27th 10am – Tues 4th 3pm). Tickets are on general sale from 09:00am BST 7th October. The new album release date, and more details, are soon to be announced.

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Rodrigo has become the first female artist to have three solo songs on a single album reach a billion streams on Spotify.
The 19-year-old pop megastar has made history after her third hit record from ‘SOUR’, ‘deja vu’, exceeded the 1 billion mark on the streaming platform, according to a tweet by Chart Data.
‘drivers license’ and ‘good 4 u’ also crossed the milestone.
Meanwhile, the Grammy winner has been back in the studio working on her second album.
Olivia’s producer Dan Nigro shared a studio snap of the pair on his Instagram Story in August, confirming a previous report that they are hard at work on the follow-up to ‘SOUR’.
After the whirlwind success of her record-breaking debut LP, the singer reunited with the studio wizard behind all but one of the 11 tracks on the chart-topping 2021 record.
A source had recently said: “Olivia’s debut was one of the biggest in years. She really did something special when she was in the studio with Dan. She wants the follow-up to evolve her sound so it isn’t exactly the same.
“But she feels like she and Dan are a dream team when they get in the studio, so she is hoping they can make more magic together.
“Olivia had a few weeks off after the tour finished but she is champing at the bit to make headway on the second album.
“The last 18 months have been a complete whirlwind and while there is no rush to get new music out, she doesn’t want to leave it too long.”
Meanwhile, the former Disney Channel star recently insisted she won’t be getting her head turned by her success.
She said: “I definitely think it is a big confidence boost to see so many people resonate with what I have to say. I’m so grateful for that.
“I’m just always a little bit hard on myself. I’m always pushing myself to be better.
“And I think I’ll never change no matter the amount of success any of my songs get.”
Olivia admitted the last year has been “crazy” and though everything around her has changed, she’s still the same person and her friends will always keep her grounded.
She said: “It’s so crazy, but I have amazing friends who are so honest with me and keep me grounded.
“My life has changed drastically, but at the end of the day, I’m really kind of like the same person doing the same things in my everyday life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Judas Priest’s Richie Faulkner has revealed he underwent open-heart surgery for the second time.
A year ago, the ‘Breaking the Law’ rockers postponed the remaining dates of their US tour, as the guitarist was hospitalised with “major medical heart condition issues”.
He had suffered an aortic rupture onstage.
And this week, the 42-year-old rocker told fans he’s “not out of the woods yet”, after he underwent an operation six weeks ago to remove an “8cm sack that was surrounding my heart” caused by blood leaking from a split in the connection between the synthetic graft and his aorta.
He began the health update on Instagram: “One year ago today. Less than an hour before my life changed forever. It’s crazy how one minute you’re listening to the crowd singing war pigs- everything normal, everything seemingly fine- the next it turns out that it was almost the last time I ever heard it.
Unbeknownst to me there was stuff going on under the surface that was about to literally explode.
I’m fortunate and grateful to be here a year later typing this. My support system at home, the hospitals and of course from all you metal maniacs has been second to none and I thank you all.”
Richie insisted he’s feeling “well and strong” and doctors have given him the all-clear to continue the rest of the band’s US tour, which kicks off on October 13 in Wallingford, Connecticut.
He continued: “I’m not completely out of the woods yet.
Just before we toured Europe, scans showed a hole in one of the connections between the synthetic graft and my own aorta that was causing a leak. The blood from the leak was forming an 8cm sack that was surrounding my heart.
The doctors were okay for me to tour Europe, but as soon as I got back I had to go under again for another open-heart surgery. So 3 days after we played Belgium, they went in, removed the sack and fixed the leak.
“So I’m now six weeks post the 2nd open heart surgery, feeling well and strong and Looking forward to seeing you all again on the next leg of the US #50heavymetalyears tour starting in a few weeks.
My surgeons were always confident that it was enough time for me to recover and get back out on the road and it seems like they were right.
We had to lose @aftershockfestival in order for me to recover, but it looks like it’s still gonna be a Kick-Ass festival. (sic)”
Richie signed off the post: “look after yourselves and your loved ones, you never know what’s round the corner.

OHMYGOSSIP — Hayley Williams admits she can’t believe Paramore still exists and that people “still care” about their music.
The now-rock trio – completed by Zac Farro and Taylor York – returned with their first new music since 2017’s ‘After Laughter’ this week, with the group sharing the title track from their forthcoming sixth studio album ‘This Is Why’.
And the 33-year-old singer has reflected on the past two decades and how vital their time away from the spotlight was for their “sanity”.
She said on the band’s Discord channel: “The last few years at home were so crucial. We’re all in our 30’s now. Almost every single time the guys and I are together – and that’s a lot – we find ourselves reminiscing on the last 2 decades of friendship as if we’re ancient.
“It may sound silly but none of us can actually believe that we’re still here and that somehow, people still seem to care. It’s a massive deal… something we don’t take lightly.”
The ‘Misery Business’ hitmaker continued: “From late 2018 until today, and for the first time in my adult life, I’ve been able to spend consecutive days, months, years, etc., at home,.
“The lessons here have been endless and they’ve been so different than any of the lessons I learned from living on the road, doing Paramore 24/7/365. This was a real break from whatever living I’d done before. Looking at our calendar for the next couple of years, I know that I would not be ready to give myself back to the band and the music and the life that I love so much had we not voluntarily given it up for a season.”
Before regrouping with her bandmates, Hayley put out two solo albums, 2020’s ‘Petals for Armor’ and last year’s follow-up ‘Flowers for Vases / Descansos’.
Going on to thank their loyal fans for sticking with them through the ups and downs, she said: “For all of that, on behalf of us all, I want to say thank you for being so loving and supportive of us as humans first. The music industry is not a human-first industry. It’s not even a music-first industry. Look, we don’t even live in a human-first society.
“So choosing to choosing walk away for a spell simply for our own sanity was not an ill-considered concept.”
The ‘Ignorance’ singer predicts that Paramore – which has gone through a number of lineup changes over the years – is entering its “happiest and most fulfilling period” yet.
She signed off the post: “For so many reasons I don’t even have words for, I think we are about to experience our happiest, most fulfilling moments as Paramore.
“And when I say, ‘WE’, I do hope by now you know what I mean.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Billy Joel is set to headline American Express presents BST Hyde Park.
The ‘Piano Man’ himself has announced his only European appearance in 2023 will be at the summer London extravaganza on Friday, July 7.
The show announcement comes after the 73-year-old musician announced the 50th anniversary live concert film ‘Live At Yankee Stadium’, which will hit cinemas as part of a two-night global fan event on October 5 and 9.
The latest BST lineup announcement comes after Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band were confirmed as the first headliners for the 10th anniversary edition of the outdoor series.
The Boss is set to return to the UK next year for a series of major concerts, including playing the London landmark on July 6 and 8, 2023.
Springsteen and co will also play Edinburgh’s BT Murrayfield Stadium on May 30, and Birmingham’s Villa Park on June 16.
The shows will mark their first live concerts in the UK since the 2016 ‘River Tour’.
The rock icon released his first studio album with his long-time backing band the E Street Band, ‘Letter to You’, in six years in October 2020.
And there were recently rumours of a new album following in the not-so-distant future.
Rolling Stone co-founder Jann Wenner, claimed Springsteen is gearing up for an autumn launch for his yet-to-be-announced record.
It’s not known if the alleged record is with his E Street Band or solo.
Speaking to Billboard, Jann said: “There’s a new Bruce [Springsteen] record coming out this fall, which is stunning. I’m listening to that.”
There have been whispers of Springsteen, 73, doing a soul covers album, but this has not been confirmed nor denied.

OHMYGOSSIP — Wet Leg were crowned Best Independent Breakthrough act at the AIM Independent Music Awards 2022.
The ‘Chaise Longue’ duet – comprising Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers – beat Nova Twins, Knucks, Children of Zeus and Warmduscher to be crowned the top indie act in the UK at Wednesday night’s (28.09.22) ceremony at London’s Roundhouse in Camden.
Nova Twins didn’t come home empty-handed, however, with the rockers nabbing Best Independent Track for ‘Antagonist’.
Cleo Sol scooped Best Independent Album for ‘Mother’.
Stormzy was honoured with the Diversity Champion Award in recognition of his charity work and for using his platform “to level the playing field in the music industry.”
The rapper gave an impassioned speech in which he called on others to not just use “diversity as a buzzword”.
He said: “I encourage everyone in the room today to not just use diversity as a buzzword, whatever role you play, to really be a driving factor in it, not just see it as a quota or a box to tick but really see the worth.”
The rapper launched the #Merky Foundation charity and #Merky Books, the latter of which provides a platform for “underrepresented voices”.
And since 2018, the Stormzy Scholarship has awarded 19 UK Black students financial support to attend the prestigious Cambridge University.
Elsewhere, Rina Sawayama was presented with the Innovation Award.
The ‘Hold The Girl’ singer’s visionary work on her music videos and in the studio were toasted.
And Lethal Bizzle received the Outstanding Contribution gong.
The London rap legend – whose real name is Maxwell Owusu Ansah – also take to the stage and treated the crowd to a set including ‘Rari WorkOut’, ‘Fester Skank’ and ‘Pow! (Forward)’.
The Grime superstar had said of the industry recognition: “It’s nice to get your flowers when you can still smell them.”
Indie legends The Libertines also performed, along with rising star Pixey.

OHMYGOSSIP — Bruce Springsteen has teased new music arriving today (29.09.22).
The Boss appears to have confirmed he’s set to release a soul covers album, as recently rumoured.
The 73-year-old Rock God shared a clip of an old fashion radio skipping through his covers of classics such as Tyrone Davis’ ‘If I Could Turn Back The Hands Of Time’ and The Commodores‘ ‘Night Shift’.
Fans will hear the teased music at 10am ET/3pm BST.
The social media post is captioned: “Turn it up tomorrow, September 29th at 10:00 AM ET!”
The teaser comes after Rolling Stone co-founder Jann Wenner claimed Springsteen is gearing up for an autumn launch for his yet-to-be-announced record.
Speaking to Billboard, Jann said: “There’s a new Bruce [Springsteen] record coming out this fall, which is stunning. I’m listening to that.”
Springsteen and the E Street Band are due to embark on a 2023 world tour in February, including headlining American Express presents BST Hyde Park on July 6 and 8.
Meanwhile, earlier this year, Sam Fender let slip that he’s teamed up with Springsteen to record a charity single.

Sam – who has also teamed up with Sting and Mark Knopfler to record the superstar song – said: “Sting occasionally FaceTimes us, weirdly I always end up being in the bath.
“We were in the studio the other day. I did a charity thing with him and Mark Knopfler.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Arctic Monkeys have a new song called ‘Body Paint’ on the way today (29.09.22).
Alex Turner and co premiered the latest single from their new LP ‘The Car’ at a recent New York concert.
The second track from the follow-up to 2018’s ‘Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino’, is BBC Radio 1’s ‘Hottest Record In The World’.
The indie legends shared the lead single ‘There’d Better Be A Mirrorball’ in August.
Meanwhile, it was recently reported that the ‘Do I Wanna Know?’ hitmakers have signed up to headline Glastonbury 2023.
They are said to have already started preparations for the gig, which will be the third time they have joined the festival and 10 years since they last appeared on the festival’s Pyramid Stage.
A source told The Sun: “Alex Turner and the band are coming back to Glastonbury, and this time their set is going to be even bigger and better.
“The lads have signed on the dotted line and will return to the Pyramid Stage next June.
“It is really special for them to be doing a hat-trick on that stage and it is something they have wanted to do for a while.
“After the festival dates lined up with their upcoming tour they said they couldn’t not play there again.
“The band are in the process of putting together their team and are working on making their performance one of Glastonbury’s most memorable.”
The group – which along with frontman Alex, 36, includes guitarist Jamie Cook, 37, bassist Nick O’Malley, also 37, and 36-year-old drummer Matt Helders – have already announced details of their massive UK and Ireland tour next year.
But they left a hole in the dates that coincides with Glastonbury 2023, which will run from June 21 to 25.
Their tour will start in May 2023 and features two huge homecoming shows at Sheffield’s Hillsborough Park.
Support acts for the entire tour are The Hives and The Mysterines.
‘The Car’ is due for release on October 21.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Minogue is reportedly set to debut new music at her first big gigs in three years.
The Australian pop idol is set to headline WorldPride in Sydney on February 24, and the LGBTQ+ ally is said to have some new tunes up her sleeve that she will test out on the crowd.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Kylie was never going to pass on Sydney WorldPride as she knows how much it means to her LGBTQ+ fans. She is planning a spectacular performance with music that no one has heard yet.”
The ‘Spinning Around’ hitmaker is also booked for the New Year’s Eve gala at Atlantis, The Palm, in Dubai.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Kylie had finished work on her 16th studio album.
The ‘I Should Be So Lucky’ hitmaker flew into London from her home in Australia to secretly meet with executives from her label BMG so they could hear the finished tracks and plan the next steps for the record, which is expected to be released next year.
A source said: “Everything is being treated as top secret. Most people at the label didn’t even know she was coming.
“She quietly flew into London to visit bosses at BMG.
“They were really impressed and talks moved on to how they will roll it out.
“Details are being ironed out but the album is scheduled to drop in the first half of 2023.”
BMG boss Alistair Norbury confirmed last month that Kylie would be bringing out the follow-up to 2020’s ‘Disco’ in 2023.
He said: “So next year we’ll start our third album with Kylie, and we only expected to do one. So the roster is building to a size where it is almost self-sustaining. We already know our first Q1 and Q2 releases for next year.”
It is believed the 54-year-old star has teamed up with a number of “exciting” artists for the record, including songwriter Kamille.
A source said in July: “Kylie didn’t get a chance to tour her last album because of COVID restrictions, but she’s thrown herself back into writing music.
“She really loves being in the studio and is spending this summer working on her next record with some really exciting collaborators like [the songwriter] Kamille.
“‘Disco’ proved that she still has what it takes to make a massively successful pop album and people are queuing up to work with her.
“There are major plans in the pipeline and she can’t wait to have another record out and to be back on the road.”
While Kylie is anxious to get back on tour, she wanted to make sure she had new music for her fans first.
The insider added: “It has been more than three years since her ‘Golden’ tour and she is itching to perform.
“But that won’t happen now until this new album is out. It’s going to be well worth the wait.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs is cancer-free.
The former Oasis guitarist confirmed in April that he’d been diagnosed with tonsil cancer – but he’s now revealed via social media that he’s been given the “all clear” by doctors.
Bonehead wrote on Instagram: “Update on my cancer, I had a full scan 10 days ago, and it’s all clear, it’s gone. Thank you so much all of you for the messages I’ve had throughout, you’ve helped me more than you know. Thank you especially to the team @TheChristieNHS, into recovery now and see you all soon x (sic)”
The musician was diagnosed with tonsil cancer earlier this year, and he subsequently shared the news with his fans via Twitter.
He wrote on the micro-blogging platform at the time: “Just to let you all know I’m going to be taking a break from playing for a while.
“I’ve been diagnosed with tonsil cancer, but the good news is it’s treatable and I’ll be starting a course of treatment soon.”
Liam Gallagher, his former Oasis bandmate, quickly took to social media to express his support.
Liam, 50, wrote on Twitter: “Sending BIG love to the 1 n only Bonehead and his family wishing you a speedy recovery we’re all thinking of you rasta you’ll be back on stage bfore you can say r we doing Colombia LG x (sic)”
Andy Bell, another former Oasis star, also sent his best wishes to Bonehead.
He wrote: “Get well soon Bone. (sic)”
Bonehead quit Oasis in 1999, saying he wanted to spend more time with his family.
However, he’s kept working with Liam over the years, including in his band Beady Eye and on other solo projects.
The former Oasis duo performed together at Liam’s sets at Reading and Leeds festivals in 2021, and he was also scheduled to perform at Liam’s return to Knebworth in June.

OHMYGOSSIP — The Arctic Monkeys have reportedly signed to headline Glastonbury 2023.
They are said to have already started preparations for the gig, which will be the third time they have joined the festival and 10 years since they last appeared on the festival’s Pyramid Stage.
A source told The Sun on Monday night (26.09.22): “Alex Turner and the band are coming back to Glastonbury, and this time their set is going to be even bigger and better.
“The lads have signed on the dotted line and will return to the Pyramid Stage next June.
“It is really special for them to be doing a hat-trick on that stage and it is something they have wanted to do for a while.
“After the festival dates lined up with their upcoming tour they said they couldn’t not play there again.
“The band are in the process of putting together their team and are working on making their performance one of Glastonbury’s most memorable.”
The group – which along with frontman Alex, 36, includes guitarist Jamie Cook, 37, bassist Nick O’Malley, also 37, and 36-year-old drummer Matt Helders – last week announced details of their massive new tour of the UK and Ireland.
But they left a hole in the dates that coincides with Glastonbury 2023, which will run from June 21 to 25.
Their tour will start in May 2023 and features two huge homecoming shows at Sheffield’s Hillsborough Park.
Support acts for the entire tour are The Hives and The Mysterines, with the band’s new album ‘The Car’ due for release on October 21, which will feature the single ‘There’d Better Be A Mirrorball’ plus ‘I Ain’t Quite Where I Think I Am’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Billie Eilish will mark the end of her ‘Happier Than Ever’ world tour with a special live stream concert.
On Friday (30.09.22), the ‘Bad Guy’ hitmaker will broadcast a new film – ‘Happier Than Ever, The World Tour’ – on Apple Music Live to as her seven month run on the road officially comes to an end at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia.
The show was actually filmed at London’s O2 Arena earlier this year, during Billie’s six-show residency at the venue.
Alongside a teaser for the new film, she wrote on Instagram: “Happier Than Ever, The World Tour comes to Apple Music Live this week on September 30th!!!!!!!
“Never been so proud of any show as I have been with this whole tour.
“Was so excited with the idea of filming and couldn’t be happier for you all to see it and watch together from all over.”
The movie will air at 7pm PT, which is 3am for fans in the UK.
Meanwhile, Apple Music’s Zane Lowe will have a sit down interview with Billie premiering on Thursday (29.09.22) before the live stream the following night.
In a statement, he said: “This show is such a gift for Billie’s fans around the world who weren’t able to make it out to witness one of the best concerts of 2022, and also the perfect opportunity to revisit the excitement for those who did.”
The announcement comes after the star’s 2021 film ‘Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter To Los Angeles’, which was shot during the pandemic at an empty Hollywood Bowl.
Billie – who collaborates with her producer brother FINNEAS on her music – previously explained she has “no idea” what is to come in terms of her career but doesn’t like the thought of working with many people and joked that her brother is “so annoying” because is a workaholic.
She said: “I have no idea what is to come. That’s what so interesting about thinking about, ‘would you ever do this and that’, because we all as people feel like we’re all going to be the same thing always, forever, and it’s just not realistic.
“I did work with a lot of people for a couple of years, and I just really didn’t enjoy it, honestly. I just don’t. FINNEAS is so annoying. FINNEAS can work any time. The dude doesn’t get a break within himself, he doesn’t need it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Metallica are to play a special concert to pay tribute to the couple who signed them.
The heavy metal outfit will perform at Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on November 6th to honour Megaforce Records founder Jon “Jonny Z” Zazula and his wife Marsha Zazula.
The ‘For Whom the Bell Tolls’ hitmakers said in a statement: “Jonny gave us our first break in New York, released our first albums on his Megaforce Records label, and put us out on the road for our first real tour.
“With Marsha by his side, Jonny was a mentor, a manager, a label head, and a father figure to us all … we would not be where we are today without the two of them.
“Sadly, we recently lost both Jonny and Marsha, just a little more than a year apart.
“We’ll be cooking up a special setlist for you full of songs from our days with Jonny and Marsha at Megaforce.
“Our main touring partner from that time, Raven, will be joining us to add to the celebration and bring back the memories.”
The group – who are made up of James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo – will donate some of the money from the show to MusiCares, a charity that provides a safety net of critical health and welfare services to the music community, in the couple’s names.
Metallica released their first two studio albums, ‘Kill ‘Em All’ in 1983 and ‘Ride The Lightning’ in 1984, with Megaforce Records. But the group later signed a deal with Elektra.
Jonny died of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), a rare neuropathic disorder, in February aged 69, just over a year after Marsha died of cancer in January 2021.
