Selena Gomez hints at retiring from music as she admits she has ‘one more album in me’

OHMYGOSSIP — Selena Gomez has confessed she might only have “one more album in me”.
The ‘Only Murders in the Building’ star has admitted she would choose acting over music if she had to choose as she pondered retiring from the latter art form.
Speaking on the ‘SmartLess’ podcast, she began: “I started having a lot of fun with music and then touring was really fun. But I was doing my TV show at the same time [‘Wizards of Waverly Place’] and I just found it really fun so I just kept going but the older I get, the more I’m kind of like, I would like to find something to just settle on.”
The former child star, 31, suffered burnout early on in her career.
She recalled: “I went to a mental institute and cancelled one of my tours.
“It just got to me because I love working and it distracts me from bad things.”
Suggesting she might quit music after one last record, she continued: “I do feel like I have one more album in me but I would probably choose acting.”
When it was suggested that she could still do both careers, she replied: “You’re right, but I am going to want to chill because I’m tired.”
The Rare Beauty founder admitted she never actually intended to become a singer, until she was packaged as an all-rounder by Disney after she recorded the theme tune for ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’.
She said: “Disney is, it’s safe to say, a machine and, in a way, forcefully requires that I know how to sing so I could sing the theme song [of a show]. They know how to package someone and make it a whole triple-threat thing.
“I wanted to be an actress, I never really intended on being a singer full-time but apparently that hobby turned into something else.
“I don’t think I’m the best singer but I do know how to tell stories and I love being able to make songs.”
To date, Selena has released three solo albums and three records as Selena Gomez and the Scene.

Olivia Rodrigo was ‘blown away’ by Lorde’s 2013 hit Royals

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Rodrigo says hearing Lorde’s ‘Royals’ “changed the trajectory” of her life.
The ‘brutal’ hitmaker, 20, was “blown away” when she heard the 27-year-old New Zealand pop star’s 2013 hit when she was 10 because it was the first time that she heard her life in a song.
During a roundtable for The Hollywood Reporter, Olivia said: “I remember hearing that song on the radio at the time… It was one of those ‘pinch me’ moments where you always remember, a snapshot memory, like, ‘Oh my God, what is this?!’ Changes the trajectory of your life.
“I remember listening to it as I first started writing songs and just being blown away by her lyrics that are just about being a teenager living in the suburbs.
“I just remember never hearing my life be put into a song like that where it just made being young and doing these seemingly unimportant things feel so sacred.”
The pop sensation recently shared how she takes inspiration from “weird” and “embarrassing” moments in her life.
The ‘good 4 u’ singer loved seeing the ‘Priscilla’ film about Elvis’ ex-wife Priscilla Presley and enjoys reading Dolly Alderton’s books as she loves the writer’s take on messy romances.
She told Variety when asked if there was any storytelling she had been impressed by recently: “I saw Sofia Coppola’s ‘Priscilla’, and I can’t stop thinking about it. I think she’s such an incredible storyteller.
“I’ve got Patti Smith’s ‘Year of the Monkey’ on my bedside table, and I’ve read ‘Just Kids’ and ‘Woolgathering’.
“I’ve also been reading a lot of Dolly Alderton lately. She wrote one of my favourite books – ‘Everything I Know About Love’.
“My mantra in life, anytime something weird or embarrassing happens to me, is ‘I’m just collecting stories for the memoir. I’m just here to collect fun memories that I can talk and write about later.’
Olivia also said in the chat she is trying to write a song every day to keep her mental health in check.
She added: “These days, I try to write one song every day. I just feel like myself when I’m writing.
“If I don’t do it, I get depressed. I’m just writing songs to process what’s going on, whether in my personal life or in my perception of the world.”
The Grammy winner – who also cites the likes of Avril Lavigne and Alanis Morissette as influences – added about the writing process for her second album ‘GUTS’: “The experience tested my confidence and patience. It taught me some important lessons about songwriting in terms of focusing on your craft rather than just waiting for inspiration to strike.
“It taught me about the mindset that is most conducive to writing: You can never sit down at the piano and try to write something that everyone will like; that always results in a really bad song.
“It taught me that I write songs that I want to hear.”

Paul Weller admits he lost fans by not being a heritage act

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Weller says he won his fight against being labelled a heritage act.
The former Jam frontman’s career was launched in the ‘Town Called Malice’ group in the seventies and eighties before he went on to form The Style Council following their demise in 1982.
Since 1992, the ‘Changingman’ hitmaker has been a revered solo artist and although some fans expect him to still put Jam and Style Council songs in his setlist, he believes he has “proved himself” as an artist in his own right.
Speaking on his ‘Desperately Seeking Paul’ podcast, he explained: “A few years ago there was a thing where they were talking about heritage acts.
“I am not going down that road, mate – I’m not a heritage act.
“I had to fight that term, my own little fight in a sense to get through all that stuff.
“I probably lost a certain amount of audience along the way in this past ten or so years, the ones that just wanted to hear the Jam stuff.
“But they’ve kind of gone now, I guess they go and see [ex-bandmate] Bruce Foxton’s band or other people – whatever they want to do, whatever makes them happy.
“But it’s been worth it, because I’ve proved myself right. If you just plough through that and follow your programme and what you think it should be, eventually you will get there.
“But it’s easy to get sidetracked by people saying, ‘Maybe you should do this, or you could do that, or make it like the old record’.
“No, just follow your vision, if you’ve still got a vision.”
The Modfather has released 16 solo albums, his most recent, 2021’s ‘Fat Pop (Volume 1)’, reached the top of the Official UK Albums Chart.

Kasabian hint at future collaboration with Sam Fender

OHMYGOSSIP — Kasabian have hinted at a future collaboration with Sam Fender.
The indie band met the ‘Getting Started’ rocker, 29, backstage at TRNSMT festival in Scotland and would love to get into the studio with the Geordie rocker.
Frontman Sergio Pizzorno, 43, told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “We hung out with him [Sam] and it was wild because he’s amazing.
“What he’s done so quickly, he’s the real deal. Him and his guitarist were going, ‘Man, that first album [2004’s self-titled]!’. And I was like, ‘I’m a fan of yours!’”
Asked about collaborating, he added: “One day we hope to figure that out.”
Meanwhile, Sam’s brother Liam previously quipped that the siblings would “make the Gallagher brothers look like Jedward” if they formed a band together.
The North Shields singer/songwriter – who released his debut EP ‘Love Will…’ last summer – admits he and the ‘Seventeen Going Under’ hitmaker are very “stubborn” and would likely bicker at each other like the arch-nemesis brothers, Liam and Noel, whose backstage bust-ups led to the demise of Oasis in 2009.
Liam, 38, told Bizarre in August: “We’ve done little bits and collaborations here and there, but it’s never been in the remit that we would be in a band or anything like that.
“We are both so involved in our own projects we wouldn’t have a moment to think about it.
“We’re too stubborn anyway, artistically there would be a battle for the big ideas.”

Slipknot sued by estate of Joey Jordison for allegedly ‘profiting from his death’

OHMYGOSSIP — Slipknot are being sued by the estate of their late original drummer Joey Jordison for allegedly profiting from his death.
A lawsuit, filed in June, accused the heavy metal group of using his name and personal belongings for Knotsfest – the group’s touring festival – and alleged that they “lined their pockets with profit off of Jordison’s devoted fanbase.”
Jordison was fired from the ‘Snuff’ group in 2013 and passed away in July 2021 at the age of 46.
The suit names frontman Corey Taylor and percussionist Shawn ‘Clown’ Crahan and accuses them of not fulfilling a “written agreement” to give back all Jordison’s items.
It read: “After abruptly kicking Jordison out of Slipknot in 2013, [Corey] Taylor and Crahan expressly promised in a written agreement to return all of Jordison’s belongings in exchange for Jordison’s promise to release certain claims against them.
“The agreement contained a non-exclusive list of broad categories of items that [Taylor and Crahan] represented were in their possession and that they would return to Jordison. [Taylor and Crahan] purported to comply with the agreement by returning certain items to Jordison but, unbeknownst to Jordison, [they] had executed the agreement with no intention of performing their obligations thereunder, and knowingly concealed from Jordison that they possessed numerous other items belonging to Jordison that they never returned to him.”
The document went on to describe the harsh firing of Jordison and alleged that the pair “handsomely profited” from his efforts to make Slipknot a “metal sensation”.
It continued: “The callousness of Jordison’s firing and other mistreatment at the hands of Crahan and Taylor have been widely reported and criticised by fans of the band. Since the 1990s, Jordison had dedicated his life to making Slipknot a metal sensation, from which Crahan and Taylor handsomely profited. It made no sense why Crahan and Taylor would treat Jordison with such disdain, especially in light of Jordison’s declining health.”
The estate also claims the pair made a “blatant lie” about contacting the family to offer their condolences following Jordison’s passing.
The suit added: “Perhaps worst of all, Crahan and Taylor publicly lied to fans that they had contacted Jordison’s family to check on them and express their condolences and love for Jordison in the wake of his passing. This was utterly false, and deeply upsetting for Jordison’s family to read such a blatant lie on the internet. It is clear that Taylor and Crahan did not actually care about Jordison or his family; they cared only about drumming up publicity and sales of the new album.”
Slipknot have denied all the allegations made against them and called for the case to be dismissed.
A statement from their legal representative read: “Defendants generally deny each and every allegation and purported claim set forth in Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint and further deny that Plaintiff is entitled to any relief whatsoever.”

Jack White teases new guitar tune

OHMYGOSSIP — Jack White appears to be teasing new music.
The former White Stripes star took to Instagram to post a clip of guitar music on New Year’s Day (01.01.24), and left fans guessing that it’s a new tune by leaving the caption blank.
The 48-year-old musician released a pair of solo albums, ‘Fear Of The Dawn’ and ‘Entering Heaven Alive’, in 2022.
Jack previously revealed he made more music in lockdown than he had done in the past decade.
He told the Daily Star newspaper’s Wired column in 2022: “It might sound surprising but I’ve done more stuff (recently) than in the last 10 years. What’s great about being shut in for someone like me is I have a studio at home to create music, but also a place to work on furniture and design, and I have Third Man Records to manage and a (vinyl) pressing plant. I’ve got all these activities that require my attention. My dad was also into a lot of different things – repaired radios or worked on carpentry projects. But he never had the time to do everything that he wanted to do. I’ve managed to complete many furniture projects and I also redid my entire workshop.”
The ‘Seven Nation Army’ hitmaker had initially planned a single album, but due to the differing styles, he felt it was best to put out two records.
He explained: “The idea for a long time was to make a single album,” he revealed. “That’s the way these albums were conceived. It didn’t matter which band or name I released it under It was already a thing I was doing with the White Stripes, those albums were very varied for just a duo. (But) this time it didn’t go as planned. The soft, melodic songs didn’t go well with heavier pieces. So I started to split them into two titles. It was better to keep them in their own unique little universe.”

Motley Crue’s new music is sounding mega, according to guitarist John 5

OHMYGOSSIP — Motley Crue’s Nikki Sixx has been “pumping out amazing lyrics and great music”.
New guitarist John 5 – who replaced disgruntled longtime axe-slayer Mick Mars in October 2022 – has been impressed by the calibre of the material the bassist and songwriter has been producing and compared the heavy sound to Motley’s 1981 debut record ‘Too Fast For Love’.
Speaking to Illinois Entertainer magazine, John 5 teased: “We have recorded some songs with [longtime producer] Bob Rock.
“Just the other day, Nikki [Sixx, bassist] called me and he was playing guitar over the phone and he’ll play a riff, and he’ll sing this melody, and it sounded like it could be something off of [Motley Crue’s debut album] ‘Too Fast For Love’. It’s just natural for him to write these songs that I have loved and lots of other people have loved. I think we’re always going to make new music, because, man, this guy is pumping out amazing lyrics and great music. When we all get together, it’s pretty magical.”
The ‘Girls, Girls, Girls’ rockers recorded three songs with studio wizard Bob last year.
Drummer Tommy Lee told Desert Sun in December: “Wait until you hear it. It’s insane. It’s not a full album, but that might be down the road a bit. We’re always writing and doing stuff, so that’s always a possibility down the road. But we just went to the studio not too long ago and recorded three insane tracks and one of them is called ‘Dogs Of War’. We’re just finishing up the video for it. For those jonesing for some new Crue, people are going to bug out. John 5 is playing on it, the guitar work is incredible and it sounds sick.”
As well as ‘Dogs Of War’, they recorded a rendition of the Beastie Boys classic ‘(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party!)’.

David Gray back in studio for ‘massive’ orchestral ‘session’ for upcoming album

OHMYGOSSIP — David Gray has been back in the studio recording a “massive” orchestral “session” for his upcoming album.
The ‘Babylon’ singer, 55, whose last studio record was 2021’s ‘Skellig’, made the announcement to his fans in an Instagram video that showed him standing in a North London recording studio and listening to a strings section from a sound booth.
Referring to a North West London postcode, he said in the clip: “Hello, well, very briefly, I’m here at Air Studios, NW23, 250 yards from my old house, to record the brass, the woodwind and the strings on six songs of the new album.
“So this is a big deal, it’s a massive session.”
The singer/songwriter also captioned the footage: “1. Orchestral manoeuvres.
“Greetings from Air Studios NW3 and a sneak peek behind the scenes at the recent recording session for brass, woodwind and strings.
“It sounded so so good. So much music to come over the next couple of years…..watch this digital space…. .”
David didn’t give any more details about the upcoming LP, and its title is still unknown.
In January 2021, the singer announced his 12th studio album was to be released on 19 February that year.
Titled ‘Skellig’ after the Skellig Islands in County Kerry, Ireland, it featured a title track and a single called ‘Heart and Soul’ and was recorded at musician Edwyn Collins’ Helmsdale studio in Sutherland.
David released his first album in 1993 and shot to global fame five years later when he put out his smash ‘White Ladder’ record.
It became the fifth best-selling album of the 2000s in Britain and ranked as the tenth best-selling album of the 21st century in the UK in 2019.

LeAnn Rimes wants career to be fun

OHMYGOSSIP — LeAnn Rimes is more interested in having “fun” than chart success.
The 41-year-old singer – who began her career when she was just nine years old – would far rather concentrate on satisfying herself creatively and if her efforts do well commercially, that’s a bonus.
She told Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “At this point, it’s more about , ‘What do I want to create? What light me up and what’s fun?’
“If I do something I love and the achievements come along with it, great.
“I couldn’t be more proud of where I’m at as a songwriter, the messages I’m conveying and the mark I’m leaving with my music. I think it’s more powerful than ever.”
The ‘Can’t Fight the Moonlight’ singer – who won a Grammy Award when she was just 14 years old – didn’t realise how “unusual” her childhood was until much later in her life when she was able to contrast it with that of her stepsons, husband Eddie Cibrian’s kids Mason, now 20, and 16-year-old Jake.
She said: “Mine was definitely an unusual childhood but it wasn’t until I got much older that I understood how unusual It was.
“I was homeschooled out of sixth grade and finished high school while I was on the road, so I would do four hours of school a day and a gazillion interviews, and then a show at night.
“It was a lot, but it was normal for me.
“Having my stepsons in my life from when they were two and six and seeing their very normal childhood was the first time I really understood how different I was.”
When she isn’t working, LeAnn leads a very quiet life.
She said: “When I’m off the road, I just love to be home and enjoy life in my sweats.
“We travel and get out into nature a lot, which keeps me grounded. That’s super important.”

Shane MacGowan’s widow in grief therapy

OHMYGOSSIP — Shane MacGowan’s widow is in grief counselling.
The ‘Fairytale of New York’ singer’s long-term partner Victoria Mary Clarke was by his side when he died on 30 November aged 65 after being hit with a series of illnesses including pneumonia that left him hospitalised, and added in her latest Instagram update about how she is coping with his passing she would have been “delighted” to have been shot dead to stop her pain before she sought out therapy.
She told fans alongside a throwback picture of Shane in the Dublin home where he died surrounded by loved ones: “Grief can hit you like a tornado when you are back to normal life and you are not running around doing stuff.
“Yesterday if someone had offered to shoot me I would have been delighted but today I did some grief counselling and I made pasta sauce and the idea of giving up seems mad.
“I think grief can drive people mad but if you let it out if you cry and wail and talk about it you can feel it moving and it brings you back to life (five red heart emojis.)”
Victoria also recently told fans she has comforted herself by going to the church mass Shane “loved”.
She said: “I was feeling really desolate this morning but I was lucky enough to be able to get to Mass in Cuil Aodh home of the famous choir led by Peadar O Riada. It was a transcendent experience to feel the joy and love (red heart emoji) in the church and in the congregation and in the healing voices of the choir.
“Shane always loved to take Holy Communion and he could really get a buzz from it and I definitely found a level of peace that had been feeling out of reach. “Just the sound of the beautiful voices and the incense and the beauty of the Irish language being spoken was glorious and healing.”

Noel Gallagher mocks ‘sea’ of ‘drunk fat birds’ dressed in pink to watch ‘Barbie’

OHMYGOSSIP — Noel Gallagher has started going back to the cinema for the first time in years – and said he bonded with his sons by mocking a “sea” of “drunk fat birds” dressed in pink at a ‘Barbie’ showing.
The ex-Oasis rocker, 56, who confirmed he split from his wife Sara MacDonald, 52, in January, has boys Donovan, 16, and Sonny, 13, with her – as well as his 23-year-old daughter Anaïs from his first marriage to 57-year-old Meg Mathews.
He told his friend Matt Morgan on his podcast about seeing the ‘Barbie’ viewers on a recent trip to the cinema with his boys: “In a real moment with my two sons, we were at the cinema in Portsmouth, and there were a few people hovering for photographs.
“And as we were stood milling round they were kicking out ‘Barbie’, the 7 o’clock showing of Barbie.
“And as this sea of middle-aged women and girls in pink came flooding through the forecourt we just looked at each other and went, ‘Good God’.
“And it was a real bonding moment. And I could see Donovan going, ‘For (God’s) sake’… there was drunk fat birds in pink cowboy hats.”
Noel added about how he also saw ‘Oppenheimer’, but ended up shocked by its sex scenes.
He said: “I saw ‘Oppenheimer’. There was a bit of gratuitous (sex) in it – there was no need for it.
“There were just naked birds. It was like, ‘Oh, Oppenheimer never had sex!’
Noel said he has only recently gone back to the cinema in the wake of his marriage split, as he added the last thing he went to see on the big screen before ‘Barbie’ and ‘Oppenheimer’ was 2013’s ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’.
He added: “The last thing I went to see might have been ‘The Wolf Of Wall Street, because everything that’s on at the cinema is a lot of (rubbish.)”
Noel also said he hated the latest ‘Indiana Jones’ film, and mocked 81-year-old Harrison Ford’s age in the movie.
He added about watching ‘Indian Jones and the Dial Of Destiny’, which came out in June: “Harrison Ford looked as old as Archimedes. (In the film) they find Archimedes and he has a watch on. They time travel and find Harrison has given him his watch.
“I don’t (care) about time travel – it’s the stupidest thing.”

Lewis Capaldi explains new extended version of Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent

OHMYGOSSIP — Lewis Capaldi has released a new extended version of ‘Broken By Desire To be Heavenly Sent’.
The ‘Forget Me’ hitmaker – who has been on a break to focus on his mental health following his Glastonbury performance in June 2023 – announced a new edition of the album, which was first released back in May.
In a lengthy update to fans on X (formerly Twitter), he wrote: “After some back-and-forth about whether or not it was the right thing to do, I’ve decided it would be a shame for these extra five songs, which are so incredibly special to me, to sit on my hard drive, never to see the light of day.
“With that, I’m absolutely over the moon to announce that ‘Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent (Extended Edition)’ will be yours to listen to … on New Year’s Day!”
While he is still taking time “to carry on looking after ‘himself”, the updated collection should tide fans over.
He continued: “For now I’m going to continue taking some time to carry on looking after myself, maybe writing some music and taking a moment to reflect on some of the most incredible years of my life.
“I want to make absolutely sure I’m 100 percent before getting back out there again properly for more shows and doing what I love more than anything!
“These songs mean the world to me and I’d be gutted if I’d not been able to share them.
“Hope this tides you all over until we can get in a room and sing them together some day very soon!”
Elsewhere in the emotional post, the 27-year-old singer confirmed he’s been “working with some incredible professionals” to help him “learn about and cope better” with his Tourette’s and anxiety.
He added: “It’s mind blowing to see the songs on this album still resonating with so many of you despite the fact I’ve not been out there promoting it or touring it, it means the world to me.”

‘Knife and Fork is loading in 2024!’ Skepta to drop first studio album for 5 years

OHMYGOSSIP — Skepta is to release his first new studio album for five years.
The 41-year-old grime rapper – whose last album, ‘Ignorance Is Bliss’, dropped in May 2019 – took to Instagram to reveal his new record, ‘Knife and Fork’, will be released later this year.
He wrote: “It’s been years since I dropped my last album and I want to thank you for all the love during my hiatus. I’ve seen the messages, tweets and Tik Toks, I’m truly grateful that my music is still resonating with the world, even in my absence.
I’m happy to announce my next studio album #KnifeAndFork is loading this year (sic)”
Ahead of Skepta’s album, the first single, ‘Gas Me Up’, will drop on January 26th.
He added: “The first single #GasMeUp (Diligent) will be out January 26th
Can’t wait to see you all @bigsmokefestival happy 2024 (sic)”
Skepta is yet to drop any hints about his music style on his upcoming record, but he is known to be a fan of Swedish pop group ABBA.
The star was recently performing a DJ set at Dear Darling nightclub in London’s Mayfair, when he stunned revellers by dropping ‘Money, Money, Money’ into his set as well as other ABBA hits.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “He was playing some amazing techno house remixes. Then out of nowhere he started playing ABBA songs. He was singing along to the tracks he played and knew all the lyrics to Money, Money, Money.
“Skepta looked totally at home with ABBA and was clearly enjoying it because he was dancing along to them.”

Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain feared he’d never play again

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicko McBrain feared he wouldn’t be able to play drums again after suffering a stroke.
The 71-year-old drummer was hospitalised earlier this year and he admitted his first thought was that he’d be unable to honour his commitments to Iron Maiden’s tour, but worked hard to regain his fitness and stamina.
He told Metal Hammer magazine: “It was very, very difficult.
“When it first happened I thought, ‘This is it, I’m not going to be able to play. I’ve got a tour coming up in three months time.’
“I had a lot of time for reflection in the hospital. My wife was really my bastion of strength and encouragement and she was with me throughout.
“I did a lot of strength exercises, a lot of stetches with weird weights that they have and I got my stamina back.”
Nicko praised his bandmates, particularly bassists Steve Harris, for being so supportive throughout his recovery.
He said: “Throughout all this period of time I was in touch with Steve, obviously all the guys, and I’d have a bit of a chat with them on the phone and they were all very, very encouraging, and none more so than Steve.
“He said, ‘Look the most important thing is that you get well and work on getting yourself together.’ “
The sticksman felt it was important to share with fans what had happened because he hoped to be a positive example.
He explained: “I felt they deserved to know why I wasn’t giving it 100% and that was my primary reason.
“The secondary reason was that if I can help one person as an example of my striving to get better then it’s worth doing, so it was kind of a double-barrelled thing for me to let the fans know and help someone say, ‘Well, if Nick can do it, I can do it. He had 13 weeks of recovery and he’s ended up doing a tour of Europe.’ “

Katy Perry releasing new album in 2024 and planning world tour

OHMYGOSSIP — Katy Perry is set to release her first new album for four years.
The 39-year-old pop superstar has almost finished her seventh studio LP – which will be her first release since 2020’s ‘Smile’ – and the tracks have been described as her “most personal” yet.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Katy has been working on her most personal album ever for much of the past two years.
“She has been doing it on her own terms and it is quite different from anything she has released before.”
Katy also intends to go on a world tour in support of the record, the first time she has been on the road since ‘Witness: The Tour’ which ran from 2017 to 2018.
For the past two years, the ‘Roar’ hitmaker has been performing her ‘Play’ Las Vegas concert residency at the Resorts World Theatre but now she is ready to take her songs around the globe to her fans.
The source added: “But after so long spent on the West Coast of the US, she feels ready to tour again.
“The demand is there because she has so many hits, so taking her show on the road is bound to be a big draw.
“The hope is that she can head out towards the end of 2024, but it is still being worked out.”
Earlier this year, Katy insisted she had been writing new songs but urged fans to be patient to hear them.
Appearing on ‘Good Morning America’, Katy – who has three-year-old daughter called Daisy with her fiancé, actor Orlando Bloom – said: “I haven’t put any new material out since my darling Daisy.
“I think that I’m writing a lot and have written a lot from a place of love, because I’m feeling so much of it – so much unconditional love, that love you never knew existed.
