OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner made mini-versions of every piece of her new clothing collection for her daughter Stormi.
‘The Kardashians’ star has enjoyed huge success with her Kylie Cosmetics beauty brand and now she’s moving into fashion by launching her own Khy line – and her five-year-old little girl was give the chance to try out the clothes herself with specially-made kids versions.
Kylie told Interview magazine: “I told Stormi that Mommy makes clothes now. I have my Khy collection coming out and I made her all mini-versions of all the pieces from our first drop. I like her to be involved in everything that I do, and I’m always doing special things for her.”
Khy launched at the start of November and Kylie insisted she wanted to make the pieces both high fashion and affordable. In a press release, she explained: “Khy is a homage to the limitless possibilities of fashion. We are breaking down barriers and will redefine the meaning of a designer brand, with creativity and quality at a better price.
“I wanted to make Khy a platform for our customers to have the opportunity to experience fashion, through new designers and brands, but at a more accessible price.”
The press release also noted Kylie would be partnering “with designers, iconic brands, and influential cultural figures”, and she has collaborated with Namilia founders Nan Li and Emilia Pfohl to create a variety of products, including coats, tops and faux-leather pants, with prices ranging from $48 to $198.

“My daughter has totally taught me a lot more about myself, and seeing myself in her has changed everything. I’ve had so much growth and am just embracing natural beauty.

Ashley Olsen refuses to shelve The Row’s unpopular designs

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Olsen refuses to shelve The Row’s unpopular designs just because they’re not selling well.
The former child star runs the fashion company with her twin sister Mary-Kate and the brand has become known for its quirky designs and quality pieces and Ashley has admitted they often refuse to give up on designs they love and prefer to keep them in stock until customers pick up on them.
She told the Financial Times: “We’ve been really stubborn about certain products that buyers don’t buy immediately but that we love and offer season after season.”
She added of their ethos: “We love quality make, we love quality fabric … It’s just been what we’ve done since the beginning. We love to learn about what is best-in-class in what we do, and how we can apply it to our business … And people have been attracted to the product and to the approach that we’ve taken.”
The company is doing well and expanding every year since its launch back in 2006, but Ashley is adamant they don’t want to grow the business too fast.
She added: “We’ve grown consistently around 20 to 30 per cent every single year. As much as we have the capacity to grow year over year – whether that means from a resource perspective, a financial perspective, a capacity perspective – we have only made decisions based on what we can handle as a company, as individuals.
“What we’re doing is as sustainable as possible for us. But most of the time we’re saying no to things so we can be more in control. I think if you grow too quickly and feel pressure to push forward, you risk making more mistakes. It’s a family-owned business and we need to do what we feel is right for us. And that’s what we protect.”

Jennifer Lopez wants to look glamorous when she’s asleep

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lopez always wants to look glamorous even when she’s asleep.
The 54-year-old singer/actress has opened up about her beauty regime and has admitted she likes to use a lip mask last thing at night to make sure she still looks good even when her make-up has come off and she’s getting ready for a long snooze.
She told PEOPLE: “There’s nothing like that glossy finish to make you look pulled together. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to look a little glamorous when I climb into bed at night.”
Jennifer uses her own JLo Beauty product Beso Balm Hydrating Lip Mask and she revealed it took her a long time to create the perfect lip balm.
She said: “Everyone has those products they reach for throughout the day. A lip balm is that for me. It really is the product that you throw in your bag, the one that you keep by your nightstand.
“It’s the last thing I use, whether I’ve just washed my face or I’m putting on make-up.”
The star added of her own product: “It’s meant to end my search for the perfect lip balm., so I wasn’t willing to compromise on it. I drove the team crazy, but we finally got it right. It has the perfect buttery texture and a vanilla flan scent that I love.”
Jennifer launched her beauty line two years ago to put her love of skincare into a collection and she previously opened up about her key beauty rules to live by.
She told InStyle magazine: “The truth is, my secret to great skin is what I call the five S’s: sleep, sunscreen, serums, supplements, and living a healthy, sane life, which in Spanish is called sana.
“When I started delving more into skin care, I learned that inflammation is what causes aging. You need to attack the inflammation with a great topical and a hydrating routine. It was important for my line to have a supplement, serum, cleanser, sunscreen, and night cream.
“Our sunscreen, which you should apply every single day, has SPF 30 in it and can be used as a moisturizer. For the collection, we landed on a total of eight products that address plumpness, tightness, and luminosity to achieve that JLo glow.”

Camila Mendes always take a brow brush with her to ‘tame the beast’

OHMYGOSSIP — Camila Mendes never leaves the house without her trusty brow brush to “tame the beast”.
The ‘Riverdale’ star, 29, has revealed the key items she takes with her everywhere she goes, including the tool to keep her eyebrows looking “fluffy” and some concealer for “blemishes”.
Asked what she keeps in her bag, she told InStyle: “A couple of things! Eye drops. I always have to have them on me. I guess I have dry eyes. I got laser eye surgery once, so my eyes are extra dry. A brow brush — just because I want to keep them fluffy! They’re pretty long and curly. I have to tame the beast that is my brows! And then lastly, Armani Beauty Luminous Silk concealer. I genuinely need to have that on me at all times for just a quick little touch-up on the eyes and any blemishes I may have.”
The ‘Do Revenge’ star also revealed her go-to makeup routine for a night out.
She shared: “I’m usually always in a rush to get ready, but I can’t have a night out without doing a base. I’ll do my foundation and concealer — both Luminous Silk — and then some powder to absorb any oil. I’ll add a wash of definition on the cheeks, but often skip blush because I know I will get a flush, and that will shine through. For the eyes, I’ll do a very neutral nude eyeshadow, curl my lashes, and then do really light mascara, just to get a little bit of something. And then, finally, I’ll just dab on some nude Lip Power lipstick — my favourite used to be [beige rose] 109, but recently, I’ve become obsessed with [soft beige] 107.”

Stella McCartney and Veuve Clicquot turn grape waste into vegan goods

OHMYGOSSIP — Stella McCartney and Veuve Clicquot have teamed up to turn grape waste from champagne into vegan designer goods.
The leftover grape stems have been used to make VEGEA, which is made up of 80 per cent “vegetal, renewable and recycled raw elements” and is sustainable. The fruit was grown at Veuve Clicquot’s famous vineyard.
Stella McCartney herself said in a statement on her website: “I am so thrilled to be part of this first-of-its-kind partnership between a fashion house and a champagne Maison – connected by our shared passions for sustainability, craftsmanship and innovation. This collaboration is the perfect blend of my cruelty-free vision with Veuve Clicquot’s incredible natural ingredients, using waste to circularly create a luxurious alternative to animal leather that can be easily scaled and change the industry. You truly cannot tell the difference; this is a better way.”
Recently, the luxury label teamed up with biological recycling firm Protein Evolution, Inc. to turn unwanted polyester and nylon into “good-as-new” products.
PEI uses enzyme-based technology to recycle synthetic fabrics and plastic while reducing its carbon footprint.
She commented: “The dreadful amount of fast fashion manufactured that ends up in landfills is absolutely astonishing, both in terms of the natural resources consumed and the sheer amount squandered. Circular and regenerative solutions provide an upbeat view of the future of fashion, and we must take action now to safeguard our world for future generations.”
And last year, Stella launched the first luxury bag made from mushroom leather.
Meanwhile, Stella recently admitted she found it “shocking” that she had to pay more tax sending non-leather goods to America than she would if she sent real leather.
The fashion designer and animal rights and sustainability activist urged President Joe Biden to change the way the country taxes goods and called for the fashion industry to be “policed” like other industries.
She told Vogue: “We’re not a policed industry.
“We’re not subsidised in a positive way. I get taxed on my non-leather goods going into America sometimes over double that of goods that are made up of animal leather—I take that into my margin, I don’t put that onto my customer. If I put pig leather onto that exact same product, the amount of tax can reduce significantly. To me that is shocking; I’ve spoken to people like Biden at the G7 and John Kerry [about it]. These are the kinds of things we have to change. We have to set in place penalties in our industry—the automotive industry has it; the airline industry has it.”

Karlie Kloss doesn’t have time for a lengthy beauty routine since becoming a mom

OHMYGOSSIP — Karlie Kloss has simplified her beauty and fitness routines since becoming a mom.
The 31-year-old model – who has sons Levi, two, and Elijah, 4 months, with husband Joshua Kushner – has had to minimise everything to fit it in with her hectic family life.
She told People: “It’s not a 45-minute beauty routine anymore. I don’t have time for that. It’s like, what are the small things with two minutes, four minutes that I can do?”
Of her exercise regime, she said: “My philosophy has gotten to be much more about strength.
So I do light weights and body weight exercises. I do so many at-home workouts now.”
Karlie no longer has a restrictive diet and instead focuses on fuelling her body with the right nutrients to give her energy.
She added: “It’s this funny thing.
“It’s like, until you experience it you don’t understand how much it really does change your life, and it changed my own relationship with my body. I think now I do what I can to just rest, recover, and eat what’s going to fuel my body.
“There’s so much more intention to what’s restorative, as opposed to any type of extreme restriction.”
Karlie previously admitted she likes to opt for natural make-up because she’s been a “blank canvas” for artists to create bold looks for many years.
She told The Wall Street Journal newspaper: “It’s more on the simple side. I guess it’s because, my 15 years working as a model, I’ve always been the blank canvas for the artists to create these looks. I’ve always been so much more focused on taking care of myself from the inside out. At night, my routine is cleansing, toning, using a serum and then a cream and an under-the-eye cream.
“In the morning … I slap on a serum and a light cream. I [like] a light concealer, I like to fill in the brow with an eyebrow pencil. Maybe a little bit of cream blush and a lip liner and then that’s it.”

Sofia Vergara shares her beauty rules

OHMYGOSSIP — Sofia Vergara has two strict beauty rules she never breaks.
The ‘Modern Family’ star has revealed she always washes her make-up off before bed and makes sure she keeps her face out of the sun at all times – even if it means her face and body end up looking totally different.
She told Glamour magazine: “There’s a million [rules] I’m obsessed with. I always wash my face after going to bed. I try to avoid the sun on my face no matter what. I go on vacations and I’m not that diligent, to be honest with you, with the body because it’s nice to feel a little sun, a little tan. But the face — it’s funny, because my body’s always so much darker than my face. My face is like a ghost. It doesn’t even match my body.”
Sofia has launched her own sun care line called Toty to help others include an SPF in their daily skincare and make-up routine, and the actress says she wishes she’d taken better care of her skin when she was younger.
She added: “It’s [launching the brand] been something that I wanted to do for a long time. In the ’90s, when I started realising that sunblock was so important for your face for aging. I did a lot of damage to myself with the sun because living in South America, in Colombia, we don’t even have seasons. It’s all year long sun.”
Sofia went on to reveal her other must-have beauty product aside from sunscreen – Shu Uemura’s haircare line.
She explained: “I love Shu Uemura shampoos. They have changed my hair. I have to do a lot of things to it while I’m working. Sometimes they curl your hair, straighten your hair, pull your hair, colour your hair. I’ve been using it for a year now and it’s really good.”

Ariana Grande ‘can’t believe’ old trends she followed

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande “can’t believe” some of the beauty trends she used to “enjoy”.
The Thank U, Next’ singer believes it is a “beautiful thing” that she’s been able to change her style and experiment with her appearance over the years but these days she would never even consider some of the looks she adopted in the past.
She told Bustle: “My make-up look has changed with me over the course of my life, but I feel like we are supposed to grow and try new things as we evolve.
“Sometimes I look back and I really can’t believe the beauty trends I used to enjoy — but I know that it is the most beautiful thing to not stay the same and to be able to learn new things and grow.
“We are all constantly learning and growing, so I know I’m not alone. To me, beauty should be about whatever feels most authentic and beautiful to you.”
Ariana dyed her hair blonde a year ago for her role in ‘Wicked’ and admitted the colour change also made her overhaul her signature make-up look.
She said: “Since I’ve been blonde, and actually in the months leading up to blonde, I started experimenting more with different contouring and highlighting techniques than when I had my dark hair and brows, and definitely more subtle, natural eye looks.
“I’ve also started getting into iridescent products.”
The 30-year-old star has learned the importance of looking after her skin, particularly after spending so much time in heavy make-up while filming or on stage.
She said: “The most important thing I have learned from both touring and from being on so many long, consecutive days on set over the years is to protect your skin. When you’re wearing make-up over long periods of time, if you’re not using the right products for your skin, it can really take a toll.
“I used to have really frequent breakouts when I was younger, working every day on set and using the wrong products.
“Making sure you have effective skin care ingredients in both your skin care and make-up routines is key to keeping your skin bright and healthy.”

‘Like working with a really good friend’: Kaia Gerber loves jobs with mom Cindy Crawford

OHMYGOSSIP — Kaia Gerber feels like she’s working with a “really good friend” when she gets booked alongside her mom Cindy Crawford.
The 22-year-old model always has fun if she’s shooting with the catwalk veteran and doesn’t think too much about their familial relationship.
Speaking to People magazine at the Planet Omega exhibition in New York City, she said: “We got the giggles so bad on the red carpet just now.
“So it feels more like I get to work with just a really good friend.”
She then added to her mom: “But, maybe I would complain a little bit more to you than I would to another person, but I wouldn’t say anything different than that.”
However, Cindy, 57, was quick to stress that the pair are always “professional”, though she too doesn’t think about the fact Kaia is her daughter when they’re working.
She added: “But I think when we work together, it’s really no different than if I was working with another professional. I feel like when I’m at work with you, it’s not like, ‘Oh, I am with my daughter. She’s also Kaia and she has her own place in the world.'”
The pair love hanging out together, but Kaia admitted her mom can still embarrass her at times.
She said: “I do feel like we’ve established a really strong bond and friendship outside of just a mother-daughter dynamic, which has been so fun for me over the last few years.”
Cindy interrupted: “We went to Burning Man together. We just did a retreat together… We both love reading. Theatre…”
Kaia said: “Yeah, it’s a lot of like talking about what books we’re reading, sharing podcasts…
“She is a cool mom and she still embarrasses me constantly.
“But it’s good! It brings me back down to earth… I probably embarrass her constantly as well.”
Meanwhile, Kaia admitted she doesn’t want to recreate any of Cindy’s “iconic” looks such as her 1991 red Versace gown she wore to the Oscars or her 1992 Pepsi commercial outfit.
She said: “It’s like some things are just so good you don’t even want to touch them. And I think some of those moments I’m just like, ‘Leave them there,’ you know?”

Bonnie Tyler has cut down on Botox injections after eyebrow issues

OHMYGOSSIP — Bonnie Tyler has cut down on Botox.
The ‘Holding Out for a Hero’’ hitmaker has decided to ease up on the treatment as she was left unimpressed with the impact that her latest set of injections had on her eyebrows.
Bonnie, 72, told OK! magazine: “I still have Botox. I used to have it in my crow’s feet. But last time my eyebrows lifted too much, so I won’t be having it in my forehead anymore, just my crow’s feet. I didn’t like it.
“I don’t have anything else done – I don’t think I need it.”
The Welsh singer is marking 40 years since the release of her iconic hit ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart’ and is performing 29 gigs on a European tour in celebration – although she has been forced to halt it for the time being to have a knee operation.
Bonnie explained: “The tour has been awesome so far, but I have to have keyhole surgery on my knee. It’s from an old skiing accident.
“I damaged the meniscus and there are some small fragments of bone that will have to be cleaned out. But I’m told I could be up and rocking again in three weeks. It’s not a big operation, I’ll be on tour very, very soon.”
The husky-voiced star also revealed that she was hit hard by the death of her musical hero Tina Turner earlier this year.
Bonnie said: “It really hit me. When I mentioned her on stage recently, I was in tears. I was so inspired by Tina Turner. She gave more than 100 per cent to her performances – what an artist! There will never be another girl like that. I was devastated to hear of her passing.”

Christine Lampard couldn’t cope without mascara

OHMYGOSSIP — Christine Lampard loves “the power of mascara”.
The ‘Loose Women’ presenter has explained that she would take the cosmetic staple as her luxury item if she ever went on the ITV reality show ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’ as she looks “half asleep” if she has not applied the beauty staple.
Christine told OK! magazine: “It’s just the power of mascara for me. I look like I’m still asleep if I haven’t got it on, so I could get by with just that. If I had to go into the ‘I’m A Celeb’ jungle, and I had one thing I could bring with me, it would be mascara.”
The 44-year-old broadcaster revealed that she struggles “not to be lazy” when it comes to skincare and often just puts a towel on her pillowcase to prevent any makeup smears.
Christine said: “I definitely now try not to be lazy with skincare. I’m still slightly lazy, but I do always aim for the whole cleansing thing. There have been quite a few nights where a towel goes over my pillowcase. I’m still that person, but generally I do give my face a good wash and then I use a good moisturiser.
“If I’m really lazy, or I’ve had one too many glasses of wine, that might not even happen, but I tend to try and save myself having to wash the pillowcase.”
The brunette beauty revealed that her children Patricia, five, and Freddie, two – who she has with her former footballer husband Frank Lampard – are “obsessed” with her beauty regime.
Christine said: “She’s utterly obsessed with my makeup bag, as is my boy.
“He just thinks it’s all great fun – another version of colouring in. My little girl will say, ‘Mummy, can I try your lipstick?’ And if she’s a little bit dressed up, and if we’re going out for lunch, say, for Sunday lunch, she’ll ask for eyeshadow. I’ll sort of touch her with my brush so she thinks it’s on.”

Vintage Chanel evening coat sells for 312,000 euros at Paris auction

OHMYGOSSIP — A vintage Chanel evening coat sold for 312,000 euros at auction in France.
All 252 lots of socialite Mouna Ayoub’s vast collection from the luxury fashion house sold at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris on Monday (20.11.23) night and netted 1.5 million euros.
The star lot – an evening coat by the late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld embroidered by Lesage to resemble the Coromandel screens treasured by founder Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel – fetched 312,000 euros, according to a spokeswoman for the sale.
Ayoub explained that she only wore the coat – from Chanel’s fall 1996 haute couture collection – once when she attended an opera at La Scala in Milan.
Other items of clothing on offer included dresses, suits, shoes jewellery, belts and a wig with an ankle-length ponytail that was once worn on the runway by the model Shalom Harlow.
Ayoub explained last week that she had decided to sell her Chanel items because they no longer fit her.
She told WWD: “I really want to give the young generation that didn’t know Karl and didn’t have the chance to own any haute couture pieces by Karl to own them and wear them and love them like I did.”
Ayoub took excellent care of her Chanel collection and all were stored in museum-calibre storage conditions.
She is planning to donate part of the proceeds from the auction to Fondation des Femmes, an organisation that champions women’s rights and freedom while standing up to violence against females.

Brigitte Nielsen speaks out on ageing and jokes she ‘won’t leave home’ without Botox

OHMYGOSSIP — Brigitte Nielsen has quipped that she doesn’t “leave home without” Botox.
The Danish actress and model turned 60 in July, and she has no qualms about her appearance and ageing.
She laughed in an interview with PEOPLE magazine: “It’s like that American Express commercial from the ’80s — I don’t leave home without it!”
The ‘Rocky’ and ‘Creed’ star has never felt more confident about her appearance than she does now.
She said: “I’m just really comfortable in my own skin, which I wasn’t for a long time.
“It’s nice to be 60 and feel quite pleased with what you look like.”
And Brigitte doesn’t feel the need to look younger than she is for her husband Mattia Dessi, 45, though she might get some work done if she’s not happy with how she looks in the future.
She explained: “70 is a serious number for women.
“For one, it sounds really old. And I’ve seen the difference in women between 60 and 70. Let’s be honest, that’s when the gravity really starts pulling things down.”
She insists there are bigger issues in life than being obsessed with how she looks.
The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star added: “My attitude on that one is I take it one day at a time.
“I can’t always be worrying about my looks. I want to live life fully every day. And if I’m totally miserable with the way I look at 70, I’ll do something about it.”
Brigitte started leading a healthier lifestyle in 2022, and she wants to continue to be fit enough and hopefully live into her 80s to be around for the couple’s five-year-old daughter Frida.
The mother-of-five- who also has four grownup sons from previous relationships – said: “Last year I decided I really wanted to get into shape.
“I lost some weight, weight I’d been wanting to lose for quite some time, and I started a really good, healthy diet. I also got back with my swimming. I bicycle everywhere and go for runs alongside the promenade in the fresh air.
“I’d love to live healthily into my 80s, so Frida’s into her 20s.”

Cardi B hits back after she’s accused of claiming her figure is down to working out alone

OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B has hit back after a social media user accused her of claiming to have gotten her enviable figure by going to the gym when she’s had liposuction.
The ‘WAP’ hitmaker has been open about the cosmetic procedures she has undergone and insisted she has to work out to lose the visceral fat because going under the knife won’t fix it.
She responded on X: “How vocal have I been about my procedures??? The thing is I don’t gain weight much so I’m trying to gain MUSCLE cuz it’s hard for me to maintain fat…also there’s this thing called visceral fat…It’s fat that grows under the muscle and you can’t lipo it only thing you can do is work it out! THATS WHY YOU SEE POUCHES ON LIPO GIRLS. YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN IT! (sic)”
Cardi recently declared that she is proud to be a “hot mom” with a “more voluptuous” body since pregnancy.
The 31-year-old rapper – who has daughter Kulture, five, and son Wave, two, with her fellow rapper husband Offset – thinks her figure is even sexier since she had kids and believes pregnancy has turned her into a “real woman”.
Speaking to ELLE.com, she said: “Besides the fact that my body is a little bit more voluptuous now, I just feel like I have turned into a real woman. I’m not a kid anymore – when it comes to my body, when it comes to my mentality, when it comes to how I move. Sometimes it’s crazy when I’m like, ‘Wow, I’m a mom.’ But I’m a cool mom. I’m a hot mom… You know that song that be like ‘Stacy’s mom / You got it going on.’? It’s like, wow, I’m really Stacy’s mom.”
The ‘Bongos’ hitmaker has worked hard in the gym and had liposuction to get back into shape following her two births, and knows she looks great and she won’t let any troll posting on her Instagram bring her down.
She said: “Listen, you gotta love yourself because one thing I know from being on display for millions of people is that somebody is always going to find a flaw.
“I have done lipo. I have worked out. And if I feel like I look my best, for some reason, somebody will always find a flaw. That goes to show that you cannot please anybody, you gotta please yourself… Like, nobody can convince me that I don’t look good.”

Kelly Brook: ‘The less I do to my skin, the better it looks’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Brook says less is more when it comes to skincare.
The 43-year-old model has found that when she does the bare minimum she has clearer, glowing skin.
She told OK! Magazine: “The less I do to my skin, the better it looks.
“I use a basic Dermalogica cleanser and an SPF in the morning. I do like a face massage, and going for loads at one point. I go through spurts of doing a lot of things and then nothing, and I’m having a break from it all at the minute. As we go further into winter I’ll start doing a few brightening vitamin C masks and those LED masks.”
Kelly believes packing in the goodness from her healthy breakfast helps keep her skin flawless.
She continued: “Ageing doesn’t worry me.
“I’m all about beauty from within, so I make sure I have bio yogurt, Manuka honey and my antioxidants from berries in the morning. I’m also obsessed with the healthy granola from Gail’s.”
However, the brunette beauty – who is married to 37-year-old hunk Jeremy Parisi – admits she does snack a lot throughout the day.
She added: “I try to pack in as much goodness in the morning as I can get, but then as the day kind of progresses I fall off the wagon a little bit with snacks. My husband’s diet is very French. He starts his day with around three croissants, which he dips in his cappuccino with sugar. He looks amazing, but if I did that I’d just have a full face of acne.”

Kim Kardashian slammed by Greenpeace for making light of climate crisis with ‘nipple bra’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian has been criticised by Greenpeace for making light of the climate crisis to promote her “nipple bra”.
The SKIMS founder, 43, has come under fire from the environmental charity for using climate change as a “punchline” in the promotion of her new lingerie item.
In a promotional clip, Kim said: “The sea levels are rising. The ice sheets are shrinking.
“I’m not a scientist, but I do believe everyone can use their skill set to do their part.
“That’s why I’m introducing a brand new bra with a built in nipple, so no matter how hot it is, you’ll always look cold.”
SKIMS says it is donating 10 per cent of the proceeds from sales of the bra to 1% For The Planet, an international organisation whose members contribute at least one per cent of their annual revenue to eco-friendly causes.
However, Kim has infuriated Greenpeace by poking fun at the issue.
Taking to Instagram in a post titled ‘Greenwashing explained – climate activists vs Kim Kardashian’, they said: “We need more climate conversations in the mainstream.
“But using melting glaciers and rising sea levels as a punchline to improve your profit margins makes a mockery of an issue that is devastating millions of lives.
“We desperately need global icons like Kim Kardashian to champion the fight against climate change.
“Sadly that isn’t what’s happening here.”
Greenpeace described the SKIMS advert as an “obvious case of greenwashing” and alleged that the product is marketed to appear more environmentally friendly than it actually is.
