OHMYGOSSIP — The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will take place in Shanghai, China this year.
It has been revealed that the annual runway show – which will feature around 50 models clad in the brand’s new lingerie collection – will take place in the metropolitan city in November 2017.
A post on the brand’s official Twitter account reads: “Ni hao, China! This year’s #VSFashionShow is headed to Shanghai. Watch it Nov 28, 10/9C on @CBS. (sic)”

Cindy Crawford has pole dancing classes to keep fit

OHMYGOSSIP — Cindy Crawford undertakes pole dancing classes to stay in shape.
The 51-year-old supermodel has admitted she attends S Factor exotic dance sessions with her friends to help her maintain her toned physique, but the fashion icon never feels “embarrassed” swinging around a pole because the room is “really dark” and she is usually with her pals.
Speaking about her fitness routine, the brunette beauty said: “S Factor pole-dancing class in L.A. is so much fun to do with a group of friends. They keep it really dark, so it’s almost impossible to feel embarrassed.”
The star has also revealed she also works out on a “tiny trampoline”, and finds that keeping fit and feeling “strong” has a “huge impact” on her mentality.
She said: “Just knowing I’m strong has a huge impact on my mental health.”
However, Cindy – who has 15-year-old daughter Kaia and 18-year-old son Presley with her husband Rande Gerber – has admitted she struggles to motivate herself to exercise.
She said: “I never wake up thinking, ‘Gee, I really want to work out today.’ When I was modelling, I made myself do it so I could look good in a swimsuit.”
Although Cindy lives a healthy lifestyle, she has admitted she will treat herself to a piece of dark chocolate “every night” to satisfy her sweet tooth.
She said: “I definitely need a piece of dark chocolate after dinner every night. If I don’t have it, I could eat a hundred other things and still not be satisfied. I try to be 80 per cent good 80 per cent of the time.”
And when Cindy works out she will often use the time effectively and will carry out a hair treatment at the same time.
Speaking about her multitasking method, she explained: “If I know I want to shampoo later in the day, I’ll leave on a hair mask while I work out. The body heat from doing cardio helps it penetrate even better.”
Meanwhile, the style muse relies on dry brushing her body to help “reinvigorate” her skin and keep her looking young, which is followed by a thorough moisturising session.
She told InStyle magazine: “Why bother moisturising if you don’t get off the dead skin first?”

Nina Dobrev goes out in public wearing ‘zit cream’

OHMYGOSSIP — Nina Dobrev has no shame in walking around in public wearing “zit cream”.
The 28-year-old actress is an advocate of natural beauty and has admitted she consciously avoids wearing cosmetic products on a “daily basis”, and she will often walk out the house wearing a lotion to help reduce the size of her pimples.
Speaking to Ocean Drive magazine, the brunette beauty said: “I don’t wear make-up on a daily basis. I try to reflect that on my social media, too. When I do Instagram stories, I’m not all dolled up and glamorous, it’s a peek into my day-to-day life, which is kind of normal and average.
“I get pimples and zits all the time and I deal with them just like anybody else, with zit cream. Sometimes I walk out of the house with the zit cream and forget about it.”
And the star has admitted her tiredness will often show on her face in the form of “dark circles” under her eyes, which she constantly tries to conceal.
She explained: “I’m very busy and on the go and I don’t sleep that much. I have terrible dark circles under my eyes as a result of that, so I’m constantly aware of covering up my dark circles and trying to look like I’ve slept 10 hours when I’ve only slept 3.”
Although the ‘The Vampire Diaries’ star has admitted she does feel “insecure” at times, she thinks that uneasy feeling is “completely normal”.
She explained: “And that’s just life, it’s unpredictable and awkward and we all feel insecure all the time but that’s completely normal and okay and everybody has good days and bad days. It’s especially important now to show young girls that and to make them aware that they are perfect exactly the way they are.
“I think everyone is always self-conscious, whether you’re in front of the camera or not.”
“The online world can be beautiful but also vicious, and it’s very much like high school in the real world.”
Nina – who was announced as an ambassador for Reebok earlier this year – has admitted she would “never” starve herself to boast a slender frame, and it wasn’t until recently she realised if you eat more your metabolism increases.
She added: “Everyone always loves to look their best, so of course I was always aware of it, but I think it comes down to education. I didn’t learn until later in life that the more you eat, the more your metabolism works at a healthy rate and you’ll actually lose weight and be more toned if you keep it on a consistent schedule. I would never starve myself then but I would definitely choose different things and eat smaller portions.”

Kim Kardashian West reveals tips to removing make-up stains

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West relies on shaving cream to get rid of make-up stains on her clothes.
The 36-year-old reality star thinks there is “nothing worse” than applying cosmetic products only to realise it has wiped off onto her outfit, but the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star has revealed she swears by a dab of shaving cream and a drop of alcohol to get rid of the mark.
Speaking about her secret life hacks on her website kimkardashianwest.com, the raven-haired beauty – who has four-year-old daughter North and 20-month-old son Saint with her rapper husband Kanye West – said: “There’s nothing worse than being fully ready and realizing you have foundation on your clothes.
“To get rid of makeup stains, shaving cream often does the trick. Just apply to the stain and then lightly wet or wash. If the stain still won’t come out, you can also use a drop of rubbing alcohol mixed with the shaving cream. The stain should lift out easily.”
And the television personality has revealed she will often rub a “clean pair” of nylon stockings over a white deodorant mark to make it disappear, or she will use her go-to beauty product, a beauty blender, to wipe away the remnants of the anti-perspirant.
She explained: “Rubbing a clean pair of nylon stockings on a white deodorant stain will help it disappear. I’ve also heard that a sponge, Beauty Blender or even a dryer sheet will work.”
Meanwhile, the beauty muse – who launched her eponymous cosmetics range KKW Beauty earlier this year – has revealed her “daily glam routine” takes two hours to perfect.
Speaking previously about the daily process, she said: “I thought you guys might like a little peek into my daily glam routine.
“I do make-up and hair for about two hours every day! It’s actually a great time for me to catch up on work emails, take some calls and see what you guys are up to on social media.”

Nicole Scherzinger opens up about her body battle

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Scherzinger was “always very critical” of her body when she was younger.
The 39-year-old singer has admitted she is “more accepting” of her appearance as she has matured, but when she was a teenager she would go for long runs in the evening because she felt insecure about her body shape and wanted to be “thinner”.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan magazine, the brunette beauty said: “I’m more accepting of my body now. I was always very critical of myself from a young age, and when I was 14, I started running. I would go outside in the middle of the night and run, because I thought I had to be thinner and that my thighs should look a certain way.”
And The Pussycat Dolls band member has revealed when she entered into the girl group, which was also comprised of Kimberly Wyatt, Ashley Roberts, Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton, her insecurities “amplified” because she constantly had to flaunt her body in skimpy costumes.
She explained: “When I got The Pussycat Dolls, it really amplified that because it had so much to do with showing your body off.”
However, the ‘Buttons’ hitmaker has learned to “embrace and accept” her appearance and not to be “so hard” on herself because it was “very imprisoning” for her.
She said: “But you should embrace and accept yourself more. Don’t be so hard on yourself, and love your curves.
“It was very imprisoning and it stole all of my happiness, confidence and memories.
“A big part of that was during The Pussycat Dolls. I have a lot of fans and I never wanted to come out about it, because I was ashamed. But once I finally did come out about it, I realised how many people it had helped.
“Every woman has good and bad days.”
Although Nicole has admitted she will have cheat days and will indulge in sweet treats, she relies on an intense work out session to stay “focused and positive”.
The ‘Moana’ actress added: “Mrs O [Sharon Osborne] and I were joking the other day that sometimes we wake up in a puddle of cookies and crisps! But what really helps me is working out. Even if it’s not for very long, [I love] to get a sweat on to keep me focused and positive.”

The 22-year-old supermodel has confirmed she has been hand-picked to star in the lingerie giant’s upcoming catwalk showcase, which is believed to take place in Shanghai later this year.
And the blonde-haired beauty has admitted it is “forever and ever and ever a dream come true” to be asked to return to represent the brand in their annual fashion extravaganza.
Alongside a video of the fashion muse – who is dating Zayn Malik – sporting a pair of black angel wings, over the knee lace boots, and a skimpy underwear set, which she adorned for last year’s fashion show and was shared on her Instagram account, she wrote: “Forever and ever and ever a dream come true to be asked back to the VS Show !!! (sic).”
And the star has thanked the senior creative at Victoria’s Secret, Edward Razek, casting director John Pfeiffer and executive producer Monica Mitro for giving her “another unforgettable opportunity” to strut down the runway in the highly coveted garments for the label because it makes her feel like a “dreaming kid again”.
She added: “Thank you my friends @ed_razek@10magazine @johndavidpfeiffer@monica.mitro for another unforgettable opportunity; every aspect makes me feel like a dreaming kid again (as shown here at last year’s fitting, by @jeromeduran)! @victoriassecret#VSFS2017 (sic).”
And Gigi will be accompanied by her younger sibling Bella on the catwalk, as well as Victoria’s Secret Angels Alessandra Ambrosio, Candica Swanepoel and Adriana Lima.
Gigi’s 20-year-old sister shared the exciting news of her upcoming venture on her photo-sharing site over the weekend.

I feel so crazy humbled to get the opportunity to be a part of this show again…Walking into the offices this year i felt so happy, healthy, and honored.. Secret Spa wow customers with home pampering treatments

OHMYGOSSIP — Celebrities such as Mariah Carey, Khloe Kardashian and Lady Gaga skip the spa in favour of home treatments, and it’s easy to see why.
With modern busy lifestyles making it tricky to set aside some “me time” in order to visit a salon – especially during a working day – it’s so much more convenient to have a therapist set up in your house at a time convenient to you.
Secret Spa offers such a service, and can fit you in for a massage seven days a week, as late as 10pm, whether you’re in need of some group pampering on a girls’ night in, or a de-stressing soothing massage.
The appointments are easy to arrange via the website, and Charlotte, my therapist, was early, friendly and very efficient setting up in the lounge. After a few minutes on the table, it was easy to forget it was 8.30pm, there was traffic going by and I was in the very place where I’m usually slumped in front of Netflix at that sort of time. The full body Swedish massage was done to the perfect pressure – Charlotte checked as she started and happily adjusted it to suit my preference and it would have been all too easy to drift off to sleep, thanks to the lovely scent of the oil and the soothing music she played in the background.
Once my hour was up I was relaxed enough to want to go to bed, and started to pull myself round while Charlotte discretely packed up her kit. Unlike visiting a spa, once I’d said goodbye to her, I didn’t have to disturb my calm and relaxed vibe with a traffic-filled, busy journey home – I could just go next door to the bedroom and get into my PJs. Perfect.

Kylie Jenner thinks she has changed the beauty industry

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner thinks “everyone has teal hair” because of her.
The 20-year-old television personality is known for donning an array of different coloured wigs, from candy pink, to bright blue and blonde, and the reality star believes by experimenting with her hair style she has encouraged “weave stores” to expand their options and has inspired her fans to change their aesthetic too.
The ‘Life of Kylie’ star – who recently launched her own ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ spin off show on E! – told V magazine: “All I know is that when I go into weave stores, they have colours that I’ve worn, which is cool.
“Back then, I dyed my hair blue and teal and other colours. I would do meet and greets and every other girl — even guys — had teal hair. They’d be like, ‘I did this because of you! Everyone has teal hair now!'”
And the Kylie Cosmetics founder has admitted when she alternates her wig or hair colour she is given a new boost of confidence.
When asked about the reason for her regular beauty makeovers, she said: “[It] gives me a different confidence.”
Kylie – who is the youngest in the Kardashian/ Jenner gang – was thrust in the limelight when she appeared on the family reality show at the age of nine years old, and the star has admitted being followed by camera has become “normal” to her.
She explained: “I don’t know what it’s like to not be in the spotlight. That’s normal to me. There’s nothing you can do about it. There are so many great things about life, I’m just trying to focus on that.”
And Kylie has had a busy year so far, as she has continued to expand her Kylie Cosmetics range, and has recently added a new Bright Collection with her eponymous brand the Kylie Shop.

Miranda Kerr reveals her diet secrets

OHMYGOSSIP — Miranda Kerr’s “favourite thing” to drink every morning is a glass of hot water with lemon.
The 34-year-old model has revealed every morning she will make the warm drink to “kick start” her digestion, which is swiftly followed by a nutritious smoothie made from almond butter, fresh fruit and the Noni Skin Food Supplement product from her brand Kora Organics.
Speaking in a video with HarpersBazaar.com about her daily routine, the brunette beauty said: “So one of my favourite things to have in the morning is hot water with lemons. It’s a really great way to kick start your digestion, it’s full of vitamin c. After I’ve made my hot water and lemon, I’ll then make a smoothie, and these are some of my favourite ingredients to include: almond milk, fresh papaya, spinach, blueberries and raspberries, almond butter is a great source of protein. And then last but not least, I also use a little Kora Organics Skin Food Supplement, so this contains noni, contains acai, blueberry, matcha green tea. I used to drink it as a liquid because it’s so much easier it’s nutritious and delicious.”
The catwalk icon – who has six-year-old son Flynn with her former partner Orlando Bloom – will later tuck into a salmon dish for lunch, followed by a roast chicken dinner with sweet potato mash for dinner.
She explained: “So for lunch I ‘m going to have salmon, with a little bit of crushed garlic and turmeric and fresh lemon, with a side salad of sprouts and arugula, cucumber, purple cauliflower and avocado. And then i make a simple salad dressing with olive oil, lemon, a little apple cider vinegar and a little sea salt.”
And regardless of how hectic the style muse’s day is she will always make time to “be present” and enjoy her meals, although she prefers it when she can work from home so she has the chance to cook a proper cuisine for the entire family.
Miranda – who married husband Evan Spiegel earlier this year – explained: “No matter how busy I am I really try to take a moment and just really be present with eating and enjoy my food.
“I work all over the world and I do have an office at Kora Organic, but it’s nice when I get to have those days where I work from home because I get to cook for myself and for my family.”
As well as Miranda’s healthy eating plan, she also works out regularly to maintain her slender frame, which leaves her feeling “energised and grounded”.
She said: “It’s important to do exercise you really enjoy. For me i really enjoy yoga. Just doing a few stretched and yoga poses really helps me feel energised and grounded and ready for my day.”

Jeremy Scott hails Tom Ford as his ‘big brother’

OHMYGOSSIP — Jeremy Scott has hailed Tom Ford as his “big brother”.
The 42-year-old fashion designer has revealed he shares a close bond with the fellow creative mastermind, and has likened the 55-year-old as his sibling because he has always been on hand to give him advice.
Speaking to ES magazine about the mogul-come-film director, he said: “He’s always been like a big brother to me.”
And Jeremy has revealed the words of wisdom he has received from the ‘Nocturnal Animals’ creator was to “never” use his own money.
Jeremy said: “Tom Ford told me: never use your own money, use other people’s.”
And the star – who is the creative director of the fashion house Moschino, and runs his own eponymous label – has revealed he “loves” to collect “junk”, and last year he was obsessed with collating “all kinds of metal elements”.
He explained: “I love junk. I have a whimsical personality and sense of taste, so I love going to flea markets. Last season I was collecting all kinds of metal elements for a beret collaboration with English icon Judy Blame for the Moschino show.”
And the style guru has revealed when he was younger he was constantly told he was made to live in London because of his eccentric fashion sense.
The Missouri-born star, who studied at the Pratt Institute in New York, said: “I was 21, and I’d always been told I look like a London kid – think punkish kilts. Even my teachers at college in the US were like, ‘You should be going to [Central] Saint Martins, what are you doing here?’ So I got off the plane in London and was looking around for ‘my people’ and tourists kept coming up and asking me for a picture.”

Anja Rubik thinks models can easily ‘lose their identity’

OHMYGOSSIP — Anja Rubik thinks being a model makes you “lose your identity”.
The 34-year-old model embarked on a career in the fashion business at the young age of 15 and the star has revealed budding catwalk icon’s are desperate to do their “job right” they are forced to change to suit the team they work with.
Speaking to Net-A-Porter’s The Edit, the blonde-haired beauty said: “When you start young – I was 15 – you’re still developing. You enter a world where everyone is expecting something from you: the photographer tells you how to be, then the stylist, then you have feedback from casting directors. You want to do your job right, but you lose your identity.”
But the style muse has revealed she was never “discovered”, but after watching the late George Michael’s ‘Too Funky’ music video, which starred Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford, she was desperate to do all she could to get signed to an agency.
She explained: “I wasn’t really ‘discovered’. When I was young, I was obsessed with George Michael videos, especially ‘Too Funky’. I would look at these women who were strong and sexy, with the world at their feet, and I thought, ‘I want to be one of those women.'”
And Anja found it harder to break into the industry because she lived in a “tiny city” in Poland called Rzeszów.
She said: “But I lived in a tiny city, my chances of being discovered were none, so I took things into my own hands and sent pictures to competitions.”
And Anja has hinted she thinks the industry is more cut throat nowadays, and she believes the key to success is feeling confident in your own skin.
She said: “There are a lot of young girls now, way more than before, and they come and go faster; people don’t really give them a chance to build a career. It’s quite sad. Also, since we have such an over-saturation of images and magazines and designers, what
you do is not as important as it used to be.
“You can have the most beautiful girl walk into the room, wearing the most gorgeous dress, and if she doesn’t feel confident, you’re not attracted to her. I only started to feel really good in my skin when I was 27. Some people get there earlier, and I envy them. It took me quite some time. When you’re a tall, blond model, unfortunately you’re still very quickly identified as not very smart with not much to say. But that gives you a kick to break those stereotypes.”

Elizabeth Olsen cries over her red carpet outfits

OHMYGOSSIP — Elizabeth Olsen cries over her red carpet outfits.
The 28-year-old actress has admitted she feels out of her comfort zone when she attends fashion shows, and will feel even more uneasy if she is put on a garment she doesn’t feel “great” in, and will sob her heart out on the way to the star-studded bash because of the garment.
Speaking to ES magazine, the ‘Godzilla’ star said: “It’s not my comfort zone. I went to a Dior show and ended up getting to wear a look to the premiere in New York. I felt great that night just because I felt like I was in something that I love. Sometimes when I’m not in something that I love I cry on the way to the premiere and I’m posing with my shoulders as far back as they go.”
But once the star returns home from the do and looks over photographs taken of her, she then realises she had nothing to worry about because she still looked flawless.
She explained: “Then I look at the photos and I’m like, “It did look nice. Why was I crying?”‘
The American star has revealed she is grateful she has landed a role in the Marvel franchise, which sees her portray Wanda Maximoff in ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’, because it has propelled her in the film business.
She explained: “It gives you recognition in an international market. You then have more freedom of investors for independent films.”
And Elizabeth would happily take on a commercial deal to help her have longevity in her career.
She said: “People want to be a part of something that’s giving back to something else. I would like to be a part of that because it’s something that I would be proud of. But it’s also something that would help me as an actor trying to get films made.”

Bella Freud’s brand was inspired by a book

OHMYGOSSIP — Bella Freud’s eponymous brand was inspired by a book she “loved”.
The 56-year-old fashion designer launched her knitwear label in 2007, which is known for its slogan detail on the chest, and the star has admitted the collection was largely influenced by the series of texts titled ‘Claudine’, penned by author Claudine, which followed the life of a “very clever, very naughty” female protagonist.
The creative mastermind told Vogue.co.uk: “I started with a small collection of knitwear inspired by a book that I really loved by Colette, called ‘Claudine’. ‘Claudine’ was this very clever, very naughty, very sensuous girl, an interesting mixture of innocent and worldly. She lived in the early 1900s, and I imagine her for now. So instead of having an ankle-length skirt, [I designed] a micro-mini skirt, and instead of the very formal clothes that people wore in those days, I made her wear knitwear.”
And the mogul has revealed her love for the expression “You wear your heart on your sleeve” also contributed to her signature design.
She added: “Since then I’ve built up the knitwear at the centre of my collection and I became interested in putting words on jumpers. I like the expression ‘you wear your heart on your sleeve’ so for me I wear my heart on my chest, on my jumpers.”
The fashion guru has recently collaborated with J Brand on a 17-piece capsule, and has also created homeware items because she thinks there is “a lot more to fashion than just clothing”.
She explained: “In the last five years I’ve developed my fashion label into candles, perfume and homeware – blankets, cushions. I don’t see that as not being fashion – I like the idea that I take the fashion into different worlds. There is a lot more to fashion than just clothing. Your interior life is the most important thing of all and it’s how you show people that, it’s what you let people see.”

Kendall Jenner stars in La Perla’s A/W 17 campaign

OHMYGOSSIP — Kendall Jenner stars in La Perla’s Autumn/Winter 2017 campaign.
The 21-year-old model first teamed up with the fashion house in November last year, and the raven-haired beauty has joined forces with the label again to model their ready to wear, lingerie and haute couture collections.
The Italian brand has taken to Instagram to share a string of images from the campaign.
One image of the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star sporting a berry-coloured lace body suit as she lays on the ground amongst flowers in a pre-Raphaelite style, read: “Introducing #LaPerlaFW17 – Through forest boudoirs, where vines creep and wild flowers rule, the enchanted scenery sets the tone for a world of boundless imagination.
Explore the full collection at laperla.com
@kendalljenner (sic).”
The company also uploaded a video of the commercial to their photo-sharing site, which was captioned: “Romance, fantasy and a world of boundless imagination… #LaPerlaFW17 coming soon (sic).”
The catwalk icon was captured by fashion photographers Mert Alaş and Marcus Piggott – who are known as Mert & Marcus – as she donned the garments created by Creative Director Julia Haart.
Meanwhile, the style muse has revealed she picks up on styling and beauty tips when she is on set of a photoshoot.
Speaking previously, she said: “I learn a lot from being on set.
“What taught me most about how to do my own make-up is just my own face and finding out what looks good on me and what doesn’t.”
And the star has revealed she doesn’t like to overload cosmetic products because she dislikes looking “cakey”.
She explained: “I don’t really like to put too much on, because I hate it when I have cakey make-up on. I’ve done it in cars in porta potties, I’m not kidding. I like having gloss rather than just matte, and if I don’t have gloss i use a chapstick or something.”

Jennifer Aniston can’t stand ‘little tiny spectacles’

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Aniston can’t stand “little tiny spectacles”.
The 48-year-old actress believes the narrow tinted sunglasses she used to wear in ‘Friends’, which saw her portray the role of Rachel Green for 10 years, are ridiculous, and she now prefers to wear “classic” style of the accessory instead.
Speaking to Glamour Online, the brunette beauty said: “I just think they’re ridiculous. I’m not a fan of those little tiny spectacles; I’m a fan of classic sunglasses. That was very ’90s, wasn’t it? When you would see those little tiny frames, those were brought back from the John Lennon days. They’re always sort of regurgitating trends.”
And the style icon has admitted the dark lipstick she used to wear, which resembled a “browny brick” shade, used to be her “go-to” beauty product years ago, although she dislikes the idea of applying the cosmetic item to her lips now.
She said: “How about MAC’s Paramount lipstick? It was a browny brick. I remember that was my go-to colour when I was doing ‘Friends’.”
But the ‘Horrible Bosses’ star believes someone’s personality is more “important” than their aesthetic.
Jennifer – who is married to Justin Theroux – explained: “You have to be really comfortable in your skin. You have to start with being in love with [who] you are, with who you’ve become. I’ve been a very fortunate woman in that I have a group of girlfriends that are about as deep and conscious and mindful as they come.
“Think of it as the law of attraction: You’ll attract like-minded people who are the same. It’s not about what trend are we following, what makeup kits are happening now. Those are fun to play with, and it’s fun to get dressed up and your hair and your makeup on and get a great haircut, but I think it’s really your internal life that’s most important to get together for you to feel beautiful and ready to take on the world.
“Because right now, women’s worth is being quantified by how they look and their Instagrams and likes. That’s all so self-created, so why are we trying to add to that? It’s hard enough to be a young woman, or man, growing up and trying to find your identity, rather than having a whole Internet of people weighing in on it. It makes me sad for those kids.”

Stella Maxwell feels ‘blessed’ to be a model

OHMYGOSSIP — Stella Maxwell feels “blessed” she is a successful model.
The 27-year-old supermodel feels honoured she has the “coolest job in the world”, but due to her busy work schedule she has to take “wellness pills” to keep her energised and her immune system strong.
Speaking to Elle.com about her career, the blonde-haired beauty said: “Listen, I’ve been blessed with the coolest job in the world.
“I like to get wellness pills anywhere I can, like all-natural multivitamins. I’ve taken them frequently throughout the last few years, and I think they really boost your immune system and prevent you from getting sick. That’s essential in my job, because I’m around different people, in different air, and building my immune system for travel is part of how I stay healthy. So I’m always looking for those.”
And the Victoria’s Secret Angel, who acquired her wings in 2015, has admitted her chaotic lifestyle that sees her jet across the globe to grace the runway for numerous catwalk shows has its benefits as she is able to make new friends.
She explained: “I travel a lot and spend a lot of time in hotels. Outside of work, I still have the same friends I’ve had for years. But because I travel so much, I meet new people every day, and I’m just as open to new friends as I was before I started working. At this point, I have a group of friends in every city where I work, and so I always try to make time to see them and catch up with them, because it’s part of why my job’s so great. I literally have friends everywhere.
“I guess being a good friend is always being there for each other and looking after each other, and always wishing the best for each other. A real friend is someone who tries to bring you up all the time, and someone you want to do that for. That’s what makes a friend special.”
