Zac Posen reveals his relaxation method

OHMYGOSSIP — Zac Posen swears by a bath filled with salts to relax.
The 37-year-old designer has a busy work schedule as he balances his career in the fashion industry, which sees him create garments for his eponymous label to exhibit at catwalk shows, with his cooking projects, and his appearances on ‘Project Runway’, but the one thing the mogul relies on to “decompress” after a long day is a long soak in the tub with water-soluble minerals.
Speaking to WellandGood.com about his relaxation method, the creative mastermind said: “Bath salts are an amazing way for me to decompress after a long day at work. They’re relaxing and rejuvenating.”
And the star believes bath salts are a must-have for everyone’s “self-care routine”.
He added: “They make a great addition to one’s self-care routine.”
Meanwhile Zac – who founded his fashion brand House of Z in 2002 – loves being able to work with various females from “different backgrounds” and widen the diversity in the fashion business.
Speaking previously about his career, he said: “To me, that’s what’s exciting about being a designer. Being able to bring lots of different women with different backgrounds into your clothing. That’s the excitement of being able to create something that has the ability to work on a lot of bodies.
“As a designer, I always want to put out to a larger public. I truly believe that all bodies are beautiful, and that’s what makes our world exciting.”
The dark-haired businessman thinks the belief that fashion is “unachievable” is “bogus”, and he thinks it is possible for merchandise to be created to empower the wearer.
He explained: “I think fashion, for a long time, relied on the marketing tool of the unachievable, and it’s a bunch of bogus. Today it has to be about authenticity. The way I cut my clothing … it is about empowerment and loving the curves of the body.”

Danielle Brooks wants a ‘long future’ in the fashion industry

OHMYGOSSIP — Danielle Brooks hopes to have a “long future” in the fashion industry.
The 28-year-old actress collaborated with plus size brand Universal Standard last month to release a three-piece capsule titled Tria, and the star is “so grateful” for the reaction to her garments, because she never thought her dream of designing clothes would come true, but she hopes her success will continue.
Speaking to Teen Vogue Online, the ‘Orange is the New Black’ star said: “To see them [merchandise] come to life and see women wear them and make them their own is one of the coolest feelings: an unexpected feeling that I never thought would come. I hope to do more of it because this is a really great balance for me, being that my first priority is acting. But getting to step into this world is something I hope to have a long future in as well.
“I’m so grateful that women are clinging to these three looks that I designed.”
And Danielle has revealed the inspiration behind her collection was to create items she would personally want to own.
She explained: “They really did come from things that I wanted to have in my closet. I really enjoy a casual look. You can take it from night to day, so it was fun to create these pieces and really think about what I’d want to wear when I’m on a plane going to L.A. What would I want to wear if I woke up and had a meeting first thing that day? What could I throw on?”
Danielle has also worked with labels including Lane Bryant, Chromat and Christian Siriano, and the star is “glad” she is “aligning” herself with the brands because she thinks their products are “classic” and timeless.
She said: “When it comes to the designers I’ve worked with: genuine people find genuine brands. All of the people that I have aligned myself with — like Christian, Chromat, Universal Standard, and, of course, Lane Bryant, which is where it started for me with this fashion thing — these companies make inclusivity their mission. It’s like what I do, in that all of the good things we want as actors won’t come unless we’re focused on the work and the work has to be number one. These brands understand that: the consumer has to be number one.
“But what I really appreciate about Lane Bryant and Universal Standard specifically is that they’re classic, with pieces that will last in your closet for a while. They care about the material, so it’s well-made. That’s why I’m glad that I am aligning myself with brands like this.”

Brooke Shields reveals her secret to youthful skin

OHMYGOSSIP — Brooke Shields relies on face masks to keep her skin looking youthful.
The 52-year-old actress “always” uses a skincare sheet on her face, but the “new thing” she swears by to give her a glowing complexion is a roller she scrubs at her skin with to open up her pores.
Speaking about her beauty hacks to Health.com, she said: “I always put on a mask of some kind. I just found this new thing, where I could have just bought a plot of land on the water. It’s one of those rollers, and oh my God, I love it. It’s so crazy. It doesn’t feel like a miracle. It just opens up your pores for whatever you put on after.”
The ‘Lipstick Jungle’ also relies on a variety of moisturisers, although she feels there are times when she “needs” to apply “a chemical or two” to her face.
She said: “I like Neova cream that my doctor gave me. I’ll use a bit of Renova at night for resurfacing. I use Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum. At times I need a chemical or two to make sure it really, really works. If it stings, I feel like it’s a good thing. Which is horrible, right?”
Meanwhile, Brooke – who has Rowan, 14, and Grier, 11 with her husband Chris Henchy – has revealed her daughters have encouraged her to flash more flesh.
She explained: “The part of it I appreciate is that I never celebrated myself or my body. It felt indulgent or wrong, so there was a disconnect. I was wearing a bathing suit over the summer–I always wear bathing suits that cover everything, the bottoms in particular – and my older daughter said, ‘You know what? You cannot wear that bottom. It goes all the way under your butt and [makes it look] so much bigger.’ And I said, ‘I’m not going to have my ass hanging out!’ And she goes, ‘You know what? You are.’ So she finds me a new bathing suit, where that whole little shelf was out, and I was horrified, but my husband said, ‘That bathing suit looks great. Rowan’s right. If you show a little bit more, it’s actually more flattering.’ So, I had to learn from her. She said, ‘Mom, face it, you’ve got a great butt. I don’t know why you try to hide it.’ And that type of validation is a big deal for me, because in the next breath, she hates me.”

Niall Horan: ‘I was probably the worst-dressed man on the planet’

OHMYGOSSIP — Niall Horan believes he was the “worst-dressed man on the planet” when he was in One Direction.
The 24-year-old singer has claimed he had no sense of fashion when he was in the group, which embarked on a hiatus in 2015, alongside Harry styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, and despite experimenting with various garments, on reflection, he has realised he was not able to pull off certain outfits.
Speaking to Esquire magazine, the ‘Slow Hands’ hitmaker said: “A while ago I was probably the worst-dressed man on the planet. Obviously some people can pull it off, and some people can’t. I happen to be one of those people that can’t. But I was 16 and 17, so you kind of let yourself get away with that.
“When we were in the band, it was something that I never really thought about. You could obviously tell that Harry was probably into it a little more than me at the time; it was something that he focused on more than I did.”
And one of the items Niall felt did not work for him was the wide brim hat he donned at this year’s American Music Awards (AMAs).
He explained: “To be honest, I thought it was a lot smaller. I didn’t realise how big the brim was until I got onto the stage and there were mirrors on either side of the stage. I literally shouted at my drummer, ‘Is the brim on this hat too big?’ He just said no, obviously, because we were just about to go live on TV.”
Niall has described his style as “Classic American Irish” and a nod to his Irish heritage because of the boots and headgear he wears.
He said: “It’s kind of an extension of me being Irish. A lot of boots. A lot of hats. And all different types of jackets–denim, leather, all different types of materials that I’m trying to get into.
“I guess what I’m saying is kind of classic. Classic American rock. They did it pretty good back in the day¬, the ’70s and ’80s. Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty and bands like The Eagles, they always looked really cool and really suited to that time. And I think that time in fashion is coming back again.”

Taylor Hill keeps her tags on her clothes

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Hill keeps the tags on all of her clothes.
The 21-year-old model has revealed she still keeps the labels on her garments, even after she has worn them, because she likes to keep her personal items “exactly” how she bought them, although she has acknowledged that is a “weird” habit of hers.
Speaking in a video for Vogue.com, where she gave viewers a sneak peek inside her closet, she said: “Hi I’m Taylor Hill and welcome to my closet.
“All leather Alexander Wang dress, I was so obsessed with it that I wore it almost every night during Fashion Week because I didn’t have a stylist yet, and I didn’t know what was fashionably appropriate to wear to things.
“And I actually still have the tag on. Sometimes I like to keep things exactly how I got them, I’m, weird like that.”
And the Victoria’s Secret Angel has revealed one of her most prized possession is a vintage “kimono/bath robe” from the lingerie label, which also has the tag on.
She said: “Recently I was sent this in the mail, a vintage 1992 Victoria’s Secret kimono/bath robe. It actually still had the tag on when it was sent to me. It’s Made out of 100 per cent silk, and it is one of the most beautiful things I ever got, and you should remake this if you’re watching.”
Taylor also has an “obsession” with any merchandise from Acne Studios, as well as knit sweaters and sunglasses.
She explained: “This is from Acne [Studios], which you will see I have a lot of in my closet. I have an obsession. This is one of my favourite coats of all time and I will never ever get rid of it. It’s winter in New York right now, so you know this is coming out of the closet.
“First of all I have an obsession with knit sweaters. It was right after I broke out of my buy only black phase.
“I love sunglasses, I love to hunt for them, I have people send me them.”

Jasmine Sanders wears make-up to make her eyes ‘stand out’

OHMYGOSSIP — Jasmine Sanders really likes for her eyes to “stand out”.
The 26-year-old model has admitted when she is applying her make-up products she likes to have the emphasis on her eyes, and for her festive look she will wear an “amazing” gold-coloured eyeshadow and lashings of mascara to draw attention to her facial feature.
Speaking in a video for Teen Vogue about her beauty hacks, which the star has also shared on her Instagram account, she said: “It’s Jasmine Sander, aka Golden Barbie.
“And I am going to show you my holiday Golden look, using just my fingers
“My first step is starting with this amazing gold eyeshadow by Pat McGrath. [Do] little little strokes with your fingers and blend it out.
“Step two: mascara
“I like to wiggle a little at the root.
“I really like my eyes to stand out.”
Jasmine will then apply blusher to her cheeks, as well as highlighter, but she will always sample the products on her hand first to double check the outcome before she is committed and applies the cosmetic product directly to her face.
She explained: “I’m going to start with my blush, I like to apply it on the apple of my cheek.
“Step number four: highlighter
“If you notice, I put everything on the top of my hand to see what it is going to look like before it apply it to my face.”
And to complete Jasmine’s look she relies on a classic staple – a clear lip gloss.
She said: “So my final step is to get a good old clear lip gloss.”
And the star has revealed for her hair she swears by Moroccan Oil’s Curl Defining Cream, because it tames her locks.
Alongside a separate post, which was shared on her photo-sharing site, she wrote: “As always the @moroccanoil Curl Defining Cream is everything my curls need! The styling products are keeping my curls defined and frizz-free again this winter! #ArganEveryday (sic).”

Brooke Shields forced herself to get a personal trainer

OHMYGOSSIP — Brooke Shields has forced herself to get a personal trainer.
The 52-year-old actress insists she has “never been skinny”, and when she was younger her athletic build was not “celebrated”, but the star has had to get an expert as part of a “very sort of rigorous rehabilitation programme” to help her avoid having surgery on her back, which is an injury she suffered dancing in Broadway shows.
Speaking to PEOPLE, she said: “Since I’ve turned 50, there’s been more focus on my body than ever.
“I have never been skinny. The thing is, I was in an industry where [being athletic] was not celebrated. I have friends who are supermodels, and I never had that body. I’ve never been asked to walk in a Versace show.
“I have a trainer, and I’m not a trainer person. But I’ve had to enter into a very sort of rigorous rehabilitation program to avoid surgery on my back. I’ve already had four surgeries on my feet and two on my knee – all from Broadway dancing injuries. On Broadway, they don’t really rehab the dancers like they do in sports. It’s, ‘The show must go on.’ Maybe you’ll get five minutes with a physical therapist, or they’ll get someone to come in and tape you with kinesiology tape, which is what I sort of lived on for a long time.”
Although Brooke – who has Rowan, 14, and Grier, 11, – has a personal trainer, she doesn’t like the “one-on-one scrutiny” of the fitness fanatic putting her through her paces.
She said: “I don’t like the attention. I don’t like the one-on-one scrutiny.”
However, the ‘Endless Love’ star has insisted there are “zero frills” with her fitness regime, as she will attend SoulCycle classes and Pilates.
She explained: “The trainer is zero frills. And I have to mix it up. I started SoulCycle about 12 years ago, and I was there this morning at 7 o’clock. I’ve started Pilates, both a class and with a private teacher. But all of that, it’s expensive. I find the psychology interesting: It’s easier for me to justify doing something like going to the gym and making it a priority because it’s from an injury. If it was just because I liked it, which I do, it feels like a luxury to me. And I feel guilty about that luxury. There’s a stigma about how working out is somehow for people who don’t have a job, or it’s an indulgence.”

Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics products to become ‘collector’s items’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner’s products in her beauty range Kylie Cosmetics are thought to become “collector’s items” one day, according to make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic.
The beauty mogul has been working closely with the Kardashian/Jenner family for many years, and he has revealed he “hoards” the 20-year-old reality star’s make-up products she releases under her eponymous brand because he thinks they will be very valuable later in life.
Speaking to Coveteur.com, Mario said: “I kind of hoard Kylie make-up. I love the packaging – I think it’s so cute. It’s just one of those brands that I need to save and not use them because one day I know they’ll be a collector’s item.”
However, Mario does use the Kylie Cosmetics gel eyeliners, which are his ultimate “favourite” products.
He said: “I do use her gel liners. They’re actually my favourites in my kit.”
Mario has racked up a vast collection of cosmetic items, and his array of products makes his family jealous as he does not pass over any merchandise he has to them, although he may gift “a few lipsticks” to his sister if it is a special occasion.
He said: “My sister and I get into so many fights over Kylie because she wants all the lipsticks and I won’t give them to her. So for Christmas or her birthday I’ll surprise her and give her a few lipsticks.”
Mario has not only teamed up with Kylie, but he has also been working with her half-sister Kim Kardashian West on her new beauty show titled Glam Masters, and has helped her to create the shades for the contour kits in her own namesake make-up line KKW Beauty.
And Mario has teased the duo will be launching even more merchandise in 2018, to mark a decade of working together, but he has remained tight lipped about the products.
He said: “I can’t say what the products are, but it’s going to be a really fun collection that comes out 2018. Next year, 2018, is going to be 10 years, a decade, of working together [with Kim]. We’ve kind of had a pretty heavy influence in beauty in the past 10 years, so the collection is going to reflect that.”

Susan Sarandon thinks clothing should not ‘overpower’ the wearer

OHMYGOSSIP — Susan Sarandon thinks clothing should not “overpower” the wearer.
The 71-year-old actress thinks the key to fashion is to feel “comfortable as well as beautiful”, and she doesn’t think putting on clothes should take over but should, in fact, “enhance” the person donning the garments.
Speaking to Vogue.co.uk, the ‘Thelma & Louise’ movie legend – who has daughter Eva, 32, as well as sons Miles, 25, and Jack, 28 – said: “Be comfortable as well as beautiful. Don’t let clothing overpower you, let it enhance.”
And the star has revealed her style icon is the late Doris Duke, and the character she portrayed in the 1988 movie ‘Bull Durham’.
She explained: “Doris Duke in ‘Bernard and Doris’. Annie Savoy in ‘Bull Durham’ – she was so inventive, outside the box but feminine and sexy in an unusual way.”
But Susan has revealed she has had her fair share of fashion blunders over the years, as when she attended the ‘Pretty Baby’ premiere, she donned a “simple vintage dress” that was see-through and revealed her bare chest.
Speaking about the embarrassing moment, she explained: “My first trip to Cannes was for the film. I wore a beautiful and simple vintage dress that became see-through once the paparazzi started shooting and of course I was braless.”
However, the ‘Stepmom’ star has no regrets and has advised youngsters to make mistakes “more quickly” in life and to enjoy their youthful beauty while they can.
She said: “Make your mistakes more quickly and enjoy your beauty more.”
Other then the mishap Susan is “fine” with how her life has panned out.
She added: “Other than that I really am fine with the way I’ve dealt with my life.”

Brittany Snow had a ‘big issue’ with exercise and eating

OHMYGOSSIP — Brittany Snow used to have a “big issue” with exercise and eating.
The 31-year-old actress has admitted she used to strive to look like slender models she would see on the front of fitness magazines because she felt that was the epitome of “happiness”, and the ‘Pitch Perfect’ star has admitted she used to feel “frustrated” when she did not drop weight.
Speaking to Shape magazine about her body and her battle with anorexia, the star said: “I had a big issue with working out and dieting. I wanted to be like the girls I saw in fitness magazines so badly. I thought that was the ideal of happiness.
“I used to be frustrated by my body type as a kid. I had muscles without trying and failed when I attempted to lose weight.”
But it wasn’t until Brittany hit the 30 milestone she changed her ways because she wanted to put her “health and happiness” first.
She explained: “When I turned 30, I looked at my life and realized that I’d always been on a diet and working out to be the size of a model. I thought, I’m 5’3″, and I inherited my mom’s beautiful muscular body — it’s just not going to happen.
“I began eating well to take care of myself — I’m almost 100 per cent vegan, and I’m off dairy and gluten. I realised that my health and happiness were way more important than being at the gym all the time.”
And Brittany has now embraced her athletic body shape.
She said: “It’s strong not only physically, but also emotionally. Now I’ve come to appreciate the fact that I’m an athlete.”
The ‘John Tucker Must Die’ beauty thinks social media is partly to blame for negatively impacting on people’s self-esteem as she believes people look on the online platforms and “compare” themselves to others.
She explained: “I think that as a society we’re always looking to social media to compare ourselves with how other people look and eat. I put Instagram and Twitter in a separate category in my phone, so I don’t check them all the time and am not constantly aware of what other people are doing. I think people use social media to compare themselves with others too much, and it has really negative effects on the psyche.”

Eva Longoria was never into the ‘natural make-up look’

OHMYGOSSIP — Eva Longoria was never into the “natural make-up look”.
The 42-year-old actress has admitted she has never been a follower of the “less is more” mantra, and she is glad the current beauty trend is “heavy make-up” because she loves nothing more than piling on the cosmetic products.
Speaking in the January issue of NewBeauty magazine, the former ‘Desperate Housewives’ star said: “I wasn’t into the natural make-up look. I love make-up! I’m glad the trend right now is heavy make-up. Bring on the make-up.”
And Eva believes people do not need to fork out a large amount of money on make-up.
She added: “Everyone thinks you need to spend a lot of money on products or go to the spa for a facial, but the technology for over-the-counter beauty products has gotten so much better in recent years. Everyone can have access to that.”
Aside from make-up, Eva is also a “self-proclaimed sunblock bully” and will douse herself and her pals in sun protection.
She said: “I’m a self-proclaimed sunblock bully. I go around applying it to my friends’ faces; I’ve probably applied it to some strangers’ faces, too. I’m forever asking, ‘Do you have sunblock?’ There’s a lot you can do to your skin to keep it healthy, but sunscreen is the big one.”
Eva – who has her own eponymous clothing line – relies on social media for style and beauty inspiration.
She said: “It’s definitely a place of inspiration for me. I love makeup bloggers and influencers, and I love seeing the new tricks they come up with on Instagram and Pinterest. I turn to social media often for ideas for my looks – I’ll see a red lip I really like, or a purple smoky eye I want to try. It’s a great place for ideas.”
Although Eva – who is expecting her first child with her husband Jose Baston – is hot on her beauty and skincare routine, she has admitted she “hates” brushing her teeth.
She explained: “I hate brushing my teeth! I do it twice a day, but it really pisses me off sometimes. I wish I could do something with my bottom crooked teeth. I’ve had braces before, but they just keep moving back.”

The 37-year-old television personality has taken to social media to reveal she is keeping hold of all of her four-year-old daughter’s garments, including an embellished jacket, a Givenchy dress, the garment her oldest child donned for her baptism, as well as “so many dope” items.
Speaking in a string of videos, which have been shared on the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star’s Snapchat account, she said: “I’m archiving all of North’s looks, the Saint West jacket.
“Remember this? Remember this? Remember this fashion show outfit?”
And the KKW Beauty mogul – who also has two-year-old son Saint with her rapper husband Kanye West, who are expecting their third child via a surrogate – believes North has adorned “so many good looks” over the years.
She proudly added: “We have so many good looks.”
And the reality star thinks North will “love” the archive when she is older.
She said: “North is going to love this one day.
“The Givenchy address, one she got baptised dress
“So many dope things.”
And Kim has revealed she has also been gifted a giant stocking filled with numerous highly-coveted beauty products from make-up artist and mogul Charlotte Tilbury, who has previously released a lipstick named after the American beauty.
Kim has described the generous offering as a “wild” present, as it contains a Naughty and Nice box, which features a lipstick, lip liner, mascara, eye liner, eye shadow pencil, Magic Cream, as well as other beauty and skincare items from the prestigious label.
A separate post of Kim opening the present, she said: “You guys, does it get any better than this. Charlotte Tilbury sends a full stocking full of make-up. Like it is wild.”

Kate Bosworth’s father inspired her love of fashion

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Bosworth’s love for fashion started at a young age.
The 34-year-old actress “developed an eye” for extravagant garments as a child, when she would go to work with her father, Harold – who used to work for the former CEO of Burberry, Rosemary Bravo – as he would ask her about her opinion on certain items.
Speaking to ES magazine, the ‘Blue Crush’ star said: “He would bring me to work. He’d ask me what prints I responded to; I developed an eye for things like that. ”
And Kate has revealed as she has grown up she has sparked up a great friendship with other designers, including Fernando Garcia, who is the creative director of Oscar de la Renta.
The blonde-haired beauty enjoys having a “close relationship” with creative masterminds.
She said: “I’m very true to myself and I like having direct relationships with people; I have close relationships with a lot of designers.
“The only thing I know how to do is to be very honest with my own voice and influence the world.”
The ‘Before I Wake’ star – who is married to fellow actor Michael Polish – has admitted boasting a successful career in the entertainment business can be a struggle, as she has claimed there are “isn’t much opportunity”.
Speaking about her career, she said: “There really isn’t much opportunity. It’s so limited. You’re lucky if you’re able to make a living as an actor. I’ve tried to be as true to myself as I can be, with the opportunities that I’ve had. So, if there were moments, or years, in which I went away for a minute that’s not because I didn’t want to work, but probably because I wasn’t happy with the opportunities.”

Rebel Wilson discusses her designs for ‘Pitch Perfect 3’

OHMYGOSSIP — Rebel Wilson designed her ‘Pitch Perfect 3’ wardrobe before she released her clothing line Rebel Wilson x Angels.
The 37-year-old actress has reprised her role as Fat Amy in the third instalment of the comedy musical, but the star has revealed she had created the outfits she wore in the movie a while before her label was released earlier this year.
Speaking to PEOPLE, the funny woman said: “Fat Amy is a girl, like myself, who is very comfortable in her own skin. She doesn’t need super expensive clothes or anything fancy. She wears pretty much ‘every day’ clothes but wears them boldly.
“Without knowing when and if the brand might be released, I designed pieces specifically to wear in ‘Pitch Perfect 3’ with the hope that I’d be able to sell these when the movie came out.”
And Rebel wanted to make her costumes available to the public because she is aware her character has a huge fan base.
She said: “I know there’s a lot of plus size girls and women out there who love my character, and I wanted them to have the opportunity to look like her.”
Rebel – who launched her new plus-sized clothing range earlier this year – is still “learning” about the fashion business.
She said: “It’s definitely a learning process. I’m constantly learning about lead times and manufacture and fabrics and fit. I’m learning what different stores like to stock. I’m learning from our fabulous customers, some of whom I’ve been lucky enough to meet in person this year at Seattle and Dallas meet and greets.
“There is still so little choice out there online and in stores for the plus size customer. So my goal is that Rebel Wilson x Angels fills this gap and encourages more designers to create plus ranges.”

Karrueche Tran’s main beauty issue is her ‘puffy eyes’

OHMYGOSSIP — Karrueche Tran’s main beauty issue is her “puffy eyes”.
The 29-year-old actress and model carries out a thorough skincare regime, which will see her wear a cucumber eye mask, and apply cold teaspoons to her under-eye area to help reduce the puffiness.
Speaking about her beauty hacks to Us Weekly, she said: “I’ve been using a Chanel Serum recently and it’s been working really great. It’s so important to put a serum on before your moisturizer, it makes a difference. I love anything Peter Thomas Roth for masks, and I get puffy eyes sometimes so I use his cucumber eye mask.
” Because I get puffy eyes — that’s my main issue that I care about the most — so I keep two frozen spoons in the freezer and before I go on set or start my day, when I’ve washed my face and before my moisturiser, I take the spoons around my eyes for a little bit of tightening. I don’t know if it really makes a difference, but I feel like it works because I feel fresh.”
And Karrueche has revealed her face needs “a lot of moisture”, which is why she applies a number of “masks, serums, oils and moisturisers” to her skin at least twice a day.
The Femme Rosa beauty founder added: “I love to take care of my skin. Masks, serums, oils, moisturizers … I’m into it. My face takes a lot of moisture, so I like to layer. And I always wash my face before bed and try to apply a night cream. Mario Badescu has a seaweed night cream that I use and I wake up and my skin is so soft.”
Not only does Karrueche ply her skin with a vast selection of lotions, but she also relies on fragrance too, as she finds it gives her “extra confidence”.
She said: “I always have to have a fragrance on. I have to wear a fragrance before I go anywhere. For me, scent is everything. It’s a first impression. I love it when people tell me I’m smelling good and ask what I’m wearing. For me, it gives me that extra confidence and makes me feel grown.”

Gigi Hadid is happiest when she wears yellow

OHMYGOSSIP — Gigi Hadid feels “happy” when she wears yellow.
The 22-year-old model feels like a character when she gets dressed and she believes what she wears can have an impact on how she feels for that day, although when she wears yellow garments her mood will instantly be lifted.
Speaking about her style choices at Reebok’s Year End Holiday Party in New York City, which has been reported on PEOPLE, she said: “I like feeling like a character when I get dressed. I feel like it gives me a bit of power and helps give you an essence of who you can be that day.
“For 2018 I’m really into colour. Whichever colour is the one that makes you smile when you wake up in the morning is the one for you that day.
“Yellow is the colour that always makes me happy.”
And the catwalk icon thinks the key to selecting an ensemble is to “have fun” with it.
She continued: “My approach to style is that I dress based on how I feel that day. I think you should put on what makes you happy. If you look in the mirror and feel excited, that’s what’s it is all about. Have fun with style and be yourself.”
And Gigi – who is the brand ambassador for the sportswear giant Reebok – cannot live without a pair of trainers because she always feel “comfortable” in the style of footwear, and if the star doesn’t feel at ease in her outfit she feels “less confident” in herself.
Gigi – who is dating singer Zayn Malik – explained: ” I wear sneakers both in and out of the gym. I’d rather wear sneakers than any other shoes because It’s so important for me to be comfortable … if I’m not comfortable, I feel less confident.
“2017 was about the Reebok Classic leather sneakers and they are my favourite, I’ll be wearing them throughout 2018 too.”
