Billy Porter dons Kinky Boots curtain at Tony Awards

OHMYGOSSIP — Billy Porter wore the curtain from his ‘Kinky Boots’ Broadway show at the 2019 Tony Awards on Sunday (09.06.19) evening.
The 49-year-old actor donned a red Elizabethan trouser-skirt ensemble on the Radio City Music Hall red carpet – that featured a nod to his Tony Award-winning run in the Cyndi Lauper musical – and the outfit’s train was constructed from the exact red curtain that fell for approximately 1,150 shows during his time at the Broadway show, which he led in 2012 and won him his first gong.
Billy – who teamed up with Celestino Couture to design his iconic Tony look – played cabaret performer Lola in the show until April 2019 and revealed designers initially wanted to “do a representation” of his alter ego but he didn’t want to “confuse” people.
He said: “Initially they wanted to do a representation of Lola but I had to go back to them and say, ‘He’s not a drag queen. He’s a man in a dress.’ We don’t want to confuse people, because he actually is not a drag queen. One day he might want to wear a dress, one day he might not.
“Putting on the dress, playing Lola, made me feel the most masculine and grounded that I’ve ever felt in my life because I was finally not apologising for anything.”
The ‘Pose’ star wants his award show outfits to challenge masculinity and “questions” what it means.
He told The New York Times newspaper: “I want to flip the question of what it means to be a man.
“This question of masculinity, this sort of microscope of heteronormative masculinity that we are very often held up to, especially as leading men, needs to be shattered. You know, it’s toxic and I’m over it and I’ve lived it and I’m not doing it anymore.”
And as well as paying homage to ‘Kinky Boots’, Billy wanted his crystal encrusted look to be a subtle pro-choice statement about women’s abortion rights.
He told ‘The Hollywood Reporter’: “At the fitting, we spoke about making a pattern on the train that was in the shape of a uterus, but not obvious of course. And I thought it was awesome because women’s rights are under attack right now. I’m an advocate for all who are disenfranchised. None of us are free until we’re all free!
“I really want to make sure that I’m showing up for all of the disenfranchised people I can so that we can find power in our unity. This government is trying to take away the woman’s right to choose and that’s unacceptable. No!”

Alexa Chung designs Barbour collection

OHMYGOSSIP — Alexa Chung has designed her own Barbour collection.
The 35-year-old designer – who is famous for her high-priced luxury eponymous label – has teamed up with the British heritage brand to create a limited edition range of jackets that will be available from June 9, 2019.
And Alexa revealed that the collaboration was a natural choice for her because Barbour is “nostalgic” and “special” to her because she has “so many memories” wearing the brand’s iconic wax jackets.
Speaking to British Vogue, she said: “I was happy as Larry. I have so many memories wearing Barbour but the earliest are the most nostalgic and therefore special.
“It was an opportunity for me to explore how the Alexa Chung brand interprets an iconic and historic label that is woven into the British psyche.”
The television personality – who has a two-year, four-season deal with Barbour – insisted that she was given full creative control when she visited the brand’s headquarters in South Shields, and felt like a “kid in a candy store”.
She added: “I was let loose, like a kid in a candy store, into a room filled with every single Barbour piece through history.
“Look at any image of me in Barbour from yesteryear and you will see that I often turn up the sleeves of the jackets to show off the lining.”
The Hampshire-born beauty went on to reveal that grew up wearing a lot of hand-me-downs, and received her first wax jacket from her sibling.
She told Stella magazine: “I got my first one when I was five, but it was a hand-me-down from my siblings. At some point, I finally got my own and then in my 20s I bought a Beaufort in olive green that I wore around Brick Lane and then to festivals. Yeah I did, it was perfect!”
And Alexa credited her sister, Natalie, for “influencing” her legendary style and confessed that they still will turn up to placed wearing the “same thing”.
She added: I don’t give my sister [Natalie] enough credit for influencing my style. She is eight years older than me and even today sometimes we’ll turn up in the same thing.
“She obviously had a certain way of putting things together, which filtered down to me, and it was the same with my brothers and my parents.
“I think there’s this Chung way of dressing. The clothes that I then became known for were just what we all wore – Russell & Bromley loafers, the Barbour, the Breton top. I would just wear those clothes around the house, so when someone noticed them as being unique, that was … funny.”

Nicole Kidman’s Big Little Lies look will ‘reflect grief’

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Kidman’s wardrobe in the first series of ‘Big Little Lies’ is not as “luxurious” as it was in season one.
The 51-year-old actress returns as Celeste in the hit HBO show alongside her A-list co-stars Reese Witherspoon, Shailene Woodley and Zoe Kravitz, which will focus on the group of friends in Monterey, California, as they deal with being part of a murder investigation.
And the show’s Emmy-winning costume designer Alix Friedberg has revealed that Kidman – whose character is dealing with the fallout from the death of her abusive husband Perry (Alexander Skarsgard) -will wear clothes that “reflect” her state of mind because her “survival mechanism has kicked in”.
She said: “We’ve already nailed down each woman’s silhouette and colour palette but this season, a lot has changed. Some characters aren’t coping well with what happened and others are rising above it. We tried to reflect their emotional journeys through their costumes.
“Celeste’s look has always been about luxurious fabrics and classic design. She’s grappling with grief. She’s not as effortless as she looked in season one and her survival mechanism has kicked in.”
And Nicole – who produces the series alongside her co-star Reese – will be seen wearing “Perry’s old shirts” to reflect her turmoil.
She told British Vogue: You can sometimes see her wearing Perry’s old T-shirts and sweatshirts – things she can still smell him on – and that’s another expression of her grief.”
Meanwhile, Reese’s (Madeline) look will remain “perfectly put together” to mask the problems going on in her marriage.
Friedberg added: “She loves bold colours, prints and feminine silhouettes. That perfectly put together Madeline look is a mask for what’s happening in her personal life. Her marriage is crumbling and her daughter is making poor choices.”
Meryl Streep has joined the cast as Kidman’s mother-in-law Mary Louise and the fashion guru insisted that dressing the Academy Award-winning actress has been the “highlight of her career”.
She said: It’s been one of the highlights of my career. When it came to dressing Mary Louise, the thought process was that she’s dealing with her own grief and it manifests in her clothing. She has a uniform and it’s very prim, very tailored, very expensive – soft Belgian loafers, shirts made in France, a Hermes scarf. They’re beautiful pieces, but quite colourless because she doesn’t want to draw attention to herself. And that beige coat she wears? It’s almost detective-like.”

Rob Kardashian launching new clothing line

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob Kardashian is launching a new clothing line named Halfway Dead.
The 32-year-old reality star – who already has the sock range Arthur George – has collaborated with Diamond Supply Co. founder Nick Tershay to design an exclusive streetwear range that will retail solely online to maintain its exclusivity.
Tershay said: “It’s definitely a skateboard brand but I would say more streetwear than Diamond is because Diamond’s pretty core skate.
“Halfway Dead is a little more expensive because we’re doing some higher end cut-and-sew pieces and it’s online only. We’re not selling to any retailers.”
The unisex brand – which was modelled by Rob’s half-sister Kylie Jenner on Instagram earlier this week – includes T-shirts ($38), hoodies ($125) and sweatpants ($100) and Nick has stressed that the label’s garments will be “really limited”, with only a few pieces produced of each item.
He added: “Most of the items are really limited so we’re not going to make enough for retail partners to order.
“It’s really something we wanted to do, limited edition with not very many pieces made. We’re going to be designing and making so much stuff that I feel like we can release it faster this way.”
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star and Nick came up with the name Halfway Dead because it represents the “balance of all things”.
He told WWD: “We actually made a quote for [the brand]. What we wrote down is ‘Halfway Dead is the balance of all things: happy and sad, winning and losing, life and death.’ It’s your middle ground feeling, right? You’re not alive or dead.”
But the designer insisted they are not trying to make the brand the “biggest in the world” because of the super limited-edition pieces that are being sold.
He continued: “Everyone’s excited and it’s fun. It’s really just a fun passion project of us coming together.
“With direct-to-consumer I feel like even if we’re not selling as much product as, say, Diamond, being direct-to-consumer the profit margin is way higher. But we’re not really trying to make it the biggest brand in the world. Everything’s really limited.”

Rihanna: I couldn’t wear make-up until I was 16

OHMYGOSSIP — Rihanna was “not allowed to wear make-up” until she was aged 16.
The 31-year-old R&B superstar – who has her own Fenty Beauty brand – was “obsessed” with watching her mother, Monica Braithwaite, apply her cosmetics when she was younger but she was never allowed to try them for herself.
She said: “My mum pretty much worked in the beauty and perfume industry for a long time – she did make-up for people and was a make-up artist – so I always loved that.
“I was not allowed to wear make-up for a very long time. But I would watch her in the mirror doing her makeup, obsessed.”
The ‘Work’ hitmaker recalled the first time she was allowed to create a full beauty look on her face for her school pageant.
She added: “She let me wear lipstick if I was a flower girl in a wedding or something like that, but the first time I really, really did my make-up – and she did it for me – was at my school pageant. [I was] 16, just before I left Barbados.”
And Rihanna remembers the first time she put on foundation “the most” because her skin looked “perfect”.
She told Interview magazine: “The foundation is the thing I remember the most, because I had never seen my skin look that perfect. And it was like, ‘Wow, I want to wear foundation every day.’
“My brother hated me for that. He was like, ‘What are you doing? You’ve got to wear that every day now?’ In my school, you weren’t allowed to do much at all. If your hoop wasn’t hugging your ear, you couldn’t wear it. It was studs or a hoop that hugged your ear.”

Rachel Brosnahan’s beauty lesson from show

OHMYGOSSIP — Rachel Brosnahan has learned to “get pleasure” from her skincare regime thanks to ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’.
The 28-year-old actress is in awe of the “extensive beauty routine” her alter ego, Midge Maisel, undergoes every day in the 1950s comedy-drama and playing the role has made her realise it can “feel good” to take care of her appearance.
She told People magazine: “I once opened the medicine cabinet on set in Midge’s bathroom, and you never see it on the show, but there are about a hundred different products in there.
“Midge has a very extensive beauty routine. It was really hard to be a lady in the 1950s! There were so many steps.
“She gets great pleasure out of her beauty routine. It’s something that she really enjoys, and that’s something I’ve borrowed from Midge. It feels good to clean my face, to take my makeup off, or to put makeup on when I’m going out.”
And though her beauty regime used to be a chore for Rachel, she’s learned to get pleasure from it and understand what her skin needs.
She added: “[Applying skincare was] something that I didn’t always enjoy.
“My approach is listening to what I need in the moment and finding small moments to take a minute to take a breath.”
The ‘House of Cards’ star was recently signed as the first celebrity ambassador for Cetaphil, and the brunette beauty confessed that the partnership was a natural choice for her because they have helped shape her own skincare routine, and she has used their products since high school.
She continued: “Using Cetaphil products taught me to simplify my routine. Less is more has become my philosophy since being introduced to the brand.
“When I was in high school, I had the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion side-by-side on my bathroom counter. Since then, I’ve loved using them and added the Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 into my routine too.”

Lena Waithe: It’s my duty to reflect personal beliefs in style

OHMYGOSSIP — Lena Waithe feels a “duty” to wear something that “reflects” her beliefs on the red carpet.
The 35-year-old screenwriter, actress and producer chooses to work closely with designers who use fashion as a “weapon”, highlighting the rainbow cape – which was a symbol of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) pride and LGBT social movements – she wore to last year’s Met Gala.
She said: “On the red carpet, there’s so much press and so many eyeballs on you that I feel like it’s my duty to wear something that reflects my beliefs.
“It’s a reflection of the designers’ beliefs too: for last year’s Met Gala, I wore a Carolina Herrera rainbow cape by Wes Gordon and this year I wore Pyer Moss. Those designers know how to use fashion as a weapon.”
And Lena loves that her style can be a “fashion and political” statement.
She added: “I love that people are looking at what I wear, not just for the fashion statement but for the political statement as well.
“I want to keep that up but also keep it organic, because if you try too hard it can fall flat. So, when it’s a wonderful collaboration – like this one with Mercedes-Benz and Christopher Raeburn, which makes a statement about sustainability – I’m excited to do it.”
The ‘Master of None’ star went on to admit that she is a firm believer of upcycling her garments to help the planet.
She told British Vogue: “I haven’t touched a sewing machine since high school. It [upcycling] felt like the right choice because there are so many people who aren’t financially able to buy more and more.
“Instead of always looking to consume, I think we should make more of what we already have. We all want to help the planet, too, and it’s great to do that through fashion.”

Kim Kardashian West launches body make-up

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West is releasing her own collection of body make-up to help “cover” her psoriasis.
The 38-year-old reality star has used body make up for years to camouflage her skin condition – which causes red and flaky patches – but after her favourite product was discontinued, she’s decided to add it to her KKW Beauty range.
She wrote on Twitter: “Do you guys use Body Make Up? I’ve used it for years to cover my psoriasis! The brand I used to use only had 2 shades and got discontinued so I am so excited for everyone to try this and my formula is [fire] (sic)”
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star will launch her Skin Perfecting Body Shimmer, Loose Shimmer Powder for Face & Body, Body Brush, and Skin Perfecting Body Make Up Foundation in seven shades from next Friday (21.06.19).
She added: “So excited to announce that my @kkwbeauty Body Collection is coming! Including a Skin Perfecting Body Foundation, Skin Perfecting Body Shimmer, Loose Shimmer Powder for Face & Body and a Body Brush. Shop them on 06.21.19 at 12PM PST only at http://kkwbeauty.com #kkwbeauty (sic)”
And Kim – who has North, five, Saint, three, 16-month-old Chicago and one-month-old Psalm with her husband Kanye West – has been working on her signature formula for “over a year” to make sure they are perfectly “creamy and blendable”
She tweeted: I’ve been working on these formulas for over a year now and I’m so happy with how creamy and blendable they all are. You can layer the formulas together or use them individually to achieve how much coverage and shimmer you want. I can’t wait for you guys to try this collection!! (sic)”

Cindy Crawford likes to embrace beauty

OHMYGOSSIP — Cindy Crawford likes to embrace her beauty by still doing nude photoshoots.
The 53-year-old entrepreneur – who was one of the original 1990s supermodels alongside Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Tatjana Patitz and Christy Turlington – likes to “lead by example” and show women that they should be proud of their bodies whatever age they are because being naked is “beautiful” at any age.
She said: “I always say you lead by example and I feel like with social media, I just try to be the daughter my parents raised and not stress too much about ‘Am I fulfilling my obligations?’
“I was with Christy Turlington the other day and what we were discussing is that we think it’s really important to still do shoots because it’s still important to show women that there’s beauty in that.
“I did tasteful nudes for our mutual friend, Russell James’s book, and some snarky person on Instagram posted something like ‘Why are you still doing nudes at your age?’ and I was like ‘Is there an age where being nude isn’t beautiful?’ It’s a different kind of beautiful and the message that I want to give for women is ‘Yeah I don’t look the same way I used to’, but that is part of the reason I still do shoots.”
And Cindy – who has children Presley, 19, and Kaia, 17, with husband Rande Gerber – thinks the idea of an “untouched” picture is “scary” because in her modelling heyday her shots were always photoshopped.
She added: “Unretouched is a very scary word to me, but on social media I think people like that, they want the curtain pulled back – they want to see the real you.
“So as someone who came out of the 90’s where you take 100 pictures and only one was the one and it had to be retouched, it was scary.”
Cindy loves Instagram as a social platform because it relates to her long career in front of the camera.
She told WWD: “It’s interesting because I was late to the [social media] party, on Facebook I was like ‘I don’t want to connect on Facebook’, then there was Twitter, which I don’t really get, and then when Instagram came out, I got it.
“It was pictures and I’ve been doing this for my whole modelling career. What I love about Instagram is you can show different sides of yourself and I share my different relationships.”

Frank Ocean will take ‘freezing cold’ shower every morning

OHMYGOSSIP — Frank Ocean takes a “freezing cold” shower every morning.
The 31-year-old rapper thinks his bracing wash routine helps to “sharpen” his brain for the day ahead and he also believes regular exercise and “verbalising positivity” are key to a healthy body and mind,
He said: [I take] freezing cold showers in the morning. Cold water kinda brings me back into the game of it all. I like that I’m taking a foreign language class every morning (with coffee haha) because I think that it sharpens my brain before the day. A good amount of physical activity during the week and verbalising positivity is key!”
Frank loves “super-sugary” breakfast cereals but has stopped eating his favourites because he knows they’re not very good for him.
He told Dazed Digital: “I love super-sugary cereal like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Apple Cinnamon Cheerios – but I don’t really eat ’em any more because they’re super-sugary. Haha.”
The ‘Channel Orange’ hitmaker previously admitted that he often wears knit hats in the winter months, but they doesn’t agree with his skin and irritate his face.
He added: “Man, listen…some days, like today, I feel very beautiful. But some days, like in the winter, when I wear a lot of knit hats, my skin doesn’t like that.
“My mum told me years ago that you gotta get somebody to stitch the silk inside the lining of the cap so it doesn’t irritate your skin, ’cause your skin is sensitive.”
The ‘Pyramid’ singer doesn’t go to bed without applying night cream because it makes his skin feel “beautiful” in the morning.
He added: “I didn’t listen to my mum, but I really do believe in a night cream.
“I feel like men just go to sleep. They may wash their face or they don’t even bother–they go to sleep with the day face on. You really need to do a gentle wash and put a night moisturiser on.
“I need the night cream because when I wake up I feel very beautiful, moisturised and ready to have people making eye contact with me, ready to look above my eyebrow, below the eyebrow. That’s the life hack right there.”

Rachel Brosnahan loves bold lips

OHMYGOSSIP — Rachel Brosnahan will always wear a bold lip colour to “awaken her face”.
The 28-year-old actress is known for her flawless complexion both on and off camera, and the star has revealed she “saves time” every morning by opting for a bright coloured lipstick because it pulls her look together.
She said: “I get up as early as 3:45am or 4am to get to work. I’ve never been a person who wears lipstick outside of work, but recently, in an effort to save time in the morning, I sometimes use a bold lip to awaken my face. I feel like I don’t have to do anything else and I feel put together.”
The striking brunette opened up about her alter ego Midge Maisel, from the award-winning period Amazon Prime Video series ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’, and the star insisted that wearing a bold lip reminds her of the beloved character because it’s so “period-specific”.
She told Refinery29 UK: “I think the bold lip is the biggest difference between Midge and I and a lot of different characters that I’ve played. The lip is so period-specific, and it feels like such an indicator of the ‘ideal woman’ of the 1950s. Whenever I put it on, I feel like I’m living inside of her.”
And Rachel was recently signed as the first celebrity ambassador for skincare brand Cetaphil, and the star revealed that she loves their products because they have “simplified” her routine.
She added: “I’ve been using Cetaphil products for the better part of the past 10 years. When I was in high school, I was over-treating little breakouts, and then I was really dry.
“My mum recommended the Gentle Skin Cleanser. At the time, I felt like I had a medicine cabinet that looked like Midge’s, filled with products that were all supposed to do something different. Simplifying that really changed how my skin looks and behaves.”

Cate Blanchett loves to recycle looks

OHMYGOSSIP — Cate Blanchett loves to “rewear” outfits she has worn in the past.
The 50-year-old actress – who is a global ambassador for Giorgio Armani Beauty and fragrances – was told that true style should “never be work” by the Italian designer, and the star revealed that she loves to recycle looks from her wardrobe because a “well-pressed suit” is timeless.
She said: “It [style] should never be work. That’s something I learned from Mr. Armani. True chic is effortless, and it’s got to come from you. It’s not what gets likes and views. So, yeah, I mean, I love fashion, I love costumes, and I’m also a great lover of rewearing things I’ve loved in the past. I would say my go-to is pretty much a well-pressed suit. Or a good pair of trousers.”
And Cate keeps her beauty routine quick and “easy” because she is always on-the-go.
She added: “I’m usually getting ready on the tube or on the train or in a car. I’m not very good with the liquid foundation, but Armani just made a compact that’s really easy to apply.
“I’ve perfected the art of putting mascara on in a moving car. Usually I do mascara, some powder foundation, and lipstick. And pinch my cheeks.”
The ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ star also insisted that she loves to wear fragrances because it’s a “receptacle of your memory”.
She told InStyle: “Fragrance is such a receptacle of your memory. And also your sense of self and aspirations of who you want to project to the world. I think it was in the ’80s that they [launched] Poison – remember Poison? It was such a room-filling fragrance. For me, personally, I gravitate toward sensual, supple fragrances. They totally change your mood – and to choose one for every character is a must. The only one I would wear from outside the [Armani] Sì family is one my mother used to wear, [the classic unisex scent] 4711. Everyone put it on after tennis. It was a real ’70s statement that reminds me of my childhood.”

Manolo Blahnik opens London exhibition

OHMYGOSSIP — Manolo Blahnik has opened a new London exhibition that showcases 160 shoes.
The 76-year-old designer – who will celebrate 50 years of the legendary brand next year – has partnered up with the Wallace Collection museum to show off his most coveted creations from his own private archive, which is set in the beautiful 18th-century rooms at Hertford House, and the Spanish fashionista revealed that he has visited the “beautiful” setting for 20 years and always knew he wanted his own exhibit to be there.
Blahnik said: “It’s been donkey’s years! It was [editor and interior designer] Min Hogg, years ago who told me about this divine house, where you could discover so many beautiful objects. This house is unique in the world. There are eleven Fragonard … England should be jumping for joy to have such a thing here!
“Many of my customers are women in their ’70s, but now we have the daughters of these women and even the granddaughters too. I hope those granddaughters are going to be coming down to see the exhibition.”
The Wallace Collection’s director, Dr. Xavier Bray, said it was an “incredible opportunity” to bring art and fashion together in the stunning setting, as the exhibition interweaves the designer’s stunning designs across 10 rooms.
Bray told British Vogue: “This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to showcase the way in which the Wallace Collection has inspired one of the world’s greatest fashion minds.
“It also enables our audiences to see the collection in a new light and make connections between the many artistic disciplines to be found in the museum.”
‘An Enquiring Mind: Manolo Blahnik’ exhibition runs until September 1st 2019 at the Wallace Collection.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is ‘sucker’ for rose scented products

OHMYGOSSIP — Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a “sucker” for rose-scented beauty products.
The 32-year-old model – who has 23-month-old son Jack with fiancé Jason Statham – has opened up about her favourite hair products in a tutorial that shows fans how to replicate her signature chignon bun, and the star admitted that she loves floral scents infused in her beauty cabinet because they’re her favourite.
She revealed: “When I’ve brushed my hair I use Christophe Robin Instant Volumising Mist with rose water. I’m a sucker for anything that smells like roses. I’m just going to add it to my roots, then I’m going to add his moisturising hair cream, it’s a dream product all-in-one.”
And Rosie insisted that she always brushes her hair from the bottom and works her way to the top because it prevents breakage and split-ends.
She added: “As soon as I unwrap my hair, I will brush it with one of my favourite brushes [Sheila Stotts Application Brush]. A hairdresser recommended this brush to me, I have quite thick hair and you can see how pointy the bristles are and they’re metal, so it combs through wet hair really, really well.
“One if the things that’s really important for me to do when brushing my hair is always to start at the bottom rather than tugging your hair, and working your way up higher and higher.”
The statuesque blonde went on to insist that she loves to smooth her hair with a large round brush because it makes a “good base” for any hairstyle.
Speaking on her YouTube channel, Rosie said: “Now I’m going to dry my hair with my trusted Dyson hairdryer, I’ve been using it for about a year now.
“Once I’m 95 per cent dry, I will smooth my hair from the root down to the tip, it’s a really good base for doing any hairstyle.”

Kate Moss stars in first Giorgio Armani campaign

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Moss is starring in a Giorgio Armani campaign for the first time in her career.
The 45-year-old supermodel has teamed up with the luxury Italian couturier to front their fall/winter 2019-2020 advertising campaign, which was photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and focus on Armani’s collection’s ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ theme.
The collaboration between the fashion house and Moss marks the first time that the duo have worked together on an advertising campaign, and Armani insisted that the partnership happened naturally because the English beauty “stands out” as a woman of “singular beauty”.
In a statement, the brand said: “A first-time interpreter of the Armani style to which her feisty, free-spirited sensual presence is brought to bear. Kate Moss stands out as a woman of singular beauty, whose personality and energy decisively set her apart from the fleeting fads of the moment.”
Kate previously admitted that she still enjoys her job because she is able to join forces with her friends, which always makes for a “fun” day for her.

Kate Upton shares first swimsuit photo after giving birth

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Upton says things are “heating up” as she shares her first swimsuit pictures after giving birth.
The 26-year-old model welcomed her daughter Genevieve – whom she has with husband Justin Verlander – into the world seven months ago, and is already showing off her toned post-pregnancy body as she took to Instagram to model a swimsuit in a sizzling new photo.
She captioned the photo: “Things are finally heating up” alongside a fire emoji.
And many of her celebrity pals agreed with her, with some even joking that she must have used a surrogate mother to carry her daughter because of how toned her body looks already.
Fellow model Lily Aldridge commented: “Hot mama” alongside several fire emojis, whilst comedian Whitney Cummings added: “Now I’m starting to get suspicious you had a surrogate.”
Kate even received praise on the image from her baseball pitcher spouse, who agreed with Lily and called his wife “One hot momma!” alongside two emojis with hearts for eyes.
The model is no stranger to swimsuits, having graced the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue three times, but recently said modelling swimwear has been “tough” for her because of the “criticism” she faced over her body.
She said: “When I first came out on the cover of Sports Illustrated, I had a of criticism on my body and it was a really tough time. One of the hardest moments was when a blogger really attacked me and my body calling me these mean names and it really hurt me and upset me. And I was like, ‘Why am I even doing this? Why am I evening putting myself out there to get this scrutiny?'”
But Kate was inspired to keep pushing forward with her career when her manager showed her a slew of fan mail that had been sent to her from women who were also struggling with their body image.
She added: “There was all of this fan mail of women expressing to me their different stories – how they suffered from body image issues or eating disorders. And I was like, ‘That’s why I’m doing it.
