Shawn Mendes gets new tattoo after fan edit went viral

OHMYGOSSIP — Shawn Mendes has gotten a butterfly tattoo on his arm after a fan tweeted him an edit on social media.
The 20-year-old singer – who is rumoured to be dating long-time friend Camila Cabello – viewed the now-viral image of himself, which was created by Twitter user Kayla (@nasaruins), with a tattoo of a butterfly blooming into flowers on his left bicep, and the star later shocked fans by getting the ink before continuing his tour in Dallas on Tuesday (24.07.19) night.
The fan wrote: “Shawn Mendes with a butterfly tattoo. I rest my case (sic)”
However, much to their surprise, after the edit went viral the ‘Señorita’ hitmaker asked for Kayla to send him the edit, which was inspired by the work of Chilean tattoo artist Christ Tattxx, directly.
Shawn replied: “Wait this is awesome, can u DM the drawing ?? (sic)”
And in a series of direct messages shared on her timeline, Shawn asked for a scan of the photo so he could get the floral butterfly ink permanently on his body.
The ‘In My Blood’ chart-topper then visited popular tattoo artist, Livia Tsang, to complete the design ahead of his Dallas show and debuted the design on his Instagram account.
He captioned a photo of himself with the tattoo: “Hey @liviatsang , you’re the best. Thank you x Dallas I love you! (sic)”
And tattooist Livia added: “For the best @shawnmendes Based on an edit from a fan, original art by @macdreaper
“Ok last one I promise. Thank you @shawnmendes for making my work look cool @josiahvandien (sic)”

Dita Von Teese loves flattering 50s’ skirts

OHMYGOSSIP — Dita Von Teese loves to wear 1950s’ inspired clothing and “big skirts”.
The 46-year-old burlesque dancer is known for her immaculate head-to-toe retro style, and impressive collection of classic, vintage pieces in her own personal wardrobe, and the star has now revealed she likes to wear the long, flowy garments because they’re “easy” to put on and make her “hips feel free”.
She said: “One of the things I like about 50s clothes is that they are so flattering and easy to wear. I love wearing a big skirt where your hips feel free.”
And Dita’s love of vintage pieces started when she was growing up in high school because she couldn’t afford the “designer jeans” her friends would wear, and wanted to look like the women she saw in magazines.
She told The Guardian newspaper: “I originally started dressing in vintage because, when I was in high school, I couldn’t afford the designer jeans that my friends had.
“I discovered vintage and would try on clothes that reminded me of things I saw in magazines. I wore lingerie as outerwear, little bustiers, and tried to throw together a look that wasn’t reliant on having money.”
The striking beauty also insisted that vintage garments “can last a long time” if you look after them and grow in “value”.
She added: “This was in the 90s, when vintage clothes weren’t quite as valuable as they are now. I have things in my wardrobe that I bought at that time that I still love wearing. If you choose vintage right, it can last a long time.”

Emily Ratajkowski’s shirt line inspired by husband

OHMYGOSSIP — Emily Ratajkowski designed coordinating shirts for her swim collection inspired by her husband.
The 28-year-old model created her hugely-successful swimwear line, Inamorata, in November 2017 and then went on to expand her range and release her own underwear collection called Body, and the star has now released an exclusive line of tops after she always “stole” her 32-year-old spouse Sebastian Bear-McClard’s for her trips to the beach.
She captioned a snapshot of herself on Instagram: “I was always stealing Sebo’s shirts so decided we should have our own. Slim fit, cute shape, match your favorite @inamoratawoman print suit or wear it on its own. Online now! (sic)”
The stunning brunette previously admitted she created her lingerie and swim collections for women who are “comfortable in their own body”.
Speaking in a video with Kourtney Kardashian, she said: “We call it Body because it’s body suits and bike shorts. It is lingerie but it’s so much more than that, it’s the idea of a swim too, which is like a girl that’s so comfortable in her body that she wears it around the house, or she lives in her swimsuit, or she lives in her body.
“I’m constantly looking for inspiration and make every piece something that I would wear because I think you can get lost in being like ‘We should do this colourway’ but I want everything to be something I’m really proud of.”
Emily – who models her lingerie and swimwear on Instagram – also opened up about the comments she receives on social media when she posts a “sexy photo”, and admitted that it doesn’t bother her too much because she is “running a business”.
She added: “The initial reaction when you post a sexy photo is, ‘Oh my god, naked again, you’re so stupid, you have nothing else to offer!’ And I’m like actually I’m running a business off of this.
“[Social media] is part of branding and it’s funny because you think of the idea of white older men in suits being like, ‘Oh no we don’t take her seriously,’ and we’re making more money than them. I love that. I think for that to still be a thing is completely wild to me.”

Ashley Benson ‘bases’ style on Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s looks

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Benson “bases” her style on Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s wardrobe looks.
The 29-year-old actress is known for her chic, laid-back fashion when she is on and off camera, and the ‘Pretty Little Liars’ star has now revealed she “loves” taking inspiration from the 33-year-old Olsen twins, who own their joint luxury label The Row, and follows “at least 20 different” fan accounts on social media just to keep tabs on their “simple” but timeless looks.
Describing her own style, Ashley said: “Black, simple, and chic – at least, when I try to dress. Usually I’m just in, like, sweats. But when I try, to be honest with you, I base my looks off the Olsen twins. I’ve been their biggest fan since I was born. Yeah, 100 per cent [they are my style icons]. I follow at least 20 different Mary-Kate and Ashley accounts on Instagram, just for their fashion. I love it.”
And Ashley insisted she met the two actresses-turned-fashion gurus “twice” and even modelled their teenage clothing line for Walmart when she was aged 12.
She told W magazine: “Yeah, twice. They’re really nice, but I got weird about it. I was like, ‘I can’t hang out with you guys.’ I grew up watching all their movies, and they started doing fashion, first with this line for Walmart, when I was 12.
“Funnily enough, I ended up being the model for all the clothes. I went to set pretty much every week, but they only came once. I only got to see a glimpse of them, with their little butterfly clips in their hair, but I was still like, “Oh my god.’ ”
The ‘Spring Breakers’ star – who has created her own sunglasses line with Privé Revaux – went on to admit she likes to wear simple and cool garments in the summer because of the “hot” weather.
She added: “Just jeans and a t-shirt, or cut-offs in the summer. I get way too hot, because I live in New York in L.A., and it’s so hot. This summer, I was like, I want to start doing more slip dresses – kind of ’90s Courtney Love vibes. But I have to see where I can find those.”

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel inspires Revlon lipstick line

OHMYGOSSIP — Rachel Brosnahan’s character from ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ has inspired a Revlon lipstick line.
The 28-year-old actress plays her alter ego Midge Maisel from the award-winning period Amazon Prime Video series, and the star often wears a bold lip for her award-winning onscreen role, however, to celebrate the strong female characters who star in the show Revlon has unveiled two exclusive lipstick collections, which feature a trio of colours that cost $20 each.
The lip colours are all a part of Revlon’s Super Lustrous collection and feature a variety of shades, including ‘Take the Stage Reds’ and ‘Stand-Up Nudes’ lip kit collections that have been inspired by the show’s characters.
Rachel previously admitted she will always wear a bold lip colour to “awaken her face” and revealed she “saves time” every morning by opting for a bright coloured lipstick because it pulls her look together.
She said: “I get up as early as 3:45am or 4am to get to work. I’ve never been a person who wears lipstick outside of work, but recently, in an effort to save time in the morning, I sometimes use a bold lip to awaken my face. I feel like I don’t have to do anything else and I feel put together.”
The striking brunette opened up about playing Midge Maisel in the hit series, and insisted that wearing a bold lip reminds her of the beloved character because it’s so “period-specific”.
She added: “I think the bold lip is the biggest difference between Midge and I and a lot of different characters that I’ve played. The lip is so period-specific, and it feels like such an indicator of the ‘ideal woman’ of the 1950s. Whenever I put it on, I feel like I’m living inside of her.”

Laura Dern ‘loves creating a character’ with make-up

OHMYGOSSIP — Laura Dern “loves creating a character” with make-up.
The 52-year-old actress – who has recently partnered with sustainable luxury skincare brand True Botanicals – keeps her complexion “natural” and “clean” for work, but the star revealed she also likes to play around with beauty products to achieve different looks on her face that fit her mood for the day.
She said: “I love the look of a clean, dewy face and a lip colour, and maybe a mascara. I think that’s always really pretty and kind of always been my way.
“I use this face oil and a little bit of La Prairie cream blush, and then a little lip pencil and lipstick by Kosas, which is as natural of lipstick company that you can find. Because we eat lipstick so much, I go between Kosas and Marc Jacobs lip pencils, which I’ve fallen in love with. I keep it clean, though for work, I love creating a character with makeup, for sure.”
The ‘Big Little Lies’ star – who has Ellery, 17 and Jaya, 14 with her ex-husband Ben Harper – sticks to a regular “wellness regime” to keep her body and mind healthy for “20 minutes a day”.
She added: “I’m a meditator, which isn’t beauty related, but it’s certainly a wellness regime. I do TM [Transcendental Meditation] so I do 20 minutes, but I’m not going to lie – and my friends who are very vigilant will be ashamed of me for saying this – but I’ve learned that as a single parent, if I don’t end up with 20 minutes, and just end up with a little bit of time, it’s better for me to get some of it in, being a vigilante about my practice.
“I try to get a little exercise in, too, but it’s rarely in the morning anymore.
“Now it’s in the middle of the day, if I’m not filming – I just try to get a workout in, or some yoga or something.
“So really, it’s a meditation practice and then this [True Botanicals] skincare regime.”
And Laura keeps her complexion flawless and glowy by completing a strict evening regime that consists of “oil and serum”.
She told W magazine: “In the evening, I’m loving mixing the oil and the serum with this vitamin C powder that I just started using.
“The elasticity, or whatever the terminology is for the strength of your skin – I feel like it’s shifting!
“Like, literally, the DNA of my skin is changing.
“My make-up artist, was saying that to me the other day – that the quality of my skin seems like it’s better, too.”

Kylie Jenner develops beauty brands with ‘heart and soul’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner develops her beauty brands with “heart and soul”.
The 21-year-old reality TV star has already proved herself to be a successful businesswoman thanks to her titular line of make-up products – which were made famous by her lip kits – and new skincare range.
But according to the star’s longtime friend and make-up artist, Hrush Achemyan, the brunette beauty doesn’t get the “credit she deserves” because she “puts a lot of thought and effort” into creating her lines.
She said: “I really like it [her new skincare line] and I know a lot of thought and effort was put into creating it.
“I think a lot of girls don’t give her the credit she deserves. She doesn’t really do anything but sit there and really develop these brands with heart and soul.”
And when the A-list beauty expert began working with Kylie – alongside her sister’s Kourtney, 40, Kim, 37, Khloe Kardashian, 35 and Kendall Jenner, 23 – she would conceal any imperfections with products, however she doesn’t feel the need to anymore because they are all very “strict” with their diet and skincare regimes.
She told HollywoodLife: “You know, when I first started out, yes, but not anymore. I feel like when they have a healthy diet and they really take care of their skin, it’s not really an issue, honestly, a very strict regimen and some good genes. Those girls are stunning!”
Meanwhile, Kylie recently filed a trademark request for a line of nail products and fragrances.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Kylie requested permission to apply her Kylie Cosmetics trademark to a full line of products – including nail polish, nail polish remover, nail strengtheners and nail care preparations – as well as artificial nails, artificial nail care preparations, and adhesives for attaching artificial nails.
The star is also hoping to use her name for fragrances and perfumes, according to the trademark filing.

Charli XCX: Exercise keeps me positive

OHMYGOSSIP — Charli XCX says exercise makes her feel “positive” and “lifts her mood”.
The 26-year-old singer has opened up about how she maintains her toned physique when she is at home, and the star revealed she makes sure to workout “five times a week” because it keeps her “balanced” and revitalised.
She said: “I perform in a really high octane and energetic type of way. So, for me, it’s important to keep fit. Also, I find that if I don’t exercise, I feel less awake.
“I try to workout five times a week because it really lifts my mood and makes me feel more positive. It’s important for me to stay balanced.”
And Charli – whose real name is Charlotte Aitchison – doesn’t let being on tour stop her fitness regime and will often bring a yoga mat with her to do “body-weight exercises before each show”.
She added: “It is really hard, especially when I’m flying. And whilst I do really want to try to work out five days a week minimum, it’s just not practical for me when I’m travelling so much. It’s just a balance in life.
“Just making sure you take care of yourself. It often like starts really well and then as the tour progresses it gets a little bit harder. I try my best to kind of sustain throughout.
“Yeah. I always take a yoga mat everywhere and do body-weight exercises. I try to do that before each show. It really works for me.”
The ‘1999’ hitmaker also insisted she keeps hydrated at all times to help combat her jet lag.
Speaking to Forbes maagzine, she said: “Jet lag is really hard. I try my best to get on the new time zone as soon as possible and just sleep when I need to sleep. Also, drinking lots of water.”

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s style tip from Cindy Crawford

OHMYGOSSIP — Rosie Huntington-Whiteley says Cindy Crawford is the reason she “never wears sweatpants” to a restaurant.
The 32-year-old British beauty has praised the 53-year-old supermodel for her timeless style and has recalled how the first time she ever saw Cindy, she looked “elegant” in a chic casual ensemble of jeans and a blouse with “classic hair and make-up”.
In a joint interview with the pair for InStyle, Rosie told Cindy: “The first time I saw you was at Nobu in Malibu.
“I’d gone in a T-shirt and sweatpants.
“Then you walked in, one of my all-time icons, so elegant in great jeans and a beautiful blouse, with classic hair and make-up.
“Heads turned, and I thought, ‘That is a supermodel.’ “Then I thought, ‘I can never again go to a restaurant in sweatpants’ – and I never have.”
Rosie – who is the founder and editor-in-chief of her beauty website Rose Inc. – knew she wanted to build her own platform because she received such a positive response from her fans on social media.
She said: “I’ve had 16 years in the hair and make-up chair! And I’ve learned so much from the artists [I’ve worked with].
“Over the years, I would get asked about my beauty and wellness regime, and when I shared information on social media, I saw the response it was getting.
“I wanted to take what I was doing and build the website along with an engaged community of avid beauty lovers. It was about democratising beauty and sharing my access.”
Meanwhile, Cindy – who is the co-creator of her skincare line Meaningful Beauty – also insisted she she started her own range because she knew she wasn’t going to be able to “avoid ageing” and wanted to “share” her knowledge she’d learnt from her years in the fashion industry.
She continued: “I’ve always loved modelling, but when I was 35, I had been with Revlon for 17 years. “My contract was up for renewal, and I thought, ‘Maybe this is the time to do my own thing.’
“I’d been working with [cosmetic doctor] Jean-Louis Sebagh, who taught me a lot about taking care of my skin.
“If I did something with him, it would be a way to share the access I’d had.
“Especially at 35, you start realising, ‘I’m not going to be able to avoid this ageing thing.’
So Meaningful Beauty was born out of that relationship.”

Twiggy never sleeps with make-up on

OHMYGOSSIP — Twiggy’s “number one” beauty rule is to “always” remove her make-up before bed.
The 69-year-old fashion icon – whose real name is Dame Lesley Lawson – has always had a fabulous and flawless complexion and the catwalk legend has revealed she keeps her skin glowing by cleansing her face every evening and taking off any left over cosmetic products “no matter how tired or drunk” she is.
She said: “My number one rule: I never sleep with make-up on – ever. No matter how late it is, how tired or drunk, always take your make-up off!”
Twiggy was discovered at the age of 16 and was known for her iconic cropped haircut, big eyes and huge eyelashes, and the fashion legend admits she still uses a lengthening mascara to this day because when she was modelling, make-up artists would apply “three sets of lashes” to make her eyes pop on camera.
She added: “When I do my own make-up, I don’t have any particular brands that I use, but I think my base today is Chanel, which is a nice fluid one. I have very dry skin so I have to have make-up that doesn’t dry it out. I’m not sure which mascara I use but it’s one that adds length because I have really short lashes.
“In the old days I used to wear three sets of false lashes but I can’t be bothered with that anymore – I gave up on them a long time ago! And rouge! My favourite rouge is the old-fashioned Bourjois Little Round Pop Blusher. They haven’t changed it for years and they’re lovely shades – I go for the rosy ones so it looks like I’m naturally flushed.”
Twiggy has spent over 50 years in the fashion and beauty industry, and the supermodel went on to admit that she religiously gets “manicures and pedicures” and has her hair “highlighted” in the same salon she has used since she was “discovered” at the age of 16.
She told British Vogue: “Every two weeks I get my nails done – manicures and pedicures – with gel on my hands and toes just normal paint.
“I have my hair highlighted by Poppy Conaway at the Gielly Green Boutique Salon, who I’ve gone to for years, since I was 16 when I was ‘discovered’. I go every three months. I’ve never been brave enough to try lots of different colours. I’ve always done my own makeup.”

Ellie Goulding uses exercise as ‘pressure reliever’

OHMYGOSSIP — Ellie Goulding uses exercise as a “pressure reliever”.
The 32-year-old pop star has overcome panic attacks and anxiety in the past and she took time out from her music career and in 2016 she took some time off from touring after being diagnosed with exhaustion.
Now, Ellie has discovered that hitting the gym is a great way for her to maintain a positive mindset and from her regular exercise sessions she now has a sleeping heart rate of 41, which she is “pretty proud of” because it’s “athlete level”.
She said: “I used exercise as a pressure reliever. Everything in my life was so full on, my exercise became more and more full on.
“I’ve cut down the hours I used to work out, and I’m more chilled about it. But I was given an Oura ring, which measures your sleeping heart rate. Mine is 41, which is insane – that is athlete level. I’m pretty proud about that.’
The ‘Sixteen’ hitmaker now realises that her hiatus was totally necessary and although she had to go on hiatus she gives herself total credit for “somehow navigating” being a woman in the music industry.
In an interview with The Daily Telegraph’s Stella magazine, she said: “‘Ellie,’ I say, ‘You never went off the rails. Yours is a great success story and you worked your backside off.’ I have to give myself credit for that. And for somehow navigating being a woman in the music industry, which can be a strange dark place, far from the real world. You get to do what you want, but you also don’t always get to be who you are.
“I was drinking, probably more than you know. It’s what you do in this job: you can drink any time of the day or the night; no one tells you not to. But maybe I was more controlled than I thought. I never made it become a problem. I think I kept my dignity. ”
The ‘Hate Me’ chart topper – who is set to tie the knot with her partner Caspar Jopling at the end of August – also confessed she needed to “take time out” from her music career to rediscover who she is.
She added: “But the real issue for me was I was getting to 30 and I didn’t know who I was. I was working too hard to allow myself to find that out. And if you don’t, you never give yourself the chance to become a fully formed adult. So I had to take time out, leave everything and just be on my own.”

Jennifer Lopez’s Versace gown is being recreated as sneakers

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lopez’s iconic green Versace dress is being recreated as a pair of sneakers.
According to WWD, the Italian luxury fashion label will be bringing back the 49-year-old star’s jungle print plunge gown, which she donned at the 2000 Grammy awards, as a limited-edition sneaker, after the brand chose to collaborate with clothing label, Concepts, to remake the legendary print as a unisex shoe.
The much-anticipated shoe, which has been named Chain Reaction and will retail for $1075, will mark the ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker’s upcoming 50th birthday alongside the Versace dresses 20th anniversary, and features the same green jungle print as the original garment, with a nude tongue to represent the gown’s extremely plunging neckline.
The ‘Hustlers’ actress previously admitted the 2000 Grammy Awards look almost didn’t happen and was created just a few days before she stepped on to the red carpet.
She said: “Probably my biggest fashion moment ever was wearing the green Versace jungle print dress. I was nominated for a Grammy that night and I was filming ‘The Wedding Planner’ at the time with Matthew McConaughey and I was out in the middle of nowhere where we did the horseback riding scene and my stylist comes in and she’s like, ‘The Grammys are tomorrow.’
“I had no time to do a fitting and she brings like three of four dresses, she was like, ‘There’s nothing out there, you guys waited too long, I’ve been trying to do a fitting with you for weeks.’
“So on the day of the Grammys I’m getting ready, I’m doing hair and make-up. Usually if you come to a fitting of mine, there’s, like, tons of dresses. There’s always so many choices. But this day, we really had a choice between two dresses. One was kind of like a white dress, and the other was the Versace jungle-print dress.”
The Chain Reaction trainer will be available from Friday (26.07.19) in both men’s and women’s sizes exclusively at Concepts’ Boston and New York stores and on its website.

Elle Macpherson embraced being unique being a model

OHMYGOSSIP — Elle Macpherson “embraced her own uniqueness” when she began modelling.
The 55-year-old Australian beauty was still a teenager when she flew to New York to start her long-running fashion career in the 1980’s, and the star has revealed she “realised early on” she was never going to be a “waif-thin” supermodel because of her curvaceous frame and “broad shoulders” from her love of swimming.
She said: “Roots are important. They shape your values. I’ve travelled a lot, but I still consider myself to be profoundly Australian.
“I’d never even taken an aeroplane before. I had a few hundred dollars in my pocket, no return ticket and a sort of naivety. I realised early on that I was never going to have the waif-thin fashion body. I was six-foot tall, 36 hips, 36 bust and broad shoulders from swimming all my life. I just needed to embrace my uniqueness.”
Elle has also opened up on how she keeps her figure looking in such incredible shape she is worthy of keeping her nickname ‘The Body’.
Speaking to Vogue Australia, she shared: “I’m a morning person, I love the morning light, I like sunrises and I like that quiet time in the morning before everyone is up. Often I’ll start the day with a fresh celery juice. And then I move on to make a green smoothie. It’s all about the greens, so I love greens, any kind of greens.”
The striking blonde – who has two sons Cy, 16 and Flynn, 21 with her ex-partner Arpad Busson – always wants to be “real and honest”, and fight against “polished perfection” on social media.
She added: “I hope I didn’t come across as too earnest. I do think we need to fight against that, to try to be real and honest, you know? More than ever, because there’s so much pressure from Instagram and a sort of expectation of polished perfection. I’m more interested in the realness of life and the beauty of imperfection, aren’t you? It’s the not-perfect stuff that touches my heart.”

Ariel Winter: I’m adventurous with hair

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariel Winter feels like a “new woman” every time she colours her hair.
The 21-year-old actress – who recently partnered with Ulta Beauty on the brand’s new in-store hair salon platform – has opened up about her own long locks, and revealed she likes to be “adventurous” with her tousles and try out different colours.
She said: “Every time I come out of getting my hair done I feel like a new woman. I’m pretty adventurous with my hair, I’ll try a lot of things.”
And Ariel – who plays Alex Dunphy on US sitcom ‘Modern Family’ – went on to admit she doesn’t get to change her locks as much as she’d like because her character has kept box-dyed black hair since her debut in 2009.
She added: “Alex doesn’t change up her look that much. I don’t experiment with it [on the show] so it’s fun for me to do it outside of work.”
The ‘Sofia the First’ actress recently dyed her tousles a copper red, and the star insisted she felt like a “different person” and was “shocked” at how she didn’t recognise herself.
Speaking to PEOPLE, Ariel continued: “It makes me feel like a new me. After I got it done, I was looking in the mirror and I felt like a completely different person.
“I was pretty shocked that my hair colour could make me look so different and a lot of people will not recognise me. They don’t piece it together because the hair looks so different for them, but I like it a lot.”
Ariel’s natural hair colour is dark blonde, and the star confessed that she has dyed her locks so many times in the past, her main priority is to now keep her hair “healthy”.
She admitted: “People never guess, but my natural hair colour is dirty blonde. I’ve always had dark eyebrows so I was that person.
“I have dirty blonde hair and really dark eyebrows and dark eyes. I’ve dyed it so many times in the past so really the most important thing for me with my hair now is trying to keep my hair healthy.”

Chris Hemsworth doesn’t wear fragrance at home

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Hemsworth doesn’t wear fragrance when he is at home.
The 35-year-old actor – who has India, seven and five-year-old twins Tristan and Sasha with his wife Elsa Pataky – is the face of Hugo Boss’s latest aftershave Bottled Infinite, however the star revealed that he only wears perfume when he is “travelling” and on the red carpet because he prefers a “less is more” approach to beauty when he is with his children.
Opening up about his fragrance routine, Chris said: “Nah. I’m on the coastline and I spend a lot of time surfing. If I’m travelling, there’s a bit more of dressing up with premieres and so on, so then I’ll travel with some.
“But when I’m just home with the kids, less is more. Especially when you’re surfing, you don’t want to be paddling out and having people turning their heads and wondering what that smell is about.”
And Chris has been doing cold water therapy to help give him “energy” in the morning and repair any inflammation or damaged tissue he has from working out.
He added: “I’ve been doing a lot of cold water therapy, which I’ve found to be fantastic, especially through the winter months because the water is getting colder and colder. It’s pretty intense but it certainly gives me a little kick of energy in the morning.
“There’s all sorts of health benefits to it, just with your immune system and getting the mechanics of the body going. If I’m feeling stiff or sore from working out a lot, I might start with a hotter shower and finish with the intense cold for a minute or two. It puts a spring in my step in a good way.”
The ‘Avengers: Endgame’ star also likes to keep a healthy body and mind and will hit the gym or surf to help him de-stress.
He told W magazine: “[To help decompress I] usually [do] some pretty intense physical activity. I know that sounds like a bit of a contradiction, but I find to get out of my head and into my body via training and surfing is the best way to clear my head, especially if I’m jet lagged. Sitting on a couch watching TV is worse for me.

Carrie Underwood would never wear a triangle bikini

OHMYGOSSIP — Carrie Underwood would never wear a triangle bikini.
The 36-year-old country superstar has created her own range of swimwear for her athleisure line, CALIA, but the songstress revealed she isn’t a fan of tiny string bikinis and even refused to wear the style when she was a teenager.
She said: “I feel like with swimwear, growing up in my teenage years, early 20s, I couldn’t wear a triangle swimsuit. I can’t do it, it’s not going to happen. It would never have happened.”
And Carrie has had women praise her variety of styles, which she based off her own wardrobe preferences.
She told PEOPLE: “I’ve had women come up to me and be like, ‘Thank you! I can take my teenage daughter and we can get things that are cute but also appropriate for her and for me’.
