Kim Kardashian West used duct tape to improve cleavage

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West used to use duct tape to shape her figure.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star has unveiled her newest product for SKIMS launch – a brand new body tape – as she admitted she used to use gaffer’s tape to give herself a better cleavage.
Speaking on her Instagram story, she said: “I am so excited you guys. Today we are announcing that we are launching boob tape and we are launching it in three different shades of nudes. We’re also calling it body tape. Usually when you see boob tape like this it comes in one shade. I’ve been working on this for a really long time and I’ve never seen it in different shades before. When I started using it, I would use a gaffer’s tape, which obviously was super uncomfortable. But this material is super soft and super stretchy – but not too stretchy because you want it to hold. It’s like the perfect amount of stretch.”
Meanwhile, the 39-year-old television personality previously revealed she wanted to “share her tape secret” with the world.
She shared at the time: “I definitely had to share my tape secret with you guys!! It’s my secret trick to have perfect cleavage in photos. You tape them up so they are super lifted. It takes a little work but trust me it’s all worth it LOL … I’ve used everything from duct tape to packing tape to masking tape and I think that the best I found is gaffer’s tape. It sticks the best! Make sure you don’t have any lotion or oils on when you’re lifting your boobs up with the tape. Just brace yourself for when it’s time to take it off LOL. (sic)”

The 36-year-old television personality got back into her wedding gown three years after her big day to celebrate the 11th launch from her jewellery brand XIXI and has revealed how she kept the dress in tip top shape.
She said: “I had it professionally preserved right after the wedding and it was stored in a box in my glam room. It was the exact same as it was on my wedding day.”
And Adrienne felt slipping back into her wedding dress was the perfect thing to do to celebrate the brand’s milestone.
She added: “My wedding anniversary and the anniversary of XIXI are both on 11/11 and in celebration of this huge milestone for my brand I knew I wanted to do something special.

Bebe Rexha inspired by 90s fashion

OHMYGOSSIP — Bebe Rexha is “inspired” by 90s fashion.
The ‘Back To You’ hitmaker loves the “edgy” style of throwback fashion and she likes how trends “come back around”.
She said: “I love going into a time like the ’80s or ’90s and looking at what the edgy kids were wearing, and then [looking] at what the classic kids would go out in. I’m inspired by that, and I feel that a lot of those trends always comes back around.”
And the 30-year-old singer likes to “mix” classic and edgy styles.
She added: “I like mixing a classic and edgy. I go for a black outfit: a simple black dress or jumpsuit. Then I add edgy accessories to make it a little bit more rock and roll. Or I add a red, because it signifies strength, royalty and power. It draws peoples’ eyes to you. And it looks good on me!”
Meanwhile, the singer feels the most important part of her new Bebe Loves Bebe campaign is making sure there is clothing that suits all body shapes because self-love is very important.
She shared to People Style magazine: “The most exciting part has been definitely being fans show up to meet and greets, and talking about wearing pieces with everyone. It’s really cool and important that [the collection] be for everybody, no matter if you’re thin, or thick. Self-love is important to promote. For me, especially, because self-love was always something I struggled with while growing up. I would look at supermodels in magazines who were always so thin and I wanted to look like that. I think that thin is beautiful, but so is thick, and everything in between.”

Jessica Alba listens to ‘dope music’ during glam

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Alba has to “listen to dope music” whilst she’s in glam.

She said: “If I have time, I’ll get a massage to unwind and relax.
“It’s important to listen to dope music while getting ready to set the tone for the night.”
The 38-year-old star – who has children Honor, 11, Hayes, 22-months and eight-year-old Haven with husband Cash Warren – also shared her biggest tip for preventing slipping out of heels.
She explained: “I put double-sided tape onto the soles of my feet so that I don’t slip out and this keeps my feet from sliding out of my shoes.”
And to ease the pain, Jessica applies a CBD lotion to her feet and knees.
She added to PEOPLE magazine: “Lastly, I slather on Lord Jones High CBD Formula Body Lotion focusing on my feet and knees when I know I’m going to be in heels all night.”
The blonde beauty also has to use the best products to keep her make-up in place because she has sensitive eyes, which are set off by the flash of cameras.
She admitted: “I’m usually just focused on trying to get through it without tearing up.
“I have sensitive eyes so all of the flashes going off make my eyes water.”

The ‘Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark’ star’s workout routine involves her going to the gym four times per week at which she participates in yoga, spinning, boxing and dance-inspired classes.
On occasions, Katie’s 13-year-old girli – who she shares with Tom – will join her for some keep-fit, but the ‘First Daughter’ actress doesn’t make her join her because that would be “lame”.
She said: “Sometimes I work out with my daughter. It just depends on the day. We have our routines, and occasionally they overlap. But I don’t force her to work out with me because I know that’s lame.”

Jane Seymour says designers refuse to dress people her age

OHMYGOSSIP — Jane Seymour says some designers refuse to dress people her age.
The 68-year-old actress has revealed that from her experience women in Hollywood struggle to find designers willing to style them one they reach a certain age.
The former Bond girl – who played Solitaire in ‘Live and Let Die’ alongside the late Sir Roger Moore as 007 – also revealed that she “doesn’t care” if it’s not fashionable to re-wear clothes and she will always wear something again if she likes it.
She told The Guardian: “I was never paid by a designer to wear anything, although nowadays not every designer will dress someone my age. I don’t care whether re-wearing clothes is acceptable or not – if I’m feeling the dress and the occasion, and if it fits, then I’ll wear it again.”
Seymour also revealed that she used to share clothes with Donatella Versace – the chief executive of Italian fashion label Versace – as they were “the same size”, and she revealed she couldn’t believe she wore one of her see-through Escada all-in-ones.
She recalled: “In the 80s, Escada loaned me a lot of gowns – I was the unofficial muse of Brian Rennie, the designer.
“Gianni Versace used to lend me gowns that were made for Donatella because we were the same size.
“One was a beaded, all-in-one that you thought you could see through, but really you couldn’t.
“Although, if you looked carefully, maybe you could!
“My boyfriend at the time, who was a famous rock’n’roller, had just broken up with me.
“We went to an event together and I thought: ‘Dammit, I’m going to wear it’ – and it worked.
“Everyone was trying to give me their phone number and I was like: ‘OK, bye-bye!’ But I have to admit that, looking back, I can’t believe I wore it.”

Jane Fonda won’t buy anymore clothes

OHMYGOSSIP — Jane Fonda says her iconic red coat, which she wears to her weekly climate change protests, is the last piece of clothing she will buy.
The ‘Grace and Frankie’ star has vowed to do her part to reduce waste and insists she won’t be making any more lavish clothing purchases.
Speaking to the crowd at Capital Hill, she said: “You see this coat? I needed something red and I went out and found this coat on sale. This is the last article of clothing that I will ever buy.”
Meanwhile, Jane had previously made as vow to reduce her own consumerism and cut back on her shopping habits.
She had previously said: “Greta [Thunberg; climate change activist] has also made me think a lot about consumerism. So when I talk to people and say, ‘We don’t really need to keep shopping. We shouldn’t look to shopping for our identity. We don’t need more stuff,’ I have to walk the talk. So I’m not buying any more clothes.”
Jane was inspired by teenage activist Greta, who was “so traumatised” by the threat of climate change she “stopped eating and speaking for almost a year”.
When asked what moved her to protest, Jane said: “I read Naomi Klein’s new book. It’s called ‘On Fire: The (Burning) Case for a Green New Deal’. [One of the things about the book that really changed my life] was the way she wrote about Greta. I mean, I knew about Greta, I didn’t know she was on the spectrum. And I didn’t really understand what Asperger’s meant.
“When Naomi described it, I realised that here is this young person who … she’s not influenced by what other people think. … On the spectrum, if they are interested in something, they have a laser focus on that and whatever the denials and rationalisations the rest of us indulge in, that doesn’t come into play with her.
“And she read the [Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change] report and she realised that the crisis was barreling straight at us, like a train, and looked around and people weren’t behaving appropriately. It so traumatised her that she stopped eating. I hadn’t realised that she stopped eating and speaking for almost a year. And that really hit me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Charli XCX has saddled up for her first lingerie campaign with Agent Provocateur’s Wild-West Christmas line.
The 27-year-old singer transformed the holiday season with a country-western twist that pays homage to the Deep South.
Charli takes the reigns wearing beautiful lingerie from Agent Provocateur’s AW19 collection – including the Kenzie set, the star of the collection, a seemingly deconstructed set crafted with crisscrossing French Leavers laces to the timeless Rozlyn, inspired by couture crinoline shapes from the 1950s – that launched on Monday (11.11.19).
She said: “Being a part of AP’s Xmas campaign was iconic! Nothing says Christmas like naughty and nice with a dash of cowgirl. I love all these pieces so much and this whole shoot day was so wild… so fun, it was a pleasure to work with such a legendary brand.”
The ‘Boom Clap’ hitmaker epitomised the luxury lingerie brand as an LGBTQ+ icon who commands the spotlight with power and grace.
Creative Director Sarah Shotton added: “I’ve always been a huge fan of Charli’s and we couldn’t imagine anyone better to collaborate with to become our Agent Provocateur Rodeo Queen – she was a natural! We wanted to bring some cheeky AP fun and sexiness to the holiday season.”
Meanwhile, the British pop singer has got a number of other projects going on including a Netflix series about Nasty Cherry – the band she formed and signed to her label – and she admitted she feels “nervous” about the launch of her own show.
She said: “I’m nervous! It’s my first foray into this and honestly, none of us knew what we were doing. Legit. I started this project in the midst of being in between things. Me and my best friend Emmy came up with the concept together.
“None of us had any background in TV or talking to networks or selling a show. We were just kind of like, ‘F**k, we’re doing it!'”

Kesha want people to have fun with new make up collection

OHMYGOSSIP — Kesha wants people to “play and have fun” with her make up collection.
The ‘Tik Tok’ hitmaker sees herself as an “aura in a skin suit” which she likes to “decorate” as she believes beauty is “all about what’s inside your soul”.
In a promotional video for her new line, she said: “I think beauty is all about what’s inside your soul. I’m just an aura in a skin suit, but I do like to decorate it. That’s what this make up is about. Perfect is not real, and normal is boring. I just want you to play and have fun.”
The range features a 12-shade FTW eyeshadow palette ($36), a dual-ended liquid eyeliner titled Whatever Wherever Wands ($28), and a lipstick and gloss combo ($26).
A Collector’s Box can be purchased for $120, which includes a note from Kesha whilst the I Want It All Collection is $90 and you receive all the products in one go.
And Kesha doesn’t want her make up to make people “feel perfect or beautiful or filtered” but instead wants her new range to allow people to show their “authentic insides”.
She told Women’s Wear Daily: “My relationship to make up is not purely to make me feel perfect or beautiful or filtered. It’s more to make me feel like my authentic insides are being shown on the outside. Sometimes with beauty, it feels like the goal is perfection. With my line, that’s not the goal. My goal is happiness.”
Kesha’s beauty line will be released on December 3.

Kanye West called fashion line Yeezy ‘the Apple of apparel’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kanye West has boasted his label Yeezy is “the Apple of apparel”.
The 42-year-old rapper launched the brand, originally a collaboration with Nike and now a partnership with Adidas, in 2009 and it has got more and more popular with his sneakers being one of the most in-demand sportswear items.
Kanye believes what sets his brand is apart from other labels is that he doesn’t follow the typical cycles of the fashion industry and it comparable in its success as a company to the tech giant, which was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne.
Speaking at Fast Company’s Innovation Festival, Kayne said: “We don’t put a timeline on things. The idea of competition that’s out there helps present a timeline. It makes things be better. Forces as creatives to bring things to market because Yeezy is the Apple of apparel. There hasn’t been an Apple of apparel – there hasn’t been that thing.”
Since the launch of his first shoe line, the ‘God Is’ hitmaker has released a women’s and children’s clothing line and is set to release his latest Yeezy sneaker collection in December.
Kanye has claimed the next pair of shoes will be made partly out of algae as his company is aiming to be more environmentally friendly and “responsible”.
He revealed: “So dyeing is one of the main things that’s impacting the planet in the fashion industry so just being responsible from A to Z.
“Our goal within the next two years is to bring the manufacturing back to America, South America, and North America and bring it back stateside and also present jobs for people back here.
The father-of-four – who has North, six, Saint, three, 22-month-old Chicago, one, and six-month-old Psalm, with his wife Kim Kardashian West, 39 – still plans to move the company’s headquarters to his new ranch in Cody, Wyoming.
Kanye added: “We have 4,000 acre ranch and a couple of other properties out there. We’re going to be farming and going seed to sow and have our own cotton, hydroponic farm, hemp farm, and wheat farm … and getting into how we can have last impact with the dyes because our colours are a big signature of the brand.”

Justin Bieber launches new natural deodorant with wife

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Bieber has persuaded his wife Hayley Baldwin to join the launch of his new natural deodorant brand.
The 25-year-old pop megastar dropped his new Schmidt’s collaboration, Here + Now, on Wednesday (06.11.19) along with a video which sees Hayley, 22, plant a kiss on her husband’s cheek.
Justin teamed up with the global beauty brand Schmidt’s to create a plant-based deodorant, for which he helped design the packaging for the gender-neutral, baking soda-free deodorant, which features buzz words like “Be Kind”, “Stress Less”, and “Hug More”.
The ‘10,000 Hours’ hitmaker said: “Here + Now is all about living in this moment we’ve been given and making the most of it. I try to share that message through my music, my lifestyle and through the partners I choose to collaborate with. Schmidt’s is a great brand whose products promote natural self-care, which is something I really believe in: take care of yourself, live your best life, and always be Here + Now.”
The ‘Sorry’ singer announced his new venture back in May 2019 in hopes to bring new fans into the natural category after Hayley – who is a big fan of natural beauty products – became the face of cosmetics company bareMinerals in September 2018.
Ryu Yokoi, chief executive officer of Schmidt’s Naturals, said: “At Schmidt’s, we believe in the power of self-care, and each and every one of our products is crafted based on that passion, including Here+Now. We’re thrilled to introduce a natural deodorant that is not only effective, but also serves as a call to mindfulness and living in the moment. As a co-creator, Justin has been integral in the development of Here+Now by bringing his own personal journey with self-care to the table.”
The new deodorant and advert come a month after Justin and Hailey, 22, teamed up for a new Calvin Klein underwear commercial.
The married couple – who tied the knot last year and remarried during a ceremony in South Carolina in September – agreed to strip down to celebrate their CK50 collection, marking 50 years of the brand.

Kim Kardashian West’s Met Gala gown was meant to have fake nipples

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West’s 2019 Met Gala dress originally had fake nipples attached to it.
The 39-year-old reality star said her nude wet-look Thierry Mugler dress was originally set to be even more risqué until her husband Kanye West, 42, disproved of the extra detail.
Following an argument on ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ last month (13.10.19), Kanye claimed it effects the rapper when the mother of his four children – North, six, Saint, three, Chicago, one, and five-month-old Psalm – dresses too sexy.
Kim recently revealed on ‘The Real’: “Well, the dress initially, since I was wet coming out of the water, there were nipples attached to it … So, he was really certain that he didn’t want that on the dress and had mentioned it multiple times.
“With this, we were having this conversation of just, ‘What is too much?’ and I am a mother of four, I am gonna be 40 next year, when is it time?”
The KKW Beauty mogul said she compromised with her husband by agreeing to remove the fake nipples but insisted she intends to stay true to herself through her wardrobe.
She added: “I respect where he’s gone on his [religious] journey in the last year and I obviously want to be appropriate for my children, there’s enough for them to see already, I could tone it down a little bit … but there’s always that fine line of staying firm and doing what you feel comfortable with and I take a little bit of him, and I respect what he’s saying and I totally compromise.”
Kim revealed the ‘God Is’ hitmaker has decided to be more cautious of what his children see as he goes through his spiritually life changing journey.
She explained: “The kids are getting older and he’s cautious about what we have in the house. We got rid of TVs in the kids’ rooms and removed makeup from North’s room – and he’s been very… had this, you know, epiphany of being this – not that he wasn’t an amazing dad – but being a little bit more strict as a dad and being very forceful on the imagery that’s in our household and what they see.”

Donna Karan calls for more diversity on runways

OHMYGOSSIP — Donna Karan has called for more diversity on fashion runways.
The 71-year-old designer – who created the Donna Karan New York and DKNY clothing labels respectively – wants to see a return to the heyday when every country had its own unique style and identity.
In an interview with Footwear News, she said: “In the fashion industry, the consumer is confused.”
On what made the 70s and 80s so great for fashion, she continued: “Everybody was individualised.
“You had the American world, the British world, the French world, the Italian world.
“And it was . . . the Americans were black. The British were funk.”
Karan – who began her career as an assistant designer with Anne Klein in the late 1960s, before she was promoted to associate designer in 1971 – admits that her opinion is quite the opposite to “most” of her colleagues.
She added: “I like to feel differentiation between our cultures.
“And that’s where I’m at, which is a little bit different than most designers.”
The legendary designer also admitted that she believes New York Fashion week is getting it wrong, because consumers have seen the pieces on the catwalk months beforehand.
She said: “I believe we’re giving too much information out.
“And now, because of communication, everybody sees everything.
“You know, and the customers see it six months before, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
“It’s like watching a movie — you don’t see the movie before the movie is coming. You see the movie when the move has come.”
