Salma Hayek’s outfit struggle

OHMYGOSSIP — Salma Hayek struggled to find an outfit to host the Oscars in 1997.
The ‘From Dusk till Dawn’ star has recalled how she found it difficult to get a dress for her hosting duties at the Academy Awards and she is grateful to Signor Armani for dressing her in a beautiful white shimmery gown.
Speaking about her outfit struggle, she said: “At the time, not many people wanted to dress me because I wasn’t well known.”
Salma also put her own personal spin on the outfit, deciding to wear a tiara, which she believes started a big trend in Hollywood.
She added: “I decided I wanted to wear a tiara. Everyone told me I was crazy and that it would be ridiculous, it would be pretentious, and everyone tried to convince me, like my manager, my stylist, and my publicist. I wore the tiara anyways, and you know what happened? Everybody started wearing a tiara after that. I never got credit for that trend!”
Salma also recalled how she shunned red carpet tradition at the MTV Music Video Awards in 1998, when she applied a number of butterfly temporary tattoos to complete her look.
She shared: “I thought butterflies would be nice. It was my design to make the dress more interesting. They were really hard to come across. I might have painted them, because stickers weren’t probably existing at the time.”
And the 53-year-old actress struggled to afford outfits when she was first starting out, as designers wanted her to purchase not loan the gowns.
She told Vogue magazine: “In the beginning of my career, I struggled getting clothes and I couldn’t afford it. The other girls were getting people to lend them clothes but nobody thought a Mexican was going to stick around so why give them a dress? Things have changed since.”

Emilia Clarke’s make-up nightmares

OHMYGOSSIP — Emilia Clarke has “nightmares” if she doesn’t take her make-up off before bed.
The ‘Game of Thrones’ star insists she will always remove her make-up properly, even if she is “blackout drunk” at the time and has a particular routine.
She said: “Even when I’m blackout drunk, which isn’t very often. I take off my make-up before bed. Genuinely, I have nightmares – I can’t sleep in my make-up.
“I do a double cleanse – first an oil cleanse, then a more milky one, and I wash it off with a muslin cloth instead of face wipes to not kill the planet.”
And the 33-year-old actress has recalled how much she struggled with her beauty routine after she underwent two bouts of brain surgery.
Speaking about her two serious brain surgeries, she added: “Because of the scar from the second surgery, I couldn’t blow-dry or wash my hair for ages, so my mum would try and wash as much as she could around it, but I was in so much pain even that was tricky. For a while make-up was too much for me, so I turned to a simple ritual like moisturising my skin to make me feel as if I was taking care of myself. It’s the little things. When I started to feel better and I could look in the mirror without being horrified by my scar, I would gently put on a bit of mascara. I started to feel more myself when I took five minutes out for me every day.”
And Emilia has confessed she learned the hard way that she’s allergic to fake tan.
She told The Times newspaper: “In series one of ‘Game of Thrones’, I got sunburnt and they had to cover me in fake tan. It’s why Daenerys looked tanned and then didn’t. I blew up like Hitch. I had spots from head to toe, and my lips swelled up. When the cast saw me, they screamed.”

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley more interested in beauty since baby’s arrival

OHMYGOSSIP — Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is “much more interested” in what beauty products she uses since becoming a mother.
The 32-year-old model welcomed son Jack Oscar into the world two years ago with her longterm partner Jason Statham and now she is more selective about what products she decides to use.
She said: “I’m much more interested in the ingredients that I’m putting onto my skin since becoming a mother. I cross-check all products for pore-clogging ingredients because I struggle with breakouts and congested skin.”
And Rosie is a huge fan of Hourglass’ liquid concealer, confessing she stole the prototype from the set when she posed for the beauty company.
She shared: “I stole the prototype of the liquid concealer on set and I haven’t stopped using it since. On my off-duty days, it gives me such incredible coverage and the brush is phenomenal. It’s a unique half-moon shape that fits into all the kind of contours of the face.”
The model and mother of one admits she has “less time” to get ready now because of her son but her love for beauty is even “deeper”.
She added to Elle.com: “Although I probably have less time to get ready now, my love for beauty has become so much deeper.”
Meanwhile, Rosie previously admitted she feels “so much more confident” since becoming a mother to Jack.
She said: “Since becoming a mum, I’ve felt so much more confident within my own skin and much more confident about who I am. It’s been life-changing. One of my favourite things about being a mum is how it connects me to other women. I think I would be doing a disservice not only to myself but also to them if I weren’t open about my experience.”

Stella McCartney launching biodegradable stretch denim line

OHMYGOSSIP — Stella McCartney is launching a line of biodegradable stretch denim.
The 48-year-old fashion designer is continuing to push forward with her eponymously titled brand’s commitment to sustainable fashion with the introduction of the new fabric, which uses plant-based yarns.
Stella will incorporate the innovative denim – which was created by Italian manufacturer Candiani – into her label’s autumn/winter 2020 collection.
The fabric utilises Coreva Stretch Technology, which is created by using organic cotton wrapped around a natural rubber core, resulting in a fabric that is free from plastics and micro-plastics, and is instead a biodegradable stretch denim fabric that doesn’t compromise elasticity.
Currently, all Stella McCartney denim is made with 100 percent organic cotton, but the process requires a huge volume of water and toxic dyes and chemicals to create one pair of jeans.
The Coreva Stretch Technology, meanwhile, is produced in a safe, toxic-free environment.
Alberto Candiani, owner of the Candiani family mill said in a statement: “In a world where resources are diminishing and landfills are overflowing with discarded garments, it’s our duty to look for renewable resources, in addition to biodegradable and compostable material.
“Denim has to take the lead as the indigo flag of this revolution and we are thrilled to be working alongside Stella McCartney to share our innovation and beliefs with the wider fashion industry.”
Stella McCartney’s brand has been working on being a sustainable fashion house for many years, and the designer previously said it can be challenging to find alternatives to fabrics such as leather, fur and PVC.
She said: “It’s my intention to stand shoulder to shoulder with the conventional houses and show that you can actually be respectful in your supply chain and manufacture.
“No. It’s not like I go, ‘Oh, I’m not going to use PVC because the challenge will make me more creative.’ It’s like, ‘Well, that f**king sucks, and I’ve also only got three sequins that I can use in two colourways as opposed to 5,000 that everyone else will use.’
“If everyone else was sustainable, we could have a level playing field, so it does feel unfair – but it’s my choice and I believe very much in my reasons for working in that way. You know what? It’s not like I’m here for an easy life.”

Hilary Duff: My body is incredible

OHMYGOSSIP — Hilary Duff says her body is “incredible”.
The ‘Younger’ star – who has son Luca, seven, with her ex-husband Mike Comrie, and 14-month-old daughter Banks with her spouse Matthew Koma – has admitted she has a “love/hate relationship” with her body, but ultimately “appreciates” her figure.
She said: “My body is incredible. Just like every other woman, I’ve had a love/hate relationship with it but I’m so appreciative of all it’s done for me. Being in my 30s, having two kids and being in a loving relationship has made me forget all the hang-ups I would have gone crazy about when I was younger.
“I work out really hard, I carry my kids around all day, I feel grateful to be healthy and to feel good in my clothes. I think that’s what matters but I’m always in that struggle, you know?”
Hilary is particularly fond of her “high cheekbones”, and also appreciates her eyes, even though she used to “hate” them when she was younger.
She added: “When I look in the mirror, I see my high cheekbones that run in my family, I really appreciate those! When I was little I used to hate my big eyes but I’m so appreciative of them now that I’m older.”
The ‘Lizzie McGuire’ actress has scaled back her beauty regime now that she’s older, and has learned that “less is more” when it comes to make-up.
Speaking to Elle magazine, she said: “The biggest beauty lesson I ever learnt was less is more. I used to wear so much make-up when I was younger! I was always on top of getting facials but now I feel that if I just stick to a good skin regime: cleaning my face at the end of the night, moisturising, putting on eye cream, that’s enough for me. I feel much more myself when I’ve not got make-up on all the time.”

Awkwafina red carpet look inspired by ‘power’

OHMYGOSSIP — Awkwafina’s Critics’ Choice Awards look was inspired by “powerful and uplifting” tones of yellow.
The ‘Farewell’ star stepped out onto the red carpet at the event on Sunday (12.01.20) wearing an ethereal marigold-hued Elie Saab gown, and her make-up artist Kirin Bhatty has now said she chose the make-up to accompany the dress by looking at the “bold” statement made by the gown.
Speaking to Vogue magazine, Kirin said: “I was truly inspired by the powerful golden yellow tones in Awkwafina’s dress. I think there is something so powerful and uplifting about yellow that it calls for statement makeup that’s equally bold.”
Kirin opted for a shimmering golden look on Awkwafina’s eyes, and finished off the look with a striking red lip, for which she used Dior’s semi-matte orange-red Trafalgar shade.
The lipstick was inspired by the Irene Neuwirth jewellery Awkwafina, 31, wore, and the look was completed with a set of floral drop earrings, some rings, a green clutch, and a golden hair accessory.
Although the ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ actress looked stunning on the red carpet, she recently admitted she struggled with her self-confidence for many years, and had “difficulty believing” in herself as a child.
She explained: “Anxiety was one of the first emotions that I learned. A feeling of not being secure. When I was young I often had difficulty believing in myself and feeling confident in certain things. And I think that I had to really find it. I remember feeling that, always, as a young kid.”
Awkwafina – whose real name is Nora Lum – also battled with depression, and says that whilst there are “still aspects” of it in her daily life, she had a worse time with her mental health when she was younger.
She added: “When I was a teenager I battled a lot with depression for sure. I had a lot of issues with self esteem, I had a lot of issues with just feeling normal. Maybe there are still aspects of that, but I think it was heightened then.”

Christie Brinkley glad fashion industry is focusing on ‘being healthy’

OHMYGOSSIP — Christie Brinkley is pleased to see the fashion industry focus on “being healthy” rather than being skinny.
The 65-year-old swimsuit model has graced the cover of many magazines throughout her career, and has said she’s “so glad” to see the industry make a change in the way it “appreciates” different body shapes, as she claims the early days of her career always left her “worried” that she “looked fat”.
Posting a professionally shot image on Instagram from her Cosmopolitan cover shoot in 1977 – when she was just 23 – Christie wrote: “In 1977 this bathing suit caused a stir! At the time all the bikinis were low slung on the hip. This high leg cut made the hip a new erogenous zone. I couldn’t figure out how to put it on as just one string holds it all together! Francesco Scavullo shot all the covers for #cosmopolitan back then . He had a big umbrella with a string that ran from the middle of the umbrella which contained a light to the tip of your nose . You were in perfect light at the end of that string. They did not have retouching back then so they really perfected the make up and every strand of hair. I remember I was worried that I looked fat. (sic)”
And the beauty went on to praise the industry for changing its ways over time, as she hopes the shift in perspective will help to “alleviate the worries” that young girls may have about their bodies.
She continued: “I’m so glad that today our industry appreciates all shapes and sizes so we can just focus on being healthy. Not cookie cutter. Still there is something in some young girls that often makes them feel they just don’t measure up . I was one of them. I look back at these and think that worry was such a waste of time. If only the perspective we gain with age that alleviates the worries, could be passed on and absorbed by the younger generation …but I do think shifting the focus to feeling great is a giant step in the right direction. Just thinking out loud as I sift thru a few photos . Wishing everyone a great day ( and decade! ) #1977 #kamali #swimsuit #cover #christiebrinkley #cosmo #confidence #bodyimage (sic)”

Brad Pitt front Brioni campaign

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt is the new face of Brioni.
The ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ actor has fronted the company’s Spring 2020 campaign and later in the year, he’ll be collaborating on a line of exclusive items including a limited-edition suit and tux featuring a custom label, WWD reports.
He said of the campaign: “I’ve always admired Brioni’s elegant and timeless designs.
“The brand embodies creativity, quality and excellence.”
Brad’s ‘Tailoring Legends’ campaign marks Brioni’s 75th anniversary and he follows the likes of Pierce Brosnan, Sir Anthony Hopkins and Samuel L. Jackson as one of their brand ambassadors.
The 56-year-old actor often appears on the red carpet in Brioni and wore black bespoke tuxedos by the brand at both the Cannes and Venice film festivals last year, as well as to the Golden Globe awards earlier this month.
At the Globes, Brad scooped Best Actor in a Supporting Role at Sunday’s (05.01.20) ceremony ahead of Tom Hanks (‘A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood’), Sir Anthony Hopkins (‘The Two Popes’), Al Pacino and Joe Pesci ( both ‘The Irishman’) and was stunned to win against his idols.
Brad recalled in his speech at the Beverly Hilton hotel how all those on the shortlist were “like gods” to him when he was a young actor starting his career.
As well as thanking his ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ director Quentin Tarantino, Brad also sang the praises of his co-star Leonardo DiCaprio.
He said: “I also have to thank my partner in crime, LDC.
“Before ‘The Revenant’ I used to watch year after year his co-stars win awards and get up and thank him profusely and I know why. He’s an all star, he’s a gent. I wouldn’t be here without you, man. I thank you.”
And referring to his pal’s on-screen death in 1997’s ‘Titanic’, he quipped: “Still, I would have shared the raft.”

Amber Valletta felt disconnect

OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Valletta felt a “big disconnect” when she started modelling.
The 45-year-old model struggled with feelings of anxiety and threw herself into partying in the early days of her career but is now doing her best to be the person she wants to be and to set a good example.
She said: “I started modelling at 15. I started feeling a big disconnect. I couldn’t quite work out what it was.
“I vacillated from being melancholy to being overwhelmed with anxiety to partying. I want to be the person that I aspire to be. I don’t want to talk it, I want to live it. I want to allow myself the space to have bad days, be sad, be mad, be loving and accepting of others.
“Even people that I don’t think are right. It’s hard to do, but I want to move through the world as gently as I can.”
Amber also credits cutting her hair short for completely transforming her career.
She told Net-A-Porter’s digital magazine Porter: “When I had my hair cut short, that changed everything. I was 17 and looked way older. Nobody had short hair then. Grunge hadn’t happened. I told him, ‘I want to cut my hair.’ He said, ‘Not necessary.’
“He asked how old I was, and his mouth hit the floor: ‘You should definitely cut your hair.’ Suddenly, I went from ‘that girl’ to ‘Who’s that girl?'”
Amber hates selfies and thinks the world is very different now to when she began her career.
She said: “You would never have taken your Polaroid camera and turned it around on yourself. You would never have talked about how you were flying around in a private jet.
” That’s why when Linda [Evangelista] made that one statement [“I never get out of bed for less than $10,000 a day”], it was huge. People talk like that all the time on Instagram now. People who don’t even do anything!
“[Selfies] makes me painfully uncomfortable. I want things to change – that’s all I care about now.”

Hollywood carpets causing style chaos

OHMYGOSSIP — Hollywood stylists have to “ask for carpet colours” ahead of major events.
The traditional red carpet is occasionally switched for different hues to match the theme of awards ceremonies or movie premieres and it’s caused havoc for experts dressing their famous clients as they no longer know what will look good in pictures.
Saoirse Ronan’s stylist, Elizabeth Saltzman, admitted: “Stylists have to ask for carpet colours now that red isn’t guaranteed and there are so many props in the background.
“When the Emmys changed the red carpet to purple and gold, it messed up everyone’s photos!”
She told British Vogue: “The red carpet has been like a wheat sheaf sprouting many different stems.
“There’s no synchronicity between stylists. There’s no group stories.”
At last weekend’s Golden Globes, Saoirse broke from her usual romantic style and opted for a slinky Celine gown so was initially uncertain about the Erdem dress she wore to the Critics’ Choice Awards on Sunday (12.01.20).
Elizabeth admitted her client had said: “I wonder if this is still me.”
But the 25-year-old star ultimately agreed it was “fun” to show her different sides through fashion.
The stylist said: “The whole point is that the Erdem dress is the antithesis to the Golden Globes look. It’s fun to show different sides to Saoirse.”
And the ‘Little Women’ star was fascinated by the story of Modotti, Erdem’s creative and activist muse who adopted a number of personas through her life.
Elizabeth said: “He (Erdem Moralıoğlu) is an exquisite designer. You always know that his garments are never follies, they are well-researched with magnificent attention to detail
“Every interaction with Erdem is a history lesson. He goes beyond the influences and references of other designers.”

Zendaya’s ‘science’ dress

OHMYGOSSIP — Zendaya had a “science tech situation going on” with her Critics’ Choice Awards outfit.
The ‘Euphoria’ actress – who lost out on the Actress in a Drama Series accolade to ‘Watchmen’ star Regina King – walked the red carpet on Sunday (12.01.20) in a metallic pink skirt and matching top from Tom Ford’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection, with the breastplate specially moulded to fit her body.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “I saw it on the runway and thought it was sick and amazing because they were actually able to scan and mould my own body so it fits me the right way, so it’s pretty cool.
“It was very science tech situation going on, so it was very [one-of-a-kind].”
Zendaya – who accessorised with Mateo New York earrings and Djula rings – loves to experiment on the red carpet and has no regrets about any of her previous looks.
She said: “I have definitely had some of my own, like, red carpet moments — listen, I wouldn’t take it back, though, because you have to live and learn, you know, and that’s OK.”
Meanwhile, even though she didn’t win, the 23-year-old actress feels “lucky” to play recovering addict Rue Bennett in ‘Euphoria’.
She said: “I just feel very lucky. I just feel like to be able to tell those stories. It felt like something special as I was doing it, and I am grateful that people have been able to connect to it the way they have.”
And Zendaya tries to shut out external influences when it comes to preparing her work.
She said: “It’s a personal thing. If I try to take the world out of it, it’s not about proving anything to the world, but it’s really about getting better as an artist and being more in touch with where I can go and how I can do it.
“I just try to keep it internal, because that’s a much happier place to work from when you are working really just to prove yourself that you can do it.”

Lupita Nyong’o wanted new colour

OHMYGOSSIP — Lupita Nyong’o wanted to attend the Critics’ Choice Awards wearing a colour she’d never been pictured in before.
The ‘Us’ star is known for mixing up her hues on the red carpet and for Sunday’s (12.01.20) ceremony, she opted for a chocolate brown Michael Kors halter-style dress with a leather racerback and crepe-jersey skirt.
Lupita’s stylist, Micaela Erlanger, explained: “We wanted something totally clean and timeless.
“It’s restrained. No, relaxed. It’s not a traditional awards-season dress.”
The gown was accessorised with a vintage polished-gold belt and jewellery because the stylist likes the way second-hand pieces can “tell a story”.
She told Britain’s Vogue magazine: “Vintage tells a story.
“Second-hand pieces are personal, hard to replicate and they bring a sustainable component to fashion.”
The ’12 Years a Slave’ actress – who lost out to ‘Judy’ actress Renee Zellweger for the Best Actress accolade at the event – likes to “surprise” people on the red carpet and she and her glam team have a great time choosing her looks.
Micaela said: “We always try to do something a little different. We never want to be repetitive or expected. It’s fun to surprise people.
“We have a ball.”
Micaela has previously praised Lupita for her willingness to take risks at red carpet events.
she said: “The red carpet doesn’t need to be this precious thing. It’s an opportunity to have fun, take risks, and express yourself.
“She’s an expert in tailoring and silhouettes, and her knowledge of what suits her allows her to be more daring. She pushes me, I push her and we bring each other back down to earth. This trust has allowed us to see how transformative style can truly be. She’s become the ultimate muse and people want to work with her.”

Duchess Meghan’s fashion deals?

OHMYGOSSIP — Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry could secure a number of fashion deals.
The royal couple announced earlier this week that they would be stepping away from “senior royal duties” and plan to become “financially independent” and it is now believed the couple could draw on the Duchess of Sussex’ connections in the fashion industry.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Meghan is very connected in the fashion industry and there are a lot of major labels who would like to partner with her on projects. There have already been active discussions with Givenchy. Some of these deals could be worth millions of pounds. I’m sure she is going to link some of the initiatives to their foundation.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed they were “stepping back as senior members of the Royal Family” in a statement released on Wednesday (08.01.20).
They shared: “After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution. We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen. It is with your encouragement, particularly over the last few years, that we feel prepared to make this adjustment.
“We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America, continuing to honour our duty to The Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages.
“This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity.”

Ashley Graham: My pregnancy has made me feel sexier

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Graham’s pregnancy has made her feel sexier.
The model is expecting her first child with her husband Justin Ervin and she is embracing “all the changes” that her body is going through.
Speaking as she posed for Marina Rinaldi’s new Spring/Summer 2020 collection, she said: “I’m accepting all the changes that my body is going through over the months and now, more than ever, I have a sense of the super powers that being a woman gives me. There is a totally natural change going on inside of me and I feel brave, beautiful, and that I just keep getting stronger.”
Meanwhile, Ashley previously revealed she has gained 50 lbs since she became pregnant but she doesn’t care about her weight gain.
The 32-year-old model said: “Throughout my pregnancy so far I’ve gained 50lbs. And the best part is, I don’t care! I have never felt better, and I am so thankful that my body and son have allowed me to be as mobile and flexible as I have been. Between working out, yoga, acupuncture and lymphatic massages- I finally feel like I figured out this whole pregnancy thing and how to feel my best. (sic)”
And Ashley has admitted a “rollercoaster of emotions” over her pregnancy figure.
She said: “I have had really terrible days, I’ve really good days.
“I mean everybody can tell you how cute your bump is, but when your body is changing so rapidly it’s like, you kind of have to succumb to it.”

Jacqueline Jossa’s fashion tip

OHMYGOSSIP — Jacqueline Jossa wears bigger size jeans to show off her new weight loss.
The ‘EastEnders’ star dropped an impressive one and half stone during her time in the ‘I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here’ jungle and she has now revealed her tips for looking slimmer in her clothing.
Speaking to promote her In The Style collection, she said: “I struggle with jeans because I have got big, chunky legs and I find it hard to find a jean that fits the waist and also fits the legs.
“Tip from me, you know when you are trying to look slim thick and all that jazz and you are like I wish I was a size smaller and try and squeeze into jeans? I would always say go up a pair. A size of clothing mean absolutely nothing, you will look better and feel better rather than squeezing in.”
Sharing a video to Instagram, she said: “Hi guys, just quickly wanna show you something, ok? Look how small, well I’d say small, my waist looks. Yeah, quite deceiving. I look like I could be skinny, a skinny Minnie. Then if you bring the trousers down to that awful length, you see, you know, she got love handles, she got something to grab. This is life and this is just the way it is and, you know, I thought about it in the bath, right, and was like, ‘I’ve literally got about eight rolls down there.’ Well, I’m lying there washing and thinking, ‘I don’t even hate it,’ genuinely, when I look in the mirror I don’t think it’s bad. That’s the truth, I don’t think it’s bad, I don’t mind it, I quite like it.”

Olivia Wilde: I’m ‘unstoppable’ in jeans and sweatshirts

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Wilde feels “unstoppable” in low-rise jeans and a sweatshirt.
The ‘Booksmart’ star joked she is “still pretending to be a teenager from the early aughts” with her outfit choices, but insists they are the most comfortable to wear.
She said: “I’m still pretending to be a teenager from the early aughts. My most comfortable state is when I’m wearing low-rise jeans, sneakers, and a sweatshirt. In that, I am unstoppable. And if I’m in a high-waist jean, I can’t let my gut expand. When I see pictures of people like Paul Feig directing in full-on outfits, I’m like, ‘How?'”
And Olivia has spoke of how close she is to her stylist.
Speaking to InStyle magazine’s Badass Women issue, she added: “My stylist, Karla Welch, is one of my best friends. She knows I love a strong shoulder and anything that makes me feel powerful. That doesn’t mean I don’t love a flowy frock here and there, but you learn what makes you feel like your best self.”
Meanwhile, Olivia previously opened up about her beauty routine, revealing she changed her beauty products when she was pregnant with her children.
The mother-of-two – who has Otis, five, and Daisy, three, with her partner Jason Sudeikis – said: “Since having kids, my relationship to health and beauty has become much more thoughtful. I used to slather anything on my skin and not care what it was made out of. I’ve always loved the decadence of beauty products, but at the point when I first started having children – when I was suddenly responsible for another living being – I became conscious of what I was putting on and in my body. I wish we would be more conscious when it’s just for ourselves.”
