Reese’s video came as part of a paid partnership with beauty brand Elizabeth Arden, and showed the 44-year-old actress complete her routine using the label’s range of products.
After cleansing her face, Reese gave her “skin a little drink” with the brand’s $20 Eight Hour Miracle Hydrating Mist, before following up with the moisturiser.

The ‘Legally Blonde’ star concluded her skincare routine with the $24 Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant stick, before declaring she was “ready for bed”.
She added: “A little self-care, a good book, and it’s time for a good night sleep. Night, everybody!”
Reese has served as the face of Elizabeth Arden for the past three years, and previously praised the brand’s Prevage Progressive Renewal Treatment – a four-part, four-week treatment that costs $162 and uses lactic acid and gluconolactone to boost cell turnover and reveal polished – for helping her keep her skin healthy.
The ‘Morning Show’ actress is also a fan of Elizabeth Arden’s $36 Ceramide Replenishing Cleansing Oil.

When she’s not using Elizabeth Arden products, Reese swears by her $95 NuVibe RX Amethyst Massaging Beauty Roller, saying it helps keep her dark circles at bay.

Hilary Duff: Makeup helps me feel ‘normal’

OHMYGOSSIP — Hilary Duff applies makeup to help herself feel “a bit more normal”.
The ‘Younger’ star has been experimenting with her look during her time in self-isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic – including dyeing her hair bright blue – and has said she still makes sure to apply makeup despite not leaving the house, as it helps her stay sane.
Posting a makeup tutorial on Instagram, Hilary explained: “I am going to do a makeup tutorial today because I’m a little bored and we can still have pretty makeup while we’re in quarantine to make our day a little bit more normal.”
Hilary first prepared her skin by applying a hydrating mist and followed up with an anti-aging serum from her favourite vegan brand Glycelene, before gently applying Tata Harper’s Boosted Contouring Eye Balm to her under-eyes and her lip area to prevent smile lines.
To lock in moisture, the ‘Lizzie McGuire’ actress applied Glycelene’s Rejuvenation Crème to her face, décolletage and hands before moving on to her makeup.
Hilary used Giorgio Armani Beauty’s Power Fabric Foundation Balm on the areas she felt needed the most coverage, and then went in with RMS Beauty’s “Un” Cover-Up concealer, which she applied under her eyes for an illuminated-but-natural effect.
The beauty contoured her cheekbones with Raazika Cosmetics’ Contouring Palette followed by Benefit Cosmetics’ Hoola Bronzer, and applied a sweep of MAC Cosmetics’ Extra Dimension Blush to the apples of her cheeks for a light blush.
Opting for a monochromatic look, she then used the same product on her eyes, before adding highlight to her high-points, as well as to her eyelids.
To finish, Hilary created a cat-eye using a blue liquid liner from Marc Jacobs Beauty, and applied YSL Beauty’s The Shock Volumizing Mascara to her lashes.
For her lips, the 32-year-old star applied ColourPop Cosmetics’ Lippie Tint, and finished the whole look off with a crystal jewel body sticker, which she put next to her eye.

Billie Eilish to release t-shirt range with Uniqlo

OHMYGOSSIP — Billie Eilish has teamed up with Takashi Murakami for a limited edition collaboration with Uniqlo.
The 18-year-old singer has joined forces with the esteemed art icon to create a Uniqlo T-Shirt (UT) collection that combines their respective styles.
Each design is exclusive to Uniqlo, with a brand rep saying in a statement that the pieces will give fans “new discoveries in each [artist’s] visions.”
The collection will be launching in late May, and a video posted to Uniqlo’s Instagram account teases some of the items in the range, though they are displayed without colour.
The clip features a completely white mannequin dressed in white shoes, tracksuit bottoms, and a t-shirt, all of which are devoid of colour.
Uniqlo captioned the post: “Coming Soon. #BillieEilishxMurakamiUT
@uniqlo.ut @billieeilish @takashipom (sic)”
For artist Takashi Murakami, this is not the first time he has teamed up with the Japanese casual wear brand, after previously designing a line for the label in 2018 that was inspired by the ‘Doraemon’ manga.
He said at the time: “The merchandise I create has never been for profit. It’s just because I was curious. But I’ve always wanted to explore what comes after Andy Warhol and Jeff Koons have done, because I wanted to explore that line further. So it was always a part of my fine art activity.”
Meanwhile, Billie launched a sustainable fashion line with H&M earlier this year, including oversized t-shirts, sweaters, and bucket hats made from sustainable materials.
Alongside a promo pic for the line, H&M wrote on Instagram in January:
“We can’t bite our tongues any longer: Billie Eilish’s merch is out now! @blohsh #HM #blohsh (sic)”
The ‘Bad Guy’ hitmaker has also teamed up with the likes of Urban Outfitters and Bershka for collections in the past.

Lucy Hale is the face of Almay

OHMYGOSSIP — Lucy Hale is the new global ambassador for Almay.
The ‘Katy Keene’ star has become the latest face of the American cosmetics brand – which is known for making products designed for those with sensitive skin – and will star in a series of campaigns for the brand, including the launch of an upcoming product this winter.
Lucy says she’s struggled to find products for her sensitive skin for many years, and loves the “gentle” formula used in Almay’s makeup range.
In a statement, she said: “I’m a beauty and skincare lover at heart, but I’ve always struggled with finding the right products for my sensitive skin. For someone who has and still deals with skin issues, it’s so important that, from start to finish, I keep my beauty routine as gentle as possible, which is why I love Almay products. From their eyeliners to their mascaras to their makeup remover towelettes, Almay uses gentle ingredients in products that are specially formulated to avoid irritation. They’re the perfect solution for me – easy to use, high-quality products that don’t sacrifice performance.”
The 30-year-old actress used to battle with breakouts throughout her 20s, and says there were times she didn’t want to go to work on the set of ‘Pretty Little Liars’ because her “skin was so bad”.
She told People magazine: “In my 20s, I would try a bunch of products, and still be like, ‘Why is my skin breaking out?’ It was because it just didn’t agree with the things I was putting on it. My skin doesn’t like a lot of makeup, but the layering of foundation, powder, foundation, powder … it just made it really angry.
“There were days when I was filming ‘Pretty Little Liars’ where I didn’t want to go to work because my skin was so bad. They had to especially light for me at times because I would break out. There were a lot of tricks going on there.”
But since finding products specially designed for sensitive skin like Almay’s range, Lucy’s skin has cleared up.
She added: “In the past, I’ve had lots of problems with my skin, so I’m always looking for products that won’t irritate it. I love Almay because it’s fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. But just because it’s clean, it doesn’t mean that it’s not fun. They still have really amazing makeup and eye shadows and lipsticks.”

Nina Dobrev is learning how to cut hair

OHMYGOSSIP — Nina Dobrev has been learning how to cut hair.
The former ‘Vampire Diaries’ star is currently self-isolating at home amid the coronavirus pandemic, and has decided to teach herself how to properly trim tresses since hair salons have been shut down as a result of the health crisis.
Nina admits she is “notoriously bad” at cutting her own hair, but decided to learn through watching YouTube videos after a friend insisted she trim his locks.
She said: “I’ve never cut hair. In fact, I’m notoriously bad at doing my own hair. I’ve been spoiled to work with some of the industry’s best, but because of that, I’ve never learned to do anything with my own unruly locks.
“So when I told my friend his hair was getting so crazy long in quarantine, that he was starting to look like a Furby doll, he said, ‘I agree, so cut it.’ I thought, ‘There’s no way’. But anyone who knows me knows I like a good challenge.
“I went down a deep, dark YouTube-tutorial hole and watched all the videos. I ordered professional hair cutting scissors, texturizing sheers, an electric razor and went to work. I was terrified.
“I tried to act cool, calm, and collected for my friend’s sake but I was super-nervous the whole time. In the end, it didn’t turn out half bad for my first hair cut. I was pretty happy with it and so was he, which was a huge relief.”
The 31-year-old actress is also prioritising self-care during the pandemic, and has been taking care of her skin above all else.
She added: “I’ve been doing sheet masks almost every day. Loops makes super-moisturising masks that bring that red-carpet-envy glow. Goop makes a glycolic face wipe I’ve been applying once weekly, and I’ve been using serums like Vintner’s Daughter. My face has started to feel like a baby’s bottom.”
And Nina is finally taking her own beauty advice by making sure she gets enough sleep every night to keep herself feeling refreshed.
The ‘Fam’ star told Vogue: “In interviews, I would always say that my number one beauty tip was rest. But I didn’t always practice what I preached. I was living such a busy lifestyle on the go, and was often exhausted. Well, over the past two months I can proudly say I finally listened to my own advice. And my skin has never been clearer. Going to bed before 9 pm or 10 pm, following my skin-care routine religiously, and waking up early feels so good.”

Dove Cameron loves her nighttime skincare routine

OHMYGOSSIP — Dove Cameron “revels” in her nighttime skincare routine.
The 24-year-old actress loves to pamper herself with a 12-step skincare routine every night, and believes it’s important to take the time to practice “self-care”.
Discussing her routine in a video for Harper’s Bazaar US, she said: “I really revel in my nighttime routine. Any kind of self-care act, like physical self-care act, I think is so important.
“I think when people talk about spending time on taking care of yourself and equating it to vanity and calling vanity a negative thing, I think that’s really misinformed. I think that psychologically, giving yourself that extra time and attention improves your self esteem and improves your relationship with yourself.
“It centres you, it makes you feel loved and valued, and I think that’s really important. I think that’s really important for your life, and it’s really important for your mental state.”
Dove starts her routine by using a $47 cleansing oil from Shu Uemura to help remove her makeup, as well as a Neutrogena makeup wipe to shift the product applied to her eyes.
She then uses Dr. Barbara Sturm’s hyaluronic serum, which costs a whopping $300 from Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle site Goop.
The ‘Descendants’ star also swears by Dr. Barbara Sturm’s $140 eye cream, as well as a $195 cream by Tata Harper, and a $109 multi-action face cream from Lancôme.
Dove uses several different creams and oils as she suffers from dry skin, and so has to keep it as hydrated as possible.
Speaking about the Shu Uemura cleansing oil, she said: “This cleansing oil is literally the consistency of a light olive oil. It’s so oily. It’s so good for my skin.”
Dove applies both Vitamin C and Vitamin E serums to her face, and finishes off her routine by using multiple different scented oils – including a rose-scented essential oil, and a Heart Chakra Aromatherapy Oil – to her wrists so she can enjoy the pleasant smell whilst she relaxes in bed before going to sleep.

Anna Kendrick is no longer vegan

OHMYGOSSIP — Anna Kendrick no longer follows a vegan diet.
The ‘Pitch Perfect’ star enjoyed a plant-based diet for almost two years, but has said she “fell off the wagon super hard” and slipped back into old habits, especially when it came to dairy products.
She said: “I’ve tried a couple of meditation classes, and so far I feel like I’m doing it wrong. My mind races more when I meditate. And I was vegan for a year, or maybe even two, and it was the best I’ve ever felt. Then I just fell off the wagon super hard. I was like, ‘Well, maybe I can just do vegan most days’. But no. It was the classic slippery-slope situation for Anna.”
Anna’s biggest vice is “carbs and dairy”, and says macaroni and cheese is the one food that put an end to her vegan diet.
She added: “‘Everything in moderation’ is such a cliché, I know, but it’s true. The times in my life when I tried to restrict the foods I love always backfired, and I ended up feeling miserable. For me, it’s all about really being present in my body, not depriving it.
“My favourite food is macaroni and cheese. Carbs and dairy – that’s the kind of life I’m all about. And I definitely do like sweets.
“There was a period when I baked a lot. I would find the trickiest recipe I could because I’ve got this complex: Whenever there’s a challenge and the suggestion that maybe I can’t do it, I’m like, ‘Oh, yeah? Watch this’. Any recipe that was advanced, I would spend days working on it, trying to get it right.
“Ironically, the only time I was put off by sweets was during the phase when I was baking, because I always felt like I’d eaten three pounds of brownies by the time I was done. So then I’d give the rest away.”
The 34-year-old actress still follows a healthy diet despite no longer being vegan, and is “powered by ginger”.
Speaking to Shape magazine, she said: “I am powered by ginger. I keep wellness shots of ginger, lemon, and cayenne from Pressed Juicery in my fridge. If I’m traveling and I can’t have ginger, I’ll feel sick. There was a time when I was in Germany for three months and I couldn’t find a crushed-juice place. So I bought a juicer and a bunch of ginger to make it myself because I was positive it was the only thing keeping me alive.”

Lena Dunham turned to hair growth treatment after ‘hormonal shift’ caused hair loss

OHMYGOSSIP — Lena Dunham turned to “holistic” hair growth treatments after her hysterectomy left her with “thinning” hair.
The ‘Girls’ creator underwent the medical procedure to remove her uterus after suffering with endometriosis – which causes tissue found in the lining of the uterus to grow outside the uterus – however, the “hormonal shift” caused by the surgery caused her to begin losing her hair.
She said: “When an autoimmune disease and the hormonal shifts of a hysterectomy left me with thinning, patchy strands, the era of endless hair experiments that defined my twenties (bleached bowl cuts; green rockabilly curls; a severe auburn Posh Spice look; endless pixies) ended. When you have no hair to play with, there will be no play.”
The 34-year-old actress then turned to a range of techniques – both holistic and populist – to try and get her hair to grow back.
And although she can’t say for sure if any of the treatments worked, she can now boast a full head of luscious locks.
She added: “I committed myself to growth techniques – both holistic (scalp scrubs with salt and honey; washing and not washing), and more populist (biotin supplements, Sugarbear hair gummies) – and while I can’t say for sure if it was due to any of these direct measures, or my body just re-balancing with help from my medical team, over the last two years my hair has grown fast and loose, and now I have more than I bargained for.”
Lena insists she doesn’t believe a woman needs to have long hair to be considered “feminine”, but says her own hair has come to represent “hope”.
Writing in an article for Vogue magazine, she explained: “It’s important to state here that I do not believe hair makes the woman, nor that femininity is dependent on Crystal Gayle levels of length. My hair came to represent a period of real loss (relationships, fertility, the carefree nature of youth) and its return was something hopeful, even spiritual.”

Kehlani’s pregnancy caused skin problems

OHMYGOSSIP — Kehlani’s pregnancy left her with “super dry” skin.
The ‘Good Thing’ hitmaker gave birth to her daughter, Adeya Nomi Parrish Young-White, in March 2019, and says that whilst she suffered from “breakouts” during her pregnancy, her skin became “a lot more dry” after she gave birth.
She said: “I started breaking out when I was pregnant, so I had to use something that would balance my hormones. I actually had to get an entirely new set of a skin routine because I was just breaking out everywhere.
“After I had my baby, I feel like my skin just got a lot more dry. I think it’s just now bouncing back and getting back in the swing of things. But I’m hydrating a lot more internally, and doing a lot of hydrating sleeping masks.”
To combat her dry skin, Kehlani – who has Adeya with Javaughn Young-White – uses plenty of hydrating products in her skincare routine, including the PCA Skin creamy cleanser and a layer of hyaluronic acid serum, followed by a Korean beauty essence and an oil concoction to lock it all in.
She explained in a video for Vogue: “The first step is a creamy cleanser. I like this a lot because I have really really dry skin, so I kind of need something that’s hydrating and doesn’t leave me feeling all tight and gross.
“Because I have dry skin, I have to make sure that I continuously keep layering hydration.”
The 25-year-old singer also uses Paula’s Choice RESIST Barrier Repair Moisturiser which she describes as a “barrier healer”, as she says she has “problems” with her “skin barrier”.

R-rated album merch: Lady Gaga selling Chromatica themed thongs

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga has unveiled a ‘Chromatica’ themed pink thong.
The 34-year-old singer is gearing up to release her sixth studio album, ‘Chromatica’, on May 29, and as part of the record’s exclusive line of merchandise, fans can get their hands on a bright pink thong and jockstrap.
Both of the underwear items are limited-edition and available on Gaga’s online shop, with the thong costing $20, and the jockstrap selling for $30.
The scandalous garments are both pink in colour, and feature a screen printed ‘Chromatica’ graphic.
Fans who buy either of the items will also get access to the ‘Stupid Love’ hitmaker’s digital album when it’s released later this month.
Gaga unveiled the garments on Instagram this week with a black-and-white vintage-inspired photo series, which she captioned: “ENERGY SHOP.LADYGAGA.COM (sic)”
And for those who don’t fancy the racy underwear, Gaga also has a more conservative undergarment option in the form of $25 briefs, which come in green.
The singer also has a range of t-shirts inspired by the album, as well as sweatshirts, sweatpants, and accessories including hats and socks.
Gaga is known for her own experimental fashion choices, and said last year she is regularly called “weird” for the outfits she wears.
She said: “Over the course of my career, I’ve been called weird all the time. Even with my last album, ‘Joanne’, I wore a pink hat with every outfit. I used to joke with my stylist – Brandon Maxwell was styling me at the time – and he was like, ‘Do you have to wear it with everything? It just doesn’t go.’ And I was like, ‘Brandon, the hat doesn’t go with anything.’ I said, ‘That’s the point.’ I said, ‘This hat goes with nothing.’ I said, ‘This is Joanne.’ ”
Gaga had previously given an emotional speech about feeling “misunderstood” at the opening show of her Las Vegas residency.
She explained at the time: “I love you so much. I’ve known some of you for so long. And for a really long time, I felt so misunderstood. I thought the way I dressed, the way I talk, the attitude, they thought it was shallow. But this s**t is deep as f**k. I love you so much. I’m so proud to be your star, but the truth is, you gave birth to me.”

Khloe Kardashian has shed 60 lbs. since giving birth

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian has lost “almost 60 pounds” since giving birth.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star welcomed her daughter True into the world two years ago, and Khloe has now revealed that since becoming a mother, she has managed to shed her pregnancy weight and lose an impressive 60 lbs in total.
Speaking to her sister Kourtney Kardashian in a livestream for Kourtney’s lifestyle website Poosh, she said: “If you’re trying to lose a significant amount of weight, diet and exercise go hand in hand. Now that I’m in my weight vicinity goal – I’m around 150. It goes up a little. When it goes into the high 140s I’m like, ‘Woo! It’s the dream.’ ”
And whilst the 35-year-old reality star knows the importance of eating healthy, she admits she hasn’t been watching what she eats amid the coronavirus pandemic.
She added: “In this world, I don’t really watch what I eat. That doesn’t mean I’m binge eating bags of chips all day. We have good diets, but I love quesadillas. I love anything True’s eating.
“You never know if tomorrow’s happening. I would rather put more effort into the gym than the kitchen.”
As for Kourtney, the 40-year-old star loves to eat healthy foods, and has learned how to “choose [her] calories wisely” by opting to skip sugary drinks and indulging in sweet treats in moderation.
She said: “For me, eating is a lifestyle. I love healthy foods as well. I love a great salad. I love good fruit. I think I balance it.”
And whilst Khloe agreed, she insisted finding balance and “maintaining” a healthy lifestyle is the most important thing.
She explained: “Once you get to your goal, it’s okay to maintain, and maintaining does not mean depriving yourself of the greatness of life.”

Lady Gaga’s Haus Laboratories to drop new eyeshadow palette

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga’s beauty brand Haus Laboratories is launching a new eyeshadow palette this month.
The 34-year-old singer is gearing up to release her sixth studio album, ‘Chromatica’, at the end of May, and to celebrate the release the star is also launching a brand new eyeshadow palette through her beauty brand, which takes inspiration from the album’s lead single ‘Stupid Love’.
The Stupid Love Palette will officially launch on May 19, just over a week before ‘Chromatica’ is released on May 29.
Speaking to InStyle about the upcoming palette, Gaga said: “Stupid Love is a reminder that love never fails and we all have the ability to free ourselves from fear. With all of the colours in the Stupid Love palette, it is a reminder that all colours are important. What makes us all the same is that we are different, but there are endless ways to colour with love. Enjoy exploring your inner and outer beauty with this palette. Haus Laboratories loves you, and that love has no boundaries.”
The Stupid Love Palette features 18 vivid shades, including several shades of blue, two shades of pink, and a range of earthy brown tones.
The palette is also made up of a mixture of both matte and shimmery eyeshadows, and has been packed in a way that makes it easy for both professionals and amateur makeup lovers to use.
Sarah Tanno, global artistry director of Haus Laboratories, said: “The matte colours are pressed a little harder so they don’t flake out on your face, while the shimmery ones are pressed a little looser. All of formulas are so velvety and pigmented that you could pick this up and apply it with your finger if you want a more edgy, bold kick to it.
“I want to encourage people that it’s okay to wear colour, and it doesn’t mean you have to have a really bold eye with a neutral mouth; I want to push you to do the opposite. I don’t think it’s all about the rules, it’s more about breaking them.”
The Stupid Love Palette will be available from May 19 at hauslabs.com, as well as on Amazon.

Ellie Bamber ’empowered’ by makeup

OHMYGOSSIP — Ellie Bamber is “empowered” by makeup.
The 23-year-old actress has slammed the idea that “feminists” cannot be “interested in beauty”, as she says the notion is “judgemental”, and insists makeup and beauty products can be “exciting”.
She said: “I think it’s a total misconception that you can’t be a feminist and be interested in beauty. Because why not? It’s quite a judgmental thing to think. Feminism is all about equality. So what if a woman wants to experiment with beauty and feel confident? That’s really empowering. I don’t think they should be linked in any way. You should be able to do what you want with your beauty and experiment in all kinds of wonderful ways. I know, personally, that experimenting with new make-up looks is something I find exciting.”
Ellie loves to switch up her own makeup looks by changing her lip colour, and says trying something different with her look makes her feel like a whole new person.
She added: “I really enjoy [experimenting]. Adding a new colour for a lipstick or trying something else on the eyes makes you feel different. For me, I’m used to wearing make-up to get into character so I think that plays a role in my life. If I’m going out for dinner with friends I’ll sometimes go for a darker eye as it makes me feel more mysterious. But if it’s a sunny day I’ll go for a bright lipstick.”
And the ‘Nocturnal Animals’ star is currently obsessed with “liquid liner flicks”.
When asked about the products she’s experimenting with at the moment, she said: “At the moment I’ve been doing liquid liner flicks, which I’ve never really tried before. I normally use a pencil that I’m able to smudge into a flick. I was terrified liquid liner would be quite difficult to attempt but it’s actually just as easy.”
Ultimately though, Ellie believes true beauty starts from within.
The ‘Show’ actress told Marie Claire UK’s Beauty Bytes: “For me, beauty really starts with what you stand for inside and kindness. I think that really shows on the outside. Self-confidence is something that’s really beautiful, too, so being comfortable in your own skin and acceptance.”

Hailey Bieber: Birth control gave me acne!

OHMYGOSSIP — Hailey Bieber blames birth control for giving her “onset adult acne”.
The 23-year-old model says she was blessed with a clear complexion when she was younger and never suffered with acne, but all that changed when she started birth control, as her intrauterine device (IUD) – which is a piece of plastic inserted into the uterus – threw her hormones off balance.
She said: “Actually, within the last year, I started getting a little bit of, like, onset adult acne too from my IUD because I’d never been on birth control before, so my hormones were a little out of balance. But for me, my spot was my forehead … it would be, like, a little pattern.”
Hailey managed to hide her acne “really well”, and although the breakout was relatively small, she felt “bad” about the spots because she was so used to “having good skin”.
She added: “I hid it really well. Like you said, because when you’re used to having good skin, the smallest little thing feels bad, like, the end of the world. And I’d never experienced acne like that, or pimples like that, before.”
The model’s husband, Justin Bieber, also spoke about his own struggles with acne, saying the condition “bugs” him because it knocks his “self-confidence”.
Speaking on an episode of ‘The Biebers on Watch’, he said: “I always thought – when I was starting to get acne a little bit ago – I would breakout if I got super stressed but it would never stay. But now it’s like, you now, like, so cystic and it’s, like, bubbly and it won’t go away.
“I mean, it definitely bugs me. I wear a hat a lot more, which then probably makes it worse but I mean who likes acne? It’s the worst. It’s the worst for your self-confidence because, like, you know, especially because all of these filters on Instagram, you know, people are like looking perfect with their skin and you feel like that’s reality. But in reality, a lot of people probably have bad skin.”
Meanwhile, Justin and Hailey previously discussed skincare on their Facebook Watch show last week, when the ‘Yummy’ hitmaker revealed his spouse has been helping him maintain a blemish-free complexion during self-isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The 26-year-old singer said at the time: “She’s been picking and prodding at my skin. She pops them. She puts, like, serum and does, like, masks for me.”
