Emily Blunt says red carpet events are ‘a bit of a spectacle’ for her

OHMYGOSSIP — Emily Blunt says getting dressed up for red carpet events is “a spectacle” for her.
The ‘Wild Mountain Thyme’ star’s standard uniform comprises of jeans and sweatpants and so she looks forward to being able to “embrace fashion” on special occasions.
She told Vogue magazine: “I’ve started to embrace fashion as a way that I can dissociate myself from the jeans and sweatpants I normally walk around in. When I do press or a red carpet, it can be a bit of a spectacle for me, and I dig that.”
Emily previously revealed that style is “an extension of who you are”.
The 37-year-old actress said: “What have I learned about style? I’ve learned that I had none before I embarked into this industry, I used to really enjoy wearing men’s waistcoats, quite lurid colours, with white jeans, but like mum jeans, before they were cool. I wonder if I wore that now if I’d be a trail blazer? So I’ve learned that … I think style is an extension of who you are.”
And the ‘Devil Wears Prada’ star shared her beauty tips, saying she is learning to “embrace the pale”.
She said: “I’ve learnt that confidence is actually very quiet and it’s not in your face and it’s not chest beating. It’s very still and very quiet. I’ve learnt about beauty that I personally, should not lie in the sun – I am naturally very pale and I should just embrace it. So I’ve learnt to wear sunscreen and embrace the pale.”

Mariah Carey’s longtime make-up artist explains why she doesn’t wear red lipstick

OHMYGOSSIP — Mariah Carey would rather “play up her eyes” than wear red lipstick.
It’s widely known that the ‘All I Want For Christmas is You’ hitmaker never wears the bold colour on her lips and her longtime make-up artist, Kristofer Buckle, has revealed why.
He said: “Red lips are a holiday staple, but not for Mariah. She prefers to play up her eyes with strong eye shapes and soft lashes.”
Kristofer – who has also worked for Blake Lively and Kelly Ripa – explained that whenever he does Mariah’s eyes, he always uses similar “shape themes” that her fans will have seen time and time again because she is a “living legend”.
He added: “Mariah is a living legend, so I always keep familiar shape themes on her eyes and play with slight colour and texture differences.”
In 2015, the 50-year-old superstar herself said: “Personally, I won’t wear a red lip. Every time somebody puts red lipstick on me it’s a disaster.”
Elsewhere, Kristofer recalled the time Mariah cut a gown into a mini dress whilst wearing the designer piece.
He told Page Six Style: “I’ve watched Mariah take scissors and cut a designer beaded gown into a mini dress while it was on her … because that’s what she wanted to wear. I’ve learned [from her] that your style is yours.”
Kristofer has worked for Mariah since 1994, and recalled how one year she treated her team to a “midnight sleigh ride” in Aspen during the festive period.
He remembered: “One of my favourite Christmas memories was when Mariah took us on a midnight horse-driven sleigh ride through the woods in Aspen. We were all cosy under heavy wool blankets, and Mariah made sure there was hot cocoa as we made our way under the moon through the snow.”

George Clooney wishes he’d bought stock in Flowbee before endorsing the hair-cutting tool

OHMYGOSSIP — George Clooney wishes he’d bought stock in Flowbee before endorsing the hair-cutting tool.
The 59-year-old Hollywood star revealed last month that he cuts his own hair using the electrically powered vacuum cleaner attachment.
Since then, the Flowbee has flew off the shelves and sold out everywhere, and Clooney quipped that he should have got some shares in the firm before publicly commending the device.
He told SiriusXM Stars radio: “I should have gotten stock in that company before I told that story. I really screwed up on that one.
“So now I know: Next time I endorse something, I’m going to own some stock before I do.”
The filmmaker might be worth an estimated $500 million but he gets to save some cash by not making trips to the barbers and instead shears his own locks regularly because it’s so “easy” to do with a Flowbee.
Speaking on ‘CBS Sunday Morning’, in November, he said: “I’ve been cutting my own hair for 25 years.
“Look, my hair’s, like really like straw, you know? And it’s so easy to cut. You can’t really make too many mistakes. So years ago I bought a thing called a Flowbee, which when we were kids… It comes with a vacuum cleaner and the clippers? Yeah. I still have it. … Listen, man, it works!”
However, the ‘Midnight Sky’ actor admitted he wouldn’t trust his hairdressing skills enough to give his wife Amal, 42, a trim.
He added: “Now, I wouldn’t do it to my wife …!”

Jourdan Dunn wants to see more Black creatives behind the scenes in the fashion industry

OHMYGOSSIP — Jourdan Dunn wants to see more Black creatives working behind the scenes in the fashion industry.
The 30-year-old model has revealed that for the “first time” in her career spanning just over a decade, she had two back-to-back shoots with Black photographers and it made her feel so “inspired” and she hopes it’s a sign of things to come.
Speaking to British Vogue’s editor-in-chief, Edward Enninful, for the publication’s ‘Forces for Change’ initiative, she said when asked if she has noticed any improvement in representation of people of colour since the Black Lives Matter protests in the summer: “I think we are. I think we had been getting there. It’s nice to see more different girls being represented. But, for me, It’s about behind the scenes as well.
“Recently, I’ve had two shoots back-to-back and there were like two Black photographers, which has never happened ever.
“I was like, oh wow, I’ve been in this game for, I don’t know, how ever many years, and this is the first time I am having a Black team back-to-back.
“Behind the scenes is where it matters. It’s the first time I’ve been on set where I’ve actually felt inspired like I want to be here. It’s nice and exciting to see what the industry is going to be like in five 10 years.”
Elsewhere, Jourdan – who is engaged to rapper Dion ‘Sincere’ Hamilton – says she’s been “preparing” herself for her “next chapter” after turning 30 in August, and also revealed she had some acting lessons in lockdown.
On turning 30, she said: “This year has been prepping me for my next chapter. I am going to be getting married next year. During lockdown I was doing acting classes, I’m preparing myself, I am doing therapy. I am giving myself the right foundation for my next chapter.”

Naomi Campbell champions African designers

OHMYGOSSIP — Naomi Campbell is excited to see African designers get the “notoriety” they deserve.
The supermodel has partnered with Arise fashion week in Lagos, Nigeria, which was held last week, to support emerging designers from Africa and wants to help them get “globally recognised”.
Speaking about her involvement, she said: “I was going to do it virtually and then I thought, you know what? I want to go and bring awareness to their great work. It’s important on many levels, because Arise gives these young designers a platform to be globally recognised, to be embraced by fashion weeks around the world, and really to be included.
“There has, in the past, been the wrong perception about the continent and the creativity that comes out of it. Right about now, everyone’s kind of got it, finally – for example, that Nigeria is one of the biggest emerging markets with the under-30s, so everyone is looking in this direction. But we don’t want Africa to be considered as a trend. These designers are finally getting the notoriety that they deserve – and they are going to keep their notoriety.”
And Naomi has insisted she promoted the need for diversity before the Black Lives Matter movement and will continue to do so long into the future as it’s what she believes in.
She added to The Observer: “It’s kind of embarrassing, in 2020, to finally have all of this happen, to wake up to that. You should have been doing that already – that’s my opinion. I have not really taken part in any of these discussions because I find them a little bit insulting. I’ve been pushing this thing for so many years, so now, for me, there is no change.
“What I’m doing is exactly what I was doing before this movement started – and I’m going to continue. It’s what I believe in, basically.”

Taylor Swift has cut her own hair since lockdown began

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift has cut her own hair since the beginning of lockdown.
The ‘cardigan’ hitmaker has become her own hairdresser and make-up artist due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and she admitted it was “really fun” getting to do her own glam for shoots.
Speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music, Taylor said: “I haven’t had a haircut by anyone except for myself since lockdown started. And that’s kind of how it’s been, like how can I make art and make visuals that go with this art where I can’t ask my hair and makeup people and my stylist to quarantine for two weeks away from their families. I’m not going to ask them to do that, and ask them to fly and expose themselves to the virus. So how can I possibly make a cover on my own? Could I just sort of DIY this? So I asked my friends if I could use their field and their woods. And I used a photographer who works alone. She doesn’t have assistants. She shoots on film. So we were carrying bags of film out in fields. And I’d be touching up my lipstick and then I’d run out into a field and she’d take pictures. It was really fun.”
Elsewhere, Taylor spoke about how she wanted to represent the different seasons on her albums ‘folklore’ and evermore’ and admitted filming in the woods was also “the easiest” way to do a photo shoot amid the pandemic.
She said: “So many people during the pandemic just were going on hikes and trying to get outside because it was … nature symbolised this strange comfort all of a sudden where everything was completely off-kilter and nobody could really figure out how to get their bearings. And so we all went outside or we all tried to go camping or tried to go hiking or go on drives.
“It’s not that this album is all about like the forest and the woods and stuff. It’s got hints of that …One thing I wanted to do with ‘folklore’ is I wanted it to represent spring and summer. And when I made ‘evermore’, I knew that I wanted to fill in the rest of the seasons of the year and have it reflect fall and winter. So that’s another element that nature came into it. But also it was the easiest way that we could do a photo shoot.”

Lady Gaga sparks speculation she’s set to expand Haus Labs to include skincare

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga has sparked speculation she could be set to release a Haus Laboratories skincare line.
The ‘911’ hitmaker took to Instagram to share the secret to her flawless complexion is using products she has developed “exclusively” for herself.
And many of the Oscar-winner’s Little Monsters – the name given to her fanbase – have commented on the post suggesting Gaga is hinting at expanding her make-up brand to include skincare products.
Gaga, who dubbed herself “a super nerdy fairy” about skincare, wrote underneath a video of herself with a snowy filter: “First step to good makeup is #skincare. I’m a super nerdy fairy about this.
“I believe almost all skin problems are caused by disruption of skin barrier and microbiome. My trick is to use solutions that balance my skin by interrupting any inflammation caused by free-radicals or products.
“So…I use products I develop…exclusively for me. (sic)”
The ‘Shallow’ hitmaker launched her vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics brand last September.
Meanwhile, Gaga recently claimed she uses make-up and perfume to “transform” how she feels.
The pop megastar said self-care comes in many different forms and she approaches her beauty routine “holistically”.
She said: “I believe self-care routines, in and of themselves, are the best beauty tip of all. If you care for your mind, body, skin, heart, and healing, you approach beauty holistically. For me, using makeup as well as perfume to transform how I feel at any moment is valuable as well. Even though working on ourselves from the inside is the most crucial, I also cherish the power of visual transformation to affect how we feel inside.”
Gaga – who is the face of Valentino’s latest fragrance, Voce Viva – also believes kindness can heal the “mind, body and soul”.
She explained: “I believe it is more important than ever to motivate an agenda of kindness. Kindness that leads to the healing of the mind, body, and soul. Kindness that invigorates initiatives that are fearless in their effort to help humanity learn the importance of self-care.
“Whenever someone told me I wasn’t good enough throughout my career and life, I never let it break me. I promised myself that every time I heard ‘no,’ it would motivate me to work harder. The most daring thing I did was believe in myself.”

Dolly Parton releasing beauty line

OHMYGOSSIP — Dolly Parton is releasing a beauty line in 2021.
The ‘Jolene’ hitmaker will debut a perfume as part of a collection with Edge Beauty next year.
She told WWD: “Fragrance has always played a major role in my life—I wear my own combination of scents every day.
“Developing my own brand and scent with Edge Beauty has been an amazing experience, and I am looking forward to becoming a big part of the fragrance community.”
Edge Beauty boss, Steve Mormoris, explained that they will offer a unique way of trying out the fragrance before they buy it amid the Covid-19 pandemic when testers aren’t available in stores.
On how they’ve adapted, he added: “We know that people like to scent their hair, clothes, homes, as well as their own skin.
“So we’re working on a multiplicity of olfactory forms that will indicate the fragrance value.
Consumers will be able to try the fragrance through discovery-size vials at an accessible price prior to the purchase of a full size, because if someone doesn’t want to leave their home but wants to try the fragrance, and there aren’t testers in stores, then we have to adapt.”
Meanwhile, the 74-year-old entertainer recently admitted she has to be “ambulance-ready at all times” as she can’t leave the house without her hair and make-up done.
The country music legend always makes sure she looks her best and has her glam done, just in case she ever got sick or there was an earthquake and she needed to leave the house in an emergency.
She spilled: “I have to always stay ready—street ready, I always say. I have to keep my makeup on and keep my hair done.
“If it’s going to earthquake, if we get an earthquake, I’m not running out in the street looking like you now.
“I have to be ambulance-ready at all times, if I get sick or something.”

Kylie Jenner vows to embrace her natural hair

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner has vowed to give her natural hair “more love”.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star – who often wears wigs and extensions in a variety of shades – took to her Instagram Story to show off her current “real” shorter locks which are dyed red and admitted she should leave her hair like that more often.
She captioned the post: “my real hair is cuuute i gotta give it more love. (sic)”
The beauty mogul showing off her natural hair comes after the 23-year-old businesswoman – who has two-year-old daughter Stormi with rapper Travis Scott – recently admitted she wants to “do more things” on her own YouTube channel where she can show off her authentic self to her fans.
Kylie previously opened up on the “constant pressure” she feels to maintain her “image” back in 2017, when she said she put on a “different persona” for the world.
She said: “There’s an image that I feel constantly pressured to keep up with. In order to stay relevant for the public, I have to be on Instagram and I have to be on Snapchat just keeping people entertained. And then there’s who I really am around my friends. That’s who I want you guys to get to know.
“It’s way easier for me to post on Snapchat or Instagram than it is to be out in public. I just feel like for so long I’ve been putting on this different persona to the world – I felt like I started to depend on social media, feeling the need to post all the time. I feel like I have to keep up this idea of who I am.”
And at the time, Kylie also disagreed with those who said she has a “perfect life”.
She added: “[I] laugh. In their face. Nobody has a perfect life. The only different thing about me, or out of the ordinary, really, is probably just that I have nice things. But what you realise when you get there – when I know I could buy any car, any house – is that that happiness lasts two seconds.”

Cher ‘doesn’t understand’ why teenage girls want Botox and implants

OHMYGOSSIP — Cher “doesn’t understand” teenage girls wanting to have Botox in their lips and butt implants – despite having had cosmetic surgery herself.
The ‘Believe’ hitmaker was asked if she feels she has helped “normalise” going under the knife, and denied that to be the case, as she insisted she never wanted to have any work done when she was younger.
In an interview with Britain’s The Guardian newspaper’s G2 supplement, she reacted: “Wait, what? You say I made it OK for what?”
The interviewer clarified: “For normal people, regular civilians, to have cosmetic surgery?”, to which she replied: “These girls are having surgery at 18. So come on! I’ve never seen girls do so much to want to change everything they look like. I never wanted to do that. You’ve got big lips to start with and a big butt. I don’t understand it.”
The 74-year-old music legend insisted that looks have nothing to do with success in the music industry, as she declared: “There are 20-year-old girls who can’t do what I do.”
Asked if she thinks her longevity is down to her youthful appearance, Cher added: “You don’t pay bucks to stand and look at someone. They’ve got to deliver something.
“And I’ve worked my whole life to keep my strength in my body. There are 20-year-old girls who can’t do what I do.”
Meanwhile, the Oscar-winner previously claimed “five pounds of make-up” was the secret to her ageless appearance in 2018’s ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’.
She said at the time: “Make-up. Five pounds of make-up. Also the director really liked me, and I think he took extra special care to light me. That has a lot to do with it. He was wonderful.”

Victoria Beckham treats Harper to £129 facial

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham treated her daughter Harper to a £129 facial.
The 46-year-old fashion designer and her nine-year-old girl enjoyed a mother-daughter pamper session over the weekend.
Former Spice Girl Victoria – who was known as Posh Spice in the girl group – shared a picture of Harper having her facial done by skin specialist Teresa Tarmey.
She captioned the post on her Instagram Story: “Facial day with mummy.”
Victoria’s youngest offspring previously had a “baby facial” by The Vampire Facial doctor.
Meanwhile, the ‘Mama’ singer previously revealed that after a long days work, Harper is always on hand to help her wind down and relax at home.
She explained: “Harper often makes an Epsom bath soak for me when I get home from work. She’s also into beauty treatments which is really sweet. Sometimes we make our own face masks with a little manuka honey and organic oats.”
Victoria – who also has three sons with husband David Beckham – thinks it is a real “luxury” if her evening allows her time not only for a pampering session but also to fit in reading a chapter from a book.
She said: “My Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum and Priming Moisturizer are my nightly staples to repair my skin while I sleep. The serum changed my skin and is the power player in my regime.
“Sometimes I have the time to add a face mask and read a few pages of a good book – luxury.”
And Victoria makes sure she gets up before the rest of her household so she gets some time to herself.
She said: “I try to get up before everyone else – it’s my time for me. I have hot water with lemon and apple cider vinegar to help maintain a healthy digestive system. I also have two cups of black coffee to properly wake me up.
“After my shower, I cleanse my face and use my Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum and Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer followed by a sunscreen.”

Geri Horner wears all white because it’s ‘one less thing to think about’

OHMYGOSSIP — Geri Horner always wears all white because it looks like “you’ve made an effort when you haven’t”.
The Spice Girl was known for her wild outfit choices in the 90s – including the world famous Union Jack tea towel dress she wore to the 1997 BRITs – but these days Ginger Spice’s uniform consists of various shades of the neutral colour because it’s “one less thing to think about”.
In an interview with The Sun newspaper, the 48-year-old mother-of-two – who has Bluebell, 14, with Sacha Gervasi and Montague, three, with husband Christian Horner – said: “My wardrobe is like looking at the French Alps – a vast expanse of white.
“I have gone through stages of wearing all black but then I just thought, well, I quite like cream and white.
“Then I started buying more and more of it, and if you start buying something in any one colour, it becomes one less thing to think about. I really recommend it to anyone – it’s really easy.
“Everything becomes really simple. I like the colour, and it’s like wearing a school uniform as an adult.
“It matches with everything and I literally don’t have to think in the mornings. It’s great for busy people – it kind of looks like you’ve made an effort when you haven’t.”
Asked if she has a big dry cleaning bill, she surprisingly said: “It’s not so bad.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Bag It Up’ hitmaker previously revealed she takes fashion inspiration from Queen Elizabeth.
Speaking about dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, Geri said: “When – like now – I feel powerless, the Queen reminds me that I can still decide to put a smile on my face, to brush my hair and put on a fabulous dress. It might sound shallow but … isn’t that the power of clothes? I know that when I put on something stylish, it instantly gives me a lift. Fashion can generate a sense of optimism, and Her Majesty, in her vibrant palette of purples, oranges, greens and pinks, has always recognised that.”
And Geri is determined to mimic both the royal’s “stoic determination” and her fashionable outfit choices.
She explained: “Sometimes there is ugliness in the world that we cannot control, but we can control how we respond to it. Of course, I’m human, with fears, and the occasional urge to cry out, ‘What about me?!’ But over the years I’ve learned that, when I act better than I feel, I eventually do feel better. The Queen embodies that stoic determination: she’s an icon of strength – the ultimate symbol of girl power.
“So if you’re struggling to adapt to our new reality, and our dramatically altered way of life, ask yourself: What would the Queen do? For me, the answer is to act with courage and kindness. And if possible, to do it wearing pearls.”

ASAP Rocky says it was a ‘no-brainer’ creating a women’s shoe collection with Amina Muaddi

OHMYGOSSIP — A$AP Rocky says designing a women’s shoe collection with Amina Muaddi was “a no-brainer” for him.
The ‘Praise the Lord’ rapper admitted it was a seamless process collaborating with the Jordanian-Romanian designer on AWGE x Amina Muaddi, as he knows exactly what is hot and not and they both have a “mutual admiration for style”.
He said: “I know what I like and don’t like in fashion, [and] I love what she does already with the shoes.
“Amina has an aesthetic and a flow going, just in general, you know, I wanted to make sure that whatever we did it bridged the gap between both of us, and it moved cohesively. It was easy collaborating with Amina. Knowing how passionate she is about her own brand, and knowing everything that she puts into it, it was a no-brainer going into this collaboration, because I already had the experience and was familiar with her work. And [she was familiar with] my aesthetic too. We have a mutual admiration for style.”
Muaddi explained that the inspiration largely came from the 32-year-old hip-hop superstar’s own jewellery collection and pieces from his wardrobe.
She said: “It was just about incorporating his universe, his aesthetic, his visuals.
“A lot of the inspiration came from his personal jewellery, and things that I would see him wearing. Even before we did the collaboration, I would tell him, ‘Oh, I love this. This could be so cool on a shoe.’”
The four-piece collection – which is comprised of rainbow lace-up gladiator heels, ones with lace-ups around the back of the leg, a sandal with a crystal chain and another with a butterfly motif – is Muaddi’s first collaboration under her own brand, though she previously joined forces with Rihanna, Rocky’s rumoured girlfriend, on two Fenty collections.
She added to Vogue: “For me, it was important that the first collaboration I do is one that is special and close to my heart.
“I wanted to do it with someone who shares my values and my perspective on creativity and design. Rocky doesn’t compromise himself in his work or whatever he does; he’s a perfectionist the same way I am.”

Kerry Washington is addicted to hyaluronic acid

OHMYGOSSIP — Kerry Washington is “addicted” to hyaluronic acid.
The 43-year-old actress has shared her skincare routine and says the key to achieving her flawless glowing complexion is plenty of “moisture” and topping up her skin with the naturally occurring substance which keeps your tissues well lubricated and moist.
In a video for Vogue, she spilled: “I am addicted to hyaluronic acid. Moisture for me is the key to it all.
“Drinking enough water, and making sure that I’m putting enough moisture inside and outside.”
The ‘American Son’ star insisted that skincare is not only about looking good but having “healthy” skin.
She said: “I do think of my skincare routine as self-love.”
Kerry – who suffers from eczema – continued: “It’s not just about looking cute, it’s also really about having skin that’s healthy and not too itchy and cracked and all that stuff that happens with eczema.
“Self-care isn’t about fixing yourself or twisting yourself into a pretzel to please other people. It’s really about being the best version of you.”
The ‘Scandal’ star also talked about make-up and revealed that she is just getting into contouring.
Meanwhile, Kerry recently shared that she has learned to “honour make-up artistry” because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The ‘Little Fires Everywhere’ actress has been applying her own cosmetics for public events after FaceTime consultations with her regular make-up artist Carola Gonzalez and admitted she’s got a newfound appreciation for how much of a skill it is to create the right look.
She said: “I’ve learned to honour make-up artistry. There are so many things I’ve never paid attention to — like brushes — and doing it myself makes me appreciate the art while still having fun.”
And having more time out of the spotlight has made Kerry realise she needs to prioritise looking good for herself, not for other people.
She explained: “During this pandemic, I’ve learned that many of my beauty rituals are attached to showing up for other people. Because of the nature of my job, I was moisturising and putting on mascara for the red carpet, but not for Kerry.”

Heidi Klum’s 16-year-old daughter Leni makes model debut in Vogue Germany

OHMYGOSSIP — Heidi Klum’s 16-year-old daughter Leni has made her debut as a model on the cover of Vogue Germany.
The German supermodel’s teenage girl – whose father is musician Seal – stars alongside her mom on the cover of the prestigious fashion magazine, with the pair rocking matching colourful trouser suits.
Leni, whose parent teased earlier this month that her daughter was keen to follow in her footsteps with a career in modelling, revealed in the cover interview that she had first received offers to model when she was just 12 or 13.
However, Heidi – who also has Lou, 11, plus sons Henry, 15, and Johan, 14, with ex-husband Seal – wouldn’t allow her to do it so young and in hindsight she understands why.
Leni told the publication: “It was only a matter of time before I would try it myself as a model. The first offer came when I was only 12 or 13, from a brand I loved to wear: Brandy Melville. Back then I begged Mom, but no chance! I now understand that it would have been too early.
“For most other jobs, I’d have to stifle my crazy ways to look ‘professional.’ As a model, I can let everything out and just be who I am. The job is the perfect outlet for all the energy that I have in me.”
Leni’s modelling debut comes just weeks after Heidi, 47, hinted that it won’t be long before Leni launches her career.
The ‘Germany’s Next Top Model’ host said: “She’s old enough now. I always thought she was too young. We always also decided to keep the children out of the public eye. But she’s driving a car now, she’s 16, so I figured if you can do that, you can also model now if this is what you wish to do.”
The blonde beauty explained that while she loved every minute of her catwalk career, you have to be “a very strong person” to be a model.
She added: “Obviously, as a mother, [I want my] child to do what she wants to do. The industry is great and I love it and I’ve been in it for over 20 years but it’s also, it’s a lot of traveling, it’s different.
“You have to be a strong person, especially as a woman you have to be very strong.”
