OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner is to be quizzed over Tyga’s financial issues.
The ‘Rack City’ hitmaker is the subject of a $200,000 lawsuit filed by jeweller Jason of Beverly Hills due to an allegedly unpaid purchase of a watch and chain in 2013, and lawyers are requesting both the rapper and his 19-year-old girlfriend are available for questioning on October 6.
Danny Abir of Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP, said in a statement: “The examinations will be done separately and the line of questions will have to do with Tyga’s finances–including source of funds used for gifts made to Ms. Jenner.”
Insiders told E! News that the couple “share funds”, while another source claimed the attorneys think the only way they will get Tyga to pay up is by targeting the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star.
The source said: “Going after the Kardashians is the only way he’ll get what he’s owed. Kylie is really upset about it.”
If Tyga or Kylie – who has received a huge diamond ring and a number of luxury cars as gifts from the 26-year-old star – fail to show up for questioning, the lawyer said his team will be “asking for the judge to issue a bench warrant.”
The news comes a few weeks after Tyga was ordered to pay $186,000 in unpaid rent for a property he “abandoned without notice” in June 2015 and left in “gross disrepair”.
Two weeks before that, the rapper – who has a three-year-old son, King Cairo, with ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna – reached a settlement in another rent dispute with a different landlord.
It was also claimed earlier this month that his Ferrari had been repossessed, prompting Kylie to splash out on a new Bentley for him.

OHMYGOSSIP — Angelina Jolie secretly rented a house in Malibu a few weeks before filing for divorce from Brad Pitt.
The 41-year-old actress applied to legally end her two-year marriage to the 52-year-old actor earlier this week, reportedly due to concerns over the way he parented their six children and an “incident” involving their oldest son Maddox, 15, on a private jet.
Though it was claimed she only told Brad of her plans days before submitting the legal paperwork, it appears it may have been something she had been planning for some time, having splashed out on a $95,000-a-month estate in Malibu.
According to DailyMail.com, the gated compound features five bedrooms and five bathrooms across 4,409-square-feet, and Angelina – who has Maddox and five other children, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, eight with Brad – has security guards stationed at the entrance.
Meanwhile, the ‘Moneyball’ actor is believed to be staying at their estate in Los Feliz, which is around an hour away from the ‘Maleficent’ star’s new home.
It had been reported that Brad was being investigated by the FBI over the alleged incident onboard the private jet, but it has been claimed it is highly unlikely he will face prosecution.
Sources close to Brad have previously insisted that allegations of abuse against him are “exaggerated and fabricated” with sources close to the actor hitting out at the “smear campaign” against him.
A source said: “These claims are exaggerated and fabricated.
“It’s unfortunate for the whole family that people are insisting on continuing this endless smear campaign against Brad that hurts everyone.

OHMYGOSSIP — Daniel Radcliffe thought shaving his head would make him more anonymous.
The 27-year-old actor – who shot to fame playing Harry Potter in the movie series – underwent a dramatic change of appearance for his role as an FBI agent who goes undercover with a gang of white supremacists in his new movie ‘Imperium’ and found the drastic change of hair cut made no difference to the number of fans who spotted him in the street.
He said: “Unfortunately shaving my head did not make me less recognisable.
“I would have thought that as well but unfortunately it seemed to.
“My hair gives me a little bit of cover and I think without my hair I’m just a big pair of eyes, and people recognise me from my eyes anyway, so that might not work.”
Daniel also expressed his desire to return to the stage in a musical, though insisted he has no desire to show off his dance moves on a show such as ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ or ‘Dancing With the Stars’.
Speaking at a gala screening of ‘Imperium’ and his other new movie ‘Swiss Army Man’ at the opening night of Empire Live at London’s The O2 on Friday (23.09.16) evening, he said: “No, I would not go on Strictly. I love dancing and I’d love to do another musical at some point, but live every night, in front of the nation, every week? No.”
And Daniel – who plays a flatulent corpse in ‘Swiss Army Man’ – also joked he’d be interested in the vacant presenting slot on ‘The Great British Bake Off’ when it changes networks from the BBC to Channel 4 next year.
He said: “Host the new ‘Bake Off’? Ok. Yeah, great… so it will be me, my corpse dummy and Paul Hollywood doing some baking. I wouldn’t be able to bake, but I would be there in support.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jim Carrey has slammed the “shameful greed” of Cathriona White’s ex-husband.
The ‘Mask’ actor has slammed Mark Burton – who is suing the 54-year-old star for the wrongful death of the make-up artist, who took her own life in September 2015 – after he shared text messages and a letter in his lawsuit paperwork, in which he reportedly showed Jim gave Cathriona three sexually-transmitted diseases (STDs) and ended their relationship when she confronted him about it.
But Jim has hit back at the texts – which included Cathriona alleging he branded Mark a “w***er” and her an “ungrateful b***h” in a note – being made public
He said in a statement: “Is this the way a ‘husband’ honours the memory of his ‘wife?’
“The real disease here is greed, shameful greed!”
And the ‘Ace Ventura: Pet Detective’ star’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has insisted the STD claims are “bogus” and insisted his famous client won’t be handing over any money.
He said in a statement: “The claim that Mr. Carrey gave Cathriona White an STD is categorically disputed.
“This is a desperate, bogus claim made by the ‘husband’ of the sham marriage. My client will not pay money to end this opportunist’s transparent shakedown lawsuit, and this malicious case will be dismissed.
“Mr. Carrey has suffered a great deal in the last year with the suicide of the woman he dearly loved, and it is outrageous that he should be subjected to this predatory lawsuit.”
The messages, from 2013, were included in an amendment to Mark’s lawsuit earlier this week to include the allegation Cathriona was suicidal because of the STDs she believed to have contracted from Jim.
The lawsuit also claims Jim used his “immense wealth and celebrity status to illegally obtain and distribute highly addictive” drugs under a false name of Arthur King and supplied them to Cathriona.
But Mr. Singer insisted the actor’s then-girlfriend “stole” the medication from his client.
He said in a statement: “Jim never supplied his prescription medications to Ms. White. Ms. White stole his prescription medications from him.
“Significantly, my client’s prescriptions were legally obtained medications that were prescribed to him by his doctor in accordance with routine practices that are used all the time, and which are regularly used by SAG members and others with the knowledge of their doctors and insurers, to protect the privacy of well-known individuals.”
But his lawyer has slammed the lawsuit as an “abhorrent money-grab scheme”, insisting Burton is attempting to “cash in” on Cathriona’s death.
He added: “It is despicable that Burton, who claims to have been Ms. White’s husband but never lived with her and did not even reside in the same state she did, now comes forward trying to cash in on her death.
“We are confident that the court will see through this abhorrent money-grab scheme.”

OHMYGOSSIP — It is highly unlikely that Brad Pitt will be prosecuted for the abuse allegations against him.
TMZ reports that although the FBI is investigating an incident between Brad, 52 and his 15-year-old son Maddox, which occurred on their private jet, the case is likely to be dropped as conflicting accounts make it impossible to prove what happened.
And according to the website: “DCFS [Department of Children & Family Services] social workers saw no evidence of injuries on Maddox and no one filed a police report after the incident.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Bieber was attacked in a club in Munich on Friday (23.09.16)
The 22-year-old singer was leaving Heart nightclub in the German city when a man aggressively shoved him but Justin was quickly removed from the area by a woman in a German beer wench outfit.
TMZ, which has video of the incident, also reports that Justin’s business partner John Shahidi shoved the attacker to the ground.
According to sources at the club: “The man was trying, but failing, to get Justin’s attention all night and once they came face-to-face he decided to lunge at the singer.”
Meanwhile, it was reported this week that Justin ended his brief relationship with Sofia Richie, 18, because it was getting too “hot and heavy”.
A source told E! Online: “They were never officially together, but more casual hanging out and having fun. It was super-hot and heavy, and because Justin doesn’t want a relationship right now, he wanted to cool things down. It wasn’t an intentional cool-off, it just sort of happened on its own.”
The news of the ‘Sorry’ musician’s decision to call things off came just days after Sofia – who is the daughter of music legend Lionel Richie – opened up about their “special relationship”.
She said: “We have a special relationship. Justin is very easy to talk to, and that’s hard to find with people in Los Angeles.”
The pair were first thrust into the spotlight when the ‘What Do You Mean?’ singer threatened to shut down his Instagram account if people didn’t stop sending Sofia hate.

OHMYGOSSIP — Simon Cowell wants to sign Cruz Beckham to his record label.
The music mogul was hugely impressed by the 11-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham when he met him previously and would love to guide the aspiring musician’s career.
He told The Sun: “Get him in and we’ll sign him.
“I met them when they were younger and I have to say they are really incredible kids.
“They could have been really spoilt but they weren’t – they were really funny when they came down to one of the shows.
“I know the Beckhams get criticised for being in the public eye but if you’re in the public eye your kids are going to be too.”
Cruz – who has two brothers Brookyln, 17, and Romeo, 13, as well as a sister, four-year-old Harper – also recently caught the attention of Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun after a clip of him singing went viral after Victoria posted it on Instagram.
And he recently started learning how to play the guitar in a bid for pop stardom.

OHMYGOSSIP — Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have shared the first picture of their daughter.
The couple welcomed a baby girl – who they named Dusty Rose – into the world in California on Wednesday (21.09.16) and both have posted a picture of her on their Instagram pages.
Behati captioned the image, which shows the tot sleeping on Adam’s bare chest, “Words can’t describe [love] Dusty Rose Levine 9/21/16.”
And Adam wrote: “Dusty Rose Levine 9/21/16.”
The 37-year-old star recently spoke of how excited he was to be a father and how much he was looking forward to spoiling his wife.
He said: “It’s awesome. I’m going to be a dad. S**t, I’m excited. I’m going to be a f***ing dad. I’m going to spoil Behati …
“Kid’s not even out yet. Can’t be spoiling a kid before a kid gets out.”
And the ‘Voice’ coach insisted he is definitely “ready” to be a father.

However, he is trying to ignore some of the advice he and Behati, 27, have been offered as they want to bring up their little girl in their own way.

Adam has been desperate to have kids for quite some time, revealing he wanted a big family soon after he tied the knot with the model in 2014.

OHMYGOSSIP — Peter Andre is desperate to have another son.
The ‘Mysterious Girl’ hitmaker – who already has Junior, 11, and Princess, nine, with his ex-wife Katie Price and two-year-old Amelia with spouse Emily – is expecting his second child with his wife Emily and has admitted he’d be “buzzing” if they had a little boy.
He said: “I’m usually the only one in the house who thinks we’re having a boy. I’ll be so happy if we have a girl but I’ll be even more buzzing if it’s a boy. Junior is my best mate so it would be nice to have another little boy to be pals with, especially as Junior is only with me half of the week.”
And the 43-year-old hunk isn’t the only one in his household who is convinced Emily, whom he married last year, is having a little boy as their daughter Amelia is well aware she has a sibling on the horizon and is adamant it’ll be a little brother.
He explained: “For a two year old, her vocabulary is insane. She tells Emily, ‘Don’t worry mummy, Millie will stroke your tummy.’ And she says hello to the bump. Here’s a weird thing – Amelia keeps saying that she knows the baby is a boy. Imagine if she gets it right.”
Though the couple are set to welcome their second child into the world in just three months time but they haven’t yet finished their baby shopping and have a few more bits to get.
Peter told Britain’s OK! magazine: “We’ve still got some bits to buy but we’re getting there. We have to buy everything in neutral colours because we don’t know what sex the baby is, but if it’s a girl, we’ve got so much left over from Amelia that we can reuse.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lily James feels guilty if she spends a lot of money.
The former ‘Downton Abbey’ star – who is dating former ‘Doctor Who’ star Matt Smith – is still adjusting to her high earnings as an actress and once took back a £700 handbag because she felt she couldn’t justify its high price tag.
She said: “I find it really hard to spend a lot of money on stuff.
“With my first big paycheque, I bought a Chloe handbag that was £700, but I couldn’t handle it so I took it back.”
And the 27-year-old actress can find the attention from fans “overwhelming”.
Discussing how she is often asked to sign hundreds of autographs after a performance in ‘Romeo & Juliet’ in London’s West End, she said: “It’s really nice because all you want is for people to enjoy it, but it can be overwhelming.”
The ‘Cinderella’ actress has a big group of famous friends, including Billie Piper, Douglas Booth and Freddie Fox, but she often prefers spending time in her own company.
She admitted: “I can be quite a solitary person and I need to be alone quite a lot. Or [alone] with Matt.”
Lily’s beloved father James died when she was at university, but the actress – whose real surname is Thompson – used to share a strong “spiritual” connection to her dad and they would visit a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery together.
She told Britain’s ELLE magazine: “My dad was very spiritual and I went with him a couple of times to the Kaygu Samye Ling in Scotland.
“I was really into [Buddhist] ideas and that sense of spirituality, and it was a strong connection I had with my father.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Cory Monteith’s last words to the creator of ‘Glee’ was to thank him for “helping him get better”.
Ryan Murphy has revealed he had a heart to heart with the late actor before his untimely death in July 2013.
He told Entertainment Weekly: “We hugged, and the last thing he said was ‘I love you, man, and thank you for helping me get better.’ And then the next thing I knew he was dead. It was like losing a child.
“What started off as being such a great celebration of love and acceptance ultimately became about darkness and death. It was a great lesson in what not to do moving forward. And many of them are my good friends to this day.”
Meanwhile, Cory’s co-star Naya Rivera previously revealed she thought Lea Michele, who dated the actor until his death, was good for Cory.
She said: “When Cory and Lea started dating, it was a total surprise. The more serious they got, the less Cory hung out with us and the more he seemed like a different person. One year he came back from the break between seasons super skinny.
“He said he’d been spending a lot of time at the gym and was trying to be responsible – not spending money all the time and buying crazy cars like he used to. My personal feelings for Lea aside, I knew that she wasn’t a partier, so I felt like maybe their relationship could actually be good for him. OHMYGOSSIP — Pippa Middleton has had 3000 of her private photos stolen.
The 33-year-old author – who is the younger sister of Duchess Catherine – has had her Apple iCloud account hacked and an anonymous person is offering to sell the photographs to media outlets.
The seller promised pictures of her royal relatives including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s children Prince George and Princess Charlotte as well as photos from parties, wedding dresses and “everything in between”, the Mail Online reports.
The seller told journalists: “Due to current climate on privacy laws in the UK I’m intending a quick US sale but would at least give you a heads-up …
“This is obviously a vast source of info and pictures that I neither want nor intend to keep in my possession very long.”
A spokesman for Pippa has confirmed action will be taken over the images.
They added: “Miss Middleton’s lawyers have been informed and, in due course, the police will too.”
Pippa – who recently got engaged to hedge fund manager James Matthews – is not the first celebrity to get her account hacked.
Jennifer Lawrence, who had personal photos stolen, admitted she was left feeling “afraid” when intimate pictures were shared with the world.
She said at the time: “I was just so afraid. I didn’t know how this would affect my career … I can’t even describe to anybody what it feels like to have my naked body shoot across the world like a news flash against my will. It just makes me feel like a piece of meat that’s being passed around for a profit.
“Just because I’m a public figure, just because I’m an actress, does not mean that I asked for this. It does not mean that it comes with the territory. The ‘Fury’ star was reportedly “caught off guard” when his estranged wife Angelina Jolie decided to file papers to the court late on Monday (19.09.16).
A source said: “He is beside himself and has been crying. He was completely caught off guard and blindsided and had no idea she would do this.
“Angelina filed the court papers a minute before the courts closed on Monday night. He didn’t have a lawyer or anything. She had threatened divorce in the past but he did not think she would file this time. He is completely devastated and beside himself. He is a shattered man.”
Whilst another insider added to Us Weekly magazine: “He’s extremely upset. But he is totally focused on just being helpful and making sure his kids are doing as well as possible.”
The 52-year-old actor – who is reportedly being investigated by the FBI over claims he verbally and physically abused one of his children on a private plane last week – was really “committed” to making his marriage work.

OHMYGOSSIP — Milla Jovovich has ‘Resident Evil’ to thank for giving her a family unit.
The 40-year-old actress is so glad she met her now-husband Paul W. S. Anderson through the film franchise and went on to have two beautiful children, Ever, eight, and 17-month-old Dashiel.
She said: “I think that the franchise has definitely made me who I am today. And I have two kids and an amazing husband because of it. I think that I’ve definitely become a stronger person through it.”
The mother-of-two went on to gush about her youngest child, who she says already knows 50 words despite being less than two-years-old.
She added: “Oh my God, she’s had a personality from literally the day that she was born. She was born smiling. By the time that she was 2 months old, she was cracking up at stuff.
“She was this really smart, little 2 month old who knew [when] something wasn’t normal, that it was funny. And now she’s just leaps and bounds, talking, she has more than 50 words in her vocabulary. It’s quite amazing to see this little sprite growing.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gwen Stefani’s kids had “the best time” on her tour.
The ‘Used To Love You’ hitmaker has revealed she took her children along for the summer shows and her son Zuma, eight, got involved behind-the-scenes.
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she said: “They had the best time. Can you imagine three little boys on a [tour] bus after you do a show like, ‘Get to bed!’ … It’s exhausting. But it was fun.
“Zuma was so into it … I have a quick change where I was changing costumes and stuff – he was working it. He had his flashlight, headphones; he walked me on and off the stage every single night. For two hours he worked back there – he was so into it.”
Meanwhile, the 46-year-old singer – who also has Kingston, 10, and Apollo, two, with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale – previously opened up about her split from the 48-year-old musician, admitting she went through “months and months of torture”.
She said: “Nobody except for my parents, the people involved, and whoever they told [know specifics].
“Nobody would believe it if I could really say what happened. I went through months and months of torture.”
Asked if she knew something was going on, she added: “All you have to do is listen to every single song I’ve ever written and it’s all there. It’s an ongoing theme that I’ve had for a long time.”
Gwen is incredibly happy with Blake Shelton now but she admits they both had “trust issues” at first.
She said: “We were both having trust issues, as you would if you were us. It was like, ‘I have so many problems. How can I now be getting into another potentially huge problem? What am I doing?'”
