OHMYGOSSIP — Penny Lancaster-Stewart was mercilessly bullied as a child but she believes the experience made her stronger.
The 45-year-old model-and-photographer – who is married to Sir Rod Stewart – was tormented by girls and boys when she was at school and the abuse sometimes got physical.
In a discussion on ‘Loose Women’ on Thursday (06.10.16), she shared: “It was just name calling and then they would get boys involved that would kind of ride their bikes in to the back of my legs, it just got physical and really unnecessary.”
Penny is now the patron of British charity Beat Bullying and her role involves her working in schools to help tackle bullying problems.
The statuesque beauty – who has two sons, Alistair, 10, and Aiden, five, with Rod – was able to get through the experience with the support of her parents and she now wants to use her own memories to help kids going through the same.
She said: “I have a very strong background, my parents were very supportive and they made me feel like I’m not the victim but they are, so actually I grew a lot of strength from that and now I can support family members and people I know’s daughters who are going through it and I can support them.
“I remember being terrified in the classroom having to read, I hated reading, I wasn’t confident at all, now I’m talking on TV and talking at charity events and talk in front of big audiences and it still terrifies me and that’s like coming on her because it is just one of them things that just reminds me of that school girl that was frightened.”
Penny previously credited her husband Rod for helping her with her confidence, she said: “He saw that I had potential and just kept encouraging me. I was so quiet back then, and now I’m not.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Rolling Stones have announced their first new album for over 10 years.
‘Blue and Lonesome’ has been dubbed a return to the band’s “roots and the passion for blues music” and will be released on December 2.
The record features covers of classic blues songs by artists Jimmy Reed, Willie Dixon, Eddie Taylor, Little Walter and Howlin’ Wolf, many of whom inspired by the band at the start of their career.
A statement released by the rockers said: “The passion for blues music … has always been at the heart and soul of The Rolling Stones. Their approach to the album was that it should be spontaneous and played live in the studio without overdubs.”
The LP was recorded by The Stones – Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood – in just three days at British Grove Studios in west London and also features regular touring musicians Darryl Jones (bass), Chuck Leavell (keyboards) and Matt Clifford (keyboards).
Blues and rock guitar god Eric Clapton features on two tracks after he gatecrashed the studio in Chiswick, London.
A source previously said: “Eric was in the next studio along so he came in to say hello. They ended up jamming and recorded two songs.”
And music producer Don Was – who helped produced the tracks for the album – has said the record is a “testament” to how much the band loves making music, and how moved they are by blues music in particular.
He said: “This album is manifest testament to the purity of their love for making music, and the blues is, for the Stones, the fountainhead of everything they do.”
Guitarist Ronnie, 69, previously spoke about the heavy blues influence on the record admitting the band went on a streak in the studio.
He said: “We went in to cut some new songs, which we did. But we got on a blues streak. We cut 11 blues in two days. They are extremely great cover versions of ‘Howlin’ Wolf’ and ‘Little Walter’, among other blues people. But they really sound authentic … When we heard them back after not hearing them for a couple of months, we were, ‘Who’s that? It’s you.’ It sounded so authentic.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Ian McKellen is to be the subject of a new documentary.
The 77-year-old actor has starred in a number of blockbuster movies including ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘X Men’, and now he is set to get his own documentary which aims to explore his rich and varied experiences both on screen and off.
Joe Stephenson is directing the project, named ‘McKellen: Playing The Part’, and managed to conduct 14 hours of interview time with the British actor, which will be used amongst recreations of scenes from the star’s life, as well as rare archive material of his early work and photographs from his own collection.
Speaking to Variety, Joe said: “Here is an opportunity to show them [the audience] his incredible, and inspiring trajectory from his modest childhood in the north of England to Tony winning star of the stage, from one of the first actors to speak openly about his sexuality to becoming an internationally recognised two-time Oscar nominee.”
Joe also revealed that he wanted the chance to “talk candidly” to the star, in order to gain an insight into his “journey and philosophy” that hadn’t been done before in a regular interview.
He added: “While Ian has been interviewed many times, and lives a life very much in the public eye, we wanted to talk candidly to him about his journey and philosophy in a way that may not have been done. It’s an honour to tell the story of someone still so relevant and active in our industry, and my hope is that an audience might walk out of the cinema as inspired by his journey as I am, feel like they better understand how he has got to where he is today, and celebrate not just his awesome achievements, but the man himself.”
‘McKellen: Playing The Part’ is yet to have a release date, but sources suggest the project will likely be out next year.

OHMYGOSSIP — Benedict Cumberbatch has launched a new charity initiative between Save The Children and Marvel.
The ‘Doctor Strange’ star featured in a video posted on YouTube by Marvel Entertainment, in which he announced plans for an initiative called Marvel Studios: Hero Acts.
The initiative calls for Marvel Universe fans to upload a picture of themselves dressed up as a Marvel character to MarvelStudiosHeroActs.com, and for every picture posted on the site the studio will donate $5 (up to a total of $1 million) to the Save The Children charity.
In the video, the 40-year-old actor says: “I’m very excited to announce today a new charitable initiative that enables us to do even more together. Marvel Studios: Hero Acts is a global initiative focused on bringing help and hope to kids around the world when they need it most.”
And Benedict – who has young son Christopher with his wife Sophie Hunter – also details how he has seen the children that Save The Children aim to help, saying that “no-one should ever have to face” what they go through.
He said: “We filmed ‘Doctor Strange’ in Nepal and several other countries and everywhere we went in the world, I met Marvel fans. But I also saw kids who are facing enormous challenges, challenges that no one should ever have to face. With the help of our fans, Hero Acts can change that.”
Benedict then went on to detail how fans can get involved with the project, insisting that fans share their post on social media with the hashtags “#heroacts” and “#marvelstudios”, in order to spread awareness for the cause.
He said: “To help us launch hero acts, post a photo of yourself in your favourite Marvel hero pose. Just go to MarvelStudiosHeroActs.com, upload your photo and share on your social media channels with the below hashtags.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Evan Rachel Wood cried after filming with Sir Anthony Hopkins.
The 29-year-old actress portrays Dolores Abernathy in new HBO series ‘Westworld’ and was so “overwhelmed” at sharing screen time with one of her acting heroes, she had to “go into a corner” for some time alone after they shot their first scene together.
She said: “He really is the greatest actor I’ve ever worked with. I did a couple scenes and afterwards just had to go into a corner and weep.
“And someone found me and said, ‘Oh my God, are you OK? Did the scene go badly?’ I was crying. And I went ‘No, it went really well. I’m just crying because I’ve hit a milestone as an actor. That’s a little overwhelming and I’m taking a moment.’ ”
Evan was blown away by the 78-year-old actor’s effortless but impressive performance as Dr. Robert Ford.
She added to Vulture: “It’s almost like when you see a forest and you think the trees are really large and you’re like, ‘Wow. That’s a really beautiful forest.’ And then you go and see a tree that’s been around for thousands and thousands of years and it’s huge and the trunk is so large. And you go, ‘Oh, I thought I saw a tree, but I had no idea what a tree was. That’s a tree.’
“That’s kind of what it’s like working with Anthony. He’s connected to something that’s completely out of my realm and he can do so little and yet do so much. It’s even more breathtaking when it’s right in front of you.”
And when they weren’t filming, though she found Anthony “very approachable”, Evan was too starstruck to spend much time with him.
She admitted: “I do still get quite starstruck around him. I can’t help it. And he’s so down-to-earth and sweet and very approachable, but I just could not get over it.
“So I would say a couple words and then I would have to sort of run away.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Deryck Whibley was warned by doctors he was just one drink away from death.
The Sum 41 frontman was hospitalised with liver and kidney failure due to excessive drinking in May 2014, and issued a stark warning by medics that he had to give up alcohol for good.
He said: “At that point when I was in the hospital, they were saying one more drink would kill me at that point or give me cirrhosis or something. They didn’t even know how bad it was going to be.
“It took a while before I was able to find out there was no permanent liver damage. But that first period there was definitely no way I could have another drink. It was like, ‘You’re done.’ ”
Deryck is still adjusting to life without alcohol and though he currently has no urge to drink, he knows he may not feel like that again.
He said: “It’s just sort of learning how to be me without it. I didn’t really know who that person was because I’d never met that person yet. From like 17 years old ’til 34, there weren’t too many days sober.
“I don’t plan on drinking again and I don’t have any urges or thoughts and that’s great but I also know that may never last. It might not last forever. It could be 20 years from now. I have no idea.”
The 36-year-old rocker – who is married to Ariana Cooper and was previously wed to Avril Lavigne – has penned a new Sum 41 album, ’13 Voices’, and the record takes its title from the “chaos and noise” in his head that left him fearing he was “going crazy”.
He said: “It was just sort of a very uncertain time. A lot of insecurities. I actually thought I was going crazy at one point. I thought I was turning schizophrenic or something.
“I had so much chaos and so much noise in my head.
“Everything was a question, which is where the term ’13 Voices’ came from.”
The ‘Fatlip’ hitmaker gets more enjoyment out of performing live how he is sober.
He explained: “I feel it more. You notice it more. And what I also notice more is the audience reaction. You see it.
“But when you’re drunk you don’t really think about it. When you’re sober you can see the emotion, someone singing back lyrics, not because they know them but because it meant something to them at a certain point in your life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Danny DeVito will move to the UK if Donald Trump becomes President.
The 71-year-old actor has expressed concerns about the upcoming US Presidential election, and has said he will move out of the country if the Republican candidate takes up residence at the White House in November.
Speaking to Chris Moyles on UK radio station Radio X, the Hollywood star joked: “I’m looking at the real estate [in the UK].”
The ‘Matilda’ star claimed that whilst he had met the 70-year-old businessman in the past, he wouldn’t be voting for him because he “alienates folks”.
He said: “Oh yeah, our paths crossed once or twice. It’s just that he’s really self-centred and into his own thing and he does what he does very well, which is alienate folks.”
And the ‘Batman Returns’ actor went one step further, branding Trump as a “clown act” and saying he wasn’t sure if the politician “has friends”.
DeVito said: “Basically, if you look at it, you look at the clown act on one side – Donald.
“I don’t know about his personal life, whether he has friends or not. His family seems to be standing by him.”
The ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ actor then turned to UK politics, and compared Donald to the UK’s current foreign secretary Boris Johnson, claiming they are “cut from the same cloth”.
He said: It’s like Boris – you’ve got the guy, your ‘Head…’ what is he? He represents you in the world. They’re cut from the same cloth.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Martha Stewart says Snoop Dogg was “a delight to work with” on their new TV series.
The 75-year-old television personality stars alongside the rapper on ‘Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party’ and says that the 44-year-old musician was “really fun”.
Speaking to ET Canada, Martha said: “We had very fun guests [on ‘Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party’]. Snoop was a delight to work with, really fun.”
The format of the programme is a talk show with a twist, with Martha and Snoop hosting a televised dinner party for their guests.
For the founder of Martha Stewart Omnimedia, the fast paced filming was something she wasn’t used to, but she said it was “spontaneous”.
She revealed: “We filmed 10 episodes in five days with two days of preparation! There’s spontaneity, the guest list came together also sort of at the last minute, we have very fun guests.”
The guests for the time being have been kept under wraps, although the ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ rapper did reveal on his Instagram account that two of the guests would be fellow rapper 50 Cent, and actress Bella Thorne when he shared a picture of them with the two hosts.
He captioned the image: “Real gs n tha kitchen #MarthaAndSnoop @bellathorne@marthastewart48 @50cent @VH1 (sic)”
Martha then posted the photo on her own account, saying she “couldn’t wait” to show audiences what they had filmed.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West is looking for a body double.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star was subject to a terrible ordeal in Paris, France, earlier this week when five armed, masked men stormed into her apartment, tied her up with plastic handcuffs, and duct tape, and stole more than $10 million worth of jewellery.
Now, the 35-year-old beauty is on the lookout for a body double to help confuse any would-be assailants.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: “There’s a circus that follows Kim’s every move. Her new security team is recommending she employ a body double to help confuse would-be assailants.”
But Kim has other worries on her mind, as another source claims she is most concerned about the possibility of her two children, daughter North, three, and 10-month-old Saint, being “kidnapped”.
The source said: “The kids being kidnapped is Kim’s biggest fear. She previously didn’t want to shell out for armed security, but now she realises the family needs 24-hour protection.”
And for Kim – who is married to music mogul Kanye West – the problems don’t stop there, as she is also finding it difficult to know who to trust, amid speculation that the robbery may have been an inside job.
A third source told the publication: “She doesn’t know who she can trust. Kim’s team is conducting an internal investigation -interviewing assistants and looking through phones for evidence that anyone may have communicated with the thieves. They are slowly ruling people out.”
Police first reported on Tuesday (04.10.16) that they suspect the men had information that meant they knew her bodyguards wouldn’t be present at that time.
A source said previously: “French police suspect that the five alleged robbers had some contact with her security and were tipped off about her procedures.
“They knew there was no security [with her inside her apartment that night]. All they had to do was go in, make contact with someone inside the hotel.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kourtney Kardashian has tweeted for the first time since Kim Kardashian West’s Paris robbery.
The 37-year-old television personality – along with half-sister Kendall Jenner and mother Kris Jenner – was in Paris accompanying her younger sister when armed thieves broke into Kim’s apartment and stripped the 35-year-old star of $10 million in jewellery.
The family have been maintaining silence on social media since the incident, but now Kourtney has taken to Twitter to post a picture of a quote from her daily devotional book. Whilst she posted no words of her own, the quote still spoke volumes about what the family is going through.
The quote read: “Remember that joy is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world’s most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True Joy is a by-product of living in My Presence. Therefore, you can experience it in palaces, in prisons … anywhere.”
The passage in the book – which provides a specific spiritual reading for each day of the year – goes on to say that a day should not be “devoid of joy” just because it “contains difficulties”.
It reads: “Do not judge a day as devoid of Joy just because it contains difficulties. Instead, concentrate on staying in communication with Me. Many of the problems that clamour for your attention will resolve themselves. Other matters you must deal with, but I will help you with them. If you make problem-solving secondary to the goal of living close to Me, you can find joy even in your most difficult days.”
Kourtney – who has three children Mason, six, Penelope, four, and Reign, one, with on/off partner Scott Disick – is the first of Kim’s immediate family to somewhat openly address the incident.
It comes after Caitlyn Jenner took to Instagram to share a black and white photo of the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star on Wednesday (05.10.16).
She captioned the photo: “Love my girl! After hearing the full story, I’m so thankful she’s okay. It’s a reminder for us all to be careful in the uncertainty of this world.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Nikki Bella wants her twin sister Brie’s baby to be “exactly like [her]”.
Brie, 32, announced she is expecting her first child with husband Daniel Bryan, who is the General Manager of TV show ‘SmackDown’, on Wednesday (05.10.16), and now her sibling Nikki has shared her excitement over the happy news.
The ‘Total Bellas’ stars sat down for a Facebook Live interview with E! News, where Nikki said she was hoping her sister’s baby is “a girl”.
She said: “I hope it’s a girl and it’s exactly like me!”
Brie wasn’t convinced, however, saying Daniel, 35, would hate having a child like Nikki.
She replied: “Oh, goodness! That would be my husband’s worst nightmare!”
WWE Diva Nikki added that she is “excited” for her sister’s pregnancy, and thinks it’s “weird” how much her body has changed already.
She said: “It’s crazy because I’m so excited for her when I’ve seen this tummy pop out. This past week, I’ve really seen the changes with her. It was weird to already see the changes in her body.”
And for Nikki – who has been dating fellow WWE wrestler John Cena since 2013 – the news of her sister’s pregnancy was even more special as Brie chose to tell her before anyone else.
Brie admitted: “I feel like because we are twins and we are sisters we have this really close connection and bond, so I feel like I tell her everything all the time, all my secrets. It just would’ve been weird if I didn’t go to her first.”
Brie had been trying for a child for some time, and was keeping her “fingers crossed” that she would get pregnant.
She said previously: “Well I guess the world should know I am trying. I’m not pregnant yet, that’s why you know I indulged in some alcohol yesterday on the beach that paparazzi had to take a shot of. But yes I am trying so keep your fingers crossed Bella Army that I get pregnant very soon.”
And the star also claimed that she would love to return to WWE once she’s given birth and enjoyed the first stage of her baby’s life
She said: “I think when I have my first child … whenever that is, I would love to make a comeback to that ring. I think it would be awesome to actually be the real momma Bella.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Minogue and her fiancé Joshua Sasse will not marry until same-sex marriage is legal in her native Australia.
The couple announced their engagement in February this year after five months of dating and the 28-year-old actor has now revealed the lovebirds will not tie the knot until gay and lesbian couples have the same rights as heterosexual couples Down Under.
Joshua says her and Kylie, 48, are keen to tie the knot in her hometown of Melbourne but not until the country has marriage equality.
Speaking to Australia’s Network Seven, he said: “There are chances of a Melbourne wedding … [but] we will not get married until this law has passed in Australia.”
Both Joshua and Kylie – who has always had a huge gay fanbase -are supporting the Say I Do Down Under campaign which is calling for a law to be passed which will allow men to marry other men and women to wed women.
The ‘Galavant’ star – who launched the campaign with Kylie and Dolly Parton at the weekend – admits he was shocked when he discovered that same sex marriage was illegal in Australia.
He added: “When I found out that gay marriage was illegal in Australia, I was astounded. I simply can’t fathom on any level, whether it’s moral or religious or anything, that I have the right to get married and to marry the person that I love and that somebody else doesn’t because of their sexual orientation.”
In September, Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull introduced legislation to allow a public, non-binding vote on same-sex marriage to take place in early 2017.
Joshua and Kylie are not the only celebrities calling for same-sex marriage to be legalised in Oz.
Margot Robbie – who is from Queensland – appeared on TV show ‘Saturday Night Live’ at the weekend wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the slogan “Say ‘I Do’ Down Under”, with a rainbow map of Australia.

OHMYGOSSIP — Angelina Jolie’s team contacted Melissa Etheridge after the star slammed the actress.
Brad’s former friend Melissa, who blames Angelina for the breakdown of her friendship with the actor, previously told Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM show that it was “heartbreaking” how Brad’s reputation was being damaged during his divorce battle.
However, she claims that representatives for Angelina contacted her after the interview and she told Andy on ‘Watch What Happens Live’: “There are people whose business it is, whose job it is, to kind of fix things for celebrities.
“And I understand, I haven’t spoken to Brad in forever … every time I say something it gets turned around and twisted and all of a sudden I’m saying something about her.”
Instead of speaking about the situation anymore, Melissa, 55, decided to write a song about it, called ‘The Fixer Blues’.
She said: “I thought I would do what I do best and I wrote a song about it today.”
The song includes the lyrics: “Seems I said some things about an old, old friend that got people talking. Well I know broken hearts, a thing or two about divorce, I’ve been there before once, okay twice. I have not seen my friend in over 10 years and I swear I have never, ever, ever, ever met his wife.
“I’ll tell you what I ain’t picking no fight, none of my business who’s wrong or who’s right anyway that’s for sure. My opinion is mine you can take that and a dime and have a good time on your Google search.
“Fixer, I hope you understand that to scandalise was never my plan. Reminiscing I was flowing, I was hanging with my good friend Andy Cohen. Talking about our spouses in our own glass houses.

During her earlier interview, Melissa, 52, hit back at allegations Brad had been physically abusive to one of his and Angelina’s children and she also lashed out at the 41-year-old actress, who she claims split up Billy Bob Thornton and his former fiancée Laura Dern almost 20 years ago.
She also referenced the ending of Brad’s first marriage to Jennifer Aniston.
She said: “It breaks my heart that anyone would take something as personal as your marriage and your relationship and your rights to your children and do it as purposefully as I see it’s being done.
“There’s a way to be. I’ve gone through family courts. I’ve been twice around this block, and I know it really well, and I know when there’s some forethought to just how mean [you can be] and just how you’re going to put disinformation out there first.
“I was around when Angelina was not doing nice things with Billy Bob to Laura Dern. I went through that on a personal level, and then to know the side of Jennifer and Brad.
“I helped Laura move out of her house with Billy Bob – I like broke into their home to get their stuff out because it was so nasty.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West reportedly blames herself for being robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
The 35-year-old star is worried she attracted the attention of the thieves who stripped her apartment of $10million in jewellery and stole her precious diamond ring.
A source said: “Kim’s in shock and blaming herself. She’s tearing herself up that she Snapchatted the ring so much and wore it all the time. This incident is making her question everything. How she dresses, what she does.”
Her husband Kanye West wants to move on and get their lives “back to normal” by purchasing Kim an identical sparkler but the brunette beauty “doesn’t want to think about it” yet.
The source told PEOPLE: “Kanye wants to buy her the ring again but she just says she doesn’t want to think about it.
“He says he wants everything to go back to normal and for the incident to not affect their lives.”
Meanwhile, Kim was supposed to join her make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic for a masterclass in Dubai on October 14, but the event will no longer be going ahead.
Mario posted a statement on Instagram which read: “Dear Dubai Masterclass Attendees, On behalf of myself and Kim Kardashian West, please accept our apologies. We are sorry to inform you that due to the recent events, we will be rescheduling the Dubai Masterclass with Kim Kardashian West.

OHMYGOSSIP — Briana Jungwirth is dating American singer Jayk Purdy.
The stylist – who has eight-month-old baby Freddie with One Direction star Louis Tomlinson – recently started dating the After Romeo singer and has shared a number of pictures of him on her social media pages.
And Jayk, 30, appears to be close to Briana’s family as she posted a number of Snapchats of them all out for dinner together earlier this week.
Briana and Jayk are believed to have met through mutual friends.
Meanwhile, Jayk and his bandmates previously claimed they had to be escorted out of a One Direction concert twice because fans got overexcited when they saw them.
Drew Ryan Scott said: “At the very beginning of our group, we all went to a One Direction concert just to see what it was all about, and see the territory and what was going on.
“It got so crazy in there because fans looked at us like we were some amazing band and they all started going crazy. Everyone went nuts and One Direction’s security actually had to escort us out twice because they were all swarming us because we couldn’t get to our seats. We ended up having to watch the whole concert from the side stage. It was cool.”
And the band appear to be relishing the attention from Jayk’s new relationship, with Drew tweeting: “I always vote for @onedirection did u see this” and sharing a link to an article about Briana and Jayk.
He also made it the pinned tweet at the top of his account.
Briana got pregnant after a brief fling with Louis last year but the pair have a strained relationship, with Briana said to be jealous of Louis’ girlfriend Danielle Campbell.
Earlier this year, after pictures emerged of Louis, 24, enjoying a day at the beach with their Freddie and Danielle, 21, Briana took to her Twitter account to post an angry tweet.
Briana wrote: “You can pretend all you want but you will NEVER be my baby son’s mother.”
Briana’s message came just weeks after it was claimed that her and Louis’ custody battle over Freddie was sparked by her jealousy over Danielle, who Louis started dating last year.
Speaking previously, a source close to the mother of one – who gave birth to her child in January this year – said: “Before Briana got pregnant, she was bragging to friends about how serious she was with Louis. She thought it was going to be a real relationship.
“When Louis started dating Danielle, Briana was upset and that’s when the drama started.
“Briana really tried to make the relationship work, and she became jealous when he moved on.
“When she was pregnant he was very supportive and paying for all her medical needs. He bought her a house, but she wanted something bigger.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Pine has adopted a dog from an animal shelter.
The 36-year-old actor dropped by the North Central Shelter in Los Angeles on Wednesday (05.10.16) to pick up the adorable pit bull, and the Instagram account Home Dog LA subsequently took to the photo-sharing website to post a picture of the ‘Star Trek Beyond’ star and his new pooch.
The caption read: “Super handsome guys adopt dogs too! And sweet Pit Bulls at that.#chrispine came to @northcentralshelter to find his new best friend and littleWednesday Weld won the lottery. Happy Trails, guys! And thank you for adopting from your local shelter.#adoptdontshop #shelterdogs #pitbull#blackdog #love (sic)”
The news of the star adopting the four-legged friend comes after he recently splashed the cash on around £5,000 worth of champagne on a night out in London. With his hectic filming schedule, the ‘Hell or High Water’ actor might just have to give up the party lifestyle to find time to take care of his new pet.
A source said previously: “Chris got to Cirque Le Soir around midnight and all hell broke loose.
“The venue had to call in extra security because girls were going crazy to get to him.
“He had at least 15 girls around him. He loved the attention and was laughing and flirting with them all.
“By 2am he was spraying champagne over everyone and dancing on the tables.”
But for Chris, the idea of leaving the parties behind and settling down is something he would like to do at “some point”, and adopting his dog might be the start of that process.
When asked if he wanted a family, the star said previously: “Yeah, sure, I guess at some point. I’m really happy to be working right now and I get a lot of support and love from my family and friends.”
