OHMYGOSSIP — Prince reportedly owes $600,000 to his divorce lawyer.
The 57-year-old musician passed away on April 21, 2016 but Cousins Law Firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, has filed a claim with his estate over a $599,735.63 bill, allegedly from his and Manuela Testolini’s 2006 divorce.
Patrick Cousins told TMZ that he had agreed with Prince that the singer did not have to pay him until all the loose ends of the case were tied up. He said he wrapped up everything on April 1, 20 days before Prince’s sudden death.
Prince passed away at his Paisley Park home after an accidental overdose of the drug fentanyl but his sibling Tyka previously admitted she wasn’t entirely shocked by his sudden death.
Speaking about coping with his death, she said: “It wasn’t hard at all. It was a two-word phone call: ‘He’s gone.’ And I knew who he meant. I hung up the phone. An employee of Prince called. I have been preparing for two years, so I knew that it was coming.”
And Tyka claims Prince alluded to his death two years ago.
She explained: “He said it a couple of years ago: ‘I’ve done everything that I’ve come to do’. I was crushed for about two years.
“I’ve had two years to deal with it, but there’s a lot of people that have only had from April to now, so I guess I would say give it another year and a half and maybe you’ll be where I’m at. I’m sorry that you’re hurting.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Madonna won’t get any special treatment in her court case against the owners of her apartment building.
The 58-year-old singer is reportedly suing One West 64th Street for enforcing strict rules, which forbid her from allowing people – including her children Lourdes, 19, Rocco, 16, Mercy, 10, and David, 11, as well as her staff – to stay in a second unit she owns in the block when she is not there.
But Judge Gerald Lebovits insisted Madonna should not be treated differently to other residents, just because she is famous.
According to the New York Post’s Page Six, he told her lawyer: “Let’s say your client were a traveling salesperson or away in college or serving a brief period in jail, wouldn’t your client be as protected then as she is now going on tour and spending an inordinate amount of time in hotels?
“It’s the same principle. There’s a landlord-tenant relationship between your client and the cooperative corporation and they could bring a Housing Court action to evict.”
The ‘Music’ hitmaker has previously insisted the owners knew her status and lifestyle and did not object to letting others stay when she first moved into the property 12 years ago, four years before she bought the second apartment.
In Manhattan Court Papers, Madonna said: “At that time, I was, and still am, a world-known performing artist.
“At that time, One West knew or should have known that I travelled extensively and owned other residences.’
“[The building] is a place I call home. It is there that I have my cherished personal effects and property such as artwork, paintings, sculpture, special furniture and the like.”
And the legal documentation argues One West “never” objected previously to people staying when she wasn’t there, and insists it is an unenforceable rule.
The documents state: “Certainly such a requirement is ridiculous and impossible for almost any family to comply with, and certainly not someone with plaintiff’s itinerant schedule.
“To be sure, One West knew the plaintiff’s living, working, traveling lifestyle as a celebrated entertainer when she purchased the apartment; One West never objected.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Arnold Schwarzenegger “throws up” when he looks in the mirror.
The 69-year-old actor and former bodybuilding champion – who first claimed the title Mr. Olympia at the international competition Joe Weider’s Olympia Fitness and Performance Weekend in 1970 – has admitted he has always been “so critical” of himself, even when he was in his best shape, and is still repulsed by his appearance.
Speaking to Cigar Aficionado magazine, the ‘The Expendables’ actor said: “When I look in the mirror, I throw up.
“I was already so critical of myself, even when I was in top physical shape.”
Despite winning the highly-acclaimed title over seven consecutive years, he used to doubt why he was crowned champion every time because he felt he was “lacking” something.
He said: “I’d look in the mirror after I won one Mr. Olympia after another and think, ‘How did this pile of s**t win?’ I never saw perfection. There was always something lacking.”
Although the ‘Terminator’ actor isn’t happy with his looks, he has admitted he doesn’t feel like he will soon be turning 70 years old because he has maintained the same lifestyle he enjoyed two decades ago.
He explained: “I don’t feel my age. I do everything exactly the same as I did 20 years ago.”
The new ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ star – who has kids Katherine, 27, Christina, 25, Patrick, 23, and Christopher, 19, with estranged wife Maria Shriver, and 19-year-old Joseph with his former housekeeper Mildred ‘Patti’ Baena – used to be very strict on his workout regime when he was younger, and has credited himself as the “master” of writing gruelling fitness schedules.
He explained: “When I saw those animals climbing around the chin-up bar and doing 20 chin-ups and then going over to the squat rack and squatting 200 kilos [440 pounds], and then another guy snatching up 315 [pounds] in one movement, it outweighed by far everything that I’d seen on the soccer field.
“I lived by the training programme, the eating programme, the competition programme. I was always the master in writing out the programmes.
“I knew that as soon as I put it down, the last thing I ever wanted to do is disappoint myself. I knew that I had to look in the mirror every day and I could not look in the mirror and say, ‘You know something: You’re a f**king loser; you cannot even do the kind of sets and exercises and eat the kind of food that you wrote down.’ I didn’t want to face that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian’s boyfriend Tristan Thompson has a son.
The 25-year-old basketball star’s former girlfriend Jordan Craig – whom he split from during the pregnancy – gave birth to the little one in Los Angeles last week and it’s now been revealed he’s a baby boy, a source confirmed to ‘Entertainment Tonight’.
Although it’s no doubt tough to be in a relationship with someone who has a child with someone else, Khloé is seemingly keen to get stuck in as she hired a private jet for Tristan last week to ensure he got to Los Angeles from Cleveland, Ohio, in time.
A source said recently: “Khloé’s really understanding about Tristan’s situation – she’s a little embarrassed that her boyfriend is having a baby with someone else, but it happened before she hooked up with Tristan. She wants him to be a responsible dad, but she wants to keep it all on the down low.”
The 32-year-old reality TV star found out her boyfriend was having a baby with Jordan – the cousin of Kevin Hart’s wife Eniko Parrish – after they started dating but decided to plough ahead with their relationship anyway and be supportive.

OHMYGOSSIP — Peter Andre named his baby boy after his mother.
The ‘Mysterious Girl’ hitmaker wasn’t keen on giving his three-week-old son the moniker Theodore when his wife Emily first suggested it but he swiftly changed his mind after he found out that it’s the Greek version of his mother’s forename Theobisti.
Speaking to OK! magazine, he said: “It (Theodore) wouldn’t have been my first choice but Theodore is actually a really strong name.
“I wanted Oscar, Arthur or Max but Emily was like, ‘Definitely not!’ Then I thought about James or Joshua but then Emily was like, ‘You can’t have two sons with Js, it’s too confusing!’
“Then I liked Benjamin but Emily’s favourite was Oliver, which I wasn’t too keen on.
“Eventually Emily came up with Theodore, which happens to be the Greek version of my mum’s name, Theobisti, which means faith in God. The fact Emily knew this and wanted it so much suddenly made me so emotional because I knew how much my mum would love that.”
But the 27-year-old doctor – who married the hunk in 2015 – pleaded her case because she thinks the little one, who weighed just 6lb 10oz at birth, looks Greek – like Peter.
She said: “He looks Greek and I love the fact it’s a Greek name.”
And Theobasti – also known as Thea – was overjoyed when she learnt of the name.
Peter – who also has two-year-old daughter Amelia with Emily – said,”She cried. it’s the greatest gift I could ever give to her. She said: ‘I never expected in my life someone to do that, it means the world to me.’ I’ve always wanted to name one of my kids after one of my parents. I didn’t tell my mum until I asked the whole family first.”
The 43-year-old hunk’s children from his marriage to Katie Price, Junior, 11, and nine-year-old Princess – whose middle name Tiaamii was inspired by her grandmothers Thea and Amy – also gave the couple their seal of approval upon hearing it.
Peter explained: “We gave Princess and Junior our list of names and they immediately loved Theo and kept texting me the name every day.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Zooey Deschanel is reportedly expecting her second child.
The 36-year-old actress and her husband Jacob Pechenik – who welcomed daughter Elsie Otter after their August 2015 wedding – are believed to be preparing for a new addition to their family, TooFab reports.
According to the entertainment news site, Zooey told cast and crewmembers on the set of her TV sitcom ‘New Girl’ about her happy news recently.
During Zooey’s first maternity leave, Megan Fox joined the cast of ‘New Girl’.
Meanwhile, Zooey previously spoke about her daughter’s unusual middle name, admitting she and her spouse wanted something “wild” to go with her “classic” first name.
Jokingly asked by talk show host Ellen DeGeneres if Otter is a family name, she quipped: “In a sense that we’re all mammals.”
She then added: “We thought Elsie is a classic name – a lot of people have grandmas and aunts named Elsie. And then we were like the middle name can be a little bit like wild.
“We both found that we had a mutual love for otters. There were some more normal middle names… but I saw that nobody else likely had the middle name ‘Otter.’ ”
Zooey was married once before, to Death Cab for Cutie and The Postal Service lead vocalist Ben Gibbard.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora has reportedly lost “hundreds of thousands” due to a fraudulent accountant.
One of the 26-year-old singer’s companys is reported to have lost the huge amount after it was taken by the man who “lived like a Saudi prince”, The Sun reports.
Rita’s lawyer Graham Shear said: “Rita Ora has multiple business interests globally. One of the companies in which she has an interest is a potential victim of fraud along with several other companies and individuals.
“The potential loss suffered by all the victims collectively is thought to be significant but only a proportion of that total figure will apply to the entity in which Ms Ora is one of several shareholders.
“Any loss suffered by the Company in which Ms Ora has an interest will be recoverable from insurance policies which protect against this sort of professional misappropriation, fraud and other claims.”
Last year Rita was the victim of a night-time burglary at her six-bedroom semi-detached London home.
A source close to Rita said: “She is very shaken and has upped her personal protection and security at her homes.
“Of course she’s scared about her safety and the safety of her family.
“Thankfully, Rita wasn’t home at the time, but a family member was sleeping upstairs so it could have been so much worse if they had been disturbed.
“They called the police who arrived after 5am after they found out that cash, jewels and electrical goods had been stolen.
“The police have told Rita she needs to look seriously into the possibility that this was an inside job and could be connected to a number of burglaries in the area, including the one at Simon Cowell’s house.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Colton Haynes has opened up about his mental health struggles.
The 28-year-old actor – who is best known for his roles in ‘Teen Wolf’ and ‘Arrow’ – admitted he was struggling to cope before coming out as gay earlier this year and checking in to cope with anxiety issues.
Colton shared two diary excerpts with Paper magazine and the November 2, 2014, entry showed the depths of his despair.
He wrote: “I honestly wake up after five hours of sleep wide-awake. It’s probably from the bottle of wine I drank before I finally fell asleep/passed out or the amount of pills I’d had. I read up on why I’m experiencing numbness and lack of circulation in my hands and feet and it’s due to the stimulants I’ve been taking for quite some time now. It causes the blood flow to move toward the heart therefore removing it from the lesser needed places like my hands and feet.
“I’m a vampire. A shell. Wishing I was the old Colton. The person who used to love going out and talking to my family/friends. Now I’m so closed off to the world that I can’t even get up enough courage to go in public. I’m afraid of people and have become agoraphobic.
“To the public eye, my possibilities are endless, but in my mind, I’m fading away and battling to hide the pain and emotion that has plagued me my entire life. I’ve cheated, lied and finally owned up to it…I am lonely. This is my fault, though. I don’t want to let anyone in. People don’t understand the things you give up when you step into the limelight. No one really wants to get to know you.”
However, after seeking help this year, Colton’s diary entry on November 12, 2016, makes for much happier reading.
He wrote: “I always look at old photos hoping to relive the memory. But what I’m finally seeing is that I can’t and wouldn’t want to go back to that headspace ever again. So clouded and unsure about myself, my life, my privacy, my mental health. I’m finally in a position where I can say I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. I’ve accomplished so much with so little and my smile is finally not forced. I’ve taken control of my own life for the first time and won’t let anyone silence me or my passions ever again.
“I’m finally free. I’m successful. I’m independent…But most of all, I’m outspoken.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Fifth Harmony have hit back at Camila Cabello, insisting she “refused” to attend meetings about her future.
The remaining four members of the girl group – Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Hansen, and Lauren Jauregui – have released a second statement about her exit, claiming they tried to arrange countless meetings to tempt her to stay and even set up a group counselling session she didn’t attend.
In a statement posted on their Instagram account, they wrote: “We know you are hurt and confused, we are too. We know you want answers. And you deserve them, as you are just as much a part of this group as the four of us are.
The last thing we want to do is engage in a battle of we said, she said, but we’ve let our story play out in press and on social media for too long. So, to our Harmonizers, who we care so deeply about, we want you to hear everything from us, unedited, not manipulated, just us, to you.
“Over the past several months, we have consistently made every effort to sit down and discuss the future of Fifth Harmony with Camila. We have spent the past year and a half (since her initial solo endeavor) trying to communicate to her and her team all of the reasons why we felt Fifth Harmony deserved at least one more album of her time, given the success of this past year that we’d all worked so hard for. We called for group meetings which she refused, we asked LA Reid and the label to step in and try to set meetings, which again, she refused. We even went as far as group counseling which she did not show up to. So no, after months of rejection from her and her team, these supposed lengthy conversations in fact never happened, although we pleaded. We have tried with exhausted efforts and hearts to keep this group alive as the five of us, and we want it to be very clear that unfortunately those efforts were not mutual. (sic)”
The ‘Worth It’ hitmakers concluded their statement by confirming they will continue to make music for their fans – known as Harmonizers – and wished Camila the best.
It comes after the 19-year-old star issued a statement saying she was “shocked” by how the group handled her departure after they first claimed they had only found out she was leaving through her “representatives”.
She wrote: “I was shocked to read the statement the Fifth Harmony account posted without my knowing. The girls were aware of my feelings through the long, much needed conversations about the future that we had during tour. Saying that they were just informed through my representatives that I was ‘leaving the group’ is simply not true. (sic)”
The four remaining members initially released a statement via their Instagram account, which began: “After 4 and a half years of being together, we have been informed via her representatives that Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony. We wish her well.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Margot Robbie has confirmed she has married.
The ‘Suicide Squad’ star has taken to her Instagram account to share a picture of herself and new husband Tom Ackerley – who she has been dating for three years – complete with her pear-shaped diamond wedding ring.
The image of the couple is blurred out apart from her left hand which features the huge sparkler on her wedding finger, which she is pointing towards the camera.
According to News.com.au, Margot, 26, and Tom tied the knot in Coorabell, near Byron Bay, where around 50 guests were in attendance.
The wedding began at 4pm and concluded with a disco which finished around 11pm.
Margot and Tom were so determined to keep their big day a secret they even told guests to meet at different locations, from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay, before they were collected by bus and transported to the venue.
Guests were also asked to hand in cameras and mobile phones to ensure a social media blackout was adhered to.
The pair are said to have got engaged over the summer and managed to keep it a secret.
Attendees at the nuptials included the star’s brothers Lachlan and Cameron, and her sister Anya.
But the actress is estranged from her dad Doug so mother Sarie is thought to have given her away.
Margot was spotted landing in Australia last week with a T-shirt on which read: “Say ‘I do’ Down Under”.
The couple met on the set of movie ‘Suite Française’ and live together in London.
Earlier this year, the ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ star admitted she would love to have kids with Tom one day and insisted they would move back Down Under when that time comes.
She said: “They’ll be here. The kids will be in Australia.”
The star also admitted the British director is a big fan of the country.
She said: “He loves Australia. He’s like, ‘I don’t know why anyone leaves Australia.’ ”

The ‘Trainwreck’ star was thrilled to present her father Gordon with the gift after the family lost their farm when Amy’s dad went bankrupt after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
Sharing a home video on Instagram, she wrote: “Video from the farm when I was running away in the cornfield and my dad was taunting me because I wanted him to come with me. We lost the farm when we lost everything else. But today I got to buy it back for him.”
She also posted a screenshot of her FaceTiming her father with the good news, which she simply captioned: “Today I bought my father’s farm back.”
Meanwhile, the 35-year-old actress and comedienne previously admitted it was her humour which kept her family “tied together” when her father was diagnosed with MS when she was just 12-years-old.
She shared: “He was in physical pain. That’s when I kind of took the lead and took care of everybody in my family. I would keep them – I would keep everybody laughing. I’m the one who ties it all together …
“He’s not good. Some days he’s really good and he’s with it and we’re joking around. And some days I go to visit my dad, and it’s so painful. I can’t believe it.”

The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star was left “heartbroken” when Blac Chyna walked out of their family home over the weekend after accusing him of “verbally abusing” her and now Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni believes Rob needs to get “help” so he can be a better fiancé to the 28-year-old star.
She said: “They are gonna always going to be OK. As long as I’m around, they’re gonna be fine ’cause I ain’t playing. Rob’s got his thing with him … he plays too much.
“He’s the one that probably hacked the damn girl’s page. He’s insecure as hell and he’s gotta get over it. There’s no help for him until he gets help. That’s about all I can say.”

She told E! News: “I think you have to learn to have a thick skin. I think it comes with being in a girl band and being an artist. OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have enjoyed their first night out together since he was hospitalised for exhaustion.
The couple – who have North, three, and Saint, 12 months, together – were spotted out for dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California on Sunday evening (18.12.16).
An eyewitness said: “When she got to the car, she paused and made it a point to look back at [Kanye] and make sure he was OK. She looked strong and so happy.
“You can see it in the way they were that they were making a point to say, ‘We are solid.’ They were smiling, completely at ease and just enjoying each other.”
And things are said to be going from strength to strength for Kim and Kanye, who have had a stressful few months ever since the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star was robbed at gunpoint back in October.
A source told Entertainment Tonight: “Kim and Kanye have to work at their marriage, just like any couple. Of course there are some bumps in the road at times, but that’s not unlike any other marriage. It takes work. They are definitely still together and more madly in love than ever.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob Kardashian has apologised to Blac Chyna.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star – who was left “heartbroken” after the 28-year-old model walked out of the family home with their one-month-old daughter Dream over the weekend – has taken to social media to pen a sweet message to his fiancé and revealed he is “seeking help to deal with his flaws”.
Posting a picture of them both on Instagram, he wrote: “This weekend I was in an emotional bad place and did some things that embarrassed myself and my family.
“I apologize and I’m seeking help to deal with my flaws/issues. Please pray for me and I’m sorry @blacchyna. You are a great mother to our child and I love you. (sic)”
It comes after it was claimed the couple fought over “ridiculous” things.
A source said: “He has absolutely been the instigator in most of their past fights. His emotional problems takes over and he lashes out at Chyna over ridiculous stuff. Chyna just had a baby and he keeps fighting with her over ridiculous things. It’s like he just can’t help himself. Whenever he gets along with Chyna, he finds a way to ruin it. He is crazy suspicious and doesn’t trust her at all … Now he keeps fighting with her over issues that his family had from the beginning. He doesn’t trust that she actually loves him and that their relationship is only about money to her.
“But it just seems it’s kind of too late to have these issues now. Rob is a dad and that should be his focus. He cries now that he misses his baby, but he isn’t mature enough to not start fights with Chyna in the first place. It’s just a crazy mess. A very sad crazy mess. It’s just sad that he treats the mother of his child like this. Rob and Chyna are like oil and water. They just bicker constantly. It’s not healthy.”
The pair split up after Chyna accused Rob of “verbally abusing” her on a regular basis.
