Johnny Depp wants Amber Heard to pay 100k in legal fees

OHMYGOSSIP — Johnny Depp wants Amber Heard to pay $100,000 in legal fees.
The ‘Danish Girl’ actress had reached an agreement with the 52-year-old actor in August, that he would pay her $7 million in their divorce settlement, but Johnny has yet to hand over the cash and now he wants Amber to pay part of his attorney fees, Entertainment Tonight reports.
In a new court filing, Johnny’s lawyer Laura Wasser states: “The impact of her relentless pursuit on Johnny – the damage her false allegations have caused his personal and professional reputation, his and his family’s emotional well-being, and his finances-appears to be of no interest to Amber.”
Johnny’s request for legal fees comes not long after Amber, 30, filed a Request for Order with the Los Angeles Superior Court accusing the actor of failing to pay the divorce settlement money – which she plans to donate to charity – to her.
And as well as the money and requesting fees and costs up to $35,435, Amber’s attorneys claim Johnny has also failed to comply with various other mandates, including the division of personal property, transferring a Range Rover into the star’s name, shipping her belongings from his private Bahamas island, and his outstanding debts incurred from cars, jewels and stylist fees.
A declaration written by Amber alleges Johnny broke their agreement by paying his initial $200,000 donation to charity directly, rather than to the actress, and slammed claims she had “violated the confidentiality provisions” of their settlement.
She wrote: “Instead, when Johnny learned that I planned to donate my entire marital settlement to charities, Johnny purported to satisfy his obligation to pay me by supposedly paying the charities I selected instead of me.
“He also claimed that I violated the confidentiality provisions of the [Deal Point Memorandum] by announcing that I was donating my settlement to charities. In fact, I made those donations in good faith and I was responding to the leaks by Johnny’s agents bragging that I had settled for substantially less than a reported, earlier offered sum and attempting to label me a gold digger.”
It has been speculated Johnny has withheld payments because he believes Amber has breached their confidentiality agreement in her two recent pieces about domestic violence, despite never referring to her ex-husband by name in either the public service announcement she contributed to, or the open letter she penned for a news outlet.

Kate Moss jumps fence to see George Michael

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Moss climbs over her fence to visit George Michael.
The 42-year-old supermodel – who has 14-year-old daughter Lila with ex-boyfriend Jefferson Hack – loves the fact she can count one of her teenage idols as a friend, and she likes to make full use of the pool he has in his garden during the summer months.
Kate talked about her friendship with George, who lives near her in Highgate, North London, as she joined BBC Radio 6 Music host Shaun Keaveny to co-host the final part of his show, which is named after her, in a segment recorded recently which will air on Friday (23.12.16).
Introducing Wham’s ‘Last Christmas’, she said: “[I was a] huge fan. It was my first tape. I got it for Christmas, Wham!. My mum bought it for me. That and Blondie. And yeah, huge. I love George Michael.”
Asked by Shaun if it’s true she knows George, she said: “Yes. Dreams come true. I do, yeah. And he knows me. But even more importantly. ‘Kate, hi.’ Ooooh.
“We have [visited each other] in the past. When it’s hot. He’s got a pool, so when it’s hot I’m like ‘Oh can Lila come and jump in your pool?’ And he’s like ‘Yeah, come over.’ And we can actually climb from garden to garden over the walls with a ladder, we’ve done that a couple of times. It is so much fun.”
Kate loves to sing and one of her highlights was when she belted out her favourite karaoke song, Lionel Richie and Diana Ross’ ‘Endless Love’, with the ‘Dancing On The Ceiling’ hitmaker himself.
Discussing her favourite karaoke tracks, she said: “Oh I do love ‘Endless Love’, as duet. That was another OMG moment. Me and Lionel. Doing it over the phone. Was amazing.
“My friend was on the phone to him and I went ‘Hi Lionel.’ And then we just started talking and I was just like,’My love’, and then he came in ‘There’s only you’. And we did the whole song. Was amazing.
“And then and I got really overexcited and said I can do Tammi Terrell as well, you know, and then he launched into that! It was major.”
And despite her own high profile, Kate still gets starstruck and has had plenty of moments throughout her career that have left her stunned.
She said: “I danced with James Brown at a fashion show for Thierry Mugler. It was so random. He was there, he managed to get him and I turned around and I was in a big hooped skirt, dress thing that I couldn’t even move in, and I turned around and I was dancing with James Brown. That was an OMG moment. It was crazy.
“I went to see Led Zeppelin at the O2 and was sitting with Paul McCartney. And that was quite fun sitting with him. And then we went backstage and I was hanging out with Lisa Marie [Presley] and Priscilla [Presley] and Riley [Keough], the three generation Presleys. Major. I’ve got pictures somewhere of all of us hanging out.”
Listen to Kate during the Kate Moss Hour on Sean’s BBC 6 Music show between 9-10am on Friday.

Denzel Washington: Fame is 'overrated'

OHMYGOSSIP — Denzel Washington thinks fame is “overrated”.
The ‘Magnificent Seven’ star doesn’t like the term as he believes it doesn’t necessarily equate to success as his father – who worked 50 years for the water department – was successful too.
He told the New York Post’s Page Six column: “My father worked 50 years for the water department, he was also a minister and he worked three jobs all the time.
“He made it, he was successful. Celebrity is really overrated – we don’t want anything to do with celebrity. I am an actor.”
His comments come after he recently shared the secret to his long lasting marriage to Pauletta – marrying someone who “knows about love”.
Denzel – who has four children, John, 32, Katia, 29, and 25-year-old twins Malcolm and Olivia, with his wife of 33 years – said: “I didn’t know everything there was to know about love, but I married a woman who did and how to share that.”
And Denzel recently opened up about how he has “lived” through the diversity issue in Hollywood.
He shared: “I’ve heard everything. And what I hear keeps changing because they used to say it didn’t sell over here, and it does. Then they said it doesn’t sell in the South and it does. Well, it doesn’t sell in Europe, and it does …
“I don’t have to think about it. I’ve lived it. I’ve been the guy at the Oscars without my name being called. I’ve been the guy at the Oscars when my name is called. I’ve been the guy at the Oscars when everybody thought they was gonna call my name, and they didn’t. I’ve lived it.”

David Beckham earned £71k a day

OHMYGOSSIP — David Beckham earned £71,000 a day last year.
The retired sportsman took home the hefty sum after his new company Seven Global LLP managed to make £8.6 million of profit in only seven months.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “There is no stopping Brand Beckham. Even though he has long retired from football David’s empire keeps on growing. He is a savvy businessman and surrounds himself with like-minded people. The latest figures are staggering but it’s no real surprise.”
The figures come from the £3.8 million, which was paid to Beckham’s DB Ventures and lifestyle company Global Brands Group Holding Limited, with the money thought to come from his successful collaboration with brands including clothing retailer H&M.
Elsewhere, David also managed to secure another £11.4 million in profit at his Footwork Productions company, which rakes money in for the use of David’s name and his image.
It comes after the 41-year-old star admitted he isn’t into lavish gifts and wants socks for Christmas.
He said: “Socks is always a good one. You know, I’m an Englishman so we – us Brits we love nice socks, so I’ve asked for socks this year. Victoria’s list – nice pajamas. She loves some nice PJ’s, comfy and cozy.”
And despite his wealthy status, David much prefers to wear casual clothes like jeans, t-shirts and trainers rather than suits.
He added: “[I am a] very casual dresser. I love to wear smart suits and I like to feel smart when I go out for dinner but I also much prefer to wear jeans, T-shirts, trainers, boots, vintage boots and that’s kind of how I dress every single day.”

John Mayer: I'm not an 'it' celebrity anymore

OHMYGOSSIP — John Mayer is glad he’s not a huge star anymore.
The ‘Free Fallin’ hitmaker says there is “humility in knowing” he’s not an ‘it’ celebrity now.
Speaking on Todd & Jayde In the Morning on 95.5 PLJ, he said: “I now say, I’m not it, I just do it. There’s a difference. People who are ‘it’, ‘it’ will kill you. It will kill you if you consider yourself to be it. If you think you are the star, like all the way down to your core that you are just made of star parts, you will die. What I realise now is I have a very cool job.
“I get passes that I get to wear around my neck that [allow me to] keep walking to the microphone – and nobody tackles me. And then the show is over, and I go home. There is humility in knowing that you’re not popular to the point where people are following you around anymore. They’re following new people around. They’re not following me around anymore. There’s humility in, Yeah, don’t worry about it because you’re not going to be that hot [forever] anyway.”
Meanwhile, John is happy to share advice with other songwriters including Shawn Mendes, who sought the 39-year-old singer’s thoughts on his new album ‘Illuminate’.
The 18-year-old singer shared: “I didn’t get to work with him, but he listened to a bunch of the songs and gave great pieces of advice through the music and production and lyrics and stuff, especially on songs like ‘Three Empty Words’ and ‘Ruin’ and ‘Patience.’ It was great to have him listening through it all.”

Reese Witherspoon's family charity

OHMYGOSSIP — Reese Witherspoon’s family support a different charity every year.
The ‘Wild’ actress – who has 17-year-old daughter Ava and 13-year-old son Deacon with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe and son Tennessee, four, with her husband Jim Toth – has revealed this year her family have been supporting Girls Inc., which helps young women aged 6 to 18.
In a new interview with People magazine, she shared: “Every year we pick a charity that we really love, to invest in a project all year long. This year we’re doing Girls Inc. I’m so moved by their after-school programs …
“I’ve been visiting a lot of the locations [of Girls Inc.] I think it’s just such an incredible program and it’s been going for over 150 years in this country. They just help kids a lot.”
Meanwhile, the 40-year-old actress previously admitted she suffers from mom guilt and tries her best to balance her career with being a mother to her three kids.
She said: “Every woman feels guilty if they’re working or guilty if they’re staying home all the time. There are all sorts of factors in between about economics and what each family needs. Actually my next show, ‘Big Little Lies’ has a lot to do with that and about the complexity of women’s lives and the choices they have to make that affect their self-esteem and their marriage and their family … You have to just live your life and make your own choices. Every family is different, and every family has to make their own choices, based on their circumstances. You have to rise above any negativity and know that you’re doing the right thing for your family.”

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West receiving therapy

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are receiving therapy individually.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star is reportedly seeking help with dealing with the “trauma” of being robbed at gunpoint in October whilst the ‘Only One’ singer is said to be receiving treatment for depression.
A source told People magazine: “They are still both receiving individual therapy. Kim is dealing with the trauma from the robbery. Kanye is receiving help for depression and learning how to cope with stress better. They might be thinking about couples therapy, but so far it seems they haven’t had any sessions together.”
The couple – who share North, three, and Saint, 12 months, together – were spotted out for the first time together on Sunday evening (18.12.16).
An eyewitness said: “When she got to the car, she paused and made it a point to look back at [Kanye] and make sure he was OK. She looked strong and so happy. You can see it in the way they were that they were making a point to say, ‘We are solid.’ They were smiling, completely at ease and just enjoying each other.”
Whilst another source added: “Kim and Kanye have to work at their marriage, just like any couple. Of course there are some bumps in the road at times, but that’s not unlike any other marriage. It takes work. They are definitely still together and more madly in love than ever.
“Kim is slowly getting back to her normal routine. She finally feels ready to get back out in public, but she is doing it little by little. She does not having any work commitments on her plate until the new year. She went to Shelli Azoff’s big holiday party last week as well. Shelli is like another mother to Kim, it was important for her to be there.”

Niall Horan's folk album

OHMYGOSSIP — Niall Horan’s new album is inspired by The Eagles.
The former One Direction star is working hard on his debut solo LP and has revealed it will have a more “folky kind of style” to it than the music he released whilst he was in the chart-topping group.
He told Entertainment Weekly: “Whenever I would pick up a guitar, I would always naturally play chords like that, and finger pick a lot, and play that folky kind of style.
“Some of the songs are heavier than others. I play a bit of electric on some tracks and we obviously played around a lot with percussion stuff to build up the songs so there was a lot of things going on percussion wise.
“The biggest challenge of making the album was making sure I could sing for that long. I did write the songs in my key so I didn’t try to make it too difficult for myself.”
The 23-year-old singer will be working on his album over the next few months but is planning a relaxed Christmas break with the ones he loves first.
He shared recently: “I’m gonna head home and chill out as it has been hectic the last few months. Looking forward to getting home home at Christmas. I haven’t been home since last Christmas so I miss everyone and hopefully this year I’ll get to spend some quality time with family and friends.
“I really do wish I could spend more time at home but with Ireland as small as it is, I sometimes struggle to relax so fingers crossed because I miss that place a lot. After Christmas, I’m gonna fall off the face of the earth and do one of my disappearing acts. I want to come up with more song ideas and get back in the writing zone. So have a lovely Christmas and happy New Year and I’ll see ya in Feb. (sic)”

Emma Stone has had her jokes 'given away' to male co-stars

OHMYGOSSIP — Emma Stone has had her own jokes passed to her male co-stars.
The ‘La La Land’ star is disappointed about inequality in Hollywood and admits there have been times where she was told she was “hindering the process” by making a suggestion.
She told the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine: “There are times in the past, making a movie, when I’ve been told that I’m hindering the process by bringing up an opinion or an idea. I hesitate to make it about being a woman, but there have been times when I’ve improvised, they’ve laughed at my joke and then given it to my male co-star. Given my joke away. Or it’s been me saying, ‘I really don’t think this line is gonna work,’ and being told, ‘Just say it, just say it, if it doesn’t work we’ll cut it out’ – and they didn’t cut it out, and it really didn’t work!'”
Meanwhile, the 28-year-old actress recently admitted she feels “lucky” to have been paid the same as her male counterparts despite the gender wage gap in Hollywood.
She said: “We should all be treated fairly and paid fairly. I’ve been lucky enough to have equal pay to my male costars. Not ‘lucky.’ I’ve had pay equal to my male costars in the past few films. But our industry ebbs and flows in a way that’s like, ‘How much are you bringing into the box office?’ ‘How much are you the draw or is the other person the draw?’
“I felt uncomfortable talking to my agent or lawyer about it because I was like, ‘Do people want to see me as much as they want to see Steve Carell?’ It’s a weird conversation to have because it’s trying to see oneself from the outside. What are we at [nationally]? Seventy-nine cents to the dollar? It’s insane. There’s no excuse for it anymore.”

Elizabeth Hurley's festive decor

OHMYGOSSIP — Elizabeth Hurley is borrowing Christmas decorations from the set of ‘The Royals’.
The 51-year-old actress – who plays the fictitious Queen Helena on the E! show – has revealed the producers have kindly shipped over the huge festive props they used in a festive episode of the show so she can decorate her house in the British countryside with them.
She said: “We have quite a big house in the countryside in England and so we always have everyone [over] to us, so we’ve got a big Christmas. And what’s interesting this year is that in ‘The Royals’, which episode is it? The Christmas episode?
“Episode six is the Christmas episode in The Royals and we made the red state room into this fantastic winter wonderland with all these huge props from set and they’re all coming to my house.
“I’ve got these big candy canes, I’ve got icicles, we’ve got reindeers, we’ve got Bambi. We’ve got everything. It’s all coming to our house. So this year we’re going to have a Royals Christmas at home. It’s going to be fantastic. They’re coming next week.”
And Elizabeth – who has 14-year-old son Damian with her ex Steve Bing – has promised she will store the props to be used if they’re needed again but intends to have them on display every Christmas for the next 50 years.
She added to E! News: “I promised we’ll keep them safely in my barn and if he ever wants them back, he can have them back. Otherwise, we feel that we’ve got our Christmas decorations for the next 50 years.”

Chrissy Teigen: I feel sexier with my post-baby body

OHMYGOSSIP — Chrissy Teigen feels sexier now she’s had a baby.
The ‘Sports Illustrated’ model – who welcomed daughter Luna into the world with husband John Legend in April this year – thinks her figure is much more “feminine” since she gave birth.
Speaking to Australia’s Elle magazine, she said: “I always felt like a bit of a tomboy, and I never looked at my body as particularly sexual – I wasn’t a curvy girl.
“But to be able to see my body after [I had Luna], and of course you get, like, hips. Finally, for the first time, I feel like I have a bit more of a womanly figure … I think you just feel really feminine.”
Meanwhile, the 31-year-old star previously opened up about how other mothers have unrealistic expectations about getting back into shape after they’ve had a baby because women in the public eye get a lot more help and support to shape up.
She shared: “Anyone in the public eye, we have all the help we could ever need to be able to shed everything. So I think people get this jaded sensation that everybody’s losing it so quickly, but we just happen to be the ones who are out there. We have nutritionists, we have dietitians, we have trainers, we have our own schedules, we have nannies. We have people who make it possible for us to get back into shape. But nobody should feel like that’s normal, or like that’s realistic.”
And Chrissy knows she will be criticised for doing something wrong as soon she posts pictures of Luna on social media.
She added: “I can see things coming a mile away. I know that when I post something, if she’s in a car seat, I’ve got to be ready for the million people telling me she’s in the car seat wrong, even though she’s in there correctly.
“At this point, I know what they’re going to say before they say it. If I’m holding her while I’m cooking, or if I’m holding her within 10 feet of a stove top, I’ve kind of just come to expect it.”

Jessica Chastain: I'm 'so shy'

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Chastain is “so shy”.
The ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ star admits she suffers badly from shyness and finds it “funny” that she decided to become an actress, where she has to go out on a limb all the time.
Speaking to James Lipton for Inside the Actors Studio, she said: “I’m so shy. It’s a strange thing. Acting for me has never been about wanting attention or wanting to be seen.
“It’s funny that I’m in a profession where that’s where I am. There’s so much I want to express, it’s about connecting with another person and the intimacy of what that is, and so I have to overcome my shyness.”
Meanwhile, the 39-year-old actress recently insisted she “won’t be acting” in a few years.
Talking about her future plans, she said: “Maybe at some point I won’t be acting. Maybe I’ll be producing or directing or teaching at Juilliard. I feel like something’s happening. I feel like a change will soon happen in my life. Maybe I won’t act for a few years. I’m happy, I’m content, but I could do something else for a bit.”
And the flame-haired beauty wouldn’t mind “disappearing” into the lives of the characters she plays in order to keep her personal life private.
She shared: “I want people to be more interested in my work than my personal life. I want to disappear into the characters I’m playing and not have the audience say, ‘Oh, she’s going through a divorce right now.’
Speaking about how she chooses her roles, she added: “If I can help create empathy and balance in society, I’m going to do whatever I can to tell stories that subconsciously create that. When I get a script that has the opportunity to create discussion and inspire young girls, I don’t want to say no to that. If something comes to me before it has financing and I can help get it made, I feel a responsibility in that. I just want to contribute.”

Emma Stone's childhood anxiety

OHMYGOSSIP — Emma Stone was so anxious as a child that she was “convinced” her house was burning down.
The ‘Birdman’ star has been open about her battle with the condition in the past and has continued to share just some of the struggles she went through as a young girl.
She said: “My brain, naturally zooming 30 steps ahead to the worst-case scenario. When I was about seven, I was convinced the house was burning down. I could sense it. Not a hallucination, just a tightening in my chest, feeling I couldn’t breathe, like the world was going to end. There were some flare-ups like that, but my anxiety was constant.
“I would ask my mom a hundred times how the day was gonna lay out. What time was she gonna drop me off? Where was she gonna be? What would happen at lunch? Feeling nauseous. At a certain point, I couldn’t go to friends’ houses anymore – I could barely get out the door to school.”
And the 28-year-old actress says doing improv and acting has helped somewhat in reducing her anxious feelings.
She added to the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine: “I wrote this book called I Am Bigger Than My Anxiety that I still have: I drew a little green monster on my shoulder that speaks to me in my ear and tells me all these things that aren’t true. And every time I listen to it, it grows bigger. If I listen to it enough, it crushes me.
“But if I turn my head and keep doing what I’m doing – let it speak to me, but don’t give it the credit it needs – then it shrinks down and fades away. I started acting at this youth theatre, doing improv and sketch comedy. You have to be present in improv, and that’s the antithesis of anxiety.”

Will Smith has to marry the women he snogs

OHMYGOSSIP — Will Smith only hooks up with women he’s planning to marry.
The 48-year-old actor – who is wed to Jada Pinkett Smith – has to see marriage potential in the ladies he locks lips with otherwise he’s left “absolutely and completely emotionally devastated” if the one-off passionate session doesn’t evolve into a long-term relationship.
Speaking during a game of ‘Snog, Marry and Avoid’ on ‘Loose Women’ on Wednesday (21.12.16), the dark-haired hunk – who has children Jaden, 18, and Willow, 16 – said: “Here’s the thing with me: it’s always marry for me.
“And like snogging leaves me absolutely and completely emotionally devastated, I have to be married. I have to be looking to be married to that person. It’s all marry.”
The ‘Hitch’ star – who also has son Trey from his first marriage to Sheree Zampino, which ended after three years – has “always dreamed” of being a husband and a father.
He explained: “From the time I was five years old I always dreamed of being married and having a family.”
But it must be hard for Will as his ‘Collateral Beauty’ co-star Naomie Harris has revealed the Hollywood hunk is never short of attention as “hoards of people”constantly flocked to the star whilst they were filming.
The 40-year-old actress said: “He is annoying. We would have hoards of people just descend on set, because we were filming on the streets of New York, and he would sign every single autograph and take selfies with everybody, and then he’s got to get into this character where he is really sad and depressed. And he would always make time for his fans – it’s amazing.”

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively reveal baby name

OHMYGOSSIP — Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have named their baby daughter Ines.
The 40-year-old actor and his beautiful wife – who also have two-year-old James together – welcomed their second little girl into the world in September and have managed to keep the moniker under wraps until now, according to Us magazine.
The news comes after the couple – who are known for keeping their private lives close to their chests – recently made their first outing as a family of four when the ‘Deadpool’ star was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ryan said: “I want to thank my wife, Blake, who is sitting right there, who is everything to me. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me. You make everything better. You make everything in my life better. You’ve given me two of the most incredible children I’ve ever hoped to have.”
And the notoriously private actor also admitted the special day was one of the “rare occasions” where he felt it was important for his whole family to be present.
He said: “This is one of the rare occasions when we thought we got to bring the whole clan. I’d regret it in 20 years if I didn’t.”
The pair – who got married in 2012 – have always maintained the fact they didn’t want to follow the showbiz trend and give their children “weird celebrity names.”
He said earlier this year: “In the spectrum of weird celebrity baby names, I feel like we’re not really breaking any new ground here. I mean, I didn’t call her Summer Squash Meadowlark, or something.”

Vin Diesel 'prays' Paul Walker will be proud of Fast and Furious 8

OHMYGOSSIP — Vin Diesel “prays” Paul Walker will be proud of ‘Fast and Furious 8’.
The 49-year-old actor – who plays the role of Dominic Toretto in the motoring franchise – has admitted it was an “arduous road” producing the upcoming project, but his late co-star gave him “strength” to carry on because he promised him before he died in a fiery car accident in 2013 that he would make a follow-up to the seventh installment.
Alongside a picture of the muscular star with his best friend – who was cast as the American policeman who becomes Vin’s on-screen partner and motoring fanatic Brian O’Connor – at an awards ceremony, which was posted to his Instagram account, he wrote: “The arduous road to production, the challenging task of filming this latest chapter. The record breaking trailer debut and the shocked world at what the dark road implied… you Pablo have given me strength… purpose and resolve. I promised you we would make something you would be proud of and I pray that we have… miss you. Family above everything! #happytorettotuesday (sic).”
And Vin – whose real name is Mark Sinclair – has revealed he is still struggling to come to terms with the death of Paul, who passed away at the age of 40.
Speaking previously, he said: “It was a lot of tissues. It was a hard morning for me yesterday [on the anniversary of Paul’s death] because I was here. But the irony is the whole cast reached out and his daughter, Meadow, reached out and all that stuff helps you get through it. We’ve felt the loss. The last three years have been some of the hardest of my life because of losing my brother like that.”
