OHMYGOSSIP — George Michael’s estimated £100 million fortune is expected to go to his Godchildren.
The Wham! singer was the Godfather to Roman and Harley Kemp – the children of his band’s vocalist Shirlie Holliman and her husband Spandau Ballet bassist Martin Kemp – and has reportedly asked for his estate to be divided up between them following his shock death from heart failure at the age of just 53 on Christmas Day (25.12.16).
The ‘Careless Whisper’ hitmaker is also expected to leave a wad of cash to Geri Horner’s 10-year-old daughter Bluebell, who is the Goddaughter of his ex-boyfriend Kenny Goss, and will make sure his older sisters Melanie and Yioda, his boyfriend Fadi Fawaz and his cousin Andros’ two children, to whom he is also a Godfather, are left in a financially stable condition.
It’s also thought Childline, the Terrence Higgins Trust and Macmillan Cancer Support – the charities he supported – will also be left some money, according to the Daily Mirror newspaper.
George’s estimated fortune is made up of royalties, money earnt from performing at private parties and events in the decade before his death and his four homes around the world.
The talented singer had a quaint cottage in Oxfordshire – where he was found dead in his bed – a mansion in Highgate, London, and properties in New York and Sydney, Australia.
George will continue to make money after his death as it’s thought the album he was planning to release in March ‘Listen Without Prejudice 25’ will still drop next year.
He was also working on a documentary called ‘Freedom’ about his time in Wham! and that too was expected to air around the same time his album would have been released.
Details on his funeral are yet to be announced.

OHMYGOSSIP — Sinitta bought Simon Cowell’s son a karaoke machine for Christmas.
The ‘So Macho’ singer is close friends with her former boyfriend – who has two-year-old Eric with girlfriend Lauren Silverman – and treated him and his family to generous gifts over the festive season, though she hopes her present to the youngster will lead to bigger things for them both.
She said: “[I bought] Simon the new ‘Star Wars Battle Quads’ drone, which can fly 35mph, while I got Lauren some Louboutin make-up.
“I gifted Eric a karaoke machine – we love singing carols together.
“His dad might sign us if we create a Christmas mash-up!”
The former pop star – who is mother to adopted children Magdalena, 11, and Zac, 10 – always knows what she can expect for Christmas from the music mogul.
She said: “Simon treated me to a pair of Louboutins one year but these days he gives me a Harrods gift card.
“I’ll send him a picture of what I bought as a thank you!”
But for Sinitta, she’ll never get a better Christmas gift than when she was legally granted custody of her kids.
She said: “My all-time favourite gift was when my adoption of Magdalena and Zac finally went through in 2007.
“The process took a long time and when they legally became my children, it was a week before Christmas. It was perfect timing.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Bieber is reportedly trying to block the release of his deposition video.
The on-screen evidence relates to a case brought against the 22-year-old pop star by his neighbour, who has accused Justin of egging his house and spitting on him back in 2014.
Lawyers for the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker believe that the release of the video could create an unwelcome storm around Justin, who recently courted controversy when he lashed out at a fan in Barcelona, Spain, after he reached into his car and tried to grab him.
The singer-songwriter has already paid $90,000 for the egging damage, but has refuted the allegation that he caused emotional distress to his neighbour, according to TMZ.
Earlier this month, meanwhile, PETA President Ingrid Newkirk branded Justin as “self-absorbed” and guilty of causing “needless suffering” to animals after he stepped out in West Hollywood wearing a fur coat.
The Canadian star was spotted wearing the animal pelt winter coat and whilst it was unknown whether or not the coat was real or faux just by looking at it, video footage of the star emerging from Hyde night club shows Justin confirming the coat is authentic fur.
Asked if it was real fur, Justin said: “Hell yeah it’s f***ing real!”
But Justin’s actions subsequently drew criticism from Ingrid, who is the head of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
Ingrid said: “I sometimes think that Justin Bieber needs a brain scan, as I suspect his mirror neurons – the seat of empathy – are underdeveloped or undeveloped, given that he acts like a self-absorbed, childish show-off.
“He seems incapable of seeing how his buying habits cause needless suffering to animals, such as baby tigers, baby monkeys, and wild coyotes.
“Animal groups are tired of having to clean up after him, from the abandoned baby monkey in Germany (now rescued) to the abusive zoo in Canada (now closed) to having to run ads explaining the horrible ways in which animals die for fur.”

The 32-year-old socialite – who has two-year-old daughter Sophia with husband Jay Rutland – is frequently overcome with emotion because she is so content with her home life and full of love for her little girl.
She admitted: “The last time I cried was probably today. I cry all the time because I’m happy and really content.
“Sophia can do the tiniest thing like hug me or say something funny and it will set me off.”

The 23-year-old country singer was proposed to on Christmas Day (25.12.16) by her boyfriend of just nine months, Morgan Evans, who popped the question while the blonde beauty was burning food.
Sharing the romantic moment on Instagram, she wrote: “This morning, 9 months and 13 days later, he got down on one knee in the kitchen while I was burning pancakes and asked me to marry him. Loving him has been the greatest gift of my life. And now I get to do it for life. #HECALLEDDIBS. (sic)”
Kelsea also took to Twitter to share a close-up of the stunning ring.
Alongside the pic, she wrote: “I GET TO MARRY MY AUSSIE. my heart is bursting from loving this human so much. luckiest girl in the world. (sic)”
Morgan – who is also a well-respected musician – had her diamond sparkler custom made in Nashville, Tennessee and said he wanted something “classic and beautiful” just like his wife-to-be.
He told PeopleStyle: “I had the ring custom made with a diamond I picked from a local designer here in Nashville. I wanted it to be classic and beautiful, like her.”
And Kelsea now has another reason to keep in shape, fitting into a wedding gown, and she will also need to choose a dress to wear to the 2017 Grammy Awards on February 12, where she is nominated for Best New Artist.
The ‘Love Me Like You Mean It’ hitmaker previously admitted she had only recently taken up regular exercise so she can stay in great shape on tour.

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift has surprised a 96-year-old World War II veteran with a visit to his home.
The 27-year-old singer-songwriter travelled to Missouri on Monday (26.12.16) to pay a special visit to the home of Cyrus Porter, who had previously attracted attention for watching Taylor in concert and claiming that her music had brought him closer to his grandchildren.
In a clip posted online, the chart-topping star is seen walking into a house jam-packed with people and greeting her elderly fan with gifts.
Taylor posed for photographs and even performed a few tunes for Cyrus, who previously claimed that the ‘Bad Blood’ hitmaker stages shows that no other entertainer can match.
He said: “I’ve been to two concerts. Memphis and St Louis. Look what she does … she puts on a show no one else puts on. I just enjoyed going to see ’em and her. I would as soon go see her right now as anybody!”
Earlier this month, Jaime King hailed Taylor as an “amazing” godmother to her and husband Kyle Newman’s 17-month-old son Leo Thames, saying she couldn’t have picked anyone better for the role.
Asked how Taylor is with Leo, Jaime explained: “She’s amazing. She’s great! As she is with everybody around her.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Shayne Ward had an allergic reaction to a Santa suit that left him vomiting.
The ‘Coronation Street’ actor is thankful he has never had a disastrous Christmas but the worst thing that has happened to him during the festive season was his unusual response to the dressing up costume.
Asked if he’s ever had a Christmas disaster, he said: “No but I once wore a Santa’s outfit from America that gave me a weird reaction.
“I had to take it off and I was throwing up.”
Shayne, 32, shot to fame when he won the ‘X Factor’ in 2005 and admits he always associates the Christmas period with his stint on the show because he was crowned the winner in late December.
He said: “December 17, 2005. ‘Over the Rainbow’ was my final song on ‘The X Factor’ and it was a brilliant moment for me.
“It’s crazy but it was one of the most amazing times I’ve had. I loved it on there.”
Singing and acting are both very different professions but the ‘That’s My Goal’ hitmaker enjoys both aspects.
He said: “I like both. Singing is a huge passion of mine but acting is a completely different challenge.
“With a script, you do it once and it’s gone.
“It’s a different mindset and I love that.”

The ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker – who has eight-year-old twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony – has a yearly tradition of sitting in front of her Christmas tree and reflecting on the year and this time she felt 2016 had brought her an overwhelming sense of love from her family and friends.
Alongside a selfie in front of her tree, she wrote on Instagram: “Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night… I have a ritual every year once everyone is asleep I like to go sit by the tree and think about the year that just went by. Check in on how I feel right in that moment about everything in my life. The 47-year-old singer was due to perform at the E11even nightclub in Miami on December 31, but she called off the show to spend more time with her family.
As for the ups and downs in her life this year, Jennifer called time on her five-year relationship with Casper Smart back in August, in what was claimed to be an “amicable” break-up.
Originally, it was speculated that the ‘Shades of Blue’ actress broke things off with the 29-year-old dancer because he failed to attend a charity dinner with her, but an accusation of infidelity had been made against him.

OHMYGOSSIP — Sony Music has issued an apology to Britney Spears after hackers announced on Twitter that she had died.
On Monday (26.12.16), Sony Music Global’s account tweeted that the chart-topping pop star was “dead by accident” and even included an “RIP Britney” with a crying emoji, while another post simply read: “RIP Britney Spears, 1981-2016.! (sic)”
But Sony has since clarified the situation, revealing that its account was hacked and sent its apologies to Britney and her fans.
In a statement, the company explained: “Sony Music Entertainment’s Twitter account was compromised.
“This has been rectified. Sony Music apologises to Britney Spears and her fans for any confusion.”
Elsewhere, Adam Leber, the manager of the ‘Toxic’ hitmaker, played down the situation, insisting Britney was “fine and well”.
He told CNN: “There have been a few internet clowns over the years who have made similar claims about her death, but never from the official Sony Music Twitter account.”
Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Britney, 35, is “totally smitten” with Sam Asghari, the personal trainer she met when he starred in her ‘Slumber Party’ video.
The pop star has been single since splitting from TV producer Charlie Ebersol in June 2015, but has been “quietly dating” a number of guys in recent months and now thinks she’s found happiness with Sam.
A source said: “This is the longest Britney has ever been out of a serious relationship and she’s made no secret of the fact that she’s been desperately lonely.

The 26-year-old actress tied the knot with Tom Ackerley on December 19th at a private property in the Byron Bay Hinterland, and has now ensured that some of her guests will never forget the date by having 19 in Roman numerals inked on their skin, according to the Courier Mail newspaper.
The ‘Suicide Squad’ star announced her shock marriage last week via Instagram, sharing a picture of herself and new husband Tom – who she has been dating for three years – complete with her pear-shaped diamond wedding ring.
In the widely-shared photograph, the image of the couple is blurred out apart from her left hand which features the eye-catching sparkler on her wedding finger, which she is pointing towards the camera.
Around 50 guests were reportedly in attendance at their wedding, which began at 4pm and ended with a disco, which finished around 11pm.
The couple – who are said to have got engaged over the summer – were so determined to keep their big day a secret they even told guests to meet at different locations, from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay, before they were collected by bus and transported to the venue.
Guests were also asked to hand in cameras and mobile phones to ensure a social media blackout was adhered to.
Attendees at the ceremony included the star’s brothers Lachlan and Cameron, and her sister Anya.
However, the Hollywood star is estranged from her dad Doug so mother Sarie is thought to have given her away.
The ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ star previously confessed she would love to have kids with Tom one day and revealed they would move back Down Under when that time comes.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kevin Hart visited Nick Cannon as he spent Christmas (25.12.16) in hospital.
The ‘Americas Got Talent’ judge has been forced to spend the holiday season in hospital after complications relating to his autoimmune disease Lupus, but didn’t have to spend the festive day alone surrounded by medical staff as he was visited by the actor and 84-year-old activist Dick Gregory.
Taking to his Instagram account on Boxing Day (26.12.16) to share a shot of the three men together, 37-year-old Kevin wrote: “So happy to see my brother @nickcannon getting back to himself. Nothing but love for you man….. #GetWellNick #Ncredible (sic)”
Nick then posted the same photo to his own page on the photo-sharing website, where he thanked everyone for their support during his recovery.
He captioned the photo: “Man, so many loving strong vibrations came to visit me in the hospital today! Thank you to EVERYONE for all the gifts, messages, comments, the time, the love and the prayers… I’m getting there!!! And once I’m back… it’s about to be #Ncredible (sic)”
The 36-year-old star revealed on Thursday (22.12.16) that he would be spending the holiday season in hospital, after he took to Instagram to share a photo of his arm hooked up to a monitor in Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
He wrote beside the photo: “For all who have been trying to contact me the last few days this is where I’ve been. And I will be in the Hospital through Christmas.
“All good though, Doctors say I will be back to normal before the New Year. #LupusSucks #ncredible #warrior.(sic)”
Nick – who was diagnosed with the disease in 2012 – was also hospitalised over the summer for exhaustion and vowed at the time to take better care of himself.
He wrote at the time: “Don’t worry, Temporary pit stop… Sometimes I can be a little too bull headed and stubborn. I gotta stop running my body to the ground.”

OHMYGOSSIP — George Michael’s bandmate Andrew Ridgeley thinks the late star would have been “knocked sideways” by the “goodwill and well wishes” from fans following his sudden death.
The Wham! singer was devastated when he learned his close friend – who formed the other half of the musical duo – had died from heart failure on Christmas Day (25.12.16) at the age of 53 at his home in Goring-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, South East England, and has been blown away by the amount of people who have gathered round to pass on their condolences.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Andrew said: “It’s all pretty raw for everyone still. I understand that there are a lot of people worldwide who care for him and his music.
“The outpouring of goodwill and well-wishing has been remarkable and inspiring and he would have been knocked sideways by it. I think he would have been genuinely humbled by the expression of sadness from people.”
The 53-year-old singer-songwriter took some time to digest the tragic news before he took to his Twitter account on Boxing Day (26.12.16) to pay tribute to his talented bandmate.
Andrew said of his pal, who had the nickname ‘Yog’: “Heartbroken at the loss of my beloved friend Yog. Me, his loved ones, his friends, the world of music, the world at large. 4ever loved. A xx (sic)”
Although George’s death came as a huge blow to fans, it’s believed his close friends knew it was only a matter of time as he had been battling with an addiction to heroin for quite some time and had been rushed to hospital earlier this year for treatment following an overdose.

OHMYGOSSIP — Emilia Fox wishes she’d made the most of having famous guests round for Christmas when she was younger.
The 42-year-old actress – who is the daughter of actors Edward Fox and Joanna David – always “took for granted” the people her parents invited over to join their family for the festive season, and though she thinks their lives influenced her chosen career path, she admits she regrets not quizzing them more.
She said: “Christmas always sticks in my mind as my mum would always do big Christmases with such a variety of people.
“Amazing actors like Lindsay Anderson or Fred Zinnemann, who directed my father in ‘The Day of the Jackal’.
“As a child you just take them for granted as your mum’s friends, but now I wish I could sit down with them and ask them all these questions because I’m fascinated by their lives.
“When people say to me, ‘Do you think acting is in your blood?’ I always said no but I definitely feel the people I met and the stories they had to tell has given me a better understanding of the highs and lows of acting. That’s what acting is – telling stories.”
The ‘Silent Witness’ actress has a six-year-old daughter, Rose, with ex-boyfriend Jeremy Gilley, and despite her own background, admits it would be her “worst nightmare” if the youngster grew up wanting to be an actress.
She said: “I always think it is a parent’s worst nightmare when their child says they want to be an actor. It is such a precarious profession to choose…
“I feel that I want to give Rose as wide of a spectrum to give her the chance to do what she wants to do. She might want to do something completely different.”

The 28-year-old model has been busy since she gave birth to her second child Dream Kardashian – whom she shares with Rob Kardashian – last month, and sources say she is thankful to the 19-year-old reality star for keeping her four-year-old son King Cairo – whom she shares with Kylie’s boyfriend Tyga – “happy and satisfied”.

The Wham! singer was supposedly planning a comeback next year with a new album and documentary about his time in the pop band before he tragically died on Christmas Day (25.12.16), but those closest to him knew that was never going to be the case because he was plagued with worry that his vocals wouldn’t be up to scratch anymore.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “George was such a perfectionist and had seriously high standards when it came to music. His vocal ability was legendary in music circles but given increasing health issues, he knew hitting those levels would be tough.
“George had to be 100 per cent fit and firing if he was to return to the studio and sadly that was so far off. His friends knew this day (the day he died) would be coming but perhaps not as early as it eventually arrived.”
