The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star works out religiously five times a week in order to keep her body and mind healthy, and it’s certainly paid off as she has swiped the winning title in heat magazine’s Fit List for next year.
Fit List 2017 judge Dalton Wong told the magazine: “Khloé hasn’t tried to fit the norm of what other girls or other people think she should look like.
“She exercises her legs to embrace them, not to make them really small. She is doing everything that I would tell my daughters to do: love what you were made with and don’t conform to looking a certain size.”
‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ winner Scarlett Moffatt – who lost a staggering 42lbs this year after doctors warned her she was at risk of diabetes – was nipping at the 34-year-old star’s heels but trailed behind in second place.
Nicole Scherzinger claimed third place, while Caroline Flack, Davina McCall and Charlotte Crosby wormed their way onto the list, taking fourth, fifth and sixth.
American plus-size model Ashley Graham – who is proud to embrace her curves – secured the seventh position, while Britney Spears came in at eighth.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gwyneth Paltrow isn’t worried about ageing.
The ‘Iron Man 3’ star insists she stopped caring about getting older when she turned 40 and quipped it was like a “free software upgrade”.
She told the February issue of InStyle magazine: “When I turned 40, I felt like I got this free software upgrade that I wasn’t expecting. It just happened.
“Suddenly I was like, ‘Oh, this is fantastic: I don’t care! I like myself, and I’m just going to live my life. I’m going to stop worrying and tearing myself down.'”
Meanwhile, the 44-year-old actress previously insisted she has “never played by the rules”.
She shared: “When I look back at my professional life thus far, I realise two things: I have never played by the rules and I have always had a fierce loyalty to my instincts, sometimes to terrible outcomes. When I was acting all the time, I sometimes p****d off the wrong people and chose the wrong movies.
“There were some great choices, too, but they were not made with careful consideration or big picture strategy. I have always slightly been wrestling with this punk rock asshole kid inside me who wants to buck tradition and do things her own way. Sometimes that has landed me in hot water, but it’s all gotten me to where I am today.”
And Gwyneth – who has Apple, 12, and Moses, 10, with her ex-husband Chris Martin – admits it was tough moving from the film industry to running her own lifestyle website Goop.
She added: “I (basically) walked away from a career where people kissed my ass to being grilled by a VC or my board. I used to worry about myself and myself alone, and now I am responsible for the livelihoods of 50+ people.
“These days I spend every waking hour trying to execute on a strategy I created with my team to make goop the number one global lifestyle brand (a girl can dream), while trying to get us to profitability before my series B runs out. All while being as professionally fulfilled and happy as I have ever been in my life. More so.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Pink and Carey Hart have welcomed their second child.
The ‘Just Give Me A Reason’ hitmaker took to Instagram to share the first picture of her little boy – Jameson Moon Hart – who arrived on Monday (26.12.16).
Captioning the photo on the social media site, she wrote: “Jameson Moon Hart 12.26.16 (sic)”
The 37-year-old singer – who also has daughter Willow, five, with Carey – posted a picture of him with their little boy, writing: “I love my baby daddy.”
No other details about the baby boy have yet to be released.
And Carey will no doubt be pleased by the baby’s arrival as he previously revealed he would love to have a son.
He shared: “We got one princess, so hopefully we’ll have a little guy coming. I don’t want any competition for my daughter. I’m nervous for what it’s going to be … It’s been a while since we’ve had a baby around the house. It’s going to be really fun.
“Willow is over the moon. She’s been talking about how she wants a baby sister. She built a bicycle for him or her. So we’re going to finish it up after No. 2 shows up. She tore the bike all apart and after No. 2 shows up, she’s going to decide the colours that she wants to do for it. I told her, ‘Look, he or she is not going to be able to use it for a while – but they’ll be ready for it’ … Right now, she’s very excited, until they start taking her toys and breaking her stuff, and then we’ll see how it goes.”
Pink announced her pregnancy in November, when she shared a picture of her blossoming baby bump with her 28 million followers on Twitter.

OHMYGOSSIP — Debbie Reynolds has been rushed to hospital.
The 84-year-old actress – whose daughter Carrie Fisher died on Tuesday (27.12.16) – has reportedly been sent to hospital after possibly suffering a stroke.
Debbie was at her son Todd Fisher’s Beverly Hills home to discuss funeral plans for Carrie when she suffered a medical emergency and the paramedics were called, TMZ reports.
It comes after Debbie – who had Carrie with her ex-husband Eddie Fisher – posted a heartfelt message to her late daughter on social media.
She wrote on her Facebook account: “Thank you to everyone who has embraced the gifts and talents of my beloved and amazing daughter. I am grateful for your thoughts and prayers that are now guiding her to her next stop. Love Carries Mother (sic)”
Debbie was not the only one to leave tributes for Carrie across social media.
Her ‘Star Wars’ co-star Mark Hamill shared: “It’s never easy to lose such a vital, irreplaceable member of the family, but this is downright heartbreaking. Carrie was one-of-a-kind who belonged to us all- whether she liked it or not. She was OUR Princess, damn it, & the actress who played her blurred into one gorgeous, fiercely independent & ferociously funny, take-charge woman who took our collective breath away.
“Determined & tough, but with a vulnerability that made you root for her & want her to succeed & be happy. She played such a crucial role in my professional & personal life, & both would have been far emptier without her. I am grateful for the laughter, the wisdom, the kindness & even the bratty, self-indulgent crap my beloved space-twin gave me through the years. Thanks Carrie. I love you, mh (sic)”
Carrie passed away on Tuesday after she became ill whilst travelling from London to Los Angeles on Friday (23.12.16).

OHMYGOSSIP — Carrie Fisher bought a house in London before she passed away.
The ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ actress was just 60-years-old when she died on Tuesday (27.12.16) after suffering a heart attack and had reportedly been planning to spend more time in the United Kingdom before her untimely death.
A source told Entertainment Tonight: “Carrie had just bought a place in London; [she was] looking forward to having more time there.”
Since Carrie’s tragic death, tributes have flooded in for the legendary actress.
Harrison Ford – who played Han Solo in the science fiction franchise – said: “Carrie was one-of-a-kind, brilliant, original. Funny and emotionally fearless. She lived her life, bravely … My thoughts are with her daughter Billie, her Mother Debbie, her brother Todd, and her many friends. We will all miss her.”
Whilst Mark Hamill – who plays Luke Skywalker – shared in a Facebook post: “It’s never easy to lose such a vital, irreplaceable member of the family, but this is downright heartbreaking. OHMYGOSSIP — Nick Cannon has given a health update from his hospital bed.
The 36-year-old rapper and television personality took to social media to thank his fans for their well wishes after he was hospitalised for complications relating to autoimmune disease Lupus.
In a video posted to his Instagram account, he said: “Hey, I got so much love for ya’ll. Thank you so much.
“I’m still in this hospital, but I’m about to get up out of here for real, and I’m letting you know, we’re about to take it to a whole new level. I’ve just been sitting here reflecting, and I can’t sit here dormant no more!”
It comes after Nick took to social media on Friday (23.12.16) to reveal he would be spending Christmas in Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
Captioning a photograph of himself on his hospital bed, he wrote: “For all who have been trying to contact me the last few days this is where I’ve been. And I will be in the Hospital through Christmas. All good though, Doctors say I will be back to normal before the New Year. #LupusSucks #Incredible #warrior.(sic)”
Meanwhile, Nick – who has five-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with his ex-wife Mariah Carey – previously revealed he feels healthier as he has done so much research into Lupus.
He said: “I’m healthier now than I’ve ever been before, because of the research, because of the education that I’ve received on the proper things to eat and the proper things to put into my body – what can cause flare ups and what can’t, and preventative measures and all of these things. And when you can share that information and share knowledge and research, I think that helps more than anything. You learn that this is something that you can live with and actually overcome with the proper research and with the proper support system.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ryan Phillippe struggled with depression in his 20s.
The ‘Secrets and Lies’ star has opened up about his battle with depression but says he is “a lot more at peace” with himself now.
He said: “I’m a lot more at peace than I was when I was younger. I struggled much more with depression when I was in my 20s and 30s. I think the amount of reading that I’ve done, the work on myself and the ways that I’ve found to cope are healthier than when I was younger.
“I don’t know what that specifically amounts to other than being more careful and considerate about why you make the choices you do or where the feelings you have come from. And then ultimately just breathe.”
And the 42-year-old actor – who has Ava, 17, and Deacon, 13, with his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon and Kai, five, with his former partner Alexis Knapp – insists he is much happier now and is hoping to stay positive going into the future.
He added to People magazine: “I am happy. It hasn’t always been like that, so I’m hoping to keep it going. And I think from there too, giving back and sharing whatever I can [is important].
“When you go through dark periods in life or if you’re a person who has struggled with depression as I have throughout my life, to know that that can decrease and that it doesn’t have to be your defining characteristic, that you can find ways to manage and cope and feel better – that’s what I’m referring to.
“There is a sensitivity that will never change and an empathy that will never change but how you deal with those feelings and where you let them take you, that’s an individualistic journey for anyone who struggles.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham will receive an OBE in the Queen’s New Years Honour List.
The 42-year-old fashion designer – who rose to fame as part of girl group The Spice Girls – is set to be honoured by the British monarch for her contributions to fashion and charity work.
Victoria – whose husband David Beckham received an OBE in 2003 – was “delighted and humbled for the recognition”, People magazine reports.
Meanwhile, retired soccer star David previously opened up about what it meant to receive the honour.
Speaking in a documentary about Britain’s Queen Elizabeth, he said: “That day was special for me because I brought my grandparents with me, it made me proud that I could bring them to somewhere that they worshiped for their whole lives.
“Meeting the Queen, it doesn’t get any better than that. You can feel the emotion, I can personally feel the emotion, because I just love everything about our Queen and what she represents.”
And Victoria previously opened up about how she is inspired by her husband David’s work ethic.
She shared: “I’m really proud of everything I’ve achieved, but I haven’t done it on my own – I have great people around me; I have a family that really supports me. I couldn’t do any of this if it wasn’t for David; he is such a supportive husband and someone who inspires me so much.
“His work ethic is incredible, and he is the most fantastic husband and devoted father. I think you have to [empower] yourself, rather than rely on other people to do that. OHMYGOSSIP — George Michael wanted to “make peace” with his cousin before his death.
The ‘Careless Whisper’ hitmaker’s relative Andros Georgiou says the pair had hoped to meet up in the New Year to sort things out after Andros had fallen out with George over his former wild lifestyle a number of years ago.
Andros told The Times newspaper: “He was feeling better about stuff and he’d stopped being naughty. But there was much pain in his heart. I think it just gave up. He felt like he had let people down.
“He had swapped drugs for drink but he was doing better. Now he’s gone it’s devastating. We only heard when we put on the news – on Christmas Day. None of us know what happened. We just don’t know anything.”
Since George passed away on Christmas Day (25.12.16) from heart failure, his publicist has issued a statement from the family and friends of the late musician to thank his fans for their love and support.
They said: “The family and close friends of George have been touched beyond words by the incredible outpouring of love for him in the hours and days since his death.
“For someone whose life was ultimately about his music and the love he had for his family and friends, his fans and the world at large, there could be no more fitting tribute than the many, many, kind words that have been said and the numerous plays his records have received.
“Contrary to some reports, there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death, and from the bottom of our hearts we thank those who, rightly, have chosen to celebrate his life and legacy at this most distressing of times.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gwyneth Paltrow says her ex-husband Chris Martin would “take a bullet” for her.
The 44-year-old actress has remained close to the Coldplay frontman, despite their divorce, for the sake of their children – Apple, 12, and Moses, 10.
She said: “He’s at my house every single day. We have our own lives but we still have our family life.
“And to this day, Chris would take a bullet for me. Even though I’m not his wife. I honestly think Chris and I have contributed something positive to the culture of divorce.”
And the ‘Mortdecai’ star insists her boyfriend Brad Falchuk doesn’t mind as he has a close friendship with his former wife Suzanne Falchuk, with whom he shares kids Isabella and Brody.
Asked what her boyfriend thinks about the pair’s arrangement, she told the February issue of InStyle magazine: “He has his own version of it, his own family where it’s not a couple but it’s a family.”
Meanwhile, a source previously claimed Gwyneth would be open to the idea of getting married again and having a baby with Brad.
A source said: “Gwyneth and Brad are talking seriously about marriage and are in the process of picking a day at the end of autumn. They want something low key, most likely in the desert where they often go for weekend breaks. Gwyneth has started working with a planner. She’s a traditional person and wants a proper commitment.
“Gwyn and Brad are crazy about each other. There was chemistry from day one and she likes to think they are ‘twin flames’. which is an even stronger romantic connection than soulmates. She’s also very keen to try for a baby with Brad.
“She’s always talked about having a third child in her forties, even when she was with Chris, but the thought of doing this with Brad feels right. But first things first – a wedding. OHMYGOSSIP — Carrie Fisher’s daughter is planning to keep the late actress’ beloved pet pooch Gary.
Billie Lourd is reportedly taking in the French bulldog – which Carrie never went anywhere without – after her mother passed away on Tuesday (27.12.16) at the age of 60.
The ‘Scream Queens’ actress, 24, already has a French bulldog called Tina and Billie is hoping the two pets will get along well when they live together, TMZ reports.
Carrie’s tragic death was announced by family spokesperson Simon Halls on Tuesday.
Speaking on behalf of Billie, he said: “It is with a very deep sadness that Billie Lourd confirms that her beloved mother Carrie Fisher passed away at 8:55 this morning. She was loved by the world and she will be missed profoundly. Our entire family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.”
Carrie first fell ill when she was travelling on a flight from London to Los Angeles on Friday (23.12.16).
Brad Gage, who was on the flight, tweeted at the time: “I’m in complete shock. @AnnaAkana and I sat in front of Carrie Fisher on our flight from London and she was just taken off the plane by EMTs … I don’t know what happened. Not really sure what to do right now but I hope she is ok. I hope she is ok. (sic)”
Whilst another passenger Anna Akana shared: “Don’t know how else to process this but Carrie Fisher stopped breathing on the flight home. Hope she’s gonna be OK … So many thanks to the United flight crew who jumped into action, and the awesome doctor and nurse passengers who helped … Feel weird even tweeting about it but I JUST finished her book and was fangirling out over seeing her dog Gary in person. Gah … Merely wanted to express our shock & sadness & alert fam asap (sic)”
Following the flight, Carrie was rushed to UCLA Medical Centre where she was put on a ventilator and was treated in the intensive care unit.

OHMYGOSSIP — George Michael’s boyfriend has shared a link to the late musician’s unreleased song ‘This Kind of Love’ on Twitter.
The ‘Careless Whisperer’ hitmaker tragically died aged 53 at his home in Goring-On-Thames, Oxfordshire, on Sunday (25.12.16), and his partner, Fadi Fawaz, has posted a link on social media to a record by his late beau, which is believed to feature on the unreleased album ‘Trojan Horse’.
The 43-year-old heartbroken lover of the music legend tweeted: “My Baby (sic)” alongside a link to a page containing the track and other music from George.
The single, which was reportedly produced with Sir Elton John in 1991, was due to be released two years later, but the compilation was never entirely completed for legal reasons.
The lyrics to the track are: “Now everyone has to get over I know. But this empty house seems to get colder and colder. So won’t you stay here with me?
“Now that I found you. I can’t let you go.
“Don’t have to be so scared, don’t have to hide what you can, you just have to believe in this kind of love
“Everybody’s telling me that these are dangerous times. For you and me, can’t you see baby?”
This post comes after Fadi took to social media to share some of the details about George’s death, which saw him find the singer dead at his South East England home when he went to wake him up on Christmas morning.
Writing on Twitter, he said: “ITs a xmas i will never forget finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning.. I will never stop missing you xx (sic)”
Speaking in an interview, he added: “We were supposed to be going for Christmas lunch. I went round there to wake him up and he was just gone, lying peacefully in bed. We don’t know what happened yet.
“Everything had been very complicated recently, but George was looking forward to Christmas, and so was I. Now everything is ruined. I want people to remember him the way he was – he was a beautiful person.”
