Brooklyn Beckham back in touch with ex

OHMYGOSSIP — Brooklyn Beckham is back in touch with his ex-girlfriend.
The 17-year-old aspiring photographer – the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham – set tongues wagging earlier this week when he followed his former flame Sonia Ben Ammar on Instagram again, nine months after their split in March, as they both holidayed separately in the Maldives with their families.
It’s not known if the pair have bumped into each other while lapping up the sun in the tropical country but they have both posted photographs on their social media sites seemingly taken in the same vicinity on the idyllic island.
Shortly after Brooklyn re-followed the model on the photo-sharing site, he reportedly liked a shot she had uploaded of her sporting a mesh bikini in the sea.
Holidaying in the Maldives has no doubt brought back fond memories for the young pair – who dated for five months – as they first met while there in 2014.
And, although their romance was short lived, Sonia, 17 – who is the daughter of Tunisian producer and director Tarak Ben Ammar – seemingly made a good impression on Brooklyn’s family as they were reportedly “happy” about their love.
After their split, the talented star went on to strike up a relationship with Chloe Grace Moretz, 19, but their romance came crashing down a few months later.
A source said recently: “Brooklyn is so young with his whole life ahead of him, he basically just didn’t need the aggro. He was besotted with her at first, but as time wore on Chloe wanted to become more serious and given he lives on the other side of the Atlantic, it was something he couldn’t offer.”
However, friends wouldn’t be surprised if the couple – who briefly dated in 2014 before getting back together earlier this year – reconcile again in the future.
The insider added: “Like any youngsters in a relationship, there wouldn’t be much of a surprise if they get back together. Especially if they go on to mix in the same circles.”

Brad Pitt is a very good kisser, says Sinitta

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt is a “very good kisser”.
The 53-year-old Hollywood actor dated pop star Sinitta in the 1980s and the ‘So Macho’ hitmaker has praised Brad’s lip-locking skills following his split from Oscar-winning actress Angelina Jolie.
She revealed: “He is a very good kisser.”
During an appearance on ‘Alan Carr’s New Year Specstaclar’, Sinitta also joked that Brad had been calling her since he separated from Angelina earlier this year.
Alan asked: “Call me Cupid, but Brad Pitt is single again and you two used to date didn’t you?”
Sinitta quipped: “We did! We did. He has been calling and you know what I said? ‘Brad. Move on’.”
Earlier this month, meanwhile, Brad slammed Angelina in new court documents.
The acclaimed actor filed a memorandum to his request to have paperwork relating to the custody of their six children sealed, and in the latest addition, Brad detailed his reasons why the information should remain private.
He accused his estranged wife of compromising the privacy of their brood – Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
He alleged, too, that Angelina “appears to be determined to ignore even agreed upon standards relating to the children’s best interest and she is attempting to clear the way to put in the public eye any allegations she can, without regard to the impact on the minor children”.
What’s more, the documents claimed that the 41-year-old actress – who filed for divorce from Brad in September after he allegedly had a row with Maddox on a private jet – “exposed the children by making public the names of their therapists and other mental health professionals”.

Jamie Oliver expects weight gain

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Oliver knows he’ll gain weight this week.
The 41-year-old chef – who has children Poppy, 14, Daisy, 13, Petal, seven, Buddy, six, and River, four months with wife Jools – insists the traditional Christmas dinner is healthier than people think, but he’s geared up to overindulge throughout his festive break and will resume his “superfood” diet in the new year.
He said: “Christmas dinner is pretty healthy. Roast potatoes are indulgent but lots of other elements, like the veg, are pretty damn good.
“Christmas is the time to let it all hang out.
“I know I put on weight, so by the beginning of January, I’ll be back eating superfoods from Monday to Friday.”
This year, Jamie and his wife only spent Christmas with their kids and the TV star admitted he was “secretly relieved” not to have to spend the day cooking up a huge feast for lots of people.
He said: “I was secretly relieved not to have 40 people over for Christmas Day.
“But I do love a big party, so I decided to do a big Boxing Day dinner for extended family where I could big up leftovers and produce that kind of supercharged smorgasbord of beautiful things.”
Jamie is happy to accept help when he’s making group dinners, and always ensures the tasks he dishes out are appropriate for people’s capabilities.
He explained in a recent interview: “In the last four or five years, I’ve delegated jobs with careful precision.
“If they’re terrible cooks, I get them to buy nice cheese or booze and I’ll text them the specific brand.
“If they’re OK cooks, I give them one of my recipes.”

Rita Ora feels 'lonely right now'

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora feels “really lonely right now.”
The 26-year-old singer – who has been single since she split from Tommy Hilfiger’s son Richard in July last year – has spent the past few months in the US hosting ‘America’s Next Top Model’, but she is looking forward to returning to the UK in the near future and directing her attention back towards her music.
She said: “I missed [performing]. I missed being home, I missed people hearing me sing and I missed people singing the words back to me that I wrote. It makes me really emotional but it makes me bless I have this. I’m really lonely right now.”
But the ‘Hot Right Now’ hitmaker will have something to focus on soon as she’s planning to release her new album next year after she settled her bitter six-month legal battle with her former label Roc Nation in June this year.
The label – founded by Jay Z in 2008 – sued Rita for $2.4 million because they believed she had breached the terms of her contract.
Once the lawsuit was settled, the blonde beauty signed with Atlantic Records.
She explained: “I’ve taken control, especially this year. I’ve never been in a more powerful position in my career than I am right now.”
And, although her music career is set to pick up again next year, Rita has decided to put her love life on the back burner for the time being.
Speaking to heat magazine, Rita – who was romantically linked to Lewis Hamilton earlier this year – said: “I haven’t thought about [love]. I don’t know if that’s sad or what, but I don’t right now.”

Louis Tomlinson's mother laid to rest

OHMYGOSSIP — Louis Tomlinson’s mother has been laid to rest.
The One Direction hunk was joined by his family and his band mate Liam Payne as they said an emotional goodbye to Johannah Deakin during a private funeral service in his hometown Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, on December 21.
According to the Doncaster Star newspaper, 23-year-old Liam – who is expecting a baby with his girlfriend Cheryl – also followed the heartbroken family to a wake, held at Ye Olde Bell Hotel and Restaurant in Nottinghamshire, after the funeral.
Security at the contemporary country hotel was temporarily increased so that the 25-year-old star, his younger sisters Lottie, 18, Felicite, 16, twins Daisy and Phoebe, both 12, and twin brother and sister Ernest and Doris, both aged two, could grieve for their mother in private without fans bombarding them.
Johannah tragically passed away at the beginning of December at the age of 43 following a long battle with an “aggressive” form of leukaemia.
A statement from the family read at the time: “It is with immeasurable sadness that Johannah Deakin’s family said goodbye to Johannah in the early hours of Wednesday 7th December 2016.
“Earlier this year Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukaemia that required immediate and continuous treatment. We respectfully request that the family are given time and space to grieve in private.
“Incredibly selfless, she would always look to put other people before herself. She desired nothing more than for everyone around her to be happy and loving. She worked tirelessly on numerous charity campaigns, creating memories for many individuals and their families. It wasn’t uncommon for Johannah to hear through the media of an individual in need of assistance, and she would immediately make it her objective to get that person what they often desperately needed, and rarely without success.”
Just days after Johannah’s death, Louis performed his debut solo single ‘Just Hold On’ – a tribute to his beloved mother – live on ‘The X Factor’ as it was her dying wish he accepted the long-standing engagement.

Arlene Phillips: Whitney was amazing

OHMYGOSSIP — Arlene Phillips thought Whitney Houston was “amazing.”
The 73-year-old choreographer worked with the late singer – who drowned in a bathtub in 2012 at the age of 48 – on a number of her music videos and she will never forget how quiet and “shy” the iconic performer was on set and will always think highly of her incredible voice.
She explained: “I have done a lot of music videos. I worked a lot with Whitney Houston. She was just amazing. I worked with her on her early music videos and she was so sweet, so shy but just there was vibrancy about her and standing close and hearing her voice, I had goose bumps.”
The former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ judge – who left the show in 2009 – choreographed videos for some of her hits like ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’ and ‘How Will I know’ and, despite all the fabulous memories she has of the legendary singer, she previously admitted she’ll never forget Whitney’s body hang up.
She said: “The funniest memory I’ll take away is how she hated her feet. She thought they were too big! It was always about what shoes she was going to wear and how I was going to make her walk. I was constantly
telling her how gorgeous her legs and feet were and how to use them.”

Rihanna feels 'sick' about Drake's new love

OHMYGOSSIP — Rihanna reportedly felt “sick” when she saw Drake’s loved-up Instagram picture with Jennifer Lopez.
The 28-year-old singer was seeing the chart-topping rap star earlier this year, and is said to be seriously unhappy about her ex-boyfriend dating Jennifer.
A source explained: “That picture of them together, all hugged up, made Rihanna sick. To the point where she wanted to throw her phone down three flights of stairs.”
However, the ‘Work’ hitmaker is also slightly relieved that Drake has moved on from her.
The insider told HollywoodLife.com: “Rih is just glad it’s not her falling for this BS.
“Better J.Lo than her. The only thing Drake’s ever been good at is talking a good game and never following through.”
This comes after a source claimed that Jennifer, 47, is “very smitten” with the rapper.
The insider explained: “Jen is looking forward with excitement to the new year. She keeps hanging out with Drake, and he has visited her house. She has nothing but nice things to say about Drake.
“They do work on music together [but are] clearly enjoying each other on another level too. Jen loves the attention and she seems very happy to be spending time with him. Drake is very charming. He treats Jen with lots of respect. She seems very smitten.”
Another source close to the situation also claimed that the couple have been trying to keep their burgeoning romance a secret.
The insider shared: “Jen and Drake have tried to keep their romance under wraps by suggesting they are just working together, but the truth is they are an item.
“They have been seeing each other for a number of weeks and her friends are saying she is already smitten. The age gap doesn’t bother them. They have fun together and that’s all that matters.”

Robbie Williams' festive praise for wife

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams credits his wife for making Christmas “special”.
The ‘Party Like a Russian’ singer loves the festive season more than he used to because of Ayda Field’s excitement and he says she has always gone out of her way to ensure the occasion is memorable for them and their children, Teddy, four, and two-year-old Charlton.
Asked what Christmas is like in their household, he said: “Expensive! My wife loves Christmas and I didn’t used to but our house now has the most lights and decorations, the biggest trees – and she is an incredible gift giver.
“She makes Christmas really special, it’s our favourite time of the year.”
And the 42-year-old singer admitted his 37-year-old spouse gives much better gifts than he does.
He said: “She is incredibly thoughtful and romantic, I am not.
“My stocking one year from her had a Barcelona shirt and an Argentinian shirt, and one said, ‘To Robbie, love Lionel Messi’ and I was like, ‘Aaaaah!’ Whereas I can give her a shirt saying, ‘To Ayda, love Rylan.’ ”
The ‘Angels’ hitmaker insists his private persona is much more “calm and normal” than his public facade.
He said: “I’m a calm, normal person at home – as normal as a neurotic person can be.
“I enjoy showbiz and my place in it, but home is home and my job’s my job.”

Ryan Phillippe: Dating is a 'challenge'

OHMYGOSSIP — Ryan Phillippe finds dating “a challenge”.
The 42-year-old actor has learned to live with his relationships being scrutinised by the media after his public split from former wife Reese Witherspoon – with whom he shares two children, Ava, 17, and Deacon, 13 – in 2006, but says living his life in the public eye makes it difficult to find love.
He said: “[Being in the public eye] affects those in your life who didn’t choose to be a public figure: your children and the people you are in a relationship with.
“I think that’s when it gets really difficult.
“Of course [dating] is a challenge. When I’ve been involved with people in my industry in the past, there is a little bit more of an understanding of what to expect, but I feel like when you are with someone who is not in the industry, the focus isn’t there to the same degree.”
Since his split from Reese, the ‘Secrets and Lies’ actor has vowed not to take himself “seriously” any more.
He added: “I’ve faced every manner of gossip, and I don’t take myself as seriously now.
“There is a freedom and a release that comes with maturity. I’ve made peace with it. We live in a time where being a private person isn’t really an option anymore.”
Ryan also said he has nothing “new to offer” people searching for relationship advice.
He said: “Relationships are just not territory that I have anything new to offer in terms of that experience. It’s been said by everyone. There are ups and downs in relationships.”
The ‘Shooter’ star – who also shares five-year-old daughter Kailani with former girlfriend Alexis Knapp – recently ended his engagement to Paulina Slagter, but says he’s still “open” to the idea of getting married again.
He told People magazine: “I’m open to it. I don’t have a date or any plans set. I haven’t closed any books!”

Chris Martin opens up on his 'everyday problems'

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Martin’s celebrity status does not protect him from everyday “problems”.
The Coldplay frontman has insisted that his enviable fame and fortune does not mean he is immune to suffering frequent stresses, saying his situation is no different to that of a binman.
He explained: “How I am with the universe is trying to accept that everybody goes through many challenges every day, on whatever level, and you can never compare your challenges to someone else’s.
“Even if you’re Brad Pitt, if you have got a problem that day, then it’s a problem. It’s the same if you are a dustman.”
Chris, 39, said that contrary to popular belief, celebrities are vulnerable to the same frustrations as regular people.
He said, according to the Daily Star newspaper: “So it is understanding that everyone goes through that whether you’re a pop star or a whatever.
“But accepting that it’s all how you look at it in my opinion, you can turn anything around.”
Despite this, Chris explained that he has retained a generally positive outlook on life.
He shared: “My relationship with the universe is I trust that it is more positive than you might think.”
This comes shortly after Chris’ ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow claimed he would “take a bullet” for her.
The 44-year-old actress has remained close to the Coldplay frontman, despite their divorce, for the sake of their two children – Apple, 12, and Moses, 10.
She previously said: “He’s at my house every single day. We have our own lives but we still have our family life.
“And to this day, Chris would take a bullet for me. Even though I’m not his wife. I honestly think Chris and I have contributed something positive to the culture of divorce.”

Adele sparks rumours she's wed

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele has sparked rumours she’s got married.
The ‘Hello’ hitmaker set tongues wagging on Wednesday (28.12.16) when she flashed her new plain gold band on her ring finger – sending rumours that she had tied the knot in a secret ceremony over the festive season into overdrive – as she picked up some tasty food from a health store in Beverly Hills, California.
Although the 28-year-old singer is yet to confirm her new marital status, it won’t come as too much of a surprise to fans if she is now married because it was believed she and her longtime partner Simon Konecki were planning to get hitched during the Christmas holidays so his nine-year-old daughter, from a previous relationship, could have a role in the top-secret nuptials.
A source said recently: “The plan is to marry in Los Angeles. The wedding will be in one of the school holidays so Simon’s daughter can attend. It’s looking like it will be Christmas, but they want to keep details under wraps.
“Adele is not even wearing her engagement ring. They’re a private couple and only want their nearest and dearest there.”
The couple – who have been together for five years – have four-year-old son Angelo together and got engaged in October during Adele’s world tour.
An insider explained: “They’ve decided it’s the right time to think about making that step. They won’t make a big song and dance about it, that’s not the way either of them are, and you won’t see Adele walking around with a huge diamond on her finger flaunting it. But they’re ready to take the next step and both very excited about the prospect. Adele has had an amazing time on tour and is enjoying performing to fans – but she’s looking forward to spending some quiet time at home with her family after 10 months on the road.”
Meanwhile, Adele has decided to take a lengthy break from the music industry when she’s wrapped up trotting around the globe with her ‘Adele Live’ tour in March as she’d like to add another little one to her brood with Simon, 42.
As she closed the US leg of her tour in November, she told the audience: “I’ll see ya later, I’ll see ya on the other side. In a couple of years when I’ll be back, you won’t be able to get rid of me. I’m going to go and have a baby.”

Michelle Williams grateful she grew up away from social media

OHMYGOSSIP — Michelle Williams is thankful social media wasn’t around when she was in ‘Dawson’s Creek’.
The 36-year-old actress worked on the drama series for five years from 1998 and admits she and her co-stars – which included Joshua Jackson, Katie Holmes, James Van Der Beek and her best friend Busy Phillips – were able to “make mistakes and bounce of the walls” in a “sleepy” town away from the public eye.
She said: “I met my best friend on that show. She was so cool and so tough then. She’s still cool and tough, but oh my God, I looked up to hr so much.
“And I had to grow up. It was in North Carolina, and that was a nice place to be young. It was sleepy and safe – before social media.
“We weren’t always perfectly behaved, but we got away with it because there were some caring adults looking out for us and nobody was, you know, tweeting about what we did or where we went.
“That was a good place to make mistakes and bounce off the walls, but land safely.”
Michelle admits she used to take it personally when people were mean about her wild and misunderstood character, Jen Lindley.
She told Total Film magazine: “Nobody liked poor Jen. It really hurt my feelings so badly.
“There were all these websites like, ‘I hate Jen’ and ‘Jen is Stupid and Whorish’.
“It’s like, she’s just a messed-up teenage girl. So I’m glad that, with a little hindsight, she comes through.
“It was a very strange thing to play somebody when you’re a teenager and your identity is forming and their identity is one that people aren’t responding favourably to. It’s pretty cruel on your self esteem.”

He wrote: “I will never stop missing you George the kind and the most beautiful man ever. Xxx (sic).”
Fadi previously took to social media to share some of the details about George’s sudden death from heart failure.
He tweeted: “ITs a xmas i will never forget finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning.. I will never stop missing you xx (sic)”
Speaking in an interview, he added: “We were supposed to be going for Christmas lunch. I went round there to wake him up and he was just gone, lying peacefully in bed. We don’t know what happened yet.

Amanda Abbington 'getting close' to The Fall actor

OHMYGOSSIP — Amanda Abbington has been spotted “getting close” to actor Jonjo O’Neill.
The 42-year-old actress and Martin Freeman – who share 10-year-old son Joe and eight-year-old daughter Grace – announced their split last week after 16 years together and the ‘Sherlock’ actress was recently spotted enjoying drinks in a London pub with the ‘Fall’ star.
A source told The Sun: “They were with another male friend for a couple of hours and left about 8pm. She had her hand on her man’s thigh and they seemed pretty close.
“Punters recognised her but she didn’t seem to care who saw. It was quite clear she’d split from Martin. They were very close.”
Meanwhile, Amanda recently insisted that she and Martin will always “remain best friends”.
She said: “Martin and I remain best friends and love each other, and it was entirely amicable.
“There was no hostility, really, we just said that we couldn’t live together anymore, so we put everything in place, he moved out to a flat in north London, I stayed at home and we’ve started a new chapter.
“It is sad and it is upsetting, because you think you’re going to be with someone forever, but you either do that or you break up, and we both came to the decision that splitting was best for us. We’ve been really lucky to make it such a clean break, especially for the kids.”
Amanda cited the 45-year-old actor’s hectic schedule as one of the reasons for their split, as his heightening demand as a Hollywood star meant the ‘Mr Selfridge’ actress got used to being “separate” from him.
She added: “You can’t be away from people for too long, because you start to function on your own, and you get used to being separate [from] the person you’re supposed to be with. You lose that connection and lose sight of it, in the end.”
Meanwhile, the pair are set to star together in upcoming fourth series of ‘Sherlock’ – which stars Benedict Cumberbatch as the titular detective – as John Watson and his wife Mary.
