OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran has invested in a fashion label from his hometown.
The 25-year-old singer – who was raised in Suffolk – is a huge fan of the Hoax clothing line, which was started locally, and has been promoting the range by wearing it at various public appearances.
A source told The Sun: “Ed is a huge fan of Hoax’s stuff and has been wearing their clothes since he was a little boy.
“He knows the guys at the company and wanted to help them out as much as he could so he has invested in their business.
“Now he is wearing the brand during as many promo appearances and performances as he can to get their name out there.
“It’s an amazing gesture from Ed. Everyone always talks about how generous he is but this is really going the extra mile.
“He adores Suffolk and loves giving back to his hometown. He still lives there and is regularly spotted down the local pub.”
Ed recently described his comeback track ‘Castle On The Hill’ as a “love song” for his hometown.
He explained: “It’s a love song for Suffolk because I don’t think anyone’s done that. That’s the second song I have completed on the album.
“I wrote that mid-2015, so almost two years [ago]. I shot the music video in Suffolk, and they cast all my friends from school. It’s all putting Suffolk on the map.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snuka has died.
The 73-year-old wrestling legend – who had been battling stomach cancer and was told last year that he had just months to live – has passed away in hospice care, his daughter WWE wrestler Tamina Snuka revealed on Twitter on Sunday (15.01.17).
She wrote: “I LOVE YOU DAD #FOREVERMYDAD #RestWell #FamiliesAreForever #BestDad #SnukaLegacy (sic)”.
Snuka’s ill-health was revealed by his lawyer in December, to explain why the wrestler could not appear in court over third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter charges relating to the death of his girlfriend Nancy Argentino in 1983.
The star – whose real name is James Wiley Smith Reiher – was named as a “person of interest” immediately after her death, but no charges were brought until over 30 years later.
He was charged in September 2015 but declared mentally incompetent to stand trial at a hearing in June 2016.
Snuka had a glittering wrestling career and is best known for his time in the WWF (now the WWE) in the 1980s.
His nickname ‘Superfly’ derived from the fact that he was one of the first superstars to bring a high-flying style to the ring.
He was inducted into the WWF Hall of Fame in 1996 and was the inaugural ECW Heavyweight Champion in Eastern Championship Wrestling (later Extreme Championship Wrestling).
His children, Jimmy Reiher, Jr. and Tamina are also wrestlers.
Wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson was one of the first stars to pay tribute to Snuka following his death.
He wrote: “Our family @TaminaSnuka asked me to share the sad news that her dad Jimmy Snuka has just passed away. Alofa atu i le aiga atoa. #RIPSuperfly (sic).”
Jim Ross added: “Our condolences to the family and friends of Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka who died earlier today after losing his fight with stomach cancer. RIP (sic).”
A message on the WWE website said: “WWE is saddened to learn that WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka has passed away.
“Snuka is regarded by many as the pioneer of high-flying offense because of his Superfly Splash from the top turnbuckle. His dive off the top of the steel cage onto Don Muraco at Madison Square Garden as hundreds of flash bulbs went off will forever live as one of the most memorable moments in WWE history.
“WWE extends its condolences to Snuka’s family, friends and fans.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian has been praised as “dirty and funny as hell”.
The outspoken reality TV star and her trainer Gunnar Peterson became close friends as he helped Khloe transform her body with a 40lbs weight loss and Gunnar has nothing but praise for her.
Speaking to Mirror Celeb, he said: “Working with Khloe on anything, is fun. She has terrific energy, focus, drive. She’s fun and she’s funny as hell, and dirty.
“She’s everything you look forward in someone to come into your gym. In any aspect of your life you’d be lucky to have a Khloe.”
Gunnar revealed Khloe’s workout goals were to highlight her assets and he is thrilled with her results.
He said: “The goals were to get in shape, drop body fat – maintain the curves. The goals were to highlight what she already has working for her as oppose to downplaying what might not be a strong suit, although I can’t think what that would be.”
The pair have also been working together on the TV show ‘Revenge Body’, which was inspired by Khloe’s transformation following her split from ex-husband Lamar Odom.
Speaking about the show previously, Khloe said: “‘Revenge Body’ is inspired by my own personal journey, I was going through a difficult time going through my divorce and I started going to the gym as a place to clear my head and as a stress reliever, it was really the only place that I knew where to turn where no one would ask me a lot of questions.
“As a by-product I started losing all this weight, there were so many people via social media saying how I’d inspired them, from taking something negative and turning it into a positive.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Priyanka Chopra says she is “ok” after being injured on the set of ‘Quantico’ last week.
The 34-year-old actress was brought to hospital after suffering a concussion when she slipped and hit her head while filming a stunt for the TV show but Priyanka has taken to Twitter to assure fans that she is doing well and looking forward to returning to work.
She tweeted: “Thank you for all of your warm thoughts and well wishes. I will be ok, and am looking forward to getting back to work as soon as I can. much (love).”
A representative for the star previously said: “Yes, we can confirm there was a minor accident … and [she] will return to work after the weekend.”
Meanwhile, she has found huge success in the US with ‘Quantico’ and the forthcoming ‘Baywatch’ movie, but Priyanka previously admitted she feared she would never get a lead role in the west because she’s Indian.
She said: “My worry (in the US), as an Indian actress, was whether the global entertainment industry was ready to see an Indian actor in the lead, as we haven’t seen one before – be it in television or films. I was worried about it as it had not happened with any Indian actress.”
Although she has successfully made the leap from Bollywood to Hollywood, Priyanka was afraid she wouldn’t be good enough and is delighted she proved herself wrong and she has been able to “keep evolving”.
She added: “My worry was ‘Will I be good enough?’ But I had such a wonderful reception. I have got so much love and affection. The only thing to do now is keep evolving. I only think about how I can grow more and what more can I do.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jeremy McConnell has decided to cut his holiday short after Stephanie Davis gave birth.
The 26-year-old reality TV star’s ex-girlfriend welcomed a baby boy on Friday (13.01.17) and insists Jeremy is the father and, despite his previous denials, Jeremy is flying back early from a holiday in Thailand in order to sort out the child’s paternity.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday: “Jez has decided to cut his holiday short and fly back to Dublin alone within the next 24 hours.
“He has told friends he really wants to sort the situation out and find out if he is the father once and for all.
“Regardless of the media circus which surrounds him and Steph if he is the dad of her child then he is determined to step up to the plate and support her.”
Jeremy’s decision to fly back from holiday early comes after he vowed to “step up” and support the little boy if paternity tests prove he is the dad.
He previously told The Sun Online: “I am delighted that Steph has safely had the baby, of course if he is my son I will absolutely step up and do what I can to support him.”
And Jeremy insisted he has been in touch with his former girlfriend, but she has snubbed his attempts to speak about the situation.
He added: “Any timescale for that is in Steph’s hands now.
“I did reach out to her some weeks ago but didn’t hear back.”
Stephanie previously claimed she had reached out to the ‘Beauty School Cop Out’ star on a number of occasions but never heard from him, and so stopped contacting him about her pregnancy.

OHMYGOSSIP — Olly Murs’ mother was left on the verge of a breakdown after her son Ben disowned their family.
The 32-year-old singer’s twin brother cut ties with his entire family after Olly chose to compete in ‘The X Factor’ semi-final rather than go to Ben’s wedding and Vickylynn Murs, 55, has admitted that the feud left her physically ill.
She told the Sunday Times: “The difficulties we’ve had with Ben are complex, but it had nothing to do with ‘X Factor’. Deep down, I think Ben knows that. I never expected anything like this to happen to us because we’re such a tight-knit family.
“It was such a shock it made me ill. I even thought I had MS – I had to use a walking stick because my legs were so weak. I also couldn’t work. I was on the verge of a breakdown.
“I’m much better now, but my heart is broken … Ben’s broken my heart, and his dad’s, but I will not hear anything against him; I don’t think he understands what he’s done. I’ll go on loving him and sticking up for him until I die.”
And despite Ben calling him a “self-absorbed sell-out”, Olly has insisted that he would welcome Ben back with open arms if he decided he wanted to return to the family fold.
He said: “We don’t speak to my twin brother and that’s been extremely difficult. Long before X Factor, there were problems between Ben and his girlfriend and our family. He made the decision not to speak to the family… but the door’s always open for him to come back.
“My sister Fay and I can’t even begin to comprehend how tough it’s been for Mum or what she’s been through. She doesn’t like to talk about it because it’s so painful, but I think she has come to terms with the fact that there’s nothing she can do about it. She always says: ‘He just doesn’t understand certain things, Olly, that’s all it is.’ But he’s an adult and whatever problems he has with me, the love you have for your mum should be the same.
“The key thing for us is we know that what’s happened isn’t our fault. But whenever we get together, there’s always the feeling someone’s missing. We just hope that one day Ben will come back.”

OHMYGOSSIP — New details of Kim Kardashian West’s ordeal in Paris have been revealed.
The 36-year-old reality TV star was held captive by masked gunmen, who broke into her hotel in the French capital, last October and in her statement to police, which has just been leaked, Kim described the terrifying sequence of events.
According to the report obtained by Le Journal du Dimanche, Kim said: “I heard a noise at the door, like footsteps, and I shouted, asking, ‘Who’s there?’ No one answered. I called my bodyguard at 2:56 a.m. Through the door, I saw two people arrive, plus the night man who was tied up.
“It was a man with ski goggles who stayed with me. He demanded with a strong French accent, my ring. It was on the bedside table. It’s worth four million dollars… he took out a gun and I showed him the ring.
“They grabbed me and took me into the hallway. I was wearing a bathrobe, naked underneath. Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed. And, it was this time, they tied me up with plastic cables and taped my hands, then they put tape over my mouth and my legs.”
Items stolen from Kim included two diamond Cartier bracelets, a gold and diamond Jacob necklace, Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings and a gold Rolex, but despite the huge haul, Kim believes the gang were not experienced.
She said:” I think they robbed me of five million dollars. Then they left on the run.
“I felt they were a bit inexperienced because of the way they tied me up.”
Last week, 17 people between the ages of 44 to 72 were arrested in connection with the robbery and 10 people have now been charged, including the alleged mastermind.

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince Harry has introduced Meghan Markle to Duchess Catherine.
The 32-year-old royal and the ‘Suits’ actress have been dating for a number of months and things are so serious that Harry brought Meghan to meet his sister-in-law Catherine and his niece Princess Charlotte at Kensington Palace.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Kate was really looking forward to meeting Meghan and she knew how important it was to Harry.
“They are very close and he really values her opinion on girlfriends.
“Obviously Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, died when he was very young so Kate really fulfils that older sister/maternal role.
“It went really well and Meghan was very excited about meeting her.”
Meghan already met Harry’s brother Prince William, who is married to Duchess Catherine, a few months ago in London but Catherine was at their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, at the time.
However, following her birthday earlier this week, Catherine, 35, travelled to London and was introduced to Meghan.
The insider explained: “Harry and Meghan went over to Kate’s apartment in Kensington Palace.
“William was also there and she got to play with Charlotte who she just adored.

OHMYGOSSIP — Emma Stone thinks it is possible to have a career and find love.
The ‘La La Land’ star – who is still very close with her ex Andrew Garfield despite their split – says balancing a career in the film industry and having a family and love life is all “just about prioritising”.
She said: “I don’t think it’s mutually exclusive, career or love. Meryl Streep seems very in love with her husband.
“That’s a very great family and she’s the best there is. So people can find a way to do both, it’s just about prioritising.”

The ‘Magic Mike XXL’ star is reportedly thrilled she can now go public with the 45-year-old businessman after her divorce with Johnny Depp was finalised.
A source told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “Amber is over the moon about her divorce but she is even happier about being able to go public with Elon.

OHMYGOSSIP — David Gandy insists men won’t “get laid” if they wear slogan T-shirts.
The 36-year-old model – who regularly features on best-dressed lists – has advised guys to smarten up their appearance and invest in plain tops and smart shoes if they want women to take an interest.
He said: “Good t-shirts are essential. Why grown men still walk around with slogans on t-shirts is beyond me. It’s a mystery.
“Do you think that putting on a tee with a funny slogan or picture is going to get you laid? Believe me, it won’t.
“A good plain white or black t-shirt is a hugely versatile piece. Also get a good leather jacket – it will go with absolutely everything – and a good pair of shoes.
“Shoes are one of the first thing women look at – it’s true. A pair of shoes can make or break an outfit.
“Chelsea boots or Oxfords are good choices and make sure they are shiny and looked after.”
And David worries that British men have stopped “taking pride in their appearance” and dress down to fit in with their peers.
He told Men’s Fitness magazine: “In many ways, the English have gone down the very American route of always dressing down – I hope that’s going to change soon.
“In England, we have the tradition of the English gentleman, in the sense that we were always well dressed and took pride in our clothes and our appearance.
“We knew what we were doing and we had confidence in it.
“Even if that’s just a t-shirt and jeans, it would have been well fitted and looked great. There was that uniqueness that we had over the rest of the world.
“Of course we are still known for tailoring, Carnaby Street and Vivienne Westwood, but I think men have moved away from taking pride in their appearance.
“Maybe it’s because we like to be in the pack and wear the same as everyone else. Like a uniform to fit in.”

OHMYGOSSIP — George Michael was reportedly addicted to anti-depressants.
Former lover Carlos Arturo Ortiz believes an “overdose” may have been the cause of the ‘Careless Whisper’ singer’s tragic death at his home in Oxfordshire on Christmas Day after he previously confessed to being hooked on prescription medication.
He said: “[I thought] something was going to happen to him. I had an intuitive feeling about it last year. And it seems very coincidental to me that he was found dead on Christmas Day because he told me he hated Christmas as there were never any children around. For me it is, sadly, a possibility he may have overdosed.
“George’s death knocked me sideways, although it didn’t surprise me. I found him a lovely down-to-earth man, but also a very melancholic person who I feared might one day take his own life. He told me he was addicted to anti-depressant medicine and trying to wean himself off it and confessed he was unhappy.
“We talked about his superstar status and I told him I thought that with his fame and talent and money he had all he needed to be happy in life. But when he started talking about the anti-depressants he took I asked him outright if he was happy in life and he replied, ‘No, I’m not.'”
The pair met after making contact on a website whilst George was staying in Sydney, Australia and hit it off instantly.
Recalling what happened that night, Carlos added to the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “I had just come in from a night out when I turned on my computer and saw a message from someone with George Michael’s profile and pictures, saying he found me very sexy. I replied asking if it was the singer himself, but I imagined it was just someone who idolised him and was using his name.
“It wasn’t until I turned up at his hotel and he opened the door in his pyjama bottoms and bare-chested that I was sure it was him. It was a wonderful feeling meeting a man whose songs I loved. We made love and then started talking while he ordered pink Champagne to the room … All he drank apart from the Champagne was Coca-Cola which he told me he downed by the gallon and was addicted to along with chocolate.
“It was when we started talking about his own life that his unhappiness and use of anti-depressants came up. He said he was no longer with his long-term partner Kenny Goss, but that they were still living in the same house together. He asked me to spend time with him in the UK but I said I didn’t think it appropriate while he was still living with an ex. I think he liked me and was looking to spend time with someone whose company he enjoyed.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham has shut down plans for a Spice Girls reunion tour after stopping the girls from performing their old songs.
The 42-year-old fashion designer has reportedly called on her lawyers to block her bandmates – Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner – from performing the group’s classic tracks.
A source said: “The girls are devastated. It is an extremely sad way for things to end … Victoria was a huge part of their lives and now she is using lawyers to block their comeback.
“Victoria is proud of her Spice Girls history but this suggests she wants to cut all links with the group which transformed her life. She is resorting to aggressive legal letters and it is an extremely sad way for things to end after all they have been through together.”
And Victoria – who has sons Brooklyn, 17, Romeo, 14, and Cruz, 11, and daughter Harper, five, with her husband David Beckham – was said to be “concerned” that the group’s legacy could be “damaged” by any new music.
A source added to The Sun newspaper: “It became a concern that if the remaining members started mixing classic hits with new songs that were not up to much it would damage their legacy.
“Victoria takes herself very seriously now and didn’t want to have an association with this project which she felt she would if they sang the classic songs and marketed themselves as the Spice Girls.
“She got lawyers involved as she has a writing credit on the hits and co-owns the companies which control the band’s legacy and finances.”
It comes after it was claimed the group – which also includes Mel C – had changed their plans because Geri, who is pregnant with her second child, wants to focus on her family.
An insider shared: “Geri’s priorities have changed. Her baby is due later this year and rather than force a reunion, she’s needs to concentrate on more personal matters.
“Getting all the girls in the studio at the same time proved a tough task. What they needed was one main boss-style figure to pull the strings otherwise they would be constantly in limbo.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chelsea Handler claims men don’t want to date her because she’s opinionated.
The 41-year-old talk show host – who has previously dated rapper 50 Cent and TV boss Ted Harbert – is “loud and proud” but knows some people find her intimidating.
Explaining her love of Glennon Doyle Melton’s book ‘Love Warrior’, she said: “This is a book I always recommend to all the women in my life.
“It’s a memoir about growing up as an opinionated girl and the effect that has on the way people treat you, particularly how some men will treat you.
“I very much identify with that – I’ve dealt with it my whole life.
“It’s the reason why I’m single. Many men are put off a woman who has an opinion.
“Apparently a lot of people find me intimidating but I’m loud and proud… in my opinion.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea has called for internet trolls to have their accounts suspended, or even be prosecuted for their comments.

OHMYGOSSIP — Stella Maxwell wants her own emoji.
The Victoria’s Secret Angel admits she’d love to be depicted in tiny graphic form, complete with her own iconic little wings.
Asked which emoji she wished existed, she said: “One of myself, with little wings maybe.”
And if the 26-year-old beauty was ever able to design her own set of the lingerie company’s iconic wings, she knows exactly what she’d like.
She said: “[They would be] black, lacy and tight – super-sexy.
“They wouldn’t be that big though. It’s not about size but how pretty they look.”
Stella had a great time walking in the annual Victoria’s Secret fahion show in Paris last year, but was concerned about a wardrobe malfunction when she walked for the second time.
She explained: “The bejewelled, sheer body suit was my favourite but I felt like it started to ride down my body. I had this feeling to try to pull it up but then I was like, ‘Don’t start doing that on the runway’. But it was epic and I don’t think you could see it falling down, so it was all good.”
While Stella admits to working out every day for two weeks before the shows, one thing she would never do as part of her preparations as to have a facial in case her skin reacted badly.
She told LOOK magazine: “I didn’t have the oxygen facial but Bella Hadid did and said it was amazing. I try not to play around with my skin too much before an event in case it breaks out. Everyone’s skin is different.”
