Erin Foster gives birth to baby girl at home and captures every stage

OHMYGOSSIP — Erin Foster has given birth to her first child with husband Simon Tikhman.
The 41-year-old daughter of famous musician David Foster, 74, welcomed her first child into the world at home on Friday (17.05.24)
Erin and Simon had a “warrior” baby girl called Noa Mimi Tikhman, who arrived two weeks early, and they had every stage of the birth captured by a professional photographer.
Erin gushed on Instagram alongside the photographs, including her resting in a pop-up pool, pushing the little one out and the freshly delivered newborn: “Truly the most insane experience of my life, with the best ending. Noa Mimi Tikhman being nothing like her mother who is always late, arrived two weeks early at 4:41am on May 17th. Being totally unbiased I would say she’s perfect and super advanced already, and might be the first person I’ve met who prefers me to Simon. Gave birth to her au naturale in our bed like a beast, but also would have taken heroine in the moment if someone offered. Simon would like everyone to know he’s a warrior too. (sic)”
The former ‘O.C.’ star celebrated Thanksgiving last year by revealing their little girl was on the way.
Erin shared a photo of her baby bump in a white top and baggy black trousers while Simon sat on the grass looking up at her and captioned her Instagram post: “It feels like we need something positive right now, so I’d like to offer something. I’m pregnant!”
Her husband commented: “Me too!”
The ‘Barely Famous’ star later confirmed on her and sister Sara Foster’s podcast, ‘The World’s First Podcast’, the gender and that the couple had already chosen a name.
Erin – whose mother is David’s ex-wife Rebecca Dyer – and Simon tied the knot on New Year’s Eve 2019 in Nashville.

Glen Powell feels ‘inspired’ by Blue Angels

OHMYGOSSIP — Glen Powell has been “completely awestruck” by Blue Angels.
The 35-year-old actor has always been fascinated by aviation and Glen feels proud to have served as a producer on ‘The Blue Angels’, a new documentary about the US Navy and Marine Corps flight squadron.
Glen – who starred alongside Tom Cruise in ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ in 2022 – told Us Weekly: “I just felt like they’re just such an inspirational and aspirational group.
“For me, obviously, getting to grow up with that on my bedroom wall is one thing, but to also make ‘Top Gun’ and to make ‘Devotion’ and fly with the Blues and feel like the aviation community has really been such an important part of my life.”
The Hollywood star confessed to being amazed by the skills of the pilots.
He said: “It’s almost impossible to watch a Blue Angels show and not be just completely awestruck by what’s happening and how it’s even possible.”
Glen’s love of aviation started during his childhood, years before he appeared in ‘Top Gun: Maverick’.
The actor explained: “I remember as a kid going with my grandfather, my mom and my aunts and my cousins and we all had the same sort of experience.
“From every age group, everybody was looking at the sky with that same sort of reverence.”
Meanwhile, Glen has enjoyed a meteoric rise in recent years, and the actor is determined to make the most of his career opportunities.
The movie star – who appeared alongside Sydney Sweeney in ‘Anyone but You’, the 2023 rom-com – told Men’s Health magazine: “When the sun is shining, you gotta make hay. And you gotta chase this while you got it.”

Lil Nas X ‘felt like an imposter’ on tour

OHMYGOSSIP — Lil Nas X “felt like an imposter” when he began touring.
The 25-year-old star first found fame online and he’s had to adjust to a new lifestyle since he began touring in 2022.
The singer – whose real name is Montero Hill – told the BBC: “In rehearsal it didn’t feel like the real thing yet. I felt like I was going out there and putting on my best impression of a person [on tour].”
The ‘Old Town Road’ hitmaker initially struggled to cope with touring, admitting that he found performing on-stage to be a “weird” experience.
He shared: “I’d [ask myself], ‘What am I doing up here? This doesn’t feel right’. It wasn’t like talking to people online. There were actual human beings in front of me. It was weird.”
Despite his chart success, the singer is still eager to remain popular on social media apps like TikTok.
He said: “As far as pressure goes, you want to make sure [you have hits] because in the public eye, it gives a person value.”
Nas is also determined to continue to make big hits.
He shared: “Of course I know my own worth, but these are the things that are going to feed your family and the people around you who have helped build what you’re creating.
“So it’s important. I can’t just say [screw] hits, because I need them.”
Meawhile, Nas previously revealed that he realised he was “hot” after achieving fame and success.
The singer told Allure magazine: “I think I realised I was hot right along … No, no, no, no, no. Actually, probably at the very beginning of my fame.
“And I’ve always thought I was an attractive person. Well, at least when I started to grow my facial hair and stuff. But really around that time when other people would say it to me.”

Kerry Katona living with mother due to ‘unsupportive’ fiance

OHMYGOSSIP — Kerry Katona has moved back in with her mother because her fiance has been “unsupportive”.
The former Atomic Kitten singer recently underwent an operation to rebuild her nose using tissue from other areas of her body but she was left feeling “lonely” during her recovery as Ryan Mahoney – who she has been in a relationship with for five years – has been in London so she hasn’t seen him since the surgery and has had to rely on her mum Sue for help instead.
She wrote in her column for new! magazine: “I want to say a massive thank you to my mum, who has been my rock during the last couple of weeks. I’ve been staying at hers and she’s really looked after me. If I’m honest, I’ve felt more lonely than ever during my recovery.
“Ryan was away getting a tattoo in London when I went into hospital and I haven’t seen him since my surgery over a week ago.
“That upset me, because it made me feel unsupported and I could have done with the emotional support.
“I’m always the ‘strong mum’ in our house and this week I really wanted to be looked after and have him here, but I had my mum instead.”
Kerry – who has five children from previous relationships – has had a “tough week mentally” since having the operation and she’s a “little sad” about how the operation has changed her face, though she knows she’ll be delighted with the results eventually.
She wrote: “I’ve had a tough week mentally while recovering from my nose surgery. The recovery is going really well but seeing my new nose was a shock. I needed the op for medical reasons, not vanity, and I know my nose will look amazing when it has healed, but I burst into tears when I got home and saw it, because it looked swollen and different. I’m only now able to look at myself in the mirror.
“The team at Pall Mall Medical have been so supportive and Dr Raghavan has done an amazing job. I think I just need time for it to heal and to get used to it. I needed it doing and it’s been done so well.
“I’m also a little sad because I have the same nose as my biological dad, so it makes me think I’ve lost that link. Let this be a lesson – don’t do drugs!
“If you’re thinking about rhinoplasty, make sure you’re prepared for the aftermath.”

Travis Kelce hasn’t changed with Taylor Swift romance

OHMYGOSSIP — Travis Kelce has insisted his relationship with Taylor Swift hasn’t changed him.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has been in the spotlight thanks to his high-profile romance with the ‘Shake It Off’ singer over the last year, but he’s stayed true to himself as he evolves and grows.
Speaking at his Kelce Jam fundraiser at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, he told E! News when asked how things have changed since the last event: “I’ve won two Super Bowls…
“I’ve kind of been the same person my entire career. Just always trying to live and learn and get better as a person. I’m just extremely grateful that we’ve had the showing that we’ve gotten this year.”
Earlier this month, Travis started his acting career with a role in Ryan Murphy’s upcoming horror series ‘Grotesquerie’ and he admitted he’s keen to explore further opportunities in front of the camera, as there are “so many people” he wants to work with.
He said: “I’d be silly to just throw names out there. I’m big in comedy, and who knows what comes in the future?”
But the 34-year-old NFL player insisted he isn’t comparing himself to wrestlers-turned-movie stars John Cena or Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson just yet.
He quipped: “I’m still trying to figure out if I’m any good at it.”
Travis recently admitted he was “blown away” by Ryan having the confidence in him to give him a key role in ‘Grotesquerie’.
Speaking on his ‘New Heights’ podcast, he said: “I was kinda blown away and kinda, like, shocked that he was willing to give me a role like this. Because it is a big role on the show.
“He seemed very confident that I’d be able to do this, and he kinda injected that in me the first conversation that we had. So hopefully I don’t bomb this for him.”

Jessica Alba feels ‘excited’ by acting return

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Alba feels “excited” about the next chapter in her life.
The 43-year-old actress recently stepped down from her role as the chief creative officer of Honest Company, her beauty and baby brand, and Jessica is now keen to return to her acting roots, after focusing on her business in recent years.
The Hollywood star told Us Weekly: “It’s been 12 years, so I think it’s time to get back into entertainment and also think about what else I want to create or do.
“I have a movie actually coming out June 21st for Netflix called ‘Trigger Warning’. It’s an action movie and I executive produced it. So, I’m excited.”
‘Trigger Warning’ will be Jessica’s first movie since 2019, when she starred in the crime thriller ‘Killers Anonymous’.
In April, the actress announced she was quitting her role at Honesty Company.
Jessica – who has children Honor, 15, Haven, 12, and Hayes, six, with her husband Cash Warren – wrote on Instagram: “It is with a grateful heart that twelve years after founding The Honest Company, I am stepping down from my leadership role as Chief Creative Officer.
“However, I will continue to provide strategic advice through my role on the board.
“While there would never have been an easy time to make this decision, I know we have a leadership team in place with Carla Vernon at the helm to advance our founding vision and strengthen Honest’s legacy as an industry change-maker.”
Accompanying Jessica’s post were a series of photos documenting her time at the company, from a picture of her sitting on boxes in a warehouse in 2011 to speaking at Nasdaq when Honest went public in May 2021.

Sarah Jessica Parker: I don’t like being thin

OHMYGOSSIP — Sarah Jessica Parker doesn’t “like being thin”.
The 59-year-old actress has admitted that she struggles to put on weight, and she doesn’t want to “celebrate” being thin, either.
During an appearance on the ‘Glad We Had This Chat’ podcast, Sarah explained: “A lot of people have their kind of their cross to bear. I don’t like being thin. And if you met my siblings it’s the same genetic make up, and I don’t particularly think or celebrate being thin.
“I would prefer to have weight but that’s just the way my body works.”
Sarah made her West End debut in ‘Plaza Suite’ earlier this year, and the actress found the production to be very physically demanding.
She shared: “The show was so physical. It was a lot that it was like, honestly hard to keep weight on, you know.
“But I generally feel better when I’m exerting something different than just walking.”
Meanwhile, Sarah launched ‘And Just Like That…’ – her ‘Sex and the City’ revival show – back in 2021.
And the actress previously admitted to having “a very conflicted relationship” with social media, amid a negative response from some fans.
Asked how she dealt with the fan reaction, Sarah told The Hollywood Reporter: “First of all, I’m rarely on social media.
“[Showrunner Matthew Patrick King’s] not on it at all. I’m on Instagram, and I have a very conflicted relationship with it.
“Obviously, we’re aware that people have opinions, and there will be peripheral chatter specific to the HBO show. We care that they’re engaged and enjoying it, flipped out, upset, thrilled, devastated, but you can’t have a result in mind and then try to back into it with the writing. That would just be awful. And that would be like riding a bike with a gang of ten million.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Hannah Waddingham thinks Tom Cruise is “gorgeous and inspirational”.
The 49-year-old actress will star alongside Tom, 61, in the new ‘Mission: Impossible’ movie, and Hannah has heaped praise on her co-star, admitting that she’s been inspired by his work ethic.
Speaking about her preparations for the movie and working with Tom, Hannah told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “We were in an Osprey [helicopter], we landed on a moving vessel with four and a half thousand Naval men and women on it and spent five days [aboard].
“I can’t tell you how inspired I came away by Tom and [director] Chris McQuarrie.”
Despite this, Hannah has been sworn to secrecy about the new movie.
The actress – who is best-known for playing Rebecca Welton in the comedy-drama series ‘Ted Lasso’ – admitted: “I can’t tell you too much – I’ll get told off.”
Another of Tom’s co-stars, Hayley Atwell, previously admitted to feeling inspired by the Hollywood veteran.
The 42-year-old actress – who is reprising the role of Grace for the new ‘Mission: Impossible’ movie – confessed to being wowed by his work ethic, describing her co-star as “deeply inspiring”.
Hayley told ‘ET Canada’: “He’s a one-man studio.
“There is nothing this man doesn’t know about movie-making and the cinematic experience for the audience.
“It’s deeply inspiring to find someone who is so committed to something, whose work ethic extends to so many different departments.”
Hayley also observed that Tom hasn’t been negatively affected by his own fame and success.
The actress insisted that Tom – who plays Ethan Hunt in the money-spinning film franchise – remains a “professional, dedicated, enthusiastic guy”.
Hayley said: “For me, he remains a real inspiration as a professional, dedicated, enthusiastic guy, whose own success has never been his demise.”

Sienna Miller had ‘never’ had holiday with boyfriend before babymoon

OHMYGOSSIP — Sienna Miller and her boyfriend had “never” been on holiday together until a few months before she gave birth.
The 42-year-old actress gave birth to a baby girl earlier this year, but in the latter stages of her pregnancy, she and partner Oli Green – who she has been dating for over two years – enjoyed a relaxing babymoon in the Maldives and she’ll always cherish the “magical” week they had together.
Sienna – who also has 11-year-old daughter Marlowe with former partner Tom Sturridge – wrote in a piece for the Sunday Times Style magazine: “I was heftily pregnant when Oli and I decided to go for a week at the end of last year — when I was about 32 weeks, which was the last possible time, but that didn’t stop me. I was lucky to have an easy pregnancy, so I was up for travelling far…
“When Oli and I were preparing for the trip we realised that we’d never actually been on holiday, just the two of us, in our entire relationship. So it was really magical to have that time together, thinking about each other and the baby that was about to arrive.”
The ‘Horizon: An American Saga’ actress didn’t want to just relax during her break.
She said: “I’ve got a very get-up-and-go attitude, so I didn’t want to just lie around. We went swimming all the time and rode around on bicycles, which I think gave everyone a heart attack because I was enormous.”
And Sienna and Oli got some guidance on how to approach her impending labour.
She explained: “As well as having the best massage of my life, we did a bespoke hypnobirthing course with a doula.
“It focused on how to manage labour together as a couple.
“I think men often go into new fatherhood with very little idea of how to manage the situation. They’re just expected to understand, so it was nice to have some guidance.
“Our doula showed us the things Oli could do to support my birth and the pressure points and massage techniques that would help me.
“There was lots of looking in the eyes, holding hands and him stretching me. In quite a hippy way, which I love, it was a bonding celebration and way of connecting with the baby.”

‘Super weird’: Gavin Rossdale dating Gwen Stefani doppelganger, Xhoana X, has people talking

OHMYGOSSIP — Gavin Rossdale has been branded “super weird” for dating a Gwen Stefani lookalike in girlfriend Xhoana X.
The Bush frontman, 58, has three children with the 54-year-old No Doubt star – whom he was married to from 2002 until 2016 – and his romance with the 37-year-old singer has led to comparisons between the two women.
After pictures were released by Page Six of Gavin and Xhoana’s vacation to Cabo San Lucas, broadcast veteran Hoda Kotb discussed why she found it bizarre that he would date a woman who looks just like his ex.
Speaking to co-host Jenna Bush Hager on ‘Today with Hoda and Jenna’ on Monday (13.05.24), she said: “I thought, ‘poor Blake [Shelton, Gwen’s husband]’ –– that’s what I thought for one second. They look exactly the same.”
Jenna agreed that Xhoana and Gwen look “identical” and even wear the same red lipstick and “dress the same”.
She reacted: “That would be kinda weird –– the same thing. That’s really interesting.”
Whilst Hoda finds it “super weird”, Jenna said Gwen should be flattered because she is clearly the “one that got away.”
Gavin has been dating Xhoana since last year and they made their romance Instagram-official this March.
The same month, Gavin confessed he wishes he had “more of a connection” with Gwen.
The musician admitted he feels “handcuffed” because he didn’t want to “say anything negative” about his former partner.
He told the ‘Amy and TJ’ podcast: “I never thought I’d ever get divorced. So there’s a simple shame in my life.”
Talking about how both his parents had been married three times and he never wanted his children to have a similar experience, Gavin added: “I feel bad for my kids, that’s it.
“I wish I could have found a way to not have that in their lives. It wasn’t fun for me to come from a broken home.
“It can be quite debilitating for kids… the overriding things is you don’t want to let your kids down.”
Gavin has sons Kingston, 17, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10, with Gwen, who broke up amid rumours he cheated on her with their nanny.
He added: “The biggest thing would be when you see the kids that sometimes there’s a loss.
“It’d be nice if there was more of a connection with the person who made them with me.”
Gwen has moved on with country singer Blake, 47, who she married in 2021 after they met on the set of ‘The Voice’ while the singer was in the midst of his divorce from 40-year-old fellow country performer Miranda Lambert.
Gavin added of bumping into Gwen and her spouse: “I go to a lot of events where there’s ‘the other team’, so to speak, and I just feel really proud of myself in my consistency as a father. I know in my heart that I’m super consistent.”
He also said their “debilitating” divorce was a “very contentious, hugely emotional, flared-up situation.”
Dad-of-four Gavin also has daughter Daisy Lowe, 35, from his previous relationship with 53-year-old fashion designer Pearl Lowe.

John Krasinski hasn’t been asked about The Office return

OHMYGOSSIP — John Krasinski hasn’t been approached for ‘The Office’ spin-off.
The 44-year-old actor – who played Jim Halpert in the original US version of Ricky Gervais’ iconic British mockumentary – has admitted while he is open to making a cameo appearance out of loyalty to executive producer Greg Daniels, he is yet to be asked.
He told Entertainment Tonight: “As of now, I haven’t been asked. But the truth is I’d do anything for Greg Daniels, it sounds like they have a really fun idea.”
The Peacock spin-off – which has been developed by Daniels and is set in the same universe as the main show – will follow volunteer staff members at a struggling Midwestern newspaper, with Ricky and Stephen Merchant also serving as executive producers on the project.
‘About Time’ actor Domhnall Gleeson will has been cast alongside ‘The White Lotus’ star Sabrina Impacciatore, with further names set to be revealed.
John added: “I’m actually working with Domhnall Gleeson right now in Guy Ritchie’s movie. He’s so good and he’s so sweet – he’s going to crush in the show.”
And while Steve Carell – who played Michael Scott on the US ‘Office’ – is looking forward to seeing the “fantastic” Domhnall in the show, he isn’t planning to make an appearance.
Last week, Lisa Katz, the president of NBCUniversal Entertainment, said in a statement: “It’s been more than ten years since the final episode of ‘The Office’ aired on NBC, and the acclaimed comedy series continues to gain popularity and build new generations of fans on Peacock.
“In partnership with Universal Television and led by the creative team of Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, this new series set in the universe of Dunder Mifflin introduces a new cast of characters in a fresh setting ripe for comedic storytelling: a daily newspaper.”
The show will start production in July 2024, but there are no details about when it is set to air.

Sarah Paulson ‘outraged’ after actress sent ‘six pages of notes’ critiquing her performance

OHMYGOSSIP — Sarah Paulson has blasted an actress who sent six pages of unsolicited notes after watching her in a play.
The ‘American Horror Story’ star has reflected on an “outrageous” experience when Broadway veteran Trish Hawkins allegedly critising her turn in ‘Talley’s Folly’, having originated the role of Sally Talley.
Appearing on the ‘Smartless’ podcast, Sarah claimed: “The last time I was on stage, I did a play called ‘Talley’s Folly’ at the Roundabout, and the actress — and I’m going to say this, and I’m not going to ask you to cut this out, because I don’t care — this actress came to the play.
“Her name is Trish Hawkins — Hi, Trish! Hi, Trisha! Trish Hawkins came to the play — am I going to get sued? I don’t care, because I think this is outrageous.
“She came to the play, proceeded to say — she looked at me up and down and then she went, ‘Your dress is yellow. Mine was pink.’ And I thought, ‘What?’ ”
While Trish originated the role in the 1979 off-Broadway run and its first Broadway stint the following year, Sarah took over the same character in 2013.
Sarah’s mother brought Trish to watch the play after meeting her in “some kind of writing group”.
She continued: “Cut to two days later, I got an email that was six pages long of notes and a communication to me about what she had done when she had done the play, what she recommended I do. “It was outrageous. It was really outrageous. Trish Hawkins, I have not forgotten it, and I hope to see you never.”
She still has the notes, although she never actually told her mother about the awkward incident.
She added: “I just put it back in the file of things my mother has done.”

Khloe Kardashian takes kids to see dad Tristan Thompson play NBA game for first time

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian took her two children to see their dad, her ex-partner Tristan Thompson, play an NBA game for the first time on Monday (13.05.24).
The 39-year-old reality star was seen court side with their six-year-old daughter True and 21-month-old son Tatum as they cheered him on at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
Tristan plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, who were up against the Boston Celics in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. Unfortunately, Tristan’s team lost, but the family looked to have a nice day out, and Khloe even gave her ex-lover a good luck hug in footage shared by the media.
They were also joined by Kim Kardashian’s eight-year-old son Saint West.
The family day out comes days after Khloe insisted she and Tristan are “not meant to be together”.
The mother-of-two split from Tristan following a series of cheating scandals, despite this, she gets on “so well” with her ex-boyfriend.
She told the ‘SHE MD’ podcast: “He did make mistakes. [But] he’s the nicest guy and we get along so well now.
“We’re not meant to be together, but he was meant to be the father of these kids. And we do get along so well and I’m really grateful for that because my parents got along so well.”
The Good American co-founder has made a concerted effort to maintain a good relationship with Tristan since their breakup.
Khloe previously admitted it would’ve been easier for her to distance herself from the basketball star in light of his paternity scandal.
Speaking to Tmrw magazine, she explained: “With me and Tristan, would it be really easy to never talk to him again and to just badmouth him or whatever? Of course. But it’s way harder to be nice.
“It’s way harder when you’re really mad at someone, it’s really hard to sit in their face in front of your kids and be like, ‘Hi!'”
In 2021, it emerged that Tristan had fathered a son with Maralee Nichols – but Khloe doesn’t have any regrets about how she dealt with the scandal.
She said: “I had to learn to take control of my feelings.
“There were so many times that my feelings got control of me and I was impulsive and I tweeted something or posted something and things that you regret. But in my opinion, I’ll never regret being a nice person.”

Dame Judi Dench urges sensitive people who need trigger warnings to ‘stay away from the theatre’

OHMYGOSSIP — Dame Judi Dench has insisted people who need a trigger warning should stay away from the theatre.
The 89-year-old actress has hit out at the growing trend of pre-show alerts being read out before live shows to prepare sensitive people for scenes of violence, abuse, bereavement, loud noises and habits like smoking.
Asked about such warnings, she told the Radio Times magazine: “My God, it must be a pretty long trigger warning before ‘King Lear’ or ‘Titus Andronicus’.
“I can see why they exist, but if you’re that sensitive, don’t go to the theatre, because you could be very shocked.
“Where is the surprise of seeing and understanding it in your own way?”
She has echoed the opinions of her ‘James Bond’ successor Ralph Fiennes – who took over the role of Q from her in the 007 franchise – as insisted earlier this year that audiences have “gone too soft”.
He argued that theatre at its heart should shock and disturb the audience, while an element of surprise is a big part of what makes the art form “so exciting”.
The 61-year-old actor told the BBC: “We didn’t used to have trigger warnings.
“There are very disturbing scenes in Macbeth, terrible murders and things, but I think the impact of theatre is that you should be shocked and you should be disturbed.
“I don’t think you should be prepared for these things and when I was young we never had trigger warnings before a show.”
However, he agreed that warnings about strobe lighting should stay in place, along with notices about props which could damage someone’s health.
Sir Ian McKellen, who turns 85 on May 25, is another theatre veteran who has bemoaned the amount of warnings, particularly after signs were put up for his run in ‘Frank and Percy’ at London’s Other Palace.
Speaking to Sky News back in September 2023, he said: “Outside theatres and in the lobbies, including this one, the audience is warned ‘there is a loud noise and at one point, there are flashing lights’, ‘there is reference to smoking’, ‘there is reference to bereavement’.
“I think it’s ludicrous, myself, yes, absolutely. I quite like to be surprised by loud noises and outrageous behaviour on stage.”

Ashley Judd diagnosed with ‘sleep disorder’ after long health battle

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Judd has been diagnosed with a “sleepiness sleep disorder” after a long health battle.
The 56-year-old actress has opened up on the intensive recovery she’s undergone after fracturing her leg in a “freak accident” just after her mother’s death in 2022, which followed a similarly devastating accident during a trip to the Democratic Republic of the Congo the previous year.
In a lengthy Instagram post, she wrote: “It’s been a long journey to full recovery:
“I have had a parasite (gone now, and featured, thank you, in the New England Journal of Medicine, so exotic was it), mono, big weight gain, and now loss, finally a diagnosis of a sleepiness sleep disorder (I now know why I always napped over lunch on movie sets!), and more!”
She thanked her “awesome” fans for “cheering her on” during such a difficult time, while her siblings have also been a rock of support.
She said: “Y’all are so awesome for cheering me on, and I notice how often you ask about my leg and foot recovery.
“That accident in DRC was hellacious to a factor of 10.
“I remain grateful to my siblings there who saved my life and encouraged my spirit as I was carried out of the depths of the second lung of the planet for 67 hours to get medical attention and that first pain medicine.”
She also admitted she was “profoundly grateful” for the insurance she has through the SAG/Aftra union, as well as her “healthcare team”.
She added: “Saved my leg, saved my life.”
In a video alongside the post, Ashley explained how the first accident left her with “a Schatzker V tibial plateau fracture” and a paralyzed right foot, while she her leg “had no pulse” and she was “haemorrhaging”.
She thought her foot would never move again, but she can now do a range of exercises on both feet.
She wrote: “When I had my nerve conduction study in 2021, the Doctor said, ‘I do not know that this foot will ever move again.’ To that dude… watch this.
“I am realistic, so of course, I feel a little intimidated by Yellowstone National Park. And, I am enthralled by Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone, I am excited to meet you!”

The MTV Movie and TV Awards cancelled for 2024

OHMYGOSSIP — The MTV Movie and TV Awards have been axed for 2024.
The ceremony – which first aired back in 1992, when it was called the MTV Movie Awards – is expected to return in 2025 with a “re-imagined format”, according to various outlets.
The 2023 ceremony was pre-recorded after Drew Barrymore stepped down as the host amid the Hollywood writer’s strike in support of the Writers Guild of America (WGA).
The event went host-less, and ratings didn’t suffer at all.
The ‘Drew Barrymore Show’ host, 49, was expected to return this year, and it’s not known if she will be back for 2025.
In a statement issued to Variety at the time, she said: “I have listened to the writers, and in order to truly respect them, I will pivot from hosting the MTV Movie and TV Awards live in solidarity with the strike.
“Everything we celebrate and honour about movies and television is born out of their creation. And until a solution is reached, I am choosing to wait but I’ll be watching from home and hope you will join me.”
She added that MTV has “truly been some of the best partners I have ever worked with. And I can’t wait to be a part of this next year, when I can truly celebrate everything that MTV has created, which is a show that allows fans to choose who the awards go to and is truly inclusive.”
Bruce Gillmer, the president of music, music talent, programming, and events at Paramount Global, commented: “Drew, without question, she’s been incredible. It’s hard to imagine that we’ve ever had a better experience with a host.
“She’s more of a partner really, she’s in it every day, just super passionate and super engaged and creative. She even bought some of her own team along for the journey. So when this all reared its head, we started to prepare for what could be. She is not surprisingly, standing in solidarity with the writers, which we have full respect for. She has our full support.”
The executive producer of the awards added how “the silver lining in all of this is that we really formed a partnership almost a family-like atmosphere.
