John Stamos reveals how he found ‘comfort’ after the death of close friend Bob Saget

OHMYGOSSIP — John Stamos found “comfort” in Bob Saget’s autobiography after he died.
The 60-year-old actor starred alongside Bob – who died in January 2022 after accidentally hitting his head – in the classic sitcom ‘Full House’ and remembered falling asleep to the audio version of his co-star’s memoir ‘Dirty Daddy: The Chronicles of a Family Man Turned Filthy Comedian’ to help cope with his grief.
Speaking on the ‘Full House Rewind’ podcast, he said: “Do you remember when his book came out? I was very dirty and weird. And so and for whatever reason, the night [Saget] died, I put on his audio tape and it gave me such comfort. I don’t know why. I listened to it every night when I went to sleep.”
John even had to rewind the audiobook to listen again when Bob eerily predicts his own cause of death in the form of what seemed like a throwaway joke at the time.
He said: “One morning I woke up and I was like, ‘Did he say, in his book, did he say he hit his head and that’s how he died?’ And I’m like, ‘No. That couldn’t be.’ And I went back to it and he talks, as a joke, about, ‘I would hit my head and call TMZ and [say] I’m dying.”
At the time of Bob’s death, John admitted that he had been left “broken” by the news and knew that he would “never” have another friend like his former co-star.
He wrote on X: ““I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock.
“I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby.”
Bob is also survived by daughters Aubrey, Lara and Jennifer – whom he had with first wife Sherri Kramer – and at the time of his death, he was married to TV host Kelly Rizzo.

Let’s do better.”
Just days ago, Kylie did hint that a fourth baby could be on the cards for herself and her husband
She told New York Magazine website The Strategist: “We’re rotating through clothes we bought for our first daughter now to our youngest, so we have gone through a lot of hand-me-downs… The Hanna Anderson PJs last forever. Shiloh Jolie-Pitt files newspaper notice to drop Pitt from her name

OHMYGOSSIP — Shiloh Jolie-Pitt is moving forward with legally dropping Pitt from her name.
Almost two months after the daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt filed legal papers on her 18th birthday, May 27, to drop her father’s surname, she has completed the next phase of the process; publishing an announcement in a newspaper.
A notice recently appeared in the Los Angeles Times newspaper, announcing that Shiloh has filed to change her name to Shiloh Jolie.
According to California law, before a judge can approve a petition for a name change, the petitioner must have the legal forms published in a newspaper for one month.
Shiloh’s name change comes after another of the former couple’s children – Vivienne, 15 – also dropped the name Pitt for her inclusion in the Playbill for Broadway show ‘The Outsiders’, which she worked on backstage alongside her mother.
The former couple’s children are believed to have a strained relationship with their movie star dad ever since their parents split in 2016.
While Vivienne is working in theatre, Shiloh is believed to be looking at a career as a dancer.
A video of her dancing recently went viral when it was shared by choreographer Lil Kelaan Carter, and an insider insisted Shiloh is “dedicated” and “hard-working” when it comes to her vocation.
A source told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “Shiloh is an exceptionally talented dancer, displaying both dedication and hard work. She doesn’t rely on her famous name to achieve her goals.”
The insider noted that Shiloh would “never use” the celebrity status of her mother or father to boost her own fame, even though they reasoned that it could be “difficult” for people around the world to understand that.
They added: “Shi is a sincere and straightforward person who never uses her celebrity status to her advantage. I understand that it can be difficult to see the person beyond her celebrity status, but I urge you to make an effort for her. Believe me, it’s worth it.”
Angelina and Brad also share four other children, Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, and Vivienne’s twin Knox, 15.

Paloma Faith says people mistook her as ‘stupid’

OHMYGOSSIP — Paloma Faith says people mistook her as “stupid” when she just lacks “pretension”.
The 42-year-old singer says she has experience a lot “more respect” since she gained younger fans through social media but before then she felt people thought she was unintelligent because of the way she presents herself.
She told heat magazine: “There’s a lot of demand for me to be on TV, I’ve got a really huge following on social media from a younger crowd, I’ve trended on TikTok. But also I am known in my industry as an anomaly I’m just dancing to the beat of my own drum.
“When I first came into the music world, people would be like, ‘Well, she seems so stupid.’ I just lack pretension – that’s not the same as being stupid.
“Now, I feel like people really want to talk to me and treat me with more respect.”
Paloma admitted being a pop star is “unglamorous” most of the time – so she doubts her two daughters will want to follow her into entertainment.
The ‘Only Love Can Hurt Like This’ hitmaker – who has her two girls with her ex-partner Leyman Lahcine – said: “Well, one’s three and she’s quite the performer – but I feel like all three year olds are.
“At the moment, I’m not sure.
“I’d support whatever they want to do, but I would very surprised if they wanted to [do what I do].
“I think that they can see how unglamorous it is.
“They’re quite empathetic kids, and they’re like, ‘Why’d you always work until you’re so tired?’
“When I’ve spoken to my eldest daughter – who’s seven – about it, she’s like, ‘It looks terrible. Don’t want to do that.'”

Victoria Beckham wants to send Princess of Wales ‘pamper package’

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham wants to send Catherine, Princess of Wales a “pamper package”.
The 42-year-old royal – who has three young children with Prince William – has been undergoing chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer following abdominal surgery in January.
Fashion designer Victoria, 50, and her retired footballer spouse David, 49, have a close bond with the Royal Family, and Posh Spice would love to gift her items from her eponymous fashion brand as she has been worrying about her amid her health battle.
A source close to the former Spice Girl told heat magazine: “Victoria has really been concerned about Kate, and she and David have sent her lots of messages of support.
“But Vic wants to do something more and would like to send Kate a pamper package with some of her favourite bits from her own range, as well as other treats that she knows Kate will like.
“There are a lot of rules around sending gifts to the Royals, so Vic is keen to make sure it’s done as friends and not from her business.
“But she just wants to keep her spirits up.”
Catherine has been recuperating privately and made rare appearances since she her surgery, including attending Wimbledon this month.
She said in a video address in March: “In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.
“This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.
“As you can imagine, this has taken time. It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok.
“As I have said to them; I am well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal; in my mind, body and spirits.
“Having William by my side is a great source of comfort and reassurance too. As is the love, support and kindness that has been shown by so many of you. It means so much to us both.
We hope that you will understand that, as a family, we now need some time, space and privacy while I complete my treatment. My work has always brought me a deep sense of joy and I look forward to being back when I am able, but for now I must focus on making a full recovery.”

Eddie Murphy finds action scenes ‘harder’ in his sixties

OHMYGOSSIP — Eddie Murphy finds it really taxing doing action scenes in his sixties.
The 63-year-old Hollywood star reprised his role as the titular police detective in the long-awaited fourth instalment in the action comedy ‘Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F’, but the action-packed film was harder on him physically than the previous films.
He told Australia’s WHO magazine: “They’re harder when you’re in your sixties, I can tell you that (laughs).”
The ‘Haunted Mansion’ star admits filming movies is not as glamourous as people would think.
Asked what his favourite snapshot from making the 1984 original ‘Beverly Hill Cop’ was, he replied: “I remember how hard it was. Making any movie is really hard work – a lot of sitting around waiting and a lot of doing the same thing over and over. It looks like fun in the movie, but we were really working day after day, night after night. I was 21 years old and straight out of Saturday Night Live, so it was all a shock for me. It was a crazy time. But my fondest memories of the original movie are the reaction when it came out and seeing it in a theatre with an audience.”
Eddie’s daughter Bria, 34, made a cameo in the latest flick as Officer Renee Minnick – and he couldn’t be prouder.
The father of 10 said: “Bria did an amazing job and it was a lot of fun to work together. Another of my kids, Bella, is also an actress and I got to work with her on Coming 2 America, which was great. I’m so proud of all my kids.”

Lily Allen gets husband and daughters to do her laundry

OHMYGOSSIP — Lily Allen gets her children and husband to do her laundry.
The 39-year-old singer and actress confessed she doesn’t know how to use a washing machine so she ropes in her various family members including her spouse David Harbour and daughters Ethel, 12 and Marnie, 11, to help her.
Speaking on her ‘Miss Me?’ podcast, Lily explained: “Do you want to know a secret? I don’t know how to use a washing machine.
I have this fear of shrinking and dyeing clothes so I just don’t do it. David and the kids do the washing, I’ll iron but I don’t even like putting things in the drier. I’m scared.
“The kids are really good at it. Ethel is particularly good at using the washing machine but I have a fear of it. I don’t want to go near it.”
Meanwhile, Lily – who shares her daughters with ex-husband Sam Cooper – previously admitted she believes having children killed her music career.
She laughed as she told the ‘Radio Times Podcast’: “My children ruined my career.
“I mean, I love them, and they complete me, but in terms of, like, you know, pop stardom, totally ruined it.”
She also said she hated people using the phrase that mums can “have it all” when it comes to juggling a career with family.
Lily added: “It really annoys me when people say you can have it all because, quite frankly, you can’t.
“Some people choose their career over their children, and that’s their prerogative.
“But, you know, my parents were quite absent when I was a kid, and I feel like that really left some, like, nasty scars that I’m not willing to, you know, repeat on mine.
“And so I chose stepping back and concentrating on them, and I’m glad that I have done that because I think they’re pretty well-rounded people.”

“I’m a very gung-ho kind of person but these things don’t really work like that. This is a very specific kind of challenge.
“This is a World Record attempt, this would be a world first. Even Russ Cook, the Hardest Geezer, who ran the whole length of Africa… not taking away from it at all, it is an insane achievement but he ran most of it on road.”

“I did not know who he was when I walked into the house. He told Page Six about how he has been seeing Hollywood’s go-to therapist Phil Stutz – the subject of a 2022 Netflix documentary by his famous client Jonah Hill: “I probably wouldn’t be here (without him.)
John added he has been going to Phil for “close to 20 years”, saying: “He was big into helping me get sober.”

He added: “When I went to Stutz one of the first times, he said, ‘You know if you weren’t so f****** stupid you’d realize how good you have it’, and I was like, ‘You’re right’.”
