Eva Mendes ‘doesn’t know’ if she’ll return to acting

OHMYGOSSIP — Eva Mendes “doesn’t know” if she’ll ever return to acting.
The 50-year-old actress – who has Esmeralda, nine, and Amada, seven, with husband Ryan Gosling – hasn’t appeared in a movie since she starred in her spouse’s 2014 directorial debut ‘Lost River’ and feels like she went out on a “high” so it would take a really “interesting” role to tempt her back.
Asked if she’d return to Hollywood, Eva told ‘Good Morning America’: “I don’t know. If there’s interesting roles. I left at a time where, 10 years ago, I kind of felt like I did it, ya know, I just worked with Ryan Gosling. He’s like the best.
“It was such a high off my career to work with him and what we created together that I was like, this is a good time to ‘Seinfeld’ it and just walk out. So, who knows?”
The ‘Other Guys’ actress recently insisted it was a “no-brainer” for her to step back from acting to focus on raising her daughters and other pursuits.
She told ‘Today’ in March: “It was like a no-brainer.
“I’m so lucky, and I was like, if I could have this time with my children — and I still work, I just didn’t act, because acting takes you on location. It takes you away. It was almost just like a non-verbal agreement that it was like, ‘OK, [Ryan’s] going to work and I’m going to work. I’m just going to work here.’ ”
Eva previously admitted she was tired of being offered “s***** roles” before taking her acting break.
Speaking on the ‘Fitzy and Wippa’ podcast, she said: “I would get back into acting for a great role, I took time off to be with the kids because they were just so little, our older one just turned eight.
“But it’s also because there are just some pretty s**** roles being offered to me and I’m just so sick of taking them. I was sick of it. I said ‘you know what it’s not worth it’. If I’m gonna go away for a few months, I might as well do something that’s damn good.”

Dolly Parton doubts Beyonce was intentionally snubbed by CMAs

OHMYGOSSIP — Dolly Parton doesn’t believe Beyonce’s country album ‘Cowboy Carter’ was intentionally snubbed by the CMA Awards.
The 78-year-old country veteran says the ‘Crazy in Love’ hitmaker should be “very proud” of her foray into the genre and suggested the Country Music Association perhaps wanted to avoid leaving out any country stars from the nominations to favour a “specialty album” by an outsider.
In a new interview with Variety, Dolly said: “Well, you never know. There’s so many wonderful country artists that, I guess probably the country music field, they probably thought, well, we can’t really leave out some of the ones that spend their whole life doing that. But I didn’t even realise that until somebody asked me that question. But it was a wonderful album. She can be very, very proud of, and I think everybody in country music welcomed her and thought that, that was good. So I don’t think it was a matter of shutting out, like doing that on purpose. I think it was just more of what the country charts and the country artists were doing, that do that all the time, not just a specialty album.”
The CMAs return to Nashville on November 20, with Morgan Wallen leading with seven nominations.
As well as Entertainer of the Year, the 31-year-old singer has four nods for his hit ‘I Had Some Help’ with Post Malone.
Other nominees include Chris Stapleton, Cody Johnson, and Lainey Wilson.
Elsewhere, in the interview, Dolly gushed over Taylor Swift and the way she has “handled” her career – and admitted she feels like an Aunt to all the young pop stars.
Asked what she thinks of Taylor, 34, ‘Espresso’ hitmaker Sabrina Carpenter, 25, and 26-year-old ‘Casual’ hitmaker Chappell Roan’s music, she said: “I like them all. I’m proud of all the gals, and of course, Taylor Swift is amazing what she has done with her career. I just admire her very much and how she’s handled her business, her personal life, and what all she has meant to so many young people. [She’s] been a great inspiration. And Lord knows we need some uplifting people and things this day and time. So I’m proud of all of them. I’m old enough to feel like they’re Aunt or somebody that’s kind of looking down and saying, ‘Yay, you go!’ I think they’re all great in their own way.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian has shared new photographs of her brood as they return for a new school year.
The Skims founder’s four children with ex-husband Kanye West – North, 11, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, five – posed for snaps in their uniforms with the two girls donning matching navy blue polo shirts and matching tartan skirts and the boys in more casual attire of shorts and shirts whilst the eldest boy donned a grey hoodie.
Kim captioned the Instagram carousel: “school daze are upon us. (sic)”
The ‘Kardashians’ star marking her brood’s return to school comes after she spoke about the “struggle” of parenting a child with dyslexia.
The 43-year-old reality star re-posed Lauren Sánchez’ appearance on ‘The View’ where she spoke about penning her book ‘The Fly Who Flew to Space’, despite suffering from the learning disability, and to emphasise as her daughter North also has dyslexia.
Kim posted to her Instagram Story: “I’m reposting this not bc she’s my friend and I love her, but because every mom who has struggled with their kids with dyslexia or any learning difference needs to hear that it will be okay. (sic)”
North revealed her diagnosis during a TikTok livestream last year.
She said: “Guys, I have dyslexia. Do you even know what that is?”
Kim responded: “Northie, you sure are spilling the tea on here,” and later asked her to end the livestream, saying “you are just saying way too much. I purposely don’t talk about stuff that you are going through”.
Meanwhile, North previously revealed she is already thinking about being a businesswoman like her parents and is eyeing taking over their respective businesses, Yeezy and Skims, one day.
In her first solo cover interview with i-D magazine last year, she said: “One day I want to own Yeezy and Skims, and I want to be a business owner.”
Until then, she’d like to earn some pocket money walking dogs to pay for her art tools.
She said: “When I’m, like, 13, I want to walk dogs, to make money to buy art supplies, because everything around here is so expensive.”
North told the outlet her biggest style iconic is herself.
She added: “I love doing hair and I got to do my own edges for this shoot.”

‘I could do Dumbledore…’: Gary Oldman eyes Harry Potter reboot role

OHMYGOSSIP — Gary Oldman would like a role in the ‘Harry Potter’ TV series.
The ‘Slow Horses’ actor – who played Sirius Black in the original wizarding movie saga – hasn’t been approached about starring in HBO’s upcoming reboot but has his eye on a particular leading role.
He told IndieWire: “No one’s approached me…
“I would bet my money that they will get a whole new cast of people. Maybe in a few years, I could do Dumbledore.”
Gary’s character appeared in ‘Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban’, ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’, ‘Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix’ – in which he was killed off – and a cameo in ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2’ and he wishes he’d had more screen time.
He said: “I love Sirius. He wasn’t in it enough. He turned up and then he went through the veil.”
The weekend saw the 66-year-old star nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series at the Emmy Awards for his role as Jackson Lamb in ‘Slow Horses’, his first nod in three seasons, and he’s delighted with the popularity of the Apple TV+ drama, which was also up for the coveted Outstanding Drama Series accolade.
He said: “It started off very much a show that was culturally very British. And it is, its humour. So I feel like it’s sort of the little show that could that it’s now reached a much wider audience.
“So to be recognized with nine nominations, it’s a great thing, you know. We started four and a half years ago or whatever at the very height of the pandemic, I can’t believe we shot the first season. In bubbles and being, you know, Covid tested every three days. And it’s amazing that we got through it basically, so we’re thrilled.”

Tori Spelling has ‘found herself’ again with Dancing With the Stars

OHMYGOSSIP — Tori Spelling credits ‘Dancing With the Stars’ with helping her “find” herself.
The 51-year-old actress – who filed for divorce from Dean McDermott in March after 17 years of marriage – told her professional partner Pasha Pashkov that she had rejected an opportunity to take part on the show every year but had finally agreed to compete in the 33rd season of the dance competition series as part of her attempt to make a fresh start.
Asked by Pasha why she had said yes this time, she said on Tuesday’s (17.09.24) premiere: “[Turning] 50 hit, and my life exploded. I’m going through a really public divorce. I’m really trying to find myself again.
“Everything I thought I was has been burned to the ground.”
The former ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ actress was asked to choose her personal anthem to dance to and selected Pink’s ‘Trustfall’.
She explained: “If I am gonna fall, imma catch myself cause imma trust me.”
Although the judges declared her foxtrot to be “a little stiff” and advising she has “a lot of work to do”, Tori couldn’t have been happier after her performance.
She pumped her fist and told presenter Julianne Hough: “I found her! It only took me 51 years…
“[This is] really out of my comfort zone.”
Meanwhile, Jenn Tran also admitted she was using the show to move on from heartbreak after revealing she and fiance Devin Strader had split during ‘The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose’ earlier this month.
She reflected: “I truthfully felt like my heart was getting ripped out of my chest. Now I’m here with a little bit of vengeance…
“[I want] to be able to just be independent.”
Judge Derek Hough hailed her partnership with dancer Sasha Farber a “perfect match”.
After seeing the pair’s Cha Cha to Miley Cyrus’ ‘Flowers’, he said: “Forget about The Bachelorette because you found your perfect match right here with Sasha. Y’all are, like, adorable.”

Cardi B tells property owners to ‘iron your best suit’ over non-payment lawsuit

OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B has vowed to fight a lawsuit she and estranged husband Offset are facing over the rental of a property for their music video.
The owners of the Beverly Hills home have accused the 31-year-old rapper and the 32-year-old former Migos star of not paying for the use of the property for their ‘Like What (Freestyle)’ promo.
After TMZ reported that the pair were being hit by a $35,000 lawsuit for not paying the rental fee, the ‘WAP’ hitmaker has claimed they handed over $10,000 in cash for the 24-hour use of the house, plus “overage fees”, after they allegedly exceeded the time by “one hour”.
She raged on X: “We paid those people $10,000 IN CASH to rent the property for a whole 24 hours that same day 6 am to 6 am the next morning.
“We went over by ONE hour which we paid overage fees to the realtor for in March. There were cameras all over and both the realtors and the owners were there the ENTIRE time. I got pics and videos of them on set!”
Cardi insists the owners knew they weren’t just there to film a TikTok video and told them to “iron your best suit” for court.
She fumed: “Now they wanna finesse us trying to say we told them it was a TikTok video when that was nowhere in the contract and like they didn’t hear the whole song playing and see how long we were shooting.
“Why would it take us 24 hours to shoot a TikTok? The problem is people wanna find loopholes and get over but IRON YOUR BEST SUIT B**** I’ll see you in court!!!! (sic)”
Cardi posted a screenshot of a $4,500 payment she claims she made for the use of the mansion and shared her messages with Offset about the rental to backup her statements.
Responding to TMZ’s article, she wrote: “AHT AHT AHT not so fast.
“Receipts below! Don’t make me put my litigation wig on. (sic)”

Katy Perry praises Orlando Bloom’s son as ‘best person’ to listen to her new music

OHMYGOSSIP — Katy Perry believes Orlando Bloom’s teenage son is the “best person” to play her new music to.
The ‘Woman’s World’ hitmaker admitted her family are no longer excited at the thought of previewing her new material, but 13-year-old Flynn – who her actor fiance has with ex-wife Miranda Kerr – has a “really good ear” so he will listen and she’s happy to take on board his feedback.
Speaking to Audacy, she said: “I don’t sit them down and play them. I play little bits and pieces.
“They’ve had enough of me. They’re fine but they’re my family, they tell me to move or take the trash out. They’re not sick of it, but it’s family, they’re just going to be real, so I don’t do a listening party.
“I’ll play things to Orlando’s son, who’s 13, and he has a really good ear.
“He’s probably the best person out of my whole family… He loves ‘Never Really Over’, I played that to him before it came out and was like, ‘What do you think?’ and he said, ‘Yeah,t his is good.’. He’s got good taste.
“He loves this song called, ‘All The Love,’ which is on ‘143,’ and that’s like one of my favourite songs that I wrote.”
And Katy knows one of her best friends has “incredible taste” when it comes to pop music so she will always seek out her opinion.
She said: “My best girl friend, she works at Apple Music, we used to run a record label together, she used to work with me… She’s got such great taste. She sent me ‘Ocean Eyes’ by Billie Eilish and was like ‘This is the next best thing’, she sent me Chappel’s record like a year ago, she knew Adele before Adele was Adele.
“She’s always like a number one pop music fan. She’s got incredible taste, and she’s got a huge standard. So I play things for her and I’m like, ‘What are your thoughts?’ ”
Katy and Orlando’s three-year-old daughter Daisy is also a fan of her mom’s music and has some favourites.
The 39-year-old singer said: “She loves ‘Lifetimes’ and her current favourite is now ‘Roar’. ‘The Roar one, the tiger one mommy, mommy tiger.’
“I run a foundation called the Firework Foundation and we run a camp, she’s been with me and she calls ‘Firework’ the ‘Camp Firework Song’. It just melts my heart.”

Wilmer Valderrama recalls ‘friendly rivalry’ with That ’70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher

OHMYGOSSIP — Wilmer Valderrama had a “friendly rivalry” with Ashton Kutcher on ‘That ‘70s Show’.
The 44-year-old actor recalls his days on the sitcom in his new memoir, ‘An American Story: Everyone’s Invited’, and shared how he and his 46-year-old co-star – who played Fez and Michael Kelso, respectively – were always competing for the “biggest laughs” from the audience.
He penned: “Ashton was far more intelligent in real life than the character he played, and he was far more serious about the craft of acting than it appeared.
“He and I soon developed a friendly rivalry to see who could get the biggest laughs from the audience on the first take.”
The pair gave themselves the name “two-takers” as they would “always try to land the first perfectly, then do the second take just for fun.”
Wilmer recounted: “If you mess up on the first take and try for a huge laugh on the second, the joke never lands as powerfully. If you need to do a third or fourth take, you might as well forget it.”
The ‘NCIS’ star didn’t want to get his “hopes up” when he was auditioning for the role of Fez, because he had already lost a number of acting gigs.
He admitted: “I didn’t put much stock into the show at first. I vowed to give it my all, just like everything else. But after you’ve been auditioning for a few years without much success, you learn not to get your hopes up.”
Some of the cast from the show – which ran from 1998 to 2006 – reunited for the spin-off ‘That ’90s Show’, but Wilmer, Ashton and Mila Kunis (Jackie Burkhart) did not return.
Wilmer explained that his schedule was slammed and wished the new cast all the best.
He told PEOPLE: “There’s no time!
“We’re pushing 20 episodes a season [on NCIS], but at the same time, it’s the kids’ jobs.”
Wilmer added: “This is their show now, and I think it was important that we came and pay respect to their show and have fun with the legacy of what we did.
“At the same time, it was really about, you know, now seeing them take it over.”
The Netflix spin-off, which premiered last year, saw Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp reprise their roles as Red and Kitty Forman.

Colin Farrell talked The Penguin with ‘super supportive’ Danny DeVito

OHMYGOSSIP — Colin Farrell has praised Danny DeVito for being “super supportive” of ‘The Penguin’.
The ‘Banshees of Inisherin’ actor plays the titular villain , aka Oswald Cobblepot, in the new HBO series and while he’s enjoyed some friendly chat with the 79-year-old star – who portrayed the character in 1992’s ‘Batman Returns’ – about the role, his pal insisted his own portrayal was “better”.
Colin told ‘Extra’: “Me and Danny shared a couple of texts back and forth, nothing serious about talking about the character, just little slags. He’s super supportive, Devito? He’s magic man, he’s super cool.
“He still thinks his Penguin is better than mine. Thank God we can’t concretise an answer on that.”
But Colin may agree with Danny as he was always a massive fan.
He gushed: “I grew up watching his Penguin… as a cinema going youngster Danny DeVito’s Oswald Cobblepot was so amazing.”
“Danny was just amazing, he was just so otherworldly [but showed] human frailty and feeling of insignificance and feeling like you’re on the outside, but having this ambition and drive and having this darkness at the heart of the man.”
While the Irishman saw similarities with his own depiction of Penguin, he noted that the show allows viewers to “really get into the psychology of the character and ask why he is the way he is.”
Colin spoke about how intense the world and the character are, which left him feeling a bit grumpy by the end of shooting!
The 48-year-old actor spent three hours in the make-up chair every morning getting transformed for the role but he “loved” the experience.
He said: “I just loved it… we listened to music in the trailer, I’d hit the script, thought about the upcoming scenes of the day.
“Everything from Puccini to White Snake… everything from every decade.”
So dramatic was Colin’s transformation, many people on the set never got to see his real self.
He said: “Plenty of crew members on the last day who said that they never met me… I worked with them for a year and never got to meet like this. Which was so strange.”
The “dark” material in the show left Colin feeling “grumpy” by the end of shooting.
He said: “It is a dark world, and dark character and… Matt [Reeves] created the template for what Oz was going to ever become if it was ever revisited, which we did with this show.
“And Matt created an extraordinary world of Gotham and then Lauren just took Matt’s template and just delved into the psychology of the character and created really complex relationships, particularly between Oz and his mother.
“I was kind of grumpy by the end… still very aware of the good fortune I had to play the character.”

Kelsey Grammer was hanging out with Matthew Perry when Friends got ‘picked up’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelsey Grammer was playing pool with Matthew Perry when ‘Friends’ was picked up.
The ‘Cheers’ actor has recalled hanging out with the late star – who died 11 months ago aged 54 – the moment he found out about the beloved sitcom, which came at a time when Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay) was in the running to play Roz Doyle in ‘Frasier’, while the role ultimately went to Peri Gilpin.
In a joint interview with Peri, Kelsey told the Daily Beast’s Obsessed: “I remember shooting pool with Matthew Perry at my house when they announced that they were going to actually pick that show up.
“It was just like a week or two before we started. So that was what she was meant to do. And they were able to write to her particular set of skills.
“I mean, she’s a little bit quirky and unpredictable. We needed somebody on a little more solid ground. Frasier needed a guide, rather than someone that was as crazy as he was.”
The 69-year-old star admitted that Lisa was “fantastic in that other show”, and it didn’t take long for Peri – who has reprised the role of Roz in the ‘Frasier’ reboot – to be linked to the character.
He recalled: “Peri’s name came up after we just couldn’t find how to help Lisa make this role work. It didn’t connect.
“And that was partially our fault and really no fault of hers. We were a little bit at sea about what that character was supposed to be.
“And then Peri’s name came up, and it was, ‘Oh, yeah, well, she’s good. She’ll be able to give it some depth and some gravitas that we weren’t able to find.’ ”
Kelsey knew Peri from her guest appearance as a reporter in ‘Cheers’, the iconic sitcom which birthed the Frasier Crane character.
On seeing her as Roz for the first time, he said: “Boom, she was fantastic. So, we missed the luxury of the first reading because we just didn’t have it.
“Peri came, and it was a day before. It was a Friday. Was it Monday? So she had one day rehearsal, and boom, off and running. It was magnificent.”
Peri – who pointed out she “did come on Friday”, giving her three days to prepare – was so convinced Lisa was set for the role that she even took her out to lunch.
She said: “I didn’t feel like it was mine. But, you know, I was at that age where you’re just all audition, audition, audition. You don’t get 99 percent of them.
“So it was like, ‘OK, Lisa got it.’ We went to lunch because she got the part. I was like, ‘Oh, I’m paying, and congratulations!’ She was, ‘I’m paying, I’m working.’ It was very normal not to get something.”

‘Falling in love is magic!’ Florence Pugh confirms new relationship

OHMYGOSSIP — Florence Pugh has confirmed she is in a new relationship.
The ‘We Live In Time’ actress – who was dating ‘Scrubs’ star Zac Braff for three years until their split in 2022 – has described “falling in love” as magical as she reflected on her blossoming new romance.
She told British Vogue magazine: “I am [in a relationship]. OK, so something that I resonate with is that I believe that if magic is real, then it’s falling in love.“
While she didn’t name the mystery man, Florence – who has been linked to ‘Peaky Blinders’ actor Finn Cole in recent weeks – insisted she wants to “take time to let something evolve”.
She added: “We are figuring what we actually are. And I think for the first time, I’m not allowing myself to go on a roller-coaster.
“I’m allowing myself to take time to let something evolve and let it be completely real to its core, as opposed to racing into that.”
She admitted “falling is the most amazing feeling”, but there needs to be more to make a romance last.
She explained: “Unfortunately if that’s the only thing that you know in a relationship, then that’s the thing that you chase. That’s not gonna last.”
Florence also addressed her previous relationship with Zach, and noted how she always “wants to protect” anyone she’s in a relationship with.
She added: “I think for anyone I’m with, I want to protect them. It’s not nice knowing that people are saying the worst things I’ve ever read about someone that I love.
“So that was necessary. I needed to talk about it. I think any relationship in this limelight is going to be stressed.”
Looking to the future, Florence has “always” had family on her mind, and it’s a matter of timing for her.
She said: “I’ve wanted to have kids since I was a child myself. I love the idea of a big family. I come from a big family. I love kids. I love hanging out with kids.
“If ever there’s a dinner party, I go straight to the kids to chat to them. So much easier. I love the honesty. I love how bored they can get. I’ve never stopped knowing that I want to have kids. It’s just figuring out when.”

Demi Moore insists her record breaking Striptease salary wasn’t about matching Bruce Willis

OHMYGOSSIP — Demi Moore insists her $12.5 million salary for ‘Striptease’ wasn’t about being compared to Bruce Willis.
The 61-year-old star became the highest paid female actor in the world with her huge payday for the 1996 movie, in which she appeared opposite her then-husband.
She told the New York Times newspaper’s ‘The Interview’ podcast: “It wasn’t about comparing myself to him. Yes, I saw what he got paid.
“It was really more about: ‘Why shouldn’t I? If I’m doing the same amount of work, why shouldn’t I?’ ”
She compared the situation to her famous Vanity Fair magazine cover, and called out the reaction to the photoshoot.
She added: “And it’s no different than when I did the cover for Vanity Fair pregnant. I didn’t understand why it was such a big deal, why women when they were pregnant needed to be hidden?
“Why is it that we have to deny that we had sex? That’s the fear, right, that if you show your belly, that means, oh, my gosh, you’ve had sex.”
Demi explained how she felt a fierce backlash over her earnings for ‘Striptease’, as people “shamed” her for the role and her payday.
She said: “Well, with ‘Striptease,’ it was as if I had betrayed women, and with ‘G.I. Jane,’ it was as if I had betrayed men.
“But I think the interesting piece is that when I became the highest-paid actress — why is it that, at that moment, the choice was to bring me down?
“I don’t take this personally. I think anyone who had been in the position that was the first to get that kind of equality of pay would probably have taken a hit.
“But because I did a film that was dealing with the world of stripping and the body, I was extremely shamed.”
Demi recently described landing the record-breaking salary as “so powerful”, despite the criticism she came under.
She told Variety: “It wasn’t just about me; it was about changing the playing field for all women. But because I was portraying a stripper, I betrayed women.”

Jennifer Hudson ‘never imagined’ how American Idol would change her life

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Hudson never imagined that ‘American Idol’ would change her life in such a dramatic way.
The 43-year-old singer was a finalist on the third season of the reality TV series back in 2004, and Jennifer admits that her life hasn’t been the same since then.
The ‘Spotlight hitmaker – who has already won Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony awards – told PEOPLE: “Sometimes, you just don’t know what time you’re in until you look back at it. I would’ve never known, or how could I have ever known, that 20 years ago, making that choice to do ‘American Idol’ would start such a huge change in my life.
“[I didn’t know] that would set my career, that I could sit here and say, 20 years later, I’m still here in the industry.”
Jennifer launched her own TV chat show, ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’, in 2022, and the singer was always confident that she would make a success of the venture, despite fierce competition from her rivals.
She previously told Variety: “I’m always willing to try. No one can blame you for that.
“I like having the opportunity, and I’m gonna focus on that and let the work speak for me.
“A saying my grandmother used to say, ‘You’ll understand it better by and by’, you know?
“If I based what I could do on other people’s thoughts, concerns and comments, I wouldn’t be sitting here. What I like to say is, ‘No one knows your potential the way you do.’ So that’s outside noise. That’s what I would call it.
“What does it have to do with me and how I think, and what the standards are? I’m going to create my own lane.”

Quiet On Set producers announce documentary about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

OHMYGOSSIP — The ‘Quiet on Set’ documentary markers are working on a series about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
True crime network Investigation Discovery was behind this year’s documentary in which a slew of former ‘Nickelodeon’ child actors alleged instances of abuse and a toxic working environment at the hands of producer Dan Schneider.
Now, they have announced a multipart docuseries for 2025 which will tell “the rise and influence of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and the allegations of violent behavior and illegal activity that have trailed the music mogul”.
In a press release, they added: “As accounts of sexual assault, abusive behaviors, and other disturbing claims surface, the doc traces the story of this self-proclaimed Bad Boy, unraveling allegations of a pattern of depravity.”
The documentary has been announced after the ‘Finna Get Loose’ hitmaker pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution during a court hearing on Tuesday (17.09.24).
The 54-year-old rapper was remanded in custody to await trial, and it has since been revealed he submitted a request to New York judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky that would allow him to retain his freedom.
The letter, obtained by E! News, offered a proposed package that would allow the disgraced rapper to “fight this case in Court effectively”, and included the $50 million bond, which was co-signed by his family, including mother Janice Combs, sister Keisha Combs and three of his sons, several of whom had surrendered their own passports when the Bad Boy Records founder’s homes were raided in March.
The proposal offered equity in Diddy’s Miami home, as well as his mother’s, and limited his travel to within certain areas of Florida, New York and New Jersey.
The judge denied Comb’s request, citing among other reasons his substance abuse and anger issues.
The next hearing in the case will take place on 25 September, and the musician has vowed to fight the allegations.
His lawyer told reporters outside the court in Manhattan: “He’s going to fight this. He’s innocent. He came to New York to establish his innocence.
“We believe in him wholeheartedly. He didn’t do these things. There’s no coercion and no crime.”

Travis Kelce recalls ‘losing his cool’ during NFL games

OHMYGOSSIP — Travis Kelce used to “lose [his] cool a lot of the time” when he under-performed on the football field.
The 34-year-old sports star – who won the Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs earlier this year – has revealed how his on-field mentality has evolved over the years.
Travis – who is dating pop star Taylor Swift – said on the ‘New Heights’ podcast: “I stopped caring about stats about four or five years ago.
“I just went out there and started to play free and play for my guys. Sure enough, I think that’s the better mentality. You think about it more play by play and what your job is on that specific play.”
Travis has made a relatively modest start to the new season – but he’s now much more philosophical about his own performances.
He said: “For whatever reason, these past two games it hasn’t gone that way for me.
“That’s football, man. I’m not about to sit here and get frustrated about it. I used to get really, really p***** off and almost lose my cool a lot of the time from not having that success knowing I demand that out of myself.
“I just like to play the game to such a high level of accountability that it’s tough for me to deal with me being mediocre or having stats that represent that.”
Earlier this year, Travis insisted that he has no plans to retire from the NFL.
During an appearance on the ‘Rich Eisen Show’, Travis shared: “It didn’t cross my mind one bit.
“I think the excitement of the challenge of this year, being able to maybe do it a third time in a row – I think that alone was all I needed. That was an instant thought, so there was really not a chance in hell that I wasn’t coming back this year.”

David Beckham hails ‘driven and passionate’ Victoria Beckham

OHMYGOSSIP — David Beckham believes his wife Victoria is finally “having the success she deserves”.
The 49-year-old soccer star believes the former Spice Girl has really earned the success she’s currently enjoying as a fashion designer.
During an appearance at the Royal Television Society’s annual conference in London, David explained: “She’s a strong, driven, passionate person who’s gone from being a Spice Girl to being respected in this industry, it’s very tough.
“She’s worked hard for 18, 19 years on her business and suddenly she’s having the success she deserves.”
David was the focus of a Netflix docu-series in 2023, and his wife is now set to become the subject of a new documentary, too.
David believes that the upcoming project will shine a light on Victoria’s passion and hard work.
He said: “People are going to see her personality and her work ethic.”
David faced a huge amount of criticism from fans and pundits during his playing days, but the former England captain hopes that some lessons have been learned from his experience.
The ex-Manchester United star – who married Victoria in 1999 – previously told Variety: “I think that my takeaway from my documentary was how important mental health is. Because, 20 years ago, nobody was talking about it. And nobody was taking it seriously.
“Now, it’s so great that people can actually talk about their feelings.”
David confessed to being hurt by some of the comments made about himself and his wife.
He shared: “There were many things said about us over the 27 years. It can be hurtful.”
Despite this, David recognises that he still has a lot to be “thankful for”.
The sporting icon said: “I was never one of these people that was going to sit back and complain.
“I was very fortunate to live the life that I did through my career. And I’m so thankful for that.”
