‘ALF’ actor Benji Gregory’s cause of death ruled an accident

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘ALF’ actor Benji Gregory’s cause of death has been ruled an accident.
The child star, was found dead on 13 June in his car in Peoria, Arizona, aged 46 amid a blazing heatwave, and the Maricopa Medical Examiner has now issued records that say he suffered “environmental heat exposure in the setting of hepatic cirrhosis”.
Benji’s sister Rebecca Hertzberg-Pfaffinger announced his death via a Facebook post on 10 July, revealing the family believed he had been killed by heat stroke, as it was 109 degrees in Peoria the day before the actor was found dead.
Best known for playing Brian Tanner on the alien puppet sitcom ‘ALF’ – which was a hit when it ran from 1986 to 1990 – Benji was found dead in his car alongside his service dog Hans at a Chase Bank parking lot.
Benji’s sister said he had suffered from depression, bipolar disorder and had an insomnia disorder that often kept him awake for days.
She said on Facebook about his passing: “It is with a heavy heart my family has suffered a loss way too early.
“Ben was a great Son, Brother and Uncle. He was fun to be around and made us laugh quite often. Still, going through his things, I find myself laughing at little videos or notes of his, in between crying.
“My brother Ben was found in his car, along with his beloved service dog Hans, deceased on June 13.
“We believe he went there the evening of the 12th to deposit some residuals (found in his car) and never got out of the car to do so.
“He fell asleep and died from vehicular heatstroke.”
She asked for any donations in honour of Benji’s life to be made to the Foundation or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Benji starred in 101 episodes of NBC’s ‘ALF’ – which told of the middle-class Tanner family who take in alien ALF after he crash-lands in their garage.
The series shows the Tanners struggling to hide the extra terrestrial from nosy neighbours and government officials.
A reboot of the show was in the pipeline in 2018 but was axed later that year.

Harry Styles ‘set to headline Glastonbury 2025’

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Styles is said to be set to headline Glastonbury.
The former One Direction singer, 30, last performed in the UK when he made a surprise guest appearance on stage with Fleetwood Mac icon Stevie Nicks, 76, when she played BST Hyde Park in July.
Sources have now told The Sun he is going to made a comeback to solo performing in the UK at Glastonbury festival after apparently being approached by organiser Emily Eavis about taking a slot on its Pyramid Stage in the summer of 2025.
An insider added: “Harry would be the perfect Glastonbury headliner and Emily has long wanted him on stage at Worthy Farm, but the dates have never quite worked out.”
Harry – who has never played Glasto – is also believed to have been quietly working on his fourth studio album according to The Sun.
His last record ‘Harry’s House’ was out in 2022 and soared to the top of the UK charts, where it stayed for six weeks.
He also toured the record, playing for millions of fans across 22 months before he wrapped up the tour in July 2023 in Italy.
The Sun’s source added about his alleged 2025 plans for a comeback: “Harry would be an incredible act to watch on the Pyramid Stage. Glastonbury has a fallow year in 2026, so booking Harry for next year would be perfect.
“It is something the team at Glastonbury are pushing for. Whether that dream will come true, however, is still to be decided by Harry’s team.”
Cher, 78, is also reportedly in advanced talks to play the coveted Legends slot at Glasto, The Sun said.
It’s not known what spot Harry would take but it would most likely be the Friday or Saturday night headline spot.

Nicole Kidman pays tribute to ‘Perfect Couple’ co-stars

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Kidman has paid tribute to her ‘Perfect Couple’ co-stars by saying she loves working in a group.
The actress, 57, stars as writer Greer Garrison Winbury in the new Amazon Prime thriller series alongside actors including Liev Schreiber, Dakota Fanning and Eve Hewson – and praised their collaboration on a podcast released as she grieves the death of her mother Janelle Kidman, whose passing she announced hours before she was awarded a best actress award for her role in her new movie ‘Babygirl’ at the Venice Film Festival on 8 September.
She told author Elin Hilderbrand and Tim Ehrenberg on their ‘Books, Beach, and Beyond’ show about working on ‘The Perfect Couple’ – which is adapted from Elin’s 2018 novel of the same name: “I love working in an ensemble because you have so many different characters on set and watching everybody and getting to know everyone.
“I just spoke to Dakota the other day going, ‘You’re so good at this’.
“And Liev, but also Eve is just such a delight… I think she’s just so intoxicating.
“You’re all working together as an acting troupe. And that’s the thing I love most.”
Nicole and Liev – who plays a character called Tag Winbury in ‘The Perfect Couple’ – star as an apparently loved-up pair on the show who are thrust into a murder probe when a body washes ashore as they prepare for their son’s wedding in Nantucket.
Nicole’s shock over her mother’s death was announced by director Halina Reijn, 48, at the Venice Film Festival.
The filmmaker – who is behind Nicole’s raunchy new movie ‘Babygirl’ – read a statement to fans from Nicole that said: “Today I arrived in Venice to find out shortly after, that my beautiful, brave mother Janelle Ann Kidman has just passed.
“I am in shock and I have to go to my family, but this award is for her, she shaped me, she guided me, and she made me.

“We love you all.”

Eric Roberts apologises for infamously bragging he was responsible for sister Julia’s success

OHMYGOSSIP — Eric Roberts has apologised for infamously boasting he was responsible for his sister’s Hollywood stardom.
‘The Pope of Greenwich Village’ star, 68, told Vanity Fair in 2018 if he hadn’t existed and acted there would “be no” Julia Roberts – or his actress daughter Emma Roberts – as celebrities or actresses.
But he has now issued a public apology for the remarks in his new memoir ‘Runaway Train: Or, the Story of My Life So Far’.
He said in the book: “One of the things I’d like to apologise for in this book is for publicly saying on more than one occasion, ‘If it wasn’t for me, there would be no Julia Roberts’.
“That’s not only unfortunate, but it’s also untrue.
“And I hope Julie will accept this more public apology. It was an asinine thing to have said.”
Eric said about ‘Pretty Woman’ star Julia, 56, and his ‘Scream Queens’ actress daughter Emma, 33: “If it wasn’t for me, there would be no Julia Roberts and no Emma Roberts as celebrities, as actresses, and I’m very proud of that.
“When Julia first came to New York, I went into (showbiz agency) William Morris and I said, ‘Which one of you is going to sign my sister Julia?’
“And I am so proud that everybody knows I was first, because I was first by a long shot.
“I was first to get Golden Globe and Academy Award nominations, so I’m proud of that.”
Eric also used his book to share his regret for claiming his and Julia’s mother Betty Lou Bredemus was dead during the early years of his career as a way to get back at their mum over his anger at her split from their father.
He said in his autobiography: “I’m only now beginning to realise the impact it must have had (on my family.)
“It was the great undoing of my relationship with my sisters. That I was unconcerned about them and focused only on my mom reading that I’d killed her off was such a selfish thing to have done.”

Taylor Swift’s level of fame overwhelms boyfriend Travis Kelce’s brother

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift’s level of fame overwhelms her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s brother.
The ‘Shake it Off’ singer, 34, has been dating NFL star Travis, also 34, since last summer and his former Philadelphia Eagles player sibling Jason, 36, has now opened up about the impact of seeing the astonishing status of her stardom up close.
He told ‘94WIP Morning Show’ co-hosts Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie: “It’s a lot. There’s a lot of people paying attention at all times, which is positive and negative at times.”
Jason added attempting to be “private” and “live your life” with Taylor’s level of fame can sometimes be impossible.
But he stressed about how he thinks it is amazing seeing her cope positively with being in the spotlight: “I think that she’s built up such a fan base and a contingency and an amount of people that really, really just, like, love her that it’s really cool at the same time.”
Jason also admitted he and Travis never got anywhere close to the crazed state of fan worship experienced by Taylor, adding: “When I think of, like, big names in music that have sustained over such a long time, and the way she has (fame), it feels like all of them kind of get to that.
“She’s at that, like, Bruce Springsteen (level) – like, tied.”
He also said about his admiration for the singer and her professional perfectionism: “She is, like, so talented it’s ridiculous.
“Not only as a singer, a songwriter, production-wise, like, she’s so involved in every facet of it.
“I think what’s so impressive about her is it’s so self-controlled. Like, she’s so involved in all of it.
“I think that a lot of these guys, again, like, they’re great artists, and that’s what the profession is, but when you can be the great artist as well as the great business manager as well as the great, like, producer and, like, when you wear all of those hats, it’s just remarkable to me that she can do all of that.”

Hugh Jackman uses daily meditation to stay ‘more able to connect to people’

OHMYGOSSIP — Hugh Jackman uses daily meditation to stay “present” and “more able to connect to people”.
The ‘Deadpool, and Wolverine’ actor, 55, has been open for years about he stays in top physical shape for his roles, but has now shared how he keeps his mind and spirit in tune.
He told People at the David Lynch Foundation’s Meditate America Gala about how he had started meditating 31 years ago when he was a “younger acting student”: “I thought it would really help me with my acting. That’s why I sort of went and it did.”
He added about its continuing positive impact on his life: “It helps you be more present, more creative, more energised, more able to connect to people.
“What I realised very quickly is it changed everything in my life into better: my relationships, my sense of who I am, my accountability with who I am – and literally, every aspect of my life changed.”
Hugh stressed he tried not to sound as if he was into “converting” people to the benefits of meditation when he got evangelical about meditation.
He said: “I am one of those people (where if) there’s something good in my life – could be good restaurant, a good walk, or a beautiful day – I do like to talk to people around me: ‘You gotta check this out’.
“I do like to share this. So this is something very dear and important to me.”
The actor, who split from his longtime actress wife Deborra-Lee Furness, 68, in September 2023, added he meditates every day at lunchtime when he is on the set of movies.
He added: “For me, having that reset at lunchtime – I’ll go back in the afternoon, and I can watch people on set sometimes flagging a little bit – and I’m like, ‘Let’s get ready to go’.
“It’s not just energy. It’s the quality of the energy that makes you feel grounded, feel present, more creative, more able to be spontaneous.”

Cher ends bid for conservatorship over son

OHMYGOSSIP — Cher has ended her bid for conservatorship of her son Elijah Blue Allman.
The 78-year-old singer had made an application to take charge of her offspring’s affairs nine months ago, citing alleged substance abuse problems, but the pair have now made a private agreement and want to work on “rebuilding their family bond”.
A statement from Elijah’s attorneys, Avi Levy and Steven Brumer, given to People magazine read: “The team successfully defended Elijah, resulting in Cher voluntarily dismissing her petition. This outcome allows the parties to focus on healing and rebuilding their family bond, a process that began during mediation and continues today.”
Neither the ‘Believe’ hitmaker nor her 48-year-old son were present for a court hearing on Friday (13.09.24) but Cher’s lawyer, Gabrielle Vidal, said they had “privately resolved that matter” and that the singer wanted to dismiss her petition without prejudice, meaning she could potentially file again if necessary.
Cher previously claimed a conservatorship was “urgently needed” because she “feared that her son would not be alive within the year”.
The ‘Mermaids’ star’s lawyers cited his treatment for schizoaffective disorder and revealed that in the past year he has been placed in several 5150s – a California legal code which allows a person with a mental illness to be involuntarily detained for a 72-hour psychiatric hospitalisation.
A judge ruled against the proposal as Elijah proved he had “managed his finances”, has an apartment and “remained drug free” after submitting “several drug tests” during the proceedings.
The judge also ruled there was not “sufficient evidence” to agree to the temporary conservatorship, as much of what the mother and son were arguing was based on “fears” and hypotheticals.
The pair attended a private mediation session in May, during which they agreed to “pause all legal proceedings and related activities, including all discovery and motion practice, to allow the Parties to continue working together to privately and confidentially resolve this matter.”

Richard Harris was on ‘good behaviour’ with his kids

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Harris was always on his best behaviour during school holidays because he wanted to be “present” with his kids.
The late acting legend was a notorious hellraiser and his drinking prowess was the talk of Hollywood, but his son Jared Harris has insisted the screen star always toned it down in front of his three sons following his divorce from their mother Elizabeth Rees-Williams.
Jared told the Big Issue magazine: “Growing up, my two brothers and I were the one constant, because my parents were divorced. So we would move from one to the other over the holidays.
“My father loved kids. He loved the anarchy of children. He was incredibly indulgent as a parent. My mother was much stricter with us. He was very accepting and very open minded and incredibly generous.”
Jared went on to explain ‘Camelot’ star Richard was never “getting hammered” when he was supposed to be spending time with his kids.
He added: “We weren’t with him that often. He had two weeks during the Easter and Christmas holidays and over weeks over the summer.
“He would try hard to make sure that his filming schedule didn’t happen at the same time as the holidays. But you can’t always control that.
“But he was on good behaviour during those holidays, because he wasn’t running off with his mates and getting hammered, he wanted to be present with us.”
Jared’s brother Jamie is also an actor while Damian went into directing.
Jared previously admitted he believed his father played up his hellraiser reputation as a ruse to generate publicity for his films.
He told The Guardian: “[I’m always asked] the ‘hell-raiser’ question – whenever I do interviews and they ask about my dad, they never get past that.
“He did it to himself because he promoted that image in newspapers to get column inches for the projects he was on.
“But I wanted to explode that particular myth and get to who he really was. To be honest, he didn’t want you to figure him out.
“I remember one time we were having an argument and he said, ‘Don’t psychoanalyse me! You’re not smart enough!’ He didn’t want the mystery discovered.”

Ethan Slater settles divorce

OHMYGOSSIP — Ethan Slater has settled his divorce from Lilly Jay.
The Broadway actor – who is now dating Ariana Grande – split from his high school sweetheart in summer 2023 amid claims he had grown close to his ‘Wicked’ co-star, and the pair have now agreed the terms of their split and had their divorce signed off by a judge, TMZ reports.
It is unclear how the former couple have agreed to split their assets or custody of their two-year-old son.
The 32-year-old actor and Ariana went public with their romance last October, three months after they split.
After Ethan filed for divorce last July, Lilly hit out at the ‘Thank U, Next’ hitmaker – whose marriage to Dalton Gomez also ended in 2023 – and said her family had been “collateral damage”.
She told the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column: “[Ariana’s] the story really. Not a girl’s girl.
“My family is just collateral damage.
“The story is her and Dalton [Gomez, Ariana’s estranged husband].”
Earlier this year, Ariana voiced her frustration over the speculation surrounding her relationship.
Addressing the conversation around her personal life, she told ‘The Zach Sang Show’: “I feel like we don’t need to go into any specifics.
“But of course, there’s an insatiable frustration, inexplicable, hellish feeling with watching people misunderstand the people you love, and you and anything.”
Ariana previously described 2023 as one of the “most challenging” years of her life.
She wrote on Instagram: “one of the most transformative, most challenging, and yet happiest and most special years of my life. there were so many beautiful and yet polarized feelings.
“i’ve never felt more at the mercy of and in acceptance of what life was screaming to teach me. i’ve never felt more fulfilled by or present in my work, being able to cherish every moment. i gave everything i could have possibly given of my heart and of myself to the projects i was fortunate enough to be a part of and learned so much from every brilliant, beautiful, soul that i had the privilege of creating art with and crossing paths with this year.
“i have never felt more pride or joy or love while simultaneously feeling so deeply misunderstood by people who don’t know me, who piece whispers together and make what they want out of me and their assumptions of my life. i have learned how much more important one of those things is than the other. Victoria Beckham reveals her icy hangover cure

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham plunges her face in ice cold water to ease her hangovers.
The 50-year-old designer – who has four children with husband David Beckham – was advised to use a cold treatment to ease puffiness in the mornings, and she always carries out the process after a night out if she’s had wine to drink.
She told HELLO! Fashion Monthly magazine: “[My facialist] Melanie Grant says if I feel a bit puffy when I wake up in the morning, to stick my head in a bowl of ice cold water and I do this often, especially after a couple of glasses of red wine the night before.”
The former Spice Girls singer kickstarts her day by drinking apple cider vinegar.
She said: “I have a few rituals that I do to support my everyday health, like a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach in the morning.
“Then David and I usually have a green smoothie. We add spinach, broccoli, celery, cucumber, avocado, apple, lemon and ginger, so it’s anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants and fibre.”
And Victoria believes in staying hydrated to help with glowing skin, as well as light therapy.
She said: “I do think the habits you’ve heard a million times work, like drink lots of water every day.
“I use my LED machine most nights and have really noticed a difference in my skin, but I have to ensure I am consistent using it.”
Though Victoria’s 12-year-old daughter Harper often borrows her cosmetics, she doesn’t mind and is proud of the fact the youngster is a particular fan of her own beauty line.
Asked if Harper raids her make-up bag, she said: “Yes and I take it as a compliment – Harper researches for hours and has a real interest in beauty products.
“If she steals a product, like she did my FeatherFix recently, I know we are onto a good thing.”

Kalenna Harper denies witnessing Diddy abuse

OHMYGOSSIP — Kalenna Harper has disputed claims made in Dawn Richards’ sexual abuse lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
The former Danity Kane member filed a lawsuit against her former mentor earlier this week, and in her legal documents she alleged she and her Diddy-Dirty Money bandmate were threatened by the rap mogul after witnessing him abuse his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, but Kalenna has distanced herself from the situation.
She insisted she wasn’t aware of “any behaviour that could be considered abusive or unlawful” while working with Bad Boy Records founder.
And she said in a statement given to TMZ: “While I fully respect Dawn’s right to recount her experiences, I want to emphasize that her account reflects her personal perspective and should not be interpreted as a universal truth applicable to everyone involved.
“Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences, and some do not align with my own truth.”
In her lawsuit, Dawn alleged she and Kalenna once urged Cassie to leave the ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ hitmaker after witnessing the way he treated her, and when Diddy found out, he threatened them.
She claimed he told them: “Y’all b****** don’t get in my relationship.
“Just make money and shut the f*** up. You b****** want to die today?” a
Dawn also claimed she saw Diddy throw a pan of eggs on Cassie, punch her in the face, and attempt to strange her, as well as alleging he had sexually assaulted her on several occasions.
Diddy – who is facing a string of other sexual abuse allegations – has accused Dawn of trying to “rewrite history” and denied her claims via his lawyer.
Attorney Erica Wolff said in a statement: “Mr. Combs is shocked and disappointed by this lawsuit. In an attempt to rewrite history, Dawn Richard has now manufactured a series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a pay day — conveniently timed to coincide with her album release and press tour.
“If Ms. Richard had such a negative experience with ‘Making the Band’ and Danity Kane, she would not have chosen to continue working directly with Mr. Combs for Dirty Money, nor would she have returned for the ‘Making the Band’ reboot in 2020 or agreed to be featured on ‘The Love Album’ last year.
“It’s unfortunate that Ms. Richard has cast their 20-year friendship aside to try and get money from him, but Mr. Combs is confidently standing on truth and looks forward to proving that in court.”

Artem Chigvintsev seeks joint custody of son

OHMYGOSSIP — Artem Chigvintsev is seeking joint custody of his son.
The ‘Dancing With the Stars’ professional’s wife Nikki Garcia filed for divorce earlier this week and while she requested sole legal and physical custody of their four-year-old son Matteo, in the dancer’s response to her petition, he wants care of the boy to be shared between them.
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Artem has also requested spousal support from the former WWE star and asked for her to pay his attorneys fees.
In her own petition, 40-year-old Nikki – who asked for her estranged husband to be given visitation rights to their son – requested the court terminate spousal support for both parties.
Both Artem and Nikki listed the reason for their split as “irreconcilable differences” and confirmed their date of separation as 29 August, the day the 42-year-old dancer was arrested on a domestic violence charge.
Artem was arrested by the Napa County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of felony corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant two weeks ago.
Audio of a 911 call obtained by TMZ featured a dispatcher saying the 42-year-old dancer had alleged his spouse had thrown her shoes at him.
The clip featured the dispatcher saying Artem’s call “initially came in as requesting medical, but now he is stating he got into an argument with his wife and his wife threw shoes at RP [reporting party].
“There is a child on scene. Medical en route.
“There’s an active 415 [disturbing the peace] in the background responsible.”
But the dancer then stated he no longer needed medical assistance, with the dispatcher confirming: “RP is stating no medical is needed now.”
Artem was booked on a charge of corporal injury to a spouse and released later in the day on $25,000 bond.
The pair met on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ in 2017 but didn’t start dating until the following year, after the retired wrestler had split from John Cena.
They got engaged in January 2020 and married in Paris in August 2022.

JoJo worried Taylor Swift ‘felt bad’ for her career struggle

OHMYGOSSIP — JoJo was grateful for the support of Taylor Swift during her career struggles.
The ‘Leave (Get Out)’ hitmaker – whose real name is Joanna Levesque – spent years unable to release music as Blackground Records had the rights to her recorded voice but didn’t have a distribution deal in place, and while she found much needed support in other stars such as the ‘Cruel Summer’ hitmaker and mutual pal Selena Gomez, a ‘Galentine’s Day’ celebration at the pop superstar’s home ultimately left JoJo feeling it was “too late” for her.
In an extract from her memoir ‘Under the Influence’ published by People magazine, JoJo wrote: “Taylor was so sweet and complimentary, and she seemed excited that Selena had brought me along with her. She mentioned deepcut songs of mine she loved and kept saying how f***** up the lawsuit was, the fact that I couldn’t put out music.
“I don’t remember if she already knew what was going on from social media or if I’d told her about the situation, but she was — in no uncertain terms — letting me know she was on my side and believed in me.
“I appreciated Taylor’s kind words, but I thought I could see in the eyes of everyone else at the party that they felt bad for me.
“Maybe they thought I was never going to get out of this limbo. Or that it was too late for me even if I did.
“Maybe they could tell I didn’t have the money or the parents who could help dig me out of any holes I might find myself in. Maybe they saw the imposter in my eyes. Then again, perhaps that was all my own projection.”
The 33-year-old singer delighted in being welcomed by Taylor and Selena, having spent the early days of her career “conditioned” not to be friends with potential chart rivals.
She wrote: “This was such a big departure from the female popstar polarisation of the 1990s and early 2000s.
“It was the 2010s now, and the ‘girl boss’/’girl gang’ vibe was having a real moment.
“Earlier in my career, I’d been conditioned to keep girls like Selena and Taylor close but never let them really know what I was doing, going through or thinking. To be ‘strategic.’ But I wasn’t.
” sometimes wished I could be, but I simply liked who I liked and didn’t like who I didn’t like. While some of my peers could ‘play the game’ like their lives depended on it, I never could quite figure out how to posture and politic and not feel like a big huge phony in the process.
“I genuinely enjoyed these girls, and although two of them were among the most famous women in the world, we had the shared experience of starting out very young, and I was happy to be let into the fold, part of a group.
“We stayed up late, wore sweats and no make-up, laughed until we cried, and ate copious amounts of French fries. It was awesome.”

Alicia Vikander reveals how motherhood inspired Firebrand performance

OHMYGOSSIP — Alicia Vikander has had “new emotions” to draw on since becoming a mother.
The 35-year-old actress – who has two sons with her husband Michael Fassbender – has revealed that she relished playing Henry VII’s wife, Catherine Parr, in the movie ‘Firebrand’, because it was the first time she’d played a parent since becoming one herself.
Alicia – who gave birth to her first child in 2021 and her second child earlier this year – told HELLO!: “As an actor, I think you always draw on your own life experiences and fantasies as well as your imagination.
“I had played a mother before I became a parent myself.
“I gave birth on screen three times before I gave birth for real.
“I definitely feel you get access to endless new emotions to draw on the second you become a parent.
“It impacted the way I did this film, for sure.”
Alicia also found that her costumes helped her to play the historical figure.
She explained: “The first costume fitting, the ritual of putting it on, was pivotal in my finding the character.
“The clothes are a reminder of what life was like for women like Catherine back then.
“But the costumes were just so beautiful and authentic.
“I had seven or eight layers on most of the time. It was 30 minutes just to put it all on. I loved them.”
What’s more, the actress did “a lot of research” about the Tudor era before filming started.
Speaking about her preparation, she said: “There is a lot of research.
“I spoke a lot with [director] Karim Ainouz and I read a lot of books and listened to a lot of lectures from experts on the Tudors who came and spent time with us.
“Of course, this happened 500 years ago, so we can’t know for sure every detail of what happened, but that’s the beauty of telling a story like this.”

I Dream of Jeannie star Barbara Eden, 93, ‘doesn’t think’ about ageing

OHMYGOSSIP — Barbara Eden “doesn’t think” about ageing.
The 93-year-old actress achieved global stardom in the 1960s when she was cast in the title role of the NBC sitcom ‘I Dream of Jeannie’ – which served as a rival to ABC’s ‘Bewitched’ – but all these decades later has admitted that it is “important” to keep busy above all else.
She told Fox News Digital: “I don’t think about it. would guess that a shrink would say that I want to be productive and not sit on a shelf and do nothing. I think if I wasn’t doing what I’m doing, I would go out and find a job just to keep myself going and be part of civilization… If you don’t try, you’re not going to be doing anything. That’s not good. I say, just be busy. Be productive. That’s so important… It’s important to me.”
The ‘How to Marry a Millionaire’ star has not played the television genie since the final episode aired in 1970 but still likes to engage with fans of the cult sitcom and recalled a time when three young men came to her door on Halloween dressed as her signature character.
She said: “Connecting with my fans is very important to me. First of all, I think I have absolutely the nicest people who like what I’ve done. No one’s rude. No one’s out of line. Everyone is polite and fun to be around – no matter where I go..
“Now, I don’t encourage this at all, but I remember these three young men from college came to my front door, and they were all dressed as Jeannie. They were just having fun being Jeannie with the ponytail, the pink pants – everything. That was fun. Strange, but fun!.”

Justin Bieber’s baby could be about to make his first public appearance, says Stephen Baldwin

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin and Hailey Bieber’s baby could be about to make his first public appearance, according to Stephen Baldwin.
The 58-year-old actor is grandfather to Jack Blues Bieber, two months, through his daughter Hailey Bieber, and as he celebrated the fourth birthday of his granddaughter Iris – who he has through his other daughter Alaia, 30, and her husband Andrew Aronow – teased that the world will see the little one in the very near future.
He told People: “I’ve been hanging out with my four-year-old granddaughter Iris. I’m in town to celebrate her fourth birthday and the launch of the podcast and all that.
“And of course, here comes Jack Blues Bieber. And yeah, he’s just… I don’t want to say too much. He’s unbelievably cute and world will see him soon.”
Hailey and ‘Peachers’ singer Justin – who tied the knot in 2018 – have not shown their baby’s face yet and upon his birth in the middle of August, simply shared a picture of his little foot with the world.
Stephen – who has been married to Kennya Deodato, 56, since 1990 – joined Justin’s mom Pattie Mallette, 49, in applauding the couple on the birth after she said on X: “CONGRATULATIONS @justinbieber and Hailey. I LOVE YOU FOREVER BABY JACK!!”
Minutes later, Stephen added: “Amen, Congratulations to you and may God continue to bless our family.”
Despite seeming on good terms with his daughter and the little one, Hailey recently revealed she is no longer “super close” with her famous family.
She told W Magazine she feels like the distance is because she’s “very independent”, adding: “I’m my own individual now, and I’ve built my own family.”
Hailey stressed she has “very fond, beautiful memories” growing up with a “fairly normal childhood”.
Shortly after the chat came out, Stephen seemingly responded to her public slighting with a selfie video that appeared to address Hailey’s comments in the caption.
He said online: “Today, staying positive is a choice !! so I’m trusting in the power of joy, peace, and happiness. Finally if anyone hasn’t told you today, (kissing emoji.) I LOVE YOU (red heart emoji.)”
