The 64-year-old star – who is known for her role as Tracey Stubbs on classic sitcom ‘Birds of a Feather’ but has also appeared as a regular panellist on ITV chat show ‘Loose Women’ since 2012 – appeared in action comedy movie ‘Anuvahood’ back in 2011 and explained that it has been “nice” to make a return to acting for its sequel.

Pierce Brosnan ‘doesn’t care’ who the next James Bond is

OHMYGOSSIP — Pierce Brosnan “doesn’t care” who the next James Bond is.
The 69-year-old actor took over the role of the legendary 007 spy from Timothy Dalton for the movies ‘GoldenEye’, ‘Tomorrow Never Dies’, ‘The World Is Not Enough’ and ‘Die Another Day’ but is not interested in who should get the coveted part in the future.
He said: “Who should do it? I don’t care. It’ll be interesting to see who they get, who the man shall be. Whoever he be, I wish him well.”
However, the ‘Mamma Mia!’ star went on to explain that Daniel Craig – who was his successor in the role and played the part over the course of five instalments from 2006 until 2021 – always “gave his heart” on screen but admitted he had only seen ‘Skyfall’ 2012 and was “unsure” about ‘No Time to Die.’
He told British GQ: “I saw the last one and I saw ‘Skyfall’. I love Skyfall. I’m not too sure about the last one.”
Meanwhile, producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson are focused on finding a Bond villain before deciding on the new 007.
Barbara said: “We always sit down with our writers, and we start by thinking about, ‘What’s the world afraid of?’ We start by thinking about, ‘Who’s the Bond villain?’
We try to focus on that sort of uber story, and then we want to also look at Bond’s emotional life, and what he’ll be facing personally that he hasn’t had to deal with before. So he has two big issues in the films – one is the geopolitical one and the other is the personal one.”

She said: “She was in my life at a time when my mum was seriously unravelling. She was like a mother figure, and you still need that, even in your early twenties. I felt it wasn’t appropriate [to stay in contact] when David got engaged to [his now ex-wife] Serena.”
However, the former ‘What Not to Wear’ host – who went on to marry entrepreneur Sten Bertelsen and now has Cece, 18, Esme, 21, and Joe, 23 with him – explained that Princess Margaret had thrown a dinner party to celebrate her engagement to Sten and became “mischievous” by telling her fiance how in “love” Susannah had been wither her son.
She told The Sunday Times: “I got a call saying, ‘Princess Margaret would like to give a dinner for you and Sten to celebrate your engagement.’ Part of it was nosiness on her part, but also to make sure that I was going to be in safe hands. Tony – who is competing against the likes of ‘Loose Women’ star Kaye Adams, former ‘X Factor’ contestant Fleur East and 1980s pop star Matt Goss on the show also thinks the treatment he got after he left prison following a drink-driving conviction, and suffering a “mental breakdown” has made him unafraid of what judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke could say to him as feedback.
He said: “I’m going to top you all because when I came out of prison they lobbed bottles at me and I had carrots thrown at me. So – I’ve trumped it. I had a mental breakdown when I was 49 and working too hard in China. I’m not working too much, my calendar’s pretty empty for the next three months so I just thought yeah, go for it.”

David Hasselhoff: Baywatch movie bombed everywhere but Germany

OHMYGOSSIP — David Hasselhoff says the ‘Baywatch’ film “bombed” everywhere else but Germany.
The 70-year-old actor – who played series lead Mitch Buchannon -has claimed it was only because he hyped up the 2017 flick in the European country that it did well over there.
The movie – which starred Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, and saw Hasselhoff appear as The Mentor – failed to set the box office alight, making $177.9 million, with a budget of just under $70 million.
And The Hoff told Reader’s Digest UK: “They blew it and it bombed, except in Germany.
“I went on stage there and said, ‘It’s a great film,’ just be nice, and it was a huge hit.”
Meanwhile, Efron recently branded his ‘Baywatch’ body unattainable and insisted it looked “fake”.
The 34-year-old Hollywood actor – who played trainee lifeguard Matt Brody – is adamant the rippling muscles and low body fat just isn’t realistic for everyday life and didn’t even look good on the big screen.
He told Men’s Health magazine: “That ‘Baywatch’ look, I don’t know if that’s really attainable. There’s just too little water in the skin,” Efron said “Like, it’s fake; it looks CGI’d. And that required Lasix, powerful diuretics, to achieve. So I don’t need to do that. I much prefer to have an extra, you know, two to three percent body fat.”
The former ‘High School Musical’ star went on to admit he was training too hard and not getting enough sleep in a bid to achieve the perfect body – and it “messed” him up.
He added: “I started to develop insomnia and I fell into a pretty bad depression, for a long time. Something about that experience burned me out. I had a really hard time recentering. Ultimately they chalked it up to taking way too many diuretics for way too long, and it messed something up.”

Lupita Nyong’o ‘dreaded’ shooting Black Panther following the death of Chadwick Boseman

OHMYGOSSIP — Lupita Nyong’o “dreaded” shooting ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ without Chadwick Boseman.
The 39-year-old actress starred as Nakia in the 2018 MCU movie alongside Chadwick Boseman – who died from colon cancer at the age of 43 back in 2020 – in the title role and explained that she found it “unfathomable” that director Ryan Coogler could find a way to bring a sequel to the screen without her former co-star.
She said: “I didn’t have doubts – I had dread. Ryan had walked me through what the film was going to be when Chadwick was still alive. And so once we lost him, the thought that we could go on, it was just unfathomable to me”
However, the Oscar-winning actress went on to explain that what she was eventually shown prior to the production of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ -which sees Letitia Wright step into the leading role of Marvel superhero Shuri – was “so beautiful” in the end and moved her to tears.
She told Empire Magazine: “What Ryan ended up sharing with me was just so utterly truthful and beautiful. By the end of it, I was in tears.”
Meanwhile, Ryan explained that he was able to “move forward” with the project following the death of Chadwick – who had suffered privately from cancer for four years – because of the “unique band of actors” around him, including the likes of Angela Bassett and Winston Duke..
He said: “Maturity is about being faced with impossible questions, and still making a choice and moving forward. This unique group is more like a band than it is a group of actors, and Chad was our lead singer. So for me, it was like, ‘How do I figure out a song that they can still get up there and sing?’, in light of what we were dealing with.”
‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ is set for release on November 11.

She captioned the clip: “I can’t wait for the adventures that we haven’t even dreamed of yet.”
Molly-Mae’s video started with her reading the quote from her time on the ‘Love Island’ finale with Tommy, who she met on the 2019 series of the ITV2 dating show.
Her sister Zoe Hague was among the droves of fans who congratulated her, saying on Instagram: “Love all three of you so much. You’re going to be incredible parents.”
Her best friend and former ‘Love Island’ castmate Maura Higgins added: “AND THERE WE GO IM CRYING AGAIN!!!!!!LOVE YOU SO SO MUCH.”
Molly-Mae previously admitted she couldn’t wait to start a family with Tommy and didn’t mind about not being married before they had a child.
She has said: “I’m so excited to have babies and all the other stuff that comes for me and Tommy in the future, like I just cannot wait.
“I love my life with him (Tommy) so much now… the thought of it getting even better and having a miniature human that’s half of him and half of me, like what the hell?!”
Tommy told fans at the start of the year they would be trying for a baby soon and said he wanted four children.
He said to The Sun: “I want four kids but it’s Molly’s body and she’s the one who has to go through it – but I’ll be there with her every step of the way.
“I’m a big family man and come from a big family too and it’s something we talk about a lot. I don’t think it’s in the far too distant future.
“Apart from boxing, having a family is what I’m really looking forward to. Me and Molly aren’t the biggest partygoers.
“Molly doesn’t drink, I’ll only have a drink after a fight and we don’t go out every weekend so settling down with kids won’t change us.
“I can’t reveal our baby names though – imagine if Molly fell pregnant and then someone else has a baby and steals our name? I’d never live it down!
“They’re going to be kept very secret until the day we announce it. I can’t wipe the smile off my face because we’re both so passionate about becoming parents and I just can’t wait for that day.”

Michelle Heaton ‘signs to Celebrity SAS after three-year drink and drugs battle’

OHMYGOSSIP — Michelle Heaton has reportedly signed up to ‘Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins’ after her three-year battle with drink and drugs.
The former Liberty X singer, 43, is said to be joining the Channel 4 show’s next series alongside former Conservative minister Matt Hancock, TOWIE’s James Argent and The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran.
A source told The Sun on Sunday night (25.09.22): “Michelle is ready and raring to go and is out filming with her co-stars now.
“She has gone through so much in her personal life because of her struggle with Mum-of-two Michelle previously told The Sun she “wasn’t in a fit state” to appear on TV shows she was being proposed for due to her addiction battles.
She admitted: “In hindsight it was probably for the best thing that could have happened for me. I would never have been able to do them properly when I was drinking.
“I am in a really healthy place right now both mentally and physically and I am the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been.”
Michelle confessed at the end of 2021 she had never performed a Liberty X gig sober.
The recovering alcoholic, who spent 12 years in the band, also sobbed during an interview with ITV host Lorraine Kelly she had been secretly drunk during appearances on her morning show.
Michelle, who has daughter Faith, 10, and son AJ, eight, with her teetotal Irish businessman husband Hugh Hanley, added she was only getting smell, taste and emotions back after her years of numbing herself with drink and cocaine binges.
She told Lorraine: “It’s so good being on stage sober – if I’d known this I would have stopped drinking years ago.
“It’s so much better and invigorating being on stage and not worrying about, ‘When are you going to fall over?’ I’d never done a gig sober before.”
She said her body battled “to relearn” to survive with her damaged pancreas and liver after her life-saving stint in The Priory, where she was checked in fearing she was “on death’s door”.
Michelle added to Lorraine: “I promised myself I wouldn’t cry… I wanted to apologise to you before we begin because there were times where I drank before I sat on this sofa and you trusted me and I did campaigns for you.
“I love you so much because you’ve always been there to support me and I want to say I’m sorry.”
Michelle admitted her husband Hugh staged an intervention in 2020 about her drinking but she refused to go to rehab.
She finally submitted to the treatment in 2021 after becoming so hooked on alcohol she felt she “couldn’t breathe” or move without alcohol.
Michelle was told by Priory staff her enzyme GGT, which indicates liver damage, was 2,5000 compared to a healthy 30.
She said she has “always” had addictions including one to slimming pills in her youth that left her with heart problems.
Michelle slipped into drinking and drug taking after struggling with the side effects of a hysterectomy in 2012 and a double mastectomy in 2015, carried out to reduce her risk of cancer, which plunged her into an early menopause.

Bob previously joked that during his time on the German show, he noticed that the contestants are “much tougher”
as part of their culture when compared to the celebrities who have appeared on the UK version.

KiKi Layne and Ari’el Stachel claim most of their Don’t Worry Darling scenes were ‘cut’

OHMYGOSSIP — KiKi Layne and Ari’el Stachel have claimed most of their scenes were “cut” from ‘Don’t Worry Darling’.
The pair play couple Margaret and Ted Watkins in Olivia Wilde’s psychological thriller – which stars Florence Pugh and Harry Styles as housewife Alice Chambers and her workaholic husband Jack – and KiKi has insisted she’s not bothered by the lesser screen time because she got to meet her lover Ari’el.
The 30-year-old star wrote on Instagram alongside a picture and video of her and her co-star: “The best thing about #DontWorryDarling is that I was lucky enough to meet @arielstachel.
“They cut us from most of the movie, but we thriving in real life.”

Ari’el also shared a TikTok about ending up on the “cutting room floor”.
Meanwhile, over the weekend, Olivia was publicly supported by more than 40 crew members and studio executives over her ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ controversy.
They joined forces to deny a report suggesting the 38-year-old director and the film’s star Florence, 26, got in a “screaming match” on-set.
Warner Bros. executives Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy told Page Six in a statement: “We are so proud of the work that Olivia Wilde has done making this incredibly beautiful and entertaining film and look forward to collaborating with her again.
“The studio is very grateful and appreciative of the tireless support by Olivia in bringing her vision to life from production through release. Any suggestion of conflict between the studio and Olivia is simply not true.”
The crew and production staff issued a statement in the wake of a report published by Vulture about alleged tensions between Olivia and Florence.
They told People: “As a crew, we’ve avoided addressing the absurd gossip surrounding the movie we’re so proud of, but feel the need to correct the anonymous ‘sources’ quoted in a recent article.
“Any allegations about unprofessional behaviour on the set of Don’t Worry Darling are completely false… there was never a screaming match between our director and anyone, let alone a member of our cast.
“We are happy to put our names on this, as real people who worked on the film, and who have witnessed and benefitted from the collaborative and safe space Olivia creates as a director and leader.”
The crew also hailed mum Olivia as “an incredible leader and director“ who was “present with and involved in every aspect of production”.
Producer Miri Yoon also branded the claims “completely unfounded”.
She said in an individual statement: “Rumours of screaming matches between our director and leading lady on set are completely unfounded. We truly hope you enjoy the movie.”
Vulture claimed ‘Midsommar’ actress Florence was upset with Olivia’s alleged “frequent, unexplained absences” on set, speculating it was linked to her relationship with former One Direction singer Harry.

The BBC axed me for being 65 and a white male, says Mark Lawrenson

OHMYGOSSIP — Mark Lawrenson claims he was axed by the BBC for being “65 and a white male”.
The former Liverpool defender retired from punditry at the end of last season, but Mark has now revealed that he was actually dropped by the broadcaster.
He said: “The Beeb are probably the worst at giving you bad news. It was just: ‘We’re going on the road next season with ‘Football Focus’. We don’t think it is really something for you.'”
Mark also accused the BBC of being “frightened to death of upsetting anybody”.
He explained: “In all my time at the BBC, nobody ever said you can’t say this or that, but the woke thing drives me bonkers.
“Whereas normally you would say the first thing that comes into your head, you’re now thinking, ‘If I say that will I get into trouble?’ It was a bit like playing with your legs tied together.
“The BBC is the national broadcaster and I get that, but they are frightened to death of upsetting anybody.”
Former England international Alex Scott replaced Dan Walker as the host of ‘Football Focus’ in 2021.
Mark thinks Alex has been learning on the job – but he acknowledges that she’s getting “better and better”.
He told the Sunday Times newspaper: “Alex was just thrown in, so from the outset we were trying to make the programme as easy as possible for her.
“It was a little bit frustrating because she would ask you a question and then move on to the next person and I would want to say something I had just thought of, but I just had to shut up because she was just learning.
“She has done well in fairness to her and she is a lovely kid. It’s a tough gig, because Dan was so good. Some people just don’t want her to be any good, but she has gotten better and better.”

Lucy – who is due to give birth in February – thinks her heartbreaking loss has actually strengthened her relationship with Ryan.
She told OK! magazine: “That changed things and it made us realise that was definitely what we wanted.
“Situations like that can really test your relationship and when you go through something that’s really horrible you see how the other person deals with stuff and how they support you and how you support them. It just made us closer and stronger.”
Despite this, Lucy is still feeling anxious about her pregnancy.
The actress said: “Last time we assumed everything would be fine so we told Ryan’s parents and my parents, so this time we made sure everything was OK before we told anyone else, although I did tell my mum straight away.
“We didn’t want to get excited too quickly and get our hopes up. After we had our 12-week scan was when we started to actually talk about it and tell people and be excited about it.
“This time we’ve experienced all the nice things we couldn’t do last time. But I still feel worried and I don’t think you stop worrying.
“People say you get past 12 weeks and you feel better, but I think it’s something I’m always going to worry about.”
