Binky Felstead: I’m trying not to beat myself up over pregnancy cravings

OHMYGOSSIP — Binky Felstead is trying not to “beat herself up” about eating pizza and cheese on toast during her pregnancy.
The former ‘Made in Chelsea’ star – who shares daughter India, five, with ex Joshua Patterson and 18-month-old son Wolfie with husband Max Darnton – announced in November she was pregnant with her third child, and she has been craving beige food ever since.
She told Heatworld: “The first trimester is always a bit tricky, but it wasn’t too bad this time around. I’m trying to not beat myself up for eating what I want like Domino’s or cheese on toast with Marmite.
“We’re normally a very healthy family, cooking good meals and staying active, but all I want to eat at the moment are the beige foods.”
Binky is not the only one who is over the moon about her pregnancy, as her oldest daughter India can’t wait to meet her next sibling.
She added: “India is already an incredible big sister to Wolfie and she just can’t wait to have another little one to play with and look after. She’s got a very natural, motherly instinct.”
The reality star previously made the adorable announcement to her 1.4 million fans on Instagram.
In a video uploaded to the social media site, Binky was seen standing alongside her husband Max – whom she married last year – telling their son and her daughter about her pregnancy.
While taking a stroll in the park, India is handed pictures of the ultrasound, and she happily holds up the photos of the scan.
The caption read: “Imagine thinking you’re nearing the ‘oh so quiet’ phase again … Taurus baby coming in hot”.

Toby Jones: Detectorists provided a comfort in lockdown

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Detectorists’ is making a return after people contacted Mackenzie Crook and Toby Jones to say how much of a “comfort” the show provided during lockdown.
The BBC comedy – which stars the pair as metal detecting enthusiasts Andy and Lance, who are part of the The Danebury Metal Detecting Club (DMDC) – will be back for the first time in five years this Boxing Day (26.12.22), and Toby has admitted there were lots of people who wanted the programme to return after finding it a “consolation” during the coronavirus pandemic.
He said: “Loads of people have contacted me and contacted him during lockdown about what a comfort and a consolation they found the show. The writing is kind of faultless.”
While Toby and Mackenzie play best pals in the popular series, they didn’t know each other very well beforehand, but later realised they had been in several of the same projects – including Ian Dury biopic ‘Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll’ in 2010, and ‘The Adventures of Tintin’ in 2011 – but they had not starred directly opposite one another.
He said: “We later worked out we’d been in about five or six of the same movies without ever having really met. We’d see each other in airports, one flying in and one out.”
Toby has also told how “very shy” Mackenzie first approached him about appearing in ‘Detectorists’, after he wrote the role of Lance with the star in mind.
He added to the Guardian newspaper: “We were just sitting there, and he’s very shy, and he went, ‘I hope you don’t mind, I’ve written this thing with you in mind, and I know that’s a nightmare, when someone says they’ve written something, and I don’t want you to feel under any obligation or anything …’
“Anyway, he sent me three pages of this amazing dialogue. It was very, very funny but it wasn’t demanding to be laughed at, you know? Not gag, gag, gag. It’s like the show; it’s there if you want it.”
‘Detectorists’ fans will be treated to a 75-minute episode of the comedy on BBC Two and iPlayer over the festive period, five years after the end of the third series.
The show’s return will see the DMDC in trouble, with developers sniffing around their scout hall HQ.
But Lance looks set to save the day after securing 10 acres of prime, undetected land, only for him to break protocol, which threatens his friendship with Andy.
Mackenzie, who also executive produced the festive special, recently said: “It was 2017 when we were last in Danebury and I miss my old friends in the DMDC [Danebury Metal Detecting Club].
“I’ve had a story percolating for a while and I thought it was worth getting Lance, Andy and the rest of the band back together for.
“The affection expressed for ‘Detectorists’ over the years has been incredible and I hope fans of the show will enjoy this new, extended episode.”

Noel Fielding ‘so sad’ to see Bake Off co-host Matt Lucas leave

OHMYGOSSIP — Noel Fielding feels “so sad” that his ‘Great British Bake Off’ co-host Matt Lucas has quit the show.
The 49-year-old TV presenter has thanked Matt for his “three amazing years” on the Channel 4 series, and admitted he will miss the ‘Little Britain’ star’s “sense of the absurd and silliness” on the programme.
He wrote on Instagram: “So sad that @realmattlucas is leaving the show ! Farewell buddy thank you for 3 amazing years. I will really miss your spark and huge smile in the tent and I will miss your kindness as a person and to all the bakers. I will miss your sense of the absurd and your silliness. I will miss all the times the four of us giggled together. I will miss your ability to turn into a fully formed character at the drop of a hat. I will miss you pretending to be Boris Johnson singing David Bowie songs and i will miss your upbeat nature and positive vibes. (sic)”
Noel also praised Matt as a “lovely man and a good friend” and wished him luck for the future.
He added: “You are a huge comic talent but also a lovely man and a good friend. I wish you luck on your next adventure and look forward to watching as a fan. x See you in the real world soon buddy. Don’t forget “ It’s all about the showstopper “ x x x [heart emoji] @realmattlucas x (sic)”
Matt shocked ‘Bake Off’ fans this week by revealing he has quit the programme because he cannot present both ‘Bake Off’ and ‘Fantasy Football League’, which he co-hosts on Sky Max.
He said in a statement: “Farewell Bake Off! It’s been a delicious experience and I can’t imagine a more fun way of spending my summers. But it’s become clear to me that I can’t present both ‘Fantasy Football League’ and ‘Bake Off’ alongside all my other projects.
“So, after three series and 51 episodes, I am cheerfully passing the baguette on to someone else.
“I would like to give my warmest thanks and gratitude to everyone at Love Productions and Channel 4 and to Noelipops, Paul Hollywood, Dame Prue Leith, the crew and, of course, the wonderful bakers for welcoming me into the tent.
“I wish whoever takes over the very best and I can’t wait to tune into the next series without already knowing who won!”
Love Productions, which makes the show, has paid a glowing tribute to Matt, who previously replaced comedian Sandi Toksvig in 2020.
The production company said: “We’ve loved having Matt Lucas brighten up our tent for the last three years, especially when laughter and smiles were so much in need.
“We appreciate everything he’s done for ‘Bake Off’, from working in COVID bubbles to supporting the bakers. It’s been a pleasure – thanks Matt.”

Billie Piper: I understand Strictly excitement now

OHMYGOSSIP — Billie Piper understands the excitement surrounding ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ after she had to dance in her TV show.
The ‘I Hate Suzie’ actress previously thought the hype that celebrity contestants often talk about when they take part in BBC’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ is “far fetched”, but since she had to do some dancing in her show she has changed her stance entirely.
While filming the latest series for her Sky Max dark comedy drama, her character Suzie signs up to a TV dance show much like ‘Strictly’.
Speaking on the ‘Reign with Josh Smith’ podcast, Billie said: “You know how when you watch ‘Strictly’ and the people are going, ‘This is the best moment of my life, I’ve never been happier’ And you’re like:, That’s really far fetched … like, why?’
“And then you dance and then you know why – because it’s so mood-altering. I’m such a horny dancer.
“Not when my kids are around, because I’m now like a cringe person to them. But when I’m out with my friends it’s like full horn.
“This show is quite harrowing in its themes. It’s so dark, but to have the tonic of dance, this is the dream creative marriage.”
The 40-year-old actress catapulted to fame back in 1998 aged 19, after releasing her pop single ‘Because We Want To’, and seven years later she landed the role as the Time Lord’s companion Rose Tyler in the rebooted version of sci-fi show ‘Doctor Who’.
Billie has previously admitted some of her experiences of fame have been “depressing”, but the star has said that hasn’t deterred her from doing what she loves.
She said: “Yeah. It’s annoying because I love creating things. I love production. As I’m getting older, I’m enjoying making things from the ground up more and more and I think probably in the future, I’ll act less and less. I love what I do.”

Zoe Saldana hails James Cameron’s ‘infectious’ Avatar attitude

OHMYGOSSIP — Zoe Saldana says that James Cameron’s attitude was “infectious” during the making of ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’.
The 44-year-old actress reprises her role as Neytiri in James Cameron’s long-awaited sequel to the sci-fi epic ‘Avatar’ and explained how the filmmaker set the tone during the making of the movie to get the best out of a cast that also includes Kate Winslet and Sigourney Weaver.
Speaking at the world premiere of the film in London on Tuesday (06.12.22), Zoe said: “When you work with a filmmaker like James Cameron, he provides so many resources that you get to absorb and utilise to transport yourself where you need to go.
“He raises the bar for himself, he gives 120 per cent of himself. So when you work with someone like that, it’s infectious.”
Meanwhile, Zoe recently bemoaned the fact that she had been “stuck” in big franchises after also appearing in ‘Star Trek’ and Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
She said: “I feel that for the last 10 years of my life, I’ve been just stuck. I felt stuck doing these franchises.
“I’m very grateful for the opportunities that they provided, from collaborating with amazing directors and getting to meet cast members that I consider friends and getting to play a role that fans, especially children, love.
“But it also meant that I felt artistically stuck in my craft of not being able to expand or grow or challenge myself by playing different sorts of genres and different roles.”

Sam Worthington relished tough scenes in Avatar: The Way of Water

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Worthington embraced the underwater scenes in the ‘Avatar’ sequel.
The 46-year-old star reprises his role as Jake Sully in the hotly-anticipated ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ and had no qualms about being asked to go underwater in the making of James Cameron’s blockbuster.
Asked about his approach at the movie’s world premiere in London on Tuesday (06.12.22), Sam said: “Just do it. It’s kind of weird. Jake Sully has always been like, ‘Dive in and figure it out’, and I think Sam’s a bit like that too.
“When Jim told me we were gonna do it, I was like ‘Well we’re doing scenes that most actors struggle with on dry land. We just happen to put emotional scenes 30 feet deep in a pool with no oxygen, so try that.'”
Sam is grateful that his work on the ‘Avatar’ franchise has enabled him to acquire different skills and explained that he would do “anything” for Cameron.
The ‘Clash of the Titans’ star said: “That’s the great thing about being an actor you get this skill set that you wouldn’t normally do. But Jim is a trailblazer and I am his soldier, I’d do anything for that guy.”
The flick has been released 13 years after the original ‘Avatar’ movie and Sam hopes it is worth the wait for fans.
He said: “It feels fantastic. It’s been a while but we didn’t make the movie, it’s a labour of love when you do something for this long with your close friends.
“We’ll see, hopefully we’ve told a story that isn’t just a carbon copy of the first film. We tried to expand the world and expand the characters and the emotions and we just hope it connects.”

Maxine Peake inspired by ‘fabulous’ Betty Boothroyd

OHMYGOSSIP — Maxine Peake has been inspired by Betty Boothroyd’s general “fabulousness”.
The 48-year-old actress plays the former Speaker of the House of Commons in ‘Betty!’, a comedy musical production, and Maxine has confessed to being inspired by her “explicit glamour and showmanship”.
She said: “I think she’s a unifying figure. If someone has heard of Betty, the chances are they’ll at least admire her, or if not, be slightly obsessed with her.
“But if someone hasn’t heard of her, I just have to tell them she used to be kick-line chorus girl and the KGB tried to honeytrap her, and then she rose to the second-highest commoner rank in the land or whatever.
“That is a story, whatever side your bread is buttered politically.”
Maxine thinks Boothroyd has a “charisma and presence”.
She told the BBC: “The worlds of politics and theatre, I think, do collide. My granddad always used to say to me, ‘Politicians, Maxine, are frustrated actors.’ And she really has that charisma and presence.”
The actress was also determined to celebrate Boothroyd’s remarkable life.
Maxine explained: “We just felt she was someone to celebrate. You look at her achievements. It’s what she stands for, and her work ethic, what she achieved, what her beliefs were.
“And then when you start with somebody who used to be a Tiller Girl, you think, well, this could be fun, especially for a musical.”
Maxine also revealed that Boothroyd has been really supportive of the production.
The actress – who previously starred alongside Victoria Wood in ‘Dinnerladies’ – shared: “You think, what would she think? But she seemed really pleased about it. We’ve assured her it’s a celebration.”

Scarlette Douglas plans to release music in 2023

OHMYGOSSIP — Scarlette Douglas wants to become a pop star.
The 35-year-old TV presenter – who recently appeared on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ – has revealed that she would love to release music in 2023.
She said: “I’d like to. As long as people would take me seriously, I’d make sure I made good music. I’ve come from a musical background and I’ve always sung and danced. Maybe I’ll release an EP.
“I used to write a lot of music and I don’t write as much now but I’d like to get back into the swing of it.
“I love entertainment, singing and dancing. As much as I love property development, I’d love to do more entertainment shows.”
Scarlette starred on ‘I’m a Celebrity’ alongside Matt Hancock, the former health secretary, and she was shocked that Matt, 44, managed to make it so far on the ITV show.
She told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “I was actually surprised. But when he was in there he did everything.
“People want to see people do the trials and he did the trials. Ultimately he did what he was supposed to do in the jungle.”
Meanwhile, Matt’s girlfriend recently admitted that he “underestimated the scale of the reaction” to him taking part in ‘I’m A Celebrity’.
Gina Coladangelo – who he was caught kissing amid the COVID pandemic, breaking his own social distancing guidance – hoped he would do well in the jungle because he is “made of tough stuff”.
She said: “I think it’s fair to say that Matt underestimated the scale of the reaction to him coming into the jungle. He’s made of tough stuff, this summer we trekked around Mont Blanc together in four days.”

Paul Hollywood wants a Brits versus Americans version of Bake Off

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Hollywood would love to see Brits and Americans go head-to-head on ‘The Great British Bake Off’.
The 56-year-old chef has suggested introducing an “international ‘Bake Off'” as a way of spicing up the hit TV series.
He shared: “Let’s have the Brits against the Americans. And then Prue [Leith] and I could still judge it, and we just have contestants in from all over the US and UK going head to head.”
Paul would also love to film an Easter special.
He told E! News: “Everyone can get dressed up like they did this year.
“I lived and worked in Europe for a while, and there’s so many traditions in Europe and so many bakes. Of course, in the UK, we have the hot cross buns, and we have tsoureki in Greece and Cyprus.
“I’d love to do something on that, because there’s so many things we can do.”
Prue, on the other hand, thinks an ‘All Stars’ version of the show is unlikely to happen.
The 82-year-old star doubts that previous winners would wish to return to the programme.
Asked about the possibility, Prue replied: “If you’ve already won ‘Bake Off’, your life changes.
“You become either a very well-known baker, or you find yourself with a bakery business, or you’re on television as a presenter, or you are writing a new cookbook, and you have a reputation you don’t want to damage.”
Prue ultimately believes that it would be too difficult to convince the past winners to make a return to the show.
Despite this, she confessed that the idea hasn’t been explored.
Prue added: “They feel that it’s the top of their career so far. Would you want to risk losing it?”

Ben Shephard ‘changes settings to avoid online abuse’

OHMYGOSSIP — Ben Shephard has changed his settings on social media in a bid to avoid trolls.
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ host has been stunned by the abuse that he’s received on social media over the years, and Ben has fought back by disabling comments on his social accounts.
Ben shared: “Social media can be an incredibly important tool for debate but what I don’t need is the mindless horrific vile abuse from people.
“You’d be amazed – people just want to get a reaction out of me, so I’ve changed my settings on my social media. I just want to be drawn to positivity and optimism and hope.”
The 47-year-old TV star has also opened up about his struggles with imposter syndrome.
Ben recalled feeling like a fraud in the TV industry after being axed from a presenting role during the late 90s, when his boss told him that it wasn’t “working” with him on screen.
He told OK!: “It was brutal because it came out of nowhere. I was about 25 and thought I was going to be with Channel 4 for a couple of years.
“Then all of a sudden it was done and I clearly hadn’t been good enough in that role. It was really hard coming away from that and the reality of suddenly not having an income and not having a job. But what you realise is that when something goes wrong and then an opportunity comes along, you grab it even harder.”
And despite the success he’s achieved in the TV industry, Ben still battles self-doubts.
He said: “I still constantly question if I’m good enough.
“I’m always trying to improve – that’s one of the brilliant things working alongside Susanna Reid, Kate Garraway and Ranvir [Singh] and Charlotte [Hawkins] – I feel like I’m learning all the time. Nobody is more critical of me than I am of myself.”

Hayley Atwell casts doubt on Marvel return

OHMYGOSSIP — Hayley Atwell has cast doubt on a return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
The 40-year-old star has portrayed Agent Peggy Carter in the MCU for over a decade but has claimed that she may not return.
In an interview with Digital Spy, Hayley said: “It’s so funny, because, you know, I did that 10 years ago, and I love her because I love the people, and you never know (if there could be more).
“It depends on what Marvel, and what the audiences, want… I’m a custodian of her.”
Hayley no longer feels ownership over the character and hinted that she will focus on her role in the ‘Mission: Impossible’ franchise as well as theatre work.
The ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ star said: “Compared to the rest of my career and everything I’ve done or my stage work and doing ‘Mission: Impossible’ now and all the diversity of roles I’ve played, and the diversity that I get to explore, and to be able to play more complex roles and villains and lots of different things – she is not mine anymore.
“She lives in the world of people that have taken her into their heart. And that’s beautiful. But it’s kind of like: yeah, you can’t control the impact a particular role has on the rest of the world.”
Hayley touched on the impact of playing the role in numerous projects over the course of more than a decade.
She said: “I think, you know, when I first started doing it, what it meant in playing her was, I was starting to learn how to hold my own as a character who felt like an outsider, a little bit, and was up against the very obvious things of being in a man’s world, being overlooked, being overseen, knowing that she was competent but it was unlikely that she would get the recognition – she would just have to work twice as hard.
“And yet she remained dignified in that. And it was particularly more explored in the series that she remained true to herself. So she had an integrity that I really admired.”

James Cameron thinks Kate Winslet was ‘traumatised’ by Titanic

OHMYGOSSIP — James Cameron says that Kate Winslet was “a bit traumatised” after working on ‘Titanic’.
The 47-year-old actress shot to global stardom after appearing in the 1997 romantic epic but the director has revealed how she was taken aback by the scale of the blockbuster as a young performer.
James told the Radio Times magazine: “Kate came out of ‘Titanic’ a bit traumatised by the scale of the production and her responsibility within it.”
Cameron and Winslet have teamed up on their first joint project for 25 years in ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ – the long-awaited sequel to the sci-fi epic ‘Avatar’ – and the filmmaker insists there is no lasting animosity between the pair.
He said: “We’ve both been eager over time to work together again, to see what the other is about at this point in our lives and careers.”
James explained how Kate has now become bolder on set as her career has progressed.
The ‘Terminator’ helmer said: “She’s very large and in charge on set. You’d swear she was producing the film.”
Kate explained that she has always admired Cameron’s filmmaking skills and thinks that the director has mellowed in the years since ‘Titanic’.
She said: “Jim is much more calm now. In those days there was no space for him to say: ‘It might not work.’ He had to make it work.
“There were all those conversations about this huge film, ‘Titanic’. I can’t imagine the pressure. As we get older we learn how to say: ‘I made a mistake.’ We all get better at that, don’t we?”
The ‘Avatar’ sequel is one of the most expensive of all time and James accepts the fact that more movies in the franchise may not be possible if the new flick fails to deliver at the box office.
He explained: “It’s simple. If ‘Terminator 1’ had failed, there wouldn’t have been a ‘Terminator 2’.
“It’s possible, maybe even probable, that in our post-Covid streaming marketplace we won’t be able to achieve the levels that make (four more ‘Avatar’ movies) a sound business proposition.”

Russell Grant’s eyesight saved after brain tumour operation

OHMYGOSSIP — Russell Grant’s eyesight has been saved after he had surgery to remove a brain tumour.
The 71-year-old astrologer went under the knife for five hours to have a lump taken out of his pituitary gland, and now he isn’t allowed to blow his nose or sneeze for six months to avoid disturbing the area, and he cannot travel for half a year as part of his post-op recovery.
He said: “I am now on the road to recovery. There are a few complications to sort out so the post-op stuff has already started.”
Former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star Russell admitted next on his operation “to do list” is to get his knee done.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “As you know I saw something pretty major coming when giving my lecture in Blackpool on December 1, 2019, so I was prepared.
“I didn’t shout about the growth as I’d been waiting for a knee operation which was due Easter 2020, so many of you would have presumed I was going in for that.
“COVID ruined that. So it’s next on my list of ‘Things to do’.”
Russell finished eighth on the ninth series of ‘Strictly’ in 2011, but his time on the Latin and ballroom show was hampered by a knee issue.
After rumours that Russell might exit the show early because of the injury, it was confirmed he would postpone any surgery until after the show.
A spokeswoman for Strictly Come Dancing said in November 2011: “Russell has decided he wants to postpone his procedure until Strictly has finished.”

Quentin Tarantino rejected Johnny Depp for Pulp Fiction

OHMYGOSSIP — Quentin Tarantino rejected the idea of casting Johnny Depp in ‘Pulp Fiction’.
The famed director was keen to cast Tim Roth as Pumpkin having worked with him in ‘Reservoir Dogs’ and while he had Christian Slater in mind as a backup, Orion Pictures co-founder and former TriStar Pictures chairman Mike Medavoy was keen on getting Depp involved.
Recalling their conversation on the ‘2 Bears, 1 Cave’ podcast, Tarantino said: “‘Do you think Johnny Depp playing the role of Pumpkin in this movie, which is the opening scene and the closing scene that’s it, do you think that will add that much to the box office? Him playing that role?’
“Mike said, ‘It wont add a dime but it would make me feel better.’ ”
In the end, Miramax took on the movie and Roth was cast in the role.
A potential cast list has floated around online a lot over the years, and Tarantino has admitted that’s because he hadn’t nailed down who he specifically wanted in each role.
He explained: “On the internet there’s a thing floating around about my wish list of the cast of ‘Pulp Fiction’.
“I didn’t know exactly who I wanted to play this part or that part, so I wrote a giant list with a ton of names.
“I wanted to get them all pre-approved and I didn’t know if it was gonna work out or if I would vibe with the person or if they would even do a good job. I just wanted to get them approved.”
Meanwhile, Taratino has reiterated his upcoming 10th movie – which is yet to be announced – will be his last one.
He previously said: “I’ve been doing it for a long time. I’ve been doing it for 30 years. And it’s time to wrap up the show. I’m an entertainer. I want to leave you wanting more.”

Margot Robbie wants Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy to have big screen romance

OHMYGOSSIP — Margot Robbie has pushed to bring Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy’s romance to the big screen.
The ‘Suicide Squad’ actress feels ready to reprise her role as Harley and would love to see a relationship explored with another iconic DC character.
She told ComicBook: “No, I’ve had enough of a break. I’m ready to do her again.
“I did ‘Birds of Prey’ and ‘The Suicide Squad’ back-to-back, so that was a lot of Harley all in a one-year period, but that was a while ago now. I’m always ready for more Harley.”
Regarding Harley’s romance with Ivy, she added: “I have been pushing for that for years. I cannot tell you how hard I’ve been pushing for that. I want it too.
“Honestly, when I pictured, I always picture like Poison Ivy in the comics. I don’t really actually picture an actress doing it, but I agree, that would be so good.”
Robbie also weighed in on Lady Gaga taking on the Harley role for ‘The Joker’ sequel ‘Jolie a Deux’, and she backed the ‘Poker Face’ hitmaker to deliver in a different movie universe.
She told MTV News: “It makes me so happy because I said from the very beginning that all I want is for Harley Quinn to be one of those characters, the way Macbeth or Batman, always gets passed from great actor to great actor.
“It’s kind of like someone gets to do their Batman, or someone gets to do their Macbeth. I feel like, in not so many cases, are they female characters — Queen Elizabeth I, but beyond that, which I got to have a crack out as well, which I was honored to do.
“I was like, ‘Wow! Cate Blanchett did Queen Elizabeth I. Now I get to.’ It’s such an honor to have built a foundation strong enough that Harley can now be one of those characters that other actors get to have a go at playing.
“And I think she’ll do something incredible with it.”

Tommy Fury ‘forgets’ girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague is pregnant

OHMYGOSSIP — Tommy Fury “sometimes forgets” his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague is having a baby.
PrettyLittleThing Creative Director Molly-Mae, 23, has revealed it can slip her 23-year-old boxer beau’s mind that she is seven months pregnant, because he goes away a lot.
Asked if Tommy talks to her baby bump, she said: “No, I think because he’s been away a lot, I think he sometimes forgets.
“I’m like, ‘You do understand that I’m like two months away from having a child.’ ”
Molly-Mae admitted she often has to “remind” her boyfriend and fellow ‘Love Island’ star about her pregnancy when he is away from home training for his next bout.
She added to Sport Direct: “I just think he has to be reminded because he is away a lot.”
In October, Molly-Mae admitted she “cried every single day” during the early stages of her pregnancy.
She said: “I had extreme emotions up to seven weeks, so from finding out to about seven or eight weeks, I was so, so, so emotional, I cried literally every single day. Emotions were very high and I felt sad a lot which was very weird because all our dreams had come true, I had fallen pregnant. I was so, so happy but I couldn’t feel that happiness yet. Up until eight weeks, I felt quite sad, which I didn’t expect.”
The star would also often lie awake at night after suffering “really bad nightmares”.
She added: “I have also written down her insomnia during my first trimester, I had really bad night sleeps. I would just be lying there wide awake in bed, I also had really bad nightmares, really vivid dreams. My main symptom throughout my whole pregnancy has been hunger, especially through my first trimester, the hunger was unlike anything I have ever, ever, experienced. I knew that pregnant women ‘eat for two’ and you experience hunger, but I didn’t realise it was a clinical, medical thing. Sometimes I have been in the car with Tommy and been like ‘if you don’t pull over to a service station right now and help me get some food, I am going to collapse on the floor’. That was the levels it was, it was unbelievable.”
