Rylan Clark and Rob Rinder heading to India for new series

OHMYGOSSIP — Rylan Clark and Rob Rinder will travel to India for a new TV series.
The pair’s BBC travelogue show ‘Rob and Rylan’s Grand Tour’ – in which they followed in the footsteps of 17th to 19th century society Brits who visited Italy to broaden their minds – was a huge hit with viewers and now a second series has been commissioned.
After Greece, Spain and France were considered as destinations, show bosses ultimately decided to send the two stars east for a trip titled ‘A Passage To India’ in honour of E. M. Forster’s 1924 novel.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “It took a long time to decide where to send Rob and Rylan after their first series — a hard act to follow. But series two will see them travelling across India to experience its unique culture, architecture and art.
“It’s going to be as action- pack as the first series, if not more, and being so far away from home will no doubt see Rob and Rylan experience plenty of firsts.”
Bosses didn’t take long to sign up the pair for a second series.
A source said: “The team behind the show didn’t want to take a gap year before starting work again, and Rob and Rylan wanted to hit the road.”
Rylan previously admitted the “best thing” about making the first show was the “genuine” friendship he built up with Rob.
He told ‘This Morning’: “Watching it back, the narrative, the arc throughout the three episodes even something as stupid as in Venice, we were in separate accommodation. In Florence, we were in the same accommodation in different rooms and by Rome I’m waking up with him underneath me.
“But that’s the narrative of the arc, we started this process as mates and we have finished it as actual genuine friends. That’s been probably the best thing to come out of it.”

Sebastian Stan studied 700 videos to play Donald Trump

OHMYGOSSIP — Sebastian Stan studied around 700 videos of Donald Trump to play him in new movie ‘The Apprentice’.
The ‘Gossip Girl’ star takes on the role of the former US President in the new drama directed by Ali Abbasi and Sebastian, 42, has admitted he saved hundreds of clips on his phone dating back to the 1970s so he could study Trump’s speech and body language.
He told Variety: “I had 130 videos on his physicality on my phone. And 562 videos that I had pulled with pictures from different time periods – from the ’70s all the way to today – so I could pull out his speech patterns and try to improvise like him.”
After studying the way Trump speaks, Sebastian realised he would have to change the way he moved his lips. He explained: “I started to realise that I needed to start speaking with my lips in a different way.
“A lot of that came from the consonants. If I’m talking, I’m moving forward … The consonants naturally forced your lips forward.”
Director Abbasi told the publication that his leading man had to find the correct balance when playing Trump so it didn’t stray into the realms of impersonation.
He added: “If he did 10 per cent more of what he did, it would become ‘Saturday Night Live’. If he did 10 per cent less, then he’s not conjuring that person.
“But here’s the thing about Sebastian: He’s very inspired by reality, by research. And that’s also the way I work; if you want to go to strange places, you need to get your baseline reality covered very well.””
The film covers Trump’s rise from real estate developer to a household name in the 1980s and is set before he became the star of his own reality TV show ‘The Apprentice’ which gives the movie its name.
‘The Apprentice’ is due for release in October.

James Cameron finds some of The Terminator ‘pretty cringeworthy’

OHMYGOSSIP — James Cameron has admitted parts of ‘The Terminator’ are “pretty cringeworthy”.
The 70-year-old filmmaker has looked back on his directorial debut to mark its 40th anniversary and while he acknowledges some of the movie – which stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as a cyborg assassin – was done “pretty well” and he has no problem with the dialogue, he doesn’t think the “production value” has aged very well.
He told the upcoming new issue of Empire magazine: “I don’t think of it as some Holy Grail, that’s for sure. I look at it now and there are parts of it that are pretty cringeworthy, and parts of it that are like, ‘Yeah, we did pretty well for the resources we had available.’
”Just the production value, you know? I don’t cringe on any of the dialogue, but I have a lower cringe factor than, apparently, a lot of people do around the dialogue that I write. You know what? Let me see your three-out-of-the-four-highest-grossing films — then we’ll talk about dialogue effectiveness.”
But despite his critique of the film – which took $78 million at the global box office and spawned a successful franchise – James admitted it will always hold a place in his heart.
He said: “I was just a punk starting out when I directed ‘The Terminator’. I think I was 29 at the time, and it was my first directing gig.
“‘Terminator’ was my first film, and it’s near and dear for that reason.”
James credits the key to ‘Terminator’s staying power as the casting of the Austrian bodybuilder, even though he wasn’t what he had envisioned initially for the role.
He said: “I think a lot of filmmakers, especially first-time filmmakers, get very, very stuck in a vision, because of insecurity.
“I’m proud of the fact that we weren’t stuck enough to not be able to see how it could work with Arnold, because it wasn’t our vision.
“Sometimes, when you look back from the vantage point — at this point 40 years — we could have made a great little film from a production-value standpoint, and it would have been nothing if we hadn’t made that one decision that captured the imagination of people.”

Pete Wicks airlifted from mountain after collapsing on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins

OHMYGOSSIP — Pete Wicks had to be airlifted to safety after he collapsed on a mountain doing ‘Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins’.
The former ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star signed up to the reality quasi-military training show for a second time after he knocked himself unconscious jumping out of a helicopter and broke his ribs on the 2022 series – forcing him to withdraw from the competition.
And on the current series of the Channel 4 programme, the 36-year-old reality star – who is also competing on BBC One’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ – runs into trouble again.
His co-star Rachel Johnson, 59, the sister of former prime minister Boris Johnson, 60, told Metro.co.uk: “Pete Wicks was medevacked off the mountain. He collapsed.”
‘Geordie Shore’ star Marnie Simpson, 32, added: “I felt bad for Pete because coming back the second time, there was so much pressure on him to do even better than the first time, so he pushed himself way too far.”
Pete recently admitted he is still suffering with his ribs.
Speaking on his and Sam Thompson’s ‘Staying Relevant’ podcast, he said: “I’m 36, I haven’t been to the gym in ages.
“My ribs are still broken, which is going to be a pain.”
Channel 4 bosses were said to be “furious” to learn Pete signed up to ‘Strictly’ at the same time as ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’.
A source told The Sun’s TV Biz column: “Channel 4 were fuming when Pete was revealed as part of this year’s ‘Strictly’ cast.
“After Pete was knocked unconscious and broke his ribs in 2022’s series, his return to try and pass selection was a big deal and the first time [ex-Special Forces lead instructor] Billy Billingham and the directing staff have allowed a celeb to try out twice.
“Bosses wanted his to be one of the main storylines on the show, a real redemption arc, but now they’ve been trumped by ‘Strictly’.
“All plans for Pete to give interviews for ‘SAS: WDW’ will be overtaken by ‘Strictly’ and bosses are furious — but there’s nothing they can do about it.”
‘Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins’ airs on Channel 4 every Sunday and Monday.

Chris McCausland’s daughter worried he will hurt himself on Strictly

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris McCausland’s daughter is concerned that he will injure himself doing ‘Strictly Come Dancing.’
The 47-year-old comedian is the first blind contestant to appear on the hit BBC dance show and has revealed that his 10-year-old daughter Sophie is worried that he will fall on the dancefloor.
He wrote in his ‘Strictly’ diary for The Telegraph: “I showed my 10-year-old daughter a clip of the show and asked her if I should do it. ‘No, Daddy,’ she said. ‘You’ll fall off the stage and break your leg.’ She’s a joker at heart, but she’s got a point.”
Chris continued: “Not quite the ringing endorsement other celebrities get. But I’ve checked and there is no stage so the joke’s on her…”
He quipped: “I sincerely hope they will have wrapped the cameras in layers of foam just in case.
“I can see myself taking out three of them in a single foxtrot.”
The presenter – who began losing his sight in his teenage years due to a condition called retinitis pigmentosa – also shared that he is “terrified” to take part.
He said: “Have I mentioned that I was terrified? I mean, how can I possibly have confidence in my ability to do something when I can’t see the entirely visual thing that I’m being asked to do?
“On top of that, stick it on live TV where failures are there for everybody to see and where the chance of a generous edit is absolute zero, and what could possibly go wrong? Well, too many things, and that was my problem.”
Chris – who is partnered with Dianne Buswell – previously said that he plans to “make it up as [he] goes along” on ‘Strictly’.
He told the newspaper: “We’ll make it up as we go along and figure it out. Sometimes I think it might be better for me to feel where my partner’s legs are going, and sometimes it would be better for her to just pick up my leg and put it where it’s supposed to be.”

Annie Wallace not told what happens to character in Hollyoaks time jump after being axed from soap

OHMYGOSSIP — Annie Wallace has no idea what has happened to her character in the ‘Hollyoaks’ time jump after she was axed from the show.
The 59-year-old actress has played the role of Sally St. Claire on the Channel 4 soap opera since 2015 but was told earlier this year that her time was up and was “very upset” by the way it all happened.
Several other cast members were axed in a major culling and the episodes have been cut right back as the programme has been forced to make cutbacks.
As part of the budget cuts, the producers decided to move time forward by a whole year, and this week, Annie admitted she is non-the-wiser as to what Sally is doing in Alicante.
Responding to a viewer on X, she said: “I’m as interested as you are as to what Sally’s doing in Alicante. I wonder if we’ll find out why? I really don’t know #hollyoaks.”
She added: “I wonder if we’ll find out why? I really don’t know.”
Annie admitted the final days of filming were “really quite intense”.
She told Metro.co.uk: “We were told at the end of March. There was a big day when the cast were told [if they were staying or going]. Some people came out and said it and others kept it to themselves so I decided to keep it to myself – to let people find out in the fullness of time. I just carried on.
“It’s been mostly ignoring that it’s going to happen and carrying on with work.
“It was when it was headed to the last few weeks that I started to get a bit emotional. I started thinking what costumes I was going to take home with me and things like that.
“The last filming days were really quite intense. My last day was July 31, so I’ve had a month to decompress – and I have decompressed. I was very upset. There is no lying about it. It’s my career and I love the show.”
The soap star was sure her sudden exit would come as a “shock” to fans and regrets that her alter ego never managed to find love during her time in the village.
She said: “It will be a shock. There’s been no hints about Sally. There’s certain people on forums that think Sally has outlived her usefulness but I disagree. The one thing I would’ve loved is for her to find love.”

Loose Women star Denise Welch often wets herself on air

OHMYGOSSIP — Denise Welch has admitted to wetting herself live on air.
The ‘Loose Women’ star – who has been a panellist on the talk show for nearly 20 years – opened up about how she regularly experiences incontinence while filming the ITV show.
In a promo for ‘Loose Women’ and incontinence pad brand TENA Silhouette, Denise is joined by fellow ‘Loose Women’ panellists Nadia Sawalha and Kéllé Bryan to discuss their personal experiences with the issue.
Denise, 66, said: “I have wet myself for as long as I can remember. Whether I cough, whether I sneeze, whether I laugh – I’ve always got through it by humour, but some women are mortified by it.
“Have I wet myself live on air? Yes Regularly!’”
Her co-star Nadia, 59, admitted to feeling “embarrassed” by her experiences with bladder weakness in her thirties.
She said: “When bladder weakness hit in my late 30s after having the kids, I did feel embarrassed about it.”
Fellow panellist Kéllé Bryan, 49, added: “Post-baby it’s really common like if I’m in the gym bouncing around, I mean why don’t I just wear TENA!”
Meanwhile, former ‘Coronation Street’ star Denise previously praised ‘Loose Women’ – which has seen a number of household names including Ruth Langsford, Janet Street-Porter and Kaye Adams debate topical issues since its inception in 1999 – for the way it “reveres older women” and insisted she and her co-stars and their target audience “do not care” what others think anymore.
She told The Sunday Times Style magazine: “It’s a show that not only employs older women, it reveres older women. It listens to older women, it supports the views of older women. You don’t get that on any other television show — that the older you are, the more you bring to the show, the more valuable you are to the show. Because you’ve had every T-shirt, you’ve worn it, washed it, thrown it away, got another one, you’re not so bothered. All us older ones, we’ve all had a past, and we don’t care so much about what people think any more.”

Zack Snyder: Watchmen gives me the most pride

OHMYGOSSIP — Zack Snyder thinks ‘Watchmen’ is his best comic book film.
The 58-year-old director has helmed several blockbusters in the genre such as ‘Man of Steel’ and ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’, though has now revealed he is most proud of his 2009 picture – which starred Patrick Wilson and Jeffrey Dean Morgan – because he felt it was “the cleanest, and kind of most satisfying, transition to adapted material”.
Speaking to ComicBook.com. he said: “Well, weirdly, I kind of look at it in two ways. Like one I think, of course, ‘Man of Steel’, ‘BvS’, ‘Justice League’, is its own thing … I don’t know necessarily, whether it’s a comic book movie in the classic sense, for me. But I can understand how people would say that because those are comic book characters and whatever, but, that’s just based on ideas that I had about comic book characters.

“I would have to say ‘Watchmen’, probably for me, just like the process of adaptation from comic book to movie design, all the things as we went from comic books to movie. I think ‘Watchmen’ is like the cleanest, and kind of most satisfying, transition to adapted material.”
Since finishing his time at DC Studios, Snyder moved over to Netflix to work on his own sci-fi franchise ‘Rebel Moon’, and released ‘Part One: A Child of Fire’ in December 2023 and its follow-up ‘Part Two: The Scargiver’ four months later.
Both flicks were met with heavy criticism upon their release, and the filmmaker admitted he was baffled by the “overreactions” to his work.
He told the Metro newspaper: “The reactions to my movies tend to really be these big… overreactions.
“Even just (with) ‘Rebel Moon – Part One’, I’m like, ‘It’s not that controversial of a movie.’ A lot of people have this crazy reaction to it. And I’m just like, ‘I don’t get it!’
“I’m not mad about it, but it just is what it is.”

George Clooney pranked Wolfs director Jon Watts by telling him Brad Pitt would ‘never’ do the movie

OHMYGOSSIP — George Clooney pranked ‘Wolfs’ director Jon Watts by telling him Brad Pitt would “never” agree to be in the movie.
The 63-year-old actor revealed he managed to get the filmmaker, 43, to stay up “all night” rewriting the screenplay to the Apple Studios thriller-comedy after he jokingly told Watts he had to “work [on his] pitch a little better” if he wanted to get Pitt on board for the project.
The ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ star told Variety: “I messed with [Watts]. I told him he’s never going to get [Pitt] … He stayed up all night because I said, ‘You have to work your pitch a little better.’”
Despite the prank, Pitt, 60, insisted both he and Clooney “loved” the first draft of the screenplay when they read it.
He recalled: “Jon Watts came with this idea, This was the first draft, which never happens. We both loved it. He didn’t tell us which character we were supposed to play [but] somehow, we knew.”
The picture follows a professional fixer (Clooney), who is hired to cover up a high-profile crime, before a second cleaner (Pitt) arrives at the scene and forces the two lone wolves to work together.
As the night progresses, chaos ensues for the fixers in a way neither expected.
The film was initially going to head straight to Apple TV+, though it was announced in August that it would be getting a limited theatrical run in the U.S. from 20 September before it hits the streaming platform a week later.
While Clooney is glad the movie is coming to the big screen, the actor admitted he wished the picture “was having a wider release”.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the ‘Batman and Robin’ star said: “We’re happy it’s getting released at all.
“Obviously we wish it was having a wider release and we’re trying to figure these things out as we go. This is a revolutionary time in our industry so it’s taken a moment to get through it, but we’ll get through it.”

Tamzin Outhwaite insists she is ‘happy being single’ following split from longtime boyfriend

OHMYGOSSIP — Tamzin Outhwaite has insisted she is “happy being single” – as she speaks out on the end of her relationship with Tom Child.
The 53-year-old former ‘EastEnders’ actress – who was previously married to ‘Miranda’ star Tom Ellis, 45, between 2006 and 2014, and has daughters Flo, 16, and Marnie, 12, with the Welsh actor – split from her partner of six years, Tom, 33, this summer, and she insists there is no bad blood between the pair and she has actually been enjoying her own company.
She told The Mirror: “There has been no acrimonious ending; we’ve moved on to a friend zone. We are still really great mates, which is nice.”
She added: “Maybe before now, I’ve been single but not happy.
“But I’m quite happy. And being single and happy is a really lovely place to be. And that can only happen with life experience.”
Many women fear being on their own as they get older, but Tamzin has embraced being single.
She said: “There is a lot said about people not wanting to be on their own as they get older.
“I really like being on my own. Especially now, at this age, I really like my own company.”
Comparing herself to her character Sylvie in Channel 5’s mystery drama ‘The Wives’, the ‘New Tricks’ star insists she has no bitterness or “pain” about her breakups and is in a “really good” place.
She said: “Sylvie’s only been freshly divorced. Deep down, she’s probably got some pain that she needs to deal with. I’m not like her in that way. I feel pretty clear and happy – I’m at a place where I’ve come through the other end. Life feels really good.”
Tamzin and ex-spouse Tom’s marriage is said to have broken down over his alleged infidelity, and he now resides in the US with his wife Meaghan, 38, and their 10-month-old daughter Dolly.
In a since-deleted post on X/Twitter, the actress addressed the circumstances surrounding the end of her marriage a decade on.
Tamzin wrote last year: “Ten years since the father of my kids walked out on us for the final time. I still meet new people on jobs who reveal more infidelities and lies that he committed.
“But thankfully my heart and soul are clear and clean and I could not be happier right now.”
Explaining why she removed the post, she later added: “Thank you all for your messages re my now deleted tweet.
“I was marking the 10 year anniversary with pride, a feeling of triumph and genuine gratitude.
“I understand it has triggered some people. For anyone struggling, the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself.”

G.I. Joe’s Samara Weaving has ‘no idea’ what Transformers crossover means for her

OHMYGOSSIP — Samara Weaving has “no idea” what the upcoming ‘Transformers’ crossover with the ‘G.I. Joe’ franchise means for her.
The 32-year-old actress starred opposite Henry Golding as Scarlett O’Hara in the 2021 movie spin-off ‘Snake Eyes’, though has now admitted she has been left in the dark about her future in the franchise after last year’s ‘Transformers: Rise of the Beasts’ teased the two series would collide in an upcoming blockbuster.
She told ComicBook.com: “Yeah, I had no idea. I don’t know what that means.”
The ‘Azrael’ star joked she had “so many calls to make now” but stressed that she would be interested in reprising her role as the action heroine if the opportunity to do so ever arose.
Elsewhere, Weaving – who made a name for herself after starring alongside Adam Brodie, Andie MacDowell and Mark O’Brien as Grace Le Domas in 2019’s ‘Ready or Not’ – revealed she was “all in” to return as her character if a sequel to the horror flick ever got made.
The actress said: “I think we’re all in, I don’t know. I think we’re all in.
“I don’t know if we’ve had our blood handshake, but pretty much. We’ve done the spit handshake, but we haven’t cut each other’s hands and rubbed our blood together.”
Weaving then pondered what the fate of her character was after she managed to kill her sinister in-laws who had forced her into a deadly game of hide and seek.
She said: “I wonder what happens afterwards. Does she go to jail? Does she go to an asylum for psychiatric help? Does she inherit everything? I don’t know.
“Or the police would say that she did it on purpose. I don’t know … Sitting in a jail cell for 90 minutes, just going insane.”
As well as ‘Ready or Not’, Weaving is known for her role in ‘Scream VI’, where she starred alongside Courteney Cox, Jenna Ortega, Hayden Panettiere and Melissa Barrera as Laura Crane.
Reflecting on her time on the 2023 picture, the actress admitted she felt like the “new girl on the first day of school” when she first arrived on set, but quickly found that her co-stars were “so welcoming”.
She told Australia’s Marie Claire magazine: “The cast is such a sweet group of people and they’ve worked together before so there was this feeling of being the new girl on the first day of school. We all went out to dinner and they were so welcoming and just a great group to work and be on set with.”

Tom Dean hopes Strictly will make him ‘hungry’ for more Olympic wins

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Dean hopes that taking part in ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ will make him “hungry” for more Olympic wins.
The professional swimmer walked away with a gold medal at this summer’s Paris Olympics, and he admits he wanted to challenge himself by taking part in the BBC One Latin and ballroom show.
He told Radio Times magazine: “I always knew I was going to have a long break after the Paris Olympics. An Olympics cycle is always quite long, and it’s a lot of sacrifice. You’re in one place six days a week.
“I want to go to LA and represent Team GB there and hopefully win medals again. But to keep longevity within the sport, I need to do something different, because I want to get back to being really hungry for it. And this is about as far away from the pool you can get!”
The 24-year-old Olympian – who is partnered with Nadiya Bychkova on the contest – went on to share how dancing has made his “shins sore” as he is using a different set of muscles to dance.
He added: “I said if the opportunity for Strictly came up, I’d 100 per cent love to do it. I’ve been using a whole different group of muscles for it. My shins are sore, and I’ve never been sore in my shins in my life.
“Swimming and dancing are both sports, but with dancing, you obviously have to add a bit more flair. When you’re working hard in the pool, you can be grimacing, and no one will know! I’m going to bring the same training and work ethic, but instead of doing 5,000 metres in a pool, it’s 5,000 steps instead.
“I was actually at Olympic training camp when I found out, and I called my mum. She was absolutely over the moon. Half of Maidenhead [where Tom grew up] is going to come along to watch a show.”

Jeff Bridges describes how Jared Leto went full-method on Tron: Ares

OHMYGOSSIP — Jeff Bridges has revealed Jared Leto went full-method for ‘Tron: Ares’.
The 52-year-old actor has become renowned for immersing himself in his roles in the likes of ‘Suicide Squad’ and ‘Morbius’ through method acting, and his co-star, 74, has now admitted he didn’t know what to expect from Leto as they worked together on the upcoming Disney movie – which is a sequel to both the original ‘Tron’ film and its TV spin-off ‘Tron: Uprising’.
During an appearance on SiriusXM’s ‘Literally! With Rob Lowe’ podcast, Bridges said: “I hadn’t met him before. I’m saying, ‘What’s it gonna be like?’ Because he was also a producer of the show, big fan of the original, working on it for 10 years.
“I came in, and you know how each set has a different vibe? There was an interesting vibe on this.
“I said, ‘How’s Jared? How’s he working?’, ‘He’s all right. You know, we call him Ares, you know, so he goes by his name,’ and I said, ‘Oh, that’s interesting.’”
The flick – which will follow on from the events of 2010’s ‘Tron: Legacy’ – follows the computer programme Ares (Leto) which is sent from the digital world into the real world to introduce artificial intelligence to humans, while Bridges reprises his role as video game designer Kevin Flynn who was first introduced in the 1982 original movie.
‘The Big Lebowski’ actor added he was initially unsure how to play his character against Leto’s Ares.
He explained: “His name was Ares in the show, and I ended up going, ‘Hey Air, what’s happening man?’
“And I say, ‘Is it ok if I call you Air?’ And he says, ‘Yeah, sure you can.’ Then we got loose, and it was just wonderful. I mean, we jammed, you know?”
Reflecting on the picture, ‘The Old Man’ actor teased his co-star’s character was a “big rockstar man”.
He said: “I won’t tell you because we get into some music stuff in the [film], and it’s quite good. He’s wonderful in the part though, and I’m so happy to be a part [of it].”

Dame Prue Leith’s husband hates how she doesn’t bake cakes for him

OHMYGOSSIP — Dame Prue Leith’s husband wishes he’d have married Dame Mary Berry instead.
The 84-year-old TV cook has revealed how her husband John Playfair is so exasperated by their home being a “cake-free zone” due to the pair needing to lose weight that he jokes about starting a relationship with her judging predecessor on ‘The Great British Bake Off’.
Prue is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: “I so seldom make cakes. The fact is, we’re both too fat. So, I don’t make cakes because it’s not good for us.
“My husband constantly says, ‘I wish I’d married Mary Berry’.”
The South African star explained that her baking is not as good as people would think despite her role on the Channel 4 show and that she is a better “cook”.
Prue said: “I am far more a cook than a baker. I make a good cake, but I would not be winning ‘Bake Off’.”
The cook took over from Berry on ‘The Great British Bake Off’ when the show moved to Channel 4 in 2017 and revealed that she only eats morsels of cake and avoids breakfast and lunch when filming episodes of the programme to ensure she doesn’t put on the pounds.
Speaking on the ‘Crazy Sexy Food’ podcast, she said: “It’s not a problem, because if you think about it even if there are 12 bakers in there and we’re judging the showstopper if I’m clever and I can get a teaspoon that gets a bit of icing, a bit of filling and a bit of cake, it’s only a teaspoon, so it’s 12 teaspoons.
“If you do that twice in the first day when we do the first two challenges and then once on the next day it’s not that much. But I don’t eat breakfast and I don’t eat lunch so basically I get my calories from the cake.”
