Karen Gillan says Nebula is ‘starting to accept love’ in The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3

OHMYGOSSIP — Karen Gillan says Nebula is “starting to accept love” in ‘The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3’.
The ‘Jumanji: The Next Level’ star feels her character in the James Gunn-helmed Marvel flick is beginning to “heal a little bit” from the mistreatment she suffered at the hands of her late father, Thanos.
The 35-year-old actress told HeyUGuys.com: “So we met Nebula after, you know, the death of her father, Thanos, that we saw in ‘Endgame’.
“So she’s actually starting to heal a little bit from the trauma inflicted by her father, so she’s starting to accept love a little bit more. Maybe she’s able to show other people love, which kinda manifests in a slightly lighter personality. It’s like a weight has been lifted from her, and she’s slightly more humorous now and able to show emotion more.
Karen also admitted she is “lucky” to be involved in the movie.
While on the red carpet for the premiere of the film, she said “I was standing up on that jet, just looking out at the big, all of these people on the Avengers campus, and I was like, ‘We are so lucky that we get to experience this.’
“This is not a normal movie premiere. This is something so much bigger.”
“I’m appreciating every moment because I know this is also the final chapter and the last time we’re going to be doing this, so it’s kind of emotional, actually.
The ‘Gunpowder Milkshake’ star gushed about how the cast – which includes Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and Bradley Cooper – is like “a family” after going through the entire trilogy together.
Karen said: “This really genuinely does feel like a family. We’ve been through so much, so many years together, so many movies, so many adventures.
“We are so close.”

John Partridge would make EastEnders return if Rita Simons was back for good

OHMYGOSSIP — John Partridge would return to ‘EastEnders’ if Rita Simons came back for good.
The 46-year-old actress played Roxy Mitchell until she was killed off in January 2017 returned to the soap this week for special scenes in which her on-screen daughter Amy Mitchell (Ellie Dadd) had a vision of her late mother while encouraged to open up about her loss during a therapy session.
And now John, who played Roxy’s pal Christian Clarke from 2008 to 2012 and returned for guest appearances between 2014 and 2016, has admitted he felt his alter ego would view it as his “duty” to go back to Albert Square if soap bosses somehow figured out a way for Rita to return for good.
He told RadioTimes.com: “Well, listen, they’ve done it before, they’ve risen people from the dead before so you never know, do you?
“I think if Rita did make a miraculous recovery, I do think that for Christian it would be his duty to have one final rock ‘n’ roll. I think he would have to come back from Birmingham, he’d have to leave his retail job in the Bullring [shopping centre] – I’m pretty sure that’s where he is, probably working for Jo Malone or The White Company in the Bullring – living his full retail fantasy.”
However, though John said he would “never say never” to an ‘EastEnders’ return, he admitted he felt there was a “shelf-life” to the characters.
But he added: “I tell you what though, I can still rock that vest. Don’t get it twisted, Christian can still rock a tight pair of jeans and a vest, even at 52!”
Rita recently teased that because viewers did not see her character’s body after she and her sister Ronnie (Samantha Womack) both drowned in a swimming pool, there is a possibility that Roxy is not dead after all and could potentially make a reappearance “for the fans.”
She told ‘Good Morning Britain’: “I could come back because you didn’t see my body. I don’t know if I could come back. It’s awful because the fans are like ‘Please come back!’ I did this for the fans, I did this for them and they blew me away last night. Would I go back..?”

Dean Gaffney had ‘bit of a kerfuffle’ with Janice Dickinson’s husband

OHMYGOSSIP — Dean Gaffney got into a fight with Janice Dickinson’s husband at an ‘I’m A Celebrity… South Africa’ post-show dinner.
The former ‘EastEnders’ star angered Robert ‘Rocky’ Gerner when he tried to kiss the supermodel – who was recovering from facial injuries caused by a fall during filming – and the pair had to be separated by Joe Swash, fellow campmate Gillian McKeith has revealed.
The 63-year-old star – who was seen leaving the ITV1 show on Friday (28.04.23) night – told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: “I was sitting there with my daughter Skylar and two-year-old grandson Landon and I became aware of a bit of a kerfuffle. I looked up and Dean and Robert were right there.
“I saw Janice’s husband Robert hold Dean’s arms — he held his forearms tight, pushed him back and there was a push and pull going on.
“Then Dean released his arms and said, ‘Get off me’, and tried to free his arms from his grip before he swore and shouted to get away from him.
“Dean was very upset and marched over to the other side of the room and that is when other people became aware of what was going on.
“It was very tense. You could cut the atmosphere with a knife.”
Gillian praised Joe for stepping in during the row, which took place before the celebrities sat down for dinner at the Phelwana Game Lodge restaurant.
She added: “Joe pacified the situation because Dean and Joe are very good friends.
“I was just astonished at what went on because I didn’t know he would react like that. I had never seen that.”
But the former ‘You Are What You Eat’ star insisted the row was just a “misunderstanding”.
She explained: “Robert later told me that he didn’t want anyone touching Janice’s face because she had open wounds.
“He was concerned that if someone came to kiss her it could contaminate her wounds.
“It was a misunderstanding because Dean is a lovely guy and he was just being friendly and the husband was maybe overreacting.”
The ‘I’m A Celebrity…’ all-star special was filmed last September and Dean’s entrance into camp will be seen later this week.

Melissa McCarthy wants to make Bridesmaids sequel

OHMYGOSSIP — Melissa McCarthy would jump at the chance to make a ‘Bridesmaids’ sequel.
The 52-year-old actress played Megan Price in the 2011 comedy and even if she has to wait for decades for a follow-up movie, she’d be thrilled if writers Annie Mumolo and Kristen Wiig – who had the lead role of Annie Walker – asked her to make another.
She told People magazine: “I would do a Bridesmaids sequel this afternoon, right now.
“That group of women was the most magical thing ever. Almost all of us were really good friends already. I think it was such a magical time.
“[Even if we are] all in our nineties and Kristen and Annie are like, ‘Should we team back up?’ I’d be like, ‘Yes. Yeah, we should.’ ”
Melissa admitted she and her co-stars – which included Maya Rudolph, Rose Burne, Rebel Wilson and Ellie Kemper – were “terribly unprofessional” because they all struggled to keep a straight face on set, whether they were filming or just watching from the sidelines.
Discussing her favourite memories from making the movie, she said: “Oh my God. Just being around that many funny people where truly it was like people dropping to the ground because we couldn’t get air in.
“From a distance, it must have looked like we all had food poisoning because there was just times where we’d be like… You can’t be around that group of humans and not just be beside yourself.”
And of one particularly memorable scene where the group went wedding dress shopping, she said: “It just ended up being so funny.
“Also, just Kristen shoving 72 Jordan almonds in her mouth. There was a take where she must have had 40 in there.
“And we were like, ‘Kristen’s going to choke.’ It was also terribly unprofessional acting because anyone who wasn’t on-camera was usually bent over and just shaking. None of us were behaving. Yeah, that and the dogs, I did enjoy all the dogs.”
If a sequel ever is made, Melissa expects Megan would be very happy with Air Marshall Jon – who was played by her real-life husband Ben Falcone – and their life together.
She said: “[They’d be] running her trucking company. And they’re obviously private detectives, obviously, just to state what everybody knows.
“I think they have matching denim jackets with each other’s image painted on it. I think they’re so happy. And they’re running a dog rescue, I’ll say that.”

The ‘Avatar’ star spilled about her character in the third instalment of the Marvel Comic series is doing and revealed that she is “a bit confused” about why the gang – which is led by Chris Pratt’s character Peter Quill – feel so “familiar” around her.
The 44-year-old actress told HeyUGuys.com: “She’s great if you ask her. Gamora feels good. She’s a bit confused as to why these misfits keep looking at her as if they know her.
“And even though she has no experience to base, you know how familiar they feel. They feel so familiar to her. And that is a very complex state to be in. ”
Despite this Zoe said: “It was quite interesting to get into this new Gamora.”
The ‘Colombiana’ star was “super stoked” the premiere of the eagerly awaited James Gunn-helmed flick could have its debut in the city of lights where she is working and living with her sons Bowie, Cy, and Zen and husband Marco Perego.
She said: “It feels great. I’m going to bring my boys next week. I’m going to be able to kick off the Marvel campus. I’m super stoked. As a former, an alumni now of it, and I’m living here in France, I love this country. It’s the third production I’m doing. I’m working on a film with Jacques Audiard. I’m super stoked that Guardians was able to come here to Paris.
“So yeah, it feels really good.
Zoe also praised the film’s soundtrack like the “unique” acoustic version of one of Radiohead’s biggest hits as she declared herself to be “a huge fan of the Beastie Boys”.
Zoe said: “You know there is a really unique rendition of ‘Creep’, Radiohead’s ‘Creep and I think it’s pretty awesome.
“And you know, there’s the Beastie Boys. I’m a huge fan of the Beastie Boys.”

Shaun Ryder suggests that some I’m A Celebrity… South Africa stars are faking it

OHMYGOSSIP — Shaun Ryder believes that some contestants on ‘I’m a Celebrity… South Africa’ are acting up for the cameras.
The Happy Mondays singer was eliminated from the all stars series alongside Gillian McKeith last week but hinted that the diet guru and former royal butler Paul Burrell are faking it on the ITV show.
Shaun – who clashed with Gillian during his original appearance on the show back in 2010 – told The Sun newspaper: “I’ve bumped into Gillian at least ten times in the last 12 years with her kids, with my kids, and I thought we’re all good.
“But at first Gillian’s head was still stuck 12 years ago, she was ready to battle with me.
“I was working hard at making me and her get on, and as far as I was concerned I got on with everybody and everyone was having a nice time.”
Gillian shocked the camp with her secret plan to smuggle in contraband such as salt and mints but Shaun was left unsurprised by her antics.
He said: “At the end of the day… how can I put it? Gillian’s a grafter.
“We all know I think Gillian’s fainting (in 2010) is a load of b*******.
“The smuggling was typical Gillian.”
Shaun also suggested that Paul was over exaggerating his screams during the trials.
The 60-year-old star said: “I love Paul Burrell, but at the end of the day Paul comes from a pit village. Paul’s dad was a miner, Paul is hard as f***.
“I think Paul’s great, but I did take the p*** out of Paul’s screaming in trials.
“But you know. It’s just a laugh.”
Paul did enjoy spending time with model Janice Dickinson as she is as “mad as a bag of bouncing frogs” and was happy to be with other contestants such as Carol Vorderman, Phil Tufnell and Myleene Klass.
He said: “I think Janice Dickinson is f****** amazing and there was a lot of really cool people in there.
“I mean, Janice is on my level. She’s mad as a bag of bouncing frogs, which is cool by me.
“When I was in there the first time round my biggest fear was people, I have my pals and that’s it, I don’t know a lot of showbiz people or whatever.
“But both times we had a great bunch so I was lucky. There wasn’t any d****.”

Melissa McCarthy would do a Bridesmaids sequel in a flash

OHMYGOSSIP — Melissa McCarthy would jump at the chance to do another ‘Bridesmaids’ film.
The ‘Little Mermaid’ star has admitted that she would still do a sequel to the 2011 rom-com when she and her co-stars are in their 90s.
She told PEOPLE magazine: “I would do a Bridesmaids sequel this afternoon, right now.
“That group of women was the most magical thing ever. Almost all of us were really good friends already. I think it was such a magical time.”
She added that even if they are “all in our nineties and [writers] Kristen [Wiig] and Annie [Mumolo] are like, ‘Should we team back up?’ I’d be like, ‘Yes. Yeah, we should.'”
The 52-year-old actress recalled there being non-stop laughter on set.
Asked what her highlight was, she replied: “Oh my God. Just being around that many funny people were truly it was like people dropping to the ground because we couldn’t get air in.
“From a distance, it must have looked like we all had food poisoning because there was just times where we’d be like … You can’t be around that group of humans and not just be beside yourself.”
Melissa – who played bridesmaid Megan – also revealed that the scene where the group of bridesmaids get food poisoning and she goes to the toilet in the sink at the designer wedding dress store next to the puking bride Lillian (Maya Rudolph) nearly didn’t happen.
She said: “It just ended up being so funny.”
And the ‘Heat’ star revealed Kristen Wiig could have choked filming her character Annie Walker shovelling almonds down her throat.
She added: “Also, just Kristen shoving 72 Jordan almonds in her mouth.
“There was a take where she must have had 40 in there. We were like, ‘Kristen’s going to choke.’”

‘Made in Chelsea’ star Sam Thompson wanted ADHD diagnosis before starting a family

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Made in Chelsea’ star Sam Thompson wanted to know if he’s got ADHD before starting a family.
The 30-year-old reality star – who shot to fame alongside his sister Louise Thompson, 33, on the E4 show – recently tied the knot with his longtime partner, former ‘Love Island’ star Zara McDermott, 26, and he’s revealed he needed to find out if he has the hyperactivity disorder before considering fatherhood.
He told OK! magazine: “When I first started doing TV I’d have producers say it to me.
“But I was like, ‘I’m in my early twenties, shut up!’ Then I did ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’ [in 2019] with [former politician and author] Louise Mensch and she has ADHD and she was like, ‘I’m convinced you’ve got it,’ and she went, ‘I take medication for it and it’s changed my life.’”
The TV star – who is also known for his bromance with ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star Pete Wicks – has filmed the E4 special ‘Sam Thompson: Is This ADHD?’.
He said: “A part of me was growing up and being like, ‘When am I going to be that person that everyone else seems to be? When am I going to sit in an office or sit in my kitchen and just get s*** done? When am I going to be the one who’s got the bag full of passports and tickets for the flights?’”
The main reason Sam was keen to get a diagnosis was to make sure he can be the best father to his future kids.
He explained: “A big thing for me was kids.
“I do want kids and I want to know I can look after a child. I want to know I’m the provider and I’m the carer and that I can be the security that child needs to grow up.”
He admitted: “I was like, ‘I don’t feel like I can even look after myself a lot of the time.’ The older I was getting, the more I was thinking about that.”
Sam came to realise that Zara was doing a lot more for him than she should be and that was “really tough” to hear from her.
He said: “Zara has always been a giver.
“She’s a gift-giver and a date rememberer. She’ll remind me of my family birthdays, she’s such a thoughtful person. She shouldn’t have to book me a train journey. Admin stuff was never my forte whatsoever but it can snowball … You forget that person is doing something to make you happy and you feel like that is the way it should be. It was really tough to sit there and hear Zara say, ‘I don’t want to do it, I just have to do it because it will make your life easier and I love you.’ You’re sitting there going, ‘Oh I’m taking a lot and you’re giving a lot and it’s not balanced at the moment.’”
Sam says a diagnosis means he’ll be aware if ever his future children appear to have neurodivergent traits.
He said: “I think it’s a huge thing for me.
“When I’m eventually a parent, I want to be understanding of it.”
‘Sam Thompson: Is This ADHD?’ is on Monday 8 May, at 9pm on E4 and All 4.

Louise Jameson feels ‘terrified’ of being scammed

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Emmerdale’ star Louise Jameson has been inundated with scam calls and emails since turning 70.
The 72-year-old actress – who plays Mary Goskirk in the ITV soap – has revealed that she feels “terrified” of being scammed.
Louise – whose on-screen character is set to be swindled out of her life savings – told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I will get an email, phone call or text at least once a week trying to tempt me into some scam.
“They could well be algorithms but there are ones that will say things like ‘I’ve got loads of money, can you give me your bank details so I can put it in there.'”
Louise even became suspicious of the BBC, her former employer, when the corporation asked for her bank details in order to pay royalties.
She shared: “They had to jump through hoops to persuade me it was the correct way to get royalties. I won’t give away anything unless I am face-to-face in the actual building.”
Meanwhile, Louise previously suggested that embracing her natural colour has actually helped her career.
The veteran actress – who previously starred on ‘EastEnders’ – told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “It’s extraordinary, but literally, since I’ve stopped dyeing my hair, there’s been lots of work coming in. I’ve had eight or nine offers.
“I thought it would be the opposite, but no, work’s actually expanded for me. Some actors try to look younger and manage it brilliantly, but I think if there’s an air of desperation about trying to hang on to your youth, then it does limit your casting.
“I’m very happy being 70 and letting my hair go white and not going down the Botox route. I think that age has to be embraced naturally.”

Shaun Ryder reveals his secret to recent weight loss

OHMYGOSSIP — Shaun Ryder has lost two stone thanks to the controversial diet drug Ozempic.
The 60-year-old singer – who recently appeared on the all-star version of ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’ – has revealed that he’s managed to shed a significant amount of weight in recent years, after he turned to the diet drug.
Speaking about his weight loss, Shaun – who first appeared on ‘I’m A Celebrity’ in 2010 – told The Sun newspaper: “Being 60 with hip problems, thyroid problems, f****** testosterone problems and everything else.
“People have noticed I don’t have any f****** eyebrows and eyelashes, from my alopecia.
“Basically, you know, the jungle slapped me right across the face and said calm down mate.
“My thyroid is underactive, so it doesn’t matter if you just eat lettuce you’ll still be f***** fat but since I did the jungle I’ve lost a load of weight.
“I think I was 16 stone and now I’m down to 14 because of them jabs you stick in your belly, that they say the Kardashians are on? Ozempic. I’ve been on them and I’ve lost two stone.”
Ozempic is an appetite-suppressing jab that’s rumoured to be hugely popular in Hollywood circles at the moment.
However, it can also be prescribed by a doctor to help patients who are struggling with obesity because of diabetes and thyroid conditions.
Shaun acknowledges that some celebrities who have turned to Ozempic might have “a lot of body issues going on”. However, for the Happy Mondays star, it’s proven to be a life-changer.
He shared: “For me it’s great; I actually get a bit of energy from it so now we’re back to cycling.”

Nic Pizzolatto to re-write Blade script

OHMYGOSSIP — Nic Pizzolatto is to re-write the script for ‘Blade’.
The ‘True Detective’ creator is working on a new draft of the screenplay for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) flick that will feature Mahershala Ali in the title role.
‘Blade’ is set to start production later this month in Atlanta with Yann Demange directing. Ali will be joined in the cast by Mia Goth and Delroy Lindo.
It marks a ‘True Detective’ reunion as Mahershala starred in the third season of the show.
The movie does have a script from Michael Starrbury and insiders say the Pizzolatto has been working from the draft for several weeks now.
Marvel have set a release date of September 2024 for ‘Blade’.
While plot details haven’t been shared, sources say the plan is for the flick to be dark and gritty in tone and have similarities to the trilogy that saw Wesley Snipes play the human-vampire hybrid character between 1998 and 2004.
Original director Bassam Tariq dropped out of the project due to changes in the “production schedule” but remains attached to the movie as a producer.
A Marvel statement read: “Due to continued shifts in our production schedule, Bassam is no longer moving forward as director of ‘Blade’ but will remain an executive producer on the film.
“We appreciate Bassam’s talent and all the work he’s done getting ‘Blade’ to where it is.”
Mahershala has been encouraged by Wesley – who tweeted that the former ‘House of Cards’ star “will do great” in the role – and explained how he was thrilled to hear the kind words.
He told ‘The Breakfast Club’: “Man, you know, [I’m] humbled and so encouraged by that.
“Because he didn’t have to say that. Wasn’t nobody really asking him like that.
“So for him to come out and say that, somebody I look up to so much, I sincerely appreciated that. So thank you, brother.”

Chris Pratt would struggle to play Star-Lord in other Marvel movies

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Pratt would struggle to play Star-Lord away from ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’.
The 43-year-old actor returns as the character in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ in the concluding movie of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) franchise but is wary of featuring in other films as he wouldn’t want to work without the other cast members.
Asked about returning alongside a different cast, Chris told ComicBook.com: “That’s so daunting. That’s the reason not do it. I think it would have… it’s so elegant and perfect right now with the three films and so to think of moving forward, it’s really hard and without James (Gunn), I don’t know that would work. I’m open to it, but man, I don’t know.”
Chris recently revealed that he almost gave up on auditioning for Marvel movies after he missed out on roles in ‘Thor’ and other blockbusters.
He revealed on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’: “I auditioned for them all. I had a rough run with Marvel. I auditioned for ‘Thor’, but not even to be Thor – but to be one of the sidekick guys, and I didn’t get a callback.
“Usually they give you a little bit of feedback, and I remember the casting director goes, ‘Wow. You really made a big choice there.’ Which is code for like: ‘Hey, dial back the acting there, guy.'”
The ‘Jurassic World’ star continued: “It got to the point where I was never gonna audition for Marvel again. I was like, ‘This is stupid, I’m never gonna be in a Marvel movie.”
Chris explained that the rejections extended to more than just Marvel projects.
He said: “And it was not only just Marvel things but there have been a lot of heroic characters in various films… Not DC characters, but like, you know, ‘Star Trek’ or ‘Avatar’.”

Martin Scorsese ‘immersed’ himself in Osage Nation for Killers of the Flower Moon

OHMYGOSSIP — Martin Scorsese had to “immerse” himself in the Osage Nation for ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’.
The 80-year-old director’s latest movie tells the story of how the newly-created FBI tried to solve a spate of killings targeting the tribe in Oklahoma during the 1920s and he rented a property in the area to aid his work on the project – which features Leonardo DiCaprio and Lily Gladstone in the cast.
Scorsese told Collider: “For me, it was immersing ourselves in that world, and the only way to do it was to go there and be there, and stay there, and be with the Osages.
“That was the key. When we first got to Oklahoma, the Osage, we had a big meeting with them, and then there was another group of Osage at Gray Horse who made a big dinner for us, and then each one got up and spoke, and I realised that this is the story right here, this is the one.
“They spoke about what it was like, and how many members of their families suffered and were killed. And yet, those two people that the film is about, were in love.”
The upcoming movie is based on the book by David Grann and the author had high praise for the flick.
He told Vanity Fair magazine: “I did visit the set for a few days. And I was, again, just really impressed by how they managed to bring these historical figures to life and capture the hidden truths about the story.
“Leo (DiCaprio) just seemed to just be able to capture the nature of Ernest Burkhart, and the level of complicity of his character, and this evil system. And Lily Gladstone brings Mollie to life with such sensitivity and emotional power, at least in the bits I saw.”

Owen Wilson optimistic about Paris Paramount release

OHMYGOSSIP — Owen Wilson hopes that the new Nancy Meyers movie can be released in cinemas.
The 54-year-old actor is one of several stars attached to the film ‘Paris Paramount’ and hopes that Warner Bros. stepping in to acquire the project means it is released on the big screen.
Nancy had been due to helm the romantic comedy – which will also feature Penelope Cruz, Scarlett Johansson and Michael Fassbender – for Netflix before the streaming giant pulled the plug after the two parties failed to agree on a budget for the picture.
Owen told The Hollywood Reporter: “Originally, it was intended as a streaming movie, but now maybe it’ll be theatrical (with Warner Bros.), and that seems like what you would want and expect from a Nancy Meyers movie.”
The ‘Paint’ star revealed some of the discussions he had with ‘The Parent Trap’ director before signing up for the project and was struck by her passion for making films.
Owen said: “She just loves movies, and that’s what makes it fun — talking with her about the way this movie will look and the references for it through some of the older movies that she loves that I also love.”
‘Paris Paramount’ tells the story of an above-the-line filmmaking duo who begrudgingly reunite on set after falling in and out of love with one another.
The film has parallels with Nancy’s own life as she and fellow writer-producer Charles Shyer had a long-time romantic and professional pairing, working on movies such as ‘Father of the Bride’, ‘Baby Boom’ and ‘Private Benjamin’.

Dean Gaffney and Joe Swash join I’m A Celebrity South Africa camp

OHMYGOSSIP — Dean Gaffney and Joe Swash are to join the ‘I’m A Celebrity… South Africa’ camp on Tuesday night (02.05.23).
The former ‘EastEnders’ stars will arrive on screen mid-way through tonight’s episode, and 45-year-old actor Dean is hoping he doesn’t embarrass his twin daughters Charlotte and Chloe, 27, in any trials.
Dean – who played Robbie Jackson in the BBC One soap – said: “My daughters were ten when I did the Australian jungle and they didn’t care if I screamed or not.
“They are 27 now and I think if I was screaming they would be a bit embarrassed.”
Joe – who starred as Mickey Miller in ‘EastEnders’ – hopes his kids, son Rex, three, and 14-month-old daughter Rose, who he has with TV presenter Stacey Solomon, and son Harry, 16 – from a previous relationship – will be watching his South African adventure.
The 41-year-old star said: “My eldest son, Harry, was one when I did the jungle and he is 16 now!
“I want the kids to watch ‘I’m A Celebrity… South Africa’ and for both of us to be able to tell them ‘I’m A Celebrity’ is where mummy and daddy met.
“The jungle is always going to be a big part of our family.”
Stacey won ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ in 2010, and Joe met her when he was presenting spin-off show ‘Extra Camp’.
Joe – who was King of the Jungle in 2008 – has admitted taking part in this year’s series is “closure” for his time on ‘I’m A Celebrity’.
He said: “‘I’m A Celebrity’ holds a big place in my heart. I won it and I was lucky enough to go on to present the spin-off series on ITV2 for 10 years.
“I met Stacey whilst I was out in Australia and me and Stacey have now married and we have had kids. Doing the all-stars series is closure. It finishes off the circle.”
‘I’m A Celebrity… South Africa’ airs weeknights at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX, and on Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player in Ireland.
