OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Hudson has reportedly demanded bosses place a hot water bottle and a cushion on her swivel chair for the blind audition rounds of ‘The Voice’.
The ‘American Idol’ star has only just joined the singing competition as one of the mentors alongside fellow newbie Gavin Rossdale, will.i.am and Sir Tom Jones but her diva demands are proving more work than it’s worth for producers at the moment.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Jennifer insisted on a cushion and also had a hot water bottle on her chair. The other judges were excited by a lot of the acts but Jennifer was less impressed and looked like she’d rather be anywhere else.
“She seemed bored at some points and was given slippers and a blanket by staff.”
However, a crew member for the forthcoming series, which will air in January, believes the 35-year-old beauty has hit the ground running since she arrived in the UK.
The member of staff explained: “Jennifer has been a revelation as a coach since she flew over from America. She has hit the ground running and viewers will even see her getting on stage and singing during some of the auditions. The show is looking really different this year and Jennifer is helping it to feel fresh and exciting.”
The star may be one of the new mentors on the panel but she’s convinced she’s at an advantage because she was a contestant herself on ‘American Idol’ in 2006.
She said recently: “You don’t get that much time, so you don’t get a chance to rehearse for as long as you want. I know all the setbacks they face, only having one minute and 30 seconds to display your whole world of talent. SO those things I’m considering from my experience and I see it from the same perspective.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Joey Essex won’t get back together with Stephanie Pratt.
The ‘Educating Joey Essex’ star split from the ‘Made in Chelsea’ beauty earlier this month after they struck up a romance while they were both appearing on ‘Celebs Go Dating’ over the summer but he’s adamant they won’t reunite and he’s now looking forward to getting back out there and meeting new potential lovers.
Speaking on ‘Lorraine’ on Tuesday (01.11.16), he said: “That ship has sort of sailed…[between him and Stephanie]. I’m back on the market. Do I have an ideal girl? Yeah. Nice pretty girls. Just cute. I’m just letting everyone know that I’m single!”
However, the 26-year-old hunk has admitted he finds it extremely hard to remain in a relationship because he’s so busy with work that he’s never around for alone time.
He explained: “Being in this industry, you’re constantly working… early mornings, late nights, so yeah, it is hard to have a relationship.”
Joey’s split with Stephanie came as a huge shock to fans as just weeks ago the 30-year-old star was declaring her love for him, even though she couldn’t understand him.
She said at the time: “He’s everything I don’t want in a man.
“He’s vain, and he’s skinnier than me. I can’t even understand him. I need a dictionary.
“The only thing I’m really thinking is I can see being a best friend that I fall in love with.”
The now-former couple were even hoping to spend Christmas together in Stephanie’s native Los Angeles but it seems their busy schedules drove a wedge between them.
A source said: “Joey wasn’t up for spending every minute in Chelsea with Stephanie.
“He genuinely fell for her and even though they were an unlikely couple, he hoped it could turn into something more serious. But he realised it was never going to work with him spending so much time away from home.”

OHMYGOSSIP — James Arthur wouldn’t do ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ for “any amount of money.”
The former ‘X Factor’ winner recently admitted he turned down £250,000 to take part in the reality show, even though he was penniless, after he was dropped from his record deal with Syco in 2014 but he’s adamant no amount of cash could persuade him.
Speaking to BUILD Series LDN, he said: “I wouldn’t have done it [‘Celebrity Big Brother’] for any amount of money. I’m a fan of those shows but I don’t think they’re for me. I would come across like I was hating every minute of it. I can’t put on any fronts.”
The 28-year-old singer struggled to cope with his high level of fame after he won the talent show back in 2012 and became hooked on prescription drugs and alcohol.
He said: “My lowest point was being addicted to prescription drugs, cannabis and alcohol. I was using anything I could as a crutch to cope with the pressure I was putting on myself to be what I was billed to be. I had the biggest selling ‘X Factor’ single.”
The ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’ hitmaker believes one of the “biggest mistakes” he made after his show success was moving down to London and cutting off his family.
He said: “To be honest, I don’t think there’s any way to prepare people for that process. You need to make sure you have friends and family around you. The mistake I made was moved to London, got a flat and cut ties with all my family and I got lonely and lost.”
His battle with fame means he can understand why Justin Bieber – who has been in trouble with the law numerous times – has occasionally fallen off the bandwagon.
He explained: “All I can see is a guy that was famous from the age of five or something. The guy [Justin] hasn’t had a chance to take a step back and learn who is he. I think you’ve got to allow for a few mistakes. Maybe we should cut him some slack sometimes instead of saying he’s ungrateful to his fans.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Scotty T is taking a “break” from ‘Geordie Shore’.
The 28-year-old reality TV star – who has appeared on the boozy MTV programme since 2012 – won’t join the rest of the cast for the start of filming for the new series as he needs to focus on his pantomime gig instead of going “too wild” on screen.
Speaking to Digital Spy, he said: “The thing is, I might be taking a break. Whenever I go on ‘Geordie Shore’, I go too wild – I just need to calm down. And obviously the filming dates clash with [my] pantomime [in Leeds], so that could be a big thing.”
It was recently claimed the womanising hunk had been dropped from the series because of his outrageous behaviour but, although producers have told him off in the past for his risque antiques, Scotty is adamant he’s never been told he’d be given the boot.
He explained with a laugh: “That was only in series five [that he got told off by producers] because I was a newbie on ‘Geordie Shore’ and I literally went berserk and I was waving me willy in some girl’s face in the jacuzzi. That was just ridiculous.”
However, although he’s got no plans to walk away from the programme as of yet, Scotty – whose real name is Scott Timlin – has admitted he’s thought about quitting numerous times since he struck up a relationship with Francesca Toole.
He said: “It’s hard – I’ve found a girl I love but I can’t get with her because I’m always away. I’ve got to go and film ‘Geordie Shore’, I’ve got to go and do pantomime, I’ve got to go and get my willy out for ‘Dreamboys’! I’ve got to do things left, right and centre. The situation is we are seeing each other but there’s a big barrier in the middle. I found a girl who I love, but because of the show, it’s so hard because it’s not the same.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lucy Pargeter is pregnant with twins.
The ‘Emmerdale’ star – who is known for portraying pub owner Chastity Dingle – and her partner Rudi Coleano are “delighted” to be expecting two little siblings for their 11-year-old daughter Lola and can’t wait to meet their babies in the early part of next year.
A spokesperson for the ITV long-running show told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Lucy Pargeter and her partner Rudi Coleano are delighted to announce they are expecting twins spring 2017. They will be long-awaited siblings for their daughter, Lola.”
And, although her alter ego is currently wrapped up in a big storyline involving her gay son Aaron Livesy (Danny Miller), it’s highly unlikely her pregnancy will wreak havoc for show bosses as she only took three months off work when she gave birth to Lola almost 12 years ago because she’s too much of a “workaholic” to sit at home.
She said: “As soon as I told the bosses at ‘Emmerdale’ I was pregnant they asked me how long I would want on maternity leave. But I just wanted three months and then straight back. I couldn’t afford to have too long off work – I have got two mortgages and a car. Working is a big part of me and my life and I wasn’t happy to stay at home.”
The 39-year-old actress – who has appeared on ‘Emmerdale’ since 2002 and also competed in ‘I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!’ in 2013 – was forced to re-juggle her life when she found out she was pregnant with Lola as she and Rudi were initially planning to get married but had no choice but to put their nuptials on hold.

OHMYGOSSIP — EastEnders’ Ronnie Mitchell will be drowned by her wedding dress.
The Albert Square resident – who is portrayed by Samantha Womack – will meet a grisly end when she is dragged to her death by the attire over the new year shortly after marrying Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) for the second time.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Ronnie has had some grim storylines, it’s fitting she goes in similar fashion.”
Ronnie will meet her maker after tragically finding her drunk sister Roxy – who previously slept with Jack – face down dead in a swimming pool.
But when Ronnie jumps in to try to save her sibling – portrayed by Rita Simons – she too will die.
Samantha and Rita have both played out some hard-hitting storylines since they arrived in Albert Square in 2007.
Ronnie has seen her daughter Danielle killed in a car accident in April 2009 and just eight months later she suffered a miscarriage when her dad Archie Mitchell (Larry Lamb) pushed her into the Queen Vic’s bar.
A year later she revealed Archie raped her as a child and in late 2010 she swapped her dead son James Branning, who died of sudden infant death syndrome, with Kat and Alfie Moon’s (Jessie Wallace and Shane Richie) baby Tommy.
She was later jailed for kidnapping Tommy in April 2011, but she returned to Walford two years later and went on to murder Roxy’s boyfriend Carl White (Daniel Coonan).
Sam confirmed she was leaving ‘EastEnders’ in August.
She tweeted: “Thank you SO much for all your kind words about me leaving EE.
“It’s so humbling to know you loved Ronnie as much as I did! Very grateful Xxx (sic)”
Just a few weeks later, Rita also confirmed she was departing Albert Square.
She tweeted: “Thanku guys 4 all the continued love & support u have shown me (and Roxy) over the years. I’m so grateful for my time on EE. Love to u all
“As the saying goes ‘Mitchell sisters..together forever’ @Sam_Womack Haaaaa you’re stuck with me sis! (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Pete Wicks will do “anything he can” to win back Megan McKenna.
The ‘TOWIE’ star was dumped by his girlfriend after he was caught sending dirty messages to ex lover Jacqui Ryland but he says his life means nothing without Megan in it.
He said: “I’ve got absolutely nothing to lose now because I’ve already lost it all. I’m focusing on everything I can do to get Megan back.
“I hurt her so much but she’s the only one that matters – everyone else can f**k off.
“I’ve got nothing to hide from her, all that matters is Megan.”
Although the couple have seen been pictured together since the sexting scandal, Pete insists they haven’t reconciled as Megan says it’s still too raw.
The 28-year-old hunk – who began dating the 24-year-old beauty in march – told The Sun Online: “We aren’t back together – that’s not the case.
“I’m doing everything I can to get her back, of course, but it’s going to take a lot of time to get Megan to trust me again.
“I don’t know if she ever will. I hope eventually she’ll feel the same as me but it’s still so up and down and she’s told me she’s still so confused.
“I know there are going to be a lot of ups and downs.
“If Megan decides there is a future between us she’s told me it’s going to be a long time before that happens but I’ve accepted that. I’ve got all the time in the world.

The former ‘Geordie Shore’ star may have a legion of adoring fans but that doesn’t mean she’s willing to sparse on her security as she’s bought “the most amazing” CCTV and has alarms positioned in every room that she’s hooked up to the police.
She told Star magazine: “I have the most amazing CCTV system with 10 external cameras. I also have panic buttons all over the house. If I’m in trouble, the police will there within five minutes.”
The 26-year-old beauty has come under fire in recent days as she excited fans by announcing she was going into the ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ jungle this year before backtracking and claiming a few hours later that she was only “joking.”
She said on Snapchat: “I’m hungover and I thought it would be funny because everyone is saying I’m going into the jungle to say I am. But the reality is, I’m not. I’m sick of everyone asking us about it and saying I’m lying.”
But fans were very annoyed and flooded her with angry messages.
One vented: “Such a funny joke isn’t it? You excited your fans you moron”, while another said: “Would have been the best series if you actually was!”
And one man fumed: “F**k sake already told the girlfriend and she was buzzing and said you will win now I got to go break the news now thanks.”

The ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ host agreed to take part in the American Express Preferred Rewards Gold Card Golden Hour project as global Instagrammer Jiri Siftar taught her how to capture the perfect shot while abroad after she realised that she spends too much time tinkering around with her photos rather than enjoying the trip away.
She explained: “With a busy work schedule, family holiday time is so precious. I love to take pictures when away to send home or to share on social media but I often find myself taking a while playing around with the editing tools to finesse them.
“Working with these Instagrammers as part of the American Express Preferred Rewards Gold Card Golden Hour project has taught me that if you use the right natural lighting and make the most of Golden Hour, taking a beautiful picture can take seconds – meaning I can spend more time enjoying each holiday moment with my family.”
The 40-year-old beauty learnt that using the natural light of golden hour – the time just after sunrise and just before sunset – will mean she will spend seconds taking a photo rather than messing around on editing apps to ensure it’s aesthetically pleasing.
New research carried out by American Express Preferred Rewards Gold Card has revealed that seven in 10 Brits meticulously edit their holiday photos – changing colours, adding filters, adjusting brightness and warmth of light – before sharing them on social media or printing them.
The statistics show that the average holidaymaker takes around 84 photographs while on a one-week holiday, meaning that they spend on average 36 minutes glued to the small screen to create the most shareable holiday shots.

OHMYGOSSIP — Martin Roberts has signed up for ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’.
The ‘Homes Under the Hammer’ star is reportedly set to join the likes of ‘Gogglebox’ star Scarlett Moffatt, ‘Emmerdale’ actor Adam Thomas, radio host Lisa Snowdon, England cricketer Monty Panesar, and broadcaster Danny Baker in the jungle this year.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Martin is a hugely popular daytime presenter, regularly watched by around a million people every day.
“They’re hoping Martin will draw in housewives’ vote and think his quick wit and fun side will really come through on the show. He’s naturally funny but BBC One viewers normally only get snippets from him as he goes from auction to auction on ‘Homes Under the Hammer’. Producers reckon he’ll go down well with viewers.”
The news comes after it was recently announced that Olympian Sam Quek has agreed to throw on her jungle gear for the forthcoming series following her gold medal win at the Rio games in Brazil with the GB Hockey Team in the summer.
A source said at the time: “Sam ticks all the boxes for producers. She’s a hugely successful Olympian and is gorgeous to boot.
“Producers think the personality that has made her a hugely popular member of the GB hockey team will shine through on camera.
“She’s got a bit of experience as a swimwear model too so it goes without saying that they hope that will result in some waterfall scenes that the show is so famous for.”
Other names in the frame for this year’s show include former footballer Robbie Savage, actress Helen Lederer and McFly’s Tom Fletcher.
‘Red Dwarf’ actor Craig Charles is also rumoured to be returning to the programme.
He previously spent four days in the jungle two years ago but his stint was cut short after his brother Dean tragically died from a heart attack.
And the former ‘Coronation Street’ star may not be the only previous contestant to make a return to the outback as Spencer Matthews is also in the rumoured line up.
The ‘Made in Chelsea’ hunk joined the show last year but was forced to leave just a few days into his stint after producers found out he was taking steroids.
‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ will air on ITV in November.

OHMYGOSSIP — Len Goodman thinks Daisy Lowe keeps getting “overlooked” on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The 72-year-old head judge is baffled as to why the brunette model – the daughter of Gavin Rossdale and Pearl Lowe – isn’t getting the votes from the public week-in week-out but thinks, because she ranks quite high on the leaderboard, fans aren’t phoning in for her because they assume she’s already safe from the boot.
Speaking on Chris Evans’ BBC Radio 2 ‘Breakfast Show’ on Monday (31.10.16), he said when asked why the 27-year-old star keeps ending up in the bottom two: “I can only imagine – because she’s a terrific dancer, she’s got a lovely personality and she’s such a charming, lovely person. The only thing I can think of is that people, when they vote, may see Daisy – she’s there, she’s in fourth place, she’s in a good position, they may think ‘well, she’s safe.’ And then they vote for somebody, you know, down the line who they hope will come back and poor Daisy gets overlooked. That’s the only thing I can imagine because it’s nothing to do with her dancing.”
Daisy – who has found herself at the bottom of the leader two weeks in a row – was forced to dance against Anastacia in Sunday (30.10.16) night’s results show, despite impressing the audience with her Paso Doble in the main show on Saturday (29.10.16), but was sent through to the next round when judges Len, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Darcey Bussell chose to send home the ‘I’m Outta Love’ hitmaker.
As she struggled to hold back the tears, the 48-year-old singer thanked the BBC One show for helping her find her “female” again following her highly-publicised double mastectomy last year.
She said: “I’ve really enjoyed being here. This was a place for me to get to know my female and this place allowed me to do that; the hair, the make-up, the production, the judges gave me great comments.”
