Olivia Buckland involved in car crash

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Buckland was involved in a car crash last night (09.02.17).
The ‘Love Island’ star was forced to seek medical assistance in hospital after she smashed her head when a van ploughed into the back of her taxi while she was travelling home from a glamorous showbiz event in London on Friday morning.
Taking to her Twitter account, the blonde beauty gave her fans a running commentary of the situation before her hunky fiance Alex Bowen picked her up from the scene.
She wrote: “When you’re on your way home from an event in London and end up in a car crash I’m ok thought my baby is coming to get me xx
“I’m fine guys Alex has picked me up on way home. I will go hospital in morning to get checked as I hit my head xx Thankyou all for your concern so so lovely I feel fine honestly, I will go in morning if I feel worse. So grateful for my Alex. (sic)”
The 23-year-old beauty woke up after her sleep “stiff as a board” and decided to get herself checked over because her head was still pounding from the accident.
She then uploaded a photograph of the damaged van which smashed into her taxi.
She said: “When this goes straight into the back of your taxi and your on the backseat please everyone remember to wear seat belts please
“Just as I was getting my head into the gym and training and now this (sic).”
Olivia came under fire from her fans for not going to the hospital straight away last night but a representative for her has defended her decision to go home with her beau.
The spokesperson told The Sun Online: “Olivia was in the car when they got hit on both ends. She was shaken up but she didn’t got to hospital at the time because she just wanted to get home. She woke up this morning in a bad way and she’s headed to hospital to get an assessment because she hit her head.”

Ruby Rose learned sign language

OHMYGOSSIP — Ruby Rose was “so excited” to learn sign language for her role in ‘John Wick: Chapter 2’.
The 30-year-old actress relished the chance to pick up the “beautiful” way of communicating for her role as mute assassin Ares in the action sequel and thinks it is something everyone should learn.
She said: “I did, I learned sign language and I was so excited to learn it.
“I think its a beautiful language and I actually wish that everybody could speak it because its just so universal.”
However, Ruby admitted the phrases she was taught for role are unlikely to come in useful in real life.
She told ‘Late Night’ host Seth Meyers: “The problem is I only learned words that I can’t have conversations with.
“Unless I want to say ‘Hi, how are you, would you like to die now or later’ or like ‘run for you life, quickly, I’m going to get you.’ They aren’t things you actually want to say to people.”
Ruby recently revealed one of her professional ambitions is to work with Meryl Streep, though she feels lucky as she’s already starred with a number of her heroes.
She said: “I’ve been really lucky that I’ve worked with all my heroes throughout these films that I may never need to work again. But … until Meryl. Meryl Streep.”
And the ‘Orange is the New Black’ star thinks her main career “challenge” is proving she could play a traditional female role if she wanted to.
She said: “My biggest challenge is to convince a network or studio head that I can play a Stepford wife.
“So I have no challenges. I went from being underprivileged to being very privileged.”

Octavia Spencer praises Oscars diversity

OHMYGOSSIP — Octavia Spencer thinks the diversity in this year’s Oscar nominations is “wonderful”.
The ‘Hidden Figures’ star is one of six black performers shortlisted for acting honours at the upcoming Academy Awards, and while she doesn’t believe people will vote based on race, she thinks there has been a step in the right direction following last year’s #OscarsSoWhite controversy.
She said: “”I don’t see Oscar voters going: ‘Oh, here’s a black performance. I’m going to vote here for this black person. Oh, wait. Here’s Dev Patel. He’s Indian. I need to vote.’ That’s not how people think in there.
“But the wonderful thing is, there are a lot of movies to choose from, whereas last year there were only a couple of black performances, and there were no Latina performances. There were no Asian performances.
“You know what I mean? That’s what I want to see.”
The 46-year-old actress – who previously won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar in 2012 for her role in ‘The Help’ – admits success during awards season has put her in a better position for her career as she is able to be more selective with her roles.
She told The Guardian newspaper: “I’m grateful for Oscar, and for Golden Globes and Bafta, all of those awards have afforded me the ability to say, ‘No, no, no, I don’t think I want to do that.’
“Now, I have a little more ownership of what I get to do.”
However, Octavia also admits she wasn’t offered a great selection of parts after her win for ‘The Help’.
She said: “I loved ‘Fruitvale Station’, but then there was a lull in things that I wanted to do, because from that point on I got offered four maid roles, none of them nearly as good as Minny.
“My thought is: ‘Look, if you’re going to bring me something that I’ve already done, it needs to be better than this.’ ”

Gavin Rossdale thinks being English makes him pessimistic

OHMYGOSSIP — Gavin Rossdale thinks he’s an eternal pessimist because he’s English.
The London-born musician is currently starring alongside Sir Tom Jones, Jennifer Hudson and will.i.am on ‘The Voice’ and is “loving” the experience, but he has admitted he doesn’t know whether he’ll return to the ITV programme in 2018.
Gavin, 51 – whose band Bush are much better known in the US than in the UK – said: “Unfortunately like all the best things in life it’s not really up to me.
“So I don’t know. I think they’re happy with me… but it’s not my decision. If they asked me, then yeah I’d love it. I’ve found it really enjoyable.”
In fact, Gavin thought he was the victim of a prank when he was initially asked to star on the show.
Asked why that was his assumption, the rock star told RadioTimes.com: “Because I’m English, and I never think anything good is going to happen to me.
“I mean, for all my non-success in England, I can’t stop all my blood being English and all my aptitude and all my outlooks being English.”
Meanwhile, Gavin also opened up about his relationship with Sir Tom, saying the Welshman is “very paternal” towards him.
Gavin said: “I’m just learning so much from him. I think he feels very paternal towards me, like I’m a chip off the block.
“I’m not anywhere near his status but I simply just sing for a living, I gave my life to music, and he relates to that and respects that. He’s probably one of the greatest people I’ve ever met.”
He also criticised the BBC’s decision to axe Sir Tom from the programme last year, before ‘The Voice’ moved to ITV and he was rehired.
Gavin said, simply: “You know, people make mistakes.”

Stacy Francis bans Kim Woodburn from Celebrity Big Brother reunion

OHMYGOSSIP — Stacy Francis has banned Kim Woodburn from her ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ party.
The 47-year-old singer – who shot to fame on the US version of ‘The X Factor’ in 2011 – doesn’t want the ‘How Clean Is Your House?’ star to attend their post-show bash as she doesn’t think their fellow housemates would be “comfortable” if she was there after her explosive rows on the Channel 5 show last month.
Stacy told the Daily Star newspaper: “I definitely would not want Kim there. She can stay home. She said she and her husband would come.
“But I don’t want her there. The others wouldn’t be comfortable having her there.”
Stacy and the 74-year-old cleaner came to blows with one another on several occasions inside the famous abode, and Kim said countless times she felt like she was being bullied by the house, but Stacy has called her a liar.
She explained: “There was no need for her to continue this crazy talk. And not a word she said was true. No-one bulled her.”
On one episode, Stacy called Kim “disrespectful” for whipping her clean clothes out of the washing machine and scattering them across the laundry room because she wanted to use the appliance.
In a lengthy rant, Stacy shouted: “You put my stuff on the floor! That’s not disrespectful? I would never do that to anybody in this house. Why would you put it on the floor? You can’t come take somebody’s s**t out of the washing machine, put it on the floor and put your stuff in and make yourself right about it. And then get mad at me if I’m around the house screaming about it, because I have a right to.”
After the frizzy-haired beauty threatened to quit the show, Kim claimed she had no idea the star’s clothes were clean and said there was nowhere else to put her washing.
But the American singer took another swipe at the TV star because she thought it was “worse” that Kim thought her laundry was dirty and therefore pulled it all out of the machine.
Stacy said: “That’s worse. If you thought it was dirty clothes why wouldn’t you be considerate it and wash it then take our turn? If it’s not clean it means somebody has been in front of you to get their things washed, so you’re being selfish.”
But Stacy’s rant didn’t sit well with Kim and she told her not to mess with her.
Kim said: “Start with me and you’ll be very sorry.”

Spencer Matthews slams 'nonsense' booze ban

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘The Jump’s Spencer Matthews thinks it’s “nonsense” that he’s been put on a booze ban.
The 27-year-old reality TV star has lashed out at bosses of the winter sports show after they stopped contestants swigging from the bottle before they hit the Austrian slopes.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, the handsome star said: “There is no wine or anything for us before we hit those slopes. We are under strict instruction, with all this health and safety nonsense. We’ll just have to wait until the show’s over.”
The former ‘Made in Chelsea’ hunk is already proving one of the front runners in the winter sports competition but it looks like his attention may slip now he’s involved in a love triangle.
Spencer – who has a well-established reputation for being a womaniser – has reportedly been romancing Vogue Williams, who has been forced to quit the Channel 4 show due to a serious knee injury, and two-time Olympic gold medal-winning star Jade Jones at the same time.
A source explained recently: “To say things were awkward is a massive understatement.
“Vogue wasn’t happy when she found he got together with Jade. It’s the talk of the training camp and has created a bit of an atmosphere. Spencer is taking things to another level. It’s more akin to an 18-30s holiday than a TV competition.”
Meanwhile, Vogue’s injury is the first major setback for the current series of ‘The Jump’, which has historically been blighted by accusations that it is simply too dangerous for contestants.
Last year, for instance, former Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle was left nursing two broken vertebrae after she suffered a serious injury on the show and ‘Holby City’ actress Tina Hobley broke her arm in two places and also suffered serious damage to her knee and shoulder.

Dannii Minogue used Botox as her 'crutch' on The X Factor

OHMYGOSSIP — Dannii Minogue turned to Botox to cope with the stresses of starring on ‘The X Factor’.
The 45-year-old pop star appeared as a judge on the fourth series of the ITV programme back in 2007 and has revealed she relied on the age-defying injections as a means of boosting her self-confidence during her time on the show.
She explained: “There was a lot of pain in my personal life and I felt more settled using Botox. That was my crutch through the tough times. I’m clearly not using it now! I am in a good place.”
These days, Danni is starring alongside Gary Barlow and Martin Kemp on the new BBC music competition ‘Let It Shine’.
And while she still likes to look glamorous on a Saturday night, the Australian pop star is currently in a far better state of mind.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I have got a lot of fittings and have brought stuff over from Australia. People want to see a big Saturday night show. I love that side of it with all the dresses.
“I don’t get nervous, I love live TV. That is part of the reason why Gary [Barlow] said ‘Let’s bring in Dannii.'”
Last month, meanwhile, Dannii said her long-running feud with her former ‘X Factor’ co-star Sharon Osbourne was “one-sided”.
The duo have clashed numerous times over the years, but Dannii recently insisted she wants nothing more to do with Sharon, who returned to ‘The X Factor’ in 2016.
She said: “I honestly don’t think about Sharon. I heard she was making comments about me again, and it’s a one-sided argument that I’m not involved in. She’s just not a part of my life.”

Helen Flanagan has Coronation Street contract extended

OHMYGOSSIP — Helen Flanagan will remain on ‘Coronation Street’ until the end of the year.
The 26-year-old actress has been slammed with abuse from viewers for her “wooden” depiction of her alter-ego Rosie Webster since she returned to the cobbles last month, but the negative remarks haven’t stopped bosses extending the star’s contract.
Show boss Kate Oates told The Sun newspaper: “We are thrilled to have Helen back and delighted that she is now going to become a more permanent fixture in Weatherfield. Rosie is a classic ‘Coronation Street’ comedy character and we are looking forward to seeing more of her antics in the future.”
Helen – who bowed out of the long-running soap five years ago in order to pursue other projects – was brought back earlier this year on a three-month contract but is elated that producers have decided to extend her agreement for another nine months.
She said: “I am having so much fun being back here playing Rosie again.
“The writing is hilarious and I am delighted to be staying around.”I can’t wait to see what Rosie is going to get up to.”
And it was actually the brunette beauty’s on-screen sister Brooke Vincent – who plays Sophie Webster in the ITV programme – who managed to bag Helen her job as she spoke to Kate about a new storyline just before she left for theatre late last year.
Brooke said: “I had a little bit of a hand in Helen’s return. Before I left, I was speaking to Helen and I said: ‘You should come back.’ And she said: ‘Darling I’d love to come back.’ So when I was speaking to Kate Oates, who is our producer, before I left [for theatre], I said: ‘Do you reckon we could bring Helen back for a bit?’
“And she said: ‘Well, I’ll see.’ And the next thing we’re on our way back. It’s good, it’s nice to have her back. When you’ve grown up with somebody and they are pretty much like your sister, to be back together you reminisce on all the times you’ve had together. You remember why you were friends in the first place. She’s lovely and I love her so much. It’s nice to have a laugh with her again.”

Dakota Johnson more comfortable with sequel

OHMYGOSSIP — Dakota Johnson found filming ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ “so much easier” than ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’.
The 27-year-old actress reprises her role of Anastasia Steele in the erotic sequel and she was much more comfortable shooting raunchy scenes this time around because she has such a good bond with Jamie Dornan, who plays Christian Grey, and the film’s crew now.
Speaking at the London premiere of the movie on Thursday (09.02.17) evening, she said: “It is so much easier especially knowing Jamie and having a relationship with him, and knowing the crew, it was such much easier than the first one.”
The premiere was targeted by protesters who accused the movie of “glamorising and normalising” domestic abuse, with those objecting wearing T-shirts emblazoned with ’50 Shades is domestic abuse’ and waving placards featuring slogans such as ’50 Shades grooms women’ and ‘Christian Grey is a rapist’.
But Dakota insisted the group would think differently if they saw the movie.
She told MailOnline: “I think if those people were to see the film they would see that Anastasia is an incredibly empowered young woman and everything she does is of her own volition.
“I think she carries herself with such integrity and self worth that maybe if they watched it they would feel a little bit inspired.”
And her co-star Jamie – who was accompanied to the event by his wife Amelia Warner – also insisted there was nothing forced about the sex in the movies.
He said: “The biggest part of S&M is boundaries, having a safe word, that’s what that is. People only do it because they want to, nobody forces you into it.
“Some people like to be tied up and whipped, I don’t but lots of people do in the world, they love it and that is their right. It’s consensual and that should close that argument.”
Dakota and Jamie walked the red carpet at the premiere alongside a host of other stars including their co-star Rita Ora, Katie Price and her husband Kieran Hayler, reality TV star Lucy Mecklenburgh, actress Jorgie Porter and ‘Made in Chelsea’ beauties Louise Thompson and Stephanie Pratt.

Kevin Smith writing new Jay and Silent Bob movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Kevin Smith is making a new Jay and Silent Bob movie.
The 46-year-old writer-and-director will revisit his beloved characters – who first appeared in 1994 film ‘Clerks’ – for the tenth time in a “silly-ass satire” that will poke fun at Hollywood’s love of sequels.
He explained on Instagram: “All last month, I had the time of my life laughing while writing Jay and Silent Bob Reboot – a fun flick in which the Jersey boys have to go back to Hollywood to stop a brand new reboot of the old Bluntman & Chronic movie they hated so much.
“It’s a tongue-in-cheek, silly-ass satire that pokes fun at the movie business’s recent re-do obsession, featuring an all-star cast of cameos and familiar faces! And I already met with the good folks at Miramax and they’re into it, so I’m hoping we’ll be shooting in the summer!”
Kevin – who plays Silent Bob opposite Jason Mewes as Jay – decided to write the film after a number of sequels he was working on failed to come to fruition in the way he’d planned.
He wrote: “Here’s the story: Sadly, Clerks III can’t happen (one of our four leads opted out of the flick). So I worked on a Mallrats movie instead… which also didn’t happen because it turned into a Mallrats series. I’ve pitched said sequel series to 6 different networks only to find no takers thus far.
“Then when I started directing The CW shows, it was such a slice of Heaven on Earth, I happily put my Askewniverse sequels to the side. Since I sold Clerks and Mallrats years ago, they’re owned by others, which limits my moves with my own material. I don’t mind: back in the day, all I ever wanted to do was sell my stuff so I could be in the movie biz in the first place. So I don’t own Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy or Dogma… But I DO own Jay and Bob. So while I love playing with someone else’s new toys, I’m getting eager to play with my old toys again in the interconnected View Askewniverse I spent the first half of my career creating.(sic)”

Jamie Oliver wants EastEnders role

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Oliver wants to star on ‘EastEnders’ as a kebab shop owner.
The 41-year-old celebrity chef has confessed he would love to make an appearance on the BBC One soap as the manager of one of the local community’s eateries.
He quipped to The Sun Online: “Do they need a kebab shop? I would run the kebab shop heavy on the chilli all night long. Seriously, nobody has ever asked me but can you get me the job?”
Jamie has been really busy as of late after he and his wife Jools Oliver welcomed their fifth child River into the world six months ago.
Asked if he wants to add to his brood, he said: “I really don’t think so. Personally, I never thought I’d have more than two kids, but our family feels very complete now. I’m grateful that Jools is such a brilliant mum.”
However, Jamie won’t be having a vasectomy any time soon.
He quipped: “The problem with being a celebrity is that … when you have your balls out to have the operation, there’s going to be seven people there and I’ll get a bit shy, funnily enough. And it scares me a little bit! And I don’t want it on Snapchat so I don’t think I’ll be doing it. But definitely I need to be, er, restrained.”
And Jamie previously confessed he was “shocked” to find out his wife – with whom he also has Poppy, 14, Daisy, 13, Petal, seven, and Buddy, six – was expecting their fifth child.
He said at the time: “This was not expected, I can’t even believe I’m saying it. I think my own family were like ‘really?!’ But we’re all tuned in to kids, it’s good, it’s carnage!
“It would be nice to balance it out a bit [with a boy]. A bit more testosterone would probably be a good thing, but do you know what, I’m just grateful for whatever I get if it’s healthy, and I mean that.”

Davina McCall wants to host Gladiators

OHMYGOSSIP — Davina McCall wants to host ‘Gladiators’.
The 49-year-old television personality has admitted she would jump at the chance of taking over from Ulrika Jonsson, 49, to present, or even compete, in the sporting game show, which ended in 2000, if it was to make a comeback.
Speaking to The Mirror Online, the star said: “I just thought ‘Gladiators’ is an amazing programme and if that is coming back and Ulrika doesn’t want it, because she is Queen of Gladiators, then I will have it. Done and dusted.
“I am not a Gladiator but I would be Cougar, you know I would be. It would be like ‘And here she is Cougar ready’ amazing.”
And Davina – who is currently presenting ‘The Jump’ – would enjoy nothing more than to take part in a spin class led by 36-year-old professional cycling champion, Bradley Wiggins, who is one of the contestants on the Channel 4 winter sports programme this year.
Davina – who is married to Matthew Robertson – explained: “All I want to do with Wiggo is to get him to the spin class over the road. I have heard that he goes. Can you imagine doing a spin class with him, it would be amazing!
“He would so win, but you would want him to win and you could make him wear yellow and we could all be cycling behind him. Brilliant.”
Meanwhile, the London-born star – who was at the helm of ‘Big Brother’ when it aired on Channel 4 between 2000 and 2010 – wants to return to the reality TV show to take-over their spin-off series ‘Bit on the Side’ if Rylan Clark-Neal should enter the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house.
Speaking previously, she said: “I want to come back and do ‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’ again.”

Dev Patel's Oscar nod hasn't 'fully sunk in'

OHMYGOSSIP — Dev Patel’s Oscar nomination still hasn’t “fully sunk in”.
The 26-year-old actor was thrilled to be recognised by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in the Best Supporting Actor category for his role in ‘Lion’ but admits the whole experience has been “quite maddening”.
He said: “Hey, that’s crazy. My heart races when you say that. That’s insane. It still hasn’t fully sunk in. It gets to me in waves …
“I think that can be quite maddening. I want to make sure I remain grateful for the experience. It really did change me as a human being. To shift the focus to awards too quickly would be a real shame.”
Dev was thrilled when he found out he had secured the role of Saroo Brierley but admits he had to fight for the part.
Asked how the role had changed him, he shared: “First and foremost, I met Garth [Davis, the director], and made a friend of him. I’ll be in his corner for life. He really has impacted the way I think in a big way, and made me embark on a journey of curiosity, and really challenged me.
“People just pigeonhole you in that [‘Slumdog Millionaire’] role; they think you have nothing else to offer. He told me point blank he was looking for an actor who will dissolve into the role and be utterly believable. That just made me salivate. I got more excited. I just had to go into the audition room fighting a preconceived notion of myself, which is fine.”
Meanwhile, Dev was forced to bulk up for the role and quipped he is “a bit of a Woody Allen” in the gym.
He told the New York Times: “That was a definite order from Garth: Hit the gym and put on some weight. It was a really fun eight months of eating like a glutton, and having fun with this awesome trainer at a gym. More than anything it was about adopting a different physical presence on screen.
“I’ve never known what it feels like to fill out a T-shirt and a pair of jeans, to walk around feeling bigger. All those nuances and strokes build a character. I enjoy going to the gym. It calms me down, and makes me feel a lot better. But as my trainer says, I’m a bit of a Woody Allen in the gym.”

Jamie Dornan makes Christian Grey 'more human' in Fifty Shades Darker

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Dornan wanted to make Christian Grey “more human” in ‘Fifty Shades Darker’.
The 34-year-old actor has reprised his role in the follow up to the erotic drama ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’, alongside Dakota Johnson, 27, and the dark-haired hunk has revealed producers gave him “a little bit more control” over his character in the recent release, which allowed him to show a softer side to Christian.
Speaking to PEOPLE about the movie, Dornan said: “I definitely feel with this movie, ‘Darker’, I was given a little bit more control over how I wanted to play him, and elements of his character that I wanted to show and basically own it a little bit more. I didn’t really feel I had an opportunity, due to lots of different circumstances, with the first movie, so that was pleasing.
“I wanted to make him more human”
And the Northern Ireland-born star decided the key to making Christian more “relatable” and “more attractive” was to allow him to smile more in the production.
He explained: “To make him more relatable to guys as much as anything else, and to make him more attractive to women and that’s a big part of it and I felt like maybe some of that wasn’t achieved in the first movie if I’m being really honest. So I wanted to see him smile more and make him someone that is an actual human being.”
Meanwhile, ‘The Fall’ star – who played serial killer Paul Spector in the British television series – enjoys returning to a project where he can play the same character again because he finds it “exciting”.
Dornan explained: “Having done television before, being able to return to a character and keep the groove going is something I really enjoy, why I am desperate to do more television that is well-crafted like that because it’s exciting to go back for lots of different reasons, but then equally you get this if you do a trilogy or series of films.”

Ed Sheeran lends voice to charity game

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran and Katie Price have leant their voices to a Red Nose Day game.
The ‘Castle on the Hill’ hitmaker and the ‘Loose Women’ panellist have agreed to take part in the online comic strip ‘The Red Noses’ alongside the likes of Professor Stephen Hawking, Warwick Davis, Hugh Dennis and Harry Hill in order to raise money for Comic Relief.
Nick Grimshaw, Sir Lenny Henry, ‘The One Show’s Alex Jones have also jumped on board the project, which sees players attempt to save Red Nose Day – an event put on every two years by the charity in the hope of raising cash – by voicing bouncing bright red snozzles.
Professor Hawking said: “I’m a world-renowned scientist who has shaped our understanding of the universe and I am being asked to make snot jokes. I must really like this charity.”
Ahead of the event, which is held in March, Ed travelled to the Liberian capital of Monrovia to meet the children who benefited first hand from the work of Comic Relief following the outbreak of Ebola and has admitted the experience will be one he never forgets.
He explained: “I’ll never forget the kids I met on this trip, when we sang together they were in such high spirits despite everything they’d been through.
“It was an incredibly eye-opening experience and I’m really proud to support Comic Relief and see what they are doing to help these children have a better future.”
Some huge television stars – including David Baddiel, Hugh Dennis, Michaela Coel, Katy Brand, Reggie Yates and Russell Kane – are to travel from Kenya to Uganda to distribute supplies bought by the charity, founded in 1985, to those in need.
Red Nose Day will also see a number of celebrity guests; such as Sir Lenny, Graham Norton, Mrs Brown, Sally Phillips, Miranda Hart, Jonathan Ross, Romesh Ranganathan, Rob Beckett, Greg Davies and Joe Lycett get stuck in to the fun and games.

Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell set for CBB reunion?

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephanie Davis and her ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell are “in talks” for an explosive reunion in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house this summer.
The warring exes have been at loggerheads since they split up last year but it looks like their feud may come to an end and their love may blossom once more if bosses of the reality TV show get their own way and manage to bag them both for the forthcoming all-star special series.
A source told The Sun Online: “They aren’t on speaking terms at the moment but going back to where it all started for them in the Big Brother house may be exactly what they need to move forward – and viewers would love it.
“Jeremy really enjoyed ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ the first time round and would love to be a part of the Summer Legends series. A lot has happened since he last appeared on the show between him and Stephanie, but he knows them both joining the line-up would make incredible telly, and he’s keen to keep his profile up. They aren’t on speaking terms at the moment but going back to where it all started for them in the Big Brother house may be exactly what they need to move forward – and viewers would love it.”
However, it seems the 23-year-old actress may need a lot of persuading before she signs the contract for the next installment as she’s got no desire to speak to Jeremy – who she met in the infamous abode last January – after he failed to believe she was pregnant with his baby.
After nine months of the Irish hunk denying her pregnancy, Stephanie gave birth to her first child, three-week-old son Caben-Albi, in January.
Despite bad mouthing her for months on end, Jeremy now wants the brunette beauty to have a DNA test done on the tiny tot to prove whether or not he’s the father of the little one and, if he is, he’s adamant he’ll fight for joint custody of him.
He said: “If I am the father of Stephanie’s baby then I 100 per cent want joint custody. I am serious about being a good dad if the child is mine. If I need to go through the courts to get access to my son then so be it – I will take the necessary action to make sure I am a part of my son’s life.”
The 26-year-old heartthrob – who currently resides in Dublin, Ireland – is also willing to fly to Liverpool, where Stephanie is based, “every weekend” once he’s got the results back in order to be a major influence in Caben-Albi’s life.
However, the heavily-inked star may have a long wait as Stephanie is refusing to give him the test unless he signs an “unreasonable” contract.
