Holly launched the project at The Athenaeum Hotel in London and looked stunning in a sparkling sequin skirt, crisp white shirt and red heels.
Discussing the aim of the campaign, event host Aedamar Howlett – Marketing Director for Coca-Cola Great Britain – said: “Since its inception, Diet Coke has been synonymous with female togetherness, from the iconic hunks of the 90s through to last summer’s tie up with ‘Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie’. Travis Knight to helm Transformers spin-off film Bumblebee

OHMYGOSSIP — Travis Knight is to direct the Transformers spin-off movie ‘Bumblebee’.
The 43-year-old animator – who has worked on Oscar-nominated stop-motion animated film ‘Kubo And The Two Strings’ – is set to helm his first live-action film.
The screenplay is from Christina Hodson whilst Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg will produce alongside Hasbro’s Brian Goldner and Stephen Davis, Deadline reports.
Bumblebee – one of Optimus Prime’s most trusted – is known for his luck, determination and bravery despite not being the strongest or powerful of the Autobots. He was badly damaged during a battle, which caused him to lose the ability to speak verbally.
It comes after it was revealed the ‘Transformers’ franchise would continue for at least the next 10 years.
Hasbro Studios President Stephen J. Davis said: “Well, you’re gonna see a new ‘Transformers’ movie coming from Hasbro and Paramount and Michael Bay and our other partners. In fact, we just finished, which some of you may have read, just an incredible experience. We decided that we wanted to plot out the next 10 years of the ‘Transformers’ franchise and so we got together in a room over a three-month period of time.
“Nine of some of the most creative writers I have ever worked with, shepherded by Akiva Goldsman, who many of you may know won an Academy Award for ‘A Beautiful Mind’ and written a bunch of really great movies, and they plotted out the next 10 years of ‘Transformers’. Similarly, we’re doing the same in television and in digital. So stay tuned, ‘Transformers 5’ is on its way, and 6 and 7 and 8.”

Lenny Henry says only the costume team know Broadchurch's secrets

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Lenny Henry says the ‘Broadchurch’ costume team are the only people who know all the crime drama’s secrets.
The 58-year-old star plays farm shop owner Ed Burnett in the third and final series of Chris Chibnall’s ITV show, which this time focuses on the investigation of DI Alec Hardy (David Tennant) and DS Ellie Miller (Olivia Colman) into the serious sexual assault of Julie Hesmondhalgh’s character Trish.
Chris took extreme measures including using high tech computer pass codes on the scripts to ensure that no spoilers leaked from the set, and Lenny admits the only guys who knew the entire plot ahead of filming were the ones handling the clothing for the cast.
In an interview on breakfast TV show ‘Good Morning Britain’, the comedian spilled: “You get each script week by week, you get your pages. If there’s a clue within the scene then OK that’s fine, but you don’t really get the whole thing. [The costume designer will say] you’ll never guess what’s happening to you next week. They might give you a bit of a clue. But you really don’t know when you show up.”
As a newcomer to the programme, Lenny admits that David and Olivia couldn’t have been anymore welcoming to him and fellow newbies Julie and Sarah Parish.
Lenny – who will present this year’s ‘Comic Relief’ charity telethon on March 24 – said: “It’s been a fantastic experience to be involved with as a series. This has been very exciting working with Sarah and with David and Olivia. They have been really welcoming, welcomed all the new people to the cast. It’s good to be Ed Burnett with my own farm shop. We don’t want to give too much away. I’m not allowed to say anything. It’s a secret, I can’t tell you.”
‘Broadchurch’ continues on ITV on Monday night (06.03.17) at 9pm.

Jennifer Hudson ready to get serious on The Voice

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Hudson has warned ‘The Voice’ judge Gavin Rossdale not to “get in her way”.
The 35-year-old singer-and-actress is about to go head-to-head with fellow coaches Gavin Rossdale, Will.i.am and Sir Tom Jones for the live knock out rounds and she is desperate for one of her six acts to win the whole competition.
And Jennifer thinks that Bush frontman Gavin’s team is the biggest threat to her chances of being crowned the winning mentor.
In an interview with The Times newspaper, she said: “We get competitive. I’ll say, ‘Gavin, we’re cool, you’re a gentleman and all that, but I don’t play around when it comes to music so don’t get in my way.”
Jennifer, 35, says her friendly rivalry with Gavin, 51, was sparked when they both kept turning their chairs for the same singers.
The ‘Dreamgirls’ star said: “Gavin likes to turn around when I turn around and I have to say to him, ‘You just turn that chair back.’ Sure we butt heads and the drama kicks in. I don’t have an attitude, I’m just sassy, but maybe he takes it as an attitude because he be looking at me like, ‘What did she just say?’ ”
She added: “Actually, I’m going to ask him if he finds me annoying.”
‘Team J-Hud’ is comprised of Jack Bruley, 20, Mo Adeniran, 21, Georgie Braggins, 21, David Jackson, 29, Jamie Miller, 19, and Tim Gallagher, 23, and Jennifer has confessed she does a favourite act.
When asked if she had a fave, she replied: “I can’t answer that. But yes I do. I have one steady favourite and the others I see in a different light every week. Mo is really shy and easy to work with. You have to remind him it’s a competition sometimes, he’s so nice. Georgie is all for her jazz and she’s very sure of herself. Jack still doesn’t know how he got there. He lives in his head.”
‘The Voice UK’ is on ITV on Saturday (04.03.17) at 8.30pm and on Sunday (05.03.17) at 7.45pm.

Hugh Jackman isn't worried about failing

OHMYGOSSIP — Hugh Jackman is no longer “afraid to fail” as an actor.
The ‘Logan’ star is at ease with being “true and open” and “not just showing his best side” as an actor.
He said: “I’m increasingly interested as an actor in what is going on in my relationship. It’s a question of intimacy – the ability to be true and open and not just show your best side.
“To be not afraid to fail, to do a s**t take, to try something that was bad, to tell people you’re nervous or scared.”
And the 48-year-old actor feels “more involved” in the latest and final instalment of the ‘Wolverine’ franchise.
He added: “I’m more involved in this movie than before. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t the filmmaker – it is a film by James Mangold, he wrote it, directed it – but I did have a very clear idea of the type of tone from the beginning, rang Jim, and he was on board. Fully expecting the studio to say no, but they didn’t.”
The team behind ‘Logan’ decided to make Hugh’s final outing as Wolverine different from all the other movies and he believes it was important to change it up as it’s always good to do something that’s “fresh and new”.
He told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “My summation of the business right now is that average fails. You used to be able, if you had a marketing machine, to get your first weekend, and get your money back. You could make an average film, and you were OK.
“I don’t think that works any more. That’s why there are so many spectacular flops. Because by 7pm on a Friday night, the whole world knows if something is below expectations. You’ve got to make something that’s different, that’s fresh, that’s new, and that is good, or you’re dead.”

Octavia Spencer wants producing role

OHMYGOSSIP — Octavia Spencer wants to be a film producer.
The Oscar-winning actress likes the “puzzle-solving” element of being a producer and is seeking out projects where she can take on that role.
She said: “I love looking for material. I call my agents, just about every other week, when I read something, to find out if the rights have been taken. I like doing puzzles, and to me, the job of a producer is a person who’s puzzle-solving. You’re bringing pieces together that should be congruent. I’m enjoying seeking those projects out.
“I just produced a film, called Small Town Crime, that’s going to SXSW. I play John Hawkes’ sister, and it’s starring John Hawkes, Anthony Anderson and Robert Forster. I am producing Raven, which is about the Jonestown Massacre, with Vince Gilligan, and Michelle MacLaren is directing it. And I am producing and starring in the Madam C.J. Walker story. There are also a few more things that I’ve optioned and that I’m writing, with a co-writer. What I’m really having fun doing is finding material, finding new ways to tell stories, and finding people who haven’t gotten their shot.”
And Octavia also enjoys writing too and used it to pass the time when she was out of work as an actress.
She added to Collider: “It’s weird because I was an English major at Auburn [University] and one thing that my mom drummed in us was, ‘Idle hands are the devil’s workshop.’
“So, when things weren’t happening for me, as an actor, that’s when I spent the majority of my time writing. I don’t have any time, these days, to write. It feels really weird when I don’t. I actually haven’t been writing as much. I get a different type of gratification out of that because it’s my own work. It’s what I do for my own sanity. It’s a very different feeling.”

Sir Tom Jones: The Voice will make contestants stars on ITV

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Tom Jones thinks ‘The Voice’ has a “better chance” of turning contestants into stars now it is on ITV.
The talent show moved from BBC to ITV for its most recent series and the 76-year-old coach believes it could help make the acts more successful.
He said: “Things have changed because the record company people now are more hands-on.
“On the BBC, they were limited because [the label] couldn’t come into the studio a lot of the time. We have a better chance.”
However, the ‘It’s Not Unusual’ hitmaker insists it is not easy to make it in the industry.
He explained: “When you land a contract, you’re getting your foot in the door. You still have to get a hit record, and there is no guarantee of that ever – it’s not easy, it never has been and it never will be.”
And whilst Tom insists there is no “competition” between him and his fellow coaches, he still believes he has the strongest team on the show.
Speaking about his fellow coaches Jennifer Hudson, will.i.am and Gavin Rossdale, he told the Metro newspaper: “We’re friends so, no, we’re not competing with each other. But I feel I’ve got the strongest team, so hey…”
Meanwhile, Tom previously admitted he thinks his late wife Melinda Trenchard would have been “really happy” to find out he was back on the show.
He explained: “Oh yeah, she would have been really happy because she enjoyed it. As you know, the contract was like once a year and then we go the phone call ‘We are not renewing your contract’ a couple of days before and I was like ‘Why didn’t you give me more notice, what was that about?’ My wife, god bless her, she said, ‘You don’t want to do ‘The Voice’ then do you?’ and I said ‘Well, it’s not my choice.’ ‘Really?’ [she said] So she couldn’t understand and then she passed away before I came back.”

Hale and Pace to join Benidorm

OHMYGOSSIP — Legendary comedy duo Hale and Pace are set to join ‘Benidorm’.
Gareth Hale and Norman Pace – who fronted their own television show in the 1980s – are set to make an appearance in the tenth series of the ITV show.
It is not known how big a part the pair will play in the programme but they will star as undercover detectives investigating Lesley (Tim Healy).
Series 10 – which will go into production in Benidorm, Spain, later this month and will air on screens in 2018 – will also see Shane Richie return for four episodes as entertainer Sammy Valentino whilst John Challis’ character Monty Staines will become a series regular.
Show creator, writer and executive producer Derren Litten said: “When I wrote the first script of ‘Benidorm’ I had no idea it would change my life so dramatically over the next 10 years.
“As I put the finishing touches to the 74th episode I am so grateful to our fans and to ITV for giving ‘Benidorm’ the best possible home we could hope for. Here’s to the next 10 years!”
Whilst Saskia Schuster, ITV’s Comedy Commissioner, added: “‘Benidorm’ is very much part of the ITV family with viewers taking these wonderful characters to their hearts.
“Show creator, writer and exec producer Derren Litten has some great plans for the tenth series and it’s a real treat to welcome Hale & Pace and Shane Richie to the Solana resort.”
It has been confirmed that Troy (Paul Bazely), The Oracle (Johnny Vegas) and Tiger (Danny Walters) won’t be returning for the new series but fans will be pleased to know Joyce Temple Savage (Sherrie Hewson), Mateo (Jake Canuso), Liam (Adam Gillen), Kenneth (Tony Maudsley) and Jacqueline (Janine Duvitski) will all be returning.

The Coroner has been axed

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘The Coroner’ has been given the axe.
The daytime television drama has only been on screens two series and, considering the time of day it was aired, managed to rake in one million plus viewers but it seems the BBC weren’t happy with its success and have decided to give it the boot.
The show’s fate was announced in a press release on its website this week: “After two fantastic series, ‘The Coroner’ won’t be returning as we look for opportunities to bring through new programmes for the BBC One daytime audience. We’d like to thank the brilliant cast and production team for all of their hard work.”
However, the shock news hasn’t gone down too well with viewers and some die-hard fans have even started an online petition to bring it back later this year.
The drama stars Claire Goose as single mum Jane Kennedy who returns to her hometown Lighthaven in Devon and is reunited with her former childhood sweetheart Detective Sergeant Davey Higgins (Matt Bardock) as they investigate murders.
The writer Sally Abbott previously said that she based Jane and Davey on the sexual tension between Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracey in 1949’s ‘Adam’s Rib’.
And it’s not just the fans who are devastated with the verdict as Claire has since taken to her Twitter account to express her “sadness” about the shock axe.
She wrote: “Truly overwhelmed for all the love for #The Coroner. You’ve made a very sad day bearable. Thank you. Much love to you all.”
Matt added: “Absolutely overwhelmed with the love for #TheCoroner thank you. Who knows may be we can do it again one day! Amazing group of people involved. (sic)”

Sandra Oh shot Catfight in just '16 days'

OHMYGOSSIP — Sandra Oh filmed ‘Catfight’ in just “16 days”.
The 45-year-old actress plays the role of Veronica in the action comedy alongside Anne Heche, and Sandra has revealed she and her co-star had “no training” to film the violent scenes and completed the movie on a “micro budget” in just over two weeks.
Speaking about the production to Entertainment Tonight Online, the brunette beauty said: “No, there was no training. It was a very, very, very small budget. It was a micro budget, and we shot this over 16 days. So, a whole film over 16 days, there’s no fat at all.”
And the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star has revealed due to the short space of time there was “no room” for multiple rehearsals.
She explained: “There is no room for rehearsal. Our very first scene was the scene where [our characters] met. On an indie film, you are really crunched for time.”
However, the tight restrictions on cash didn’t dissuade the cast as the 47-year-old blonde beauty, who plays Ashley in the movie, was instantly gripped by the story.
She said: “I’ve never read a script like this. From the first scene, I was like, ‘I want to do this movie. This guy – what a voice!’ Then you keep reading and it goes further and further and as [writer-and-director Onur Tukel] kind of takes you slowly into one movie, you think, ‘Oh, this is kind of fun [and then] Bam!’ And you’re like, ‘Wait a minute! Did I just read that?! Is this really? Did he really? Does this movie exist for these women? Oh my god! I’ve got to do this movie!’ And then it never let go of that.'”
And Anna was adamant she was going to work with Sandra for over 10 years before they were cast in the project together.
She explained: “We were doing a charity function introducing different people, so she was backstage when I came offstage … As I’m being ushered out the door, I was like, ‘I will work with you someday. I love you.’ Or whatever else I barked in your ear.”
To which Sandra confirmed: “You called it! You called it, like, 10 years before. And then it happened.”

Sam Riley: Gunfire on Free Fire was deafening

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Riley says the cast of ‘Free Fire’ were “deafened” by the gunfire on set.
The 37-year-old actor stars in Ben Wheatley’s upcoming action film ‘Free Fire’ alongside Brie Larson, Cillian Murphy and Noah Taylor and he admits the various shoot-out scenes left the cast with ringing in their ears.
In an interview with Metro newspaper, Riley said: “It was a filthy environment … The whole film is more or less a shoot-out in a warehouse. Plus we were all deaf by the end of it.”
Set in Boston in 1978, ‘Free Fire’ sees two gangs arrange to meet up in a deserted warehouse but their attempts at conducting an arms deal descend in a gunfight that takes place over one night.
Riley can currently be seen in new BBC drama series ‘SS-GB’ which is set in the UK in 1941 in a alternative reality in which the Nazis win the Battle of Britain and have an occupying force in the country.
His breakout role was playing late Joy Division singer Ian Curtis in 2007 biopic ‘Control’ and Riley accepts he has become synonymous with “unhappy” parts and his family want him to take on a role which is less serious.
He said: “I’d like to do a comedy. My grandfather doesn’t understand why I’m always playing unhappy people. He thinks I’m funny but no casting directors in London agree with him, obviously.”
Although it was very challenging to portray Curtis – who committed suicide in May 1980 at the age of just 23 – he only has good memories of the filmmaking experience on ‘Control’ because he met his German actress wife Alexandra Maria Lara on the set although it led to him being inundated with offers to play musicians, all of which he has spurned.
However, there is one musical role that could tempt him.
Riley said: “I look back on ‘Control’ very fondly. I met my wife on it. I’ve turned down playing a lot of musicians in the past ten years – but if the guy who did ‘La La Land’ wants to do a musical in the North of England, I’d be available.”
‘Free Fire’ opens in cinemas on March 31.

EastEnders' Mick Carter to be sent to prison?

OHMYGOSSIP — EastEnders’ Mick Carter is set to be sent to prison for the foreseeable prison.
Danny Dyer – who portrays the loveable landlord in the long-running soap – recently asked producers if he could take a last-minute holiday in order to recuperate from his hectic filming schedule, but his dramatic dash has meant that bosses have been forced to quickly re-write the storyline surrounding his major character to avoid disruption.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: “Some said the prison storyline is by far the easiest way of cutting him out of the show at such short notice. Other ideas were tabled, but they wanted something to tie in with Mick’s turbulent life on the Square.
“And it will mean Danny could stay away for as long as he needs to recuperate and get back to work at which point Mick can be released from jail.”
It’s not how known when the scenes will air but it’s expected to be soon as Mick, his mother Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) and Aunt Babe (Annette Badland) – who has since left the show – recently found themselves in hot water with the police after they were caught breaching their alcohol licencing by serving booze before their permitted time.
The trio were ordered to pay a hefty fine to cover the crime they’ve committed but Mick’s recent financial woes means he’ll unlikely be able to cough up the cash in time.
Danny is currently in South Africa with his wife Joanne Mas and their three children; Danni, 20, Sunnie, 10, and Arty, three, but bosses are desperate for him to return.
The insider explained: “His departure from the soap has been a major headache for producers and they are desperate for his return. His character is central to many key storylines that are filmed about six weeks in advance.”

Lisa Faulkner joins EastEnders

OHMYGOSSIP — Lisa Faulkner has landed a role in ‘EastEnders’ as Fi Browning.
The 45-year-old actress – whose partner is TV chef John Torode – will play a major part in the BBC One soap, but she and executive producer Sean O’Connor are remaining tight-lipped about her character and how she will make her mark on Albert Square, although the latter teased that she is “a no-nonsense but sophisticated business woman”, who has her “sights” set on another Walford resident.
Speaking about her new gig, Lisa said: “I’m so happy to be joining the cast of ‘EastEnders’ – it’s an iconic show and I can’t wait to play my part in it.
“Fi Browning is a hugely exciting character and I’m really looking forward to working with Sean and all the team, and revealing more about her.
“I can’t say any more now as I’m sworn to secrecy, but it’s going to be a lot of fun.”
Sean added: “I’m really thrilled that we have been able to tempt Lisa Faulkner back to TV drama and back to the BBC.
“She’s an extremely accomplished and hugely popular actress and we’re very excited to have her in Albert Square.
“Fi Browning is something of a departure for ‘EastEnders’; a no-nonsense but sophisticated business woman with strength and vulnerability.
“But does she have an agenda? And who – or what – has she set her sights on?”
Since Lisa won ‘Celebrity MasterChef’ in 2010 she has gone on to front a number of food-related projects, including co-hosting a TV show called ‘Real Food Family Cook Off’ and releasing her own cookery books.
However, starring in ‘EastEnders’ will see her return to her acting roots as she has previously starred in ‘Holby City’ and ‘Death in Paradise’.
Fi Browning is set to join the soap this spring.
It follows the casting of former Blue singer Lee Ryan, 33, who will play bad boy Woody and is expected to appear on screens in the coming weeks.

Patrick Stewart would revive Charles Xavier for right reasons

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Patrick Stewart would be willing to return to the ‘X-Men’ franchise if the right reasons came up to revive Charles Xavier.
The 76-year-old actor announced he was calling time on his role as the founder of the X-Men Charles Xavier after ‘Logan’, but he has hinted that he would be up for reprising the role for ‘Deadpool 2’ despite announcing his retirement from the films last week after 17 years.
Asked if he has left the ‘X-Men’ franchise for good, he told MTV during a Facebook Live chat: “I would have said yes, but the discussion just now about ‘Deadpool’ makes me think, well, maybe there is a proper justification for the revival of Charles Xavier.”
It comes after he admitted he felt emotional playing Professor Xavier for the final time in ‘Logan’.
The award-winning actor has played the role of the iconic Professor since 2000 and he admitted to feeling nostalgic during the making of the James Mangold-directed movie.
Asked if he felt emotional while making the film, Sir Patrick shared: “There were moments during production, yeah. There’s a moment in the first scene when I very tenderly take Hugh Jackman’s face in my hand and then say, ‘What a disappointment you are.’ Ha!
“I was very lucky on this film – my first scene was my opening scene in the movie, my last night’s work was my last scene.”
Despite his sadness, Sir Patrick stressed that ‘Logan’ is funny at times, too.
He added: “People are surprised at how much humor there is in ‘Logan’. Even in the middle of fairly uncomfortable scenes, like the early one Hugh and I have in the tank – but it’s funny at times, too.”
